In this episode, Gabrielli has a session with Evyan, a sensitive, deeply loving mother navigating the unraveling of an old identity — the one who rescues, saves, feels, and fixes for everyone else. Raised in an alcoholic family where her body became the emotional alert system, Evyan explores what it means to let go of rescuing as a way of being. Listen as she reconnects with her own innocence, releases the old mission, and remembers that her presence is enough. This is Evyan's first session with Gabrielli and she is completely new to The LaChiara Method. And make sure to listen through to the end where Chloë shares some reflections on the save/rescue identity and offers ways to start working with it differently, with more compassion and choice.---------------------Doors are now open for Radically YOU: The Ultimate Roadmap to a More Rooted, Resilient, and Radiant YOU! April Rose Gabrielli's journey is nothing short of shocking! In this explosive interview, she opens up about a near-death experience that nearly ended everything—her life, her career, and her dreams. But instead of breaking her, it made her unstoppable. Now, with her new band Maiasaura, she's ready to bring nu-metal roaring back. But is the world ready for a new nu-metal revival? Gabrielli thinks so, and she's betting everything on it. She also dives deep into the brutal realities of modern touring, how the music industry has changed, and how her husband and bandmate Jacob Kulick became her rock during the toughest times. This is raw, unfiltered, and absolutely must-watch for any metal fan. Is Maiasaura the future of nu-metal, or is the genre just a relic of the past?
Oppure un punto interrogativo a volerle come indagare, rovesciare a gambe all'aria.
This episode on domestic and interpersonal violence is so rich and helpful. We are joined by Jaime Gabrielli and Gina Boesdorfer, two incredible women who are passionate about bringing hope to those experiencing domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking. They take turns eloquently explaining the many different forms of abuse, debunking myths that often surround the this taboo topic. As the host of this episode, I (Claire) will just come right out and say that I learned so much and walked away feeling humbled by my long-held assumptions and how little I knew about this issue. I will be more able to discern red flags in my relationships as well as those of the people I love. The amount of respect that Jaime and Gina feel towards those they have the chance to work with is remarkable. Few people want to look at this issue, especially when pregnancy and small children are involved but staying silent is not the answer. The Friendship Center exists to help us understand the complexity of these relationships and they give us the language and tools needed to transform crisis and trauma to hope and resilience beyond belief. This is part 1 of a 2 part series; next week we get to hear from Lisa Croke, who credits The Friendship Center with saving her life and now helps others move from surviving to thriving. The fifteenth century Villa Taverna, commissioned by Cardinal Consalvi. Beginning in 1933, the U.S. Embassy rented the Villa from Taverna's daughter. During World War II the property managed to avoid destruction by serving as a convalescent home for the Italian military. Returned to the U.S. Government in 1944, the Villa and gardens were purchased in 1948 from Princess Ida Borromeo-Taverna. Throughout the 1800s Roman nobility escaped the summer city heat here. In 1824 Pope Leo XII opened the Papal Seminary College, and for the next one hundred years, many illustrious scholars frequented the well-known center of learning. Palazzo Taverna is a palace in Rome, located on the Via di Monte Giordano and first built under orders of Cardinal Giordano Orsini, who wished to turn his ancient castle on the Monte Giordano into a residence. The Palazzo passed to the Gabrielli family in 1688 and they used it to host members of the Bonaparte family such as Eugénie de Montijo. In 1888 it passed to the Taverna family.

I had seen him walking with his beautiful wife a few days earlier and there was just something special about the both of them that I made a mental note to make sure that if I was fortunate enough to see him again, I was going to spend time getting to know him. Luckily for me, I did, and we spent the rest of the journey either seeing each other or messaging each other with words of encouragement and love. Mi hermano, thanks for dedicating your life to the health of all people, thanks for sharing your gift with the world, and thanks for being kind to me on the Camino and most importantly, thanks for being my good friend.
