Transferring to cloud accounting is a game changer for businesses today. It undoubtedly streamlines financial operations while providing real-time data and insights. Consequently, businesses can manage their finances more efficiently, ensuring smoother cash flow and more accurate reporting. Additionally, with cloud accounting, teams can access their financial information anytime, anywhere, allowing for more flexibility and collaboration. Why Transfer to Cloud Accounting?Firstly, moving away from traditional accounting systems to the cloud helps reduce paperwork and manual data entry. Moreover, it makes collaboration easier as multiple users can work on the same data simultaneously. Xero, for instance, is one of the most popular platforms that enables businesses to automate invoicing, track expenses, and monitor cash flow in real time. However, despite these advantages, some businesses hesitate due to concerns about the transition.Addressing the MythsAlthough there are concerns about security, cloud accounting platforms, including Xero, implement high-level encryption to protect sensitive financial information. Comparatively, the risk of data loss in traditional accounting is higher due to hardware failures or theft. On the contrary, cloud systems regularly back up data, ensuring its safety. Some business owners also believe that switching to cloud accounting is expensive. However, Xero and many other providers offer affordable pricing plans that suit businesses of all sizes. Besides, the long-term benefits far outweigh the initial costs, as cloud solutions save time and reduce errors. Furthermore, businesses like BudgetWhizz provide additional tools to help with budgeting and financial forecasting, making cloud accounting an even more valuable asset to growing enterprises. The Future of Accounting is in the CloudUltimately, the shift to cloud accounting is a strategic move for any business looking to streamline its operations and future-proof its finances. Moreover, it is a secure, efficient, and cost-effective solution. Lastly, adopting cloud accounting, especially with tools like Xero, means staying competitive in a fast-paced, digital world. Be sure to tune in to the I Hate Numbers podcast, where we explore topics like cloud accounting and more, helping you make informed financial decisions. The dope game is the university of street smarts.  The world of organized crime and narcotics trafficking is without a doubt the school of hard knocks, the stakes are high, the consequences are real. Unsavory characters, unpredictable humans, and the chaos of money, drugs, and power make for a world ripe for tough lessons.   From 8 years in the hustle, I learned a lot about life and myself, especially what type of person I wanted to become. I learned that making money isn't the goal of life, and that the secret to living is giving.  And that's precisely why I left the world of drug trafficking in 2016 to begin my spiritual journey and choose a life of service.  Luckily, I kept the skills and knowledge and became an expert in reading people, sharpening my intuition, bridging human connection, building trust, organizing people for a common goal, risk assessment, dealing with high pressure situations, dealing with fear, and finding angles to make money.  Transfering skills in life is absolutely key to success, and some of the best skills and knowledge we get is through the darkest times of our lives.  In this podcast, I share lessons from the dope game that made me a better entrepreneur today.  Also, if you're interested in transforming the way you think, apply for 1:1 coaching with Aren through: Website: www.arenbahia.com Instagram: www.instagram.com/ink_pray_love/ Youtube: /www.youtube.com/@ink_pray_love This episode was produced by LightHouse Studios in Bali. Get snobby with your extras. Indulge in that dessert, drink that cocktail, and indulge in that bread… but only if it's really, really good and worth it. Nothing is off the table as long as you believe it's worth it. I want you to get snobby with your extras to improve your relationship with food.   Show Up for Your Authentic Body By Understanding where you are on this journey Deciding when you get to be snobby with your extras Transfering your new boundaries to other areas of your life Saying no to the things that serve you Saying yes to the things that do serve you Finding your 20/80 balance   Be Snobby About What You Eat Intuitive eating is so much more than eating whatever your body craves without healing your relationship with food. The first thing you need to do is really define your nutrition strategy, and with this, figure out where you are on your health journey. In fact, I'd really encourage you to do the mindset work before embarking on any kind of health journey. When you do this, you can start to unpack your relationship with food, what you want to achieve from your journey and the best methods that work for you and your unique body. Once you've figured that piece out, you get to be snobby with your extras. I like to break foods down into always, sometimes, and rarely foods - it's those “rarely” foods that I like to think of as extras. Nothing is off-limits in your eating plan, but I want you to think whether what you're about to consume is really worth the space in your day.   Apply Your Snobbiness to the Rest of Your Life Choosing to be snobby with your extras takes a bit of self-control. It's so easy to allow yourself to eat whatever you want to do, but I want you to really enjoy what you're eating. If you're not enjoying it, it doesn't taste good or make you feel happy, why are you eating it? When you do this, I know you'll feel empowered. You'll feel strong and capable and able to choose food that makes your body and mind feel good. When you've got your snobbiness down regarding your food, I encourage you to apply your new boundaries to the rest of your life. You'll find it so much easier to set and stick to your new boundaries when you're already practicing them with your eating habits. How are you snobby with your food? What foods do you really save your snobbiness for? Let me know in the comments on the episode page.   In This Episode  What happens when you define your nutrition strategy [3:00] Why it's so important to do the mindset work before starting a macro-based eating plan [6:30] How being snobby with your extra indulgences helps you show up for your authentic body [13:30] How to mindfully choose whether you want to eat something [17:00] How being snobby with your extras can make you feel empowered [21:00] What happens when you transfer your snobbiness to other boundaries in your life [23:00]   Quotes “Intuitive eating is a strategy to heal your relationship with your body. To heal the relationship with food. There can be a secondary effect of body fat loss through intuitive eating but we have to unmarry ourselves from the result of body fat loss if we want to really utilize what intuitive eating was meant to do.” [5:01] “Food does affect us. We have to be really keyed into what foods work for us and what foods don't work as well for us.” [12:13] “When you get snobby with your extras, you're really showing up for yourself. What you're doing is saying that there are no bad foods, all foods are allowed, but you get to decide what gets to go into that fine masterpiece of a body.” [14:34] “If we can be mindful eaters and really decide if something is worth it or not, be prepared, you are going to turn down a lot of things.” [17:50]   Resources Mentioned Check out the full episode page here Find Life Coaching for Women Physicians Online Follow Dr. Ali Novitsky on Facebook | Instagram  Subscribe to Life Coaching for Women Physicians on Apple Podcasts Podcast production by the team at Counterweight Creative   Related Episodes Episode 95: Choosing Health Not Diet Culture Episode 106: Honoring Your Authentic Body Episode 98: 5 Obstacles Preventing Us From Achieving Sustainable Fat Loss

BarNinja Podcast - The Ultimate Bartending & Mixology Podcast

This episode goes beyond the positive mental state you need as a great bartender and what to do with that energy. Great energy is the basic building block of creating an atmosphere where people want to stay and have fun. Good energy is good service. This holds whether its a professional bar or a home cocktail party. Mixology skills are hard skills which are easily trainable, but the soft skills that we are diving into in our first few episodes, are the difference between a good and great bartender. Don't forget to hit subscribe on your favorite podcast player and please tell all of your bartending friends about us!

Full disclosure. I type this intro to the Doc Talk Podcast after drinking a lot, and I mean a lot of beer from Bottle Rocket beer out of Seward, Nebraska. We drink two different kinds of Bottle Rocket during this podcast, the Golden Stout and the Juicy Burst. We were not paid to drink these beers; in fact, we paid for them. All we can say, worth every penny!  Our discussion tonight zeros in on the good, the bad, and the ugly of transferring at the college level and the high school ranks. Dr. Rob Zatechka and Travis Justice talk about the recent controversy in Nebraska Class A football with Greta being forced to vacate its state championship.  That discussion moved on to the college transfer portal and how Nebraska may, or rather should, benefit from the players it has acquired.  This podcast is not possible without the support of our great sponsors.   Like Husker Hounds! Scott Strunc is the best and has a deal for you right now! Baseball schedules are in and free at both stores.  On sale right now is a custom-made Nebraska suite! You can see a picture of what it looks like on the Doc Talk Facebook page. The Blazer, usually $175, is on sale for $40. The matching pants, usually $90 are on sale for $25.  Scott also has a fire sale on basketball hoodies, usually $59.99 now just $20 each! Husker Hounds, two locations in Omaha and online at Husker Hounds dot com.  New to the podcast in 2022, Attorney Connor Orr from the law firm Erickson Sederstrom. Connor is a big sports fan, a long-time listener to this podcast, and ready to represent you or your friends and family. Connor is a general practitioner and handles most litigation, probate, and transactional matters. He is licensed in both Iowa and Nebraska. But there's more. Connor is a licensed sports agent in the state of Nebraska. Not only can he represent Athletes, but he can also represent you and your business if you want to align your business with the name, image, and likeness of athletes Connor can help you navigate the process.  Do you want to be part of the Doc Talk Podcast? In this demo, I show you how to directly transfer files between the P4 and in my case the Mac, via the P4 menu option File Transfer (press menu and press right 3 times, and select file transfer). Simply puts the P4 in to a mass storage mode (turning off knobs and mics), and comes up as a P4 drive when connected via a USBC cable connected to the power/data port on the P4 (front left hand side port). To exit file transfer, just press menu twice, and knobs and mics will return to normal operation. Much better and safer than dragging out the SD card all the time which is exactly what I've been doing sigh smile.
