Our Fish our Food?

After the study, 50% of our consumed fish is now farm raised. Until 2030 it will be 75%.China produces 70% of the farmed fish. What is if our farmed fish is poisoned?First, we look what the farm fishes are consuming. Because, if the farmed fish food is with poison we consume that poison when we eat that fish. The farmed fishes eat: 1.) contaminated fishmeal,2.) Antibiotics (Through the Antibiotics in the fish our immune system weakens, and so our body becomes more antibiotic resistance. Every year our Antibiotics drugs have to increase the doses and so the side effects increases. And it leads to a fast-growing Antibiotic allergy.)  3.) Pesticides are poison for our whole body.4.) Organochlorines (damage the endocrine system, immune system, and brain)5.) Dyes. How will harm the fish farms in our environment?A.) The fish-farms pollute our water and oceans. For instance: The new Fish farm in San Diego/California will produce 5000Tons on fish and will contribute to 5000Tons fish waste in the Ocean… This fish waste will also spread diseases and produce toxic algal blooms and sea lice. The Fish waste will kill endangered species like Blue whale, sea turtle.B.) For one 1Kg farmed fish we need 2Kg wild fish. What is with our fishing industry that catches the wild fishes? The fish industry catches legal and illegal more fishes than the fishes can raise. When we continuously keep our overfishing, then 2048 will be no fish anymore in our oceans. It is nearly impossible to stop the Asians to overfish and to stop the world to pollute our Oceans. Until our Oceans are not dead nobody can stop that madness. If the Oceans becomes more and more polluted, so our wild fish becomes more contaminated, too.For instance, in Southern Thailand, we see the scrimps farms are feeding Antibiotics to the shrimps, crabs, lobsters and a lot of the workers are in slavery. And so it is also everywhere in Southeast Asia that in the fishing branch are working slaves…. We have today 27Mill slaves, and that is more than in the last 4 centuries together. In Thailand working 10% of the people under slavery (they mainly come from Burma) and most of the slavery is in the fish industry.  Can you live without eating fish? My Video: Our Fish our Food? https://youtu.be/qlNKNe4bZjEMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast.B/Our-Fish-our-Food.mp3

Are vitamin supplements really necessary - Discussion with Dr Rachel Taylor (Part 2) The Black Spy Podcast Season 11, Episode 0004 This week's Black Spy Podcast looks at the Billions of dollars vitamin supplement industry with our special guest Dr. Rachel Taylor. She is able to put the bones on the following basic philosophy of vitamin supplementation below: Vitamin supplements are not generally required for the average healthy person who maintains a balanced diet. A well-rounded diet that includes a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats usually provides all the necessary vitamins and minerals the body needs to function properly. However, there are certain situations where vitamin supplements may be necessary or beneficial. These include: 1. Nutritional deficiencies: If blood tests or medical evaluations indicate a specific vitamin deficiency, supplements may be prescribed to address the deficiency and restore optimal levels. 2. Certain health conditions: Some medical conditions or factors such as pregnancy, lactation, malabsorption issues, or chronic diseases may require additional supplementation to meet the increased nutrient demands or compensate for poor absorption. 3. Restricted diets: Vegetarians, vegans, or individuals with limited food choices or restrictive diets may need to supplement certain vitamins such as vitamin B12, which is primarily found in animal-based products. 4. Age-related factors: Older adults may have reduced nutrient absorption or increased nutrient requirements due to age-related changes, making supplements beneficial in certain cases. 5. Geographic or lifestyle factors: People living in regions with limited sun exposure might require vitamin D supplements to maintain adequate levels. Additionally, some individuals with specific lifestyles, such as athletes or those under high physical or mental stress, may benefit from targeted supplementation. It's important to note that while some individuals may benefit from supplements, excessive intake of certain vitamins can be harmful. It's always best to consult with a healthcare professional or registered dietitian who can assess your specific needs and provide personalized recommendations based on your health status, lifestyle, and diet. So once again the Black Spy Podcast delves deeper and highlights the geo-political aspects of an ‘industry'. Don't forget to subscribe to The Black Spy Podcast to never miss an episode. Chicken feet - contain loads of gelatine and are less expensive than other gelatine-rich bones. Pigs trotters are also full of gelatine and collagen. Vegetables I throw any in to the mix but generally have a base of carrots (including their tops) celery (including the leaf)leek, garlic and greens. Herbs/Spices/condiments I throw around an inch of turmeric root in, black pepper, Himalayan salt (more negative ions than usual salt), star anise, cinnamon stick, bay leaves and apple cider vinegar Step 1: Blanch the Bones Divide the bones between two large pots and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes before draining and rinsing the bones with water. Do you have to blanch the bones? The answer is no.However, I recommend, especially if you're making brothfrom beef bones, that you do blanch them first. If you're using chicken bones or chicken feet blanching is less important, but beef bones really need this extra step, especially if you want a clear stock. What's the purpose of blanching? The purpose is to remove impurities, coagulated protein, and blood which ultimately results in a cleaner, better tasting broth. Step 2: Roast the Bones and Vegetables Now that your bones have been blanched, drained, and rinsed, it's time to preheat your oven to 180 C. Transfer the bones and vegetables to the roasting pans. . Roast for 30 minutes before gently tossing the bones and vegetables, and roasting for an additional 15-30 minutes more. Step 3: Transfer the Bones Back to the Stockpots & Bring to a Boil Wash the stockpots that were used to blanch the bones(this is super important) and divide the roasted bones and vegetables between the two pots. Scrape up any brown bits and juices remaining in the roasting pan using a metal spatula and a little water, if needed. With the bones and vegetables add the salt, bay leaves, black pepper, star anise, cinnamon sticks, turmeric and apple cider vinegar between the two pots. Pour enough water in to cover the bones by approximately an inch. Cover each pot with a tight-fitting lid and bring to a low boil. I use an instant pot to do this bit and basically put it onto a soup setting to cook as it is much quicker than the other way, but you can do it on the stove instead. Step 4: Simmer reduce heat to low and simmer, with the lids lightly ajar, skimming any foam or excess fat, as needed. Simmer for at least 8-12 hours Add more water if needed to make sure bones and vegetables remain fully submerged. Step 5: Strain the Bones, once the bones have simmered and your broth is ready, you will need to strain the broth through a strainer. For an extra clear broth, strain a second time through a food-grade muslin. I store in glass jars in the fridge and generally around 1KG of bones makes enough broth for me to use in 10 days.

Vic Bream Classic Marlo 25-26 2023. This is the first review of a Vic Bream Classic! What an episode. As you will hear, I really like some of the team names…. They cracked me up! One of the things that I really like about the team events is that it not just mates ,but family members can go out together and compete in a competition. In this event we had two father and son teams in the top three. In third place was Paul and Justin Conn of team EGM Revisited. I spoke with Justin who gave me a complete run down of their competition . I found it interesting that Justin spoke about his dad catching so consistently that at one point Justin was basically a just netting fish. I hope we can talk again and ask Paul some specifics about his technique with blades. It seems like he really had it dialled in! In second place we had the experience of team Hummingbird with Shaun Clancy and Jarrod Healey. This was another interesting story because they borrowed a small tinny to try to get into Lake Corringle. Tune in to hear how they decked this boat out for this particular competition. If you are a Hummingbird owner or are thinking about becoming one I think you will find this discussion very interesting. Then in first place I spoke with father and son team Steven and Lindsay Pryke. After an ordinary prefish this experienced team were able to catch a bag quickly. They then upgraded to 5.27 kg on day one which included a 1.24kg kicker fish. On the Sunday they were again able to put together an impressive  bag weighing 5.35kg. The combined bags totalled 10.62 Kg which is a better tha 1Kg average per fish. This bag included a 1.45 kg beast which anchored their bag and helped them take a convincing win. Big bream went to Bruce Robinson and Michael Newman with an absolute beast at 1:55 kg. I really enjoyed recording this episode. Thanks to the anglers who were able to speak with me at short notice and shared so much. I look forward to covering the next  Vic Bream Classic in Mallacoota!

It should not be painful, so we put quite a lot of pressure (like a weight of 1Kg)…In China, they measure the distance between the acupuncture points in Cun and that must be different for different sizes of people… 1 Cun is the width of the thumb, and 3 Cun are the widths of our 4 fingers. The first point is called Anmien…Behind our ears, (one thumb (Cun) below the middle of the ear), we go with our thumb, feel this big bone (Mastoid bone) and we go horizontal further, 2.5 thumbs (Cun) wide, until the rim of our skull… it have been just this corner/depression under the rim of the skull and behind that big bone… This point is not on a bone, it's so soft.  You press this point on both sides, for 30 to 90 seconds, close your eyes, and relax. The next point is the H7 or Shen men…We go down the hand edge or Karate hand… to the wrist. Below the hand edge and 1 Cun up to the middle of the palm… You press on both arms at this point… The last point is the LV3 or anger point…We have two feet with big toes… the point is between the big toe and the next toe is joining the foot, above the foot, 1 Cun further down of the joint. Somehow, the LV3 has 2 different locations and we go to that location that I have described and not 2 Cun behind the joint of the big toe. My Video: 3 Chinese Self-Acupressure Points to Fall Asleep in Minutes https://youtu.be/r5PfFP_obw0My Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast2/3-Chinese-Self-Acupressure-Points-to-Fall-Asleep-in-Minutes.mp3

195. US.I cattivi, i maggiori emettitori di fossile, i colpevoli.

Preparing for the Mission Field 1Now in the church at Antioch there were prophets and teachers: Barnabas, Simeon who was called Niger, Lucius of Cyrene, Manaen, a close friend of Herod the tetrarch,Mt 14:1; Ac 4:36; 11:19,22,27; 1Co 12:28 and Saul. 2As they were worshiping13:2 Or were ministering to the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, “Set apart for me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them.”Ac 8:29; 9:15; Rm 1:1; Gl 1:15 3Then after they had fasted, prayed, and laid hands on them, they sent them off.Ac 6:6; 14:26 The Mission to Cyprus 4So being sent out by the Holy Spirit, they went down to Seleucia, and from there they sailed to Cyprus. 5Arriving in Salamis, they proclaimed the word of God in the Jewish synagogues. They also had John as their assistant.Ac 9:20; 12:12 6When they had traveled the whole island as far as Paphos, they came across a sorcerer, a Jewish false prophet named Bar-Jesus.Mt 7:15; Ac 8:9 7He was with the proconsul, Sergius Paulus, an intelligent man. This man summoned Barnabas and Saul and wanted to hear the word of God.Ac 18:12; 19:38 8But Elymas the sorcerer (that is the meaning of his name) opposedEx 7:11; 2Tm 3:8 them and tried to turn the proconsul away from the faith.Ac 6:7; 8:9 9But Saul — also called Paul — filled with the Holy Spirit, stared straight at Elymas 10and said, “You are full of all kinds of deceit and trickery, you son of the devilMt 13:38; Jn 8:44 and enemy of all that is right. Good day to all in HPR land, this is Tony Hughes coming to you again from Blackpool in the UK. To recap this is the 4th in a series of shows about my hobby of restoring Matchbox and other Die cast models. In the last show I went through the process of stripping the models down to their component parts. In this episode I will discuss the process I use to remove the paint and prepare the casting for repainting and reassembly. So first off, and I should have said this last episode, a health and safety warning. If there are young people listening to this some of the things talked about on today's show require parental supervision, and are not recommended for young people unless properly supervised. So with that public service announcement out of the way let's get on with the show. So before the base can be put in the paint stripper the wheels and axles need to be removed. As you can see from the picture there are flanges holding on the wheels to the metal axle and one side is only a small flange. Picture 000 This can be removed with a small needle file or a small rotary file attachment for my rotary tool. Once removed the bases can be put in with the rest of the casting for paint removal. Picture 001 So let's talk about paint removal, obviously the first one you will think of is some kind of chemical paint stripper and I use 2 different methods of this. The first and probably the safest in the first instance is a commercial paint stripper from one of the chain DIY stores here in the UK, B&Q. There is a local store about 10 minutes drive from me so it is convenient during normal shopping times just to pop in and grab a 2.5Ltr container of their own brand DIAL paint stripper that is fantastic for this job and quite economic. The second is a little more aggressive if you need fast results but requires a little more in the way of care when using it as it is very corrosive and can be harmful if the fumes are breathed in, or the product gets onto your skin or in your eyes. This is caustic soda and I buy this through eBay and have it delivered in 1Kg pouches. It needs to be stored in an air tight container in a dry environment to keep it from getting damp as this is a potential fire hazard as if it gets contaminated buy moisture a chemical reaction starts which generates heat. So if you go with the caustic soda method you need to take adequate safety precautions. With the Jaguar I mainly used the caustic soda method to remove the paint but one casting I put in the paint stripper to show that method. With the caustic soda place the castings in a jar with enough room to cover with just boiled water so that it does not overflow when the caustic soda crystals are added slowly, I use a long handle tea spoon and add 2-3 tea spoons of the soda until it has a good fizz. Then leave for about 15 minutes but the longer the better, I sometimes do this and leave over night and this gives a great result. Remember to wear gloves when doing this to prevent getting the caustic on your hands. Picture 002 Picture 003 Picture 004 Picture 005 With the paint stripper I have a plastic click lock box with this in that I immerse the casting into and leave for several hours for best results. This can be reused many times as you can see in this picture keeping it an economic method as most of the stripper is left in the box when you remove the casting. The results for both methods are similar, but I find the caustic although you need to be careful, is the less messy of the two options, and the casting is easier to clean after paint removal. Picture 006 So after removal of the paint the castings are polished up with either a hand wire brush or a wire brush attachment for the rotary tool. You can see the base before and after and a picture of the polished main casting in the notes. Picture 007 Picture 008 So we now have a casting ready for repainting, which I will cover in the next episode. So until next time this is Tony Hughes saying goodbye to all those in HPR land. Keep safe until the next instalment.
