Saint Francis was born into a world in a panic. The stabilities of the feudal world had collapsed with the rise of mercantilism. The gap between rich and poor was unsustainable and a new underclass was tearing apart the fabric of society. Then, there were the looming presence of the Mongols to the east and the transformative impact of the Islamic empire to the south - both conquerors plunging Christian Europe into an existential crisis.Doomster prophets, ferocious disputes, wild hopes and messianic saviours were commonplace. So what did the man from Assisi constellate in the extremities of his way of life? Who was this figure, beyond the sentimental portrayal that can so easily eclipse his intense radicalism? This talk explores the discoveries made by his followers - the scientia experimentalist of Roger Bacon, William of Ockham and Duns Scotus whose Franciscanism embraced Aristotelianism. It asks how the contraries embraced by Francis and the impossible path he traced might much matter now.For more on Mark see - www.markvernon.comHis new book is Awake! In the mid-12th century, a mysterious letter was circulating the courts of Christian Europe. Its supposed author was Prester John, a powerful, immortal Christian king who purported to rule a fantastical empire in India.Prester John was never real. But who wrote the letter and why? And why did Europeans spend centuries searching for him despite abundant evidence that the whole story was nonsense? To answer these questions, Olivia and Aran will set out on a globe-trotting adventure, from the yurt-strewn steppe of Central Asia, to Italy's city-republics, the highlands of East Africa, and even further afield. Along the way they'll meet befuddled Ethiopian diplomats, fearsome warrior-khans, and maybe even the real Prester John himself…Also discussed: Olivia's love of big cans, the things you learn at Unitarian Universalist Sunday school, and why we can't have cat-sized elephant friends.Further reading: The Letter of Prester John: http://www.ancienttexts.org/library/celtic/ctexts/presterjohn.htmlDevin DeWeese, "The Influence of the Mongols on the Religious Consciousness of Thirteenth-century Europe." https://www.jstor.org/stable/43193054Matteo Salvatore, "The Ethiopian Age of Exploration: Prester John's Discovery of Europe, 1306-1458." https://www.jstor.org/stable/41060852Marianne O'Doherty, "Imperial Fantasies: Imagining Christian empire in three fourteenth-century versions of the Book of John Mandeville." https://www.jstor.org/stable/26396423?read-now=1&seq=3#page_scan_tab_contentsKarl F. Plus, with England and France in chaos, Michael comments on clips of Bishop Athanasius Schneider and vintage Archbishop Lefebvre addressing the Global Elites' push to weaponize Islam against what is left of Christian Europe. Meanwhile, with Antichrist rising, will the GOP softening on abortion be the death knell of the Trump/Vance presidential run? And finally -- nobody is talking about it, but THIS is why Democrats keep winning elections and will continue to do so until we WAKE UP. How can you put science with faith? In this episode, my guest is Dr. Ken Boa. He is exploring a huge topic, so get your seat belt on!We are discussing science, faith and reason. The typical mindset is to ask. "How can you put science with faith?" Well, first of all, the actual origin of science occurred in a context of Christian faith. In fact, science, as we know it, only appeared ONCE in human history.Yes there was technology in Greece and Babylonia, China etc. But there was no actual science until the period around the Renaissance in Christian Europe. It was this Christian synthesis that actually provided the foundation for the idea that the universe is rational, and that it can be studied.Dr. Ken Boa of Reflections Ministries is engaged in a ministry of relational evangelism and discipleship, teaching, writing, and speaking. For 40 years, Ken has shared Scripture-based truth to help people view life from God's perspective. He holds a BS from Case Institute of Technology, a ThM from Dallas Theological Seminary, a Ph.D. from New York University, and a DPhil from the University of Oxford in England.

Truth is dangerous because it can disrupt our rose colored view of the world—“All is well. There's nothing to see here.” Many people simply don't want to know the hard truth of things so they get up every morning and tell themselves lies so they can live. The truth is that what's left of the Western world is on the brink of collapse because of the red, blue, and green alliance: A mixture of Marxism, Christianity, and Islamism. Christian Europe has already fallen. Europe murdered its Jews, burned down its synagogues, imported radical Islamists, and replaced churches and synagogues with mosques. America is next. What you are witnessing on American college campuses—both secular and Christian—is not just anti-Zionism, but anti-Western hatred.
We embark on the epic journey of Season 3 in this episode of the podcast. We'll be talking about the myths and lies you've been told about Christendom 1.0. Speaking of which, what is Christendom? Who are the heroes that built it? What are its high water marks and when did it begin? Why was Islam so important in the shaping of Christian Europe and the West? Were the Crusades really evil? We're telling the story of Christendom in all its heroic glory, from men like Charlemagne and El Cid, Charles Martel and Alfred the Great to Christopher Columbus and Tsar Nicholas. In this episode we'll lay out a map for the rest of the season. We'll also talk about Gothic Cathedrals, Notre Dame, and so much more. pWotD Episode 2435: New Year's Day Welcome to popular Wiki of the Day where we read the summary of a popular Wikipedia page every day. With 1,271,924 views on Monday, 1 January 2024 our article of the day is New Year's Day.In the Gregorian calendar, New Year's Day is the first day of the calendar year: 1 January. Most solar calendars (like the Gregorian and Julian) begin the year regularly at or near the northern winter solstice, while cultures and religions that observe a lunisolar or lunar calendar celebrate their Lunar New Year at less fixed points relative to the solar year.In pre-Christian Rome under the Julian calendar, the day was dedicated to Janus, god of gateways and beginnings, for whom January is also named. From Roman times until the middle of the 18th century, the new year was celebrated at various stages and in various parts of Christian Europe on 25 December, on 1 March, on 25 March and on the movable feast of Easter. In the present day, with most countries now using the Gregorian calendar as their civil calendar, 1 January according to Gregorian calendar is among the most celebrated of public holidays in the world, often observed with fireworks at the stroke of midnight following New Year's Eve as the new year starts in each time zone. Other global New Year's Day traditions include making New Year's resolutions and calling one's friends and family. This recording reflects the Wikipedia text as of 02:25 UTC on Tuesday, 2 January 2024.For the full current version of the article, see New Year's Day on Wikipedia. This podcast uses content from Wikipedia under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License.Visit our archives at wikioftheday.com and subscribe to stay updated on new episodes.Follow us on Mastodon at @wikioftheday@masto.ai.Also check out Curmudgeon's Corner, a current events podcast.Until next time, I'm Joanna Neural.

This considers a set of superhuman female figures found in medieval and early modern European cultures- Mother Nature, the roving nocturnal lady often called Herodias, the British fairy queen, and the Gaelic Cailleach. None seem to be surviving ancient deities, and yet there is nothing Christian about any of them either. It is suggested that they force us to reconsider our own existing terminology when writing the religious history of Europe. This lecture was recorded by Ronald Hutton on 8 November 2023 at Barnard's Inn Hall, LondonThe transcript and downloadable versions of the lecture are available from the Gresham College website:https://www.gresham.ac.uk/watch-now/pagan-goddessesGresham College has offered free public lectures for over 400 years, thanks to the generosity of our supporters. Americans are known for many things. Geographic insight of Eastern Europe is not one of them. Yet every American over age six can tell you which Romanian region is the home of Count Dracula. Thanks to the incredible popularity of Bram Stoker's 1897 novel, Transylvania has a unique place in the American and British popular consciousness, totally beyond that of any other province in this part of the world. To see how this came to pass, we have to understand the ways that Dracula is a snapshot of Victorian fears, fascinations, and colonial psychoses and explore the real history of this long-contested region. In this two-part series, Liam and Russian Sam pore over the ancient tomes to uncover both the history of Transylvania and the strange, circuitous path that gave this region its uniquely macabre reputation, from the first invasions of the Magyars that terrified Christian Europe, to the establishment of German colonies that may have inspired by the Pied Piper legend, and ultimately the blood, brutal career of Vlad the Impaler. Although he never actually ruled Transylvania, the real-life Dracula's persecution of German-speakers became one of Europe's first media spectacles, giving this proud eastern boyar an afterlife that he still enjoys today. Friends of the Rosary: Today, we observe the Memorial Day of the Most Holy Name of Mary, inviting everyone to reflect upon all the graces received through the intercession and mediation of the Blessed Mother. This feast originated in Spain in the sixteenth century, in thanksgiving to Our Lady for the battle victory for Christian Europe against the Muslim Turks. The feast of the Holy Name of Mary follows that of her Birthday, as the Feast of the Holy Name of Jesus follows Christmas. In accordance with Jewish custom, Our Lady's parents named her eight days after her birth and were inspired to call her Mary. The Hebrew name of Mary, Miryãm, (in Latin Domina) means lady or sovereign; this Mary is by virtue of her Son's sovereign authority as Lord of the World. We call Mary Our Lady as we call Jesus Our Lord, and when we pronounce her name we affirm her power, implore her aid, and place ourselves under her protection. In this regard, Pope Benedict XVI wrote about the Most Holy Virgin:“If you follow Mary, you will not stray; if you pray to her, you will not despair; if you turn your thoughts to her, you will not err. If she holds you, you will not fall; if she protects you, you need not fear; if she is your guide, you will not tire; if she is gracious to you, you will surely reach your destination.” Ave Maria!Jesus, I Trust In You! To Jesus through Mary! + Mikel A. | RosaryNetwork.com, New York

Who were these Huguenots? What was this religious war in France? What effect did it have on Christian History? Well the magazine answered all the questions. The far reaching effect that these people and their plight had on European history cannot be underestimated. Even the early history of America was affected by these people and those wars. Normally, I reserve the Saturday podcasts were new content and I read to you articles from CHM on my No Name Heroes of Faith Series which come out every other Wednesday. But, I was kinda needing a break from creating new content and this issue fascinated me so much that I would like to spend several weeks sharing with you all my new obsession: the Huguenots. This period of time, the 1500s France were awful. A whole century of people claiming to be Christian killing other people who claim to be Christian, sometimes, like savages. This has to be one of the darkest moments in Christian Europe. The violence and sheer evil perpetrated is mind boggling. This is the first of several non-consecutive episodes about Roger Williams, whom we have teased a few times already. Williams was one of early New England's immensely consequential figures, perhaps in the long run more so than either William Bradford or John Winthrop. While the intellectual and civic contributions of Williams were legion, there are four startlingly modern things that he essentially invented. First, Williams argued that requiring people to attend church and worship in a particular way – a practice the English called “conformity” and essentially a universal obligation in Christian Europe for centuries – was an offense unto God. Williams thought that people must be free to find their own faith and follow their own beliefs. In a universally religious time, this amounted to a wholesale reconsideration of the “proper relation between a free individual and the state.” Second, Williams challenged the settled relationship between the church, man's manifestation of God on this earth, and the state. He concluded they should be entirely separate, an idea that most Americans today take as a given. Third, Williams founded the new colony of Rhode Island, the first political entity anywhere in the world dedicated to the proposition of religious freedom and liberty of conscience. Finally, Williams learned the local Algonquian language and studied the indigenous peoples of New England with a compassion and intellectual honesty that was, for its time, very unusual and arguably unprecedented. In order to understand Williams, however, we need to know something about Puritan theology, an introduction to which is the main topic of this episode! More exciting that it sounds! And, anyway, it will be useful background for many of the episodes to come. Tuesday January 24, 2023 The laws of God tell us how to get along. In fact, modern western society, swims in the waters of Christian laws of morality. Hundreds of years ago in Christian Europe laws were constructed for the state, which were based on the Bible, and from that biblical perspective came the idea that every human, rich or poor, has natural rights. The Magna Carta and the Declaration of Independence state this idea as if it had always been. for full notes: https://www.cgtruth.org/index.php?proc=msg&sf=vw&tid=2751
I bought into a kind of mentality for a few decades where I would shake my head at the portrait of the faithful Christians as a bunch of superstitious, inbred fools. For quite some time, I could not revert to belief, because it meant letting go of many of my assumptions and biases. I wanted certainty. I had ingested from years of education, television, and gobs of self-help new-age fluff. Having lived some forty years, it became increasingly clear that a long campaign to bash and re-write Christian history has been the motive of many of my educators and most of the media that I've consumed. There was a clear villain, especially in public school and (oddly enough) the Catholic university I attended for one year before transferring to a public university. I lost my faith at a Catholic university. Today I feel like I paid $14,000 in my freshman year to have my soul amputated, which was an unexpected surgery. The enemy in classrooms was the Church. It wasn't always said directly, and was often more like a flank attack on every single teaching of the Church. But behind the “teachings” was always the Catholic Church. I put “teachings” in quotes because most of what I was taught turned out to be very loose on details and often directly dishonest. The accusation was not always made directly at the Church, but when the direct inverse of faith and morals was being taught, the wind from my professors, which I was paying for, was set on full sail toward anti-religion. Honestly, I have to wonder for a few if it wasn't kind of a thrill to teach history or philosophy at a Catholic university and actively try to kill a student's faith. Everything that the Church held sacred was discarded, and seemed almost a part of the core curriculum, literally, on nearly every doctrine of faith and morals. This may sound like exaggeration, but if I have enough time I will go into it further, and I have covered it in some degree in prior posts. Obviously it wasn't only the college experience, but television and the internet as well, and my own need to rebel and get buck-wild as much as possible, from Thursday to Sunday night if I could swing it. Four dollars bought a plastic cup at “all you can drink” house-parties, and with a fake ID, three beers for a buck at the bars. I could get hammered on the cheap. I took school seriously, but the extra-curricular of drinking was a close second. I often wonder why I even went to college because I could have learned to program and code myself, but instead I paid a lot of money to read books (that I could have read at home) and lost my faith and meaning in life. But I do love learning and reading, so I lapped it up, but the fruit of my education was full of worms for a long, long time, until I finally slipped on my own rotten banana peel and hit bottom.Somehow I was seeking answers and oblivion at the same time, and by the end of my freshman year, I had all the answers I needed. There was no God. Jesus was just a human teacher, like Buddha, or Bill Nye. The divine never broke through into our world. Miracles were ludicrous. The universe has always existed, and evolution explains it all. Now it was time for Metallica and shots of Blue 100 and Aftershock, Jag-bombs, straight whiskey. Eat, drink, and get wrecked, for tomorrow we die! Oh - and make money. Everyone assured me that money was very important, and that my American pursuit of happiness really, really needed money. So I really only saw oblivion and self-determination as the road ahead to any kind of meaning. And that is how I purchased the product that the culture and college were selling. There was a sales pitch happening with much fanfare and intellectualizing and it felt a lot like how I came to take my first drink, which was by peer pressure and wanting to be cool and counter-cultural. While the cheerleaders of the modern world assured me that “justification by STEM alone” and the unending song of “Believe in yourself” promised a glorious future kingdom on earth, the progress toward the utopia, whether by science, humanism, capitalism or socialism, didn't match the sales pitch. In the end, the shiny product I bought to be cool turned out to be Ford Pinto that exploded when life rear-ended it. When you are selling a product, you craft a story. This is critical in sales, and academics and business people have gone to great lengths to craft and hone their tales, and if you don't think so, if you turn on a radio, TV, or open your phone, within seconds you will be ingesting a crafted story, professionally made just for your eyes, ears, tongue, and stomach to desire. However, the crafted sales pitch is only one-third of making a sale. The second part is the demonstration, and the third part is proving it. Now, a “demo” can be every bit of smoke and mirrors as the pitch, and often is. For a company I once worked for, I was tasked with creating a “demonstration” for a keynote speaker for our companies largest annual event. To show how great our software was, we created an app that showed meters and gauges wobbling and measuring temperature and wind speed. It looked amazing, useful, cutting-edge. And it was all fake. We used fake data and the app was connected to no real world hardware, no wires, no live data. For another demo, I had to create a long series of click-through screens to show how well our product worked, with transitions to mimic a mouse click, so that the presenter could appear to be using the actual app. But there was no app. It was all just images appearing to look like the application. The demo was a magic trick. But it looked good. When a keynote speech is delivered, nothing can go wrong in the slides or demonstration. That was made clear to me, hence the need for the fake app and the click-through images. Nothing could go wrong. Even with the fake data, I was assured that if the demo errored or failed somehow, I would be looking for a new job. When I left that company, I joined one that didn't play the same games and it felt much more authentic, because we were showing and selling the actual product, without smoke and mirrors, or as little smoke and mirrors as possible. Customers appreciated this. Employees appreciated this. Being a “demo-dawg” means having to dance in front of the customer, but it's far more enjoyable when what you are showing actually exists and if it fails, you speak honestly about the problem. Authenticity: that is what people really want today, but the smoke-and-mirrors of the screens attract us like moths to the bug zapper. The third part of selling is the proof that it works. This is of course the most important part of all, because repeat sales do not happen with this piece, because in the end it's the only thing that really matters. A good salesperson can sell a piece a junk one time, but then he had better move on to the next town, because the jig is up when the product fails. Charlatans get caught, because reality always test and proves out the claims of both the story pitch and the demonstration. Remember the old Castrol GTX oil commercials? They showed engines running at high RPMs with a low quality oil. Of course, the engine with the lesser oil seized up in a dramatic clunk (while an engine with Castrol oil clearly would have kept hammering the piston like a sewing machine). The story was that Castrol protected your engine “from viscosity and thermal breakdown", which turned on every car guy and armchair engineer, and presumably even men who had no idea what those terms meant. (These were shown during NFL football games, as the target audience was men and boys who liked gladiator games and powerful engines as a substitute for their own insecurities and feelings of powerlessness…but I digress.) The demonstration in the commercial recorded engine breakdown at high RPMs, which made for a compelling story for the Castrol claim, which was: “Our oil is high quality and performs under pressure.” But the real test was always in the real world, not the advertisement or the demo. No one knows what engine was used, or if the gauges were even real. In other words, to keep selling a product, there has to be something more than words, more than just the demo. It must actually do what is promised. Marketing acts as the prophet, demonstrators (a.k.a. “demo-dawgs”) perform the sign, and the usage is the proof, the fulfillment of the prophecy. If the ball is dropped anywhere along the way through this gauntlet of sales, you don't make the second sale. Sure, for a while you can fool people, because companies can and do step up their marketing and sales games, but it cannot last forever. The cracks eventually show. We consumers may be stupid, but we are not completely stupid. Sometimes a failed idea that sold well can even take a few centuries to play out, as the marketing story sounds so good you just can't believe your eyes that it failed. (Here I am alluding directly to the stories and pitches of Karl Marx, the absurd demonstrations of Potemkin Villages, and the proof of the utter and complete failures of organizing a society around anything that even touches his ideas. Yet, we want to try it again…but I digress.) We are seeing the cracks today in four ideas that have dominated the past two centuries: socialism, capitalism, humanism, and scientism. All four of these, in their actual testing, have proven flawed beyond repair. The reason is simple. They all push God off the stage so that the sacred Self can be the center of all things. That alone is the flaw. These ideas in these ideologies alone are not bad, but anything that fails to include God as the highest good will fall into disorder. There is no other way. Order and disorder come from a cosmic, theological law of spirituality. There are laws of physics, yes. Then there are the higher laws: the laws of spirits. God is the author of life, of this book, so he chooses the ending, and any mere mortal that fails to follow the Greeks advice to “Know thyself” is writing himself clear out of the book. Knowing thyself means knowing humility before God, and as I've said before, most people don't seem to have a problem with that idea. Humility before God and thanksgiving to God is the point of religion, the purpose of all prayer, but we so easily forget that. Most people today would say I'm wrong. They would say that the one thing that has proven flawed is Catholicism. It's backwards, they say, forgetting that universities and hospitals came to be without it. It's sexist, they say, ignoring that women make up more of the Church and had more to do with starting the Church than any other religion in history. It's racist, they say, while it is in every country with every type of person imaginable who join together daily worldwide for Mass. They accuse it of many things. Its enemies are everywhere. But what I've come to learn is that few people, not even most Catholics, understand Catholicism very well. Much of what is known covers only the scandals of the church itself, which it certainly has its share of. Most people think it's just a list of rules, for a bunch of guilt-ridden fools. But by far the most divisive and false beliefs about the Church come from active campaigns of misinformation, libel, and slander. And lastly, millions of fallen away Catholics had a bad example as their icon of faith, who screamed and hollered and obviously misunderstood the whole thing, too. The common chorus is “I am a victim of Catholic Guilt.” Dear readers: Catholic guilt is not a doctrine of the Church. Joy, however, is. What a shame that no one knows this. In the Catechism of the Catholic Church, the word guilt appears four times. The word joy appears forty-six times. Something has been lost, or misinterpreted, in the translation and delivery of the Church teaching. Here's my point: no one ever built a cathedral out of guilt. No one ever did the unnecessary toil of lugging massive amounts of stone across the ground in order to hang up a set of rules on the wall. No one built statues or made sacred art or wrote hymns because of their guilt. All of these things were done for the joy that Christ gives to his followers. This association of guilt with the Church is the greatest tragedy of modern times, because it's so utterly incorrect, and it is largely a manufactured fib that has now been passed down generations. People who treat the faith like just another Elk's Club or Costco membership have completely missed the point. Costco followers have not yet built a Notre Dame or Salamanca Cathedral. It's far more than an identity, it's salvation, rest, peace, joy. (And by the way, feeling guilty is the correct emotion if you did do something wrong. It's appropriate. But if that's all you learned about Catholicism, you know nothing, just as I did not.)Now what floors me, over and over, as you comb through the history of the Church, is that through all of the persecutions and attempts to stifle it, it does not die. It returns. This is maddening to its enemies. Every earthly kingdom that has put resources into destroying it, whether by sword or tongue (which are often used as synonyms) have failed to complete the job. Why? How can the nearly unlimited resources of emperors and kings, with their armies of soldiers and intellectuals, fail to destroy the Body of Christ? I can tell you why. It's because they already tried it once on the Cross, and the same resurrection that happened with Jesus happens with those that he calls. It cannot be killed. But why? The reason is joy. The reason is that once you are lost and found again, the joy cannot be replaced by anything else in this world. For those who God calls, there is no replacement, no backup plan, no second option. All of what was desired before becomes absurd once Jesus finds his chosen followers. The question of “why?” doesn't have an answer beyond “joy.” The rest is the mystery, and the mystery is glorious. So the reason that it has lasted is because orthodox Christianity is the one thing that has worked for bringing joy to the world. It has worked for 2,000 years. It will work for as long as God keeps our story in the Messianic Age that we are now in, the third act, as we await the return. It has been proven to work. This is the product that has reviews from every generation, shouting that “This Jesus really does what he promises!” Tested repeatedly through the centuries, the results show through clearly. For those announcing its demise today, they will be disappointed just as every other group or king that tried to kill it by violence, propaganda, mockery, and indifference, and there have been many: Napoleon, Nero, Diocletian, Julian the Apostate, Suleyman, the Vandals, the Ostrogoths, the Visigoths, the Vikings, Henry VIII, Marx, Stalin, Lenin, Pol Pot, Hitler, Mao, Robespierre, and even Thomas Jefferson. That's just a short list of names. Christianity has been pronounced dead before. During the siege of Constantinople (A.D. 674–678), some were crying that the last days of Christian Rome had come, and that the armies of the Prophet would soon wipe out Christendom, as they had already destroyed Sasanian Persia and its ancient religion. In the thirteenth century, as Machiavelli observed, trust in the Catholic Church, mired as it then was in corruption and infested with heretics, only survived thanks to the holiness of Sts. Francis and Dominic. Prognosticators foresaw the collapse of Christian Europe after the fall of Constantinople to the Ottoman Turks in 1453, but two centuries later, following the Battle of Vienna in 1683, it was the Turks who were driven out of Europe. The French Revolution tried to de-Christianize France, but that campaign lasted less than a dozen years. (First Things)Nothing lasts like faith in Jesus. We know this God can't be killed. From history alone we know this is a fact. From the Cross to the tomb, we know this. It is a repeated and ever-present truth of The Way, with the uncomfortable reality being that Jesus isn't dead. God is a living God. So even though many today like to point to the flaws alone, the scandals, and call that the totality of Catholicism, there is something far more going on. At some point it doesn't even make sense that this thing would continue given all of the energy put forth to snuff it out. If that seems like I'm generalizing, read about the martyrs and the saints. Read about how the Church nearly died, time and again, only to re-emerge again. In real time today, I'm witnessing the onslaught of the world against the Church, from professors to internet atheists to national governments, all who go out of their way to attack and blame Christianity for all the world's ills. It almost feels like a game, or a joke, as the blame and accusations pile up. At some point, when considering it all, I even laugh, because the dogpile is so uneven and absurd. And that absurd imbalance leads to questions, as the resilience of this Church surpasses any other institution in human history. The big question that began to stick out like a sore thumb had less to do with the Church than with its enemies. The more you see a someone or something being attacked, the more you start to wonder about the attackers. This is a public episode. Host Johnnette Williams celebrates the Most Holy Name of Mary. This feast originated in Spain in the 16th century. In 1683, Pope Innocent XI extended the feast day to the universal Church and gave it the September 12th date. The date is significant because it marks a battle victory for Christian Europe against the Muslim Turks. The Christians prayed for the intercession of Mary throughout their long and arduous campaign before achieving victory.

My name is Austin Adams, red pill revolution started out with me realizing everything that I knew, everything that I believed, everything I interpreted about my life is through the lens of the information I was spoon fed as a. Religion politics, history, conspiracies, Hollywood, medicine, money, food, all of it, everything we know was tactfully written to influence your decisions and your view on reality by those in power. Now I'm on a mission, a mission to retrain and reeducate myself to find the true reality of what is. That curtain and I'm taking your ass with me. Welcome to the revolution. Hello and welcome to red pill revolution, episode number 42. I appreciate you so much. As I've already told you, we are going to dive right into it. Queen Elizabeth. The second has passed away at the age of 90. Now she is the longest standing queen in history of having a reign of almost 70 years, or I believe just hit 70 years. Um, so it says that she celebrated her platinum Jubilee. I don't exactly know what that is. Kind of sounds like a, I don't know, a nineties. Or maybe even an eighties punk rock band, but she celebrated her platinum Jubilee and then passed on. It also says that she recently, uh, accepted the resignation of Boris Johnson about a week ago and the outgoing prime minister, uh, and involved invited Liz trust to form a new government. I don't know what that means to form a new government. That seems like quite the extreme. You know, thing to say, just, you know, go ahead and just form yourself a new government real quick for us. one thing that's come out of this, um, is that a lot of people are finding out that there's like these, uh, realms. I think they call them. I don't know. I don't, I don't know much about this, uh, structure, but apparently, uh, there was been some articles that have been coming out that basically says that anything that they basically, they own. All of Australia, they own like the Commonwealth, I guess the Commonwealth realms. Um, it's an interesting conversation to bring up there. I don't know enough about it to really dive into it, but it seems like they own a, a lot of the countries, including Canada. As being a part of just, we obviously knew that part of the, Royal governance, but to the extent is kind of weird to see how, how far their, their hands reach into other other governments. Um, but anyways, that led me immediately down in the rabbit hole because to the right of this article by vice, there was another article. Which I obviously had to click on and it said QAN on, is losing it over the Queen's death. So QAN is losing it over the Queen's death. Interesting. So let's read what they have to say about that. It says despite spending years claiming she already had been executed QAN on Thursday, openly celebrated the news of queen Elizabeth's death, Macy burn in Hal for Eter. One QAN on account on telegram wrote moments after the Queen's death was announced so happy. The evil witch is dead. Another wrote for years, the queen has been a central figure in the QAN conspiracy as part of a cast of elites who followers believe are operating a child's sex trafficking ring that traverses the globe. Ooh, conspiracy where I don't know, maybe a Royal family member like her son. Was found on Epstein's island and holding a underage girl in a picture with him in several occasions. Mm. What a weird QAN on conspiracy that the Royal family would have anything to do with child sex trafficking rings. How, what, how did they even have that in this article here that they're even questioning that that's, without a doubt, factual prince Andrew. Was found to be on the flight logs was found to have pictures with Virginia gaff who was being, uh, interviewed, um, during the GLA Maxwell trials was one of the only people to be interviewed. And there's literally pictures of him with his arm around her. So 100% the Royal family in one shape, way, shape or form, whether it's just prince Andrew or in, it goes deeper than that, um, was absolutely a part of a international child sex trafficking ring. Indisputable. We know that for a fact. And we also. Sorry about the timing on this, but the queen covered for him. The queen basically like told him to hide away as a result of all of this. And, and there was, there's been nothing brought against him as a result. Why? Because he's a part of the Royal family. So the fact that they're even bringing that up here, completely tone deaf to the idea that court documents revealed that prince Andrew was there. Oh, and by the way, the same Virginia guff that he paid off in a, a court settlement and you probably need to look that up. I'm fairly positive. Prince Andrew paid. Off in a settlement. Um, just like several others. I believe I, I may be mistaken on that. So, uh, completely speculative. Don't take my word for gospel, but I believe in that case, uh, prince Andrew did pay off Virginia guff in a court settlement. Um, so anyways, this article continues to go on. And says that in the hours before her death, some referenced, uh, in the hours before her death, some reference wild Q Andon, conspiracies about the queen participating in satanic rituals and drinking the blood of children. They're preparing the black mass and baby buffet, buffet, buffet. like just a small Warren buffet laying on the table, a baby buffet. As we sit here adding, I think you'll find she's already gone, which I guess there's another conspiracy that she had already. Killed for something executed or something crazy like that. I don't know. Now, obviously they're correct. Absolutely. About the Royal family, even if it's just prince Andrew, having some relation to Epstein and this international child sex trafficking ring, we know that factual 100%. But it goes at another echo, the statement or the sentiment that the queen has been now, obviously they probably found the most ridiculous statements that they could find for clickbait here. So, you know, I'm sure there's some wild accounts saying some wild things. Uh, but anyways, it goes on to say that on the great awakening, a Q and on-message board users have shared similar conspiracies. She died several months ago. Remember she went through a transition or whatever that was the embalming process. CGI body doubles are in. It's funny how the QAN on stuff. They like, everything's so factual. And it's like almost in like a expedited military way of saying things like it says that others push for the even more fantastical claim that the queen was merely a computer generated image. A conspiracy that QAN on has also pushed about president Joe Biden since he took office last year. Yeah. Kind of a wild one. Um, she has been CGI for a while now. Wonder why it is being announced. Now one telegram user wrote over a Q and on message board. Well, another user wrote that about a picture release last week of the queen shaking hands with the newly elected prime minister, Liz trust. That old lady doesn't even look like the queen. LOL. Now there's been conversations like that about Joe Biden, because there's so many weird pictures. And I don't know if they're doctored, but all can find them. There's all these pictures out there of Joe Biden with different ear lobes. There's one variation of. Joe Biden, who has ear lobes that are connected. And one variation of Joe Biden where his ear lobes are not connected. Now, I don't know what to make of that, but there is some very interesting C videos and documents that you can go read on where they show these like body double suits. Now again that doesn't have to be that Joe Biden's dead and he's the CGI. It could be that maybe there was a high profile situation and there was some type of threats and maybe they do a Bodi get body double with a mask. But I would hope if there was a real Joe Biden body double, and they were bringing somebody on that, that individual would at least be able to complete a sentence. Hmm, maybe just a thought , uh, but uh, you know, you, you think that they could do better with then maybe they could do a, a, a mind double two and just put somebody else in there that can finish a sentence and at least give us a glimpse of hope because we know he's not making any real decisions. Anyways. All right, moving forward. It says a number, another member of the forum said maybe that's the cleaning woman but that isn't the woman who has been playing the queen. The queen has been a central figure in the Q nine conspiracy for the very beginning on November 5th, 2017 a week after the first Q drop was posted on four Chan, the anonymous author of the Q drops reference to the Mon. Saying who is the queen of England? How long in power with power comes corruption. What happened to Diana now? That's one. Conspiracy is the princess Diana conspiracy. It's like something to do with the roads that she died on. Um, the, the vehicle, like there's all these weird little, uh, weird little, um, References and like the, the road that she died on the, something about the moon. I don't know. We we'll probably see something on it in this episode, cuz I have a few different articles up that are talking about these things. So, um, it says that the. It goes on to say what happened to Diana? They author wrote going on to call her evil, corrupt, and a part of a secret society. The queen next surfaced with the Q Andon world in 2019, then members of the conspiracy movement claimed that the queen was ex executed following a military tribunal because she had princess Diana murdered after Diana learned of a black male scheme involving convicted pedophile, Jeffrey EP. Wow. When did princess Diana die? That's a good question, right? Like that would be pretty wild to like, if there was, I mean, I guess he was doing that for a fairly long time. Um, when did, let's see if we can find this out here. 25 years ago. So 1997. So that would be pretty much in line with how long Jeffrey Epstein has been doing this. Um, so I mean the, the whole blackmail idea with Jeffrey Epstein is not a new idea. It's not this like crazy, crazy off the wall conspiracy. There was all these talks about thousands of videotapes that they took from Epstein island, right. There was all of these talks about all of the. That they took. And why would you be doing that? Why, why in the first place are you peddling, children to elites with lots of money, you know, for money you could say for one thing, obviously, but also because you're just as sick and individual for two things. And for three things, you know, you're not going that long for 25 years, doing such a horrific thing to high profile people without being tracked, or at least utilized by the FBI or some type of agency, I would maybe. I don't know. So it goes on to say that the queen next surfaced with the QAN in 2019. Oh, we just read that bad news from the Zier corners of QAN on queen Elizabeth II is dead. This was written by Travis view on Twitter. Naturally, the queen was executed following a military tribunal because she had Diana killed after Diana learned of Stein's blackmail scheme. And then it has these pictures, uh, showing these like Q Andon account. it goes on to say that QAN aha. Also pushed aspects of an older conspiracy theory about the ANOC or reptiles Wow. This article's getting in there. The, in the, in, if you don't know, that is like, kind of this idea behind like the, the ums. Well anyway, so let's read it. I'll I'll, we'll walk into it. Um, so it says, the end in NAIA is basically like this like secondary species that came here back in like the times of the pyramids or even before, and were the reason that we were given technology and these types of things. And, um, they're this like reptilian, uh, creature that's sentient and intelligent and has some type of like special powers. So, um, so that's, that's your synopsis of the N NAOC. I'm sure there's much more to it than that. Um, it says these supposed reptiles, including George Bush, Harry Kissinger, former president bill Clinton and former secretary of state, Hillary Clinton, Bob hope and queen Elizabeth a claim many within the QAN I community referenced in comments on Thursday, not much longer for queen lizard. So let's move on from this, although it is, I guess we got a couple little, little spots left here, so it says let's go, it's all in the plan. Be ready. That's that's another thing about the QAN on stuff that like, it just, just, it's so hard to, to not mock when they're like, oh, this is the time. This is when it's all gonna happen. You know, I get it. There's been some crazy stuff going on and, and Trump's, uh, wild caricature of himself is like, Pretty pretty interesting. And it seems like there has to be some deeper thing going on, but to keep waiting, like, you know, the Trump and Jesus are working together to unite the world against, you know, it's, it's, it's a very far reaching movement to say the least. Uh, so. Um, it says 10 days of like, I, I'm not even gonna give that the time of day, but it's, it's pretty wild stuff. Now. There is very much legitimacy to several of these theories, including princess Diana, including the, uh, Epstein. Obviously that's a hundred percent factual. Um, and the in AOC is like a very interesting conversation historically and conspiracy world. So maybe that's, that's a deeper dive, a whole episode into what the OCIA is. Um, but let's go ahead and read. Next part, which goes on to talk about the most bizarre Royal family conspiracy theories. All right. Starting with number. One here, which is going to be that Megan Markle is a us sleeper spy. After Paul beany appeared on the tonight show and told Jimmy Fallon his theory that Megan Markle was a us sleeper spy, the internet just hasn't been able to let it go. According to vanity fair. The actor said back in 2018, that I think Meghan Markle might be a sleeper agent for the us government, the dad doing the photos thing. It's like a false flag event. I think the CIA's involved everybody. I think Pierce Morgan's involved. Pierce two. It can't be says the article the, the rumor is still going around the internet with fans of the Duchess, taking some things a step further after twitchy editor, Greg Pollitt. Suggested Archie could go on to be the president of the United States. Now that would not be that, uh, very far from some of the truths here, because there's another deeper conspiracy here that there's this Royal bloodline of families. Now that's not too farfetched. When you understand that the queen was married to her cousin. her cousin. Right. And there's this whole idea behind keeping their bloodline pure, which is why there's so many incestuous relationships within the Royal family. Right. So that's the, the whole idea behind that. And then you start to bring in things like, uh, you know, the, um, So, so what basically, what it goes on to say here is that prince Harry's kids will be Americans. So, okay. Let me go back to that last thought. So there's basically 42 of 46 presidents, allegedly have some type of connection to each other in their bloodlines. Like if you go back a few little ways on the, the. Uh, tree, uh, the family tree of Barack Obama. You will find George Bush on there. Allegedly you will also find basically almost every president ever like 42 presidents. Allegedly, according to this family tree document that was created is related in one way, shape or form. Now I have not verified it by going in. creating my own ancestry tree. Uh, but it's a very interesting theory. So that's where that whole idea comes into play, where, you know, uh, what is it, Archie is the name of their child is going to eventually become the president because it would work into that bloodline relation, uh, in the, the whole Royal bloodline way of doing it, which is, you know, putting people into power who have these, these certain traits who are a part of certain families that has been going on for a very long. Allegedly . Um, now let's move on to the next one, which is that the Royals are extraterrestrial shape shifting Illuminati, reptiles it says the infamous conspiracy theorist, David Ike has long believed and talked up his Illuminati theory that the world is ruled by a secret society made up of the Royals and political and business leaders. Could not be closer to the truth. Honestly, that's the truth is there is absolutely secret societies. There always has been. You go back and you look at, uh, you know, the, um, the time our, our country was founded, it was founded by free masons. 100% founded by free masons, right. And in the Illuminati was a branch off of the free masons and, and the free masons were a branch off of the Knights of Templar. So there's absolutely powerful groups of people that have existed for hundreds of. You cannot argue against that. That has always been going on. There has always been secret societies since the, at least the Knight of Templar. And even prior to that, I believe there was a, a, the Knight of Templar came. Um, there's a whole kind of splitting branch down in historically. Um, but I believe the Knight of Templar was one of the very, very first ones that started and branched into free masonry even later, which is pretty wild. Um, so there, there is absolutely Royal. Families that are a part of these things like Bohemian Grove and you know, which Alex Jones exposed completely. He did a whole documentary on it, right. He went in and like snuck into Bohemian Grove, which is all these weird multi-billionaire corporate owners and political elites. And, um, like presidents that have, have signatures of them being on this weird little boy scout camp where they light this owl, which is allegedly a effigy, some type of like S. This like, uh, you know, straw owl, not a real owl. Um, but it used to be based on some type of, uh, ritualistic way of, of burning some type of being. Um, so that is absolutely truth and factual that has also been. Uh, bench proven should be true with Bohemian and Grove. So backed up. This is not that crazy. Like it sounds so wild when you condense it to a sentence, but then you break these things down and you look at the groups and the societies that have been around for hundreds of thou, like hundreds and thousands of years. Separate words. Um, it's, it's very factually correct. In this case. Now the part about extraterrestrial shape, shifting Illuminati reptiles, I'm not 100% on , but, but the, uh, you know, um, the social groups that are made up of the most powerful people in the world is absolutely a thing. David. I goes on to say that he has proof to back it up. I haven't travel or I have traveled and been to 50 countries and researched it. He once said in an interview, it took the form of meeting people who tell of experiences of seeing people often in positions of power change from human form to reptilian form and back again in front of their eyes. Now, uh, also there's been whispers of some document, uh, that was, or, uh, uh, I don't remember if it was like an email or, or some letter that was found, uh, from princess Diana surround. That was kind of like played down, I believe. And then to, to go on the backs of the whole weird reptilian alien Illuminati thing. We we'll get on that in a second. Um, there's a CIA document talking about the consistent views of these reptilian beings, um, where they explain that they take over human bodies from CIA documents, from remote viewing, which we've done a whole episode on remote viewing in these CIA documents. um, we'll actually look at that in just a moment. So it goes on to say that I have traveled, uh, we just talked about that the hybrids became Demi gods. Um, so it says that these people are basically taken over by these like shadowy reptilian spirits. it says that they're often in positions of power change from human form reptilian form, and back again in front of their eyes, the hybrids became demigods part human part, God. They were obviously perceived as gods. The hybrid bloodlines were the ones that became the Royal families of the. In Chinese empires, they claim the right to be emperor because they have descended from serpent gods. It is all founded on the myth of dragon and they all came from the reptilian connection to justify the right to rule. He goes on to explain the obsession of interbreeding among Royals and marrying someone close to the family to hold the genetic structure, which we talked about before. Also thinking about the fact that queen Elizabeth and prince Phillip are second cousins right now, the article asks . Yes. Yes. We are thinking that, um, look at the ancient texts and in the Bible, he said, do you really think that the snake in the garden of Eden was really a snake? According to the guardian around 12 million people in the United States also believe that inter stellar lizards in people suits actually rule the country. That's quite a bit of people . Now let's go ahead and look at this remote viewing document from the CIA, because I find this to be quite. Interesting correlations. So remote viewing, if you need the synopsis of the remote viewing, basically the CIA had a program where they were having people who claim to be psychic, sit in a room alone and find themselves beaming their consciousness to different times. Spaces in, in places within the world, in the multiverse. Okay. Now they successfully completed many missions. They, they found, uh, military weapons with this program in, in, it was basically, uh, created and then shut down and built under a different name and then created and then shut down and then built under a different name. Um, but this is a very real thing that the CIA port. So much money into it that they found results and they ran with it. Okay. Um, now one, this is basically notes from one of the remote viewing sessions and they had it happen so consistently, um, that they decided to actually put this in here. Um, so they say there's a picture of a lizard. Now they're doing these like remote viewing sessions and they have pictures of like kimonos. Uh, this isn't the one that I'm looking. . Hmm. So this was a different remote viewing session where they had that, but, okay. So there's the different document. Let's see if I can find it here. CIA, remote viewing, uh, lizard. There's like this, it sounds so wild, but when it's just a weird correlation, right? If, if, if nothing else Um, so let's see if we can find this, cuz I, I, it's a very interesting, uh, interesting correlation between this and the. Royal family. Um, so gimme a second here, but while I'm doing that, let's go ahead and pull this article up. It's it's it's basically David Ike is the one that they were just talking about. And here is the interview that they were discussing there. It was in 2000 that I first discovered David Ike's book. The biggest secret. In it, he writes about a global conspiracy, a hidden hand, manipulating human's destiny through the shadows, using those who seem to be in power and the goal of these shadow people, nothing less than an Orwellian global super state with total control at the hands of an ancient reptilian shape shifting race. So we took a ferry to the is of white to spend the day with David Ike, Britain's leading conspiracy evangelist, and the one man standing between us and total ENS. Hey. Ah, okay, Mr. Right. Nice to meet you. Nice to meet you. Good trip. Yes. Yes. It was welcome to my bode. There's not much to see, but I like it. What have we got here? Well, this is, um, things that I've collected over the years. This is fantastic. Someone in, yeah. Someone in, um, uh, Hawaii. Actually painted this. This is what the painting is. This is the original of the front cover of my last book. Human rays. Get off your knees. The lion sleeps no more. And, uh, I, I, I asked my great friend, uh, an artist called, um, Neil ha to paint this picture for me with particularly those eyes and that's humanity saying no more enough, no more little me. We are not. Anymore in 1991, David Ike didn't believe in secret shape shifting lizard fascist. He was a television celebrity after arthritis had ended a promising career in football, he'd become a broadcaster, but that all ended in one remarkable appearance on the Terry Wogan show. David Ike in a turquoise tracksuit, he'd announced that he was the son of God and the world would be ending that year. It didn't and Ike seemed destined to disappear beneath the typhoon of public laughter. So you see, it's quite, it's quite funny. You know, 2000 years ago had a guy called Jesus, sat here and said these same things, you would still be laughing. It's really, really funny that we've not really moved on that much. They're laughing at you. They're not laughing with you fine, but Ike wouldn't disappear. He began to write and over a series of increasingly successful books, he began to outline his pH. Humankind was not in charge of its destiny. It was the unwitting prisoner of a race of shape, shifting lizards who occupied the roles in the highest echelons of society from presidents to Royal families, all trusted public figures were secretly part of a reptilian STIs pedophile group who had been on this planet for centuries. People began to take notice of Ike and today he spends most of his year preaching to amphitheater's full of. He's still making startling revelations. And recently he declared the moon to be a hollowed out planetoid space station from which our minds are controlled. The lizard's very own death star. Don't mention the reptiles. Don't mention the rep reptiles. Yeah, because there, there were people when this started to come in, people who were kind of into my stuff, uh, up to that point, which was kind of. So let's break this down a little bit because it sounds quite wild as we talk about it, but let's start here. The idea is that article of the, the, literally the, the pictures that he has drawn here is the pictures almost identical to the CIA remote viewing pictures of the shadow reptile person behind the actual person. Okay. Now let's break this down to three different ways. The first way being. Okay. The CIA talks about that being in the remote viewing sessions. One doesn't mean that it's true, but means that it is interesting. Number two, the O our own government Congress has come out to say that there is absolutely UFO or UAP activity of outside entities that have technology that we do not have today. That's number two. Okay. Number three. There's absolutely a pedophile ring of elites that are out there. And then you get deeper down that hole and start reading about adrenal Chrome, right. Using the, these, uh, you know, acts and things to, to do some type of ritualistic weirdness. Okay. So there's absolutely that. Okay. Three out of three. Okay. One being that there's absolutely EP. In the elite pedophile ring, two, being that there is absolutely Congress approved UFOs and UAPs three, being that there is absolutely absolutely without a doubt. Without a doubt. There is CIA documents still on the freedom of information act today on the CIO's own website, showing these reptilian people. Okay. 3, 4, 3 on some type of realistic corroboration between those three little aspects, which are very interesting. okay. So absolutely absolutely a conversation to be had and they just try to make this guy look loony, but let's go ahead and continue. by, well, it's a bit strange, cause it was all the way the war was manipulated by a few people, but it was all kind of regular stuff. Um, and then I, I came across with this stuff and it just get it outta the way or don't mention the reptiles. They'll they'll they'll just laugh at you again. I said, I know, but I've seen enough and heard enough to believe that it's real. And so I say it, I don't care about the consequences for me. I, they are you frightened? I'm not, I don't care cuz the consequences for the world and my children and my grandchildren and everyone else's. Oh, and by the way, when they caught that pedophile, the one who ran the entire pedophile ring of the Hollywood elites. Oh yeah. He killed himself allegedly inside of his cell, allegedly where all of the video footage allegedly was gone. If you don't think that Epstein sitting on an island somewhere with his reptilian body suit, drinking pina coladas, maybe not the second part, but the likelihood that that man is still alive and escaped, right. Or. Escaped, right. He absolutely wasn't suicided by some random steroid without guy who was an ex-cop. No, absolutely not. What happened? No way. Epstein didn't kill himself to this day. So just wanted to mention, in case you forgot that point, the one who was running that whole pedophile trafficking ring of Hollywood and political elites, including the Royal family. Allegedly died with no video evidence in a cell that was being washed by security in a maximum security prison. Oh. And by the way, the video footage is gone of, of humans not intervening in this process. That's going on now ever more quickly. or that we are condemning our children and grandchildren indeed. Ourselves. It's that close to, to a, uh, a world that George Allwell so massively understated. Can we have a look at the where, where the, where the work gets done? Yeah. Where, where, like everything all happens. This is, um, This is where it, it all hang, it happens. And as you can see, it's really small. It is really small. Um, because you know, I look at my life and, and I, I don't see my life as a life anymore. I haven't for a while. I see it as a job. So this is the new one. Yeah. This is the, this is, this is the German version, isn't it? Because the size of it is yeah, 350,000 words that in one book is the scale of information that has come into my life about these things. See, that is not a theory. That is evidence supporting the effect. What was like the first book that really struck you? Because I know there was a couple for me, but I, are you familiar with Robert, Anton Wilson and yeah, and I just liked it because it was funny and it tied a lot of points of interest together and he sort of pointed me in different directions, even though he wasn't really a. Conspiracy theorist trying to say anything. He just, he tied, he, he, he put things together. I never saw, you know, he he'd connect dots that had never occurred to me, which turned me to like, holy blood, holy grail. And some of these other that, I mean, that's that, that you've just hit the nail right on the head of my work and what you need to do to understand what's going on. Connect the dots. See there, there are dots. Pretty sure. We just connected a few of our own dots here, but let's see what dots they connect. like banking go. All these different things, nine 11, um, which in and of themselves are interesting. And you can see that something's not right, but when you connect the dots between apparently unconnected people and, and situations and organizations, that's when the tapestry appears and you go, whoa. So that's what's happening. David had told us that his first moment of enlightenment had occurred when a voice entered his head while shopping with his son on the. This is the news agent I told you about where basically it all started. I was walking along here and I walked in this door and turned, all right, that's enough. But if I can get David Ike on this podcast, that would be incredible. If you know him, let me know happy to have a conversation with the guy. It is quite, quite the interesting, uh, discussion there, but three for three on some type of corroboration between those three things, aliens, pedophile elites, O and. You know, Jeffrey Epstein and UFOs. Right? All, all of those things could, you know, are different little strings that we have 100% known for a fact is true. Every single one of them. anyways, there's one of them. the next thing that we're gonna do. But before we do that, the first thing I needed to do is go ahead and hit that subscribe button. If you didn't do it already, I'm not even gonna ask why I forgive you. I forgive you. Okay. I won't even ask you again, except for the next time that I ask you. But all you gotta do is hit that subscribe button. And the next time that I ask you, you won't feel bad about not doing it. So hit that subscribe button, leave a five star review, head over to red pill, revolution.co, and you can sign up directly under my license for life insurance. No third party ads here, none of that BS, just you making sure that you don't leave your family with a bunch of. When you inevitably die from reptilian aliens taking over the world and you know, I don't know, implanting you with chips. Okay. So just go ahead, head over there right now, before the reptiles take over the world. And I don't know, you know, harvest us for our, our blood. Um, And get some life insurance, cuz then at least if your family's alive still and aren't being harvested, then they get some, some money. So yeah. Do that go Redfield revolution dot C O. All right. So let's move on to the next one on this list, which is another very deep dive. That's kind of somewhat intertwined into this and we'll get to that and even, uh, just a second here. So the next one on this list is that. The, um, we just talked about that one. The very next one is that queen Elizabeth, the first was actually a farmboy and named Neville. Eh, not that interested in that one, but there is another one that is that prince Charles Prince Charles, the king. Now who took over the quote, the throne. Prince Charles the king who took over the throne from queen Elizabeth has himself said that he is a descendant of Vlad, the imp inhaler. Okay. Vlad. The impor was a ruler in the 14. I believe 1470s. I have the article up here. Let's go ahead and read a little bit about VD the Impaler. So prince Charles. King now took over the throne of the most powerful entity in the world. The Royal family. Now the king of everything, basically, including Canada, uh, said that he's related to VLA DKU and VLA Dula was also known as Vlad, the impor, which was a ruler during the 14 hundreds. Okay. So says in this article written by all that is interest. Or all that's interesting, the terrifying, true story of lad, the impair histories, real Dracula. But before we do that, let's go ahead and just verify mine claim. And here is prince Charles himself saying that he is related to him at the very end of this video. My journey will take me through the foothills where ancient villages survive, practically unchanged, despite Romania's stamped towards modernization. Romania being modern day Sylvania, actually, which apparently is a real thing. So here, here he is discussing this with prince Charles and he says that he's related to him in like, almost this like weird little, Ooh, like telling him something like he's, he's cool for it. So here it is. Ancient of Carpe is medieval villages and his Royal Highness prince Charles, who can trace his ancestry back to Romania's dark and distant past. The genealogy shows that I descended from Vladis. So, how do you have a bit of a stake in the country as it were? The genealogy shows that I'm. Somewhat related to VLA the empower, like how creepy does he sound? And like, he's like just shoving it in your face that he's married to this, like literally comparable to like gang con. Right. Which I guess most people are related to gang con like a vast present like's. 20% of people are some way shape or form related to gang is con uh, but not VLA the Impaler in anybody who does, uh, probably doesn't say it that creepy, but VLA, the Impaler, if you didn't know, was basically who was based off of, or the, the novel Dracula was based off of. So it says in this article responsible for killing 80,000 people in impaling 20,000 Vlad, Dracula committed some of the world's Grizzlies as ruler in the 15th century. In 1897 writer, Bram Stoker published the novel Dracula, the classic story of the vampire named counter Dracula, who feeds on human blood, hunting his victims and killing them in the dead of night. The counter Dracula in the book, which contemporary critics described as the most blood curdling novel of the century was Stoker's own creation. But many believe the blood thirsty villain was partly inspired by Vlad the inhaler, the terrifying ruler of Wach. Part of present day Romania in the mid 14 hundreds Vlad, the third earned his fearsome nickname from impaling more than 20,000 people and killing as many as 60,000 others during his bloody reign, he was even said to dine among his impaled enemies and dip his bread in their blood. Now that's not just. Said to be. There's literally like F factual depictions of him doing so in paintings that were done of him, literally feasting at a table with all of these dead people around him and having a, a cup or a Golet full of their blood that he was drinking. And, and the people were like very, uh, disgusted by this, but there's actually like artists who sat and painted these scenes from my understanding of, of. Uh, actually happening. So it says that because of the historical record is so often spotty, when it comes to the story of led the impor, uh, we know only that he has here, he was born between 1920 or fourteen, twenty eight and 1431, a three time, uh, or, or a time of unrest in will. Walachia what the hell? Walachia what kind of name is that? His mother, the queen came from Mulian Royal family and his father was Vlad II Jaco, a surname that translates to dragon. Hmm. Very interesting comparison there between that last article that we read and was given to, uh, to Vlad the, the second after his induction into a Christian crusading order known as the order of the dragon. Interesting young Vlad had two brothers Marcia and redu due to Wachs proximity to the waring factions of Christian ruled Europe in the Muslim ruled Ottoman empire. Draco's territory was the site of constant turmoil in 1442. The Ottomans called for a diplomatic meeting and invited Vlad. Dr. Cool. He saw an opportunity to educate his young sons in the art of diplomacy. So he brought VLA to the third and redo with. But JCU. And his two sons were captured and held hostage by the Ottoman diplomats. Instead, the captures told him that he would be released, but he had to leave his sons JCU believing that it was the safest option for his family. Agreed. Fortunately for VLA II and his brother during their time as hostages, the two princes received lessons in science philosophy and the art of war. It's an interesting way to treat. Enemy. However things were far worse, back home, a coup orchestrated by local war Lords, known as the Bayo over through Jaco in 1447, he was killed in the swamps behind his home while his oldest son was tortured, blinded and beared alive. Wow. That's horrible. V glad the third was freed soon after his family's death. And at the time he began to use the name VLA D. Meaning son of the dragon when he returned to Walachia, he transformed into a violent ruler soon, earning his moniker, VLA the inhaler in disturbing fashion. Uh, now this is going on to show the images of what I was talking about. Um, the actual drawings that were made, and there's like a bunch of people up on stakes and him sitting there at a table with a goblet with, uh, bread and meat, um, and all of these people with their. Arms and extremities being severed from their bodies. So there's that, um, it says here, this is going on about the, how glad the Impaler took power and embraced brutality. It says in 1448, FLA returned to Walachia to take back the throne. The man who had taken his father from the man who had taken his father's place, he succeeded, but after just a few months, the disposed Vladislav returned and took back the. But in 1456, Vlad returned with an enemy or with an army and support for Hungary and was able to take the throne from Vladislav for a second time. Legend has it that Vlad personally beheaded his rival Vladislav on the battlefield. And once he was back on his father's throne, again, his reign of terror truly. Began some historians believe his family's horrific deaths were that what turned of VLA? The third into Vlad techies, the original Romanian for Vlad, the impor some accounts state that VLA was subjected to beatings and torture during his imprisonment during the, under the Ottomans, which may also be where he learned the tradition of impaling enemies. Soon after he took his throne back flat had enemies of his own to deal with some of the Walachia considered Vladislav. The second, a better leader, which caused uprisings in villages across the region. The returning Monarch knew he had to assert his dominance over the people. So he decided to host a banquet and invite his opposition. It didn't take long before the festivities turned bloody Vlad's dissenting guests were stabbed to death and their still twitching bodies were impaled on spike. And from there Vlad's violent reputation only continued to grow as he defended his throne and devastated his enemies time and time again, via the grizzly methods imaginable. Wow. So. Quite quite the guy, this is a fairly long article, but it's definitely worth the read. It goes into more about Vladi and Paylor, it talks about, uh, basically what his reign was was after that. Um, so let's, let's read a little bit more of this then we'll move on to one of the last ones here, but there is an interesting, uh, theme here between snakes and dragons and reptilian people and blood and, uh, you know, Royal families. VLA the impor was an undeniable brutal, undeniably brutal ruler. Nevertheless, much of Christian Europe supported his strong, uh, if Mac Abra defense of Walachia from various incursions, from Muslim Ottoman forces. In fact, even Pope P expressed admiration for the notoriously violent rulers, military feats, a threat to Europe was deemed a threat to Kristen dome and therefore the. Though the real Dula bought some stability and protection to a vulnerable region. VLA. The third was still seemingly, uh, relishing in his own brutality during one of his successful campaigns against the Ottomans in Turks in 1462, Vlad wrote the following to one of his allies. He says I have killed peasants men and women old and young who lived and were the, uh, so there's just these names here. So lived at Olu SITA. So it's O B L U C I T Z a and N O V O S E L O U. Pronounce it. Then tell me I'm doing a bad job and we can talk from there. cause I don't know who is pronouncing those correctly where the Deba flows. Sea. He, we killed 23,884 Turks without counting those whom we burned in homes or the Turks whose heads were cut by our soldiers. Thus your Highness. You must know that I have broken the peace. The Turks gave him nickname, Kaza, clue bay, meaning impaling prince. So quite, quite the interesting thing to boast about that you're, uh, you know, a ruler of a now the king of the throne, right? The, the king of England is bragging that he's related to a vicious, bloody killer who alleged. Drank the blood of his victims and went through a secret order that discussed dragons all while, you know, David Dyke is crazy for saying anything about the, uh, the, the race here . So it was just, you know, maybe some interesting, uh, strings to pull, not saying I believe any of this, but there's very some, there's some very bizarre correlations when you start to look into the valid validation of the moving parts in all of this, which we already kind of discuss. right. So pretty, pretty bizarre. Um, and on that note, I had to do a quick episode for you guys talking about some of these things, because I find them to be extremely interesting correlations and intertwining of the conspiracy world, the historical world, and in many cases, CIA documents and you know, things that Congress is talking about. Take that information and do with it as you please. But I would like you to know that there's some very interesting things going on here. All right. Now that is all we have for today. But again, I appreciate you so much. Thank you so much for listening. Um, God, or what do you say? Uh, you know, God bless the king. Do we say king now? Or do we say queen? I don't know. God bless the reptilian family of incestuous people who protect pedophiles and could be controlled by interdimensional beings, according to some people. And on that note, have a great night guys. .

One of the first Christian writers to write about Islam was the Orthodox monk, St. John of Damascus. Writing from the center of the Umayyad Caliphate, he offered harsh warnings about Islam in his book of heresies. It was the first of many attempts of Christian Europe to deal with the coming of Islam, but John is still quoted today as an authority.
August 21: Saint Pius X, Pope1835–1914Memorial; Liturgical Color: WhitePatron Saint of First Communicants and pilgrimsBorn humble and poor, he never forgot his origins while in the Chair of St. PeterIn the long span of three hundred and forty years between the death of Pope Saint Pius V in 1572 and today's pope-saint, who died in 1914, not one pope is a canonized saint. It is a sign of the Church's solid foundations and rock-like durability that less than holy men have normally led her, and still she has thrived. Analogous to the doctrine of ex opere operato, which holds that a sacrament's grace is communicated by merely being performed, the headship of the universal Church is exercised well by intelligent men who care for her good, even if they are not personally holy. But that a pope be holy makes the Church even more impressive, in the same way that a priest's holiness doesn't make a sacrament more a sacrament but does make it more fruitful.Pope Saint Pius X was born Giuseppe Sarto in Northern Italy to humble parents in a poor home, the second of ten children. He entered the seminary as an adolescent and was ordained a priest at the young age of twenty-three. He served for many years in parishes and seminaries before being made a bishop and then a cardinal. His life experience in the Church was almost exclusively pastoral, that is, concerned with the care of souls. He was not a university professor, Vatican diplomat, scholar, or ecclesiastical bureaucrat. He was the only pope of the twentieth century without a doctoral degree. He was a parish priest, confessor, spiritual director, and boots-on-the-ground diocesan bishop. His rural background and forthright view of the faith lent Pius a common touch which sympathized with the faith of the “everyman” who fill the pews on Sunday morning. But Pius' past limited him somewhat as well. In his desire to protect the faithful from error like a good father protects his children, he could be overly suspicious of, and reactionary toward, a great deal of theological scholarship that would later be absorbed into the universal body of Christ at the Second Vatican Council.Pius X made changes to the Church's liturgical and sacramental life that proved to be enduring and popular. He lowered the age of First Holy Communion from twelve to seven and encouraged frequent reception of Holy Communion instead of the once-a-year, Easter Duty reception that was then typical. Pius simplified the Breviary, the book of Psalms that priests and nuns pray every day, encouraged the use of Gregorian chant at Mass, and mandated that the Confraternity of Christian Doctrine (CCD) be present in every parish in the world to teach catechism to children. He also began the enormous process of gathering and synthesizing the Church's massive, centuries' old body of law into an easy to handle Code of Canon Law which was promulgated in 1917.Pius reacted strongly and negatively toward various schools of theological scholarship he lumped under the imprecise title of “Modernism.” Pius was intransigent and relentless in weeding out from the garden of the Church all those with non-scholastic methods and conclusions in philosophy and theology. That is, he distrusted research and teaching not rooted in the approach of Saint Thomas Aquinas and similar medieval thinkers. The “Modernist” approach to ancient texts, language studies, scriptural analysis, church history, comparative theology, etc. would eventually become standard in Catholicism. But it took many decades for these more critical approaches to merge with theological orthodoxy, deep spirituality, and fidelity to Rome in the powerful synthesis taught by Vatican II and beyond.Saint Pius X stayed humble and poor his entire life. He was embarrassed by the pomp of papal ceremonies but nonetheless understood their significance to the faithful. Three of his unmarried sisters lived in near poverty on the outskirts of Rome while he reigned as pope. He could have, but did not, favor them with titles or other privileges to ease their burdens. Pius died the same month as the guns of August roared a start to World War I. His death resulted partly from a deep melancholy that Christian Europe had once again devolved into such conflict. He was canonized in 1954.Pope Saint Pius X, your doctrinal fidelity, Eucharistic piety, and devotion to Mary were exemplary. May your simplicity of life, common touch, and bravery in fighting the enemies of the Church, inspire all who lead the Body of Christ on earth in whatever capacity.
DAY OF THE SIEGE is a powerful, evocative war movie about the 1683 Battle of Vienna that saved Christian Europe from Islamic conquers. In the summer of 1683, 300,000 Muslim warriors of the Ottoman Empire began the siege of Vienna. The fall of the city opens the way to conquer Christian Europe. On September 11, the main battle begins. The survival of western civilization is on the line. A humble monk, Father Marco, plays a key role in helping an indecisive Emperor Leo-pold I to form the Christian army.

July 21: Saint Lawrence of Brindisi, Priest and Doctor1559–1619Optional Memorial; Liturgical Color: WhitePatron Saint of Brindisi, ItalyA little-known Doctor of the Church did it all and did it wellJulius Caesar Russo was born into a religious family, yet from a young age was drawn to join another religious family—that of Saint Francis of Assisi. After his father's early death, little Julius was placed in the care of the Friars Minor by his mother. Upon moving to Venice, though, he came to know the Capuchins, another expression of Franciscanism, and joined their Order as a teenager. He took the religious name of Lawrence, was ordained a priest in 1582, and from that point on plowed his way through life like a high speed train. Father Lawrence bulleted north and south, east and west, stopping in Italy, Germany, Austria, Hungary, France, Bohemia, Spain, and Portugal. This one-man army seemed to be everywhere, doing everything, and yet always made the salvation of his own soul his highest priority.Father Lawrence was smart. Very smart. His intellectual gifts were fully deployed in the service of the Lord to master whatever discipline he studied. He learned the biblical languages of Greek, Hebrew, Latin, and Syriac. In addition to his native Italian, he also spoke Spanish and German, which he put to extensive use in his ministry in Central Europe. His knowledge of Scripture was so wide and so deep that it seemed he had memorized the entire Bible. He even earned the esteem of Jewish scholars for his profound understanding of rabbinic texts. Lawrence also cultivated a burning love for Jesus Christ, the Virgin Mary, and the Holy Eucharist in long hours of prayer. It sometimes took hours for him to say Mass. He seemed to be carried away in ecstasy and had the gift of tears. This level of fervor, education, poverty, intelligence, and devotion to the Church made Saint Lawrence of Brindisi the ideal priest for his time and place. He was many things, but among them he was the ultimate Counter-Reformation warrior.Saint Lawrence explained with great force and lucidity the truths of the Catholic faith to those who had fallen into the trap of Protestantism. He calmly elaborated upon the Scriptural and patristic foundations of the Papacy, Bishops, Mary, and the Sacraments. Lawrence was the anti-Luther and the epitome of the great Capuchins who invigorated Franciscanism in the 1500s and beyond. Amid all of his labors as a preacher and teacher, Lawrence also carried out a parallel set of demanding duties in the administration of the Capuchin Order. He was a novice master, provincial, and minister general, or head, of the Order. Father Lawrence completed mountains of work, day in and day out, for many years, a sustained drive and competence which inevitably led to him being burdened with still more weighty responsibilities. As a Franciscan dedicated to preserving and restoring peace, Lawrence was tasked by both the Holy Father and secular princes with various diplomatic missions geared toward settling controversies among Christian states and between these states and the surging Ottoman Empire. Yet Lawrence's desire for peace was not divorced from truth, from the right to self-defense, or from love of Christian Europe. He was the chaplain of a Christian army which was mustered in Germany against the Turks at Lawrence's insistence. Lawrence then personally led the troops into battle with his crucifix held high. The German army's victory was attributed to our saint's intercession and inspiring example. Saint Lawrence died on his birthday, July 22, at age sixty, while on a diplomatic mission to Lisbon, Portugal. He is buried in a monastery in Northern Spain and was canonized in 1881. In 1959 Pope Saint John XXIII proclaimed Saint Lawrence of Brindisi an Apostolic Doctor of the Church for his creative yet orthodox writings on the Virgin Mary and for his commanding erudition in, and harmonious presentation of, Scripture, patristics, and fundamental theology. He is the third Franciscan Doctor of the Church, along with Saints Bonaventure and Anthony, and, unfortunately, one of the least well known.Saint Lawrence, you were ideally suited to the needs of your age and moved all you met through your virtuous example, vast knowledge, and life of prayer. Through your intercession, help all priests, especially Franciscans, to not spare themselves but to emulate your zeal.
A few of things off the bat. One, the Kingdom of the Netherlands includes the overseas countries of Aruba, Curacoa, and Sint Maarten in addition to the special municipalities of Bonaire, Sint Eusatius and Saba. Two, Indonesia won its independence in 1949 not the 60s. Three, Vader does mean father in Dutch. What is the "Blue Dove" and why do we care? Well, don't worry about writing about it because we have contacted lawyers and it is now trademarked by History Shmistory to care. You can listen. Background: Everyone in Christian Europe treated the Jews poorly. Some of them moved to The Netherlands. Eventually a king named Charles hid out there and the Jews took care of him. Charles was a real character, but as a monarch he only gets a small amount of slack. He was less mean to the Jews and this fostered trade relationships. Also European colonization of the new world was happening as well. There are lots of other tidbits as well. Outro: Merck toch hoe sterck from the channel Anthem Hub on Youtube.
After hearing Corrie Ten Boom speak many years ago, Dr. Tricia Miller began a quest to understand how the Holocaust could have happened in the heart of Christian Europe. Her quest took her to seminary where she completed a Phd in Hebrew Bible and wrote her dissertation on anti-Judaism in Christian interpretations of the book of Esther. She directs a network of Jews and Christians working together in support of Israel and has spoken in as many synagogues as churches. She shares her life lessons in building an authentic and sincere friendship with the Jewish community and how it has enriched her own Christian faith.
Not so long ago, Turkey was widely regarded as the bridge between the Occident and the Orient, between Christian Europe and the Muslim Middle East. Turkey separated mosque and state. Turkey was a NATO member. Turkey was economically dynamic despite not having oil. Turkey seemed to be democratizing. That's not how many of us see Turkey today under the increasingly authoritarian President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Michael Doran is a senior fellow at the Hudson Institute and director of its Center for Peace and Security in the Middle East. He's served as a senior director on the National Security Council, a senior advisor in the State Department, and a deputy assistant secretary of defense in the Pentagon. He has a doctorate from Princeton, and he's the author of “Ike's Gamble,” a thoughtful re-examination of the Suez Crisis of 1956. FDD Senior Fellow Reuel Marc Gerecht, a former Middle Eastern specialist at the CIA's Directorate of Operations, was, for some years, based in Turkey. Reuel and Foreign Podicy host Cliff May agree with Dr. Doran on most issues — but not on Erdogan. They discuss the root of their disagreement in this episode.
Although medieval Europe was firmly Christian, pagan deities still loomed large in the popular imagination. Rhiannon Davies spoke to Ronald Hutton about four of these divine figures: the powerful and protective Mother Earth; the glamorous fairy queen; a night-roaming supernatural lady; and a Gaelic giantess. The Ottoman Empire has been many things throughout its long history. One of the greatest and gravest threats to Christian Europe. A source of inspiration for Renaissance and Reformation thinkers. An exoticized realm of sultans, slaves and harems. An equal and key partner in the European system of international relations. And, near its end, “the sick man of Europe”. The Ottomans: Khans, Caesars, and Caliphs (Basic Books, 2021) by Professor Marc David Baer charts the rise and fall of the Ottoman Empire, not just dealing with its sultans and military expansion, but also a wide range of topics like the roles played by women and minorities in Ottoman society. In this interview, Marc and I talk about the Ottoman empire's rise and “fall”—a term that may actually mischaracterize how the Ottoman Empire transformed after its heights under Selim and Suleiman. We also talk about its legacy, both for Europe and the wider world. Marc David Baer is professor of international history at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is the author of five books, including Honored by the Glory of Islam: Conversion and Conquest in Ottoman Europe (Oxford University Press: 2011), which won the Albert Hourani Prize, and Sultanic Saviors and Tolerant Turks: Writing Ottoman Jewish History, Denying the Armenian Genocide (Indiana Univeristy Press: 2020), which won the Dr. Sona Aronian Book Prize for Excellence in Armenian Studies. Prof. Pytlik tells the long history of coexistence between Muslims & Jews, which defies America's understanding of this region. Last month, in May 2021, for almost two weeks Israel and Hamas exchanged missiles and rockets. At the same time, Israeli Arabs attacked Jews, and Israeli Jews attacked Arabs... all in the streets, neighborhoods and restaurants of Israel. This was the people of Israel attacking other people of Israel. In this podcast episode, Professor Michael Pytlik describes the long, intertwined history of Muslims and Jews, and how in comparison to Christian Europe, for several centuries Jews lived in relative peace in the lands of Islam and even thrived. He ends our conversation by asking us all to remember what we forgot. Mr. Pytlik is an assistant professor in the Department of Anthropology and Religious Studies at Oakland University, in Rochester, Michigan. He is the Director of Judaic Studies and the Director of the Cis Maisel Center for Judaic Studies and Community Engagement. Professor Pytlik is also the Director of the Study Abroad in Israel: an archaeological field school and culture tour.
