It's the episode you didn't know you needed.  Patti and the Pottymouth review all eight new City Connect uniforms at one time. A+ for Baltimore and San Diego, who are both two for two (if we round up). The Os design leans hard into what makes Camden Yards great and an understanding of the importance of neighborhood. The Pads celebrate their bi-national city by embracing multiple cultures as well as the history of the team and the city, and inviting you to do the same. Many of the new looks have their charms but we're not sold – with the caveat that if we were *from* those places we might feel differently. Cincinnati went with the thought that folks might wear 1.0 and 2.0 in the same Christmas card photo so they should go together.  Pottymouth points out that if they are going to call back to the vests, just give us the vests. The Atlanta blue is a terrific throwback but they lost us with honoring a cable station. Patti likes the MIL grill logo cap and Pottymouth likes the colors, but tell us the truth, is “Wisco” a thing? We are thumbs up on the Royals whether you call the colors bi-pride or fuschia, and the white and throwback R are working for us. We are mixed on the wavy crown. We like that PIT went pirate-y, but did they go Pittsburgh-y? TEX gets the fail by basically incorporating All Lives Matter into jersey form.  We're all the same! In boyfriend news, the C's are both raking and staying awake. Ronny walks it off, Drake is raking, and Cam gets called up to Patti's team. Miggy Ro and the Lowes are playing through loss. Ichiro's record and his bat were broken in the same week. On Outpost 18, Trissop and Tim detect Titan X on Apex’s new sonar tracking system, which indicates that it is heading towards San Francisco. Kentaro, Hiroshi, Keiko and Shaw meet up with May in Pensacola, Florida, where they plan to steal Hiroshi’s Titan lure back from Apex. In San Francisco, an evacuation is declared, while Cate meets one of the students who she saved on G-Day. She has a change of heart, and decides to return to Monarch. Trissop’s team leave Outpost 18 as Tim’s team and the Pacific Fleet prepare to intercept Titan X, but the signal on Apex’s tracking system turns out to be a whale. In Pensacola, the others infiltrate Apex’s headquarters and discover that Apex have been smuggling creatures off of Skull Island, including Leafwings, Needlewalkers, and Vinestranglers. Brenda shows May that Apex have developed neural implants to modify animal behavior, which she demonstrates using a Leafwing, and explains that they want to use the same technology to pacify the Titans. Shaw and Kentaro release the Needlewalkers to cause a distraction, allowing Hiroshi and Keiko to find the lure, but it has been dismantled. Fortunately, they also discover that Apex have some of Bill’s old files, including his map of Titan X’s migratory route, which allows them to predict its next destination as Santa Soledad. May chooses to stay with Apex, but the others escape and reunite with Cate. However, Hiroshi finds Keiko’s letter to Shaw in Bill’s files. Darkblood explains that Volcanikka plans to release the Vile to conquer Earth. Mark and Darkblood recover Satan’s Molten Crown from Cerberus, restoring Satan’s power and reviving Darkblood’s family. They confront Volcanikka, who defeats Satan, but Mark overpowers her and forces her to retreat. Satan keeps the Vile imprisoned and sends Mark and Darkblood back to Earth. Eve tells William about her pregnancy, while Debbie plans to move in with Paul. As Eve prepares to tell Mark about the pregnancy, Nolan and Allen arrive. Dunk finds Valarr, who questions why his father died, but Dunk was left alive. Raymun reveals he has married the prostitute Rowan, alias Red. Maekar informs Dunk that Aerion will spend time in the Free Cities to atone. He laments that Baelor would have been a good king and invites Dunk to Summerhall, where Egg can be his squire; Dunk declines, which Egg overhears. In a flashback, Dunk asks Arlan why he was never knighted. Arlan retorts that a true knight always finishes a story. In the present, Daeron tells Dunk to mentor Egg to prevent him from becoming like Aerion. Egg discovers that his hair is regrowing. He takes a knife to Aerion’s bedroom, but Maekar calms him down. Dunk asks Maekar if Egg can squire for him on the road, but Maekar refuses. Raymun buys Sweetfoot back for Dunk, who then gifts her to Raymun. As Dunk leaves Ashford, Egg arrives, and they depart together. Egg suggests that they travel to Dorne. An angry Maekar later realizes that Egg is gone. We dug deep for Dodgers, with Pottymouth selecting sexy defense with uncanny timing, and Patti picking the oldest of three brothers from the city of brotherly love. We're keeping an eye on the barnstorming rumors for the WPBL. We'd like MLB to consider some equity measures in their umpire promotion system, please. In the first charge, Aerion knocks Dunk off his horse. In a series of flashbacks to Dunk’s childhood, he and his friend Rafe scavenge from a battlefield. They return to Flea Bottom in King’s Landing and pickpocket from Alester, a City Watchman. Dunk and Rafe attempt to buy passage to the Free Cities in Essos, but cannot afford it. Alester corners them and takes their money. Rafe steals Alester’s dagger, but he notices and slits her throat. Arlan emerges from a tavern and kills Alester, saving Dunk, who then follows Arlan on his travels. In the present, Dunk duels Aerion on foot until both men collapse from injury. After Dunk falls unconscious, Aerion declares him dead. Egg begs Dunk to get up, and the crowd chants for Dunk as he stands. Dunk and Aerion resume their duel until Dunk gets the upper hand. Aerion yields and withdraws his accusation. In the aftermath, Beesbury and Hardyng are confirmed as killed. Dunk pledges fealty to Baelor. Raymun and Pate help Baelor remove his helmet, which Maekar struck with his mace during the trial, revealing a fatal wound. Baelor collapses from his injury and dies in Dunk’s arms. The jousting sequences are shot with brutal realism. Armor feels heavy. Impacts feel dangerous. The episode underscores a central thesis of Martin's work: nobility is aspirational, not guaranteed. Pottymouth is very excited that we've reaced Boston week and introduces us to New Guy. Patti takes Mr. Pottymouth's sloppy seconds.  For the Cubs, Pottymouth picks the guy who hit his first home run to Anthony Rizzo in the bleachers, and Patti thinks why not a jaguar? It's a wrap for winter ball and plans are already in play for next year. Police Blotter continues to just get worse, and Patti swears a lot but its okay because she's just quoting other people about the salary cap.
