Tim Walz speaks at a campaign rally in Detroit. Michael Tyler, Sen. Sherrod Brown, Pennsylvania House Speaker Rep. Joanna McClinton, and Michigan State Sen. Mallory McMorrow join Lawrence O'Donnell.
Eight days out from the election, Jen Psaki explains how Donald Trump's dark Madison Square Garden rally reveals his team's belief that a closing message of racism and hate is effective, while Kamala Harris and her team of all-star surrogates continue to call him out. Jen is joined by a panel of reporters and political analysts including George Conway, Eugene Daniels, and Philippe Reines to discuss the stark difference between the candidates as they compete to seal the deal. Next, Jen is joined by Michael Tyler, communications director for the Harris-Walz campaign, to discuss Trump and his allies' disturbingly racist rhetoric at his MSG rally and the contrast it provides for voters as Kamala Harris' concludes her campaign focused on unity and hope. Jen is also joined by Senator Elizabeth Warren to react to Kamala Harris' closing ad highlighting her economic plan to support working class families. Later, "Pod Save America" Co-Host Tommy Vietor joins the show to discuss Michelle and Barack Obama's extremely effective surrogacy for Kamala Harris as they campaign for her across swing states. Jen also talks with elections lawyer Marc Elias to discuss ballot boxes being set on fire in Oregon and Washington state, amid growing threats against election officials across the country. Finally, Jen reflects on President Joe Biden casting his early ballot today for Kamala Harris and the literal vote of confidence it symbolizes in his chosen successor. In this episode of The Tech Talks Daily Podcast, I speak with Michael Tyler from Fortra to uncover the details behind a phishing campaign that exploited USign's e-signature platform. Fortra recently discovered how cybercriminals leveraged USign's trusted domain to bypass email security gateways, highlighting the growing challenges related to the "living off trusted services" (LOTS) tactic used by attackers. This phishing campaign exposed vulnerabilities within platforms often regarded as safe by email filters, demonstrating how easily attackers can exploit trusted services. Cybercriminals disguised fake USign documents as HR notifications, tricking victims into entering passwords instead of signatures. By using USign's strong sender reputation, these malicious emails were able to bypass traditional email security measures, making them harder to detect. The attack even showed signs of being generated with AI language models, adding another layer of sophistication. We dive deeper into the LOTS tactic, where attackers take advantage of legitimate services—such as e-signature platforms, file hosting sites, and social media platforms—to execute their malicious activities. This strategy not only reduces the setup effort for attackers but also enables them to hide behind the reputation of trusted service providers, making it increasingly difficult for security systems to flag these threats. Michael discusses the broader implications for cybersecurity and the need for multi-layered defenses. Organizations must not only invest in user education to help employees recognize phishing attempts but also implement deeper email inspection and rapid response capabilities to quickly mitigate risks. For service providers like USign, enhancing security protocols, such as limiting bulk registrations and monitoring for abnormal activity, is crucial in preventing future exploitation. The conversation also explores how Fortra is working with organizations to bolster their defenses against such attacks. Michael shares practical recommendations, from improving detection of social engineering attempts to collaborating with trusted service providers to combat platform abuse. As the world of cybersecurity continues to evolve, this episode provides valuable insights into staying one step ahead of increasingly sophisticated phishing tactics.
Two days out from the first presidential debate between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump, Jen Psaki previews what we can expect from the candidates' performances. James Carville joins the show to discuss the state of the race, including what Harris must accomplish in the debate, how Liz Cheney's endorsement of Harris may appeal to voters, and more. Next, Michael Tyler, communications director for the Harris-Walz campaign, joins Jen to discuss the stark differences between Harris's agenda, namely their vision for affordable childcare. Later, legal expert Andrew Weissmann joins Jen to discuss the postponement of Trump's sentencing in connection with his conviction in New York. Finally, in the wake of the DOJ's crackdown, Jen analyzes the Kremlin's latest election interference campaign, including the news that several prominent right-wing pundits ended up as paid messengers for Russian propaganda. Representative Dan Goldman joins to discuss the scope of Russia's influence efforts and the impact it may already be having on voters.Check out our social pages below:https://twitter.com/InsideWithPsakihttps://www.instagram.com/InsideWithPsaki/https://www.tiktok.com/@insidewithpsakihttps://www.msnbc.com/jen-psaki

Today's show open's with Tara Bull's Top 10 News items you likely didn't see much of last week on Legacy/mainstream media. I wasn't able to get it in time for Friday's show, so I wanted to be sure to bring it to you at the start of this week. There are more worries about the coming restaurant apocalypse, which is always the sign of a failing economy. To me, this ties into awful numbers over the Memorial Day weekend box office numbers. People just don't have enough disposable income anymore. On the heels of the Trump conviction, it seems the Biden-Harris regime no longer tries hiding their lawfare. Michael Tyler, a campaign spokesman told Fox News that the president considers Trump a “threat” and so Biden will “end that threat once and for all.” VP Kamala Harris put out a video where she said, “Joe and I are doing everything we can to protect our freedoms and keep Donald Trump away from the White House.” CNN Legal Analyst Norm Eisen, former Obama Administration official and architect of the lawfare cases against Trump says Merchan needs to sentence trump to jail time. But, in his zeal, he also admitted that the case proved Trump broke Federal election laws. Oops. A state court cannot hear a federal case. To that counter point, ABC News's chief legal analyst said, “There's some real appellate issues here that are serious questions...why didn't the defense even know what the charge was that they were going to be applying – what law?” Journalist Bryon York reveals how Judge Merchan is in violation of his judgeship by having donated to both Biden directly and to other anti-Trump entities. And Law Professor Jonathan Turley told all those celebrating that he has some serious issues and that will be a buzz kill to those reveling in the destruction of the rule of law in order to get Donald Trump. And it is not just about Trump. A 75 year old woman had additional charges fabricated to send her away for two years for pray outside of an abortion clinic. J6'ers are awaiting the SCOTUS opinion on the DOJ using 18 USC 1512 (c)(2) to artificially increase the sentences of those convicted. With the Trump smoke screen taking up all of the news cycles, Biden has not only authorized Ukraine to use US munitions in Russia, they just quietly dismissed 350,000 asylum cases, thereby allowing those illegal migrants to stay here under blanket amnesty. The White House also just admitted to altering the Joe Biden transcript with Special Counsel Robert Hur to make him look less incompetent. On top of that, AG Merrick Garland has just classified the audio recording, making it Top Secret and hidden inside a SCIF. There are a few things getting underway this week that I'll be watching. Dr. Anthony Fauci is going to get grilled before the House, AG Andrew Bailey from Missouri is opening his argument against the Biden policy of student debt forgiveness and the Hunter Biden gun trial is starting to pick jurors. On top of that, Politico just did a survey of the current SCOTUS decisions and you'll be surprised to note, it should not be described as a 6-3 court, but rather a 3-3-3 court. It's Friday, May 31st, A.D. 2024. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard at www.TheWorldview.com. I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Trump found guilty in hush money trial On Thursday, a Manhattan jury took fewer than 12 hours to return a guilty verdict in former President Donald Trump's New York criminal trial. The jurors found him guilty of 34 counts of falsification of business records with the intent to conceal another crime, reports The Epoch Times. The former president's conviction makes him the first U.S. president to be convicted of a crime. Short of a successful appeal, he could now be facing such penalties as jail time, probation, or fines. Ultimately, his sentence will be up to the presiding judge, Justice Juan Merchan. The judge has set the sentencing hearing for July 11 at 10:00 a.m. The six-week trial revolved around $130,000 in payments that Trump's former attorney, Michael Cohen, paid disreputable film actress Stormy Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, ahead of the 2016 presidential election. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg claimed that Cohen made the payments on Trump's behalf to buy Clifford's silence over an alleged affair that the former president denies took place. The district attorney further charged that Trump mislabeled his reimbursements to Cohen to conceal another crime, constituting felony-level falsification of business records. Bragg spoke to the press after the guilty verdict. BRAGG: “Their deliberations led them to make a decision based on the evidence and the law and the evidence and the law alone. Their deliberations led them to a unanimous conclusion, beyond a reasonable doubt, that the defendant, Donald J. Trump, is guilty of 34 counts of falsifying business records, in the first degree, to conceal a scheme to corrupt the 2016 election.” As for what the underlying crime was, the prosecution was vague, identifying tax fraud, violations of federal election law, or the falsification of additional business records as possibilities. Notably, to return a guilty verdict, Judge Merchan explained that the jury was not required to agree on what the underlying crime was—just that there was one. In Job 42:2, Job made this statement to God: “I know that You can do all things, and that no purpose of Yours can be thwarted.” Trump: “This was a rigged decision right from day one.” After the guilty verdict, Trump made a statement. TRUMP: “This was a disgrace. This was a rigged trial by a conflicted judge who was corrupt. They wouldn't give us a venue change. We were at 5% or 6% in this district, in this area. The real verdict is going to be November 5 by the people. And they know what happened here. And everybody knows what happened here. We have a Soros-backed D.A. I'm a very innocent man, and fighting for our country and fighting for our Constitution. “Our whole country is being rigged right now. This was done by the Biden administration in order to wound or hurt an opponent, a political opponent. We will keep fighting or we'll fight till the end and will win. “We don't have the same country anymore. We have a divided mess. We're a nation to decline, serious decline. Millions and millions of people pouring into our country right now from prisons and from mental institutions, terrorists, and they're taking over our country. We have a country that's in big trouble. This was a rigged decision right from day one with a conflicted judge who should have never been allowed to try this case. Never. This is long from over. Thank you very much.” Biden Campaign: “No one is above the law.” Michael Tyler, the communications director for President Joe Biden's campaign, said, “In New York today, we saw that no one is above the law. Donald Trump has always mistakenly believed he would never face consequences for breaking the law for his own personal gain. “Convicted felon or not, Trump will be the Republican nominee for president. He is running an increasingly unhinged campaign of revenge and retribution. … A second Trump term means chaos, ripping away Americans' freedoms, and fomenting political violence – and the American people will reject it this November.” Laura Ingraham: “This will be the new normal.” Fox News host Laura Ingraham, host of “The Ingraham Angle,” sounded off on the Trump guilty verdict. INGRAHAM: “Think about this. Donald Trump gave up fame, fortune, and a very comfortable life to try to save America from the forces that are trying to tear it down right now. And if they can do this to someone like Donald Trump with his means, it will be very difficult to ever turn this around. So, are we going to establish a precedent where the President can put his political opponent in jail? Because if they can do this now, this will, I promise you, this will be the new normal.” Firefighter sues over being ordered to raise homosexual pride flag And finally, in March 2023, the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors passed a resolution requiring that all county-operated facilities fly the homosexual/transgender Progress Pride Flag for the month of June, reports LifeSiteNews.com. In June 2023, Captain Jeffrey Little requested a religious accommodation that would exempt him from personally participating in the required raising of the Progress Pride Flag. On June 19, 2023, the Los Angeles County Fire Department initially granted Little's request and promised him that he would neither have to raise the Progress Pride Flag himself nor personally ensure that the flag was raised at his station. However, Little's religious accommodation was rescinded two days later on June 21, 2023. Then, the following day, June 22, 2023, Division Chief Fernando Boiteux issued a direct order to Little to raise the Progress Pride Flag. He said, “You are an L.A. County employee. That's the only thing that matters. Your religious beliefs do not matter.” Thomas More Society attorneys are representing Captain Little in a federal lawsuit against the Los Angeles County Fire Department, which has illegally threatened Little with dismissal over his refusal to raise the homosexual/transgender “Progress Pride Flag.” The case, filed on May 24, 2024, in United States District Court for the Central District of California, charges the fire department with violating Little's rights under the First Amendment, federal law, and state law. Little's sincere and deeply held religious beliefs prohibit his participation in raising the so-called Progress Pride Flag. For that, he has suffered religious discrimination, harassment, and retaliation at the hands of the Los Angeles County Fire Department. The department revealed to unauthorized persons that Little had requested a religious accommodation. Following that disclosure, Little received a death threat that also targeted his daughters. Psalm 34:19 says, “The righteous man may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all.” Close And that's The Worldview on this Friday, May 31st in the year of our Lord 2024. Donald J. Trump, the esteemed business mogul who is anticipated to be the standard-bearer for the Republican party in the coming presidential race, unfortunately fell victim to a guilty verdict in a business fraud case. The case, pursued by the Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, a Democrat, wrapped up on Thursday to rather incredulous bewilderment from some. A squad of twelve New York jurors found Mr. Trump culpable on all charges, sparking widespread commentaries. In the aftermath of the verdict, the campaign team of incumbent President Joe Biden was quick to seize upon the situation. Leveraging the event, the team attempted to position themselves as champions of fairness, as promoters of the ideal that 'no one is above the law'. Their narrative rapidly took shape around this high profile case. Consequent to the ruling, Michael Tyler, the Communications Director for the Biden-Harris 2024 duo, released a statement. He relayed that the day's events in New York illustrated the inviolability of law, irrespective of who is under scrutiny. Tyler advanced the narrative that Trump harbored a mistaken belief - a belief that he could evade legal consequences for personal gain. Even though the verdict may tickle the satisfaction of their campaign, it fails to alter a larger truth — a truth stretching beyond courtrooms and into the heartlands of America. This truth is that the populace faces a very grounded reality. Keeping Trump out of the highest office in the land remains dependent on voters' choice. In the forthcoming election, irrespective of any trial outcomes, Trump is set to be the candidate for Republicans. Tyler judiciously reminded everyone of this reality. This fact highlights the unique American system, where a crime does not disqualify an individual from public office. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Mike Davis is founder of the Article III Project, committed to protecting the rule of law. The jury heads into deliberations in the trial against president Trump, his team, led by Todd Blanche did an effective job proving that there has not been a crime committed here. There is no crime in a businessman settling nuisance claims. Meanwhile on the other hand, the prosecution is still trying to figure out what the legal allegations are against president Trump. Furthermore, the jury does not have to agree on what he is guilty of and can be split 4-4-4 and will still be considered unanimous. Judge Merchan is under pressure to deliver in this partisan ploy, whose daughter is raising millions of dollars for Biden democrats. Davis predicts the rigged, corrupt, partisan trial led by Merchan, Bragg and Colangelo will lead to a guilty conviction! With so many reversible, illegal, unconstitutional errors, it will be reversed in the appellate court. The "threat to democracy" tour shouted by democrats continued with Robert De Niro outside the courthouse with Biden's comms director Michael Tyler. De Niro got heckled throughout as he flustered and stumbled through his speech on how Trump is a tyrant. Ken Burns sang the same tired tune at a commencement speech at Brandeis University calling Trump "the opioid of opioids" and a "national suicide." Sorry can we roll the tape on Trump's 4 years and Biden's 3.5? The silver-lining in all this is that the American people see through the lawfare, the attacks and attempt to dictate the narrative, which is only playing into Trump's hand. The further they push it, the closer president Trump gets to a landslide victory this November. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

As an enduring figure in American politics, ex-President Donald Trump has affirmed his readiness to cross swords in a debate with President Joe Biden, in the lead-up to the upcoming November election. This, he expressively put forth, is not solely for personal interests but rather for the welfare and enlightenment of the American audience. 'Crooked Joe,' as he affectionately terms his rival, is being ardently invited by Trump to discuss and debate their differing stances and policies anytime, anyplace. The proposition, he stated with enthusiasm, is open to any situation and format that Biden might propose. The dialogue between these two giants of American politics was marked by Trump's sentiment that good, substantive and friendly debates are essential constituents for the leadership of the nation. However, this sentiment has been shunted aside by the Biden campaign's spokesperson, Michael Tyler, who termed the approach as little more than a feeble attempt to sell merchandise to the public and sidestep his campaign's evident shortcomings. Tyler raised concerns regarding Trump's flippant attitude towards fiscal responsibility, campaign infrastructure, and his chaotic and divisive campaign that has faced criticism from various quarters. This, in addition to a blatant avoidance of a strategy for a winning performance in the impending November elections, has made the Trump camp a subject of scrutiny. Tyler sarcastically added that, previously, Trump had himself implied that a clamour for debates was a mark of losing campaigns.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Chris Cuomo, anchor with NewsNation, has speculated that the nation's former Commander-in-Chief, Donald Trump, will reclaim his spot in the Oval Office in the forthcoming presidential showdown. Cuomo's predictions hinge on the unyielding support that continues to bolster Trump well after his tenure at the White House. The stage for the 2024 elections is projected to be a reiteration of the Trump and Biden duel, especially after potential 2024 contender, Nikki Haley, bowed out of the race just last week. Cuomo, a prominent figure in news reporting, voiced his remarks regarding Trump: 'Such zeal and fervor in the public supporting one person is a sight I've never previously witnessed. I can't recall ever being amidst such enthusiastic rally crowds as those backing up Trump. Even the charisma of Obama was not enough to generate rallies of such magnitude.' Reflecting on the riveting 2016 face-off between the once Republican nominee, Donald Trump and Democrat's pick, Hillary Clinton, Cuomo offered some candid insights. He believed the Democratic Party miss-stepped by neglecting to engage with the curiosity and concerns of the demographics Trump was able to reach and resonate with. Rather than starting a dialogue, he noted, it felt like they were saying, 'You're devoid of reason, if you throw your support behind Trump.' Regrettably, according to the seasoned anchor, the Democrats seem to be stuck in a similar rut as 2024 approaches, continuing to alienate potential voters instead of fostering understanding. Cuomo, who was also a guest on a podcast episode in November, made it clear that he was not beyond considering casting his vote in favor of Trump over Biden. He mitigated this revelation with the statement that his vote would depend on 'the state of the world at the critical juncture of casting one's vote.' To date, both the seasoned political figures, Biden and Trump, are yet to secure the presidential nomination for their respective parties. Despite this uncertainty, both maintain a lead in the polls and have emerged victorious in various primaries. Another round of primaries is slated for next Tuesday, an exact week following a Super Tuesday where the crowns sat unquestionably on the heads of both Biden and Trump. As per several polls, should a rematch occur between Trump and Biden, it is likely that Trump could once again ingest the flavor of victory. These polls, predictably, have not found favor with the Biden camp. As the campaign's communications director, Michael Tyler, would have it, such polls severely downplay Biden's potential to once again win the presidency. He reasons that the current polls underestimate Biden's pulling power. Presidential polls are an ever-moving target, notoriously hard to accurately peg. The elements at play: public sentiment, current events, both local and globally, the economic landscape, all potentially influence the ebb and flow of support for any given candidate. While, devoid of context, these numbers can give insights, they only tell a part of the story. A reflected upon the political dynamics in play leading up to 2016, there is a lot that can be learnt. An election isn't just about presenting reasons why a candidate should get votes, it is also about meeting the voters where they stand, respecting their perspectives, and making them feel understood. Biden's team would do well to consider this while navigating the upcoming 2024 bout. As they gear up to possibly square off with Trump again, it would be prudent not to underestimate the sway he holds with a significant part of the populace, or reject them outright. Given Trump's knack for connecting with the everyday American and the resilience of his support base, he should not be taken for granted. The Democrats may need to expand their outreach and focus on facilitating dialogue instead of dismissing what they perceive to be misguided perspectives. The electorate, when it comes down to it, wants to feel both heard and understood. Only when candidates prove they truly understand the needs and concerns of the people they want to lead, can they hope to receive their support. As the potential rematch between Trump and Biden begins to take shape, both candidates would do well to remember this. A tossup between Trump and Biden for the 2024 election is quite noteworthy. This would imply a repeat of history, and with the lessons learned from 2016, one could speculate that the tide of the rematch might be different this time around. The past has shown that American politics are anything but predictable. So as the countdown to 2024 begins, the country waits with bated breath. There is much more at stake than merely discerning who will occupy the White House, but rather represents the triumph of the values that the majority of the population cherishes. The election result will be a reflection of the will and values of the American people. As the narrative unfolds, it will be interesting to observe how the potential candidates choose to engage their audiences. Cuomo's observation should serve as food for thought not only for the Democrats but also for any political camp hoping to secure the Oval Office. Whether it's Trump or Biden who secures their respective nomination, come election day, the choice ultimately lies not with the politicians nor the pundits, but with the American voter. Their decision will steer the course of this proud nation for the ensuing four years. This remains an integral story for not just residents of Colorado Springs, but all across the United States. Nicolle Wallace is joined by Claire McCaskill, David Jolly, Shaq Bewster, Ali Vitali, Luke Broadwater, Michael Tyler, Basil Smikle, Tim Miller, Steve Kornacki, Dasha Burns, Kim Atkins Stohr, John Heilemann, and Timothy Snyder – on this very special Super Tuesday.
President Joe Biden gives a campaign speech near historic Valley Forge, Pennsylvania ahead of the three-year anniversary of the January 6th attack on the Capitol. Michael Tyler, communications director for the Biden campaign, discusses the state of the 2024 presidential race. Presidential candidate Nikki Haley (R-S.C.) gives her closing arguments in an NBC News/Des Moines Register interview. Julia Manchester, Faiz Shakir and Garrett Ventry join the Meet the Press NOW roundtable to break it all down.
Today we open with another poll related to Bidenomics and whether Americans say they are better or worse off financially under Biden. Only 14% say they are somewhat or much better off. That leaves the overwhelming majority of the country suffering under the financial incompetence of this administration. When asked about it, Michael Tyler, Biden's campaign communications director said, that's why they need four more years. They want to “finish the job.” What job are they finishing, the destruction of the lower and middle class? And, to prove the members of this administration say the opposite of the truth, we turn to Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo who acknowledges the world is on fire, but is grateful Joe Biden is at the helm. Bidenomics is so bad, even illegals are fed up and leaving to return back to their own countries. To be fair, it's the democrat run strongholds where this is happening. Those cities are already overwhelmed with homeless and jobless Americans sleeping on the streets. Just imagine adding tens of thousands of illegals on top of that. Turning our attention back to Hamas, we have another interview to play, this time with two members of that terrorist group. They once again reveal their commitment to kill every Jew and they are proud to die in the process. Yet, as a reminder, the leader of Hamas, Khaled Mashal is worth $5 billion, owns a mega yacht and lives no where close to Gaza. He and his family live the life of luxury in Qatar. But, let's not kid ourselves, Hamas is here in the United States. Even if we haven't had an attack, yet, it's only a matter of time. Yet, the FBI has been investigating an agency for decades that was created as a front for Hamas – CAIR. The Council on American-Islamic Relations is the propaganda wing here in the United States, lobbying Washington, D.C. and spreading the lies of Hamas to Western media. Tulsi Gabbard recently weighed-in on the Left's desire to flood the country with illegals and to not take Islamists seriously. She says it's one of the reasons she left the Democrat party. This leads me to ask, what do you think of a party that has decided they are okay with a certain level of murders, drug overdoses, crimes and lost taxpayer revenue to host that permanent underclass? Finally, I close the show with something that's been running through my head for the last several days. Is there a relationship between church-going being at an all-time low with mental health issues being on an all-time high? Could we be where we are as a society because we have not remembered to strengthen our spiritual leg in our own lives? It's something to ponder. Acceptance. Hope. Transformation. In this powerful episode, Rick is joined by critically acclaimed author, Michael Tyler, who, among many accomplishments, wrote the children's book, "The Skin You Live In.” Michael discusses the indoctrination of racism in America and how "isms" are an adult problem often imposed on children; why “tolerance” may not be a virtue; how good intentions are nothing without conviction; and the difference between equality of humanity vs. equality of society.
Author and father, Michael Tyler shares how a challenging conversation with his young son led him to pen a children's book explaining that which is beautiful and unique - the color of our skin. Michael explains how race is not attached to biology but makes such an impact on how we see ourselves and how we are viewed by others. He insists that we move from tolerance to acceptance which requires recognition, acknowledgment and affirmation, a lesson that's been consistent, if not adapted, as his sons have gotten older. His story of love and persistence led to the publication of this important message published by the Chicago Children's Museum and many inspiring professional partnerships, including the Clinton Foundation. McKenna, Karen and Sean continue to take an inventory on their own habits and responsibilities. www.thehippodcast.com Resources and Guest Favorites HEALTH: IT'S PERSONAL SHOWNOTES: https://www.thehippodcast.com/parenting-series-michael-tyler HEALTH: IT'S PERSONAL INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/thehippodcast/ HEALTH: IT'S PERSONAL FACEBOOK COMMUNITY: https://www.facebook.com/groups/healthitspersonal LOVE the work we are doing? The observation that a creative work was inspired by true events; based on a true story. This is the technical meaning. However, this week, things took on a new and unique way of this connotation. Rapper Mystikal is back behind bars, where is facing one count of first degree rape after surrendering. Mystikal, born Michael Tyler, is accused of assaulting a woman last October at a downtown casino after the “Legends of Southern Hip-Hop” concert in the city. He's being held on a $2 million dollar bond. Will they every learn?? Future inked a deal with Forever 21 and has launched a new clothing line with the big box retailer. Atlanta rap star Future has linked up with Forever 21 to launch a new streetwear line. This is a perfect example of life imitating art, great move. Fans of Missy Elliott want her hometown to ditch a monument to white supremacy and pay some respect to the rapper instead. More than 10,000 Missy Elliott fans have signed an online petition to replace a Confederate monument in Virginia with a statue to the rap star. This would be super cool if this would become a reality, GO MISSY! On this flip side of things, Donald Trump’s apparently is the preferred face of drug dealers in Germany after thousands of ecstasy pills in the shape of the Prez's head were seized by police. This is insane, LOL! Nicki Minaj’s Barbz should be happy to know that their leader has an exciting new collab on the way. The rapper is teaming up with Mac Cosmetics again for a line of lipsticks. This time instead of operating under their Viva Glam collection, however, Nicki’s getting her own line of nude lipstick and lipglass. The new shade hits stores September 21st. In sad new, comedian and Civil Rights activist Dick Gregory died last Saturday at 84. Likewise, legendary comedian, Jerry Lewis passed away Sunday at 91. R.I.P. to two of the greatest to ever do it, they will be missed! Also, special guest artist, "ARSENAL" stopped by to let us know what's up with his career. Check him out on YouTube at https://youtu.be/zD5P30vnFWO and https://youtu.be/U1M9s(UlqKc for his new video's! Until next time...
