DE SLEUTEL TOT SPORTIEF SUCCES   Eerst wat is succes? Dat is niets anders dan je gedrag in lijn houden met dat wat je echt graag zelf wil.    Wat een sporter echt heel graag zelf wil  Consequent slim (en hard) trainen met een goed schema. Ook al heb je spierpijn, ook al heb je geen zin.  Zodat je spiercellen een klein beetje beschadigen.  Gezond eetpatroon met voldoende levende calorieën. Focus daarbij op vers, onbewerkt, kleurrijk, fris en fruitig en niet op eiwitten.  Vroeg op bed en voldoende rust zodat je spieren de hormonen en tijd krijgen om de beschadiging te repareren plus iets extra's te kunnen bouwen zodat je na iedere training sneller en sterker wordt. Als je extra spiermassa wil opbouwen, moet je ‘zwaar' trainen, en heel veel eten.  Kies deze calorieën slim.  Durf voldoende te eten.  Dit is zoveel efficiënter, op meerdere gebieden, dan extra calorieën innemen in de onnatuurlijke vorm via bijvoorbeeld dode eiwitten zoals je vind ik kwark, eieren, vis, vlees en shakes.    Zo'n ‘holistische' aanpak kan je om meerdere redenen helpen te excelleren en wedstrijden te winnen. Ondanks alle frustratie voelt het volgens Josten toch alsof je een huwelijk aan het opgeven bent.. Het mediamoment van Hugo Logtenberg gaat over het financieel wanbeleid bij PSV. Hij vindt dat er meer onderzoek mag komen naar hoe het er in de bestuurskamers van de profclubs aan toe gaat. Josten gaat nog een stapje verder. Hij vindt dat dergelijke gebeurtenissen zo'n 10 jaar geleden al onderzocht hadden moeten worden. Ook de lichte excuses die Mark Rutte heeft gemaakt voor het te laat informeren van de tweede kamer tijdens de beginperiode van de corona-crisis komen voorbij. Terwijl Josten de excuses maar slap vindt, zegt Rouvoet dat onze minister president eigenlijk geen excuses had moeten maken. Onze Spraakmaker kan zich geen enkel onderwerp herinneren waarover de kamer zó frequent en uitgebreid over is geïnformeerd dan over corona. Verder komt de nieuwe CDA campagne voorbij. De partij zegt meer te willen investeren in onrendabele vervoerslijnen in de regio. Volgens Spraakmaker Rouvoet is het belangrijk dat het CDA zich aan die belofte houdt omdat de kloof tussen politiek en burger anders alleen maar groter wordt. Tot slot wordt er aandacht besteed aan de staking van de journalisten van RTL nieuws. Volgens Josten zouden journalisten nog terughoudender zijn dan andere beroepsgroepen als het gaat om het recht om te staken. Logtenberg is het daar heel erg mee eens. Het werk van een journalist is erg belangrijk.. “Als de wereld vergaat dan moeten journalisten nog steeds verslaan dat de wereld vergaat.”

What is a non-sequitur?  From Merriam-Webbster we see that … Definition of non sequitur 1: an inference (see INFERENCE sense 1) that does not follow from the premises (see PREMISE entry 1 sense 1) specifically : a fallacy resulting from a simple conversion of a universal affirmative (see AFFIRMATIVE entry 1 sense 3) proposition or from the transposition of a condition and its consequent (see CONSEQUENT entry 1 sense 1) 2: a statement (such as a response) that does not follow logically from or is not clearly related to anything previously said Here's an example.  If someone asks what it's like outside and you reply, "It's 2:00," you've just used a non sequitur; you made a statement that does not follow what was being discussed.  Shown below are five more simple examples. It is clear that one statement does not follow logically into the second.  It also seems that in Genesis 22:20-24 we have a non-sequitur.  Why after studying the awesome events of God asking Abraham to sacrifice his son Isaac, the child of promise, do we get this? Now it came about after these things, that it was told Abraham, saying, "Behold, Milcah also has borne children to your brother Nahor: Uz his firstborn and Buz his brother and Kemuel the father of Aram and Chesed and Hazo and Pildash and Jidlaph and Bethuel." His concubine, whose name was Reumah, also bore Tebah and Gaham and Tahash and Maacah.  (Gen 22:20-24)   This seems so out of place.  It seems like it doesn't belong, it doesn't follow.  Why does the Lord inspire Moses to put this in in this place?  It's like a non-sequitur.  Or is it?  Remember, this is God's word.  Something is up.  In this lesson will attempt to understand why these verses are put in here.  The suggestions are powerful. We will then turn our attention to Genesis 23.  One thing we will focus on is the geography of Israel.  Look at the map below. (Map is royalty free at Wikimedia) Abraham was about 30 miles away from Sarah when Sarah died.  Huh?  This means they were not living together as married couple.  This escapes most of us since we are so cutoff from understanding the geography of the Middle East as it relates to the Bible events.  The geography tells us something.  We missed it.  There's more to the events that preceded Sarah's death.  There's more we missed that adds to a deeper understanding of the word of the Lord.  Lastly, we will focus on Abraham and his reliance, his dependency, his trust, or, one might say, his faith in God and that what God promised and what God said is true.  Abraham's worldview is a total trust and reliance on the Lord.  What's interesting is Abraham doesn't just sit there and not do anything.  Abraham knows the promises of God and HE DOESN'T JUST SIT THERE, HE ACTS!!  He acts in such a way that his actions show that he relies on the promises of the Lord and they are true even though not seen.  This is the type of "father" we have as Paul teaches about us in Gal. 3:7.  We are part of the family.  He's our daddy.  We should live and be believers who have the same faith, the same worldview of Abraham.  So, Christian, don't just sit there, do something!! The Police department in Oyo State have said that perpetrators of the attack on Amuludun FM 99.1, Moniya, Ibadan, would be brought to justice.The command's spokesperson, Adewale Osifeso, affirmed this in a statement issued on Sunday in Ibadan.The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that hoodlums had, on Saturday, attacked the radio station, vandalising the windscreens of the four vehicles parked within the premises as well as the station's glass entrance door.Mr Osifeso quoted the Commissioner of Police in the state, Ngozi Onadeko, as assuring all and sundry that the perpetrators of the dastardly act would be made to face full wrath of the law.According to Mrs Onadeko, investigations into the incident are currently ongoing, adding that developments will be communicated to the public accordingly.She called on the public to promptly inform the police any incident of this nature, for their quick intervention.Giving update on what led to the attack, the police commissioner said that it was occasioned by the face-off between a vigilante group and some criminal elements.“It was due to the face-off between members of Soludero, a local vigilante group, and some criminal elements around Sasa Area in Akinyele Local Government Area of Oyo State while the latter was on routine patrol on Saturday, at about 4:00 pm,” she said.Mrs Onadeko added that a member of the criminal gang sustained gunshot injuries during the clash and was confirmed dead at the hospital.“Consequent upon this, the hoodlums, in their numbers, stormed Soludero's presumed office, located at the premises of the Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, Amuludun 99.1 FM, Moniya, Ibadan, in a bid to launch a reprisal attack.“Preliminary investigation gathered from an on-the-spot assessment shows that upon the arrival of the hoodlums, they became agitated, as none of their targets was on sight.“Consequently, windscreens of the four vehicles parked within the premises were broken, along with the glass door at the entrance of the media outfit, inferring that the attack was not targeted directly at the media outfit but the vigilante group,” Mrs Onadeko said.

The crux of the issue, Viljoen states, is that the disempowered portion of the population has just become bigger as a result of lockdowns and other associated measures to fight the pandemic. Viljoen also provides an alternative perspective on communities pulling together to fend for themselves. While he admits that it is a positive thing for communities, he notes that it will lead to large parts of the infrastructure falling away if it starts to replace the state.

Most companies try hard to win retailer loyalty through various temporary offers and schemes. However, these standard, time bound, volume-slab wise, schemes do not promote any real loyalty (retailers opportunistically shift between different schemes to secure the best possible deal); these schemes exclude small retailers almost completely (as they cannot pick up enough volume to qualify); and often promotes self-dumping (due to greed to qualify for schemes). Houvast en rust voor die ander (want geen overwacht gedrag waar op ingespeeld moet worden) en houvast en rust voor jezelf (want je hoeft niet steeds opnieuw te beslissen hoe je te gedragen). Daarnaast lijkt consequent zijn een rol te spelen als je iets wilt bereiken. Afvallen gaat sneller als je consequent bent in je dieet, een bedrijf loopt beter als je consequent bent in je marketinguitingen, dat soort werk. In praktijk blijk het hartstikke moeilijk, dat consequent zijn. Hoe komt dat? Ben je gewoon een slappeling als je consequent je consequente gedrag moet bijsturen? Of speelt er iets anders? Abstract: Fibrillary tau pathologies have been implicated in Alzheimer's and allied neurodegenerative diseases, while mechanisms by which neurons bearing tau tangles die remain enigmatic. To address this issue, we pursued tau and related key pathologies macroscopically by PET and MRI and microscopically by intravital two-photon laser optics. Time-course macroscopic assays of tau transgenic mice demonstrated intimate associations of tau deposition and increase of an inflammatory microglial marker, translocator protein (TSPO), with regional brain atrophy. Longitudinal microscopy of these mice revealed a rapid turnover of tau lesions resulting from continuous generation of new tau aggregates followed by loss of neurons and their fibrillar contents. This technology also allowed the capturing of the disappearance of tangle-bearing neurons several days after being engulfed by activated microglia. Notably, a therapeutic TSPO ligand profoundly suppressed the mobility and phagocytotic activity of microglia and improved neuronal survival in this model, supporting the involvement of primary phagocytosis of viable neurons by microglia in tau-primed neuronal death. Finally, partial depletion of microglia revealed roles of immune factors, MFG-E8 and C1q, as 'eat-me' signals for an immediate attraction of phagocytic microglia towards the elimination of tangle-loaded neurons. However, they only began to be exploited commercially in 1871. In 1879 the on the Grande Hotel in the spa area started, and in 1884, was visited by the Queen D. Maria Pia. In 1893, the pro-cess of bottling got under way, putting Pedras Salgadas within the reach of not only visitors to the spa but also the rest of the Portuguese population.  Pedras Salgadas is a naturally carbonated mineral water with a unique and constant composition. It comes from the north east of Portugal, on a totally isolated plateau, free from any kind of pollutant, in a region of rare beauty and environmental purity. The wa-ter takes about ten years to cross the different layers of granite that filter it and enrich it with mineral salts, endowing it with the properties that make it into the market leader of Portugal's sparkling waters Água das Pedras - "water from stones"  There is an explanation for the association frequently made in Portugal between Ped-ras Salgadas and "Água das Pedras" ("water from the stones"). In the middle of the 1960s, the brand's advertising strategy urged the consumption of water from the stones. "All hours are good to drink Water from the Stones", "Naturally Water from the Stones" and "Water from the Stones". "Energy that moves with you" were some of the slogans that had been used by the brand by the beginning of the 1990s. Consequent-ly, this naturalness of Pedras led to the actual claim of the brand: "Nature’s Power is Infinite!" .

The entire issued share capital of Dangote Flour Mills (DFM) has been delisted from the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE), effective Monday, 18 November 2019. The development was announced by the Nigerian bourse through a statement issued on the NSE website. This is coming after the shareholders of Dangote Flour Mills Plc endorsed the acquisition of the company by Crown Flour Mills Limited, the Nigerian subsidiary of Olam International Limited. The acquisition was carried out through a Scheme of Arrangement just as many shareholders of Dangote Flour Mills supported the company’s management for the decision. Conal Elliott, Target, USA United States, gives the third presentation in the second panel, Functional Programming Techniques, in the ICFP 2017 conference. Parallel programming, whether imperative or functional, has long focused on arrays as the central data type. Meanwhile, typed functional programming has explored a variety of data types, including lists and various forms of trees. Generic functional programming decomposes these data types into a small set of fundamental building blocks: sum, product, composition, and their associated identities. Definitions over these few fundamental type constructions then automatically assemble into algorithms for an infinite set of data types--some familiar and some new. This paper presents generic functional formulations for two important and well-known classes of parallel algorithms: parallel scan (generalized prefix sum) and Fast Fourier Transform (FFT). Notably, arrays play no role in these formulations. Consequent benefits include a simpler and more compositional style, much use of common algebraic patterns--such as Functor, Applicative, Foldable, and Traversable--and freedom from possibility of run-time indexing errors. The functional generic style also clearly reveals deep commonality among what otherwise appears to be quite different algorithms. Instantiating the generic formulations to "top-down" and "bottom-up" trees as well as "bushes", two well-known algorithms for each of parallel scan and FFT naturally emerge, as well as two possibly new algorithms.

The growth spurt challenges of the second decade of life is mounted with early sexual debut and early marriages. Consequent unintended pregnancies and child birth, the risk of contracting sexually transmitted infections and HIV/AIDS threaten the fragile adolescent still under physical and psychological development. Pervasive conflict and displacement in the region overwhelm prevailing adolescent sexual and reproductive health (ASRH) issues and unmet needs.National health systems and the private sector do not typically recognize nor address sexual and reproductive health (SRH) needs of young people, especially unmarried adolescents. Health care providers do not recognize nor address health risks and needs of adolescents. Evidence show that adolescent health services -if exist- are fragmented and poorly coordinated. Inherent social norms, attitudes, taboos around sexual health and discriminating gender differences hinder adolescents’ SRH health literacy and access to quality services. What should the health sector do to transform the current approach that ignores ASRH issues? How do we respond to the urgent unmet SRH needs of the 90 million adolescents living in the Middle East?
