He discusses Nobody Studios' unique approach to startups, focusing on leaner, faster, and more diversified strategies rather than chasing unicorn status. Mark provides glimpses into some of the ventures he's passionate about, such as Avalify, a platform revolutionizing the assessment of intellectual property rights, and the concept of “low code, no code” solutions. He elaborates on the significance of scalability and digital growth in today's business landscape, emphasizing the need for innovative business models. Mark's enthusiasm for entrepreneurship shines through as he shares anecdotes, insights, and his vision for the future of startups. The low code, no code movement is revolutionizing the way software is developed, allowing individuals without coding expertise to create applications and solutions. Thoughtforma, a company within Nobody Studios, enables everyday people to bring their ideas to life and seek validation and feedback from experts. OpenTable started as a reservation platform but evolved into an operating system for restaurants. Ovation is a platform that connects speakers into virtual environments, providing a new way to engage audiences. Investing platforms often focus on gamification and quick profits, neglecting the importance of education and long-term strategies. In today's session, David Snyder demonstrates how we can consciously control our emotions by accessing amazing experiences and deeply connecting to them. He also taught us how to break into our emotional states and remove fear, stress, and tension using breathing techniques. Tune in to learn more! Standout Quotes: “The intention is the pressure that your proprioceptive nervous system interprets, and your mirror neurons and your nervous system communicate it to you in the only language it understands or knows: sensation.” “Consciousness is a source of moving from disorganization from chaos to organization.” “There's a field around us that is both a protective mechanism, and a sensing mechanism, and an information storage and retrieval processing mechanism.” “Inside your mind, body, and soul, you are the king or queen of your reality. You are the god or goddess of your universe. And you have every right, privilege, permission, and authority to make any change you want, for any reason you want.” “There is no state you can generate that you can't pull yourself out of.” “The secret is to stop trying to go further. Settle into that level, become more fully absorbed, and the deepening will happen on its own.”  “Russians always looked at fear as an energy accumulating in the body. And so many of their practices and breathing techniques were designed to teach you how to find and remove the fear locked in your body systematically. But also, tension and stress are energies locked in the body, which can be removed in the same way.” Key Takeaways: ●Our body can detect pressure, which we feel in a language called sensation. ●When we start working with cognitive state control, we want to access states that we've had experiences with. ●The fastest way to access an emotional state is to remember a time when you feel a certain way. ●You have the power to change anything inside your mind, body, and soul. ●To break a state, do whatever you want to do; anything that breaks the physiology will break the state. ●It doesn't matter if you are a concentrator or an expander as long as you know which one you are so you can use your coding system appropriately. ●Just like how we remove fear, stress and tension can be removed similarly. The release technique is a powerful method of releasing limiting emotions that effect your abundance. The way you handle your emotions directly effects your prosperity. By releasing emotions you become more emotionally intelligent. By using the release technique you gain better awareness of what you feel moment to moment. By allowing these emotions to fester without release you make yourself sick, you lose control of your decision making abilities and you become reactive to the world. This takes away your power and ability to be of service.

This concept may seem extremely basic and simple yet, most people fail to put this concept into action. In life we only truly control one thing, and that is ourselves. We can't control the actions of others but we can always control our response. This concept once fully embodied is extremely liberating and will help you to show up as the best version of yourself. This episode will cover The concept of only being able to control yourself. How to allow emotions to pass. How to not react, but consciously communicate. The concept of unattachment. Practices for becoming more mindful. When you are emotionally charged, your logical/thinking part of the brain shuts off and you say things based on the big feelings you are experiencing. You over exaggerate  saying things like 'always' and 'never'. Once you cool off and look back at that conversation, the guilt sets in. 'I wish I didn't say that, I didn't really meant that...'In todays episode I explain why you do this and how to handle conflict in a healthy way. # 070 – Today, on our next-to-last episode of in our Habits of Successful Overachieving Students, Jankel go over five habits and activities that historically have produced positive results in the lives of students in the past. As we begin our conversation highlighting the importance of intellectual curiosity, we transition into the ways in which successful students find self-motivation. Inner self-motivation is a necessary must-have for anyone interested in pursuing a worthwhile cause. Jankel continues emphasizing the importance of having the right people in your inner circle. That is a point that I truly value and wish more high school students understood and valued. The wrong crown can easily derail the best laid plans in a young person. I continue our conversation by uncovering how important it is for successful students to move on in their path, even when giving up may seem like the logical thing to do. Jankel finishes the episode by detailing a common activity in successful students, keeping their emotions in check. Although it is harder to do than one may initially think, especially for a high school student, the ability to keep emotions in check is an extremely valuable component of many stories that led to success.
