"I had no sexual energy. I couldn't feel anything. That's when I knew—we were siphoned."In this final and explosive interview of the Bewitched series, Baljit Rayat steps forward with a harrowing story that spans nearly two decades. As the first student to ever learn the Akashic Records from Betty, Baljit didn't just witness the rise of a spiritual leader—she lived through the full descent into chaos, control, and cult-like manipulation. What began in 2006 as a path of spiritual awakening and mentorship slowly evolved into a twisted entanglement of gaslighting, psychosis, and psychic entrapment. Baljit recounts the signs she missed, the energy shifts she ignored, and the moments when her body began showing symptoms—weight gain, lost libido, mental fog—of being psychically infiltrated. But nothing prepared her for the Santa Fe retreat, where psychodrama erupted, euphoria blurred into confusion, and something darker came through under the guise of sacred ritual. From being telepathically pressured to rejoin programs, Baljit unveils how Betty's tactics became coercive, paranoid, and surreal. She opens up about the soul-crushing aftermath, the moment she finally blocked Betty, and the freedom that followed. This episode is about reclaiming your energy, breaking the spell, and waking up to the truth.TODAY'S HIGHLIGHTS(00:00) Intro(00:52) In Today's Episode...Baljit Rayat and the Final Chapter(02:11) Upcoming Episode: 11 Patterns of Manipulation and Personality Profiling(03:32) The Metamorphosis(05:02) Welcoming Baljit's Unique Perspective(07:10) Baljit's First Steps with Betty and Initial Red Flags(12:28) The Shift and The Pandemic Impact(17:51) Spiritual Psychosis and The Santa Fe Retreat(24:10) The Blue Lotus Tea and Mind Games(31:14) The Santa Fe Aftermath - Bye Betty, You're Hijacked(36:59) Croatia and The Male Entity(46:49) Cult-Like Behavior(52:57) Unveiling Hidden Transformations, Psychic Attacks, and Targeting(55:26) The Shift in Energy - Who's Above Betty?(58:06) Trauma Bonding, Infiltration, and Revelations(01:05:21) Psychological and Energetic Insights(01:07:47) The San Diego Trauma Reveal(01:16:28) Galactic Interference - The Portal is Open(01:23:49) Who Made You, Betty?(01:27:30) Betty's Training System Exposed(01:39:11) Where Do We Go From Here?**WAYS TO ENTER MY WORLD** When you leave a review of the podcast, send us a screenshot and we'll send you a $250 credit, you can apply to anything else in my world. Kate works at Humber HR and has been doing HR for over 20years. Kate has lived in several European cities before coming back to Yorkshire. Kate says understanding how people present and communicate at work is useful for photographers. Understanding how this works will help us work better with more clients. Kate's degree is in psychology, and she says the waywe present ourselves to the world depends on a huge number of factors. She says people present themselves in several ways. Extraverts and introverts are examples of this. And it can be difficult when people at the opposite ends of thespectrum meet. Another concept is pace. With pace, some people pick up work and run with it very quickly, while others need a lot of time to get the details and understanding before they feel able to start. This is the basis of disc profiling, and anyone can get a disc profile of themselves. Disc stands for Drive, Influence, Steadiness (pace), and compliance, and these are sections of the disc “pie”. Sam asks how you can do this when you can't ask your clients and leads to profile themselves. Kate says understanding your profile is an important part of this. So, for example, don't give a longquote to someone who doesn't want much detail and vice versa. Kate says you don't need someone to do a profile to work out what their disc styles are. We can use clues in the way they communicate, dress and behave to determine where they fit into. So knowing your profile and understanding the system helps you with this. The conversation moves on to working with freelancers. There are two types of working together in the UK. Either working together as freelancers or being employed. There are no grey areas in between. There are 7 tests to see if someone is employed or a freelancer. It asks questions like Does someone have to wear a uniform?Or do they use their equipment? The way to ensure this is clear is to put together a freelance agreement. This needs to make it very clear that this person is afreelancer, not an employee. You have to be careful that this doesn't creep over time. The issue is that if someone could be thought of as an employee, they could be entitled to all sorts of things like holiday pay, and they could take you to a tribunal asking for backdated holiday pay. Once you start to employ someone, there are lots of things you need to think about. But it's not as scary as it seems, just set it up correctly at the beginning. There are day one rights that need to be made clear, like how they are paid, etc. Having a handbook is also an idea. The key is that the handbook is written for your business. So, for example, including intellectual property in the handbook makes it clear that the work they create belongs to the business. Marcus asks how to put together these documents. Kate says Don't ask your mate down the pub, Google or a previous employer. The Chamber of Commerce and FSB have some templates that you can use. There are lots of HR consultantswho can do this for you. You can find Kate on LinkedIn hereOr email her atkate@humberhrpeople.co.uk

Having trained over 250 doctors to coach and with another 50 or so currently participating in our training programmes, we have noticed that they do have some wonderful transferable skills. We've also noticed that most of the doctors that come to learn to coach have some common challenges that crop up for them when it comes to learning to coach. Some of these challenges stem from the personalities of our coaching doctors and some stem from their education, training and the constraints of the system they work within. In this episode we follow up on Episode 78 of the podcast where we explored Personality Profiling. We talk through some of our observations of the challenges that stem from the personality differences and individual working styles of those that we train. Tom also has some interesting statistics to share about our coaching doctor population. Enjoy the podcast? It's easy to think that everyone views the world in the same way that we do. Understanding that people have different aspects to their personality that might mean they think or behave in a different way is essential in gaining perspective on situations and relationships. In this episode we explore the psychology behind a number of psychometrics that may prove useful in the coaching room. Asking a coachee to complete a personality questionnaire and then working through their report with them can be a great way to increase their self-awareness and also their awareness of the individual personality differences that others might have. Tom has a degree in psychology and is trained in a number of different psychometric profiling tools so is well placed to steer this discussion and help us to gain some new insights about the topic. The truth is there's a glass ceiling on how much you can learn without direct feedback on your skills. At the core, you learn profiling by building a catalog of reference experiences. This is what fuels your pattern recognition. It's how you learn to profile people quickly and with greater accuracy over time. It's how you give people eerily specific insights they can't find anywhere else. But if you have no way of knowing if you're improving or plateauing, you risk building your knowledge on shaky foundations. Trying to learn to coach or help with personality models through online discussion boards or speculative celebrity typing can engrain bad patterns & habits, slowing you down in the long run. Profiler Training has a built-in feedback loop, which helps you master Personality Profiling at a much faster and deeper-rooted level than would be possible on your own. At the same time, you're much more likely to act on your knowledge when you've refined your skills with the help of qualified mentors. The unique profiling methodology you'll learn in Profiler Training will give you the confidence to use your profiling skills anywhere. You'll be working with principles and best practices that aren't theoretical since we use these actively with thousands of people who've worked with us directly in private coaching. Personality tests can be powerful tools for understanding yourself and your team. In a previous episode (Episode 490 - Why Personality Test are $hit or Inaccurate), I discussed the inaccuracy of personality tests. I still stand by my view that their accuracy depends on individual self-awareness. However, in today's episode, I'll be discussing how you can leverage personality tests effectively for your team and business. Have you ever considered the impact your personality has on your leadership style? This week, we unravel the traits of "Dynamic" leaders, shedding light on how such leaders thrive on challenge and spearhead teams toward lofty goals. We navigate the complex relationships between Dynamic leaders and the DISC personality types they manage, discussing how to create a synergetic environment despite the contrasting needs of the Ds, Is, Ss, and Cs on the team.Discover how to balance the fast pace of a Dynamic leader with the meticulous attention to detail that types like Julie's husband embodies. Relating to the D Personality TypeDynamic leaders relate well to the direct, decisive D (Dominance) personality type. Ds are motivated by driving towards bold outcomes. However, Ds also want autonomy in decision-making. They can clash with Dynamics who come across as too controlling.Relating to the I Personality TypeInfluencing (I) types align with Dynamics' charismatic inspiration towards future visions. However, I's value collaboration and want involvement in solution planning. They can feel dismissed when Dynamics charge ahead independently without team buy-in.Relating to the S Personality TypeSteadiness (S) types appreciate Dynamics taking the initiative on problems. However, the rapid pace of change conflicts with their preference for predictable progress. When Dynamics drive too much change too quickly, S types feel anxious and unsettled.Relating to the C Personality TypeCompliance (C) types relate to the Dynamics' analytical approach to decisions and innovations. However, Dynamics' desire for fast change often overlooks Cs need for research, accuracy, and risk mitigation planning. Cs feel Dynamics dismiss their quality control concerns.VetStaffleading veterinary sector recruitment in New Zealand | veterinarians | locums | nursesDisclaimer: This post contains affiliate links. Today I'm talking about how the preference for thinking or feeling in your Myers-Briggs type can inform your wardrobe decisions. At the dichotomy level, the F or T in your four letter code stands for feeling or thinking. In truth, everyone feels and everyone thinks. The question is which criteria do you prioritize when making decisions? Personal criteria, that is, pertaining to people, or impersonal, that is, pertaining to data and metrics? If we go a level deeper to the cognitive functions, we find two different flavors of each preference, an extraverted version and an introverted version. That is what this episode goes into with regard to how you dress. Discovering your unique self and your style DNA is a self-discovery journey. In my Personality Profiling & Palette package, The Overnighter on your journey, I'll take you a level deeper in your type than dichotomy level, just Thinking vs Feeling, to the cognitive functions. On the Secret Witch Show today, Nicole is diving into all things ‘personality profiling', exploring how ‘psychology type' tools can be harnessed powerfully for deep healing, via self-enquiry and self-illumination. She explains why she believes we were each born with a unique soul purpose to live out - and how exactly we can reveal the soul plan and more meaningful purpose that's in store for us, via archetypal personality mapping tools (and specifically, her uniquely magical Archetypal Soul Readings). In this episode she explores how ‘Archetypal Remedies' (which we work with in the Archetypal Apothecary path) are personality profiles that can be mapped out to ascertain our unique “soul plan” - especially with reference to sensitive souls who were born with healing gifts. She shares the 4 “layers” of our soul plan, and how knowing each of these layers - and our unique Archetypal Remedies - can support us to learn to heal ourselves (rather than outsource our healing to others), discover our gifts, and journey through the layers of wounding in the way of us actualising our purpose. She also invites us into a simple exercise to begin to reclaim the gifts in our wounds. What You'll Learn from this Episode: Psychological personality profiling is something that is primarily used for deeper self-illumination, to understand aspects of ourselves that we hadn't seen before - our core personality, our gifts and our challenges You could call these ‘personality types' Archetypes, or mirrors to our soul - and the combination of Archetypes with Homeopathy is what created “Archetypal Remedies” - which help us to understand ourselves for deeper healing and discovery of our gifts Archetypal Remedies have distinct patterns that make our wounds - and our healing of them - and our gifts identifiable. They are like personality types, only much more magical. We are born into this world with unique gifts - a plan that our soul came here to live out - and that means that our soul has particular “remedy relationships” it came here to live out, which can be “mapped” to provide a clear roadmap for our next steps - even (and especially) when we feel lost We are all like an onion - whole in the middle, with lots of layers of wounding over the top. There are 4 layers of an Archetypal Soul Map - 1. our Birth Constitution, 2. our Soul Remedy (our core wound, which holds our gift), 3. our Surface Layers and 4. our Ancestral Layers - and working through healing each of these layers allows us to become who we were born to be. When we understand our Archetypal Soul Map, we can learn to work with it to heal ourselves, rather than outsource our healing to others. This is important because healers need to heal themselves first. Kristi Service stops by to discuss her new book, what she is doing to in order to consistently produce at a high level in the mortgage industry, and how she utilized emotional intelligence and personality profiling to separate herself from other business professionals.
Narcissists don't have a badge on their shirt that makes them easy to identify. So how most people identify them is by their behavior. The problem with that, is that by definition, you have to interact with them consistently to learn their behavior. At that point, you've probably been trapped in their web. Now you have the problem of extracting yourself from that spider's web. The best way of dealing with the narcissist is to avoid them in the first place. But that means you need an alternative method of identifying them besides using "behavior." Thankfully, we have the tools of personality that can help us. From my own observations, narcissists usually come from just two of the 16 Myers Briggs personality types. So you don't have to worry as much about people from the other 14 types. In this episode, I'll explain how we know the narcissist usually comes out from these two types, and the we'll give you two huge clues that you can use to identify them just by sight. So imagine walking through a crowded street, and looking at the faces of the strangers and being able to pick out the potential narcissists. If you can isolate them prior to engaging with them, you'll control the situation, instead of letting them control you and your feelings. If you would like to learn more about how to use the tools of personality to be more persuasive and effective in your relationships, I suggest my course: "Easy Selling Using Personality Type." Dentistry is rapidly evolving and there are so many concepts which we just take for granted nowadays. It's hard to imagine a time where composite resin wasn't the normal, digital dentistry didn't exist and social media wasn't as prevalent as it is now. Steve has worked in partnership with a number of the UK's largest organisations in developing and delivering programmes that provide a lasting difference to both individuals and the business. We will start with the history and background of the SDI which originated from Prominent psychologist Elias Porter a peer of Carl Rogers. Elias was the author of ‘Introduction to Therapeutic Counselling and Manpower Development' and developed the ‘Relationship Awareness Theory' which is one of the pivotal theories used by the SDI. We will examine some of his key influencers those of Sigmund Freud, Erich Fromm, Karen Horney, Erik Erickson, Kurt Lewin and, Carl Rogers. In this conversation we are going to examine, why personality profiling – why and how is it useful? What the SDI is and how it can help increase self-awareness, and how it can benefit us imm every domain of life.
Are you outgoing or reserved? People or task focused? Are you an influencer, a supporter, decisive or cautious? Although your answers may change from situation to situation, we all have a set of general tendencies that we otherwise know as our ‘personality'. Personality profiling is the topic of today's podcast, and I'm joined by award winning DISC coach Vicky O'Farrell. Vicky recently did my own DISC profile and we spent some time together going through the results, and I figured it'd make for an interesting discussion, especially if you've never done any profiling before and are wondering what it's all about. We talk about the benefits of understanding yourself and others better, what this can mean for relationships, emotional intelligence and team work. I ask Vicky about how to use something like DISC without feeling like you're putting yourself and other people in a box, and the all important question given the time of year we recorded this; is leaving your Christmas shopping to the last minute despite every year swearing you're going to have it all done by the end of November, fundamentally linked to your personality or is it something we can change? You can find out more about Vicky and her work over on her website: https://queenofbehaviours.com https://www.linkedin.com/in/victoriaofarrell

Companies use personality tests for a variety of purposes, such as employment screening, assessing leadership potential, fostering corroboration and teamwork, etc. The most widely used is the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), created by Pennsylvania housewife Isabel Myers. This particular test is utilized by 89% of the Fortune 100, given to 2.5 million people each year to identify strengths and enhance teamwork. The Minnesota Multiphase Personality Inventory (MMPI) was developed in 1946 to sort mental patients into diagnostic categories. It was then expanded in an attempt to describe normal people. Of course, popularity does not imply validity. What is worse, most companies keep these tests confidential so the data cannot be tested to determine effectiveness. These tests are also popular among consultants, who are paid good money to administer them in a convivial atmosphere. Helpful or hokum? We will attempt to answer in this week's show.
