25 min. Daily Schedule Discussion. A follow-up discussion after exchanging schedules. Pierre and Maureen discuss lifestyle diseases. Maureen suggests people might have too many priorities. She references: Mark Manson: The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck. Pierre expresses empathy for everyone experiencing the pressures of society, which puts many lesser goals in front of health and loving connection. How does our culture affect our choices? Maureen calls bullshit on not being able to make choices around environmental conditioning, citing the prevalence of excuse making, or simply not paying attention. We have choices. We are privileged. We should be able to make choices for our own benefit. We set ourselves up with stressors and suffer. Are we on the whining side or the winning side of our choices? For hundreds of thousands of years, no body had a schedule. How do we handle schedules now? Is it surprising that there is a lot of dis-ease with our lives and lifestyles built around schedules which get broken down to hour and half-hour blocks? There is a different outro to this one. Wait for it. Go Maureen!
Leitura do meu livro não publicado, com um forte sentido de humor e auto-reflexão. Inspirando-me de Mark Manson (The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck, Livro) e Robert Pantano (Pursuit of Wonder, Youtube). En 2016 Mark Manson publica el libro "The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck". For this episode I had Marta Rodriguez-Karpowicz to answer my questions. A woman that has been working on herself to become more herself and is now fully motivate to help others. A human being with the gift to see the potential in people and how far they could get, and the wish to help them. Marta and her best friend Anna wanted to make a difference and started in 2017 the podcast “The 5 Options” out of the bedroom. Now more than 2 years later are the two still airing a podcast episode per week and don't see an end to it. After that Marta risked the jump and quit her corporate job and is now self employed as conscious healer and coach. Reach Far More. Things don't seem to stop here for Marta as she has confessed to write a book as well. She confesses that the conscious healing sessions she took and all the work she puts in her are bringing results and she is in a place she could never imagine before. She is more herself than ever before and on top she finally accepts that she too is creative. Something that she has not accepted in many years. During this episode we come to talk about what it needs to be creative, how to listen to yourself. What fears can hold us back and what we can do and much more. Welcome to Marta the Lion with fire as the natural element for high energy and doing; and on the other side the turquoise colour to represent her intuitive and calm side. “Sometimes it is you who isn't giving you what you deserve” – We talk so much about how much we deserve, from others. We think so much about how much we deserve, from others. We get caught up in the emotions and actions that are born from that. Affecting a lot in our life. If we don't speak it, it certainly can be one of those subconscious mindsets we have gotten into. What we miss on is that it is not about the others. It never actually is when it comes to “deserving” or expectations, it actually becomes the quickest way to ignore our responsibility and accountability. “The rare people who do become truly exceptional at something do so not because they believe they’re exceptional. On the contrary, they become amazing because they’re obsessed with improvement. And that obsession with improvement stems from an unerring belief that they are, in fact, not that great at all. It’s anti-entitlement. People who become great at something become great because they understand that they’re not already great -they are mediocre, they are average -and that they could be so much better.” Mark Manson - The Subtle Art of Not Giving a Fuck

Rozhodol som sa to zmeniť a z “IN SPEED” spraviť “INSP.EAT”. S inšpiratívnymi ľudmi sa pri dobrom jedle bavíme o produktivite, kreativite, inšpirácii. Snažím sa klásť otázky, ktoré v rozhovoroch bežne nedostávajú.
