I have received a number of dreams bringing revelation and understanding and I feel led to share these things in a series of posts. He started by showing me the whole scenario from God's point of view as He watches His beautiful creation being sabotaged. The visual picture which the Holy Spirit used was a wonderfully crafted palace, surrounded by a high wall. This amazing edifice was guarded day and night from intruders and only the King and those carefully vetted attendants serving him were allowed access. Then one day, a very destructive device was smuggled into the palace by a trusted page boy and the king was unaware that right within the Throne-room, the enemy had positioned one of his henchmen. We can see the same scenario in the positioning of Haman right next to king Xerxes. Oblivious to the danger, king Xerxes handed Haman his signet ring and gave him permission to send out a death decree (Esther 3:8). The human cell nucleus is that walled palace. The human cell is created with a nucleus wall to protect the scroll of DNA within its nucleus. Just like a wall is built around a palace to protect the ruler of a nation, these very important unique documents (our books or DNA scrolls) are guarded from marauders. Nothing is allowed to breach that wall and only trusted messengers are permitted to enter or leave that hallowed place. From within the nucleus, orders are issued by the DNA and carried by the messenger RNA through the nucleus wall to the golgi apparatus, which is a factory making proteins to build and strengthen the body. No other substance can pass through that wall except human mRNA. It is considered trustworthy to carry and deliver the messages issued.  I once heard a plant virologist describe mRNA like a shopping trolley. You can load whatever you want in it and it will transport it to the intended destination. Now this works well when the human body is not interfered with. We are fearfully and wonderfully made. MRNA faithfully carries the instructions issued by the unique DNA dwelling in the nucleus citadel. Psa 139:14-16  I will praise You; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are marvellous and my soul knows it very well. 15  My bones were not hidden from You when I was made in secret and skillfully formed in the lowest parts of the earth. Psa 16 Your eyes saw my unformed substance, and in Your book (scroll) all the days [of my life] were written (engraved) before ever they took shape, when as yet there was none of them. Now, did you know that every single strand of human DNA is marked with the name of God. “How?” you ask… Because there are sulphide bonds holding together the two strands of DNA and they occur after the 10th pair of nucleotides, again after the 5th pair of nucleotides, then 6 pairs later and then again 5 pairs later. The 10th letter of the Hebrew alphabet is yod. The 5th letter is hey. The 6th letter is vav. Yod, hey, vav, hey spells ‘Yahweh'. I will say it again – God's name is on every human chromosome. You are made in His image and sealed with the Name of your Creator. Every cell in your body is hallmarked! And it is this very Divine hallmark that the enemy desires to obliterate. By injecting loaded messenger RNA into cells, one can sneak fragments of foreign enemy DNA through the carefully guarded nuclear cell walls and unload their contents into the scroll of DNA that God wrote for you. That's like pasting some pages of a counterfeit author's book into the middle of the instruction blueprint God wrote. What is actually happening is that the name of God written into the sulphide bond arrangement in the DNA scroll is being erased. The beautiful scroll engraved by God to create a man in His image is being sabotaged and from that moment of splicing onward, instead of instructions being released from the palace for life and health and security of the body, the inserted DNA loads up the mRNA trolley with instructions for the protein factory in the cell outside the palace to start manufacturing enemy spike proteins. The protein factory just does what it is told. Whatever orders arrive from headquarters are immediately carried out. To put it simply, once the potion is injected into the body, every single citadel guarding scrolls signed with the Name of the Creator within you is highjacked and forced to issue instructions to manufacture weapons of death – which will not only kill you at some point, but also the people around you. It is a cleverly engineered coup on a worldwide scale to throw off the rulership of God over His creation. So who is behind this dastardly plot? What does Psalm 2 say? Psa 2:2-3  The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying, 3  Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.  The word for ‘band' means ‘bond, halter, restraint'. Is it not the carefully placed sulphide bonds that depict Yahweh's Name which are disrupted and broken asunder by the vaccine contents? The word ‘cord' in Hebrew also means ‘entwined, rope, thick boughs'. Is the DNA not entwined like a rope? Perhaps you can now see the plan of the kings of the earth; the elite, who are banding together and arraying themselves against the Lord. The plan is to highjack His creation, destroy His image, remove His signature and transform the human body into a genetically modified part human/part computer, which can be controlled externally. Sounds like science fiction, but tragically it is the truth. Satan hates all who are made in God's image; every earthen vessel that is intended to become a dwelling place of His Spirit, receiving daily communication from the Throne room of Heaven. For centuries he has been content to defile the bodies and souls of man by luring them into sin of every kind, but, always, his greatest ambition has been to sit in the place intended only for God in the human body. 2 Th 2:4 says that his intention is to ‘sit as God in the temple of God, setting himself forth as if he is God'.  Many are waiting for the third temple to be built so that the antichrist can go and sit in it, but THE BODY OF CHRIST IS THE 3RD TEMPLE; a temple not built with hands – and the diabolical deception currently underway is the first step in the rollout of the plan to install the abomination that causes desolation right within the holy place of the 3rd temple! In the holy place, the place where the unique engraved scroll of your Creator is stored in a walled citadel, the enemy has already lifted up his battle cry.  How apt is the cry of the psalmist in Psa 74:3-11  Direct Your feet [quickly] to the perpetual ruins and desolations; the foe has devastated and desecrated everything in the sanctuary. 4  In the midst of Your Holy Place Your enemies have roared [with their battle cry]; they set up their own [idol] emblems for signs [of victory]. 5  They seemed like men who lifted up axes upon a thicket of trees to make themselves a record. 6  And then all the carved wood of the Holy Place they broke down with hatchets and hammers.  7  They have set Your sanctuary on fire; they have profaned the dwelling place of Your Name by casting it to the ground. …10  O God, how long is the adversary to scoff and reproach? Is the enemy to blaspheme and revile Your name forever? 11  Why do You hold back Your hand, even Your right hand? Draw it out of Your bosom and consume them [make an end of them]!  ‘They have profaned the dwelling place of Your Name' — there is no better description of what is happening worldwide in the human body than these words. And in every nation,  believers are being coerced into taking the supposed health inducing jab. Is this not causing the ‘great falling away' described in 2 Th 2:3? The totality of the scheme is to leave the 3rd temple desolate, destroyed, overtaken and subjugated to an ancient enemy who always coveted God's throne and the worship of God's Bride. Apostasia, the Greek for ‘falling away', means ‘defection from truth' and comes from Strongs G647, which means ‘to separate, the writing of divorcement'. How significant that a fragment of DNA writing is what separates or breaks asunder the record of God's Name in the human DNA! Now obviously the smuggling in of the death warrant to the guarded throne room involves deception and subterfuge. No-one would allow such an intrusion if it was advertised by its true content. The coup is enacted under the guise of delivery of a basket of wishes for health and happiness. (Pity, there is a poisoned apple in the fruit bowl!) Revelation chapter 18 speaks of the judgement that is incurred by those who carry out this deception. As you read the selected verse, remember that the Greek word translated ‘sorceries' is pharmakeia, the word from which we get ‘pharmacy, dispenser of medicine', Rev 18:23b  …For your merchants were the great ones of the earth; for by your sorceries all nations were deceived.  So it is pharmaceutical deceptions which are employed to pull the wool over the eyes of all the nations. 2 Th 2:11 says a ‘strong delusion' is released so that people believe a lie. The Greek for ‘delusion' comes from a root word meaning ‘deceiver or imposter'. So the recurring theme is deception which brings destruction. No surprise that pharmakeia also means ‘witchcraft', and comes from a root word meaning ‘drug, poisoner'. Poison is intended to induce the death of the victim.  The Word tells us that the life is in the blood. It is surely no coincidence that the foreign spike proteins – which the human body is induced to produce after it is highjacked, trigger blood clots; which in turn cause fatal heart attacks and strokes. It is satan who seeks to steal, kill and destroy. Jesus came that you may have life and have it abundantly. Satan desires to remove God's image and replace it with his image (Rev 14:9). He plans to remove God's name and replace it with his name (Rev 14:11). Ask yourself who else could be behind the erasing of God's Name in your DNA scroll. Beloved, God says His people perish for lack of knowledge. Many pastors and shepherds worldwide are urging their congregations to receive the phamakeia they offer. May the sheep wake up and see the edge of the precipice before they plunge over it. I would urge you to guard and keep your temple holy unto the Lord. Do not allow it to be breached. Cherish His Name encoded into the scroll of life within you and take refuge under the shadow of His wings.  Do not run to Egypt or Babylon for help. Do all you can to boost your divinely built immune system… and do not allow yourself to be deceived. Be a lover of Truth. Seek truth. Go after it. 2 Th 2 is clear that it is those who do not love truth who will fall prey to the strong delusion wrapping its fingers around the globe. Do not succumb to those who call evil good and scheme to overthrow and render your holy place desolate. You will pay for it with your life. Rather entrust yourself to Him Who is the Truth, the Life and the way. Choose life that you and your children may live! 2Co 6:16-18  And what agreement does a temple of God have with idols? For you are the temple of the living God, as God has said, “I will dwell in them and walk among them; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.” 17  Therefore come out from among them and be separated, says the Lord, and DO NOT TOUCH THE UNCLEAN THING. And I will receive you 18  and I will be a Father to you, and you shall be My sons and daughters, says the Lord Almighty.  Is This Why They Want to Change our DNA? Our chains of DNA contain four nucleotide-based pairs called Adenine, Guanine, Thiamine, and Cytosine. And then there's a unit within the DNA strand called a sulfuric bridge. It only appears after every ten nucleic acids have been laid down, and then after every five nucleic acids, then after every six, and then again, after every five nucleic acids.  So, we get this repeating numerical value of 10, 5, 6, 5 within our DNA strand. Well, it turns out the Biblical name for God, YHWH, contains the same numerical value as our DNA strand. Yod He Vav He equals ten, five, six, five. What's even more interesting is that if you take the Hebrew characters of the  name of YHWH and place it on its side, you get the image of a human being. I saw the statue slowly diminishing on the inside until there was nothing left on the inside of the statue, but it was still standing. I saw people crying, lots of people stood in groups and cried. "Tell those who so humbly and faithfully stand in the gap for this nation, pray and plead for this nation that they will soon start to see the fruit of their supplication". While He said that, I saw many people praying and repenting for the things in this country. (This should be done in whatever nation you are. The fruit of that worldly nation will be the elect of God.) "My love, remember I said in My Book, I put before you light and darkness, blessing and curse, and you have the choice; which one do you choose? You are between two Kingdoms, My love. At the same time I am busy, the wicked one is also busy... I AM shining My glorious light through the words of My prophets and messengers and those who give ear will receive blessing, the blessing of knowing the truth and having it make you free. The next moment, it was as if I was inside of a body and I see conception taking place, the sperm cell and the egg cell colliding, merging and 'becoming' a baby. I see the seed in very much detail; there were these little things like white vessels that looked like trees inside the seed (family trees, our genetic inheritance from our parents in the world).  At the same time, while I was looking at that, I also saw that the seed is like a book and there are many, many words inside that very tiny seed. (Words pass along to our physical seed, cursing or blessing, by our nature). (The seed of the spiritual man is like a book also, the Bible. Our meditation on the Word empowers and releases the spiritual man to control the physical man and the demons.) (Kenneth's comment: The Psalmist wrote: Thine eyes did see my substance, yet being unperfect (unformed); and in thy book all my members were written, which in continuance were fashioned, when as yet there was none of them. (Psalm 139:16) Yeshua started to speak to me about the DNA once again... "My love, do you see? Look at it; it's beautiful... out of these little tiny seeds a human grows, inside of these little seeds I put everything for a baby to grow; it is perfect (it was very, very special to see Yeshua so excited about how perfect and amazing and AWESOME He made the human body, soul and spirit). Look inside the seed, do you see the written things? It is a code, it's a DNA code; it's far above what any human can understand.  That code, My love, determines who that baby will be, that code will form its character, personality, likes and dislikes. It forms the body and it forms the soul, but not the spirit. The spirit is born of Spirit, My Spirit. In your spirit you inherit My DNA when you are saved, but this DNA, this seed and inheritance, is not saved yet. Sarah, inside of that seed is blessing and curse, sin and righteousness as an inheritance from your fathers. (For this reason mad scientists want to recreate the DNA after their own liking by perverting the food, water, and air and by va/cci/nes. This way they can create the body of the beast.) "This DNA is very, very important. Inside of the DNA code, there are supposed to be key essentials so that your body and soul can function the way I purposed them to. These seeds in the DNA are love proteins, and when you are born, the seed will sprout if it is exposed to the right elements. The mother and father are to nurture, comfort, affirm, accept and love this gift from Me and the result will be gender identity and spiritual identity, a healthy and whole soul and body.  But now the babies are being exposed to trauma - even at birth - with the way this precious child comes into this world. The children are vulnerable to whatever the parents expose them to, even in the womb, and it has a great effect on them. (Speak blessing over the unborn.) It is the parents' work to build the child's identity through teaching them to find their identity in Me, but they are exposed to the trauma of rejection (opening them up to demonic bondage)... "This DNA speaks all the time. It speaks of every word written inside of it. You can hear it and I can hear it too; you hear it in your mind every day. Sarah, your inherited DNA affects your soul and body in a great, great way. Let Me explain to you how it affects you in a physical and mental way. Your soul area is your mind, will, emotions, desires.  The seed in your DNA grows like trees throughout your soul. For example, if you inherited a seed of rejection, that seed will carry the hurts and pain of the generations before you. (We have seen this to be true. Many don't know why they are the way they are, always lusting for acceptance and admiration from others. Rejecting any correction or person that knows about them.) That seed is in you and when you experience any kind of trauma, trauma at birth, as a child, or any kind of trauma, the seed sprouts and a stronghold forms inside your soul. (Any perceived threat to the ego puts them in survival mode.)  A stronghold forms to suppress the pain. The stronghold is always rooted in pride and fear keeps it in place. These trees are rebellion against Me. This tree bears ungodly fruit in your soul like perfectionism, judgment, fear, pride ... (Rejection is bearing much fruit in these days to separate the tares from the wheat but repentance is possible through faith in Jesus' sacrifice. These two seeds are manifested through one's actions and words. {Mat.13:37} And he answered and said, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man; {38} and the field is the world; and the good seed, these are the sons of the kingdom; and the tares are the sons of the evil [one]; {39} and the enemy that sowed them is the devil: and the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are angels. {40} As therefore the tares are gathered up and burned with fire; so shall it be in the end of the world. {41} The Son of man shall send forth his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that cause stumbling, and them that do iniquity, {42} and shall cast them into the furnace of fire: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth. {43} Then shall the righteous shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He that hath ears, let him hear. "Because I love you so dearly and because you struggled so much as a little girl to understand why 'this Father of love' would create imperfect, disabled little babies, I will show you why this happens. "This seed of rejection, for example, can affect your body in many ways; sometimes the sickness manifests in a later stage because of trauma and other times because of open doors in the mother and father. Because of generational curses, spirits latch onto the DNA and the baby can be born with a defect, a disease or disabled. It is part of the curse that came upon man at the fall. (However, a believing parent sanctifies the child through faith, as Paul said in 1 Corinthians 7, and can deliver the child from the curse of defect and disease.)  Sarah, there are many things I want to teach you about the DNA. My people have a lack of knowledge! I also want to teach you about the DNA structure: It is an order. There are two orders: the one comes out of hell and the other out of Who I AM! Out of hell comes The Order of Baal and man plays the harlot with it, and I will call My order The Order of I AM! This is the structure in your DNA. "Inside The Order of Baal is the structure, the nature and the seed of lucifer. Curse is a result of it, most sicknesses are a result of it, spiritual death is a result of it, poverty is a result of it and destruction is a result of it. I have spoken to you a lot about the pure bride and about what it means to be the pure bride. The pure bride has My DNA, she has My structure, My order, My nature and My seed in her. Blessing is a result of it, life is a result of it, prosperity is a result of it, holiness and righteousness are a result of it. "My bride has I AM flowing through her veins, while the harlot bride, who has not cleansed her DNA, has hell operating through her … a mixed seed. My people are playing harlot because they have the order and the structure of Baal in them -that is why they are double-minded, that is why they are still sick. Even though by My stripes you were healed, they have remained still sinful, unholy and unrighteous, but they call themselves Christians. I tell you the word Christian is (misused and is) reserved for those who are lukewarm.  You are either My bride, holy, pure and righteous, building your spirit house upon the Rock of Ages, living in My Kingdom, or you are a 'Christian,' lukewarm, so-called saved but deceived, so-called good but led astray without even knowing it. This 'Christian' is part of the harlot; she is in fact worse than the sinner because she is the same as the sinner in heart, but she thinks she is good. "My people, if you want to go into the ark like Noah, you have to cleanse your DNA through applying My blood through repentance, through petitioning in My heavenly courtroom. Remember, your spirit can be holy and righteous and you can think you are on the right road because of it. But if you do not take the next step through cleansing your DNA and working on your soul dimension, you are divided within yourself - in your spirit, on fire, and in your soul, cold, and therefore you are mixed, mixed and lukewarm. My bride is not mixed, she is single-minded and in unity with Me, one in soul and spirit. (She is one with the Word in her heart and obedience to it.) "I want My people to break down the altar, the order and the structure of Baal in your blood (DNA) that your forefathers have cast up. Like Gideon had to break down the altar of Baal. ("Come out of her My people".) {Jdg.6:25} ... Tear down the altar of Baal that your father has, and cut down the wooden image that is beside it; {26} and build an altar, to the LORD your God on top of this rock laid in proper order [proper arrangement]. I was petitioning and repenting for my DNA and while I did that I saw a vision of inside of my body, I saw the many blood vessels, and Yeshua took me inside of my blood where He showed me how my DNA looks in the spirit. I saw the structure of the DNA and I saw two doors inside of my DNA (blood). There was a black door and a golden door. The golden door was closed and the black door was open. Out of the black door the DNA structure flowed; on the black door was written "Order of Baal/Curse" and on the golden door was written "I AM/Blessing" (which is filled with the FULLNESS of ABBA's character, attributes, nature, in the name of I AM is the fullness of who He is). There were things written on the black structure that flowed out of the black door. I recognized it as pride and rebellion against I AM (everything YHVH stands for), the nature of hasatan. So I started to pray for I AM's light to shine in my DNA and I just started to repent of generational sin as Ruach haKodesh revealed it to me. He went really deep and I carried on for hours. While I was busy repenting, I saw the structure going back into the black door, like it was being reversed. I literally saw Yeshua inside of my blood; He closed the black door and the door and the structure disappeared (shattered the order of Baal and curses). It is as if the black door was a gateway of hell. Yeshua said, "Each and every human has these two doors in their blood; hell operates through the black door through pride, rebellion and curses - it is his nature flowing out of it; while I AM and blessing flows through the way, the truth and the life. (Jesus comes through the spirit man and Satan and his minions through the inherited flesh and its lusts.)  My people, you are in a DNA war. Awaken and see that the battle you are in is a blood battle; the enemy is out to defile your blood. Break down The Order of Baal inside of you through repentance and petitioning. Your DNA is who you are; it is the core of you. I want who you are to be a vein, a vessel for I AM, for I AM to flow through you and be an altar of worship, singing holy (set-apart), holy (set-apart), holy (set-apart), holy (set-apart)!" While He said that, the golden door flung open and a white structure flowed out, with golden and silver writings on it. I AM's character and nature was inside of it - humility, holiness(set-apartness), love, gentleness, etc. "Sarah, My love, this is the message for this hour. Teach My people how to sanctify their DNA because this is what My bride looks like". I see what flows out of that door is His seed [love and righteousness].  If it is the black door, it is hasatan's seed [pride and rebellion]. Father's seed births purity and holiness (set-apartness) and results in a set-apart virgin bride, whereas satan's seed births pride, harlotry, idolatry - it is mixed seed - and this makes you a harlot bride that can give birth to Nephilim babies. (Meaning dark spiritual giants, a mixture of flesh and demons; people who are big in the world because they are of the world, and they are small before God, like famous false Christians.) Yeshua showed me that the written things on our DNA become what our mind meditates upon. (We can meditate on flesh or spirit and bear the fruit thereof. {Isa.26:3} Thou wilt keep [him] in perfect peace, [whose] mind [is] stayed [on thee]; because he trusteth in thee. Rom 12:2  And be not fashioned according to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.)  Your mind literally records whatever is inside the DNA. For example, when there is generational racism seed in your DNA, you have a judgmental, prideful, racist stronghold in your mind (of course you don't acknowledge it as that). Because you inherit the seed from your fathers, it hides in you and when trauma occurs it explodes like a bomb in your soul. It is the same with homosexuality; if there is a seed of rejection, to which a spirit latches, that attacks and breaks down your identity physically and because there is no love inside of that seed, it can very easily manifest in one becoming homosexual. The homosexual spirit is the stronghold that the structure of your soul puts up to defend itself, but it comes out of a seed of rejection, out of the pits of hell. (Many other spirits use the spirit of rejection as a doorkeeper to let them in: rebellion, anger, frustration, domineering, Jezebel, witchcraft, faction, drunkenness, drug addiction, self-seeking, etc.) We are in a spiritual battle that manifests in the natural and the war is already won, if we would just start to apply the Blood of the Lamb, we would start to taste victory and freedom. It was so glorious, but it seems as though there were those that rebelled, and they would become angry and they tried to attack those workers that were giving the message. (As it was with the Pharisees and Sadducees.) God is going to give the world a demonstration in this last hour as the world has never known. These men and women are of all walks of life, degrees will mean nothing. I saw these workers as they were going over the face of the earth. When one would stumble and fall, another would come and pick him up. There were no "big I's" and "little you's", but every mountain was brought low and every valley was exalted, and they seemed to have one thing in common - there was a divine love, a divine love that seemed to flow forth from these people as they worked together, and as they lived together. It was the most glorious sight that I have ever known. Jesus Christ was the theme of their life. They continued and it seemed the days went by as I stood and beheld this sight. Faith and power will be imputed to receive healing and restoration. It will be complete restoration not partial. The first fruits are first. They will be the trail blazers. There will also be a mighty supernatural outpouring of spiritual restoration of closeness to God through His Holy Spirit.” Then David asked, “When will the Lord restore our teeth?” The angel Baruch said, “When the DNA restoration takes place, teeth will be restored as well.” Our Corporate Birthday Party Isaac Payne - 8/19/22 (David's notes in red) In this dream I was hosting a birthday party at my doublewide in Florida. (I think Florida is symbolic due to it being called the sunshine state. Also, I think the doublewide represents John 1:16 For of his fullness we all received, and grace for grace. Double grace hence doublewide.) The walls of the doublewide were sky blue and pretty much everything in the doublewide was blue. (Blue represents heavenly.)  As the birthday party began, we welcomed many people inside. What was odd was that it wasn't anyone's birthday in particular, but actually seemed like a shared birthday party. (The corporate birthing of Jesus in the Man-child reformers and then the choosing of the Bride.) I looked around and saw Missy Pollock and her husband Merle at the birthday party sitting at the dining room table. They looked very happy and I remember thinking Merle is a really fit guy and in good shape and Missy too. (This is the timing of the DNA restoration.) I saw my Uncle Ronnie come to the party also. (Ronnie means ruler, advice, decision, bringer of victory.) (Representing the Father.) Also, David Eells (Representing the Man-child David's.) was there at the house for the birthday party as well. I continued to look around and also saw my cousins Josh and Jake. (Joshua means God is Deliverance and Jacob (Jacob represents Israel as a type of the Church.) (Ronnie, Josh, and Jake are my actual family members on my dads side in real life.)    I think this points to spiritual Israel since Jacob was renamed Israel. Romans 9:6 But it is not as though the word of God has come to nought, for they are not all Israel, that are of Israel. But also he took the birthright from Esau. I believe we have been given the birthright from Christ as we are the 42nd generation and have overcome the old man represented by Esau. 2 Co. 1:20 For however many so ever be the promises of God, in him is the yea: wherefore also through him is the Amen, unto the glory of God through us. Then I woke up. (Also, I believe this is confirmation for the DNA regeneration that we were told we would receive.) (There wasn't one feeble one among them when they went out into the wilderness. Moses' eye was not dimmed nor his natural force abated.) The Great Restoration David Eells  The Lord reveals that there will be a restoration of His people's lives in an outpouring of the Spirit after the Northern Army, as a type of the faction in the government and in the Church, is defeated at the spiritual Red Sea. This is primarily a restoration to the Bride, as a first-fruits, and later through the Bride to the Church. The Lord has showed us that this Northern Army attack symbolizes the ongoing D.S. attack on the U.S. using Pestilence, Sword, Famine, and Fire, which is listed in scriptures many times in Babylon's war against the apostate leadership, typed as Jerusalem, and God's apostate people...  The Northern Army of Assyria tried to conquer righteous Jerusalem, the Bride. They had already conquered the apostate northern tribes, which faction and apostates have done, because these conquered ones are not the Bride, who escaped. Here also is mentioned the restoration of the years this enemy had plundered from God's people.  Joel 2:20-27 but I will remove far off from you the northern army, and will drive it into a land barren and desolate, its forepart into the eastern sea, and its hinder part into the western sea; and its stench shall come up, and its ill savor shall come up, because it hath done great things.  21 Fear not, O land, be glad and rejoice; for Jehovah hath done great things. 22 Be not afraid, ye beasts of the field; for the pastures of the wilderness do spring, for the tree beareth its fruit, the fig-tree and the vine do yield their strength. 23 Be  glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in Jehovah your God; for he giveth you the former rain in just measure, and he causeth to come down for you the rain, the former rain and the latter rain, in the first month.  24 And the floors shall be full of wheat, and the vats shall overflow with new wine and oil. 25 And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the canker-worm, and the caterpillar, and the palmer-worm, my great army which I sent among you. 26 And ye shall eat in plenty and be satisfied, and shall praise the name of Jehovah your God, that hath dealt wondrously with you; and my people shall never be put to shame.  27 And ye shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am Jehovah your God, and there is none else; and my people shall never be put to shame. I believe this restoration incorporates the power of the Spirit, health, youth, prosperity, doctrine, fruit, gifts, authority, and a general deliverance from all of the curse that Jesus paid for.  Gal 3:13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us; for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree. This speaks of the Church coming out of captivity to the beast kingdom to return to the Land of milk and honey; the land of our spiritual forefathers in the Gospels and Book of Acts. We are going to have our own Book of Acts but greater in scope and intensity. Isa 40:31 but they that wait for Jehovah shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; they shall walk, and not faint. What energy Father will put in His people to bring in the harvest. The chip is said to be able to deploy an experimental new vaccine, developed jointly by Moderna and U.S government, that could change human DNA. The chip and the vaccine built on a breakthrough made by then-Harvard University professor and eventual Moderna co-founder Derek Rossi in 2010. In his discovery, which the now-retired scientist says came about purely by accident, Rossi claimed that he found a way to “reprogram” messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) – the molecules that carry genetic instructions for cell development in the human body. The promise provided by Rossi's breakthrough was such that it allowed him to co-found Moderna with private equity firm Flagship Pioneering. How did that come to be? Who's the father or mother of that? Where did that come to be? And then how did it evolve to today where it sounds like you're able to essentially program your own things in a lab and create them?Jason: [00:06:19] The first thing to realize is this is just a miracle of biology that it works this way in the first place. Get back four billion years of evolution, here's the magic. When we invented computers, we had to come up with a way to copy things. Do you want to send a file or make... And we realize that instead of like a record player, which is an analog thing, little bumps on the record define the data, but those can move around and change. If you really want to transfer information with high fidelity, make a CD and make it zeros and ones, digital, because every time you copy it perfectly.Biology figured out the exact same thing. When you have a kid, you want to transmit heritable information, you want your genes to move on to the kid. And the way that biology figured out how to pass information across generations, digital. A, T, Cs, and Gs. It just happens to do it, not with magnetic bits on a computer, but with actual chemicals.Jesse: [00:07:11] Through our cells.Jason: [00:07:12] A,T, C, and G, adenine, thymine, they are actual chemicals in a long string, just like a piece of cassette tape back in the day, a long string of molecules. That's just how biology works. There was the discovery of DNA, Rosalind Franklin and Crick and all those folks, Watson, figured out what it looks like, but they just we're discovering it. They didn't invent it, it just was that way. And then we take advantage of it as cell programmers, as synthentic biologists, we take advantage of that fact that it's digital and read and write it to make it do new things across really tons of markets. But Moderna is really the leader.Jesse: [00:07:46] So when did they discover it? What took it from them discovering it to then maybe The Human Genome Project profiling it to now the point? What are the big milestones and timing between those two things?Jason: [00:07:56] So one of the technologies that got invented in the late '70s was PCR. And I won't get into much technical detail, but what PCR lets you do is basically pick a certain region of DNA and make a billion copies of it. And you're basically hijacking the fact that cells have ways to copy their DNA because every time XL has a kid, it makes a whole copy of its genome. So there's really great little things called polymerases that read the DNA and pop off a copy. And so PCR, you just do that in the lab. You basically say, "Hey, this little region, make copy, copy, copy." And the advantage of that as you start to get tons of it, it's enough you can work with it in the lab. So that's one technology, PCR. So that's what they did with the insulin. They took a human cell, they found where the insulin gene was, they put these things called primers in which your little markers on either side of the gene, and they use PCR to make billions of copies of it. Now, you get it into the bacteria to make that insulin drug, that built Genentech, now worth hundreds of billions of dollars company. What did they do to do that? A technology called restriction enzymes, which are basically scissors. It's like little molecular scissors that bacteria use to cut DNA out. Why did they do that? Oh, because they're afraid of viruses.So if a virus infects a bacteria, the bacteria blows up. And so to defend itself, it has the technology that it invented through evolution, which is, "If I see some DNA that isn't mine, chop it into pieces." And in fact, the more modern form of these restriction enzymes is what's called CRISPR. So you might've heard of CRISPR, same shit. Basically, a technology bacteria used to defend themselves from a virus inserting its code into the bacteria, and the bacteria wants to cut that into pieces before it executes. It's wild. And so what Genentech did was it said, okay, I've got this scissor, I know it cuts in a certain place in the bacteria. I got this PCR to make copies of insulin. I'm going to use the scissor to cut the bacterial genome and the PCR products so that they match each other, and then I just paste them together.Jesse: [00:09:53] And that happened in the late '70s?Jason: [00:09:56] 1978 was the very first. That was the beginning of humans directly influencing the evolution of biology, life on this planet.Jesse: [00:10:04] One quick sidebar just occurred to me. Can you even closer? What's actually happening? Is the microscope doing these things? What are the tools that human being is using to do these things? Is it like our biology class where we had a little dropper thing and we dropped from one Petri dish to do that?Jason: [00:10:17] You're on the right track. Yeah. So I did a PhD at MIT of bioengineering and this is basically 5 years of standing in front of a lab bench with a pipette, which is like a little straw, essentially, sucking up one colorless liquid and squirting it into another colorless liquid and doing these elaborate little lab experiments. Horrible. It was a painful process. You can easily mess it up and you can't see what's going on because everything is microscopic. In modern labs, like at Moderna if you visit them, and here I can go by our works, it's mostly robotics and automation actually doing the work now. That has been part of the reasons, you asked earlier what's different between 1978 and today, one of the other big, big innovations is dramatically more laboratory automation and dramatically more software and data analytics to parse a huge amount of data coming out of that automation. So the way we do lab work now, night and day from what it was in 1978. So that means where they could do one gene, we can do 10 or 20,000. It's a really big change in capacity.Jesse: [00:11:17] Oh wow. So in the late '70s, it was like to build this insulin example, a bunch of human beings doing this boring exercise of guess and test effectively of PCR. I can copy this and I can splice it with the scissors, insert it and then test it. And I did that probably hundreds of times before it actually worked?Jason: [00:11:34] Yes. And you really didn't get many shots because it was so laborious. If you didn't get it to work in the first 10 or 50, you were never going to get it to work because you just couldn't try that many designs.Jesse: [00:11:45] And now many parts of our life, its software and hardware are somewhat automated to the point where this can happen at a scale, what you used to be able to do at a year is like a day?Jason: [00:11:54] Yeah. To give you a sense of scale, in grad school, I probably did 50,000 letters of DNA in 5 years at MIT, a big month at Ginkgo today will be like 50 million letters. So like we're doing in a month many thousands of times the amount of designs I was able to try at 5 years. And that was back in grad school in the early 2000s.Jesse: [00:12:15] So basically, from the late '70s, is it fair to say that computing power over time basically the real delta in what's allowed it to become-Jason: [00:12:22] Computing and laboratory robotics and then continued innovation in the tools at the bench, what you're actually doing there, that has been improving as well. CRISPR is a better version, for example, of those restriction enzymes. CRISPR was around, but no one had discovered it in the late '70s and understood how it worked and now we do, and so that gives you a much better tool.Jesse: [00:12:42] When you say printing, you mean mixing together chemicals that replicate those letters, is that the right way to think about it?Jason: [00:12:48] Historically, the way you made DNA was like you're thinking, chemistry. I remember like a chemistry class, you'd see these weird columns full of stuff. You just put the letters in, A and then T, and then C, and they would stitch into a piece of DNA.Jesse: [00:13:03] And A, T, and C are just chemicals.Jason: [00:13:04] Adenine, thymine, cytosine, guanine, yeah. They're called nucleotides. They're a type of chemical. And they're a special chemical that snaps with each other so that they can make a string. And then there's the double helix, remember, A binds the T, and C binds the G? That's a little trick so that you can split it apart and then make a copy of each side, and that's how DNA replicates. But the new way you make DNA actually came out of Hewlett Packard, so it's literally printing. As a division of Hewlett-Packard is a company called Agilent. And they took inkjet printing technology instead of ink in there, they put the A, T, Cs, and Gs and they spotted on a little slide and you get the little A, T, Cs, and Gs, you get them, they're about 100+ letters long in little teeny bits. And then we do some fancy stuff in the lab to stitch those pieces into 1,000 or 10,000 letters, which is what you need for a whole gene. But the actual beginnings, the DNA, when it's done it's printed with something that looks like inkjet.Jesse: [00:13:57] Because literally, printing is the right word. It's the same thing, they're just taking the chemicals and putting them on a thing that...Jason: [00:14:02] Yeah. Yeah.Jesse: [00:14:02] Wow. That's unbelievable. Can you just draw the analogies to tech, everyone understands it. What's the parallels in our bodies are in this whole DNA world?Jason: [00:14:12] Let's take Moderna's mRNA vaccine, as an example to talk through this. What they want to have happen is they want cells in your body to express little pieces of the virus. In other words, to produce small amounts of the virus so that your immune system will recognize it, and fire up. That way, if the whole virus shows up later, the immune system takes it out. There's lots of ways you can do that. Historically, we have to just put pieces of the virus in, you could do dead virus and all kinds of stuff. Moderna had a different idea, which is, they want to say, well, we know the cell can read code and make things. And the way it does that, is it has DNA, which is what the whole genome is made of, it's like the hard drive of the cell, kind of. And then that DNA, there's little things that come along called ribosomes. They read the DNA, they make a piece of what's called messenger RNA, Which is like a temporary piece of code, and a ribosome shows up, reads the messenger RNA, and makes protein. So there's like DNA, which gets read to make a little temporary piece of code. Think of it like RAM and your computer or something temporary, and then along comes the ribosome and makes the protein.Jesse: [00:15:22] And that's like the RAM in your computer memory, it runs it real time? Is that the way to think about it?Jason: [00:15:26] It is a way for you to decide what parts of the genome you want to turn on at a given time. To simply think about it is, in your cells, the same genome makes your eyes cells as your nose, and it's just, what genes are getting turned on, allows you to run different programs from that same underlying genome that is you. What Moderna said is, okay, great. I'm going to come in at that level. I'm going to basically install some mRNA in your cell that is not in your DNA, it's going to be a little piece of the COVID-19 virus, and your cell is going to read that mRNA because that's what it does. The ribosome is going to read it, and they're going to make a little piece of the virus. And then your cell is going to essentially express that and show it to the immune system.That hack is how their vaccine works. And so if you look at what it is, it's basically, just let's call it a lipid nanoparticles, basically like a little fatty ball with that mRNA sitting inside of it. And when it gets to one of your cells, the mRNA squirts in, which is basically how it works.Jesse: [00:16:27] And so the computer analogy there would be, it's like there's some program in my DNA, memory in my DNA, and this mRNA is essentially activating the software. It's like a temporary software patch that's going to create-Jason: [00:16:39] What I would say is the mRNA is the software your cell is currently executing. That's a good way to think about it. There's a lot of different options in your genome of what code you want to run and depending on what's going on with your cell at a given time, it turns on different parts of the DNA and converts them to RNA, and then it executes them. RNA is like the code you're actively executing. What Moderna does is they pop in and they say, "Here's some RNA, run it." And your cell dutifully runs it because that's what it does when it sees RNA. And so the idea behind Moderna is in this moment, you want to put in RNA for COVID, but tomorrow it could be RNA for cancer treatment, or heart disease, or whatever. Your cells can do pretty powerful stuff if you just gave them the right code, then you could deal with disease X, Y, or Z. That's theory of Moderna.Jesse: [00:17:24] Is the COVID vaccine the first version of this with human beings and curing something or whatever the word you'd use is protecting against the virus?Jason: [00:17:32] It is the first ever RNA vaccine.Jesse: [00:17:36] This is the beginning of, you were just talking about cancer and all these other ailments, it's the first time this technology has ever been used really in human beings to solve a large spread disease effectively.Jason: [00:17:46] Certainly for a vaccine, yeah. There's been trials. There's an area called gene therapy where you're basically trying to deliver code for the treatment of disease. There are a few diseases where there are drugs like that. This is by far the biggest rollout of an RNA, any kind of nucleic acid, DNA, or RNA drug in history, and the first ever vaccine. It is a huge turning point. From my standpoint, it's basically like being in 1978 with insulin, is what both Moderna and BioNTech, which is the other company, the Pfizer one, those RNA vaccines being as successful as they were with 95% efficacy and the whole thing. To me, that is Genentech and insulin all over again, but for a whole new category of drugs.

The material that drives biological life in terms of continuity and make up through the time allowing for the preservation of behavioral patterns looking at it from the anatomical and physiological construct. For Man this material is referred to as Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA). Right from its elucidation by James Watson and Francis Crick., whose work dependent heavily on the works of other scientists before them, the landscape of genetics was changed forever.For me, I love to look at it from the perspective of creation, where everything God spoke into being, is to follow after its kind, more like following an intelligent pattern of design with a unique codification that should maintain after an order, a kind. Man was not just spoken into being, he was created and his form and likeness was after his Creator. In following after that preset rule by the God in producing after its kind, Man fulfilled this by procreating and in this procreation was made possible through the genetic makeup which we now refer to as the DNA, the code which carry's the message of life in the propagation of the human population. Like the computer coding technique that uses the binary sequence of 1 and 0 in creating complex scenarios of messages, so also the DNA has its codes, the purine and pyrimidine bases known A – Adenine, G-Guanine, C-Cytosine and T-thymine.Clearly these are molecular compounds that exhibits chemical characteristics that has its origin in the larger universe and has its beginning from the spoken of God. Taking a closer look of the foregoing, you will come to see that the human tissue make up stems from the DNA and the DNA answers to the spoken WORD, as opined by John the Apostle, John 1:14‘The Word became flesh and made His dwelling among us. We have seen His glory, the glory of the one and only Son from the Father, full of grace and truth'So which came first the word or the flesh? In trying to understand our origin, man have started the search from the seen universe to journey to the unseen universe somehow trying to understand that link and influence that the unseen has over the seen and tapping from the creative ability bestowed on him by God, he gives names to things (animate and inanimate) and so they become pointing to that inner desire to connect back to the very source of life.Support the show

My AP Biology Thoughts  Unit 6 Gene Expression and RegulationWelcome to My AP Biology Thoughts podcast, my name is Jacqueline Sun and I am your host for episode #105 called Unit 6 Gene Expression and Regulation: DNA and RNA Structure. Today we will be discussing the central structural components of DNA and RNA as well as the similarities and differences between the two. Segment 1: Introduction to DNA and RNA Structure Deoxyribonucleic acid, DNA, and ribonucleic acid, RNA, are two of the most important biological molecules for survival DNA responsible for carrying genetic information is commonly considered the “blueprint” for life's functions. Its basal structure, a double helix that is unique from RNA, is key to its ability to replicate itself. DNA, when not undergoing replication, is coiled up into compact structures known as chromosomes. They are wrapped around histone proteins: the degree of tightness to which they are wrapped determines how much of the DNA is expressed. RNA builds off of DNA and creates a template from which proteins can be created in ribosomes. Because they are based off of a parent DNA strand, RNA has a single strand instead of two. Segment 2: More About DNA and RNA Structure However, there is much more to DNA and RNA Structure than the helical strands. Lets first focus on what makes up the strands for DNA and RNA: Both DNA and RNA have a sugar-phosphate backbone that is key to holding the entire molecule together.  However, the sugar in DNA is deoxyribose sugar, from which it derives its name. The sugar in RNA is ribose sugar, which has one more hydroxyl group than the sugar in DNA.  The sugar and phosphate group in DNA and RNA alternate repeatedly. They link with a special directionality that is often denoted with a 5' and 3' end. This is a rather abstract concept, but basically the 5' and 3' indicate which carbon in a sugar molecule the phosphate group will attach itself, forming the repeating phosphate-sugar backbone. Another central structural component are the nitrogenous bases found in both DNA and RNA, with one key difference. DNA has the bases adenine, cytosine, guanine, and thymine. Adenine and guanine are known as purine bases, while cytosine and thymine are the pyrimidine bases. Purines tend to be larger than pyrimidines because purines have a double ring structure as opposed to pyrimidine's single ring structure. Only purines and pyrimidines can bind together. Specifically, in DNA, adenine and thymine bind together, while cytosine and guanine bond together. They are held together by hydrogen bonds which link not only the bases, but also the two strands of DNA to form a double helix. The 1:1 ratio by which the nitrogenous bases bond (adenine=thymine, guanin=cytosine) explains how DNA molecules are able to replicate by synthesizing a new strand from a parent strand. RNA has the same bases of adenine, cytosine, and guanine, but the key difference is that it has uracil instead of thymine. Its purines are still adenine and guanine, but it's pyrimidines are cytosine and uracil. Adenine will match with uracil as opposed to thymine in RNA synthesis. Lengthwise, DNA tends to be significantly longer than RNA. This is because while RNA is based on DNA, it will not code for the entire strand but only a certain segment of a strand. As a result, an RNA strand may only be a few thousand base pairs long, while DNA can reach from hundreds of thousands to millions of pairs long. There are also coding and non coding regions of DNA that are transcribed into RNA. The coding regions of DNA known as genes are the ones that can serve as templates for the synthesis of proteins, while the non coding regions have no role in creating proteins. However, non coding regions are still important. They provide structural support to the DNA molecules and also may act as regulators for gene expression. When DNA is transcribed in RNA, the coding regions become known as exons...

If there is one rule in biology, it is that there is an exception to every rule. This includes even the basic biochemistry of DNA, which was once thought to be universal. On this episode, host Lauren Richardson and Judy Savitskaya (a16z bio deal team member and synthetic biology expert), discuss the results and implications three related articles co-published in Science, which all advance our understanding of a very unique kind of DNA. If you open any biology text book, it will say that the genetic code is made up of 4 bases: Adenine, Thymine, Cytosine, and Guanine, or ATCG. Z is a derivative of A that has an extra amino group tagged on, and while that may sound minor, it changes some of the key properties of DNA. I first heard Ailie Robertson's music this past summer when I was moderating workshops at the online Somerset Folk Harp Festival. Ailie is one of Scotland's leading composers and a sought after harpist. Life has a way of sending you down paths that you might not have originally considered. In our chat Ailie talks about how she studied genetics at Cambridge University for four years then decided to take a gap year to pursue a masters degree in Irish Traditional Music at The University of LImerick's Irish World Academy of Music and Dance, my alma mater. Working with Mícheál Ó Súilleabháin and others at UL helped Ailie start down a path that has led her to be an in demand composer and performer. Her newest project is fittingly named “Adenine'' after one of the four nucleobases in the nucleic acid of DNA, a nice connection to Ailie's years of studying genetics at Cambridge University. Here's a description of the album taken from Adenine's Kickstarter page:This solo project creates rich, multi-layered soundscapes with use of an electric harp, a myriad of pedals, field recordings and a modular synth.Ailie is joined by an illustrious cast of musicians including a groundbreaking string quartet, and producer Jim Sutherland. Our thoughts, deeds and words return to us sooner or later with astounding accuracy. ~ Florence Scovel Shinn   On June 22, 1998, the Universe rotated 180 degrees. Not in reality, but in a multiverse kind of way. I was watching the classic movie The Wizard of Oz late at night, when I had a major epiphany.     This famous movie is about a young girl from Kansas named Dorothy who is swept away in her house by a cyclone with her dog Toto. Her home is dropped on top of the Wicked Witch of the East in the Land of Oz, where she is met by the Good Witch of the North. The witch gives her a pair of red ruby slippers and tells her that the only way for her to return home is for her to visit the Emerald City and ask the Wizard of Oz for help.     Following the yellow brick road, she meets a Scarecrow who wants a brain, a Tin Man who wants a heart, and a Cowardly Lion who wants courage, and invites them to go with her to meet the Wizard of Oz with the hope he can help all of them. After a long stream of events and realizing no one can help them, Glinda, the Good Witch, tells Dorothy, “You’ve always had the power to go back to Kansas.” Then the Scarecrow asked, “Then why didn’t you tell her before?” Glinda replies, “Because she wouldn’t have believed me. She had to learn it for herself.”     Right in front of my eyes, directly from the television screen, came the secret of Awakening, summed up in the greatest statement I had ever heard, “You had the power the entire time!”     Chills trickled down my arms. It was the answer I had been seeking; the key to my Awakening summed up in one clear statement backed by one thing that unlocked that power: Belief. The only thing that holds us back from Awakening to the power within is our beliefs!     ALL OF LIFE IS DESIGNED FOR YOUR AWAKENING     As you go down your own yellow brick road of life, experiencing the good times and the challenging times, realize that every drop of life is designed for your fate: Awakening. And, in your Awakening, all of life becomes a wonderland of your creation.     Wouldn’t it be amazing if you could walk through life having everything you have ever desired show up in a divinely succinct way? What if everywhere you went, miracles and manifestations of your choosing just appeared? What if life was one big serendipitous symphony, reflecting to you your innermost thoughts and desires? I invite you to consider that you are already there. Yes, everything you are experiencing in this moment is mirroring what is happening within your Consciousness in a serendipitous manner.     MIRACLES ARE ONLY GLITCHES IN YOUR CURRENT BELIEF SYSTEM     The word serendipity was first coined in 1754 by Horace Walpole to describe a fortunate happenstance, a pleasant surprise, wherein one discovers something seemingly without instigating a search to find it. Today, the Oxford English Dictionary (1989) defines serendipity as “the occurrence and development of events by chance in a happy or beneficial way.” Serendipity has always been a word synonymous with a positive, joyous response to our surroundings or life experience; a beautiful moment where life feels extraordinary. I am sure you can recall a time when you had the urge to phone a friend just seconds before they call you. Perhaps you have always wanted to live in San Francisco, and then your boss promotes you into your company’s San Francisco location. Maybe you meet someone and connect in a way that feels as if you have known that person your entire life. Perhaps you stumble upon a heart-shaped shell as you walk along the beach after asking the Universe for a sign to validate your feelings. Serendipitous instances are all around you. We all have experienced them in one way or another. It is the Universe giving you a reassuring wink that you are on the right path.     You see, serendipitous moments are not accidents. What if you could harness the power to tap into miraculous discoveries on a regular basis and attract them into your daily life? Wouldn’t that be amazing? Over the years, scientists have expressed incredulous awareness that major breakthroughs, discoveries, and inventions have occurred because of serendipitous moments. Had the apple fallen behind Sir Isaac Newton, rather than hitting him on his head, would he still have discovered gravity? Or would we still be mystified, contemplating whether what goes up really comes down? What if biologist, Alexander Fleming, had tidied his laboratory before taking a vacation? Would his staphylococci culture have had the time and atmosphere to grow a fungus that would lead him to discover penicillin? Would humanity have missed out on one of the most important discoveries in medicine? The invention of penicillin, a drug that has saved millions and millions of lives, is a direct result of this so-called accident (“ACS, n.d.).     Is a serendipitous instance what leads to innovation, or is it the observation of the moment and its psychological process which produces such phenomenon? Psychologist Drew Boyd (2013) poses that what we generally consider serendipitous inventions, can in fact, all be reduced to either a heuristic or an algorithm. If we chart serendipitous moments over time, patterns surface which can be used and codified as innovation on demand. Psychologically, the happy, joyous, rewarding feelings these discoveries bring can be misidentified as serendipitous, when in fact they are not coincidental. Serendipity is a name we have given the phenomenon of Consciousness.      If you take the Dalai Lama’s (2005) perception of the Universe as being one giant living organism like a structure of cells that all exist and operate in relation to one another, then surely you must acknowledge the potential of serendipitous patterns and how they relate to the vibrations you are putting out to the Universe. All your cells have their own Consciousness and can communicate with each other even when there is distance between them (Backster, 1968). Information and biological instruction are encoded in every living cell. Organisms grow and advance as these cells divide, reorganize, and replicate, carrying the encoded information and copying it into the new cell. A child can grow and develop because cells are able to replicate themselves, carrying all the encoding information and copying it into the new cell. Deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) is the molecule that holds these codes, the genetic instructions that tell your cells how to develop and function (The Tech, 2013).     What if this encoded information was present not just in human beings and animals, but in every cell, atom, and particle that makes up the Universe? Information is transferred, duplicated, and functions and develops in every morsel of the Universe. All you need to do to communicate is listen and respond. Now imagine that these serendipitous moments are one way that the Universe is communicating with you.     In 2011, NASA confirmed they had located the nucleobases (molecules that carry information), Adenine and Guanine, in pieces of meteorites found in Alaska. The matter, proven to have come from space, contained these two essential building blocks for our very own DNA, telling us that meteorites and rocks impacting our planet were likely to have influenced the creation of life. Moreover, this information supports the notion that all matter is constructed from the same base (Choi, 2011).     Hypoxanthine and xanthine, two chemicals found in muscle tissue and used in biological processes, were also present in these rocks. The cells can communicate and instruct each other to grow when they are in close proximity, as proven by the development of the human body. The Universe has also been shown to be constructed from the same chemicals, which tells us that it no longer seems farfetched for us to be able to communicate with the Universe (Choi, 2011).     While many consider serendipity to be a magical force outside of our control, it is likely that these same people believe negative events or not-so-lucky occurrences do not follow the same patterns. Zemblanity, though not yet formally defined in dictionaries, is the term used to describe when unhappy, unlucky, negative, and expected discoveries are made by design (‘Zemblanity, n.d.). This seems easy to accept considering the human psychological need to use patterns to explain experience.   The Law of Correlation teaches you that the Universe reflects to you exactly what you emanate, as a direct result of your beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and actions. Positive, joyous, and serendipitous instances are not the only moments that give you guidance. Those troublesome situations, those negative instances, are also in place to move you forward. Having awareness of which thoughts and beliefs are keeping you from your full potential, and feeling and understanding when you are in tune with your inner being, will ultimately lead to the all-knowing connection: Awakening.     Serendipity and zemblanity are both wake up calls. The Universe is constantly nudging you to your Awakening and to be the greatest possible version of yourself. Your Subconscious is working behind the scenes 24/7, in cahoots with life, scheming up Divine plans of perfect reflections of your beliefs. The situations you experience are there to remind you that you are a miraculous being, and to present lessons to assist in your personal development.     The question is, are you ready to tap into your own unique personal power? Are you ready to experience love and serendipity everywhere in your life? Harnessing this ability is simple. Take anything that has happened in your life that you perceive as negative, find a way to see these circumstances as a blessing for you to wake up, and watch your life transform. For example, you might think of a time you lost your job. At the time, you may have considered yourself to be in a very unfortunate situation, but looking back, you can see how this situation has now placed you in a circumstance that is much better than what you ever expected.     It can be difficult to see the positive or galvanizing qualities that painful or difficult experiences provide, but if you focus, you will see how every single experience shaped, molded, and directed your life today. Every drop was created from the very core of your Consciousness. Some of you will wonder, “how can losing my job, or suffering a broken relationship or illness be the best thing that ever happened to me? How did I create it?” This is the shift that must take place for your Awakening. Once you open your heart with gratitude and acknowledge the painful circumstance as the impetus for your Awakening, then you will find a new opportunity to expand. When you truly believe that the Universe is working for your greater good, you will begin to observe how it is all miraculous, guiding you to the grandest version of yourself. You are the creator of your experience. The less you resist what you naturally want to attract, and the more you embrace the circumstances of your life as the opportunity to expand your Consciousness, the faster you will experience your Awakening.   Day 1 Practice   DECIDE TO WAKE UP     LAW OF PURE POTENTIAL At the core of you is infinite Consciousness; the connection between your individual Consciousness and your Cosmic Consciousness. This week's guest is Dr Ross Grant, a clinical professor of medicine at Sydney Adventist in Sydney, Australia.  He is considered one of the world's foremost authorities on NAD+ science and therapeutics. Fair warnings: this episode is deeply technical and scientific, but during the last 15 minutes of the interview Dr Grant speculates on how NAD+ might be beneficial directly to Alzhiemer's (and Parkinson's patients).  ALSO, we apologize for the sound quality of this episode. we are working to bring you better quality sound with each episode. NAD+ or  Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide is a molecule necessary for a huge number of biological processes supporting human life. NAD+ levels decrease as we age.  The body produces NAD+, but in addition to the natural decline in production, as we age there is also likely an increased need for NAD+ that is beyond our bodies ability to produce. Key Biologic Processes where NAD+ is involved Repair of the DNA (single base pairs) via PARP (Poly-ADP ribose polymerase) Energy Production Enzymes Redox-Repair Enzymatic activity Epigenetical Switch - controlling gene expression especially of SIRT1 activity. Immune system regulation/repair - especially relevant in Alzheimers where the immune systems and inflammation appear to be overactive making self repair more difficult. Activate Tankyrase in order to extend telomeres. It may act as a direct neurotransmitter in the brain and nervous system. In an aging brain, inflammation and susceptibility to oxidative stress increase.  As this happens, NAD+ levels drop and the brain loses NAD+'s sponsorship of longevity genes and mitochondrial support via sirtuin activity all contributing to eventual cell death. Taking or using an outside source of NAD+ seems less likely to help someone if they have a lot of free radical damage (super oxide activity where oxygen free radicals are doing damage) occurring. Caloric Restriction is one of the only scientifically proven methods to reduce damage from oxidative stress. When there is excess caloric intake (i.e. eating too much) or eat poor quality food our usable NAD+ is "tied up" in a less usable form called NADH. Intake of excess and/or poor quality calories (i.e. bad food) gives rise to excess free radicals in the body. This occurs as cell turnover and reproduce themselves over time. Each "generation" of cells in our bodies (sometimes just hours or days later) will be made with increasing damage from these free radicals being made from a poor diet, so when this generation of cells is produced they are produced as damaged goods and effectively tie up NAD+.  This increasing injury over time is known as "aging" and it depletes the body of its usable NAD+. SIRT1 - Sirtuin (Silent Information Regulators) are able to switch on and off genes, including those that produce anti-oxidant capabilities in the body.  When the body gets too many calories or the wrong kind of calories these genes - through an epigenetic mechanism known as acetylation - get down shifted and aren't able to protect us like they are designed to because the NAD+ and materials that turn them on are "busy" (ie they take the form of NADH). Being busy renders them unable to "hit the activation switch" as it were. In general, mitochondria (energy producing parts of cells) seem to function less efficiently over time (ie aging).  Some of the earliest changes in Alzheimer's occur in the mitochondria. The brain has an inordinate number of mitochondria relative to the rest of the body.  NAD picks up electrons through a mitochondrion in a fairly efficient way to create energy currency in the body.  Over time, this process can breakdown and become "leaky."  Nutrient rich, energy limited diets (healthy, modest portions) seems to be one way to minimize these inefficiencies over time (i.e caloric restriction). Mitochondrial Biogenesis -is the process of adding mass and function to the mitochondria (energy producing parts of our cells).  Mitochondria are known to "crash" and are susceptible to damage early on in Alzheimer's.  You can increase available NAD by increasing the bodies production of NAD  1) from Tryptophan 2) from over the counter forms of NAD. Practically- these 3 forms can be bought over the counter: 1) Nicotinamide Riboside 2) Nicotinamide mononucleotide 3) Niacin Dr Grant mentioned about 350mg may be a responsible dose, but also cautioned that some oral forms of Nicotinamide may end up stacking up and having the opposite effects that are intended (eg blocking sirtuin and PARP pathways), so you will - as always - definitely want to consult with your healthcare practitioner before trying this. Each one of these three forms can increase the NAD inside our cells.  But just supplementing with NAD without addressing other lifestyle factors of a good diet, proper sleep, enough exercise and stress reduction can lead to a build up of a recycling chemical in the body called, homocysteine which is associated with Alzheimer's, heart disease and other health issues. Currently, there are only a few research institutions in the world that can truly measure NAD. It is unfortunately not widely available outside a research setting. According to Dr Grant, Dr Charles Brenner lab at the University of Iowa is the most reliable in the United States IV (intravenous) NAD+ is being administered through a variety of clinical outlets in the US under medical supervision.
