Lielā zīlīte ir putniņš, ko varam pamanīt ik dienu. Tā visu gadu aizvada tuvu mūsu mājokļiem. Par lieli zīlīti stāsta ornitologs, Latvijas Ornitoloģijas biedrības priekšsēdētājs Viesturs Ķerus. "Lielā zīlīte jau no bērnības man saistās ar patīkamām atmiņām. Jo lielā zīlīte nometnieks un viena no pirmajām sugām, kas sāk dziedāt," atzīst Viesturs Ķerus. "Man skanīgā zīlītes balss atgādina, ka tūlīt nāks pavasaris." Viņš skaidro, ka ornitologi par dziedāšanu nesauc katru putna skaņu, bet to, kas ir pirmām kārtām domāta, lai sargātu teritoriju un piesaistītu draudzeni.  "Lielās zīlītes, kas paliek šeit pa ziemu, viņas jūt, ka dienas kļūst garākas, un jau ziemā, kad mums vēl šķiet, ka vēl aukstums priekšā, zīlītes jūt pavasara tuvumu un sāk dalīt teritoriju, sāk dziedāt," skaidro Viesturs Ķerus. Latvijā kopumā ir septiņas zīlīšu dzimtas sugas, un daļu no tām mēs varam redzēt arī pie barotavām. Bet lielā zīlīte ir ne tikai lielākā, bet arī parastākā, tāpēc to mēs pazīstam vislabāk. Lielā zīlīte dzīvo mežos, bet gana daudz viņa dzīvo arī pilsētās.  "Lielā zīlīte ir dobumperētāja, jo ligzdo dobumos. Tajā pašā laikā, īpaši pilsētās, viņa var ligzdot pastkastītēs vai sētas stabos, vai elektrības stabos," norāda Viesturs Ķerus. Lielā zīlīte nav ļoti izvēlīga savas dzīvesvietas ziņā, tāpēc šī suga Latvijā jūtas samērā labi, lielo zīlīšu populācija ir stabila.  Pie barotavām nāk dažādas zīlīšu sugas, bet ar lielo zīlīti kādreiz sauc arī par "tauku zīlīti" vai "speķa zīlīti", jo viņa nāk ēst speķi.  "Speķi ēd arī citas zīlītes, bet domāju, ka lielā zīlīte ir īpaši priecīga par speķi, tāpēc ka viņa ir gaļēdāja. Vasarā viņa ēd dažādus kukaiņus, kukaiņu kāpurus, bet ziemā ar tiem ir trūcīgāki, tāpēc zīlītes var ēst arī dažādas sēklas. Bet speķis ļauj viņai justies kā kārtīgai gaļētājai," atzīst Viesturs Ķerus.

Poslušalka je vprašala, kako narediti čokoladno glazuro, ki se ne bi lomila. Speče biskvit, ga premaže z glazuro in ohladi, ampak pri rezanju si ji vedno lomi, kljub temu, da nož pomoči v vročo vodo. Sestra Nikolina ji je predlagala, da naj v kozico da 10 dag jedilne čokolade, dobre 3 dag masla ali margarine in še toliko olja. Kozico naj postavi nad vodno kopel, da se bo čokolada raztopila in zmehčala, vmes naj meša, da bo gladko tekoča (poskus čez zadnjo stran žlice). Biskvit, ki ga bomo oblili s čokolado, pa je treba najprej tanko namazati z gladko marmelado, tako da zapre, zamaši vse luknjice in pore. Biskvit režemo s tankim nožem, ki ga pomočimo v vročo vodo. Pomembno torej je, da je maščoba dvojna - maslo in olje.

Tako subsequently became the project geologist for the Blue H-28 deep water drilling project, which was drilled in the Orphan Basin, Newfoundland, in 1979. The exploration well established a deepwater and drilling depth record at the time, and remains as one of the greatest technical successes in the Canadian Frontier. In the last three decades, Tako has been highly involved with professional societies, by way of presenting and publishing papers and volunteering. He is a member of CSPG, CSEG, APEGGA, AAPG, SPE, SEG, Petroleum Exploration Society of Great Britain, Geological Society of London, Houston Geological Society, and an honorary life member of the Nigerian Association of Petroleum Explorationists. When there is no longer anyone to help me deal with a need or expectation that goes beyond the human capacity for hope, he can help me[25]. When I have been plunged into complete solitude ...; if I pray I am never totally alone. The late Cardinal Nguyen Van Thuan, a prisoner for thirteen years, nine of them spent in solitary confinement, has left us a precious little book: Prayers of Hope. During thirteen years in jail, in a situation of seemingly utter hopelessness, the fact that he could listen and speak to God became for him an increasing power of hope, which enabled him, after his release, to become for people all over the world a witness to hope—to that great hope which does not wane even in the nights of solitude. Ein Geständnis, das ihn als Täter überführt, so zumindest die Meinung der Ermittelnden.
