Myself included, many of us believe there is a reward for doing everything on our own. Meet Suzanne Raja, co-founder of WarriorSage, who looks at what happens when success comes at the cost of our connection to ourselves and our partner and family. In this episode of the Business Growth Architect Show: Founders of the Future, Suzanne explores what it means to be powerful and feminine — to lead without losing softness, to love without surrendering yourself, and to rediscover the intimacy that gets buried under achievement. On whether or not you or your partner is the more successful one, success often means friction in our relationships. This conversation will open your eyes to what's really missing.

Had an AHA or Insight? Share it:Why do we keep trusting the loudest person in the room instead of the most capable one? We seem drawn to the tall, bold, confident, and the loud, but not always to the wise. I invited Maria Brinck, founder of Zynergy International, and author of The Leadership We Need, to help me unpack this uncomfortable truth. Maria argues we have accepted being led by bullies and that our subconscious bias toward dominance keeps toxic, outdated leadership patterns alive. We explore what happens when masculine energy takes over the world, why empathy is often mistaken for weakness, and what it really takes to build the kind of leadership the future demands

Yet, on the inside many of us are fighting silent battles with shame, trauma, and are trying to hide the parts of ourselves that we don't want others to see. Melissa Monte, host of the Mind Love podcast, knows that feeling all too well. Deeply entrenched into the wrong kind of relationship and a screaming eating disorder she ended up in jail with a felony conviction. She used her story as the foundation for her reinvention and inspires millions through her podcast and platform. In this episode of the Business Growth Architect Show: Founders of the Future, Melissa reveals how she turned her pain into purpose, and how facing our story matters more than hiding it. It is the key to our healing and begins the moment you stop pretending everything's okay.✨ Watch now to discover how your darkest moments hold the blueprint to your best life.

Had an AHA or Insight? Share it:What happens when your body turns against you? For Sheridan Ruth, that question became brutally real. By 25, she had lost her hair, her eyebrows, and her lashes. At the same time, she faced the suicide of her husband and the collapse of her life in Colombia. The grief, the shame, and the pressure to keep going until it all came crashing down. Talk therapy didn't work. Yoga helped for half an hour. Nothing seemed to last.So how did she get from that breaking point to building a business and a life she loves? Had an AHA or Insight? Share it:Betrayal cuts deep. It's not just emotional pain but often impacts your health, your work, and your ability to trust again. In this episode of the Business Growth Architect Show: Founders of the Future, I sit down with Dr. Debi Silber, founder of the PBT (Post Betrayal Transformation) Institute, to uncover why betrayal is a different kind of trauma and why traditional healing or talk therapy approaches can often keep us stuck instead of setting us free.Debi shares her own powerful story of family and marital betrayal, how she turned her quest to heal her pain into a PhD, and the groundbreaking discoveries she made through her research. We talk about Post-Betrayal Syndrome and how symptoms like digestive issues, migraines, brain fog, or chronic fatigue can stem from unresolved wounds. More importantly, she reveals the five predictable stages of healing and why so many people never move past Stage 3, the survival mode. This conversation is raw, real, and full of insights that will challenge how you think about betrayal, forgiveness, and healing. Had an AHA or Insight? Share it:Privacy isn't free—and Tanner Haas is here to prove it. In this episode of the Business Growth Architect Show: Founders of the Future, we cut through the noise about so-called “end-to-end encryption” and uncover what's really happening when you send that photo, video, or text. Tanner reveals why free apps like WhatsApp and iMessage aren't as private as they claim, and how their business model depends on turning your personal life into profit. What I loved most about this conversation is Tanner's straightforward honesty. He doesn't mince words when it comes to exposing the games Big Tech plays with our data. He also shares his entrepreneurial journey—how frustration with misleading privacy promises pushed him to create FreedomChat, an app built on three non-negotiable pillars: true end-to-end encryption, no storage on servers, and zero commercial use of user data. This is a wake-up call for anyone who's ever said, “I have nothing to hide.” Privacy isn't about hiding—it's about your right to communicate safely with your family, friends, and colleagues without being turned into the product. Tanner's passion and persistence will leave you rethinking the apps you use every day.

Had an AHA or Insight? Share it:The systems we've been told to trust are falling apart — and I've said it before: they were never built for women, minorities, or creators like us. In this episode of the Business Growth Architect Show: Founders of the Future, I speak candidly about why these outdated structures fail, who they were really designed to serve, and what that means for those of us who want to live and work differently because we are a little bit more colorful. If you've been asking yourself “what is going on?”, you're not alone — I've been asking the same question.I share why it's not enough to feel rage at the guys who are breaking everything. Resistance has its place, but creation is where the real power lies. From my own experience of losing everything in the Palisades Fire to rediscovering alignment through flow, I am in the midst of a very hard lesson on how we can take chaos and turn it into clarity. The law of polarity teaches us that if darkness exists, so does its opposite. The question is: are you willing to step into the role of builder and bring that opposite into reality? This episode is a call for those ready to lead from vision, not fear. Laurel Mintz — my friend, favorite bada$$, and unapologetic force of nature — built a marketing agency that's worked with over 400 brands (including Squishmallows) and then decided, screw it, I'm starting an investment fund too. On this episode of the Business Growth Architect Show: Founders of the Future, we kick off our heels and get real. No PR polish. No fake humblebragging. Just straight talk about what it actually takes to leap from marketing maven to GP of Fabric VC.Laurel lays it all out — the fear-based decisions that will sink you, the “dumb money” investors you should run from, and why your inner circle can make or break your business. We go there on the guts it takes to launch a fund, the moments you question everything, and the joy of proving the doubters wrong. And yes, this episode is explicit — because sometimes business talk needs a few F-bombs.She also gets into the current market madness and why most founders freeze when things get shaky. Laurel's take? That's exactly when you double down and go harder. We talk about spotting opportunities before anyone else sees them, pairing capital with hands-on marketing muscle, and playing chess while everyone else is still moving their checkers. If you want the real behind-the-scenes — the messy wins, the hard truths, and the moments that make you pour another glass — this is your episode. In our conversation, she walks us through the four steps that made her leap not only possible, but inevitable. Listen to the interview and find out what they are. What I appreciated most is how deeply she understands the energetic dynamics at play in business. That moment of devastation became my wake-up call. It is leading to a deeper understanding of resonance, alignment, and what it actually means to be called to lead. If you've been building your business off someone else's blueprint and wondering why it's not working, now you know why. You've been following systems built for someone else's purpose. It's time to change that.In this episode, I unpack why most “expert” advice is rooted in bro-marketing and manipulative sales psychology, and why that leaves you feeling stuck and disconnected. I share the truth behind building a purpose-driven business that doesn't burn you out—but instead lights you up from the inside out. If you're still chasing funnels without building a business model around your resonance, you're just spinning your wheels.I created this episode for the 0.5%—the ones who've heard the call, who know they're meant to lead, but need help figuring out how. So if that's you, tune in. Let's talk about how you can stop copying and finally start creating the future only you are meant to build.

Had an AHA or Insight? Share it:Funnel hacking looks easy — but it almost never delivers real success. Seth Greene reveals the hidden reasons why copying tactics fails and what you actually need to grow your business for real. Tune in and learn what truly drives lasting growth. If you think success is just one more funnel away, think again. In this episode of the Business Growth Architect Show, I sit down with Seth Greene — best-selling author, podcast host, and founder of Market Domination LLC — to dismantle the myths that keep so many entrepreneurs stuck. Seth shares why most marketing strategies fail, how mindset trumps tactics, and why chasing the latest shiny object will never lead to lasting business growth.Throughout our conversation, Seth explains something that resonates with me: working on your personal development is your ultimate growth strategy. Massive growth doesn't mean hacking someone else's funnel or spending $5 a day on Facebook ads hoping to beat the massive pay-me-more algorithm Meta has perfected to separate you from your money. It's about who you're being when you show up in your business. Seth's sobering approach offers a refreshing alternative to the many 30-day guaranteed quick fixes aka the endless noise in the marketing world — one that's built on authenticity, focus, and powerful human connection.Seth introduced his "Dream 50" system — a simple strategy that shows you how to enlist 50 micro-influencers to promote your business 50 weeks in a row. Think about not relying solely on paid ads or cold outreach, but instead of creating steady, intentional growth through real life relationships. It's the kind of strategy I wish more business owners would hear about. Certainly something we've focused on, in an increasingly loud world, have intimate conversations so that you can hear your clients. If you're tired of spinning your wheels and ready to build real momentum, this is the episode you need to hear. Had an AHA or Insight? Share it:Think your business should give you freedom—but it doesn't? Nathan Newberry reveals the hidden mistakes holding entrepreneurs back. Watch now to stop the cycle and start building a business that works for you.If you've ever felt stuck building a business that relies entirely on you, this episode is for you. I sat down with Nathan Newberry—discussing how to build personal brands that are scalable and provide the freedom that made you get into business in the first place. We covered a lot of ground in this conversation, starting with one of the most important (and often overlooked) questions in business: Are you clear on your offer? Nathan talks about why that clarity is the foundation for everything—your message, your content, your funnels, and even your team. He shares that you want to be solving real problems, understanding what your audience needs, and building systems that scale from that place of service.Nathan also brought additional insights on AI. Some are resisting it and others are leaning way too hard into it. He offers a balanced perspective I wholeheartedly agree with—if used well, it can be a smart business partner. You want to train AI tools in your own voice and style, so the content still feels like you—but gets it done faster and more efficiently. That, paired with systems, playbooks, and media teams, this is what gives you the freedom to focus on your genius. If you're in that space where you know you're meant for more—but your business is still too dependent on your daily effort—this episode will give you a real pathway forward to get a head start on scaling.

Unlock your true strength instead. Are you still carrying the emotional pain of your past — pain that was never really yours to begin with? In this episode of the Business Growth Architect Show, transformational coach Siamon Emery breaks down the truth about healing: don't focus on fixing broken pieces. You were never broken at all. Siamon challenges the idea that we need to “fix” ourselves to be happy. Instead, he explains why wholeness has always been inside us — we just forgot.Through his own journey of deep emotional work and trauma recovery, Siamon shows us that true strength comes from feeling everything — not from pretending we're fine. He explains the importance of self-regulation, how to create real safety within our bodies, and how revisiting our childhood pain with compassion, not judgment, can change everything. If you feel stuck in patterns that you can't break, or weighed down by old stories that you've carried too long, this conversation will be the wake-up call you need. Siamon's message is simple and liberating: you don't have to carry what isn't yours. Healing is possible and he shares a strategy to start doing it live on the show. A better, lighter life is waiting — and it starts with a choice you can make today.

Learn how leading with intention and building early culture is the key to sustainable growth.Your Business Is Alive: Building Culture as a Living Organization with Norman WolfeIn this episode of the Business Growth Architect Show, I speak with Norman Wolfe, the author of The Living Organization and founder of Quantum Leaders. Norman brings a radical and refreshing idea to the forefront: your business isn't a machine—it's a living, breathing entity. And just like any living thing, it must be nurtured, guided, and allowed to evolve. We unpack one of the biggest mistakes entrepreneurs make—waiting too long to build culture. Norman shares why culture isn't a “later” thing; it's the soul of the business, and it starts from day one. The longer you treat your business as an extension of yourself, the harder it becomes to let it grow into something bigger. It's not a baby you control forever. It's a child that must be nurtured and allowed to mature.Norman outlines a new leadership model that moves beyond strategy and operations. Instead, it focuses on building self-maturing organizations where people are empowered to lead, decide, and act. We explore how leaders can create growth by shaping the energy of the business, setting the context, and trusting their teams. If you're a business owner or leader looking to grow your team and scale your impact, this episode will shift how you think about leadership, culture, and your role in creating an organization that thrives without your constant control. This is not just a leadership episode—it's a paradigm shift.

Had an AHA or Insight? Share it:Stop pushing and learn the simple way to attract clients effortlessly. Discover how to create magnetic connections that draw clients to you with ease!In this episode of the Business Growth Architect Show, I'm sharing a concept that I've been learning and incorporating into my journey: giving is only half of the equation. For true success, we must learn how to ask for and accept help. So often, we focus on giving, whether it's our time, energy, or knowledge, thinking that success will come through reciprocity after we give and give. But the missing piece is learning how to receive—how to ask for what we need and allow ourselves to accept the support of others. Otherwise you create a burnout formula. The key to building strong, impactful relationships with our clients or prospects is not to persuade them into working with us. Rather, create resonance, align energies, and attract them effortlessly. When you connect on this level, you don't need to convince but allow the right people to be naturally drawn to you. That is how you create an energetic match that flows with ease and purpose. How often have you been hesitant to ask for help? How often have you even asked for help? Whether in business or in life, asking is a powerful tool. It shows trust and belief in others, and most importantly, it opens the door for you to receive what you need to thrive. You can't succeed in isolation and we're not meant to do it all alone. In this episode, I'll show you how learning to receive brings abundance and success into your life in ways you never imagined. If this concept resonates with you, I'd love to hear your thoughts!
