It's been about 2 years since I stopped "Unsweetened Sio" and I am now 45 years old and really struggling with the rollercoaster known as perimenopause. These last 6 months of my sugar recovery journey have been the most challenging and there have been slips and mishaps that I need some help with. I am recommitting to being completely sugar and flour free and inviting you all to join me as I begin my 8th year of recovery working full time, parenting 2 kids and struggling in general with all of the juggling of various things.
