Manuel ist ehrlich, direkt und selbstbewusst. Er weiß genau, was er will und was er nicht will. Was er nicht braucht, ist Instagram‑Fame und Sponsoren, die ihm Druck machen und ihm sagen, was er zu tun und zu lassen hat. Der Deutsche Meister 2024 und ZUT‑Sieger 2026 geht seinen eigenen Weg, trainiert sich selbst und lernt durch seinen Trial‑and‑Error‑Ansatz stetig dazu.Diesen Herbst wird er beim UTMB zum ersten Mal an der Startlinie eines 100‑Meilers stehen. Was passiert, wenn man sich tagelang auf eine Weisheitszahn OP vorbereitet und sie einen Tag vorher selbst absagen muss?In dieser Folge von Ungeduldig & Ratlos erzählen wir, warum die geplante OP am Ende doch nicht stattfindet. Obwohl die Praxis mit der Behandlung von Angstpatienten wirbt, ist keine Narkose oder Dämmerschlaf vorbereitet. Nach einem schwierigen Telefonat, vielen Tränen und noch mehr Unsicherheit entscheide ich mich gegen den Termin. Jetzt habe ich eine neue Praxis gefunden, die mich vorher untersucht, mir alle Möglichkeiten erklärt und mir das Gefühl gibt, mit meiner Angst ernst genommen zu werden.Die Angst vor der OP löst aber auch etwas Unerwartetes aus. Ich will plötzlich all die Sachen ausprobieren, die ich seit Monaten vor mir herschiebe. Ich besuche zwei neue Ballettschulen und merke dabei, wie wichtig die Energie der Lehrerin und der Austausch innerhalb einer Gruppe für mich sind. Eine Klasse fühlt sich komplett leer an, während mich die andere endlich wieder richtig fordert und stark an meine Ballettzeit in Korea erinnert.Dann geht es für mich zum Eisbaden. Statt einer kurzen Challenge erwartet mich ein richtiges Community Event mit Sauna, Partnerübungen und einer Gruppe fremder Menschen, die gemeinsam ins kalte Wasser geht. Genau dabei merke ich, wie sehr mir echte Begegnungen im Alltag fehlen. Durch meine Selbstständigkeit verbringe ich viel Zeit zu Hause. Events und Social Media ersetzen dieses Gefühl von regelmäßiger Gemeinschaft einfach nicht.Und weil mir das noch nicht reicht, gehe ich zum ersten Mal in meinem Leben zum Fußballtraining. Nur Frauen, keine Vorerfahrung und sehr viel Nervosität. Ich lerne, dass Ballett und Fußball überraschend unterschiedliche Bewegungen brauchen, dass man beim Teamsport ständig miteinander reden muss und dass Cardio plötzlich Spaß macht, wenn man dabei einem Ball hinterherläuft. Beim Spielen bleibt keine Zeit für Handy, Alltag oder Gedankenkarussell. Danach steht für mich fest: Ich möchte wiederkommen. Als Nächstes wartet sogar schon Thaiboxen auf mich.Zum Schluss sprechen wir darüber, warum man auch mit 26 noch jede Sportart ausprobieren darf und weshalb viele Erwachsene wieder Geschichten lieben, die sie an ihre Kindheit erinnern. Nur eben mit erwachseneren Figuren, Beziehungen und Problemen.

Vier Frauen waren bei den diesjährigen idealen Bedingungen noch schneller als Lotti; am Ende erreichte sie Platz 5. A first summary of my three days with the Aras community in Miami. These PLM events always return me to the time when I did this sort of work--manually. Then my first taste of computers digitizing the bill of materials as a first step in our data management journey. Unfortunately, that company hit a big bump in the road and I was invited to try other things--at other companies. Aras product managers showed how LLMs trained on the data within the app along with proper governance worked with agents to perform a number of tasks. Tasks in many cases that would require days of pain-staking work from a human. While I heard from an analyst in the market that they thought this was all painfully slow, I'd offer the thought that a company does not want to outpace its customers.
