Akne bei Erwachsenen: Wenn Pickel nach der Pubertät kommen

Ratgeber

Play Episode Listen Later May 6, 2025 6:58

Akne-Mythen – Was stimmt, was nicht? Fördert mangelnde Hygiene Akne? Machen Pommes frites alles schlimmer? Hilft Zahnpasta gegen Pickel? Akne-Experte Severin Läuchli, Chefarzt Dermatologie des Stadtspitals Zürich, ordnet hartnäckige Scheinwahrheiten ein. «Puls»-Chat – Fragen und Antworten zum Thema Akne Zeigen sich erste Pickel? The team went through positional drills, running games, passing games, and teamwork during the roughly 30 minutes of open viewing. Pickel spent time with both the offense and defense and will give his thoughts about the team's progress. We'll also dive into the competitive one-on-one periods we saw during camp. Penn State did three separate drills during the open window, including one-on-one passing drills for defensive backs and receivers, blocking drills for those same groups, and running game drills between the offensive and defensive fronts. We'll describe who stood out and who made plays during the nearly live action drills. Between the LinesWe'll also have an extended session of Between The Lines, our press conference recap feature where we fill in the gaps of what coaches are saying during media interviews. This week we'll feature both head coach James Franklin and wide receiver's coach Marques Hagans. It was a remarkably frank conversation with Hagans, who did not hold back on what he wants from his receivers in 2025. We'll also be taking your questions live during the show! The No. 1 Penn State wrestling team is ready to close out the dual meet portion of its schedule on Friday when it hosts EIWA program American on Friday night at Rec Hall. The Nittany Lions are fresh off clinching a Big Ten regular season title and are gearing up for the postseason. We cover that and much more in this week's BWI wrestling show and pocast.Host Thomas Frank Carr and reporter Greg Pickel start this episode with a review of the team's two most recent wins. Last Friday night, Penn State beat Ohio State 27-13 in Columbus to secure its 69th consecutive dual meet victory. Then, it topped Illinois 29-9 on Sunday to set a Big Ten record with 70 straight wins in addition to winning the conference's dual meet crown. Carr and Pickel discuss the top takeaways, including Beau Bartlett beating Jesse Mendez to earn the No. 1 spot at 141 pounds, freshman Luke Lilledahl bouncing back from being pinned Friday night to record a technical fall triumph on Sunday, and the latest injury information. From there, the show turns its attention to what lies ahead for the Nittany Lions. Sanderson said that the program is dealing with some illness issues, which could impact Friday night's lineup. This year's senior class includes the likes of Bartlett, four-time NCAA champ Carter Starocci, and defending heavyweight champ Greg Kerkvliet, among others.

They officially introduced the 2024 freshman class for the first time during a two-hour interview session with the young players. Reporter Greg Pickel was at the event and joins the show today to discuss what he heard and learned from yesterday. We'll also be discussing the latest in the Penn State running backs coach search and more. Join the BWI Live Show at 10 a.m. on YouTube, catch the replay on the channel, here on the site, or anywhere you get your podcasts. The latest on the Penn State running backs coach search Yesterday, Franklin discussed the timeline and criteria for the team's running backs coach search during his roughly 40-minute talking to the media. While we'll get into those details later in the show, we'll start with the latest names that are part of the search. Pickel will discuss what he knows about who is in the candidate pool. He'll also discuss what the freshmen running backs had to say about the situation during their interviews with the media yesterday afternoon. Between the Lines Next, we'll discuss the coaching search from Franklin's perspective. He discussed what he's looking for in his next leader of the running back room. He once again stressed that the team doesn't have time to wait and needs a coach who can immediately make an impact. However, he brought up some other topics within that answer that may or may not have to do with the current coaching search. We'll discuss those thoughts, plus potential changes to spring football during Between the Lines. Freshman Media Day Finally, we'll discuss the young players we talked to and the main takeaways from those conversations. From Cooper Cousins to Ethan Grunkemyer, we met with the entire freshman class, and we'll discuss what we learned about the personalities on display yesterday. We'll also discuss the information about player development and goals for the coming year. Want to ask a question about your favorite player we met yesterday?

On today's show, we'll review the final numbers on the transfer portal for the Nittany Lions. The team officially announced the additions earlier this month, and all but one of its existing players have chosen a new home. Join the BWI Live Show to discuss what the roster looks like on the other side of those moves. Reporter Greg Pickel joins the show to take you through the team's strongest and weakest positions as we reset the Penn State roster for 2025. We'll also dive deeper into the team's transition to defense under new coordinator Jim Knowles and what changes he could bring to the team for the coming season. Penn State roster reset Of course, the main story for all Penn State fans is about new defensive coordinator Jim Knowles. The program released a clip of Knowles addressing the team on social media yesterday, and Pickel will discuss the news surrounding it. From there, we'll transition to the other additions and subtractions from the roster this offseason. Former Penn State safety Tyrece Mills announced his new college destination this week. With that, only one former player in the portal has yet to find a home for the upcoming season.Next, we'll review the announcement from the program last week about the team's newest members. Penn State announced new weights for the incoming transfers, some of which raised eyebrows about the jumps in size from their previously listed size measurements. We'll discuss what that could mean for the team's needs this fall. Strengths and weaknessesWhile there's still time for players to arrive and leave in the spring portal window - and you can never count out a lawsuit against the NCAA - we're considering the roster set for the upcoming semester. Which positions look the strongest on paper? We'll review where the team can build its identity during spring football. Next, we'll look at the positions that need to be developed and take a step toward Penn State finding balance and a well-rounded attack next season. Jim Knowles's defensive breakdownFinally, we'll use the final show segment to discuss what we've learned at Blue White Illustrated about Knowles's defense and what changes he might bring to the program. After studying his defense at Ohio State, listening to virtual clinics, and reading into the data, we've got an early sketch of some differences in how the new head man on defense operates. #PennState  #NittanyLions  JOIN Blue White Illustrated: https://www.on3.com/teams/penn-state-nittany-lions/join/?plan=annualSUBSCRIBE to Blue White Illustrated on YouTube and enable alerts - new highlights and videos uploaded regularly: https://www.youtube.com/c/bluewhiteillustratedvideo?sub_confirmationBookmark our homepage: https://www.on3.com/teams/penn-state-nittany-lions/Subscribe to BWI Magazine and Newsletters:  https://bluewhiteonline.com Like us on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/BlueWhiteIllustrated/Follow us on Twitter https://twitter.com/PennStateOn3Penn State Roster Reset: Looking at Positional Strengths for 2025

Ganz gewiss kennen Sie folgende Aussage. „Ich glaube nur, was ich sehe.“ Doch sollten wir wirklich nur das glauben, was wir sehen? Nicht alle Fotos oder Filme zeigen uns die Wirklichkeit. Mit der heutigen Technik werden künstliche Welten erschaffen, die auf dem Bildschirm verblüffend echt aussehen. In der Modebranche werden Menschen auf Fotos dem Schönheitsideal angepasst. Falten und Pickel sind da kein Problem. Die werden wegretuschiert.

It returns to the mat this weekend to host Wyoming. We look back at the latest win and ahead to the next matchup on this week's Nittany Lions wrestling show from Blue-White Illustrated.Host Thomas Frank Carr and reporter Greg Pickel start this episode with top takeaways from the victory over the Mountain Hawks. Penn State won nine of 10 bouts. Freshman Luke Lilledahl had a highlight win over Lehigh's Sheldon Seymour at 125 pounds while sophomore Josh Barr beat former Nittany Lion and Lehigh senior Michael Beard by major decision at 197 pounds. What did those results tell us about the outlook for each young Nittany Lion moving forward? Carr and Pickel discuss. Then, they break down what sophomore Braeden Davis' 4-2 to loss to No. 1 Mountain Hawk Ryan Crookham at 133 pounds tells us about where he is at in his new weight class at this early stage of the season. They close out that portion of the show by looking at whether or not the Penn State starting lineup is set in stone yet or not. From there, the conversation turns to this weekend's opponent, Wyoming. The Cowboys and Nittany Lions will meet for the first time. The dual, which is at 1 p.m. ET on Sunday, is now at the Bryce Jordan Center. It moved there from Rec Hall due ot the fact that a women's volleyball postseason event is now being held at the usual home of Nittany Lion wrestling.#PennState  #NittanyLions  JOIN Blue White Illustrated: https://www.on3.com/teams/penn-state-nittany-lions/join/?plan=annualSUBSCRIBE to Blue White Illustrated on YouTube and enable alerts - new highlights and videos uploaded regularly: https://www.youtube.com/c/bluewhiteillustratedvideo?sub_confirmationGet the 2024 Penn State Football Preview Magazine at https://bit.ly/PSU24PreviewBookmark our homepage: https://www.on3.com/teams/penn-state-nittany-lions/Subscribe to BWI Magazine and Newsletters:  https://bluewhiteonline.com Download our podcasts: https://cms.megaphone.fm/channel/LRL3155877513?selected=DSVV2664982394Like us on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/BlueWhiteIllustrated/Follow us on Twitter https://twitter.com/PennStateOn3Sound effects obtained from https://www.zapsplat.comPenn State Wrestling Show: Surprise BJC Dual, Preview of Wyoming

Host Thomas Frank Carr and reporter Greg Pickel cover plenty of ground on this week's show ahead of the No. 1 Nittany Lions' return to the mat on Sunday. They travel to the PPL Center in Allentown then to take on Lehigh. The dual meet starts at 2 p.m. and will be streamed by FLO.This week's show covers the Lions' second dual meet of the season. First, though, it looks at the situation at 133 pounds. Braeden Davis did not compete at the Army Black Knight Invitational for presumed injury precaution reasons after tweaking his knee in the dual opener against Drexel. He should be back this weekend, though, for a shot at No. 1 Mountain Hawk Ryan Crookham.Davis bumped up to 133 this year after competing at 125 as a freshman. Part of that was natural. But, the Lions also had a hole in that weight class after losing incumbent starter Aaron Nagao to a long-term injury earlier this year. After that conversation, Carr and Pickel dive into the latest on the starting spot battles at 157 and 197 pounds. Are they Tyler Kasak's and Joshua Barr's jobs' to lose? Pickel weighs in. The show closes with a look at the Lions' trip to Lehigh and the top matchups we expect to see. #PennState  #NittanyLions  JOIN Blue White Illustrated: https://www.on3.com/teams/penn-state-nittany-lions/join/?plan=annualSUBSCRIBE to Blue White Illustrated on YouTube and enable alerts - new highlights and videos uploaded regularly: https://www.youtube.com/c/bluewhiteillustratedvideo?sub_confirmationGet the 2024 Penn State Football Preview Magazine at https://bit.ly/PSU24PreviewBookmark our homepage: https://www.on3.com/teams/penn-state-nittany-lions/Subscribe to BWI Magazine and Newsletters:  https://bluewhiteonline.com Download our podcasts: https://cms.megaphone.fm/channel/LRL3155877513?selected=DSVV2664982394Like us on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/BlueWhiteIllustrated/Follow us on Twitter https://twitter.com/PennStateOn3Sound effects obtained from https://www.zapsplat.comPenn State Wresting Show: Aaron Nagao Injury Update | Lehigh preview

An all-new episode of the Penn State Wrestling Show from Blue-White Illustrated is now live! The Nittany Lions sit one month away from starting their 2024-2025 regular season with Drexel on Nov. 17 at Rec Hall. Of course, there is plenty for host Thomas Frank Carr and reporter Greg Pickel to cover in the leadup to that. This week's episode starts with a look at the NWCA All-Star Classic. Defending 285-pound NCAA champion Greg Kerkvliet, the No. 1 ranked wrestler at heavyweight, was set to face No. 3 Nick Feldman of Ohio State on Nov. 16 at Rec Hall. However, Iowa State announced Wednesday that its own heavyweight, No. 6 Yonger Bastida, would be facing Feldman instead. Flo Wrestling, which runs the event, quietly updated its bout sheet to reflect that the Cyclone is replacing Kerkvliet but has otherwise said nothing about the sudden change.Last year, Clay Clarson of South Dakota State was scratched from the exhibition event, sat out the first six weeks of the season due to injury, and was never right during the 2023-2024 season. Conversely, Levi Haines and Jacori Teemer also both scratched off of last year's original Classic bout sheet. But, they both wrestled all year, and Haines beat Teemer, then of Iowa and now of Arizona State, in the NCAA finals. But, they withdrew after the Journeymen Classic, not before. With all of that said, PSU posted a photo of Kerkvliet wrestling hours before this news broke. And, he has been frequently featured on the team's social media account. With no concrete news to share on Kerkvliet's status moving forward, Pickel and Carr discuss what it all might mean moving forward.

Penn State hosted Class of 2025 star Marcus Blaze last weekend, which included a stop at Beaver Stadium to see the football team take on Illinois in primetime. The Perrysburg, Ohio native has not said much publically about his recruitment. We know that his top group consists of Michigan, Cornell, Ohio State, Purdue, and Iowa. Penn State head coach James Franklin discusses his team's progress Franklin spoke with the media for roughly ten minutes. We'll focus on just a few answers from his comments. Check out the full press conference here if you'd like to hear them in detail. Pickel noted that Franklin commented on the team's "bumps and bruises" during camp and discusses those updates for fans to give them a sense of where the team is at from a health perspective. We'll also discuss the news that Peter Gonzalez suffered a significant injury and will be out for an extended period. What does that do to the team's receiver room? We'll discuss. Andy Kotelnicki You'll also hear from Kotelnicki and his thoughts on the team's offense so far during camp. He discusses how the team can play up to eight offensive linemen in a game or season and how offensive line coach Phil Trautwein accomplishes that task. He also discussed how a team creates explosive plays without just attacking downfield in the passing game. That conversation led to one about having the right blend of players on the field at one time and putting players in a position to accentuate their skills. We'll discuss what that means for the Penn State offense and the players who will make up the top targets and ball carriers on Saturdays. Sunday Film Study Finally, we'll discuss the Sunday Film Study from this past weekend on 2024 foe, Wisconsin. Penn State hasn't played the Badgers since 2021, and the team is radically different under new head coach Luke Fickell. Quotes from Media Day thatstuck with us For the main portion of today's show, we'll discuss the quotes that stuck with us since Saturday. Sunday Film Study Finally, we'll discuss the Sunday Film Study we did this week on the Blue White Illustrated message board. We took a deep dive into Kotelnicki's offense at Kansas when he beat Penn State's first opponent in 2024, West Virginia. The game took place in 2022, but there are obvious elements in the running and passing game that translate to the current Nittany Lions team. We'll discuss the major takeaways from that game and how perception is very different from the reality of box scores. Believe it or not, we're just one day away from our next look at Penn State practice. The team will open its doors again this week on Thursday. Hosts Thomas Frank Carr and reporter Greg Pickel are back with the latest on head coach Cael Sanderson's program. This week's episode is heavy on recruiting talk with news of another honor for Aaron Brooks, as well. The duo start the show by breaking down the Nittany Lions' Class of 2024. MatScouts and InterMat both recently released their final team rankings for the latest recruiting cycle. Penn State leads both top 25 lists. It's not a surprise, as the program is bringing six top-100 wrestlers into the Lorenzo Wrestling Complex, including No. 1 pound-for-pound Pa., prep star Luke Lilledahl, who will wrestle at 125 pounds and possibly start this season, in addition to top-15 recruits Connor (No. 5, projects at 197 pounds) and Cole (No. 14/heavyweight) Mirasola from Wisconsin, New York's Zack Ryder (No. 6/174 or 184), Wyoming Seminary standout Joe Sealey (No. 8/165), and Jersey Shore's Brock Weiss (No. 91/157). Those rankings are courtesy of MatScouts. Penns Valley middleweight Ty Watson rounds out this year's signing group. It arrives on campus soon and a few members of it could find their way into the starting lineup. Why did Penn State have another successful recruiting run? Carr and Pickel discuss all of the reasons why. You can watch this week's Penn State wrestling show in the video player above and also on YouTube. Or, you can listen at your favorite destinations for audio like SPOTIFY and APPLE. From there, the conversation turns to Aaron Brooks. The four-time NCAA champ is the Penn State male athlete of the year. It puts him in line to be the Big Ten Male Athlete of the Year. That honor will be announced later this year. Carr and Pickel recap his time in State College as he looks ahead to the Olympic games. He will compete for Team USA at 86 kilograms this summer in France. The show closes with some notes on Class of 2026 recruiting. Coaches in multiple sports can now contact prospects in that cycle. Who are the early top targets to be aware of? Pickel and Carr discuss the name at the top, Bishop McCort star Bo Bassett, and other top targets to be aware of. #PennState #NittanyLions JOIN Blue White Illustrated: https://www.on3.com/teams/penn-state-nittany-lions/join/?plan=annual SUBSCRIBE to Blue White Illustrated on YouTube and enable alerts - new highlights and videos uploaded regularly: https://www.youtube.com/c/bluewhiteillustratedvideo?sub_confirmation Bookmark our homepage: https://www.on3.com/teams/penn-state-nittany-lions/ Subscribe to BWI Magazine and Newsletters: https://bluewhiteonline.com Download our podcasts: https://cms.megaphone.fm/channel/LRL3155877513?selected=DSVV2664982394 Like us on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/BlueWhiteIllustrated/ Follow us on Twitter https://twitter.com/PennStateOn3 Sound effects obtained from https://www.zapsplat.com Learn more about your ad choices. Penn State wrestling continues to be in the news as June rolls along. The Blue-White Illustrated show and podcast dedicated solely to head coach Cael Sanderson's team is back with a fresh episode to get you another week closer to the start of the college season. Host Thomas Frank Carr and reporter Greg Pickel start this week's rundown with transfer portal news. Former Nittany Lion Terrell Barraclough was the only member of the program to look for another home following the 2023-2024 season. He's found it. The graduate senior with one year of eligibility remaining will finish his career at Utah Valley. It is about an hour from his hometown in Kaysville, Utah. Barraclough will man the 165-pound spot for the Big 12 program. In the Big Ten, he wrestled all throughout the middle weights and even saw time at 174 pounds during the 2023-2024 season. He was 2-1 in dual meets and 12-2 overall. His career record at Penn State is 42-19. Carr and Pickel dive into why Utah Valley is the right fit for Barraclough. From there, the duo looks back at the U20 Nationals and U.S. U23 Team Trails. Five future Nittany Lions earned spots on the U20 team, as Second-year PSU wrestler Josh Barr (86 kilograms), Class of 2024 signees Luke Lilledahl (57 kilograms), Zack Ryder (79 kilograms), and Connor Mirasola (92 kilograms), and Class of 2025 commit PJ Duke (70 kilograms) will all represent their country at the U20 World Championships in Spain this September. The Lions do not have a U23 Team member at the moment. From there, the conversation turns to the outlook for Penn State wrestling at 133 pounds in 2024-2025. Will second-year Nittany Lion Aaron Nagao man the starting spot again? He suffered an undisclosed injury at the U23 Team Trials. It is unclear how that will impact his prep for the fall. But either way, second-year Penn State wrestler Braeden Davis looks to be on a path to bumping up to 133 pounds. Whether he redshirts this year to compete for the job next year or competes with Nagao for it this year remains to be seen. The pair close the show by discussing all of the factors that will go into that decision. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Penn State wrestling is grinding through the second month of the collegiate offseason. Usually, this time of year would be slow with minimal news to discuss. However, this May, the headlines continue to come hot and heavy around Cael Sanderson's program. You're in luck, though: The Blue-White Illustrated wrestling show and podcast is back with a fresh episode to get you caught up on the latest information. Host Thomas Frank Carr and reporter Greg Pickel start the show with a recap of Zain Retherford's terrific triumph at the World Olympic Games qualifier last weekend. The Penn State product punched his ticket to the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris, France by winning four matches in repechage, or the consolation bracket, at 65 kilograms, to finish third and qualify the U.S. and himself for the summer games in that weight class. He beat Sujeet Sujeet of India in the bronze medal match to do so. "Retherford was relentless with his forward pressure throughout the match," USA Wrestling wrote in a recap.
