Every business hits invisible break points where growth stalls, stress rises, and you feel tapped out. This conversation is about seeing those limits sooner and using your team to break through them. Dr. Bobby and Dr. Lona walk through a simple revenue per employee framework that shows you when you are overstaffed, when you are under-resourced, and what kind of hire will unlock the next level. You'll hear why hiring ahead of the curve is often the right move, how owners quietly become the bottleneck when they try to do everything, and why the right expert can solve problems you've wrestled with for years. They share real numbers, salary cap style team planning, and how to match roles to strengths so your office can grow without burning you out. If you feel stuck at a revenue plateau or anxious about adding another salary, this episode will help you see your team as the asset that carries you into the next season of growth.Key Highlights01:35 – Learn what break points are and why your growth keeps stalling at the same level.02:09 – See your team as a human resource you acquire, not just a cost, so you start thinking like a builder.03:30 – Understand the revenue per employee rule of thumb and how to tell if you are over or under hired.05:15 – Spot the warning signs that you have too many people, the wrong roles, or systems that no longer fit your size.06:09 – Learn why waiting for “when I hit X” before hiring keeps you capped and how to hire ahead with confidence.07:29 – Recognize how owners become the bottleneck by trying to solve every problem themselves instead of bringing in experts.09:16 – Decide which work only you should do and which jobs you can hand off to specialists outside your skill set.10:45 – Use revenue per employee to reset expectations for your team, your leadership, and your next key role.12:40 – Reframe growth like a sports team salary cap so you build a balanced roster instead of stacking the wrong positions.16:55 - Dr. Kale talks with Success Partners Dr. Andrew Wells and Dr. Chad Woolner from Simplified Functional Medicine about how chiropractors can add functional medicine without adding more work or complexity. They share the personal health challenges that led them into the field and why so many chiropractors struggle to deliver it on their own. Monday marks WORLD AIDS Day. However, for the first time since 1988, the federal government is not commemorating WORLD AIDS Day. Since 2003, under the U.S. President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) initiative, the federal government has invested more than $100 billion in responding to the #HIV/AIDS epidemic and set a collaborative goal of ending the epidemic by 2030. For a special edition of “Closer Look,” program host Rose Scott examines how funding cuts and international program suspensions under the Trump administration could be devastating to the decades of progress. Scott talks with Dr. Barbara Marston, an infectious diseases physician who retired from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and Dr. Michelle Montandon, a public health physician who previously worked for the CDC, most recently for PEPFAR. Plus, later in the program, Scott revisits conversations with Tammy Kinney, the founder of Rural Women in Action and an HIV-AIDS activist, who was diagnosed with HIV in October 1987, and famed Atlanta-based photographer Billy Howard, who recounts stories from some of the dying AIDS patients he photographed in the 1980s.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

There's little hope New Zealand can reach its 2025 smoke-free targets. The annual New Zealand Health survey has confirmed rates are stagnating just below 7 percent, with 12 percent of adult Kiwis vaping daily. Auckland University School of Public Health's Kathryn Bradbury says this smoking plateau - follows 10 to 15 years of really good progress. "The goal is to get under five percent - I mean, we're pretty close. But it looks unlikely." The study also shows a third of adults are obese - and just 7 percent eat the recommended daily veggie intake. LISTEN ABOVESee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Please welcome to my show Dr. Sherry Ross, an expert on menopause from her years in practice as a beloved obstetrician and gynecologist practicing in Santa Monica. Dr. Ross is also a two-time author, "she-ology: The Definitive Guide To Women's Intimate Health. Period" and "she-ology, the she-quel," both tackling just about any question one might have about women's bodies. And there's a lot. For starters. Menopause. It used to be that word people whispered in the corner. No more. Because ladies, we all go through it, and gents, your significant others, mom, sister, daughters will go through it too. So let's understand it better, shall we? During our conversation, I'll be speaking with Dr. Ross about hormones and hormone replacement therapy. Is it safe (yes), when to start, and how to know what dosage is right for you. Of course there's estrogen and progesterone replacement, and testosterone, too. But for many women, hormones still remains a mystery, and we'll dive deep to clear up any myths about what's safe, recommended, and the benefits, too. Dr. Ross will soon be launching a podcast the first of the year, "Paradox" with renounced sex therapist Tammy Nelson. She's also in the wellness space, recommending products that she thinks have been tested to help women at various stages in their womanhood. We'll discuss. And men, this conversation is for you, too. Let's all get on the same page about women's health for better clarity and understanding. Please find my full conversation with #DrSherryRoss on all video and audio platforms of #DeborahKobyltLIVE.
