Greg Jenner is joined in the sixteenth century by Dr Alanna Skuse and comedian Ria Lina to learn all about medicine and medical professionals in Tudor and Stuart England. In Renaissance-era England, medicine was still based on the theory of the four humours, passed down from ancient Greek and Roman physicians like Hippocrates and Galen. But from the reign of Henry VIII, there were signs of change. The invention of the printing press led to an explosion in medical and anatomical books, and the circulation of ideas from across Europe. The College of Physicians was founded in 1518, and the Company of Barber-Surgeons in 1543. Medicine became a real business, with a range of specialists, professional bodies overseeing different kinds of healthcare, and an explosion of medical providers advertising their services to the general public. This episode explores the landscape of healthcare in sixteenth- and seventeenth-century England, looking at everyone from physicians, surgeons and apothecaries to domestic healers and midwives, and even taking in quacks and frauds. Along the way, it examines the sensible social distancing measures taken during the Great Plague, the cures both sensible and dangerous offered for all kinds of diseases, and the cutting-edge experiments men like William Harvey and Christopher Wren were carrying out on the circulation of the blood. If you're a fan of the history of everyday life in Tudor England, petty professional rivalries, and the whacky wellness trends of the past, you'll love our episode on medicine in Renaissance England. If you want more from Ria Lina, listen to our episodes on pirate queen Zheng Yi Sao and medieval traveller Marco Polo. And for more on the history of health and wellness, check out our episodes on Ancient Medicine, Renaissance Beauty and the Kellogg Brothers. You're Dead To Me is the comedy podcast that takes history seriously. Every episode, Greg Jenner brings together the best names in history and comedy to learn and laugh about the past. As we continue are historical journey into the period leading up to the First Continental Congress, one important part of this period is the Hudson Bay Company. The Hudson Bay Company was part of the mercantile system of Royal approved monopolies that was given a charter that included waging war. There primary export was furs, with this role expanding significantly after the British defeated the French in the French and Indian War. Two other Royal chartered companies also played an important part during this time: The Pacific Northwest Company and the East Indian Company. All of these were monopolies that added to the increasing sentiment from the colonies to seek independence from England. #BardsFM_OurSacredHonor #HudsonBayCompany #Mercantilism Bards Nation Health Store: www.bardsnationhealth.com EnviroKlenz Air Purification, promo code BARDS to save 10%: www.enviroklenz.com EMPShield protect your vehicles and home. Phoebe Katis — a UK-born, New York–based songwriter can pinpoint the moment when her life and career were quietly reoriented. It started with a single direct message. Katis traces her journey from being a young singer-songwriter in England, measuring herself against inherited ideas of success, to becoming part of a global musical community through a series of small, intentional actions — including the DM that led to her first collaboration with Cory Wong, years of touring, a move to the U.S., and a creative and personal life she never could have planned. At the center of the conversation is the idea of the inflection point — the moments that don't announce themselves while they're happening, but later reveal themselves as before-and-after lines. Katis speaks candidly about ambition, people-pleasing, pop music as a delivery system for emotional truth, and the reality of sustaining a creative life without asking your art to carry everything. Her latest album, A Coming Of Age was released in late 2025. Here she reflects on success and arrival, the value of side hustles, pop music as a delivery system for truth, how to build a creative life without asking your art to carry everything.and what it means to keep "coming of age" well into adulthood. www.third-story.com www.leosidran.substack.com www.wbgo.org/podcast/the-third-story
https://slasrpodcast.com/ SLASRPodcast@gmail.com Welcome to Episode 222 of the Sounds Like a Search and Rescue Podcast, where this week we've got a packed show — we're talking winter conditions in the White Mountains, some SAR news, big news out of Lincoln Woods with trail closures coming for several weeks. Also - Stomp is back and has stories from snowmobile guiding a near-death moment, moose encounters, and some rumors floating around about a possible shoulder-season live show. Plus we've got news out of England involving people behaving badly, a winter gear check-in with Nick's new Black Diamond Mercury Mitts, favorite cold-weather trail foods, and a reminder that if your wool isn't as warm as it used to be… We'll do some pop-culture talk, including A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms and a rundown of some early Oscar buzz movies, we'll talk about beer, recent hikes, future plans, and we've got another great batch of listener hikes of the week. And for a history segment, we're going way back — we're digging into early Appalachian Mountain Club field meetings and what hiking looked like in the late 1800s when it was very much a group sport, with large organized excursions, committee oversight, and post-hike reporting that sounds nothing like modern hiking culture. The newlyweds, Lord and Lady William Campbell, settled in England after their 1763 marriage in Charleston, but the young couple actively nurtured familial connections to South Carolina over the course of the ensuing decade. Political, financial, and naval alliances made during the 1760s, followed by a tour of the colonies and a relaxing sojourn in Charleston in 1772, fortified their bonds to His Majesty's most profitable colony in North America.

In October 1986, two young girls vanished in Brighton, Sussex, England. 9 year old Nicola Fellows and Karen Hadaway were playing in Wild Park when a monster murdered them. The main suspect was identified quickly, but missteps in the investigation led to an acquittal. Thankfully, investigators did not give up and over three decades later, the girls finally got justice. The case became known as “The Babes in the Wood” murders after a classic English children's tale and was one of Sussex's longest investigations. Click here to join our Patreon. Markets are deep in risk-off mode as crypto winter tightens its grip. The ECB and Bank of England both held rates, with the BoE signaling it may be nearing the end of its easing cycle. UK political turmoil hit the pound, while tech stocks continued to unravel — AMD plunged 17%, Qualcomm disappointed, and Alphabet slid after announcing a massive increase in AI spending. Precious metals saw extreme volatility again, with silver crashing 15%, gold slipping, and oil falling after the U.S. and Iran agreed to hold talks. In macro data, German factory orders surged, but Eurozone retail sales fell, raising concerns about consumer demand. In crypto, Bitcoin dropped to $69,000, pushing the market back into Extreme Fear. Bhutan appears to be selling BTC it has mined since 2019, ETH hovered near $2,000, and scrutiny intensified around Trump-linked World Liberty Financial. CME also hinted it may explore issuing its own token.

Share a commentFires, riots, and a mother praying under an apron—this is the untidy ground where a spiritual movement took root. We step into the world of Susanna Wesley, a pastor's daughter who faced poverty, public hostility, and staggering loss, yet stitched her home together with steady practices and an unshakable trust in God. England sat in a moral fog, pulpits droned without conviction, and even executions sold like theater. In that setting, Susanna's daily choices created a quiet counterculture that outlasted the chaos. We trace her journey from a mud-floor parsonage to the night a neighbor's human ladder pulled six-year-old John from a burning home. We sit with a marriage marked by sharp disagreements and debt, where Samuel Wesley's misjudgments and absences deepened the strain. And we examine Susanna's small, repeatable acts of faith: the “apron over the head” prayer time, the weekly hour of one-on-one counsel for each child, the insistence on Scripture shaping minds and manners. Her story holds both pain and paradox—several children wandering or wounded, others, like John and Charles, carrying a methodical faith into streets and chapels that needed awakening.Rather than a tidy formula, we offer an honest ledger: faithful parenting without guarantees, structure without control, courage without applause. You'll hear how the famed “Methodist” method mirrored habits formed at home, how Charles's hymns trained hearts to sing doctrine, and how John's pulpit design anticipated riots sparked by sermons against slavery. The thread through it all is a woman who chose to “fill a little space” if God would be glorified, trusting that perseverance, not perfection, leaves the deeper imprint. If this story moves you, follow the show, share it with a friend who needs courage, and leave a review with your biggest takeaway. Another good-to-great guest joins the show as Jimmy Conrad, Charlie Davies, and Charlie Davies welcome in USMNT and Derby County to break down his red-hot form in the Championship, the Rams' playoff push, and his decision to move to England (02:48). Patrick reflects on being a "late bloomer", why he doesn't compare himself to other American strikers, and what the Gold Cup taught him about himself at the international level. The guys then react to reports linking James Rodríguez with Minnesota United (32:56). Does the Colombian superstar have any idea what Midwest winters are like, and would this be a true needle-mover for the Loons and MLS? San Diego FC make an immediate statement in 2026 with a 4-1 win over Pumas in the Concacaf Champions Cup (41:16). If the writing wasn't already on the wall for Hirving Lozano, it might be now... Plus, a busy midweek recap for Americans Abroad, as Pellegrino Matarazzo remains undefeated at Real Sociedad (48:29), whichTony says is the biggest story in American soccer right now. And finally, Tim Weah answers a difficult off-field week the only way he knows how: with a massive performance in the Coupe de France (52:31). For this month's episode of Magus we're finally discussing the life of the first Magus ever, Hermes Trismegistus! An ancient Egyptian sage written about by Cicero and early Christian church fathers, he is the literal reason why the magical practices of Hermeticism and Alchemy came into existence. He was still being referenced by the likes of Isaac Newton during the European Enlightenment, and his writings remain popular in esoteric and occult circles even today.Discovery of his existence came about in Italy, at the same time as other ancient writers, including Plato, were being translated into Latin for the very first time, prompting the whirlwind array of changes we call 'the Renaissance.'The man to whom the task fell specifically was Italian philosopher and Catholic priest Marsilio Ficino, who soon established a Neo-Platonic Academy attended by artists including Boticelli, Leonardo da Vinci and Raphael, their work all funded by Cosimo di Medici, the richest man in the world.Their collective project was to recover the past and remake it, all so mankind could reshape its physical existence through magic. Ficino's product was The Hermetica, an entire magical system based on philosophies of Matter and Spirit. It quickly became one of the most famous magic books in all of history, and for centuries the story of Hermes Trismegistus, his learning, wisdom, and magical system, were all beyond doubt.Only then along came a classical scholar and philologist called Isaac Casaubon, who had questions about some of the 'ancient Egyptian' vocabulary used in The Hermetica, which prompted others to wonder whether Hermes Trismegistus had ever existed at all...We really hope you enjoy the episode, and Eleanor will speak with you again on Saturday for this week's Local Legends episode all about Brecknockshire with the wonderful Horatio Clare!Three Ravens is an English Myth and Folklore podcast hosted by award-winning writers Martin Vaux and Eleanor Conlon.Released on Mondays, each weekly episode focuses on one of England's 39 historic counties, exploring the history, folklore and traditions of the area, from ghosts and mermaids to mythical monsters, half-forgotten heroes, bloody legends, and much, much more. On September 21st, 1327, King Edward II of England was officially murdered at Berkeley Castle in one of the most infamous executions in medieval history. But there's a problem. No one ever saw his face at the funeral. His own brother believed he was still alive—and was executed for trying to rescue him. Senior nobles and clergy believed the same. And a letter from an Italian bishop claims Edward escaped and lived for years as a hermit in Europe. So what really happened? In this investigation, we examine the evidence behind one of medieval England's greatest conspiracies—and why the official story may have been staged to protect power, legitimacy, and control.More importantly, we trace the *playbook*:• Remove the threat • Control the narrative • Prevent independent verification • Eliminate anyone who questions it • Lock the story in place This isn't ancient history. It's a system that still works.Same playbook. Different century.

We implore you on Christ's behalf: Be reconciled to God. 21 God made him who had no sin to be sin[b] for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God.Romans 13 Submission to Governing Authorities13 Let everyone be subject to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God. 2 Consequently, whoever rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves.2 Peter 3:11-1811 Since everything will be destroyed in this way, what kind of people ought you to be? You ought to live holy and godly lives 12 as you look forward to the day of God and speed its coming.[b] That day will bring about the destruction of the heavens by fire, and the elements will melt in the heat. 13 But in keeping with his promise we are looking forward to a new heaven and a new earth, where righteousness dwells.14 So then, dear friends, since you are looking forward to this, make every effort to be found spotless, blameless and at peace with him. 15 Bear in mind that our Lord's patience means salvation, just as our dear brother Paul also wrote you with the wisdom that God gave him. 16 He writes the same way in all his letters, speaking in them of these matters. His letters contain some things that are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction.17 Therefore, dear friends, since you have been forewarned, be on your guard so that you may not be carried away by the error of the lawless and fall from your secure position. 18 But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen.
Royal favourites, we want your voice notes in our new miniseries on historical failures. Look out for Producer Al's callout post on patreon.com/thisishistory England's grip on France is collapsing. After more than a century of brutal conflict, English forces across the Channel are exhausted, bankrupt, and beaten down. In London, hopes rest on King Henry VI — now an adult and expected to rescue his father's dying empire. But Henry is no warrior king, and the French are dismantling England's hard‑won gains with shocking ease. Then, a new force enters the fray: Margaret of Anjou. Young, formidable, and newly crowned Queen of England, she becomes a lightning rod for ambition, fear, and bitter factional rivalries. Some believe she can save England's fortunes in France; others fear she is about to upend the entire balance of power at court. As defeat looms and alliances fracture, this episode traces how Margaret of Anjou steps into a failing war — and begins reshaping the fate of the Hundred Years' War, the English crown, and the violent political battles still to come. – And don't forget, you can now WATCH every This Is History episode on YouTube. This is the fourth and final episode of our series examining the 1860 Road Hill House murder, the case that gave birth to modern detective fiction. Previous episodes covered the murder of three-year-old Francis Saville Kent, Detective Inspector Jonathan Whicher's groundbreaking investigation, and the five years of cold case torment that preceded Constance Kent's confession. The gallery was packed to suffocation. July 21, 1865. Five years they'd waited for this moment. Five years since Francis Saville Kent was found with his throat cut in the family privy. Five years since Inspector Whicher accused Constance Kent of murdering her baby brother—and was destroyed for saying so. When the clerk asked how she pleaded, Constance spoke one word: "Guilty." No mitigation. No excuse. No insanity defense that might have saved her from prison. When Constance Kent stood in the prisoner's dock at Devizes Assizes on July 21, 1865, she refused the insanity defense her counsel had carefully prepared. Instead, she pleaded guilty to murdering her three-year-old half-brother Francis—a single word that silenced the packed courtroom and condemned her to death. But Queen Victoria's government commuted her sentence. At sixteen when she committed the murder, Constance had carried the secret for five years before confessing voluntarily. She served twenty years in Victorian prisons—first at Millbank, then Fulham Refuge—transforming from a troubled teenager into a model prisoner who educated herself and learned nursing skills. In 1886, a woman named Ruth Emilie Kaye boarded the ship Carisbrooke Castle bound for Sydney. Constance Kent ceased to exist. For fifty-eight years, she built a new life in Australia, rising to Matron at several institutions, nursing the sick and elderly, living in quiet anonymity until her death at one hundred years old in 1944. No one in Australia knew they were burying England's most notorious Victorian murderess.Key Case DetailsTrial and Sentencing (July 1865):Thirty-minute trial at Devizes AssizesJustice Willes presiding, John Duke Coleridge defendingGuilty plea rejected insanity defenseDeath sentence commuted to life imprisonmentPrison Years (1865-1885):Twenty years served at Millbank and Fulham prisonsModel prisoner with no disciplinary incidentsSelf-educated in nursing skillsRelease conditional on leaving EnglandAustralian Reinvention (1886-1944):Emigrated as Ruth Emilie Kaye aboard Carisbrooke CastleNursing career spanning four decadesMatron at Parramatta Industrial School for GirlsMatron at Pierce Memorial Nurses' Home for twenty-one yearsDied April 10, 1944, at age 100, identity unknownLiterary Legacy:Wilkie Collins's The Moonstone (1868) directly inspired by the caseSergeant Cuff character modeled on Inspector WhicherFoundation for Sherlock Holmes and entire detective fiction genreInspector Whicher died June 29, 1881—exactly twenty-one years after the murder nightFrancis Saville Kent was three years and ten months old when he died. He was not a plot device or a mystery to be solved. He was a child with dark hair and bright eyes who ate his porridge at a small table by the window, who played in the June sunshine of a Wiltshire garden, whose small voice fell silent on a night that would echo through a century and a half of English history. He was not the mystery. He was the cost.Historical Context & SourcesThis series draws extensively from Kate Summerscale's The Suspicions of Mr Whicher (2008), the definitive modern account based on extensive primary research. Original trial transcripts from the National Archives and contemporary newspaper coverage from The Times and Morning Post (1860-1865) provided additional verification. Bernard Taylor's Cruelly Murdered (1979) contributed alternative perspectives on William Saville-Kent's potential involvement—a mystery that remains unresolved.Resources & Further ReadingKate Summerscale's The Suspicions of Mr Whicher: A Shocking Murder and the Undoing of a Great Victorian Detectiveremains the essential text for understanding this case. Readers interested in the literary legacy should explore Wilkie Collins's The Moonstone (1868), widely considered the first modern English detective novel. The Victorian crime history section at the National Archives maintains original documents from the investigation and trial. Our Sponsors:* Check out BetterHelp: https://www.betterhelp.comSupport this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/foul-play-crime-series/donationsAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
In 1912, Piltdown, England wasn't known for much. It was a quiet rural area with farms, winding tree-lined roads, and a pub. But then, a lawyer announced he'd made an incredible discovery in a local gravel pit: a skull that was part ape, part man. England was enthralled. Was this the missing link between humans and our ancestors? Could England be the birthplace of humanity? Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Cheryl recounts the story and triumph of Winnie Davies from her conversion, her ministry in Congo, to her harrowing capture by the Simba rebels. Winnie's story will bring to your heart an awareness of the cost of truly giving the Lord everything!

TRUMP Warsh has compared Bitcoin favorably to gold as a “sustainable store of value,” indicating a positive view of gold’s role in the financial system. However, his nomination led to sharp declines in gold and silver prices (e.g., silver fell up to 26% in one day), as markets interpreted him as an inflation hawk who might pursue tighter monetary policy, reducing the appeal of precious metals as inflation hedges. This reaction stemmed from fears of less dovish Fed actions, which had previously driven gold’s rally amid uncertainty over Fed independence. Warsh’s broader hawkish stance on inflation aligns with “hard money” principles that could indirectly support gold, but his emphasis on shrinking the Fed’s balance sheet and normalizing policy suggests he prioritizes institutional reform over promoting gold as a standard. Is Kevin Warsh Pro-Sound Money?Yes, Warsh is a strong advocate for sound money principles, emphasizing disciplined, anti-inflationary monetary policy. He views inflation as a “monetary phenomenon” and “a choice” driven by excessive government printing and spending. As a former Fed Governor, he was often the most hawkish voice, opposing aggressive rate cuts during crises due to inflation risks. He criticizes the Fed’s “mission creep,” oversized balance sheet, and reliance on quantitative easing (QE), arguing these enable fiscal irresponsibility and distort markets. Warsh calls for “regime change” at the Fed, shifting away from Keynesian models toward rules-based policy that incorporates money supply considerations and reduces interventionism. He stresses credibility, clear rules, and accountability to maintain sound money. In a 2025 Hoover Institution paper, he advocated scrutinizing monetary policy under a framework that could include constitutional measures for prosperity and idea diffusion. Warsh has been vocal against Powell’s leadership, echoing Trump’s frustrations with high interest rates and calling for “regime change” at the Fed. He has moderated his hawkish stance to support lower rates, arguing AI-driven productivity allows growth without inflation. Credibility and Market Reassurance: Warsh is seen as a “traditional” pick with Fed experience, reassuring investors amid fears of a loyalist appointment that could undermine independence. Trump highlighted Warsh’s ability to deliver lower rates and growth, though some economists note Warsh’s independence could lead to tensions if he prioritizes data over demands. Analysts suggest the pick balances Trump’s desire for cuts with a credible figure. The administration has filed suit against an illegal migrant living in Virginia, and is seeking $941,114 plus interest, alleging that Marta Alicia Ramirez Veliz has remained in the country despite being told her request for admittance was rejected by a Justice Department appeals panel in 2022, Politico reported. The filing notes that Veliz has refused to pay a $998 per-day fine for the 943 days since she was told to return to her home country, and reveals that Immigration and Customs Enforcement sent her an official notice of her total fine in April. The lawsuit describes Veliz as “an individual and noncitizen residing in Chesterfield County, Virginia,” and does not identify her nationality. source: breitbart.com https://twitter.com/KanekoaTheGreat/status/2017404446230323358?s=20 BREAKING: Disturbing photos in the Epstein files appear to show Prince Andrew on all fours over a woman lying on the ground. https://twitter.com/HansMahncke/status/2017792445979791448?s=20 for everyone, or is connected through some opaque web of professional and personal ties. The judge who presided over the trial of Hillary Clinton's lawyer, the one who helped seed the Russiagate hoax, is married to Lisa Page's lawyer. Page, of course, was involved with Peter Strzok, who is one of the central figures in that same hoax. And to complete the circle, Merrick Garland officiated their wedding. At the time, Nikolic was Gates's top scientific investment advisor. The emails suggest Gates was firing Nikolic in response to marital problems with Melinda. In June 2013, Nikolic emailed Gates and asked if he wanted to go to the “legendary Crazy Horse in Paris” an erotic show, while they were in France. Gates declined, saying he would be too tired and didn't want to take the risk, adding that he might have done it when he was younger. On July 1, 2013, Gates emailed Nikolic: “We should meet on Wednesday to discuss your job. There is going to have to be a transition. I feel very bad about it but I don’t see a way around it.” Nikolic shared these emails with Epstein. Epstein later commented on the Paris erotic show email, writing: “This is pretty bad and might have been the cause of her bad mail in paris.”—apparently referring to Melinda. Nikolic appeared unhappy about being fired while potentially being used as a scapegoat, and he sought greater financial compensation as he prepared to leave and launch his own investment fund. In these emails, Epstein—writing as Nikolic—references alleged knowledge of Gates's extramarital affairs, STDs allegedly contracted from Russian women, and drug use as justification for why Nikolic deserved more money. Taken together, it appears Jeffrey Epstein was drafting or shaping a message for Boris Nikolic that effectively functioned as blackmail, pressuring Bill Gates for financial compensation. It remains unclear whether Nikolic ultimately sent these messages to Gates. However, later emails suggest Gates helped Nikolic launch his next investment fund and maintained a working relationship with him afterward. Epstein later listed Nikolic as a backup executor of his will, indicating the two were close confidants. https://twitter.com/Breaking911/status/2017769194159210784?s=20 Billionaire Reid Hoffman, Who Bankrolled the E. Jean Carroll Lawsuit Against Trump, Is Featured Extensively in the New Epstein Files, Visiting Zorro Ranch and Pedophile Island Hoffman went to the Island. A man who used his fortune to bankroll a lawsuit against President Donald J. Trump is now featured extensively in the new DOJ-released Jeffrey Epstein documents. The three and a half million documents from the latest – and apparently last – have been released by the DOJ following the approval of the House Resolution 4405, the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Documents from this massive release show the close ties between LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman and the late pedophile. The pair ‘discusses visits to Epstein's infamous private island, his New Mexico ranch, and his New York apartment'. The New York Post reported: “'Reid will spend the night at 71st', according to one email from Hoffman's team included in the latest Justice Department dump of Epstein files, in reference to his Upper East Side townhouse.” A 2014 memo states that Epstein hosted will have (venture capitalist) Joi Ito and Reid Hoffman on the infamous Zorro Ranch for a weekend. “An email Epstein penned to his assistant Saida Sapieva under the heading ‘Trip to the Island' states: ‘Reid will take a Virgin America Flight from SFO to Fort Lauderdale, departing at 8:20 am, landing at 4:40 pm'. In 2023, Hoffman visited to Epstein's former Caribbean private island, Little St. James, also known as ‘pedophile island', The Post previously reported.” Source: thegatewaypundit.com https://twitter.com/elonmusk/status/2017106848311366064?s=20 https://twitter.com/MikeBenzCyber/status/2017789344103145647?s=20 https://twitter.com/MikeBenzCyber/status/2017772724093849926?s=20 https://twitter.com/elonmusk/status/2017930408650772495?s=20 https://twitter.com/Cernovich/status/2017329765863039432?s=20 Israel had Trump by the balls so much that… Epstein was arrested? To muddy the waters is an idiom that means to make a situation, issue, or discussion more confusing, unclear, or complicated—often deliberately. For example: “The politician’s vague statements only muddied the waters during the debate.” It originates from the idea of stirring up mud in water, making it murky and hard to see through. DOGE Geopolitical War/Peace Iran Hits Back At EU: Designates European Armies As ‘Terrorist Entities’ Iran is saying two can play at the West’s game: on Friday the secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council blasted the EU’s decision to designate the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a “terrorist organization,” warning that Europe’s own militaries would now be viewed through the same lens. “The European Union certainly knows that… the armies of countries that have participated in the European Union’s recent resolution against the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps are considered terrorist entities,” Ali Larijani wrote in a post on X. He added bluntly: “Therefore, the consequences of that shall be borne by the European countries that undertook such an action.” However, there’s probably nothing in the way of European military assets for the Islamic Republic to sanction, so this ‘action’ by Tehran will remain largely symbolic. Iran does have assets held in various places of Europe though. EU foreign ministers agreed on Thursday to formally classify the IRGC as a “terrorist organization” and urged member states to implement the designation without delay – after a few longtime holdouts flipped. source: zerohedge.com [DS] Agenda https://twitter.com/rhodeislander/status/2017361344018739231?s=20 https://twitter.com/nicksortor/status/2017331445195211254?s=20 at Place of Worship COUNT 2: 18 U.S.C. § 248(a) (b), § §2(a) – FACE Act: Injure, Intimidate, and Interfere with Exercise of Right of Religious Freedom at a Place of Worship. Maxine Waters (D-CA) was in Los Angeles on Friday, inciting her radical left followers to riot against law enforcement before several were arrested. Rioters were seen hurling objects at shielded federal agents who pushed back with pepper balls and nonlethal munitions. Via ABC 7: Anti-ICE Rioters Clash with Federal Agents and Local Police Outside Los Angeles ICE Facility Eventually, the rioters moved a dumpster toward the entrance of the ICE detention facility and set it ablaze. Over 100 Los Angeles Police officers reportedly responded in riot gear to quell the violence. Multiple videos circulating on social media show Maxine Waters at the front lines of the riot as leftists were told to disperse for surrounding the federal building, trespassing on federal property, and later assaulting federal officers. After pepper spray was deployed, Waters returned to the front of the riot with a mask and continued leading the insurrection. Enforce existing laws precisely, stop manufacturing crises, and end the performative politics that put both officers and communities at risk. They are using this aggressive protest SCAM to obfuscate, camouflage, and hide their CRIMINAL ACTS of theft and insurrection. They should all be in jail. I was elected on Strong Borders, and Law and Order, among many other things. Thank you to Secretary Kristi Noem. Remember, ELECTIONS HAVE CONSEQUENCES!!! PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP Federal Government Property. There will be no spitting in the faces of our Officers, there will be no punching or kicking the headlights of our cars, and there will be no rock or brick throwing at our vehicles, or at our Patriot Warriors. If there is, those people will suffer an equal, or more, consequence. In the meantime, by copy of this Statement, I am informing Local Governments, as I did in Los Angeles when they were rioting at the end of the Biden Term, that you must protect your own State and Local Property. In addition, it is your obligation to also protect our Federal Property, Buildings, Parks, and everything else. We are there to protect Federal Property, only as a back up, in that it is Local and State Responsibility to do so. Last night in Eugene, Oregon, these criminals broke into a Federal Building, and did great damage, also scaring and harassing the hardworking employees. Local Police did nothing in order to stop it. We will not let that happen anymore! If Local Governments are unable to handle the Insurrectionists, Agitators, and Anarchists, we will immediately go to the location where such help is requested, and take care of the situation very easily and methodically, just as we did the Los Angeles Riots one year ago, where the Police Chief said that, “We couldn't have done it without the help of the Federal Government.” Therefore, to all complaining Local Governments, Governors, and Mayors, let us know when you are ready, and we will be there — But, before we do so, you must use the word, “PLEASE.” Remember that I stated, in the strongest of language, to BEWARE — ICE, Border Patrol or, if necessary, our Military, will be extremely powerful and tough in the protection of our Federal Property. We will not allow our Courthouses, Federal Buildings, or anything else under our protection, to be damaged in any way, shape, or form. I was elected on a Policy of Border Control (which has now been perfected!), National Security, and LAW AND ORDER — That's what America wants, and that's what America is getting! Thank you for your attention to this matter. PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP he will use DHS/ICE and, if necessary, the US MIL to protect federal property. It sounds like Trump knows something is coming. It sounds like the Dems want DHS/ICE to get caught up in policing these riots, hoping more of their deranged followers take it too far and get shot. Trump is instead going to hold and force local Democrat politicians to police their own riots, or agree to work with him. And if the Dems choose to not police these riots, they will force Trump to use the US MIL to suppress the chaos. https://twitter.com/unseen1_unseen/status/2017334056292143173?s=20 https://twitter.com/StephenM/status/2017585812599087241?s=20 EXCLUSIVE: Atlanta Field Office Special Agent in Charge Allegedly Removed For Slow-Walking Election Fraud Investigation Reports are emerging on social media that Paul Brown, the FBI Special Agent in Charge at the Atlanta Field Office, was “forced out of that job earlier this month,” according to MSNOW's Ken Dilanian.
