POPULARITY
With thousands of tracks being released every week, it's become increasingly hard for even established acts to score a chart-topping hit. It's even harder for relatively new artists to make it all the way to No1. There are always exceptions, such as “Finding Her” by upcoming singer/songwriter Kushagra. On this week's episode, we speak to Nikhil Dwivedi, the founder of EYP Creations—the label and management company behind the smash—to find out what it takes. As always, we look at the key movements on the Spotify Weekly Top Songs India chart, this time for the survey published on May 16, 2025.
In this inspiring episode, host Snehal R Singh sits down with Kushagra Singh—a passionate writer and spiritual seeker—to explore the deep connection between the written word, inner peace, and personal growth.Together, they dive into: ✨ The role of spirituality in the creative process

We bid farewell to Kushagra once again but welcome back to Sen who returns from his trip to Vietnam. He comes bearing gifts - both physical and metaphysical in nature. He brings along with him a new ideology which he immediately pushes onto the boys. As the lads get used to their new left wing mantra, Sen regales them with tales of his trip to Vietnam. We're bringing back an old game with “Stockholm Syndrome” where Sen gives the boys some names and they must figure out if it's an Australian Open tennis player or IKEA furniture. We end this week with our first tier list of 2025 in the segment “Compare and Contrast.” This week we tier list Sydney dessert places including Sydney institutions, cult classics and some Tik Tok viral places.___________________________________________________________FAR EAST ALCHEMY
In this episode, Ashish spoke with Kushagra Sharma, Staff Cloud Security Engineer, to delve into the complexities of managing Identity Access Management (IAM) at scale. Drawing on his experiences from Booking.com and other high-scale environments, Kushagra shares insights into scaling IAM across thousands of AWS accounts, creating secure and developer-friendly permission boundaries, and navigating the blurred lines of the shared responsibility model. They discuss why traditional IAM models often fail at scale and the necessity of implementing dynamic permission boundaries, baseline strategies, and Terraform-based solutions to keep up with ever-evolving cloud services. Kushagra also explains how to approach IAM in multi-cloud setups, the challenges of securing managed services, and the importance of finding a balance between security enforcement and developer autonomy. Well here we are, as we have foreshadowed for many weeks now. We bid farewell (but not goodbye) to the one and only Kushagra, but fear not he shall still remain integral to this podcast and we may even get some guest appearances from him live from San Francisco. We talk some footy first with Ro spinning a yarn of antagonising a big Arab man, we discuss Kush's farewell drinks at one of Sydney's finest establishments (including a security guard mug off) before Ro reveals a big decision he's made. We got a brand spanking new game this week with “Guess the Ethnicity.” As the name suggests we asked our listeners to send voice recordings of themselves speaking their mother tongue as well as some quality selfies - using these the boys must guess where these people are from. Finally this week we end with “Ask Kush.” To send Kush off into the sunset on his big US journey, we asked listeners to write in with questions they had for the great man and he does his absolute best to not answer a single one of them.___________________________________________________________FULL PODCAST EPISODES

Absolutely jam packed episode for you this week and we begin with a triumphant Kushagra following his daring escape from Sanctuary Hotel. We have some yarns about the challenge, but you'll have to wait for the full video to come out. Ro is currently galavanting in Europe and we get a quick update from him. Sen then rants about chopper gunners used on animals and the English national anthem. We get a community sport update and finally we look at PwC's snack offering.“Going Camping,” is back this week after a very long hiatus. Very simple game, each person is the camp master and sets the rule for what things can and can't be brought. The others must figure out what the rule is by guessing various different things. Finally we end with the “TCB Draft,” where like the NBA draft, we take turns picking our top 5 things to do outside of work. Once an activity has been chosen, the others may not choose that one, leading to some very questionable and rogue picks.___________________________________________________________FULL PODCAST EPISODES
Rohit kicks us off with some anti-establishment energy this week as he spends upwards of 5 mins bashing cops following a strange run in with the law. Sen then gives some unethical life tips regarding drink driving. Kushagra is also MIA this week fresh off his brave loss in the game challenge last week. In his absence we announce an update to the Maccas Challenge, as we reveal this challenge will be taking place at one of Sydney's most derided venues - Sanctuary Hotel. Here we are - the final week of the inaugural TCB game challenge and we are left with 2 people standing. Miguel vs Ro, winner takes all. In honour of our trivia escapades over the past month we take on our own version of “Pub Trivia,” with Migs and Ro squaring off. 20 questions to decide who is the winner. Who will come out on top?The boys bring back the always popular “Bracket Challenge,” with this week the lads deciding what the greatest Sydney suburb is. From east to west, rags to riches, beach to banh mi, we pin some of Sydney's most iconic suburbs head to head.___________________________________________________________FULL PODCAST EPISODES
Plenty of admin up top to start the episode as we get some quick updates from previous yarns. Ro gives us an update about the money lent to his cleaners (must be nice): no money has been paid back. Sen gives an update on whether the boys can accost Marta, the horrible neighbour at her apartment: waiting to get confirmation. As we said, quick updates. Manny has a proper yarn for us as during the week he ran an errand for this podcast which saw him come face to face with his namesake. This is a story of confrontation, customer service and subterfuge and of course at the middle of it all is Kushagra and a reluctant Manny. Tune in to hear how Manny copped one of the all time great mugging off's. “Bullslut: Battle Royale” is back for our game this week. It's Team Kush vs Team Ro again as the spectre of the Maccas Challenge looms large over the fellas. One of the all time great bullsluts as one team feels euphoria whilst the other feels agony.“Compare and Contrast” is back this week. If you are new, this is where we debate and rank various things. This week we go local as we rank the best Sydney after work Friday drinks spots - from your Bungalows to your El Camino's we have them all.Segments this week:The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends.Compare and Contrast: Named in honour of our favourite HSC English essay questions, the boys debate the most pressing issues in society and attempt to agree on a ranked tier list, which may end up in broken friendships and definitely will end up being wrong.Bullslut: Battle Royale: A more aggressive take on our traditional bullslut game where the boys now gang up on each other with no mercy.___________________________________________________________FULL PODCAST EPISODES
Fresh off appearing in the AFR, Ro reveals how he was accosted at his local Mazda dealership by a podcast fan - have the boys finally reached a middling level of fame? Ro goes on to mention how he took advantage of this poor unassuming listener and took him for all he's worth. If you are a TCB fan and you come across Ro in the wild, avoid at all costs! Kush then has his weekly “old man yells at cloud” moment as he takes aim at the ever growing number of eshay's at his local shopping centre. We asked our listeners to describe us in 3 words. We then were given those 3 words and were asked to guess who was being described - our game this week “PP.” Avalanche of responses this week which ranged from endearing to funny to just straight up abuse, with Kushagra receiving the bulk of the compliments and low blows, the highs and lows of podcasting.New segment this week is “Heroes and Villains” which is just an excuse for the boys to celebrate good local businesses and shame businesses that they have personal gripes with. This week Sen reveals his obsession with GyG and their god tier breakfast burrito before he slanders Georgie Boys in Barangaroo to high heaven for their slipping standards. We also hear both pros and cons of a local Greek restaurant chain. Also this week: Artarmon, Nike TN's, Adlays, Red-pill and Zeus Street Greek.Segments this week:The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends.PP: We ask our listeners to describe us in 3 words and we have to guess who is being described.Heroes and Villains: We shout out and tear down local establishments.___________________________________________________________FULL PODCAST EPISODES
Like all good episodes, this week's starts with an apology for last week's shambolic audio quality. The lads then go into detail on the troubleshooting efforts that took place to ensure clean audio for this week. Kushagra takes centre stage to use this platform to condemn the state of Adidas (or Abibas) shoes which caused him much pain and discomfort - could be user error, the jury is still out on this one. To round us out this week, Ro and Migs finally get their article and photos published in the AFR, Ro gets cucked by Hyperkarting and Miguel explains what the hell a Pinkydoll is.Our game this week is “Rage Cage,” however this version does not involve drinking or ping pong balls. Instead, the boys have a category and must name as many things within that category as fast as they can with no hesitation. The first person to falter with an answer loses the round and is mercilessly shot (with a nerf gun). In case being shot was not enough of an incentive, there is the small task of the forfeit come the end of the season. Points are at an all time premium with no one wanting to be the unlucky fella to do the Macca's Challenge. We have a new listener suggested segment this week with “Shiver Thoughts,” where we take a trip down memory lane to reveal embarrassing, cringe stories that make us shiver and shudder. Our first story is from the same listener who suggested the segment (duh) who tells us about a story from his childhood which involves a public bathroom and pooping, Kush then tells a story about fracturing his ankle while rizzing, Miguel tried to combine salt and pepper and Ro tells what will go down as an all time classic TCB story that needs to be heard to be believed. Also this week: Tech Support, Dictator Dan, Leaning Tower of Pizza and Unco Rizz.Segments this week:The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends.Rage Cage: A fast paced memory game where the first person to fail to name an item in the category gets shot.Shiver Thoughts: A segment where we reminisce about cringe memories that make us shiver in the shower.___________________________________________________________FULL PODCAST EPISODES

Momentous occasion for the podcast this week as we cross the final frontier - a duo episode featuring Miguel and Kushagra. The self proclaimed Fortnite GOAT duo step into the podcast studio for the first time together, being the last duo combination left. Who knows what nonsense these boys get up, but rest assured they won't be playing Pokemon smash or pass. Miguel begins with a tale of greed and scoring a win against a Merivale establishment before Kush ponders the legitimacy of movie marketing and publication reviews. The boys then play the always popular “Bracket Challenge,” with this week the lads deciding what the greatest duo of all time is. From real life duos, to fictional duos, food duos, functional duos to even the podcast host's themselves - this bracket covers all duos in depth, in one of the most niche segments we have ever done. Also this week: Battle Bus, Totti's, New York Times Bestseller, Splash Brothers and Control C.Segments this week:The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends.Bracket Challenge: Our bracket tournament style segment where 16 competitors battle it out to 1 eventual winner.___________________________________________________________FULL PODCAST EPISODES

Fresh out of China covid lockdown, Kushagra graces us with his presence for this second episode of 2023. Kushagra reveals a new instagram account focused on movie reviews which he's been working on during his annual leave from the podcast. After flogging that for a bit, we then get our weekly Rohit first world problem - this week it's tipping culture in Hawaii. Unfortunately, Ro did not appreciate the performative art the waiters had to put on to earn their tip, instead he would prefer they just earned a below minimum wage salary. Our game this week is for our fellow degenerate gambling listeners with “Overs / Unders.” Pretty simple game, where the boys must figure out how many of a certain thing there is by determining if it is over or under an arbitrary number. In this edition the boys ponder Maccas stores in Australia, number of chips in a bag and how many beers they've had in their life amongst others. Finally we end this week with some mathematics with “BODMAS.” By mathematics we of course mean a NCAA March Madness / FIFA World Cup Round of 16 inspired bracket tournament segment, where this week we put head to head the 16 most popular cuisines in the world. Also this week: @Mr Zorba Smith, 18% service tip and what is Bulgarian food?Segments this week:The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends.Overs / Unders: The boys are given a category and an arbitrary number and must guess if there are overs or unders on that number.BODMAS: Our bracket tournament style segment where 16 competitors battle it out to 1 eventual winner.___________________________________________________________FULL PODCAST EPISODES
In this episode, Kushagra asks about dealing with his brother's sudden death from a cardiac arrest, being diagnosed with PTSD, and having developed a fear of dying. Ashdin asks him to pass through all the stages of grief which will help him process the situation. He also asks him to understand the difference between heart pain and anxiety, and explains how, often, things like heartburn/flatulence/overconsumption of caffeine can feel like anxiety as well. In order to fix that, firstly he needs to take care of his health and post that, think of the worst case scenario and put some precautions and systems in place that can take care, if in case, such a situation ever arrives. Massive week at TCB - we've gone to the top office in the land for help and the big dog Albo has come to our aid, reaching out to his Indonesian counterpart to negotiate the safe release of Ro from Bali's Kerobokan Prison. Meanwhile, Sen is off on a plane to Qatar getting a last minute call up from Arnie to join the Socceroos squad as specialist drinks carrier. Speaking of Qatar, huge week for Kushagra as he reveals he has well and truly caught World Cup fever, as he applies his Pro Clubs knowledge to real life ball. We also hear about his struggles with a hand me down iPhone 7+, eating escargot before Ro explains what a dating consultant is.“Stockholm Syndrome” is back and once again there is a twist. In this game we honour the biggest event of the year, one that has been anticipated for a number of years and is set in a distant Arab land - we are of course talking about Warzone 2. In this version of “Stockholm Syndrome,” Kush and Ro must guess between locations on the new Warzone 2 map or footballers at the World Cup.“Heroes and Villains” is a new segment where we can freely slander people we know under the guise of labelling them ‘Heroes' or ‘Villains.' Simple premise: the boys discuss actions of individuals with questionable or ambiguous morals and they must decide whether they can be considered a hero or a villain. To kick us off, Kush submits himself for judgement, then throws the Coffee Constable under the bus, we also hear about Mig's bad friend, before ending on Ro's Triple Zero bandit of a housemate. Also this week: Warzone, fashion consultants, Taraq, lox beats slander and the Darlinghurst Batman.Segments this week:The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends.Stockholm Syndrome: This segment has nothing to do with actual Stockholm Syndrome, instead this is a game where the boys try to distinguish between IKEA products and another unrelated category.Heroes and Villains: The boys discuss the morality and actions of dubious characters they come across in society.______________________________________________SPONSORS
By the grace of Allah, all 4 members of Critical Banter once again meet after a 2 month absence. Rohit recounts some yarns from his bucks party on the Gold Coast last weekend, which included excessive drinking, scantily clad bartenders, threats of going to strip clubs, gambling, golfing and beefing taxi drivers - all in all, a great weekend away. Despite the week delay, the boys celebrate Kushagra's triumphant return from the USA with the much anticipated “American Quiz.” Sen tests the lads knowledge on American geography, history and pop culture - are they smarter than the average American? We teased it last week and here we are with “Snack Attack” where we put legendary American snacks head to head against Australian equivalents. We review American classics such as Funyuns, Twinkies, Pop Tarts, Pumpkin Spice Oreo, Taki's amongst others. Should we review UK snacks next? Also this week: Strippers, Top Golf, Vodka Redbulls, Empire State Building and Barr. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. American Quiz: The boys are tested on how well they know the USA. Snack Attack: American snacks are supposedly the best in the world, so we put them head to head against their Australian counterparts. ______________________________________________ SPONSORS
Rollercoaster of emotions this week as we start on a sombre note with a minute silence for the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, before almost immediately launching into a discussion whether it was too soon to make jokes about it and why on earth did the Premier League postpone their games over the weekend. Then it's full steam ahead with over an hour of just yarns of Kush's month long American holiday, including the highs, the lows and an aggressively long amount of time spent on the food he ate. Enjoy! ___________________________________________________ SPONSORS
Like Jesus last week, Kushagra rises following his battle with Swine Flu to join us. This time, however, it's Rohit who's missing as the man is in regional Australia, campaigning for One Nation ahead of the 2022 Federal Election. In his place, we have found a certified love expert, Christina, who is here to help our listeners and answer any questions they have regarding relationships. “Finish the Lyric'' rears its ugly head once again in its annual contractually obliged appearance. Luckily, resident music connoisseurs Kush and Sen are on hand to absolutely smash this game out of the park! Finally, the much anticipated expert edition of “Unsolicited, Unqualified and Uncomfortable.” After listening to 4 idiots provide their unfounded opinions on relationships for the past few years, we have listened and brought in someone who actually knows what they're talking about - Christina. With Christina's help, we tackle some listener submitted questions and conundrums. Also this week: Astrology girls, pushin p and Coachella Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Finish the Lyric: A game where you finish the lyric. Unsolicited, Unqualified and Uncomfortable: Having relationship issues or need some advice regarding your relationship? Well, who better to give advice than some very single blokes. ___________________________________________________ SPONSORS
Moderately sized episode this week with Kushagra out with a mysterious illness that looks and sounds like Covid but isn't, whilst Ro and Sen are back from galavanting around Melbourne and are full of yarns. This week is all about comebacks from Jesus to Ro's magnificent display at the casino, we have it all. This episode was recorded on Good Friday and to commemorate this auspicious day, Sen quizzes the resident Christians Ro and Migs on their Easter knowledge with the “Easter Quiz.” “AnswerReddit” is back this week after a long hiatus. We take an interesting twist on the segment as we instead read and comment on posts from r/AITA as we discuss if anonymous redditors are assholes or not. Also this week: Electric scooters, friendly offers at the club and the price of silver. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Easter Quiz: To celebrate the second coming of Christ, the boys are quizzed on their Easter knowledge. This week's episode is dedicated to the fans. Few weeks back we put a poll up on the TCB Appreciation Society, asking fans which segments they wanted to see. Many of you voted and this week we bring to you an episode as decided by the fans. Before we get into it, Sen has overcome his IT issues, potentially starting a race war in the process. After 2 weeks in the wilderness, he comes back with a rant about hobby Instagram accounts and, in particular, dog Instagram accounts. Kush also revisits last week's incident featuring Miguel and his TikTok's as we will soon be bidding farewell to Miguel as he embarks on his TikTok solo journey. Our game this week, as many of you wanted, is “Bullslut.” This week the boys are tested on their geographical skills, etymological skills, knowledge of holiday's, culinary knowledge amongst other things. This is a game of intelligence, skill, bluffing and strategy - attributes none of us really have. A concerning number of you also wanted an update on Kush's learner's license logbook on "Logbook Watch" so here it is. How many kilometres has Kushagra driven in the two years since we've done this segment? How many hours has Kushagra logged in the various lockdowns that has happened since? Tune in to find out. By far the most popular segment choice is the ever reliable “TCB Debate.” This week's debate topics see Rohit's research extend only as far as Spotify, Miguel quotes his favourite artist and Kush makes a startling confession. Also this week: day drinking, all spice, Uzbekistan, xylophones and Blade Runner. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Bullslut: Thought writing 3 essays in 2 hours was hard? Try naming 20 European countries in 30 seconds. This is the game where, in 30 seconds, the boys try to name as many things as they can - all within a category chosen by the host. Logbook Watch: Join us as we document Kushagra's painstaking journey to attaining a drivers licence. Listen as Kushagra recounts every kilometre he drives across this vast, beautiful continent of ours. Be amazed as Kushagra takes us on this physical, metaphysical and spiritual journey, where he discovers foreign new places, interesting people and creates a lifetime of cherished memories. TCB Debate: Inspired by the Presidential debates, the boys decide to argue like old men without the interrupting. ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
Sydney is still in lockdown, which means the boys can't meet in person (thank god), but that also means we are still recording remotely. This week we feel the wrath of remote recording as we fall victim to Rohit's John Howard-era dial-up internet. After trying to record with that man on a 30 second delay, we gave up and decided to just record without him. In true cowardly fashion, we spend the first 10 minutes of this week's episode slamming Rohit behind his back, before we rant about other buffoons we'd seen on social media skirting lockdown protocols. The “Best Friend Check” is back for 2021! For our new listeners, this is a game to see who the real friends are at Critical Banter. For the next 4 weeks each host will test the other 3 on how well they know them. To kick us off, Kushagra is in the hot seat this week and puts the boys through their paces - can they do better than last year's abysmal effort? This week ends with the always popular “Cuck or Be Cucked.” In this edition, Miguel shares 2 cuckings from his week: a work-based professional cucking and more wholesome cucking. Sen also presents a bizarre cucking that occurred during the week which typically descends into wang chat. Also this week: Dial-Up internet, Lockdown laws, AJ Tracey, Craig Ferguson and navy seals. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Best Friend Check: The boys test each other on their friendship and try to expose how little they actually know about each other. Cuck or Be Cucked: Have you or your loved one been alpha'd recently? In this segment the boys give you tips on how to alpha those who have alpha'd you. ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
Kushagra Jain talks to us about Sports Law and sports law in India. You may get in touch with him via Linkedin or Instagram.
Kushagra joins us this week, taking a break from his rigorous preparations ahead of the Tokyo 2021 Olympics. Upon his return, he ponders a philosophical question regarding our musical taste - lyrics or beat. We then have a crypto update, before in true podcast fashion, and what is quickly becoming a recurring trope, we have a strange bathroom story, this time featuring Sen. Finally, we delve into Rohit's birthday extravaganza. Strap in as we take you through, not one, not two, but three (attempted) surprise birthday events on the same day, with the same group of friends, for one very ungrateful knob. We live in the digital age, the TikTok generation, with shortened attention spans and limited disposable income. Ad campaigns these days are short and snappy and mostly forgettable. This week's game, “Know Your Brand,” tests the boys' knowledge of classic Australian ads and brand slogans. This game really just shows who watched too much TV as a kid. The always popular TCB Debate is back this week, as we cover a wide range of issues. We begin with Rohit and Miguel spicing it up with some casual fat shaming, Miguel and Kush then take aim at short people, before finally Rohit and Kush bring us home with some choice words to Anti-Vaxxers. Also this week: Urinal etiquette, bubble soccer, Burger King and silver back gorillas. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Know Your Brand: The boys are tested on their knowledge of brand slogans and famous ad campaigns. TCB Debate: Inspired by the Presidential debates, the boys decide to argue like old men without the interrupting. ___________________________________________________ SPONSORS
The lads need your help this week as we delve into the murky world of cryptocurrency. Kushagra has been summoned to broker peace between Israel and Palestine and in his absence the boys decide to take the next logical step in their podcasting career - creating their own cryptocurrency. What could go wrong? Sen then gives an update to Australia's mice pandemic and PETA's useless advice. New game this week as Sen tests Miguel and Rohit's BS detector with a segment called “Fact or Fiction.” The boys are given statements that sound too good to be true and must decide which are in fact true and which are fiction. Finally we end with a new segment “Shark Wank,” a spin-off of the popular tv show “Shark Tank.” Here the boys take already invented objects, albeit useless inventions, and decide if they should steal these ideas and how to enhance them. Also this week: CavCoin, rat stabbing, pineapples and hobo sleeping bags. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Fact or Fiction: In this era of fake news, the boys try to decipher if the outrageous statements presented to them are true or not. Shark Wank: Why create your own inventions when you can simply take already failed inventions and look to improve them slightly for your own gain? ___________________________________________________ SPONSORS

We are edging closer to Episode 100 as well as edging just in general. Kushagra is not here this week as he has been cryogenically frozen in anticipation for our 100th episode extravaganza. But before then, we have to get through Episode 98, which begins like many other episodes, with a discussion about consent. This time it's consent regarding calling people while peeing (wang in hand and all). Definitely one of the more nicher consents to consider. Also, Covid almost a myth in Sydney, clubs have reopened and Miguel recounts his jarring experience re-entering the clubbing scene after over a year in retirement. Our new game this week is “This or That.” Pretty simple game where Sen asks Rohit and Miguel a question and offers them two options, to which they must decide if they answer is this or that. This week's edition involves Betty White, Nintendo, Taylor Swift and the Chicago Cubs amongst many other things. We bring back “Delete This” to end the episode this week. To jog your memory, in this segment, we embrace our inner Gen Zers and discuss various places, people or things we believe should be cancelled. This week it's various Instagram trends, vodka cruisers and a tunnel in Sydney. Also this week: Urine etiquette, racist clubs, Gru, how tall are buildings and Northconnex. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. This or That: Fun little game where the boys are asked a question and given two options and must decide if it's this or that. Delete This: In honour of the modern day cancel culture, the boys discuss what other events, places, people or trends should be cancelled. ___________________________________________________ SPONSORS
The world was in shock this week as an unprecedented, sudden event swept the world's interest. Yes that's right, Kushagra has shown up 2 weeks in a row. We're just as confused as you are. To mark this momentous occasion, Kush starts with sucking up to the NSW Government and the metro before Rohit launches into by far the nichest rant we've had: tier listing carbs. After discussing carbs for far too long, we ramble about surprise birthdays and come to a common consensus that surprise birthdays suck. Next we bring back the always popular “Bullslut,” with this week's edition featuring a wide range of topics such as African countries, cocktails, famous painters and McDonalds menu items. Kush once again shows he is terrible at this game. Finally we end with “Mind Your Manners,” where we analyse some everyday scenarios and the etiquette surrounding them. This week's scenarios include an awkward birthday, hitchhiker issues, consent and terrible housewarming hosts. Also this week: Overrated carbs, Gladys, Deshawn, forgetful friends and Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs (again). Mind Your Manners: The boys discuss the dos and don'ts and correct etiquette to help you out of your next awkward social scenario. ___________________________________________________ SPONSORS
Kushagra is back this week after helping dislodge the ship in the Suez Canal. Episode 95 of the Critical Banter Podcast begins with a discussion about pets, with a few notable updates. Rohit has finally gained legal ownership, ending a meaningless 9 month Mexican standoff with the previous owner. In other pet news, self proclaimed dog hater Miguel also got his own new puppy Dmitri (name still pending) - follow Miguel on Instagram for dog related content. Finally, to celebrate the coming and going of April Fool's Day, we reminisce about past pranks that we have seen/heard. The game this week is “Language Loop,” where famous movie quotes are translated through Google translate to multiple languages and the boys must guess the original quote and movie. This week, the quotes are translated to English - Spanish - Serbian - Afrikaans - English. Another new segment this week with “Analyse and Evaluate”, where the boys are given obscure and rather nonsensical music lyrics and are asked to derive their own meaning of these lyrics. The lads tackle The Killers, Bruno Mars, the Black Eyed Peas and modern philosopher Hilary Duff amongst others. Also this week: Romanian 3rd Division Football, Saddam Hussein, The Passion of Christ, Archimedes and Craig. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Language Loop: Famous movie quotes are put through the ringer in Google translate, converted into multiple languages and the boys have to guess the original quote. Analyse and Evaluate: The boys dig deep and try to discover the true meaning to nonsensical musical lyrics. ___________________________________________________ SPONSORS
Big week of comebacks as Kushagra returns, TCB Debate returns and my dad returns. Kushagra opens the episode with one of his trademark rants about something inconsequential - this time it's religious education. Rohit then discusses his favourite past time and apparent schoolyard epidemic, vaping. We discuss other school trends that we've witnessed and experienced, with the usual suspects of Yu-Gi-Oh, Pokémon and Tazos being tossed up. We also mention using TAFE accounts and teacher accounts to illegally access restricted websites while at school. St. Patrick's Day was last week, so the Critical Banter boys celebrate in the least Irish way possible - by having a completely sober quiz about Ireland. Sen tests the lads knowledge on all things Ireland, including Irish society, culture, celebrities and even tricky Irish names. Most disturbingly, we discover that Kushagra is in desperate need of Geography lessons. TCB Debate is back and this week we cover a whole range of topics. We begin as Kushagra and Rohit go back and forth on the pros and cons of the Purge, then Kushagra goes on a passionate rant about Genesis 2:24 as Miguel decides not to get cancelled, before we end with some slam poetry from Rohit that would put Jonah Hill to shame. Also this week: Primary school Godfathers, Qui Gon-Jinn, vehicle prostitution and Bible verses. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Luck of the Irish: To celebrate St. Patrick's Day, the boys partake in a quiz all about Ireland. TCB Debate: Inspired by the Presidential debates, the boys decide to argue like old men without the interrupting. ___________________________________________________ SPONSORS
We have somehow reached Episode 91 of The Critical Banter Podcast - we're just as shocked as you to discover we've done this 91 times. Just 9 more weeks until the big 100. What do we have planned? Not even we know. Until then, welcome back to another episode, Kushagra is not with us this week as he is load managing (2nd of 5 weeks). We begin with a discourse on useless/fake degrees, spurred by Rohit's midweek discovery of the “Bachelor of Planning” degree. We then discovered that a “Energy Orgasm” retreat was going to take place in Bali, and we weren't invited. We also learn what “Energy Orgasms” are. As we near the end of the “Back to School” quizzes, we tackle everyone's favourite free period, religious (Christian) education. This week Sen tests Miguel and Rohit's knowledge of the world's, both real and fictional, religions - spanning from Catholicism to Pastafarianism and everything in between. We end this week with the classic, “Cuck or Be Cucked,” where we analyse situations where someone has been alpha'd and how they can recover from such alphaing. This week we discuss gym alphas, being swindled by Hungry Jacks before we hear what could possibly be the best and most dominant alphaing involving a jacket. Also this week: Geology, sex addicts, Jedism, Scientology, Big Jack and roid rage. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Back to School: To celebrate the beginning of a new academic year, the boys are put through their paces to determine if they still remember anything they were taught in high school. Cuck or Be Cucked: Have you or your loved one been alpha'd recently? In this segment the boys give you tips on how to alpha those who have alpha'd you. ___________________________________________________ SPONSORS

TCB is back again this week and much like Pfizer's coronavirus vaccine, we are 95% effective at talking about nothing. Kushagra's gone walkabout this week, preparing for his cameo on this season's “Dancing with the Stars.” In his absence, Rohit begins with a rogue discussion on our collective phobias, before we applaud the triumphant return of Schapelle Corby into the Australian psyche. We end with a brief eulogy to the humble mullet, after it has been banned at yet another private school. There is light at the end of the “Back to School” quiz tunnel, as this week we tackle Society and Culture (yes, this is a real subject). More specifically, Sen tests Rohit and Miguel's knowledge on the Amish and on Buddhism. We end this week with a new segment Hackerman, whereby we read out and analyse some of the more unethical life hacks we've come across. This week we discuss petty vandalism, minor assault, narcolepsy, gift card fraud and coal as a viable fuel source. Also this week: Trypophobia, tango, Apple Chapel and eternal happiness. Hackerman: At TCB we are committed to helping you find the shortcuts in life. More often than not, the advice we give is immoral and unconscionable. This segment is full of that advice. ___________________________________________________ SPONSORS
Kushagra joins us in this episode discussing the importance of self-reflection and introspection. We try to understand why it is essential to know yourself before taking any significant decisions. Hold the press, Kushagra actually joins us this week, fresh from receiving the Pfizer coronavirus vaccine. Despite him suddenly developing a third eye, Kush is still very much the same as he immediately launches into one of his trademark, largely unhinged and rather unprovoked, rants on cyclists. Rohit then divulges an epiphany he had during the week about his apparent lack of fine motor skills and wonders when he will learn “dad dick energy.” The “Back to School” quizzes continue and this week is all about English. Sen tests all the boys' knowledge of texts they (should've) studied in high school as well as an investigation into the conventions of literary techniques. To end this week, we introduce a new segment, “Urban Legends,” where we discuss some of the more supernatural myths and folklore. This week we begin with a discussion on two local urban legends, Picton Tunnel and the Wakehurst Parkway, before Kushagra shares his own spooky experience. Also this week: Facebook, pathetic fallacy, Rick Deckard, invisible ink and Ghostbusters. Urban Legends: From Bloody Mary to Slenderman, in this segment we explore and discuss some of the spookiest urban legends. ___________________________________________________ SPONSORS
Kushagra is still not with us, as he's currently in talks to replace Jeff Bezos as Amazon's CEO. In his absence, we begin this week with one of Rohit's favourite topics, the notion of individual glory vs team success. We discuss whether we prefer to achieve individual success but the team loses or fail miserably but at least the team wins. There are differing opinions, but we all know which Rohit would prefer. We then explore the possibility of Google leaving Australian shores with the prospect of using Bing, Yahoo or AskJeeves as alternatives. We also ponder whether we would be happy to pay for a subscription service to Google and Google products. The “Back to School” quizzes continue and this week due to popular demand (Miguel), we have the maths quiz. Little surprise to see who wins the maths quiz between Miguel and Rohit, but nonetheless the boys are put through their paces with this quiz. Finally this week, we introduce a new segment, “Squeeze Every Penny,” where we discuss the most heinous acts of stinginess. This week we explore individuals with lavish apartments but no furniture, before Rohit recounts his experience of a stinge at the supermarket deli. Also this week: AskJeeves, Pythagoras, trigonometry, precious ice-cream and ham. Squeeze Every Penny: In this segment we dob in the most stingiest individuals we have encountered. ___________________________________________________ SPONSORS
Massive week this week, as Kushagra is currently on suicide watch after putting his life savings in GME. Unfortunately for him, the ASX listed GME has very little to do with the American game store chain, meaning Kushagra is currently on the run from loan sharks and is unable to join us this week. We begin with a moral discussion, as we hear the tale of a foolish individual who returned an extra mattress that had been delivered to them mistakenly. After we all very quickly realised this isn't much of a moral dilemma, we dive deep into the biggest news story of the week, Gamestop. Many news outlets have discussed and analysed this modern day Robin Hood to death, but now three idiots with little to no financial acumen decide to give their two cents on this David vs Goliath battle. To coincide with the return of school, Sen has decided to test the boys' knowledge of things they should've learned in high school, in a series of quizzes we're creatively calling “Back to School.” In the second “Back to School” quiz, the boys are tested on their history knowledge. Finally this week, we revisit #AskTCB, answering listener questions which have been sent in via Instagram, YouTube and the TCB Appreciation Society. This week's debaucherous questions involve dick pics, cannibalism, high school, relationship breakdowns and racism. Also this week: Stonks, JFK, Marco Polo, wangs and casual racism vs full time racism. #AskTCB: Listeners write in, the boys try their best to answer their questions. ___________________________________________________ SPONSORS
Another big week of news in the world and here is Critical Banter to cover absolutely none of it. Kushagra is off on walkabout this week, leaving Miguel, Rohit and Sen to their own devices. Rohit begins with yet another wallet update, this time providing us with a glimmer of hope. After hearing the magic wallet story, we discuss Trump's pardons, Bernard Tomic's missus and duck hunting. It's late January, which means millions of school kids around Australia will begrudgingly head back to school (or zoom) this week. To celebrate the return of school, Sen tests the boys' knowledge of things they should've learned in high school, in a series of quizzes we're creatively calling “Back to School.” In this week's first “Back to School” quiz, the boys are tested on their geography skills. Finally this week, we once again the outcasts and weirdos of society in “Don in a Rare Unit.” This week we have some doozy's, as we hear about rare behaviour from old cobbas at the gym, PDA and emancipation through murder. Also this week: Parramatta, King Kyrgios, Dwayne Johnson, leaking arseholes and samurai swords. Dob in a Rare Unit: Are you a rare unit? Is your family full of rare units? Are your mates rare units? Is your boyfriend/girlfriend/spouse a rare unit? If so, write into us and let us know the rarest thing they've done. ___________________________________________________ SPONSORS
We're absolutely rolling through January, so here is another episode of Critical Banter to help you through your work week. Kushagra is not here this week, as he's on a diplomatic pilgrimage to the US, to attend Joe Biden's inauguration. In his absence, the boys begin with a discussion on yet another example of Rohit idly standing by as someone is put into a dangerous scenario. After hearing about Rohit watching someone almost drown, we then discuss the name change of Australia's most racist cheese before delving into a pumpkin and watermelon festival in northern NSW. We introduce a new game this week called, “Guess the Brand,” which is as simple as it sounds where Sen gives Miguel and Rohit clues relating to a brand and they must try and guess the brand. This week's edition features Japanese car makers, energy drinks, tech giants and the colonels nectar. Finally this week, after almost a year in the wilderness, we bring back “Overrated/Underrated.” Rohit cancels fishing, Sen rants about bright headlights and has an epiphany about water and Miguel slams the McRib. Also this week: Bystanders, pumpkins, pingers, kiddy fiddlers and the McRib. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Guess the Brand: The boys are given 3 clues describing a very well known brand and must use these clues to guess the brand. Overrated/Underrated: This segment is as simple as it sounds; the boys give their opinions on what they think is overrated in the world and what they think is underrated. _________________________________________________ SPONSORS
Many people have asked for it, and man-of-the-people Kushagra has delivered, gracing us with his presence for the first time in 2021. We begin this week as Kushagra fills us in with his whereabouts for the past 6 weeks, including tales of positive results, government building raids, and cock fighting training camps. We then reminisce about Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon cards where we discover Kushagra's signature scam, Rohit's card mafia and Miguel reveals a special Charizard. New game “Lost the Plot” this week where Sen reads out poorly written movie plots and the boys have to guess what the movie is. Resident cinephile, Kushagra, is the man to beat. Finally this week we bring back the always controversial “Compare and Contrast.” On the chopping block this week are Australian chocolate. To absolutely no one's surprise this segment descends into chaos, anarchy and controversy very quickly, as friendships are strained and tested. In the end, we were left divided as half the boys thought the list was quite accurate while the other half thought it was radical to say the least. Also this week: US Capitol, Pawn Stars, Jack and Jill and Dentist appointments. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Lost the Plot: A simple game where the boys have to guess the movie based on a poorly written plot description. Compare and Contrast: Named in honour of our favourite HSC English essay questions, the boys debate the most pressing issues in society and attempt to agree on a ranked tier list, which may end up in broken friendships and definitely will end up being wrong. ___________________________________________________ SPONSORS
TCB is back for 2021 in style. Kushagra is off in the US, campaigning in the Georgia runoff election, but rest assured he will be back next week. We start this week as we ended 2020, with an unprecedented update to the Rohit Wallet saga. Just when we thought this epic tale had come to an end, we discover this plot has thickened, now featuring an actual act of identity theft. We also discuss Michael Jackson's house and Russia's Covid shenanigans. Next up this week we bring back “I want to be a Billionaire,” which is definitely not the same as that quiz show everyone knows and loves. This week Rohit tests Miguel and Sen's knowledge of musty facts and questions. We end this week with a new segment “Review the Review.” After coming across some genuinely outstanding reviews and some absolute stinkers, they boys have decided to start reviewing reviews from the internet, providing feedback and an overall rating for the review. For this inaugural edition of this segment, we review reviews from Australia's leading adult sex toy website. Also this week: IPhones, euthanasia, NFL, Macbeth and dildos. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. I Want to be a Billionaire: In no way affiliated with “Who wants to be a Millionaire?” but very much works in the same way. Review the Review: Tired of reading average reviews? Well, so are we, in this segment we review and critique reviews we've seen across the internet. ___________________________________________________ SPONSORS
It's starting to feel a lot like Christmas, as the bells start jingling, the mall Santa's put their fake beards on and the reindeer start warming up. We've somehow reached December of this godforsaken year and the boys decide to celebrate the holiday season by getting a bit silly and festive. Kushagra was in Adelaide during the week, busy opening the batting for India, so it was just Miguel, Rohit and Sen. After testing the dynamics of a drunk podcast, Rohit then tells the boys about a peculiar power move before Sen delves into a 10 minute discussion on cock fighting. This week's game is “Finish the Lyric,” with an added Christmas twist. This week Rohit and Sen try and guess famous Christmas songs. We end this week with the much anticipated finale of the Pepper Press in “Banter Reviews.” After Rohit took a 1-0 lead in the Pepper Press last week, Sen reveals the ultimate winner of the 6 month fitness competition between Miguel and Rohit - where the loser has to eat Australia's hottest chilli sauce. The results will SHOCK you. Also this week: Ballsacks, World Slasher Cup, John Lennon and impromptu debating. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Finish the Lyric: A game where you finish the lyric. Banter Reviews: The boys “review” things and give them obviously logical ratings, to be honest we're not even sure how this segment works. ___________________________________________________ SPONSORS
Kushagra has a covid scare midweek, forcing him out of the league fixture on the weekend, meaning he is missing for a second consecutive week. This week starts with a much anticipated (and much needed) update to the Pepper Press as Rohit and Miguel reflect over the past 6 months. One of the boys is given a point for one of the categories with the other 4 categories and the ultimate winner to be announced in next week's episode. We then discuss breakdancing at the olympics and whether it constitutes as a sport before we brainstorm other potential olympic sports. “The Spelling Bee” is back this week, and as per usual the boys are asked to spell the most outrageous and niche words Rohit could find on Urban Dictionary. This week's words prove to be the most difficult yet, as both Miguel and Sen struggle more than usual and in the end, everyone is a loser (including you the listener). Finally, we end with “Unsolicited, Unqualified and Uncomfortable,” where we answer fan submitted questions, including a rather urgent request, which we answer (3 months late - whoops). This week we help a man choose between two girls, we help another man choose between golf and a girl, we help another man get a girl and finally help a man girl or not to girl. Simple. Also this week: Body scanning, Whaling, pwning, golf and smashing birds. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Urban Spelling Bee: In this segment, the boys do their best impression of Indian American teenagers as they guess the spelling of Urban Dictionary words. Unsolicited, Unqualified and Uncomfortable: Having relationship issues or need some advice regarding your relationship? Well, who better to give advice than four very single blokes. ___________________________________________________ SPONSORS
When life was giving Sanjay a really hard time, his conversation with the happy-go-lucky ‘Driver Bhayiya' worked wonders. And Kushagra Mishra tells us this beautiful tale in his own style.
Kushagra is back from his week-long Bunga Bunga Party, just in time to join us for a very momentous episode. This week marks our very first episode to be filmed and uploaded to YouTube. That's right, from this week, you'll now have the privilege to both hear, and see us, as we record our episodes. Be sure to check out our YouTube channel 'Critical Banter' (link below) for future episodes and exclusive YouTube content such as challenges, pranks and classic Bollywood covers. This week, we discuss Black Friday, good deals, the Utah desert and elaborate pranks. “Usernames” makes a comeback this week. Miguel offers up some easier words this time, yet the boys continue to be terrible at this game. We end this week's episode with the return of, “Not All Heroes,” where we recount epic tales of unlikely heroes and individuals who have had to step up to the plate in a time of need. In this edition, the boys discuss covid restriction skirting shenanigans by some high school boys, before Miguel tries to spin a story of kidnap and grievous bodily harm as heroic. Much like last time, neither stories contain any actual heroes. Also this week: Broccoli, The Fifth Element, Jordan, Love is Love and Wedding Tackle. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Usernames: In this game, the boys are given one word clues which they must use to guess another word the host is thinking of. Not All Heroes: In this segment we pay tribute to the average Joes and true blue everyday battlers who stepped up when needed. ___________________________________________________ SPONSORS
Kushagra is a no show for this week, presumably out celebrating South Dakota recently legalising marijuana, but alas the show must go on. We begin this week with a story about first dates, leading to an in depth discussion about the etiquette of first dates and the do's and don'ts. We then discuss the rebranding of Red Skins and Chicos as we revisit one of our favourite topics; racist food names. “Would You Rather” makes an appearance this week as we answer questions sent in via Instagram and from the TCB Appreciation Society. This week's “Would You Rather” questions feature many existential crises, bowel issues, rice purity, hiccups and other similarly themed debauchery. We end this week with an old classic in “Out of Touch.” As we have proven time and time again on this podcast, the boys are very out of touch with the common person and this week reinforces that very notion. This week the boys discuss grocery shopping, dental upgrades, returning gifts, restaurant etiquette, ice-cream and nice houses. Also this week: Ted Bundy, Tourettes, Beastiality, Incest and Louis Vuitton. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Would You Rather: The boys are presented with hypothetical questions and have to choose which option they'd rather. Out of Touch: The boys discuss their own, or someone else's, opinions or views which could be considered to be out of touch with the common person. ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
This was a big week for the world, and this podcast, as Kushagra joins Miguel, Rohit and Sen to dissect the most pivotal events from the week (from a betting perspective). We start with another Rohit wallet update as the saga of the world's most nonchalant robbery seemingly continues. We then discuss the US election, Melbourne Cup, State of Origin and of course, gambling. The ever popular “What is the Question?” is back this week as we are a bit low on content. This week's edition of “What is the Question?” starts somewhat normally before the wheels fall off very quickly and the segment descends into utter chaos. The biggest takeaway from this segment is Kushagra not comprehending what a light year is. This week's last segment is a new one, “Grey Areas.” In this segment the boys discuss some actions/behaviours/scenarios which could be deemed to be morally ambiguous. We analyse these grey areas and hope to shed some light and remove any doubts over the morality. This segment is really just a facade to excuse the boys questionable views and behaviour. Also this week: Donald Trump, No Nut November, Jehovah's Witness and Sandpapergate. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. What is the Question: The boys are presented with an answer and they have to guess what the question is - the most humorous answer wins. Grey Areas: The boys discuss and breakdown some morally ambiguous actions and scenarios and decide if they are conscionable or not. ___________________________________________________ VOTE FOR US: Click the linkand search for 'The Critical Banter Podcast' to vote for us for Listeners' Choice at the Australian Podcast Awards 2020!
Kushagra is back this week for this spooky edition of the podcast. We begin this week with Rohit updating us on his ongoing battle with the man actively stealing his identity. The obvious conclusion we come to is, Rohit taking justice into his own hands and becoming a vigilante. We then get into the halloween spirit as we discuss the nuances of halloween and trick-or-treating. We also discuss other fictional things such as Jesus, Biden winning the election, animal cruelty and Unicorns. #AskTCB is back this week as we've run out of content. We cast the net far and wide over Instagram and the TCB Appreciation Society and sourced the best questions and answered them on this week's edition. This week we answer questions about life or death situations, ravioli, Eminem, personal stories from the boys and questions about the podcast. Finally, we end with a new segment “Where Are They Now?” where we discuss and reminisce about cult heroes from our past and wonder what has happened to them. This week we ponder the fate of our second favourite Australian drug smuggler and our second favourite fictional clown. Also this week: Indian Batman, Trump2020, Dildo's, Unconditional Love and Ronald McDonald Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. #AskTCB: Listeners write in, the boys try their best to answer their questions. Where Are They Now?: Boys take a trip down memory lane as they reminisce about past cult heroes. ___________________________________________________ SPONSORS
Weirdly sexual episode of the pod this week, as Rohit goes out of his way to make his daddy fetish known. Kushagra fortunately misses out on this sensual experience as we begin this week with a tale of tragedy. Rohit was a victim of a petty crime by an opportunistic criminal and he decides to take justice into his own hands and seek vengeance. After which, he'll change his name and identity and move to Bankstown for the rest of his days. We then talk about blatant corruption in Australia Post, retail and in the HSC. “Would You Rather” is back this week as we answer questions sent in via our Instagram and questions sourced from the TCB Appreciation Society (link to join below!). This week's would you rather questions feature the tax implications of selling cocaine, airfare conundrums, our fathers and mothers, having extra limbs and dropkicking babies. We introduce a new segment this week, “Fight or Flight,” where the boys are faced with hypothetical situations in which they must either fight or flight. This week's scenarios see the boys taking on all 5 members of The Wiggles, trying their luck against a Polynesian bouncer, going toe to toe with Mike Tyson and others. Also this week: Interrogating Children, Cartier Watches, Punter & Andy and The Big Red Car. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Would You Rather: The boys are presented with hypothetical questions and have to choose which option they'd rather. Fight or Flight: The boys are given a hypothetical life or death scenario and they must choose if they would fight or flight. If they choose to fight, they must explain their fighting strategy. ___________________________________________________ SPONSORS
People will tell You the things Not To Do That They Couldn't Do. By Tanvi Hingankar
Dr kushagra is one of my closed friend and a good communicator who gives some special ideas regarding how to be a good communicator. I hope u all like it.
Big week for the boys at TCB as we finally test out the cone theory, with surprising results, not to mention Kushagra also graces us with his presence. This week we begin with a quick recap and exclusive sneak peek at our coning adventures (be sure to also check out the full video on YouTube). We also get a story about a potential Karen and a small yappy dog and how to carry out revenge against terrible dog owners. New game this week as all the talk about psychos in the previous episode led Sen down a strange internet rabbit hole. As a result, the boys this week must guess if the Myers-Briggs personality type presented to them belongs to a certified psycho or to a functioning member of society, in a game we're calling “Psycho or Samaritan.” Finally this week, another new segment as the boys delve deep into each other's psyche by answering some simple “Most Likely To” questions. Some questions prove to be straightforward to answer, whilst others cause division as tensions flare in this edition. Also this week: Bus hooligans, Hot Wheels, Mother Theresa, Cuban Military Bases and Fanfic. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Psycho or Samaritan: The boys are given one of the MBTI personality traits and have to decide if this is the personality of a prominent psycho or everyday Samaritan. Most Likely To: The boys answer listener provided “Most Likely To” questions as we discover what the boys really think of each other. ___________________________________________________ SPONSORS
This week we welcome on board our new sponsors (and very good friends) at MANSCAPED. Kushagra, overcome with so much excitement, embarked on a 5 day bender and has not been seen since and as a result does not feature this week. Nevertheless, the other boys plow on and this week we begin with stories of being stuck, whether it be in the sand, in a cave or in a washing machine with your step-brother playing hide the zucchini. We also discuss a big week in sport and the records that were equalled with the boys coming to the conclusion that Rafael Nadal is incredibly overrated. “Answer Reddit” is back this week after a long hiatus. On this week's edition we discuss psycho's, nosey neighbours, terrible birthday gifts and a subtle, yet nuanced, discussion about conjoined twins (for the 50th time). We end this week with a new segment, “TCB Debate,” with the boys deciding that the world was finally ready to listen to us argue over inane topics. This week's debate topics see Miguel choose to not get hit by a Toyota Hilux, Sen's been watching too much “Drive to Survive” and Rohit finally makes a good joke. Also this week: Bubble Soccer, Terrorists, Hillsong, Go Karting and Ibrahimovic. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Answer Reddit: Content creation is simple when you read questions off https://l.messenger.com/l.php?u=https%3A%2F%2Freddit.com%2Fr%2FAskReddit&h=AT3GcnDCbeWROds5WWDBq66TLZyTnHiHOqa2wcS80yvnIhnfp6wYjFMMkL0knsNwrdSpNxhZkAuV2J3IxGnazrvEUuLl-i--X-RZt__uh3scN9qC76ZbxTef8KvHXVNO7LNjYg (r/AskReddit). TCB Debate: Inspired by the Presidential debates, the boys decide to argue like old men without the interrupting. ___________________________________________________ SPONSORS
This week we reach a very important milestone in both the podcast history and in our own personal lives. That's right, we've reached Episode 69. Kushagra, however, is again in mourning this week as our glorious leader, President Donald J Trump tests positive for coronavirus, which we discuss in great detail. We also hear Rohit and Miguel's driving adventures before Sen recounts his run in with a rare Uber driver. The always successful “Finish the Lyric” is back this week, despite both Rohit and Sen being abysmal at this game. This week the boys finish the lyric to iconic, lyrically complex songs from the 2010's such as “Better Now,” “Someone You Loved” and “What Does the Fox Say?” We end this week with an old classic in Out of Touch. As previously established on this podcast, the boys are very out of touch with the common man and this week's edition is no different. This week the boys discuss haircut frequency and prices and what's the best Apple device to view your pay tv subscription on? Also this week: Facebook Fan Page, Traffic Cones, Flexing Taxes, Ed Sheeran and Foxtel. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Finish the Lyric: A game where you finish the lyric. Out of Touch: The boys discuss their own, or someone else's, opinions or views which could be considered to be out of touch with the common person. ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
Kushagra is in mourning this week after discovering Schoolies had been cancelled for 2020 - he is currently on the Gold Coast partying with other Toolies. Despite this tragic setback, the rest of the boys have picked up the slack in this week's episode. We start with an update from our friend Jack from last week, before critically analysing the trials and tribulations of the Triwizard Shorenament. Sack whacking, turkey slapping, wet willying and cupcaking sound like a regular Tuesday night for the Critical Banter boys, but for the lads at Shore it was a matter of life and death in the Triwizard Shorenament. Other challenges included public nudity, public defecation and eating a live small animal (i.e. duck/wombat/alpaca). We also recount other famous muck up day stories and more recent muck up day examples. “The Spelling Bee” is back this week, and as per usual the boys are asked to spell the most outrageous and niche words Rohit could find on Urban Dictionary. This week's words are as strange as ever, as both Miguel and Sen struggle their way through this segment, with both boys failing this test. This week ends with the always popular “Cuck or Be Cucked.” In this edition, Rohit recounts his very own story of his cucking before we dive into a listener submitted cuck. Both cucks are of epic proportions, with one particular cuck being awarded the highest ever amount of cuckatoo's in this show's history. Also this week: Silly Salmon, Casual Racism, Mirai Nikki, Krispy Kreme and Table Tennis. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. The Spelling Bee: In this segment, the boys do their best impression of Indian American teenagers as they guess the spelling of Urban Dictionary words. Cuck or Be Cucked: Have you or your loved one been alpha'd recently? In this segment the boys give you tips on how to alpha those who have alpha'd you. ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
Kushagra, fresh from the Anti-Lockdown protests, joins us for this week's episode as we begin with a number of updates. We get an update from lovestruck Liam, who was featured in last week's episode, as well as an update on the great sauce debate, revealing the results from the midweek Instagram poll. Finally we end with an update from Eggboy, who's undertaken an ambitious rebranding to become Australia's Deepak Chopra, leading to a philosophical question - how does one become a motivational speaker? Literally nobody asked for it, but “Stockholm Syndrome” also makes a return, despite popular demand. This week the boys have to guess between IKEA products and Swedish NBA players. Needless to say, this segment will not be returning any time soon. Finally this week, we end with the old faithful, “Dob in a rare unit,” and this week the listeners have gone above and beyond, providing us with some truly rare specimens. We also get our first listener email, with this particular listener sending in an X-Ray as evidence. However, before we delve into the listener provided rare units, Sen dobs in one of the other boys for some incredibly odd behaviour. Also this week: Matchmaking, Slavery, Whiz Fizz, Waffle Stomping and Budweiser Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Stockholm Syndrome: This segment has nothing to do with actual Stockholm Syndrome, instead this is a game where the boys try to distinguish between IKEA products and NBA players. Dob in a Rare Unit: Are you a rare unit? Is your family full of rare units? Are your mates rare units? Is your boyfriend/girlfriend/spouse a rare unit? If so, write into us and let us know the rarest thing they've done. ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
Unlike your dad who went to the shop to get milk and never came back, The Critical Banter Podcast returns as promised - jam packed with classic tales of debauchery such as mild hiking and speeding fines. However, we are once again missing fan favourite Kushagra, whose disappearance suspiciously coincides with the public surfacing of the various charges held against his notorious moustache doppelganger Ron Jeremy - a coincidence we've been assured by his legal team. This week's episode kicks off with Rohit's fight for his life as he fights off wild flora to reach his holy land - a lookout fit for his meticulously managed Instagram feed. We finally hear an interesting exchange story from Miguel (not including his exam shenanigans of course) where his substance consuming mate enjoyed an unknown powder found on the sticky dancefloor of a dark student nightclub. “Law or Not” makes a triumphant return, as we cover a range of potentially fake laws from Canadian Artist quotas to the legalities of pockets on British women's garments. It wouldn't be a complete segment without shithousery, as Rohit fumbles the game and reuses previously covered laws. We end this week's episode with “Mind Your Manners”, analysing the awkward social situations you guys have sent in. In classic Critical Banter fashion, we visit the many intricacies of bathroom and urinal etiquette, including whether Sen was right to pee on the floor of an Airbnb in Phuket. Also this week: Racist brands and foods, Arabic Joe, concealed carry, speeding fines and dogging the boys. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Law or Not: The boys delve into some laws and determine what is real and what is not the law. Mind Your Manners: The boys discuss the dos and don'ts and correct etiquette to help you out of your next awkward social scenario. ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
The good times continue to roll on here at Critical Banter, as Kushagra is still missing this week, presumably too tired after his hotel quarantine security guard shifts. This week's episode begins with Sen's epic saga entailing his car, the NRMA and $500. We then revisit our 2 favourite topics: sauce and racist food names. “The Price is Right” also makes it's long awaited comeback this week, as we head to Gumtree Poland for this edition. This week the boys learn about the Polish Zloty, discuss Dora the Explorer and discover how much a bag in Warsaw costs. We end this week's episode with a new segment “Another Man's Treasure,” where we attempt to fix the sorry state of Australia reality television. This week we put forward a cheeky spin off of The Masked Singer, with 100% more anuses, as well as a more dicey version of The Bachelor. Also this week: Gypsies, Swiper No Swiping, Who Wants to be a Millionaire and Urethra. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. The Price is Right: This is definitely an original game that we have come up with. Rules are simple: guess the price of some questionable items on Gumtree to the nearest $10. Another Man's Treasure: We brainstorm ways to improve reality tv shows and even pitch our own show ideas. ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
In what seems to be a recurring theme with this podcast, this week we discuss yet another tyrannical rule and pay tribute to the Mongol sex deviant, Genghis Khan. The episode begins with Rohit trying to justify an act of petty theft (to no avail). Then the boys pray to their Bill Gates overlord as they discuss Tik Tok's looming and inevitable banning in the US before ending with a wholesome chat about sack whacking and anal fingering with Kushagra clarifying his personal stance on butt stuff. We bring back “I Want to be a Billionaire” which leads to increasingly niche questions which leaves the boys stumped. Finally we bring back a classic in “Unsolicited, Unqualified and Uncomfortable.” We get an update from Max last week before tackling some fan submissions which leads to some very sound and practical advice. Also this week: John Hopoate, Aries in retrograde, Lesbians and the Communist Manifesto. Unsolicited, Unqualified and Uncomfortable: Having relationship issues or need some advice regarding your relationship? Well, who better to give advice than four very single blokes. ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
The boys have been playing far too much Warzone as this week's episode is packed full of musty Call of Duty references. This week's episode begins with a risque chat about a certain cheese brand that shall not be named, as Sen and Rohit open themselves up for cancellation. We also talk about the sheer commercialisation of coronavirus where Rohit admits he almost spent $150 on a metal ball. We also get yet another, and almost weekly, rant from Kushagra - this week about useless subjects in high school. This week we also bring back the classic segment “Would You Rather.” No game of “Would You Rather” is complete without at least one penis question and ours is no different as we analyse the nuances of having a massive dong. The segment proves to be a rollercoaster of emotions as this podcast proves to be the only one in the world that can go from contemplating child molesters to suddenly becoming very introspective about reliving cherished memories or taking a glimpse into the future. Finally we end this week with a new segment, “Rip On or Rip Off,” which is really just an excuse for Rohit to complain about how expensive Korean BBQ is and is thus a Rip Off. Rohit passionately, and almost certainly offensively, explains his hatred of Korean BBQ, before we explore other concepts that we deem to be Rip Offs including paintball. Also this week: Coon compilation, Jesus indoctrination, penis analogies and Rambo. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Would You Rather: The boys are presented with hypothetical questions and have to choose which option they'd rather. Rip On or Rip Off: A segment where 4 cheapskates decide if certain ideas are a scam or not ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
This week we pay tribute to our brown brothers and sisters in America. No, we don't apply for Med School or join a bhangra team, instead we partake in the time honoured Indian tradition that is the Spelling Bee. As per usual however, we begin the episode with the Logue. This week we look at Victoria and how they've single handedly screwed, pardon the pun, the rest of the country over. We also look at how even 2 of the world's mightiest leaders have succumbed to the old rona. Rohit then recounts his epic battle with his high beam, which then leads to an incredibly niche, and almost savant-like, 5 minute rant from Kushagra as he lists his most hated features about certain software programs and, of course, his toaster. Next up, we play the aforementioned Spelling Bee, with a twist. Instead of spelling normal words, we attempt to spell words from Urban Dictionary, which goes as well as you can imagine. While we won't be winning any spelling bee's any time soon, we can at least now adequately describe Rohit's attraction to jellyfish. Finally we end with Mind Your Manners, where we analyse some corona scenarios and the etiquette surrounding them, “how long do you really need to wash your hands for?” Rohit also puts forward his awkward scenario and whilst we do outline the appropriate etiquette involved, the verdict is still the same: Rohit is a cheapskate. Also this week: Moey DW, Adobe Acrobat, Bropocalypse and Jellyfish fetishes. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. The Urban Spelling Bee: In this segment, the boys do their best impression of Indian American teenagers as they guess the spelling of Urban Dictionary words. Mind Your Manners: The boys discuss the dos and don'ts and correct etiquette to help you out of your next awkward social scenario. ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
This week we've got the entire gang again for a second consecutive week. Having all four members of this podcast on for back to back weeks is considered to be a modern day miracle for this podcast. We begin this week with some potentially devastating news for some members of this podcast as well as probably most of our listeners - the future of Tik Tok in Australia. We also discuss a potential Kanye 2020 Presidential run before Rohit exudes his usual rareness, this time with a story of him galavanting through Sydney's CBD with a chair. We then introduce a new game “Two Truths, One Lie,” an unsuccessful sequel to the seminal “Two Girls, One Cup.” In this game we learn some interesting and some very mundane facts about the boys as Kushagra inadvertently reveals a significant mental disorder. Finally we end with “Unsolicited, Unqualified and Uncomfortable,” because it has been far too long since we have given relationship advice on this podcast. This week we delve into privacy issues and how many times does it take to perfect a proposal? Also this week: Weird flexes, Dutch debt collectors and virtual concerts. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Two Truths, One Lie: The boys give the others 3 statements, 2 which are true and 1 which is a lie. The others must work out which one is the lie. Unsolicited, Unqualified and Uncomfortable: Having relationship issues or need some advice regarding your relationship? Well, who better to give advice than four very single blokes. ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
This week marks the much overdue moment long awaited by fans across the world, and it's not Liverpool winning the Premier League title, but rather Kushagra's back on the podcast. To mark his triumphant return, we discuss key issues ever present in the societal zeitgeist, such as whether it is appropriate to laugh at someone gagging over a Coronavirus test and what coffee brand George Clooney has shamelessly promoted over the years. This week also marks the return of the game that could single handedly cancel the podcast and individual careers of the boys, What is the Question. As Kush fumbles his role as Game Czar, unable to comprehend questions over 5 words in length, the boys needlessly provide more ammunition to get them in hot water such as questionable Covid-related humour, oddly specific personal attacks and casual racism. With the return of 2 fan favourites proving to be too much work for the boys, the episode ends with Answer Reddit. In what was meant to be a light-hearted discussion of Reddit's most burning questions, the segment turns into an expose into Miguel and Rohit's dating lives. We finally come to understand why they have been single for so long, exposing their questionable nitpicking when it comes to a partner as well as their embarrassing high school encounters with the opposite gender. Also this week: Novak Djokovic, Dev Patel, stealing from a pawn shop, Mormons & celery. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. What is the Question?: The boys are presented with an answer and they have to guess what the question is - the most humorous answer wins. Answer Reddit: Content creation is simple when you read questions off r/AskReddit and provide your own answers! ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
This week is all about Mia Khalifa, finally. It only took a year, but this podcast has finally reached the depths that we all knew it was capable of. Kushagra, an ardent Mia Malkova fan, boycotts this week's episode as Sen, Miguel and Rohit all wax lyrical about Mia Khalifa and ponder her place in the pantheon of adult film star greats. After spending a bit too much time talking about Mia Khalifa, the boys decide to continue with the rest of the episode as we discuss Marcus Rashford, Frankie the Fox and Rohit's quarter life crisis cat in The Logue. We also bring back a fan favourite in News or Not, which leads to theological questions regarding pandas and the boys learn about Kosher lube. Finally we end with Mind Your Manners as we delve into dog bounties before Rohit passionately rants about his hatred of paying for parking (and public transport). Also this week: Marco van Basten, Ohio, Polygamous Pandas and hostage videos. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. News or Not: With fake news as rampant as ever, the boys delve into some headlines and determine what is real and what is not the news. Mind Your Manners: The boys discuss the dos and don'ts and correct etiquette to help you out of your next awkward social scenario. ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
Kushagra misses this week's episode as he instead chooses to deface and pull down statues of Captain Cook around Sydney. Unfortunately for him, however, he misses our most existential episode yet, as the full effects of isolation and Coronavirus become evident. We start this week's episode with a pop quiz on the mustiest countries in the world, before Rohit reveals the full extent of his ongoing quarter life crisis which has led to a very expensive purchase. We also discuss the kinds of “guy/girl” you can find in your modern day workplaces and how you should just blatantly change your personality to fit in at all costs. Despite no demand, we also bring back “Usernames” this week - and it's just as shambolic as it was the first time. Finally, the metrics for the much anticipated Miguel v Rohit showdown are revealed as the boys gear up for 6 months of blood, sweat and tears, all to avoid a swig of the 1.5 million Scoville units hot sauce, with the endeavour affectionately named 'The Pepper Press'. Also this week: Paw Patrol, Saint Kitts and Nevis, 6ix9ine and Who's got the smallest dick? Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Usernames: In this game, the boys are given one word clues which they must use to guess another word the host is thinking of. Banter Reviews: The boys “review” things and give them obviously logical ratings, to be honest we're not even sure how this segment works. ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
What do Donald Trump and Kushagra have in common? They both spent significant time last week hiding in secret underground bunkers. Oh, and they both wear a toupee. Kushagra joins us this week live from his underground bunker, as we continue to record remotely. This week's episode starts with a “friendly” competition between Miguel and Rohit, in honour of the gym's reopening in Australia and yet another example of toxic masculinity on this podcast. We then have the final instalment of The Best Friend Check as Sen asks increasingly obscure and musty questions relating to his motor vehicle ownership. Finally, we bring back the classic segment, Cuck or Be Cucked, where this week we analyse ScoMo's latest skirmish as well as a scenario involving a homeless person, leading to a very unfortunate comparison. Also this week: 4 day weeks, Eagle Boys, baby Hitler and Maslow's hierarchy of needs.

The good times just keep rolling on here at the Critical Banter podcast and this week is no different. Australia has begun lifting Coronavirus restrictions, however the boys continue to insist on recording virtually, fearing a second wave or a Chernobyl-like event. Like every week, the episode begins with the Logue and we cover important stories from the week like Cumgate and Kmart in Mecca, before diving into some of the scams that we've fallen for or have witnessed. We also have the third edition of the Best Friend Check, with Kushagra stepping up to the plate. To everyone's surprise, however, the scores are actually higher this week as the boys finally prove they know a thing or two about each other. Finally, we end with a segment looking at some of the most widespread and universal stereotypes and dissect whether there is any truth behind them, all the while avoiding any casual racism (for a change). Also this week: SpaceXXX, Dentist scams, Dua Lipa and school shootings. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Best Friend Check: The boys test each other on their friendship and try to expose how little they actually know about each other. Stigmas and Stereotypes: The boys explore and debunk (or confirm) some commonly held stereotypes and beliefs. ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
Big episode this week as Kushagra graces us with his presence once again. We begin this week's episode with a call to arms to our Chinese overlords for some sweet podcast money, because normal sponsorships with Audible and Dollar Shave Club aren't communist enough for our liking. We then take a stroll down memory lane when Rohit quizzes the others in a game based on facts and events from his past, and we soon discover who Rohit's true friends are. Finally, we end the episode with a fan favourite segment “Compare and Contrast” where we debate and rank famous Australian chips. What should've been a fairly straightforward tiering system descends into utter chaos as a full blown, heated 20 minute discussion about the nuances of chip shapes, nutritional value and nostalgia takes place. In the end, all that remained was a bottom heavy list, inconsistent metrics and broken dreams. Also this week: Salt and Vinegar blasphemy, Subway orders and the statute of limitations on spoilers. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Best Friend Check: The boys test each other on their friendship and try to expose how little they actually know about each other. Compare and Contrast: Named in honour of our favourite HSC English essay questions, the boys debate the most pressing issues in society and attempt to agree on a ranked tier list, which may end up in broken friendships and definitely will end up being wrong. ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
As life in Australia slowly returns to some semblance of normalcy, the Critical Banter Podcast continues its rapid descent into madness. This week we pick up where we left off last week with some risque chat about children, however, this week we are finally joined by Kushagra, who is absolutely, definitely not a groomer. The episode begins in typical fashion talking about Wuhan, Latrell Mitchell and likening ScoMo to Hitler before waxing lyrical about Eddie Woo and besmirching the scum that is Guzman y Gomez. We also play a game of “Would You Rather,” where Sen ponders the opportunity cost of being a pedo and Rohit lusts over his 6 year old cousin. Finally we scrutinise some of Miguel's Tinder pickup lines where we soon discover that Kushagra has fundamentally misunderstood the point of Tinder. Also this week: Mike Tyson, Smash Mouth, #WootubeTo1Mil and #BoycottGYG Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Would You Rather: The boys are presented with hypothetical questions and have to choose which option they'd rather. Rate My Chat: What's better than having 3 single blokes rip into other single blokes attempts at courting women. ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
This week on the show we delve deep into one of our favourite topics: grooming. Due to legal reasons resident groomer Kushagra misses out this week, but nevertheless the boys still dig deep and explore this time honoured concept. The episode begins with us righting a wrong from last week, before we solemnly eulogise our fearless leader Kim Jong Un. We then theorise an NRL Big Brother, we give out some sound relationship advice and Rohit comes to the realisation that Eddie Woo is the one true Lord and Saviour in his life (sorry Jesus). Also this week: Donny's cure, Stan Wawrinka, Sen is a flake and shopping trolley tetris. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Unsolicited, Unqualified and Uncomfortable: Having relationship issues or need some advice regarding your relationship? Well, who better to give advice than three very single blokes. Mind Your Manners: The boys discuss the dos and don'ts and correct etiquette to help you out of your next awkward social scenario. What Did We Learn: As per usual, the boys cap off the episode with a useless nugget of information. This time, they leave you with something they learned during the week (which you all probably already knew) _______________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
Hello and this is episode 11 of Random Stuff with me Kishan. And in this episode I have with me, my buddy Kushagra Mishra AKA Kussu boy. In this episode, we dive into the ocean of nostalgia and talk about video games and our experiences and we even talk about Why India has not won an Oscar. Thanks for listening. Cheers !
The boys have well and truly adjusted to life in quarantine and recording remotely, just in time to be presented with an Easter miracle, the release of Curious George, friend of the podcast. Catholics around the world rejoiced, as children around Australia were handed another reason to stay indoors, as a menace bigger than Kushagra was back on the streets. (Coincidently, Kushagra was missing again this week, but he does tell us that Cardinal Pell sends his regards). In non-nonce related discussion this week: faking logbook hours, bad pickup lines, a philosophical debate about Karen and a sick predator delightfully recounts the story of them anally penetrating their underage victim. Also this week: $15,000 strobe lights, Deltora Quest, Rohit's Harry Potter fetish and a terrible BBQ. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Timeline Time Machine: We take a trip down memory lane in this game as they boys try and guess their old social media posts. It's all over the news, infiltrating workplace chat, assaulting your family WhatsApp group and dominating the cultural zeitgeist; that's right, it's another week of COVID-19 banter from the boys. As the world heads towards impending doom and toilet paper shortages, the boys decide to take a lighter look at Coronavirus before hearing a shameful karaoke display from Kushagra, lamenting other non-Coronavirus related bad weeks and finally cancelling many people and places. Also this week: investing tips, Jake Paul, degenerate gamblers, wasps and Gwyneth Paltrow. Segments this week: The Logue: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Finish the Lyric: A game where you finish the lyric. Good Week/Bad Week: The boys discuss people in the news who have had good weeks or bad weeks. Delete This: In honour of the modern day cancel culture, the boys discuss what other events, places or people should be cancelled. Trivia of the Week: As if listening to this podcast wasn't mind numbing enough, the boys leave you with one last piece of useless information to end the show. ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
This week is all about Coronavirus and toilet paper. Kushagra has mysteriously disappeared, presumably killed in a black market toilet paper related drive-by shooting, but alas the show must go on. Obviously reeling from the loss of Kush, Rohit struggles through the episode as he gives us his coronavirus survival tips before forgetting how numbers work and then stumbles through a story about Uber. Also this week: Wuhan, balaclava's, hand sanitizer, multiple gym passes and Pennant Hills Road. Segments this week: Global Reach Around: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. The Price is Right: This is definitely an original game that Rohit came up with on his own. Rules are simple: guess the price of some questionable items on Craigslist to the nearest $5. Out of Touch: The boys discuss their own, or someone else's, opinions or views which could be considered to be out of touch with the common person Dear Gladys: In this segment we vent our frustrations about the sorry state of Sydney and blame the most logical person, Gladys - Premier of NSW Trivia of the Week: As if listening to this podcast wasn't mind numbing enough, the boys leave you with one last piece of useless information to end the show. ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
Due to controversial comments made on last week's episode regarding Mexicans, Rohit has been sent to North America on a diplomatic mission to fix Australia-Mexico relations. As such, this weeks episode only features Miguel, Sen and Kush as the boys once again revamp the episode format, in a way that can only be described as radical. In this new format, the traditional reach around is now only confined to the boy's private time, instead the episode begins with a global reach around, if you will, where the boys dissect the top stories, events and viral trends of the week. The segments, however, will remain the same as changing that would require actual thought and effort. Also this week: Diamond Princess, dumps, Instagram photos, hotel rooms, trains and Ke$ha. Segments this week: Global Reach Around: Tired of reaching around each other (at least on the podcast), the boys have instead decided to reach around the week's news stories, events and viral trends. Usernames: In this game, the boys are given one word clues which they must use to guess another word the host is thinking of. Mind Your Manners: The boys discuss the dos and don'ts and correct etiquette to help you out of your next awkward social scenario. Well... That Sucks: At Critical Banter we like to enjoy other people's misfortunes. So, in this segment we relive those moments and laugh at those people. Trivia of the Week: As if listening to this podcast wasn't mind numbing enough, the boys leave you with one last piece of useless information to end the show. ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
What do Rohit and Coronavirus have in common? They're both annoying, Asian diseases, who have both recently reached Australian shores. To celebrate Rohit's triumphant return from his Contiki through Cuba, we invite Kushagra's brother, Kartik, onto the show to discuss all things Coronavirus. We also experience more early year rust, as the boys forget how their own game works, Rohit can't count past one and Kartik fails to listen to simple instructions. Also this week: geography lessons, international beggars, turmeric, carpark poopers, professional bad news bearers, Cuban DJ's and Australian Open conspiracies. Segments this week: Weekly Reach Around: Like good mates do, the boys get around each other and their week's events in the most homoerotic segment in podcasting. The Price is Right: This is definitely an original game that Rohit came up with on his own. Rules are simple: guess the price of some questionable items on Craigslist to the nearest $5. It Should've Been Me: The boys recount some terrifying experiences from their past where they have (un)fortunately missed out on the sweet release of death. Conspiracy Corner: As the Critical Banter name suggests, we encourage critical thought, so in this segment we deep dive into some of the most prominent conspiracy theories. Trivia of the Week: As if listening to this podcast wasn't mind numbing enough, the boys leave you with one last piece of useless information to end the show. ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
The dynamic threesome return again this week to complain about all aspects of their miserable lives. This week we get an update on the life coach as the boys realise podcasting was the wrong decision. Rohit also completed his degree this week, leading to a passionate rant from Kushagra about Marketing group assignments featuring a certain Shribba. Also this week: Isosceles Triangles, Hare Rama, Shrek2OnDVD, horny boomers, Sun Tzu, Skulduggery Pleasant and Baghdad. Segments this week: Weekly Reach Around: Like good mates do, the boys get around each other and their week's events in the most homoerotic segment in podcasting. Come Again: A simple game where a quote is read out of context, and the boys have to decide where the quote is from. This week: Sun Tzu's “The Art of War” or Avatar: The Last Airbender? Overrated/Underrated: This segment is as simple as it sounds; the boys give their opinions on what they think is overrated in the world and what they think is underrated. ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
Another week and another individual joins our illustrious revolving door of guest hosts as Kushagra continues his fortnightly recording schedule. This week our guest is Gav; a man who has over 250 reasons why Canberra is at least the 10th best city in Australia. In the short space of 30 minutes, for better or for worse, we get to know Gav better than any guest before, including his “business” meetings. Also this week: cricket nicknames, school shooters, LARPers, CLM's, waffle stomping, Phuket and USYD rants. Segments this week: Weekly Reach Around: Like good mates do, the boys get around each other and their week's events in the most homoerotic segment in podcasting. Dob in a Rare Unit: Are you a rare unit? Is your family full of rare units? Are your mates rare units? Is your boyfriend/girlfriend/spouse a rare unit? If so, write into us and let us know the rarest thing they've done. Mind Your Manners: The boys discuss the dos and don'ts and correct etiquette to help you out of your next awkward social scenario. ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
Kushagra makes his much anticipated return to the podcast, sporting facial hair that would make any white supremacist proud. This week is the holy grail for Critical Banter bingo as we cover all our favourite topics such as China, Jesus and cucking. Also this week: Thicc dogs, Air Max's, Sandeep the Creep, Joker and relationship advice that sounds suspiciously similar to the plot of Room. Segments this week: Weekly Reach Around: Like good mates do, the boys get around each other and their week's events in the most homoerotic segment in podcasting. Banter Reviews: The boys “review” things and give them obviously logical ratings, to be honest we're not even sure how this segment works. Unsolicited, Unqualified and Uncomfortable: Having relationship issues or need some advice regarding your relationship? Well, who better to give advice than two very single blokes. ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
Things get cute at Critical Banter this week in our most intimate episode so far. Kushagra fails to show up, presumably taken by Chinese government officials, leaving Sen and Rohit up to their own devices. What ensues is 30 minutes of inane, pointless, pseudo-intellectual dribble, or what we call a normal conversation. Also this week: we love China, talentless kids, the peak of humanity, dodgy air plane cleaners, fat shaming and relationship advice. Segments this week: Weekly Reach Around: Like good mates do, the boys get around each other and their week's events in the most homoerotic segment in podcasting. Good Week/Bad Week: The boys discuss people in the news who have had good weeks or bad weeks. Unsolicited, Unqualified and Uncomfortable: Having relationship issues or need some advice regarding your relationship? Well, who better to give advice than two very single blokes. ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
This week Rohit does something that no one has done before - he had an exciting time in Canberra, without going to Questacon. Our recording schedule is thrown into disarray as Rohit spends his weekend galavanting around our nation's capital, forcing us to record on a weekday. As such, Kushagra dogs the recording and his graduation, in an episode with more sacrilege than a George Pell trial. Also this week: tracking your kids, Craigslist Chicago, zip formations, bribing your grandparents and historical cucks. Segments this episode: Weekly Reach Around: Like good mates do, the boys get around each other and their week's events in the most homoerotic segment in podcasting. The Price is Right: This is definitely an original game that Rohit came up with on his own. Rules are simple: guess the price of some questionable items on Craigslist to the nearest $5. Mind Your Manners: The boys discuss the dos and don'ts and correct etiquette to help you out of your next awkward social scenario. Cuck or Be Cucked: Have you or your loved one been alpha'd recently? In this segment the boys give you tips on how to alpha those who have alpha'd you. ___________________________________________________ FULL PODCAST EPISODES
Is Critical Banter getting a dog? Well, in a symbolical, abstract sense, yes. But in a more literal, correct way, no. Nonetheless, we invite Rohan Balani onto the show, filling in for Rohit who conveniently forgot he had other plans. Kushagra also makes his triumphant return to the podcast to confront his greatest enemy, actually showing up to things. He must also face the man who has lampooned and lambasted him for consistently flaking, as Kush and Rohan sort out their beef live on air. Also this week: What is balanitis, Rohan's views on immigration, we have some legal chat, Kush doesn't shut up about the Nuremberg Rallies and first ballot hall of fame paedo's. Segments this week: Weekly Reach Around: Like good mates do, the boys get around each other and their week's events in the most homoerotic segment in podcasting. Law or Not: The boys delve into some laws and determine what is real and what is not the law. Banter Reviews: The boys “review” things and give them obviously logical ratings, to be honest we're not even sure how this segment works. #AskTCB: Listeners write in, the boys try their best to answer their questions. Yet another week of an absent Kushagra and suddenly familiar feelings of neglect and deep-seated abandonment issues are stoked within the boys, leading to an existential crisis. In this weeks episode the boys question the purpose of life, the purpose of religion and the purpose of side-view mirror cameras. Also this week: we get a rare unit update, Rohit knows what Rohypnol is, Kiribati is underwater and we discuss survival tactics in the Hunger Games. Segments this week: Weekly Reach Around: Like good mates do, the boys get around each other and their week's events in the most homoerotic segment in podcasting. The boys, minus Kushagra, are back and this week we pay tribute to the rare units. Whilst it could probably be argued that all the members of Critical Banter display some level of rareness, the boys still try their best to dob in some rare units. Also this episode: marijuana related shenanigans, dodgy Gumtree ads, and a sketchy underwear transaction before #AskTCB descends into Asian race baiting and relationship advice. Segments this episode: Weekly Reach Around: Like good mates do, the boys get around each other and their week's events in the most homoerotic segment in podcasting. The Price is Right: This is definitely an original game that Rohit came up with on his own. Rules are simple: guess the price of some questionable items on Gumtree to the nearest $5. Kushagra is back again after missing last week, as showing up 3 weeks in a row is far too much work for him. This week's episode is the most ambitious in scale, covering topics from canned chicken to wife swapping and everything else in between. Also this week: we get an Israel Folau update, Miguel recounts his epic battle with a bee, Kushagra rants about the state of Australian TV, and we discuss Rohit's sparkling water pretensions before ending on a fun game about dictators. Segments this week: Weekly Reach Around: Like good mates do, the boys get around each other and their week's events in the most homoerotic segment in podcasting. The boys are back, and, in honour of our guest Glade Wei, this week it's all about love. Whether it be the love between a man and Jesus, a man and another man or a man and his conjoined twin; love is love and we're all going to hell. Also this week: the boys start a gofundme in honour of Israel Folau, we answer some questions, Miguel hates democracy, Kushagra sounds awfully Asian and, like the degenerate gamblers that we are, we try Answer Reddit again.
