Send a textIn this episode, I'm sharing exactly how my family is preparing for our upcoming Disney Cruise on the Disney Dream and all the things we've booked, purchased, and planned to make this trip as smooth as possible. If you're planning your first Disney Cruise with kids, this episode gives you a real behind-the-scenes look at how one family is organizing everything before we step on the ship.I start by walking through the special extras and experiences we booked for this sailing. My girls and I will be doing Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique onboard, which is something they've been dreaming about, and we are also booked for the Royal Court Royal Tea, which is known as one of the most magical princess experiences on Disney Cruise Line. My husband is starting embarkation day with the World of Old Fashioneds bourbon tasting, and we've planned an adult dinner at Palo on the day we visit Lookout Cay.We are planning to skip Nassau this trip so we can enjoy the ship with smaller crowds, explore more of the spaces onboard, and really take advantage of everything the Disney Dream has to offer. We'll still be getting off at Lookout Cay, but Nassau will be our chance to relax and experience things like the adult areas, lounges, and other parts of the ship we might miss when it's busy.I also talk about how I budget for Disney trips, including creating a “Disney Bucks” system just for this cruise the same way I do when we go to Walt Disney World. This helps me plan for souvenirs, experiences, and extra spending so nothing catches us off guard once we're onboard. I'm also using Easter as a way to gather items the kids need for the trip, which is a great way to slowly collect cruise essentials without feeling like you're buying everything at once.One of the biggest parts of cruise prep is what to pack and what to buy ahead of time, especially when you're cruising with kids. My kids are ages five through fourteen, so we're covering almost every stage of traveling with children. We find out from the extremely stable Shia Labeouf that Mike Piazza was not very good with the autographs. Plus, the Giants are hunting for a new running back. It's another episode of "Spin That Wheel". They play two rounds. Big Mac vs Hoff and Gallo vs Big Mac. This game is one that will make you yell and scream at the radio. The 4th and final hour goes completely off the rails in the best way possible. The guys react to a viral story from Shia LaBeouf ripping Mike Piazza over autograph snubs and debate what athletes really owe fans. Plus, callers share their own autograph experiences including plenty of love for Tiki Barber.

Evan opens the segment in full vacation mode, laid out in 85-degree weather doomscrolling… and stumbles onto an absolutely wild story: Shia LaBeouf claiming Mike Piazza rejected him for an autograph around 90 times as a kid. The guys react to Piazza's “tough sign” reputation, debate athlete obligations to fans, and Tiki basically turns it into a master class on why he always signed for kids and almost never said no. Then Evan dares the audience to call in with a story of Tiki turning someone down, and of course it backfires immediately. Callers flood in with the opposite: Tiki waiting around to sign a jersey, taking photos, being gracious, and generally proving he's the anti-Piazza. And because it's Evan & Tiki, the segment goes completely off the rails when Evan's back pain becomes on-air content. In a moment that has to be seen on YouTube to believe, Tiki agrees to help Evan put on a giant BioFreeze patch… and Evan directs him to place it basically on his ass. It's uncomfortable, hilarious, very WFAN, and it ends with Tiki warning him not to touch his eyes or anything else afterward because of the menthol. The segment then pivots back toward football as a caller tries to talk Giants and problem-solve the Jets by comparing injury history and coaching, but the real headline is simple: Piazza gets roasted, Tiki gets praised, and Evan turns pain management into performance art.

He doesn't want the person to hear him lock the door behind them. While he was the only one on the podcast to have this fear, it was fascinating to hear his thoughts on the proper timeline for locking up. Shifting the conversation again, the boys discussed the Oilers' autograph session at WEM and how long they would be willing to wait in line for an autograph. Finally, the guys wrapped up the podcast with the Thursday episode of Real Life with a random collection of topics, including a look at anything other than the Edmonton Oilers.
