It's January 2025, and we're in the final days of the Biden administration. He has had a busy last month or so issuing pardons and commutations. This unfettered power is rightly scrutinized but often misunderstood. The bigger problem is, the whole damn process appears to be broken. And although Pres. Biden has done some good things with his power, it still represents a small fraction of those languishing in prison who deserve action. Margeret Love was the head of the US Pardon office from 1990-97, she had a front row seat to the pardon process, and continues to represent clients seeking pardons. Mark Allenbaugh needs no introduction. His stats help us put many of these decisions into the proper perspective. Both of them join us on the first episode of the new year to lend their unique perspective to this very timely issue! IN THIS EPISODE The Hunter Biden Pardon The 1500 commutations of those who BOP had released to home confinement during Covid; The difference between pardons and clemency; When did things really start to go off the rails in the US Pardon office? (spoiler alert, it was the Clinton years); Is it true that when you accept a pardon it is an admission of guilt? Trumps promise to pardon the January 6th defendants; Can a president pardon himself? Why the pardon essentially makes the president the "DOJ's Janitor"; How the pardon power should be managed going forward; Michael Conahan commutation (the judge embroiled in “cash for kids” scandal); Rita Crundwell (Dixon, IL Comptroller fraud) commutation. LINKS: For more info on the Rita Crundwell Case, there's a great documentary produced by Prof. Kelly Richmond Pope called "All the Queens Horses" currently available on Amazon Prime (https://www.amazon.com/All-Queens-Horses-Gene-Biggerstaff/dp/B07BPNGP85). She also writes about it in her book, "Fool Me Once" https://a.co/d/hQzJFUY I had Dr. Pope on the podcast to talk about this case a while back As for the "Kids for Cash" judge who just had his sentence commuted, here's his wiki page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Michael_Conahan Here's our two previous episodes on Hunter Biden. The first talks in detail about the political nature of his prosecution and his original plea bargain falling apart and the next happened live after he pled guilty in California: Ep. 64: Too Cute by Half: Why Hunter's Plea Went South: https://youtu.be/sWEzwKLQCoo?si=rK3qRURAJVQtXXk5 Ep. 92: Livestream Bonus: Hunter Biden Edition: https://www.youtube.com/live/B3VL-cJlXSo?si=r1zAdBS6C2s_STTO(make sure you forward through the first two minutes of tech disaster) And we talk in depth about the concept of "lawfare".

It was at least 8 feet tall, and had light grey and brown hair covering its body. In the moonlight, Saatvik could make out the details of its face. Angry eyes, glowing crystal blue, stared them down. A scowl caused shadows downward toward its unusually prominent forehead. The mouth was open in a huffing position, steam exiting with every heave of its chest. And the mouth… the mouth ran red with fresh blood.”To read about the India Armed Forces footprint finding in 2019, visit If you have a potential story to share, one you'd like to hear set to a story-telling format, or would even like to discuss sponsorship, send an email to Russ@ommstories.com We've got some GREAT swag and gear that you can find on Redbubble and Tee Public too. Jason could almost feel the ground shake beneath him. With every landing of its massive feet, the ground around the tree shook. Leaves from the aspen tree fell to the ground in a shower of green, and the ominous sound of the pounding feet shook the core of Jason's confidence. He was sure he was going to die. But he kept watching. The creature stopped jumping, and began to wave its long arms in the air, back and forth, at the same time from left to right, in what seemed to be a choreographed motion with purpose. Bryan does the right thing and tells the "other" Commercial Break about mixed up reviews, the gang reminisce about 976-party lines and talk about little reanimation happening in the Frozen Tundra. Infrasound is the concept of low frequency vibrations that are beyond the capacity of human access. There is no agreement about the biological activity of infrasound. Reported effects include those on the inner ear, vertigo, imbalance, etc.; intolerable sensations, incapacitation, disorientation, nausea, vomiting, and bowel spasm; and resonances in inner organs, such as the heart. Lions, whales, alligators, peacocks... why not Sasquatch? https://www.instagram.com/pnwsasquatchshadows

It's a cold winter's night on a lonely dark road, and two glowing eyes suddenly appear next to the road. Your car slows, and a figure emerges from the shadows. What you expect to see is not what your mind imagines, and your view of reality is now changed forever...Our guest lives in the eastern side of the United States, and his story will haunt you and conjure images that my visit your dreams.
What do we truly know about this world? About the universe? Are we tied down by our own dimensional existence? Something Cryptid This Way Comes is a podcast reminiscent of 1930-50s radio shows, and made for your quick cryptid fix. On the go? Looking for witness accounts? Unlike other paranormal and crytpozoology shows, this show has no host. It has no interviews. It just merely is. Join guests as they recall their eye-witness accounts. The stories you hear are genuine and real accounts. It's watching... thinking... considering. And then it takes flight, at an inhuman speed. When you see something flash before your eyes that you can't explain, you may wonder to yourself: "Is my mind playing tricks on me, or did I really just see a Sasquatch..." You're alone. You hear a rustling in the bushes next to you. Slowly, a low rumble, like the movement of the earth, shakes your inner core. The rumble grows louder, and you realize you are being watched... and warned. Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/pnwsasquatchshadows/message
Aww, this one is just TOO CUTE! The theme is "fluffy", and you'll want to rock the phone gently in your hands while closing your eyes and smiling like some sort of weirdo in a stock photo to get the full effect. John and James reflect on their own mortality while ignoring the growing threat of John's menacing uncle, Chuck. A pair of pricey English bulldogs get an entire story arc. A boy raises an alligator snapping turtle as an unconventional pet. We all could use a little more fluff in our lives, so have a listen!
EPISODE 5! New equipment, same great banter. As we increase the quality of production so do our hot takes! This week we added a few new segments to the show "Too Cute" and "Why You Askin' All Them Questions". Hope you all enjoy. Till next week #OhandThreeGang #Winless #TakeAShotForMe

Too Cute! When he didn't notice the warning signs of Alzheimer's, Dr. Oz became sad. He felt the warning signs should not have been missed because he is a doctor. He forgot, thought, he is a caring son. We don't want to see these things in our loved one. Today we talk about the changes you need to be aware of.
It’s time to look hard and disapprovingly at the bizarre and kinda gross world of teenage plastic surgery, as we dive hard into “Too Cute” in this episode of Morgendorks! When a Lawndale High girl with her eyes set on getting into the Fashion Club goes out and gets work done on her nose, it sets off a fad that sucks Quinn in—and fills her with some of that old high school chestnut: horrendous, world-shattering insecurity. We end up looking into the statistics a bit to get a grasp on just how prevalent this sort of thing actually is. Spoiler alert: way too prevalent. So brace for that, I guess. Enjoy!
