I know what you are thinking. You see the title, and you look down on us. But you shouldn't, because we reviewed "If Wishes Were Horses"! Witness as just too many insane things happen to even bother trying to preview, from esoteric baseball continuity, to...emus?
Nothing like heading down to Bajor and grabbing a few World Quests as we review "The Storyteller"! The Chief and Julian begin the Bromance of the Ages while tanking a raid boss and avoiding stabbing from space truckers. Also Jake and Nog like girls! Come give it a listen.
The true Hero of the Working Man makes a friend as we review "Captive Pursuit"! In a future where every copy of "The Most Dangerous Game" was destroyed, Chief O'Brien and his new Gamma Quad drinking buddy engage in a bit of light murder, but are the real criminals the costume department?
Comedy! Review! Star Trek! Sometimes we also say random words with no connection as we take a look at "Babel"! The Chief gets a case of the weird talkies, Quark gets out his junk drawer of security hacks, and eventually the answer gets volun-told only the way Kira could.

Esses são so alguns exemplos.
Episode 262 - No Ferreira, No Problem As Dallas Wins 2-0LAFC looked to get back on the right side of things as they head to take on a Dallas club decimated by injuries and international duty. After a perplexing loss to Vancouver, this couldn't have been a better time to take on Dallas... right?Wrong. Despite missing Jesus Ferreira, Paul Arriola, Obrian, and others, Dallas took over the second half (after Chiellini and Tillman came off), kept LAFC at bay, and walked out of the sweltering humidity of Frisco with a 2-0 win. 7 losses in 10 matches is the prelude to Carson at the Rose Bowl. LAFC falls to second in the Western Conference as questions must get louder about a true 9. The transfer window looms, and we need bodies and rest. Also on this episode, it's Scarf who rants against the antiquated MLS as we get set to play 33 matches by July 15. Yes, that's a record by a WIDE margin. We also take time to remember Chris "Spanto" Printup, founder of Born x Raised and beloved Angelino. Rest well, Spanto.

Today I chat with @katy O Brian who is an actress and martial artist. Have you ever wondered how actors/actresses start their careers? It seems like one minute we don't know them then all of a sudden they are on our TV screens and we picture them as a higher value. Sometimes we take the time to watch YouTube videos and get to know the actors/actresses to learn their back story and understand that perhaps it wasn't as fairytale as we thought. Whatever the case they all start somewhere and just like any career it takes hours of dedication to master your craft. Some make it through and some don't. We take a look at Katy's journey to learn some of the things she has encountered along the way. She has been in movies and TV or Netflix to some. To name a few: Z Nation, The Mandalorian, and The Walking Dead, Make sure you follow her on socials: https://www.instagram.com/thekatyo/ https://twitter.com/thekatyo Download my FREE 12 week transformation eBook.

Welcome back to another episode of She Rises! Today, Giovanna talks to Ellen Grace Obrian. Ellen is the author of The Jewel of Abundance and director of the Center for Spiritual Enlightenment in San Jose, CA. Ellen is a yogacharya (an esteemed yoga teacher), a radio host, and an award-winning poet who weaves poetry into her teachings on spiritual matters, pointing to the mystical experience beyond words and thought. Join Giovanna and Ellen as they talk about the mind, body soul connection and the split that has occurred. Ellen explains that the greatest wealth is soul wealth Ellen talks about the four universal goals Ellen discusses how we live our full life and not divide it up Ellen emphasizes purpose is the blossoming of your divine self Ellen explains that if we can't find joy, we are missing the purpose Memorable Quotes: Teach us how to know the truth of what we are. we are not confined to the body or the mind. The great mistake...is trying to be spiritual (the mindset) the farther we get from our essential being. Because we are already spiritual beings. We want our work to be a harmonious vehicle for those qualities. Our vocation can be an avenue to express our higher purpose.
Cate sits down with Ellen Grace O’Brien, author of The Jewel of Abundance, to discuss artha - one of the four aims of human life. We all innately want to thrive and to prosper, but there’s often conflict about how to do that in a way that feels dharmic - in harmony with the spiritual truth of our being. To further complicate matters, we can get in our own way when it comes to artha. Sometimes the first step is simply to be willing to let our lives be bigger and more expansive. And then to practice being fearless. Yogacharya O’Brian makes yogic philosophy accessible and inspiring for the modern mind, helping people from all backgrounds lead deeply fulfilling and spiritually awakened lives. What you’ll get out of tuning in: What questions you need to ask yourself if you truly want to thrive and prosper in alignment with your dharma. How to get out of your own way and be willing let bigger things work through you. Why meditation is key to artha. Ellen describes her own personal experience with artha and dharma. Cate and Ellen discuss the connection between meditation and artha. Cate and Ellen discuss the importance of authenticity and the role of technology and social media on a dharmic path. Less is more alltså.

Kate and Matt headed out to see the third and final installment of the Maze Runner trilogy on opening night and walked away feeling things. Seemingly closing the chapter on Young Adult fiction adaptations for awhile, what did you think about the much delayed movie? Hints for the episode: They waited 3 years to see these stories end and it sure does end. *Music used is from the Maze Runner: The Death Cure trailer*

Hugh O'Brian, best-known for portraying legendary lawman Wyatt Earp, talks about his acting career as well as HOBY, his successful youth leardership project, in this special episode. O’Brian’s movies include such popular releases as The Shootist, Ten Little Indians, Come Fly with Me, and Twins. With the help of his lovely wife, Virginia, he’s also written a memoir titled Hugh O’Brian, or What’s Left of Him -- just in time to celebrate his 90th birthday on April 19! One of the few remaining classic Western stars, O'Brian has amazing stories of an era in entertainment that there soon will be too few who can share in first person. Friends, family and fans have been encouraging Hugh to finish his autobiography for several years. The book chronicles many never before published stories about Marilyn Monroe, the Marine Corps, living at the House of Seven Garbos, meeting Albert Schweitzer, and being shot between the eyes on the set of The Shootist because the director wanted a film shot without interruption, which wouldn’t allow for the use of a stuntman. O’Brian’s impressive showbiz resume includes 7 Broadway shows, 33 films and 450 television shows. He has a well-deserved star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame and a Golden Globe Award. Virginia O’Brian, film historian James Colt Harrison, and Classic Movie Guide founder Diana Saenger will also participate in this celebration of Hugh O’Brian’s upcoming 90th birthday. Happy Birthday, Hugh!
