What if "I can't afford it," "Let me think about it," or "I need to ask my husband" weren't rejections at all? What if they were actually telling you exactly where your sales conversation went wrong? In this episode of the CEO Glow Show, Sheila Bella, founder of Pretty Rich Bosses, delivers a powerful reframe for beauty entrepreneurs and service providers: an objection isn't rejection. It's information. Instead of fearing objections or taking them personally, Sheila teaches you how to read them like a diagnostic report. Every objection can point to a step in the sales conversation where your potential client still needs more trust, value, clarity, certainty, or emotional investment before she feels ready to say yes. Sheila breaks down four of the most common objections beauty business owners hear and explains what may actually be happening underneath the words. "It's too expensive" can signal that you haven't built enough value. "Let me think about it" can reveal an unresolved gap in trust, pain, belief, or clarity. "I need to ask my husband" can point to missing certainty, while "Just send me some info" may mean you haven't created enough momentum or emotional investment. The goal isn't to become better at pressuring people into buying. It's to become better at building a sales conversation where your potential client has what she needs to make a confident decision. Once you stop treating objections like punches and start treating them like feedback, every sales conversation becomes an opportunity to improve. An objection is information, not rejection. Stop assuming an objection means the client is walking away. The questions you're afraid to ask, the price reveal, and asking for the commitment are often the moments that expose what your sales process needs. Avoiding them can create pleasant conversations that never convert. 5. Every objection is free sales training. Instead of letting objections destroy your confidence, use them as data. Ask yourself, "What is she actually diagnosing? Which step did I skip?" Then use that information to improve the next conversation.

One in three babies is using a phone or tablet by six months old. By age two, almost one in ten is averaging around four hours of screen time a day. New research into screen use during the first years of life has landed with a confronting warning for parents. Justin and Kylie unpack what researchers call “digital soothing”, why screens can crowd out the interactions babies need for healthy development, and what parents can do when zero screen time feels almost impossible. What does it mean to be human, and what gives our lives meaning, value, and purpose? Psalm 8 answers those questions by first turning our attention away from ourselves and toward the God who made us. We cannot truly understand who we are until we understand who He is.Though we are small against the vastness of creation, we are not insignificant. The God who created and rules the heavens is mindful of us. He made us in His image, crowned humanity with glory and honor, and gave us a purpose within His creation.Ultimately, Psalm 8 points us beyond ourselves to Jesus—the majestic God who took on humanity, came to save sinners, died, and rose again. Twelve years ago Mia shared her testimony of Christ, emailed it to her list, and watched her YouTube account disappear two hours later. No explanation. It never came back. That account was her entire lead generation. Around that same time, God gave her the idea for the podcast. 3. Depth compounds. Reach doesn't. She never watched the numbers. She started God-Centered Success to help entrepreneurs keep God first, recorded audio only so nothing stood between her and showing up weekly, and let it build. One hundred downloads per episode became a thousand. Then it doubled. And doubled again. Eventually 30,000 downloads per episode, with listeners in countries all over the world. 4. One mention. Over 250 applications. Before she had a big email list, before the podcast had a large audience, Mia opened a coaching program and simply mentioned the application link on an episode. More than 250 people applied. That's the positioning that long form content creates. 5. Short form content is the first thing AI replaces. AI can generate short clips by the thousands, with a synthetic face, from someone who never shows their own. If short form is all you produce, you are replaceable by definition. Long form builds a voice that can't be duplicated. 6. Trust is what makes any offer sell, and high ticket makes it non-negotiable. Nobody invests thousands of dollars based on a few clips they scrolled past. That level of trust gets built when someone binge listens to you while they're driving, cooking, cleaning. They come to know your mindset before they ever see your offer. 7. Legacy content outlives you. Mia's challenge: if you published weekly for the next thirty or forty years, you could leave behind a thousand episodes still reaching people long after you're gone.
