Im aktuellen Podcast habe ich mit Konstantin Huneke gesprochen, Mitgründer und CEO von Lemonflow.ai. Sein Unternehmen setzt genau dort an, wo Fahrer von E-Autos und Betreiber von Ladeinfrastruktur oft frustriert sind: beim Kundensupport an der Ladesäule. Lemonflow.ai bringt künstliche Intelligenz direkt in diesen sensiblen Bereich – mit dem Ziel, Probleme schneller, einfacher und günstiger zu lösen. Konstantin hat über fünf Jahre Erfahrung in der E-Auto-Charging-Branche gesammelt, vor allem auf der Beratungsseite. Anfang 2024 gründete er Lemonflow.ai, um die Servicequalität im Ladenetz zu verbessern – mit einem speziell trainierten KI-Agenten, der als First-Level-Support agiert. Der Clou: Die KI ist nicht nur ein smarter Chatbot, sondern kann aktiv mit der Ladesäule interagieren. „Wir können Remote-Resets durchführen, Sessions starten oder stoppen und das Kabel entriegeln – direkt aus der Ferne“, erklärt er. Die Technologie deckt alle gängigen Kanäle ab: Sprach-Hotline, Chat und E-Mail. In mehr als 30 Sprachen, rund um die Uhr. Und sie wird von den Nutzern überraschend gut angenommen. „Rund 70 bis 80 Prozent probieren es mit der KI – davon können wir wiederum bis zu 80 Prozent direkt lösen“, berichtet Konstantin. Für alles andere gibt es eine nahtlose Übergabe an menschliche Support-Teams. Warum es oft überhaupt zu Problemen kommt, weiß er auch: Nicht selten liegt es an der Bedienung durch Nutzer:in. „Viele Fehler entstehen, weil jemand das Kabel zu früh einsteckt oder sich zu spät authentifiziert“, so Konstantin. Sein Unternehmen setzt genau da an, gibt verständliche Anleitungen – und sorgt damit für ein entspannteres Ladeerlebnis. Für Ladeinfrastrukturbetreiber bringt das gleich mehrere Vorteile: geringere Kosten, einfache Skalierbarkeit bei Expansionen und eine konstant hohe Qualität im Support. Die Integration in bestehende Systeme wie Salesforce oder Zendesk funktioniert über Standardschnittstellen. Auch bei den Telefonanlagen ist eine Weiterleitung zum Menschen jederzeit möglich. Lemonflow.ai lernt mit jeder Interaktion dazu – und zwar nicht nur im Einzelfall, sondern für alle Kunden. „Wenn wir z. B. einen neuen QR-Code-Betrug erkennen, speisen wir die Lösung direkt in die KI ein – und alle anderen profitieren mit“. Natürlich anonymisiert und DSGVO-konform. Technologisch setzt das Unternehmen auf modulare Orchestrierung. Statt ein eigenes Sprachmodell zu bauen, nutzen sie jeweils das Beste vom Markt – aktuell etwa Gemini 2.5 von Google. „Wir wollen schnell auf Innovationen reagieren können. Unsere Stärke liegt in der Orchestrierung und im Branchenwissen“, so der Co-Founder es Unternehmens im Podcast. Zukunftspläne gibt es viele: Perspektivisch will Lemonflow.ai nicht nur Probleme lösen, sondern durch Datenanalyse verhindern. Wenn zum Beispiel an einer bestimmten Station wiederholt ein bestimmtes Auto Probleme macht, soll diese Erkenntnis direkt in Wartung und Optimierung einfließen. Das Ziel: „Vom Support zur Prävention – und langfristig zu einem deutlich besseren Ladeerlebnis für alle.“ Ein System, das lernt, sich verbessert und aktiv hilft – genau das, was in der Ladeinfrastruktur bislang oft gefehlt hat. Mit seinen gehörfälligen Tänzen spielte sich Stanti Schönbächler schon zu Lebzeiten an die Spitze der erfolgreichen Ländler-Akkordeonisten. Am 19. Juni wäre er 100 Jahre alt geworden. Konstantin Schönbächler (19.6.1925 – 5.8.1994) – von allen liebevoll «Stanti» genannt – wuchs in Einsiedeln SZ auf, wo seine Eltern das Restaurant «Löwen» führten. 1945 übersiedelte die Familie ins aargauische Jonen und übernahm dort die gleichnamige Gastwirtschaft «Löwen» mit angeschlossenem Landwirtschaftsbetrieb. Unter Stanti und Rosa Schönbächlers Führung entwickelte sich der «Löwen» zum weitherum beliebten Musikanten-Treffpunkt. Namhafte Musikanten aus der ganzen Schweiz gaben sich dort während Jahrzehnten ein munteres Stelldichein. Stanti Schönbächlers bekannteste Formationen waren ab 1963 die Kapelle Zimmermann-Schönbächler oder ab 1965 das Duo mit dem gleichaltrigen Luzerner Akkordeonisten Albert Buser. Ein weiterer langjähriger Musikpartner war sein Neffe Ruedi Wachter (*1951), dessen Mutter eine Schwester von ihm war. Pünktlich zu Stanti Schönbächlers 100. Geburtstag am 19. Juni erscheinen all seine 38 Kompositionen in Buchform. Ein Präsentationskonzert durch das Akkordeonduo Wachter-Rutz ist für den Herbst 2025 geplant.

“When the war broke out, Konstantin and Vlada were both 29 years old. They had been together for eight years, and married for five. The Odessa couple originally planned to flee for safety when the full-scale invasion began. But with bags packed and ready to depart, they could not bring themselves to leave.” When would a fake shrink get to talk with a married couple with a career photographing from the harshest edges of the war in to talk about their relationship? What a privilege!!! Btw, they learned to do war photography when Ukraine was invaded. Literally trial by fire. When they were first together and married, they had an extremely successful, creative, wedding photography business. Konstantin and Vlada are in NYC on the last leg of their tour throughout the U.S. to accept an award from the US Embassy in Kiev. (I may have some award details wrong here, but you get the point.) As they agreed to be on the show, I told them I wanted to focus on discussing their relationship in such an intense situation, especially since they had begun their practice as wedding photographers. I mean talk about a growth experience! Beyond my imagination. I found them fascinating. And do you know what I found out? When they were first married Va was a chic princess.
