In Donald Trump's second term, we've seen a flurry of pardons and commutations. Of course, every President is granted the pardon power, but with this administration, pardons often seem to have a price tag. We're joined by Liz Oyer, former US pardon attorney (appointed by Biden and fired by Trump), to discuss some of the shadier pardons doled out during Trump's second term (so far).  Oyer lays out how several of Trump's pardons are motivated by money, loyalty, and retribution. Of course, we discuss the blanket pardon of the January 6th rioters, but we also examine the pardon of cryptocurrency-crook Changpeng Zhao, who Oyer says "might be the most corrupt pardon in American history." We dig into Trump's current pardon attorney, Ed Martin, a political operative who believes in "No MAGA left behind." Even Republicans found him too extreme to be a US Attorney, so Trump put him in charge of pardons and commutations.  Plus, we get Oyer's unfiltered opinion of the Ghislane Maxwell/Jeffrey Epstein saga AND Hunter Biden's pardon at the end of Joe Biden's term.  READ Liz Oyer's Substack at https://www.lawyeroyer.com/ Check out our sponsor Ollie for premium dog food! Democrats are being publicly humiliated. Illegals. Trump closed the border. Over two million future Democrat voters have left the party. By which I mean, they left the country.Defection. Democrats lost over 2.1 million registered voters during the Biden era. Republicans gained five million. And yet, with a straight face, they tell you they're confident about the midterms? That's not confidence, that's a clinical diagnosis. And my personal favorite, the Epstein files. This week on the Mark Levin Show, the judges in the James Comey case are obstructing the prosecution by granting rare access to secret grand jury information under Federal Rule 6e, despite no evidence of misconduct during the indictment, effectively trying to dismiss the case before trial. The judges continue lecturing the prosecution on alleged faults which create an awful situation. Later, no we are not ready for Michelle Obama to be President. She's a radical leftist who keeps trashing our country and talking down to the people. She'd be unable to hold up to scrutiny on substantive issues had she run. She's no Margaret Thatcher, Golda Meir, Indira Gandhi, and on and on. The 9/11 families still lack answers from Saudi Arabia's involvement on September 11th. Mohammed bin Salman's claim that Osama bin Laden used Saudis to destroy U.S.-Saudi relations is crap. MBS says he wants a two-state solution with Israel and Palestine but he won't take in one Palestinian from Gaza. The video with Democratic veterans urging the military and intelligence communities to defy ‘illegal orders' from President Trump, without specifying what those orders are is shocking. This is unprecedented exploitation, implying the President is portrayed as a law-violating dictator. Democrats pretend to support the military while slashing its budgets under Biden. A three-judge panel issued a 160-page order blocking Texas's new congressional redistricting plan, alleging it was unlawfully based on race rather than partisanship. In a scathing 104-page dissent, Judge Jerry Smith accused majority judges Jeffrey Vincent Brown and David Guaderrama of "pernicious judicial misbehavior" by denying him adequate time to review and respond, calling it the most outrageous judicial conduct he had encountered in 37 years. Smith argued the redistricting was driven by partisan gain, not racial animus, dismantling the majority's claims as deceptive, misleading, and factually erroneous. Learn more about your ad choices. They react to the LeBron James Lakers’ debut this season! Is this a new passing-machine version of LeBron? They look ahead to a big test at start of next year when LA hosts OKC in February. Then, Comedian and impressionist Frank Caliendo drops by the set after DP and the Danettes get to Vegas and brings a whole cast of characters with him, from Joe Biden to Jon Gruden to Morgan Freeman, and he even attempts an impression of Fritzy. Michael Douglas also stops by the set and talks about how he thought about being a race car driver instead of an actor, and how he went airborne in a car once and thought he was getting fired. #CRShowSee omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

“We're at an inflection point – a civilizational crisis. Western imperial dominance is ending, and its dying spasms are only accelerating the collapse.” Aaron Good Aaron Good, author of American Exception: Empire and the Deep State, is back to talk with Steve about the crisis of the US-led imperial order and the manufactured “common sense” that keeps people trapped inside a rigged system. Centuries of Western imperial dominance are unraveling, and the US responds with flailing, genocidal actions in Gaza and Ukraine. These aren't signs of strength; they're the death rattles of a corpse that doesn't know it's dead yet. “Realizing you're not voting your way out of it might be the most terrifying ‘aha moment' of them all.” Steve Grumbine At home the two major US parties are presented as alternatives, the ballot is a participation trophy in the “managed spectacle” of elections. Obama? Trump? Biden? Different brands, same oligarchy. Corporate media and algorithmic “alternative media” work together to keep people confused, divided, and clinging to the fantasy that if they just vote harder, donate more, and binge the right “left” YouTubers, they can reform a system designed to crush them. The empire's to-do list (crush dissent, steal resources) remains the same. What are we to do? Maybe we can't break the system yet, but we can stop being dupes. See the Matrix. At the beginning of the year, our teams redoubled our efforts to go after these networks and eliminate them. We have more than 300 investigations connected to this network going on nationwide, as we speak, and that number is growing. It is a top priority for us. Out of @FBIBaltimore - recently our teams worked with partners to arrest an individual who had allegedly targeted 5 victims – one as young as 13. The individual is now in federal custody, and we expect more information to be released on this case soon. Out of Arizona - recently, we had another case – where an indictment revealed an individual in federal custody had been found allegedly targeting kids as an affiliate of 764. The 9 victims involved were between 11-15 years old. Some of the allegations involve distributing child pornography, cyberstalking, animal crushing, and even conspiring to provide material support to terrorists. I cannot emphasize enough - this is a major issue in America that not enough people know about. We are asking all parents to please be on guard – check in with your kids and monitor their internet usage. Consider your options for putting safeguards in place that limit what these networks can reach. In the meantime, this @FBI will keep working day and night to destroy this network. Perhaps the truth about these Democrats, and their associations with Jeffrey Epstein, will soon be revealed, because I HAVE JUST SIGNED THE BILL TO RELEASE THE EPSTEIN FILES! As everyone knows, I asked Speaker of the House Mike Johnson, and Senate Majority Leader John Thune, to pass this Bill in the House and Senate, respectively. Because of this request, the votes were almost unanimous in favor of passage. At my direction, the Department of Justice has already turned over close to fifty thousand pages of documents to Congress. Do not forget — The Biden Administration did not turn over a SINGLE file or page related to Democrat Epstein, nor did they ever even speak about him. Democrats have used the “Epstein” issue, which affects them far more than the Republican Party, in order to try and distract from our AMAZING Victories, including THE GREAT BIG BEAUTIFUL TAX CUT BILL, Strong Borders, No Men in Women's Sports or Transgender for Everyone, ending DEI, stopping Biden's Record Setting Inflation, lowering Prices, Biggest Tax and Regulation Cuts in History, ending EIGHT Wars, rebuilding our Military, knocking out Iran's Nuclear capability, getting Trillions of Dollars INVESTED in the U.S.A., creating the “HOTTEST” Country anywhere in the World, and even delivering a HUGE DEFEAT to the Democrats on the recent Shutdown Disaster. Donald Trump's approval ratings have entered their roughest stretch of his second term, with three separate polls showing him hitting new lows after months of a seemingly bulletproof floor. The pattern itself is not unusual. Presidents in their second term often experience a dip once the early burst of post-inaugural goodwill fades. But Trump's decline is sharper than expected, sliding from the mid-forties into the high thirties. That puts him back in the territory he occupied for much of his first term, except this time he lacks the external crises that once helped explain his numbers. For better or for worse, he has defined the narrative of this second term so far, and voters are judging him on the results. It's no secret what the cause is for this drop: the economy. For months, Trump framed the United States as operating in a “golden age,” yet affordability remains a pain point. Tariffs have become an easy messaging target for Democrats, who argue that the disruptions fall hardest on consumers. Trump's core Republican base hasn't budged and Democrats remain consistently opposed, with the movement almost entirely coming from independents, many of whom appear to be remembering the volatility of Trump-era governance.Politics Politics Politics is a reader-supported publication. To receive new posts and support my work, consider becoming a free or paid subscriber.Whether this downturn is temporary or the beginning of a deeper slide will become clearer after the holidays. For now, the numbers are unambiguously weak. If Trump wants to regain altitude, he will need more than assurances about economic strength. He will need voters outside his base to believe it. Tune in here to this Friday's edition of the Brett Winterble Show! Brett kicks off the program with Pete Kaliner for this edition of the Hangover as they discuss the ongoing “Mondami Watch” and the high-stakes meeting between New York Mayor-elect Zoron Mondami and President Trump. Brett and Pete break down whether Mondami will earn a moment in the Oval Office or be relegated to a brief appearance in the press room, arguing that he hasn’t yet proven he deserves more. The conversation shifts to Mondami’s proposal for free buses and his inability to explain how he’ll fund a $700 million shortfall. Pete likens the promise to a school election fantasy—great slogans, no plan. They explore the safety concerns of free transit, poking fun at the chaos they expect. Brett then asks whether Trump will strike early or wait for Mondami to slip. Pete warns that socialism requires smooth operators, and Mondami fits the mold Later Brett launched into a fiery monologue sparked by Senator Markwayne Mullin’s recent claims about “illegal truckers” operating without proper identification or licensing. Brett framed Mullin’s comments as a wake-up call, especially with Thanksgiving travel approaching, arguing that unsafe drivers on major highways pose a growing threat to families on the road. He questioned why leaders like California Governor Gavin Newsom and the Biden administration aren’t, in his view, taking stronger steps to ensure road safety and immigration enforcement. Brett portrayed the situation as part of a broader pattern of lawlessness—drug trafficking, human trafficking, and violent crime—that he believes Americans are increasingly forced to tolerate. EPISODE 108 DETAILS Meat Company CEO Warns of $10 Dollar Ground Beef How high can the price of beef go?  Some speculate 10 ground beef is not out of the question.  Omaha Steaks President and CEO Nate Rempe cautioned the nation's shrinking cattle supply and record demand are driving a $10 dollar a pound reality that could stretch family budgets for years.  He said "We are headed for what I'm calling … the $10-a-pound reality. By [the] third quarter of '26, families are gonna see $10 a pound [for] ground beef in the grocery store. So we're in for a bit of a haul here," he continued. "I don't believe we'll see price[s] come down in any meaningful way until sometime in 2027."  Beef prices are at a record high after a drought left cattle inventory at the lowest level in 70 years. According to the latest consumer price index data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, beef and veal prices rose 14.7% year-over-year in September, while uncooked ground beef was up 12.9%. Secretary of Agriculture Brook Rollins suggested former President Joe Biden's “literal war on cattle” is responsible for soaring beef prices.  During an interview on Fox Business Monday morning, Rollins said there were some “important factors” that have contributed to the average price of ground beef rising by 14% per pound since January.  Rollins said the first is this, we are suffering from the last administration's literal war on cattle.  They wanted to reduce the herd sizes because they believe that cattle caused climate change.   REFERENCES:  https://www.nj.com/politics/2025/11/top-trump-official-says-bidens-war-on-cattle-is-to-blame-for-soaring-beef-prices.html  https://www.fox4news.com/news/beef-prices-could-hit-10-pound-soon-omaha-steaks-ceo-warns  Upcoming Bull & Heifer Sales On RanchChannel.Com Lot's of bull and heifer sales coming up on the RanchChannel.Com sale calendar.  Check out the full line up HERE. You're listening to American Ground Radio with Louis R. Avallone and Stephen Parr. This is the full show for November 20, 2025. 0:30 We are sounding the alarm because six Democratic members of Congress put out a video telling U.S. service members they can “refuse illegal orders.” That may sound fine on this surface, but this video isn’t about law at all. It’s about planting the idea that orders from President Trump himself are somehow optional. We break down what the Constitution says about following the president's orders and how this video is just another attempt to delegitimize President Trump. 9:30 Plus, we cover the Top 3 Things You Need to Know. According to data released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the US Economy added 119,000 jobs in September. The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has put a halt to a new California law that would have required companies all across the country to post on their website all of their carbon emissions. Democrat Congresswoman Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick has been indicted for campaign finance fraud. 12:30 Get Prodovite Plus from Victory Nutrition International for 20% off. Go to vni.life/agr and use the promo code AGR20. 13:30 The discussion of the "refuse illegal orders" video continues, and we're calling out the Democrats' hypocrisy. The Democrats want to label January 6th an “insurrection,” but that label is far more fitting for the video that these six Democratic lawmakers put out. And isn't funny that these lawmakers never identify any supposed unlawful orders? This isn't harmless political theater. 16:00 The American Mamas tackle a difficult listener question: When a couple divorces, should they tell the kids if infidelity was involved? Teri Netterville and Kimberly Burleson explore different perspectives on honesty, timing, protecting children, and how to handle complicated situations when emotions are high. The conversation highlights how every family’s circumstances are different — and why compassion and careful communication matter. If you'd like to ask our American Mamas a question, go to our website, AmericanGroundRadio.com/mamas and click on the Ask the Mamas button. 23:00 We react to Senator Bernie Moreno's claim that "the American dream is dead." While the last four years under Biden were undeniably brutal for working families, America’s promise isn’t gone—just bruised by bad policy. 25:30 We Dig Deep into a jaw-dropping investigation out of Minnesota that traces massive state-funded fraud back to the wave of Somali refugees resettled during the Obama administration. We walk listeners through explosive reporting from City Journal showing how tens of millions—eventually hundreds of millions—of taxpayer dollars from housing and autism-related programs were siphoned off through fake clients, fake services, and kickback schemes run predominantly by individuals tied to the Somali refugee community in Minneapolis. The numbers are staggering: programs that were supposed to cost a couple million ballooning to over $100 million… autism funding exploding from $3 million to $399 million… and remittances being funneled overseas at such scale that U.S. Somali residents send more money abroad than Somalia’s entire national budget. And the part that stops everyone in their tracks? DOJ tracing significant chunks of that money straight into the accounts of terrorist group Al-Shabaab—leading to the chilling conclusion that Minnesota taxpayers have become the largest funders of Al-Shabaab. 32:00 Get TrimROX from Victory Nutrition International for 20% off. Go to vni.life/agr and use the promo code AGR20. 33:00 We break down how, throughout history, communist regimes have always feared religion—not because prayer is dangerous, but because faith gives people something the state can’t tolerate: hope, identity, and loyalty that doesn’t flow through government power. It's no coincidence that Zoran Mamdani said that no issue is too small for the government to meddle in. The lefts wants the government to become like God. 35:30 Plus, Thanksgiving dinner is actually getting cheaper this year, and that's a Bright Spot. We break down the newest numbers from the American Farm Bureau and talk about what the drop in costs says about affordability, the economy, and why it’s a bright spot worth celebrating. 40:00 We dive into Megan Rapinoe’s latest comments on transgender athletes in women’s sports—and, yes, her unexpected comparison involving Landon Donovan’s hairline. According to Rapinoe, men in women's supports is comparable to a coach wearing a hearpiece. Her argument has us saying, "Whoa." Welcome to In Reality, the podcast about truth, disinformation, and the media with Eric Schurenberg, long-time business journalist and executive, now the founder of the Alliance for Trust in Media. What has it meant to be a professional news journalist during the past 10 years? In an era of gleeful hostility to the press, how do reporters cope? How do they avoid becoming the story? How do they handle unprecedented fear for their own safety, and the challenges of covering an administration that sometimes demands followers refuse to believe their own eyes? Our guest today is Steve Peoples, senior political writer for the Associated Press and a 14-year veteran of presidential campaigns. Few reporters have a clearer view of how the relationship between presidents and the press has transformed in these hyper-partisan years. We recorded this live at a session of my virtual University of Chicago course, Presidents vs. the Press. Our focus in this class was on the coverage of President Biden, which we are still processing 10 months after he left office, in particular how the press missed the signs of his cognitive decline. Steve is candid about the cause of that failure and about the job ahead for journalists in the age of Biden's successor, Donald Trump: We cover the dangers of groupthink in the newsroom, the pressure journalists face to skew coverage to maintain access, and why fact-checking in real time is now a core responsibility of the press. We hope you enjoy the episode...Website - free episode transcriptswww.in-reality.fmAlliance for Trust in Mediaalliancefortrust.com Produced by Tom Platts at Sound Sapiensoundsapien.com

Meet my friends, Clay Travis and Buck Sexton! If you love Verdict, the Clay Travis and Buck Sexton Show might also be in your audio wheelhouse. Politics, news analysis, and some pop culture and comedy thrown in too. Here’s a sample episode recapping four takeaways. Give the guys a listen and then follow and subscribe wherever you get your podcasts. Mamdanism President Trump will meet New York City Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani at the White House, a high-profile sit-down that underscores deep ideological divides. Buck analyzes Mamdani’s progressive agenda, including proposals for rent freezes, free public buses, and universal childcare, arguing these policies mirror failed socialist experiments and will worsen housing scarcity in New York City. He explains how government intervention in markets—such as rent control—creates artificial constraints that drive up costs and reduce housing availability, citing economic principles from Hayek’s Road to Serfdom. Buck warns that Mamdani’s tax-hike plans targeting corporations and high earners will further destabilize the city’s economy. FL Gov. Ron DeSantis Buck welcomes FL Governor Ron DeSantis for an in-depth discussion on Florida’s bold proposal to eliminate property taxes on homesteaded properties. DeSantis explains the economic rationale: skyrocketing property valuations are squeezing young families, while local governments have ballooned budgets from $32 billion in 2019 to $56 billion today. He argues that cutting homestead property taxes would protect true homeownership, reduce market distortions, and leverage Florida’s unique tax base, which relies heavily on non-resident property owners. DeSantis outlines plans for a 2026 ballot initiative, addresses concerns about special interests, and contrasts Florida’s lean, results-driven governance with New York’s bloated spending under progressive leadership. The conversation also touches on New York City Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani’s agenda, warning that policies like rent freezes and anti-police measures will accelerate urban decline. WI Sen. Ron Johnson Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, who discusses alarming revelations about the FBI’s handling of the Thomas Crooks assassination attempt on President Trump. Johnson suggests the Bureau may have withheld critical information about Crooks’ online activity, including radicalization indicators, and criticizes the lack of transparency despite bipartisan efforts to investigate. He confirms his committee is pursuing independent inquiries and warns that more details will surface. The conversation shifts to the Epstein Transparency Act, which passed Congress with near-unanimous support. Johnson explains why the Senate fast-tracked the measure and outlines concerns about protecting victims while ensuring public disclosure. He predicts the DOJ will release files within 30 days of Trump’s signature, though some material may remain withheld for legal reasons. Buck and Johnson agree this rare bipartisan moment reflects overwhelming public demand for accountability in the Epstein case. Johnson also tackles FBI abuses under “Operation Arctic Frost,” describing it as a partisan dragnet targeting Trump allies, Republican groups, and even ordinary citizens in Wisconsin. He calls for full exposure of communications between Biden officials and outside legal operatives, framing the probe as an attempt to criminalize lawful political activity. The senator further advocates ending the Senate filibuster, aligning with Trump’s position to secure election integrity, repair Obamacare’s failures, and advance conservative reforms. Bye, Bye, Dept. of Ed? Buck analyzes Karoline Leavitt’s fiery White House briefing, where she announced a major step toward dismantling the Department of Education. Leavitt detailed plans to redistribute its functions across other agencies, moving toward Trump’s campaign promise to return education control to states and eliminate federal overreach. Buck applauds the move, arguing the Department has long served as a progressive policy arm rather than an educational necessity. The show also previews Trump’s upcoming meeting with New York City Mayor-elect Zohran Mamdani, which Levitt characterized as a stark contrast between Trump’s pragmatic leadership and Mamdani’s far-left agenda. Buck predicts fireworks from the meeting and critiques Mamdani’s socialist proposals, including rent freezes and free public transit, as disastrous for New York’s economy. On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, the video with Democratic veterans urging the military and intelligence communities to defy ‘illegal orders' from President Trump, without specifying what those orders are is shocking. This is unprecedented exploitation, implying the President is portrayed as a law-violating dictator. Democrats pretend to support the military while slashing its budgets under Biden. Also, people are falling for media-reported phony scandals, particularly claims that Trump will withhold or tamper with the Epstein files, which some neo-fascists and influencers exploited all summer to attack him and MAGA. The Democrat criticism is endless exploitation to create pseudo-news and impressions. Later, the House Democratic Caucus is embroiled in internal drama after Representative Jesus "Chuy" Garcia rigged his district's election by filing to run again shortly before the deadline, followed by his chief of staff, Patty Garcia, filing just minutes before it closed, and then Garcia retiring for health and family reasons, ensuring no primary or general opponents. This is the Democrats manipulating the electoral process to avoid fair competition. Afterward, Trump has been accused of focusing too much on foreign policy at the expense of domestic issues, but he balances both effectively and often intertwines them. This is nothing but media-driven repetition.  Finally, Scott Jennings calls in to discuss his new book – A Revolution of Common Sense: How Donald Trump Stormed Washington and Fought for Western Civilization. Projections suggest an 18-22% increase, potentially pushing BTC to $112,000-$118,000 by the end of November 2025, with technical indicators pointing to a short-term rise to around $92,352 by November 21, fueled by renewed investor confidence and market recovery scenarios. Experts highlight top reasons for this upturn, including potential boosts from emerging Layer-2 solutions like Bitcoin Hyper, which could enhance scalability and drive broader adoption, countering current downward pressures and setting the stage for a bullish trajectory into 2026. President Trump is actively bringing back competition and removing elements of socialism through a series of executive actions aimed at dismantling regulatory barriers that stifle free enterprise. In April 2025, he signed an order directing federal agencies to identify and reduce anti-competitive regulations across the economy, fostering a more dynamic marketplace. This was followed in August by the revocation of Biden-era policies on non-competes and competition, effectively turning back the clock to an era of federal deregulation that prioritizes individual business freedom over government intervention. Additional measures, such as enabling competition in the commercial space industry, underscore his administration's push against socialist-style overreach, even as critics label some interventions as state capitalism, ultimately aiming to empower private enterprise and reduce bureaucratic socialism. The U.S. economy in 2026 is set to take off, with White House projections anticipating a return to robust growth of 3% to 4% by the first quarter, rebounding from any slowdowns caused by prior disruptions like the 43-day federal shutdown. Forecasts indicate an average expansion of 2.4%, heating up early in the year due to impacts from policies like the OBBBA, which could boost both growth and inflation before settling into sustained momentum. While some analyses predict a dip to 1.4% from 1.8% in 2025 amid uncertainties like tariffs, the overall trajectory points to a rebound above 2% by 2027, with unemployment edging only slightly upward and inflation remaining above target, signaling a vigorous economic liftoff driven by policy-driven stimuli and resilient fundamentals.

SEASON 4 EPISODE 35: COUNTDOWN WITH KEITH OLBERMANN A-BLOCK (2:30) SPECIAL COMMENT: Trump is now a lame duck. A lame Donald. A lame duck Donald. A lame Donald Duck. I like it. It’s not just that MAGA stood up to him and a GOP/Democratic coalition beat him 427 to 1 on Epstein. It's that that was something even most of the Washington political media industrial complex can understand, can process, can WRITE using the cliches in which they trafficked until Trump and his unprecedented madness came along. This looked all too familiar and they jumped on it with both feet and the same cliché: LAME DUCK. Fortune used it. NBC. Semafor. The National Review. Nate Silver's site asked "Is Trump A Lame Duck?" CNN's went further: "Is Trump A Lame Duck NOW?" It's so bad there was a Politico Lame Duck Listicle! "Seven signs Trump is losing his groove." And then the final nail: “It’s Official: Donald Trump is a lame duck by President”by Chris Cillizza, part of his weekly conversation with Chuck Todd. It's never over til it's over, Yogi, but it's over. B-BLOCK (25:00) SPECIAL COMMENT: I'm the character in The (Latest) Olivia Nuzzi story who gets shot in the first scene, but I still know more about her than almost any outsider and there is a lot to correct on her epically bad book excerpt in Vanity Fair, and the riposte by the more recent ex, Ryan Lizza, who was apparently told by Olivia that I was stalking her at the same time as Olivia was telling me there was a guy in Washington stalking her, named Ryan Lizza. The Nuzzi News is a Doozy and we all lose. This was to be a comeback; now she'll need an entirely new comeback to come back from her come back. And how does Vanity Fair keep her employed after the Mark Sanford accusation made her explanation of her RFK Jr lies into a separate lie? C-BLOCK (1:00:00) THE WORST PERSONS IN THE WORLD: Trump accuses himself of rigging the 2020 census. It was in July, but Bill O'Reilly insisted that Jeffrey Epstein was prosecuted by Biden and Garland, and refused to correct himself even after he was reminded Epstein died during Trump's first presidency. And Bill Maher says he's giving up touring because people who are half as funny are selling twice as many tickets. Who does he mean? The New York Jets? On episode 106 of Native Land Pod, hosts Tiffany Cross, Angela Rye, Andrew Gillum, and Bakari Sellers… President Trump has been under enormous pressure to release the Epstein Files. Republicans–who wanted the files released under President Biden–are now twisting themselves into knots trying to protect Trump’s reputation. Democrats are also finding themselves mentioned more than they’d like in what’s been released thus far. As it turns out, proximity to power knows no partisan bounds. MAYBE having transparency into the crimes of the most infamous pedophile in modern history is good in-and-of itself and should never have been a partisan issue… Trump’s DOJ never misses an opportunity to engage in more injustice with the latest being federal prosecutors pushing to release one of Breonna Taylor’s killers. Ben Shapiro and others are also advocating for the release of Derek Chauvin, the officer who murdered George Floyd. AND Our guest today is the Attorney General of Massachusetts, Andrea Campbell. AG Campbell has been a leader in the push back against the Trump administration having filed more than 40 lawsuits to halt some of their dangerous actions. She led a group of AG’s in a lawsuit to release SNAP funds during the shutdown, and she’s been fighting to preserve DEIA initiatives in MA schools, and protect immigrants here legally on Temporary Protected Status (TPS) who have been getting picked up by ICE. There’s a push in several red states to allow pregnant women to park in handicapped spaces. Sounds fine, right?
