What if emotional eating is holding you back from manifesting the life you truly desire? In this episode of the Manifested podcast, Kathleen Cameron and Amber Romaniuk delve into the profound connection between emotional eating and manifestation. Kathleen shares her personal struggles with emotional eating, revealing how subconscious triggers influenced her habits and how healing those parts of herself led to profound personal transformation. Amber opens up about her own journey, showing how overcoming binge eating sparked her passion to help others heal from similar struggles. Together, they dive into the prevalence of emotional eating among women, the role hormones play in emotional triggers, and how societal conditioning fuels these behaviors. A key focus of the conversation is the importance of self-love, as both Kathleen and Amber emphasize the need to understand your unique emotional triggers and practice mindfulness to foster lasting change. This episode is for you if you've ever struggled with emotional eating, are ready to break free from old habits, or want to heal your relationship with food and yourself.   Discussed in this episode:  Emotional eating is often a symptom of subconscious beliefs and is not purely driven by a lack of willpower. Hormonal imbalances, stress, and societal habits contribute significantly to emotional eating tendencies, especially in women. Healing emotional eating requires embracing self-love and recognizing one's own worth beyond physical appearance. Understanding the distinction between physical hunger and emotional cravings is essential for modifying eating habits.     About the guest:  Amber Romaniuk is an Expert in Emotional Eating, Digestive Health, and Hormone Balance, with 11 years of experience helping high-achieving women cultivate body confidence, intuition, and optimal health through powerful mindset healing, self-care, and overcoming self-sabotage with food. She does this by addressing the key negative thoughts, patterns, and limiting beliefs that keep women stuck in the same behaviors for years and decades that they haven't been able to break. Her podcast, “The No Sugarcoating Podcast,” has garnered over 2 million downloads, spanning more than 500 episodes, and is listened to in 88 countries worldwide. Amber overcame her own emotional eating after gaining and losing more than 1000 lbs and spending over $50,000 on binge foods and spending 5 years balancing her hormones, digestion. She also dismantled her deeply limiting beliefs and behaviors that kept her stuck in the same looping patterns. Now she helps others achieve the most profound healing miracles of Body Freedom™, so they have the confidence and health to create amazing lives.   Shop Iylia Premium Non-Alcoholics: https://iylia.com/   Subscribe To The Manifested Podcast With Kathleen Cameron: Apple Podcast | YouTube | Spotify Connect With The Kathleen Cameron: Facebook | Instagram | LinkedIn | Youtube | TikTok | Kathleencameronofficial.com   Unlock Your Dreams with House of ManifestationA community where you take control of your destiny, manifest your desires, and create a life filled with abundance and purpose? SUMMER CROSSOVER SPECTACULAR BEGINS! Love 'em or hate 'em, big event comics were a defining feature of the Iron Age, cramming a whole universe of superheroes into a single miniseries and/or spreading a single story out over multiple titles. We begin three months of surveying the crossover phenomenon with one of the first major examples: Marvel's Secret Wars II, written and architected by friend-of-the-podcast* Jim Shooter. Whereas the original Secret Wars was designed to take place relatively unobtrusively between issues of the regular monthly books, the sequel sprawled across the Marvel Universe for nine months. The cosmic being known as the Beyonder has come to Earth seeking the meaning of existence, and his limitless power—coupled with childlike curiosity and naivete—makes him a potential threat to the entire multiverse. But, in contrast with its action-packed predecessor, the frequently bizarre Secret Wars II spends much of its time on fish-out-of-water hijinks, thinly veiled attacks on former Marvel creators, mild satire of '80s consumer culture, and some uncomfortable fixations regarding women and relationships. Discussed in this episode: Secret Wars II #1-9, plus various tie-ins._________* (Not really.)Support us at patreon.com/ironageofcomics

A kiss becomes the ultimate betrayal in this powerful examination of Judas Iscariot's treachery against Jesus. We dive deep into Mark 14:42-65, uncovering the layers of this pivotal moment that set in motion the most important weekend in human history.Discussed in this session is the perplexing question that has troubled believers for centuries—why would Judas betray Jesus? Rather than focusing solely on theories of greed or political disappointment, we examine the deeper character flaws revealed in scripture and conclude that sometimes evil actions stem simply from evil hearts. This episode illuminates fascinating details often overlooked in this familiar story: Peter's impulsive sword attack, the mysterious naked young man who fled the scene, and the stark contrast between the disciples' bold promises and their frightened abandonment when real danger appeared. Each element adds texture and authenticity to this eyewitness account.Perhaps most revealing is the examination of Jesus' trial before the Jewish authorities—a mockery of justice that violated at least 22 of their own legal procedures. False witnesses couldn't align their testimonies, leading to growing frustration from the high priest who finally demanded a direct answer about Jesus' identity. The response would seal his fate but fulfill his divine purpose.Throughout these events, we see Jesus remained silent when falsely accused but spoke precisely when necessary to accomplish his mission. While human betrayal, fear, and injustice swirled around him, Christ maintained perfect control of his destiny. What does Mark's account of this story reveal about human nature, justice, and divine purpose? Listen now and discover how these events still speak powerfully to our world today. Then join us next time as we continue exploring Jesus' profound response to the high priest's question.Support the showThank you for listening!!
