The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 3: 5:05pm- Phil Kerpen—President of American Commitment—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss the 2017 Trump tax cuts which will expire at the end of the year. Kerpen explains it is urgent the House and Senate agree on language to make those cuts permanent, especially with the economic uncertainty surrounding the Trump Administration's reciprocal tariffs. 5:30pm- While appearing on Fox News Sunday with Shannon Bream, U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi said there is a “constitutional crisis”—pointing out that “since January 20th, we've had over 170 lawsuits filed against” the Trump Administration. Notably, Chief Justice John Roberts temporarily blocked a district court order demanding the return of a man the Trump Administration sent to an El Salvadorian prison. Meanwhile, New York Attorney General Letitia James told a crowd that she will use the law as a “sword” to go after President Donald Trump. Weekday afternoons on Talk Radio 1210 WPHT, Rich Zeoli gives the expert analysis and humorous take that we need in this crazy political climate. Along with Executive Producer Matt DeSantis and Justin Otero, the Zeoli show is the next generation of talk radio and you can be a part of it weekday afternoons 3-7pm.
The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Show (04/07/2025): 3:05pm- In response to the Trump Administration's reciprocal tariff, the S&P 500 fell nearly 1% on Monday—and is now down 14% over the last three days of trading. It has lost more than $5 trillion in value since the beginning of last week. Meanwhile, the Dow Jones Industrial Average has declined by more than 20% from its recent high, entering correction territory. 3:30pm- On Monday, President Donald Trump met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the Oval Office. During the meeting Trump answered numerous questions from the press—many regarding tariffs and the U.S. economy. Netanyahu pledged to eliminate the trade deficit between the U.S. and Israel and reduce tariffs on U.S. imports to 0%. 3:50pm- China has vowed to place an additional 34% tariff on U.S. imported goods—matching the tariffs the Trump Administration announced against Chinese-made products. In a post to Truth Social, Trump warned that if China retaliates, he will impose an additional 50% tariff on their goods effective on April 9th. Trump continued: “Negotiations with other countries, which have also requested meetings, will begin taking place immediately.” 4:00pm- On Monday, President Donald Trump met with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the Oval Office. During the meeting Trump answered numerous questions from the press—many regarding tariffs and the U.S. economy. Netanyahu pledged to eliminate the trade deficit between the U.S. and Israel and reduce tariffs on U.S. imports to 0%. 4:30pm- Bill D'Agostino—Senior Research Analyst at Media Research Center—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to break down some of the best (and worst) clips from corporate media. Chief Justice John Roberts temporarily blocked a district court order demanding the return of a man the Trump Administration sent to an El Salvadorian prison. The deported man was in the U.S. illegally and, according to the administration, is a member of the gang MS-13. D'Agostino points out, however, that corporate media continually has continually referred to the deportee as “a Maryland father”—as if he had been randomly selected for removal! 5:05pm- Phil Kerpen—President of American Commitment—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss the 2017 Trump tax cuts which will expire at the end of the year. Netanyahu pledged to eliminate the trade deficit between the U.S. and Israel and reduce tariffs on U.S. imports to 0%. Similarly, Vietnam has pledged to reduce its tariffs to zero—however, while appearing on CNBC's Squawk Box, White House Trade Advisor Peter Navarro said it was “a small first start” and insisted the nation must also end trade “cheating.” During the interview, Navarro specifically mentioned Chinese products routed through Vietnam to avoid paying additional fees. 6:10pm- In response to the Trump Administration's reciprocal tariffs and the stock market's reaction, Goldman Sachs is now placing the likelihood of a recession at 45%. In this episode of the Them Before Us podcast, we sit down with Phil Kerpen, one of our authors in Pro-Child Politics, to unpack the hidden cost of national debt—a burden that overwhelmingly falls on the next generation. Phil breaks down how government overspending and skyrocketing debt undermine children's future, creating an economy where they inherit financial instability, fewer opportunities, and a weakened nation. This conversation was recorded before the election, and while we're hopeful for positive policy changes with the Trump Administration, the reality is that national debt remains a critical issue no matter when you're tuning in. Understanding the long-term impact of debt will help you make informed, pro-child political choices moving forward. https://www.americancommitment.org Author Bio: Phil Kerpen is the president of American Commitment and the Committee to Unleash Prosperity.American Commitment is a 501(c)(4) advocacy group dedicated to restoring and protecting America's core commitment to free markets, economic growth, Constitutionally-limited government, property rights, and individual freedom. The Committee to Unleash Prosperity is a 501(c)(3) educational charity founded by supply-side icons Stephen Moore, Steve Forbes, and Art Laffer to promote faster economic growth through the key building blocks of low taxes, limited spending, less regulation, sound money, and free trade.Mr. Kerpen has previously served as vice president for policy at Americans for Prosperity and as an analyst and researcher for the Free Enterprise Fund, the Club for Growth, and the Cato Institute. Full Text of ReadingsTuesday of the Second Week of Advent Lectionary: 182The Saint of the day is Blessed Adolph KolpingBlessed Adolph Kolping's Story The rise of the factory system in 19th-century Germany brought many single men into cities where they faced new challenges to their faith. Father Adolph Kolping began a ministry to them, hoping that they would not be lost to the Catholic faith, as was happening to workers elsewhere in industrialized Europe. Born in the village of Kerpen, Adolph became a shoemaker at an early age because of his family's economic situation. Ordained in 1845, he ministered to young workers in Cologne, establishing a choir, which by 1849 had grown into the Young Workmen's Society. A branch of this began in St. Louis, Missouri, in 1856. Nine years later there were over 400 Gesellenvereine—workman's societies—around the world. Today this group has over 450,000 members in 54 countries across the globe. More commonly called the Kolping Society, it emphasizes the sanctification of family life and the dignity of labor. Father Kolping worked to improve conditions for workers and greatly assisted those in need. He and St. John Bosco in Turin had similar interests in working with young men in big cities. He told his followers, “The needs of the times will teach you what to do.” Father Kolping once said, “The first thing that a person finds in life and the last to which he holds out his hand, and the most precious that he possesses, even if he does not realize it, is family life.” Blessed Adolph Kolping and Blessed John Duns Scotus are buried in Cologne's Minoritenkirche, originally served by the Conventual Franciscans. The Kolping Society's international headquarters are located across from this church. Kolping members journeyed to Rome from Europe, America, Africa, Asia, and Oceania, for Father Kolping's beatification in 1991, the 100th anniversary of Pope Leo XIII's revolutionary encyclical “Rerum Novarum”—“On the Social Order.” Father Kolping's personal witness and apostolate helped prepare for that encyclical. His liturgical feast is celebrated on December 4. Reflection Some people thought that Father Kolping was wasting his time and talents on young working men in industrialized cities. In some countries, the Catholic Church was seen by many workers as the ally of owners and the enemy of workers. Men like Adolph Kolping showed that was not true. On AMAC's Better for America podcast, Phil Kerpen, President of the Committee to Unleash Prosperity, criticized the Biden-Harris “Inflation Reduction Act” (IRA) for worsening inflation and compromising Medicare. Calling the IRA “an attack on Medicare,” he condemned its use of Medicare funds for climate initiatives, saying, “They used Medicare as a ‘piggy bank'” and projected that this could raise premiums for seniors. Kerpen noted the administration's workaround to delay premium hikes until after the election, likening it to a “bribe” for insurance companies. He also argued that AARP's support of the bill, motivated by financial ties to insurance, worsens these issues: “AARP has become an advocacy arm of the health insurance industry.” Both Kerpen and host Rebecca Weber underscored the long-term damage of these policies, with Weber warning, “It's bad in the long run.”

Most think it'll be Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro or Arizona Senator Mark Kelly. 4:30pm- On Wednesday, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre held her first press briefing since President Joe Biden announced he would withdraw from the 2024 presidential race. Jean-Pierre insisted that the President's decision had nothing to do with his health and that he plans to address the nation tonight. At one point, Fox News reporter Peter Doocy asked if someone in the White House was responsible for covering up Biden's declining cognitive and physical health. Jean-Pierre, of course, denied that there had been any coverup. 4:40pm- While speaking with Tucker Carlson, Jack Posobiec denounced the Democrat elite selecting Kamala Harris as the party's nominee—completely bypassing voters. However, perhaps more interesting, a closer examination of the numbers indicates Harris currently has a favorability rating of 38%—nearly identical to President Joe Biden's rating. Kornacki joked that the idea Harris will do better than Biden against Trump in November is “based more on hope” than any data collected so far. 3:30pm- On Wednesday, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre held her first press briefing since President Joe Biden announced he would withdraw from the 2024 presidential race. The project is a dedicated initiative aimed at matching the Democrat's tactics for mail-in ballot success and securing a significant victory for liberty-loving Republicans in the 2024 election. The PA Chase has a laser-like focus on driving up the number of GOP mail-in ballots in PA. When the tyrants of Tehran who hang gays from cranes and murder women for not covering their hair are praising, promoting, and funding you, you have officially become Iran's useful idiots." 5:30pm- In the days since President Joe Biden dropped out of the 2024 presidential race and selected Kamala Harris to be his successor, clips have emerged of Harris advocating for some truly bizarre policies—including a ban on fracking, a mandatory gun buyback initiated via executive authority, placing a limit on red meat consumption, providing universal health care with taxpayer funded care provided to undocumented migrants in the country illegally, and the complete abolition of private health insurance. 5:45pm- What's Kamala Harris' favorite pizza topping? Wo fängt der Schutz von Kindern an? In ihrem Umfeld. The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (05/28/2024): 3:05pm- The defense and prosecution are making their closing arguments in the Donald Trump “hush money” trial. Trump was charged with having concealed payments made to adult film star Stormy Daniels. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg alleges that the payment concealment amounted to falsified business records which influenced the 2016 election. 3:15pm- Christopher Cadelago, Sally Goldenberg, and Elena Schneider write that Democrats are in a full-blown freakout over the 2024 election cycle—specifically Joe Biden's potential performance at the top of the ticket. “A pervasive sense of fear has settled in at the highest levels of the Democratic Party over President Joe Biden's reelection prospects, even among officeholders and strategists who had previously expressed confidence about the coming battle with Donald Trump.” You can read the full article here: https://www.politico.com/news/2024/05/28/democrats-freakout-over-biden-00160047 3:20pm- On Tuesday, Robert DeNiro held a press conference in New York City—announcing he has officially joined the Biden-Harris campaign. DeNiro claimed that if Donald Trump were to win the 2024 presidential election, he would become “dictator for life.” 3:30pm- While appearing on a CNN panel, defense attorney Randy Zelin concluded that the prosecution did not do enough to prove their case in Donald Trump's “hush money” case. 3:40pm- Lee Zeldin—former U.S. Congressman & former Candidate for Governor of New York—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss the “hush money” case brought against Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump. Plus, what on earth was Robert DeNiro doing outside of the courthouse? 4:05pm- In a new op-ed, The Wall Street Journal's William McGurn writes: “Scarcely four weeks from the first presidential debate of 2024, Democrats dream of President Biden's stepping aside for a more appealing candidate. But there is a hitch. For starters, a convention switcheroo is all but impossible unless the president agrees—and he and the rest of the Biden family show no sign they're ready to go. And even if someone did manage to persuade Mr. Biden stepping aside was the right thing to do, there's a bigger problem. Her name is Kamala Harris, and identity politics gives her an effective veto over any plans to swap out candidates.” You can read the full editorial here: https://www.wsj.com/articles/the-unsinkable-kamala-harris-dnc-identity-politics-replace-biden-2024-election-26e81803?mod=opinion_lead_pos9 4:15pm- Over the weekend, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump spoke at the Libertarian Party convention in Washington D.C. The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 2: 4:05pm- In a new op-ed, The Wall Street Journal's William McGurn writes: “Scarcely four weeks from the first presidential debate of 2024, Democrats dream of President Biden's stepping aside for a more appealing candidate. The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (02/28/2024): 3:05pm- On Wednesday, during a speech from the Senate floor, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) announced that he would be stepping down from his leadership position at the end of the term in November. Though, he does not plan to resign from the Senate. McConnell, now 82-years-old, has served in the U.S. Senate for nearly 40-years and has been the leader of the Senate Republican Conference since 2007. You can read more here: https://thehill.com/homenews/senate/4494536-mcconnell-to-step-down-as-senate-gop-leader/ 3:15pm- According to reports from both The New York Times and The Wall Street Journal, during a White House meeting on Tuesday, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) joined Democrat leadership—President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries—in pressing Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA) to vote on a bill that would send tens-of-billions of dollars of foreign aid to Ukraine. The bill, which passed in the Senate, has stalled in the House of Representatives. 3:40pm- On Tuesday, Michigan held its Republican and Democrat primaries. Donald Trump defeated Nikki Haley 68% to 27%. Meanwhile President Joe Biden won 81% of the vote—though, “uncommitted” received a shocking 101,000 votes, or 13% of the Democrat electorate. According to estimates, “uncommitted” earned enough support to be awarded 2 delegates. Perhaps most alarming for Democrats, “uncommitted”—which beat Biden in Dearborn and Hamtramck, both of which have large Arab American populations—also performed well in East Lansing and Ann Arbor, two college towns. Is Biden struggling to appeal to young voters? And what could that mean for Biden in a general election? 4:05pm- On Wednesday, President Joe Biden had his annual physical at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center—though, he received no cognitive test. During her White House press briefing, Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre insisted that Biden “passes a cognitive test everyday” as president. You can read more here: https://www.wsj.com/politics/president-biden-gets-annual-physical-amid-concerns-about-age-76a608c9?mod=hp_lead_pos3 4:15pm- While appearing on CNN with Erin Burnett, former Obama Administration Advisor Van Jones reacted to the idea that Robert Kennedy Jr. might be able to win traditionally Democrat voters in swing states who may be unhappy with President Joe Biden's policies. Jones noted that Kennedy is “on track to be in enough states to cost Joe Biden the presidency.” 4:30pm- David Kappos—Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director, U.S. Patent and Trademark Office under Barack Obama (2009-2013)—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss a Biden Administration proposal that would reinterpret the Bayh-Dole Act which deals with the development of intellectual property arising from research funded by the federal government—with ownership of the invention/patent being granted to the entity responsible for actually conducting the research. Rather than alter the bill through the legislative process, President Joe Biden may act unilaterally via executive order. And under Biden's proposed alteration to the Bayh-Dole Act's framework, he would weaken patent ownership—hobbling technological, medical, and scientific innovation done at universities, for example, in the process. A letter to Biden, signed by Kappos and other former government officials, states: “We believe the adoption of the Draft Framework would destabilize our nation's entire technology transfer system which is central to U.S. innovation, and we thus implore you to withdraw the framework in its entirety.” 4:50pm- After a seven-hour deposition, Hunter Biden and his attorney Abbe Lowell emerged from an office building on Capitol Hill. Lowell briefly spoke with members of the press and claimed that Republican members of Congress were unable to produce any evidence that Hunter Biden, or the Biden family, ever engaged in corrupt business practices. 5:00pm- Regina Egea—President of the Garden State Initiative (GSI) & served as Chief of Staff to former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss Governor Phil Murphy's proposal that New Jersey adopt a corporate tax rate of 11.5%, which would be the highest in the entire country. How would this new proposed exorbitant tax impact job creation throughout the state? 5:20pm- Jess Bravin of The Wall Street Journal writes: “The Supreme Court agreed to consider whether Donald Trump must stand trial on charges he plotted to overturn the 2020 election, after lower courts rejected his claim that he is entitled to absolute immunity because he was president at the time. The court's move means it will have final say on an issue the judiciary never confronted before Trump. But it also means the former president has bought himself at least another couple of months before any trial, which had been scheduled to start in early March before the immunity battle scuttled those plans.” You find more on this developing story here: https://www.wsj.com/us-news/law/supreme-court-to-say-if-donald-trump-must-stand-trial-in-2020-election-conspiracy-case-1b7f4e3f 5:40pm- Phil Kerpen—President of American Commitment—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell's announcement that he will be stepping down at the end of the term in November. Who is likely to replace him as leader of the Senate Republican Conference? Kerpen thinks it might be Sen. John Thune (R-SD) who currently serves as Senate Minority Whip. Plus, according to reports, Congressional leaders have agreed to a short-term bill to avoid a partial government shutdown which was at risk of occurring at the end of the week. And did Governor Gavin Newsom really exempt Panera Bread from new state minimum wage laws because they contributed to his campaign? You can learn more about American Commitment here: https://www.americancommitment.org/about/ 6:05pm- Andrew C. McCarthy of National Review writes: “[Donald] Trump's legal team has asked the Appellate Division-First Department to accept a $100 million bond for the purposes of enabling him to appeal the civil-fraud judgment against him and of stopping New York attorney general Letitia James from beginning to execute that judgment—i.e., to start seizing his property if he can't pay up in cash. The problem, of course, is that the judgment against him is $450 million—with interest, which continues to accrue at about $112,000 per day.” You can read more here: https://www.nationalreview.com/2024/02/trump-tells-new-york-appeals-court-he-cant-post-full-bond/ 6:10pm- Jess Bravin of The Wall Street Journal writes: “The Supreme Court agreed to consider whether Donald Trump must stand trial on charges he plotted to overturn the 2020 election, after lower courts rejected his claim that he is entitled to absolute immunity because he was president at the time. Without Presidential Immunity, a President will not be able to properly function, or make decisions, in the best interest of the United States of America. Presidents will always be concerned, and even paralyzed, by the prospect of wrongful prosecution and retaliation after they leave office. This could actually lead to the extortion and blackmail of a President. The other side would say, ‘If you don't do something, just the way we want it, we are going to go after you when you leave office, or perhaps even sooner.'” You can find the post here: https://truthsocial.com/@realDonaldTrump/posts/112011584636454428 6:40pm- On Wednesday, during a speech from the Senate floor, Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) announced that he would be stepping down from his leadership position at the end of the term in November. Full Text of ReadingsSecond Sunday of Advent Lectionary: 5The Saint of the day is Blessed Adolph KolpingBlessed Adolph Kolping's Story The rise of the factory system in 19th-century Germany brought many single men into cities where they faced new challenges to their faith.

When the Trump FCC under Chairman Ajit Pai proposed to repeal those Obama-era regulations, the media and other Democrats unleashed a series of apocalyptic predictions.” Disturbingly, earlier this month, “[FCC chair Jessica] Rosenworcel announced a new proposed rule almost identical to the short-lived Obama rule…The new proposal even explicitly reserves the right to engage in ex-post rate regulation, deciding after the fact that a company charged too much for a service.” You can read Kerpen's editorial here: https://www.americancommitment.org/fcc-chairs-bad-wi-fi-is-not-a-reason-to-regulate-the-internet/ Has Governor Phil Murphy (D-NJ) actually done something good? Mike Johnson (R-LA) became the 56th Speaker of the House of Representatives with a 220 to 209 floor vote—ending three-weeks of Republican infighting with unanimous support for his candidacy. In his first speech as Speaker from the House floor, Johnson vowed to “ensure that our republic remains standing as the great beacon of hope, light, and freedom in a world that desperately needs it.” MSNBC condemned the selection of Johnson citing his expressed doubts about the outcome of the 2020 presidential election. However, didn't MSNBC spend years expressing similar doubts about the legitimacy of Donald Trump's election victory in 2016—baselessly blaming Russian interference? 6:10pm- Many progressive media outlets and politicians, including House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, have denounced Mike Johnson's speakership—referring to him as an “election denier.” On X, President of American Commitment Phil Kerpen highlights the hypocrisy, noting that following the 2016 election Jeffries' tweeted: “The more we learn about 2016 election the more illegitimate it becomes. America deserves to know whether we have a fake president in the Oval Office #RussianInterference.” 6:15pm- While accepting the House Republican nomination to be Speaker of the House, following an internal vote on Tuesday night, Rep. Mike Johnson (R-LA) told the press that “democracy is messy sometimes” but ensured that House Republicans are once again “united.” On Wednesday, he earned all 220 House Republican votes to become the 56thSpeaker of the House of Representatives. 6:20pm- Brooke Singman of Fox News reports: “The FBI maintained more than 40 confidential human sources on various criminal matters related to the Biden family, including Joe Biden, dating back to his time as vice president, according to information obtained by Sen. Chuck Grassley…Grassley learned that an FBI task force within the Washington Field Office sought to, and in some cases, successfully, shut down reporting and information from those sources by falsely discrediting the information as foreign disinformation. That effort ‘caused investigative activity to cease.'” You can read the full report here: https://www.foxnews.com/politics/fbi-received-criminal-information-40-confidential-sources-joe-biden-hunter-jim-grassley 6:25pm- During a campaign in Derry, New Hampshire, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump recalled when Joe Biden threatened to “take [Trump] behind a barn.” In response to the comment, Trump joked that Biden had a fake nose and that if the two ever fought there “would be plastic everywhere.” 6:40pm- In a lawsuit filed on Tuesday, more than forty states allege that Meta—parent company of Facebook and Instagram—has harmed children, fueling a national mental health crisis in the process. The lawsuit accuses Meta of violating state consumer protections. You can read more here: https://www.politico.com/news/2023/10/24/states-sue-meta-addictive-features-kids-00123217

The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 1: 3:05pm- Rich is back! After surgery, and a two-and-a-half-week recovery, Rich makes his triumphant return to the afternoon show. How did the surgery go? And how did Rich spend the last couple weeks? He saw Sound of Freedom, Mission Impossible 7, and the latest Indiana Jones movie—which, unsurprisingly, wasn't great. 3:15pm- On Tuesday, former President Donald Trump revealed that federal prosecutors have informed him he is the target of an investigation for his role in the January 6th, 2021 riot at the U.S. Capitol—and subsequent alleged attempt to overturn the 2020 presidential election results. Special Counsel Jack Smith has declined to comment. According to a report from Charlie Savage of The New York Times, Trump could face obstruction and fraud charges. You can read Savage's complete report here: https://www.nytimes.com/2023/07/18/us/politics/target-letter-trump-obstruction-fraud-charges.html 3:30pm- Country Music Television has stopped airing Jason Aldean's music video, “Try That in a Small Town”, where the singer speaks out against rioting and violence against law enforcement officers. The song has, bizarrely, become controversial because some have accused it of being critical of “left-wing” violence. 3:45pm- Professor John Yoo— the Emanuel S. Heller Professor of Law at the University of California at Berkeley & a visiting fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss Donald Trump recently receiving a “target letter” from Special Counsel Jack Smith regarding a federal investigation into the riot at the U.S. Capitol on January 6th. Will Trump face charges? PLUS, Woodrow Wilson is one of the worst presidents ever. Does he even deserve a subpar New Jersey rest stop with a Sbarro? 4:05pm- On Wednesday, the House Oversight Committee heard testimony from two Internal Revenue Service (IRS) whistleblowers who allege Hunter Biden received special treatment from the Department of Justice while under investigation for tax fraud. Whistleblower Gary Shapley claimed that he has documented conversations indicating U.S. Attorney for Delaware David Weiss did not have final say in prosecutorial decisions, and even attempted to bring charges against Hunter in California and Washington D.C. but was reject—which contradicts Attorney General Merrick Garland's claims. 4:15pm- During Wednesday's House Oversight Committee hearing, Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH) noted that IRS whistleblowers Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler have not changed their testimony at any point—though, the justice department has “changed their story three times” in the past several months. Rep. Jordan also said that federal bureau of investigation (FBI) officials corroborated Shapley and Ziegler's accusations. 4:40pm- Phil Kerpen—President of American Commitment—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss his most recent opinion editorial, “Shapiro Flip Shows Teachers Unions Own the Democratic Party.” Kerpen writes, “The one place where school choice looked to have bipartisan support was Pennsylvania, whose Democratic governor, Josh Shapiro, campaigned on a choice measure for kids stuck in the worst performing 15 percent of schools in the state. Shapiro even went on national FOX News to tout school choice, and negotiated a budget agreement with the Republicans who control his state Senate to enact it into law. But that's where the feel-good bipartisan story ended, because at the last-minute Shapiro snapped into party line under pressure from the teacher's union, broke his campaign promise, and said he would veto the very program he campaigned on.” You can read Kerpen's full article here: https://www.americancommitment.org/shapiro-flip-shows-teachers-unions-own-the-democratic-party/ 5:05pm- Dr. Wilfred Reilly—Professor of Political Science at Kentucky State University & Author of “Lies My Liberal Teacher Told Me”—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss Country Music Television “cancelling” singer Jason Aldean for taking a stand against “left-wing” violence, In & Out for banning masks, and Anne Applebaum's latest piece in The Atlantic claiming that Tennessee isn't a democracy. You can pre-order his next book here: https://www.amazon.com/Lies-My-Liberal-Teacher-Told-ebook/dp/B0BDZMZJ4C?ref_=ast_author_dp 5:20pm- Matt is a traitor for producing the morning show, Henry went on vacation, and the return of the Afternoon Mystery Movie Clip! 5:40pm- CNN's John King applauded Special Counsel Jack Smith for eating lunch at Subway?!?! 5:45pm- Following news that Donald Trump will likely be federally charged for the events of January 6, 2021, Sonny Hostin of The View suggested that the former president could be considered a “flight risk.” 6:05pm- Rich is back! After surgery, and a two-and-a-half-week recovery, Rich makes his triumphant return to the afternoon show. How did his surgery go? Learn all about Rich's colon! 6:10pm- On Tuesday, former President Donald Trump revealed that federal prosecutors have informed him he is the target of an investigation for his role in the January 6th, 2021 riot at the U.S. Capitol—and subsequent alleged attempt to overturn the 2020 presidential election results. According to a new poll, the three front runners would be Vice President Kamala Harris, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, and Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders. 6:45pm- Country Music Television has stopped airing Jason Aldean's music video, “Try That in a Small Town”, where the singer speaks out against rioting and violence against law enforcement officers. The song has, bizarrely, become controversial because some have accused it of being critical of “left-wing” violence.

Phil Kerpen from American Committment discusses the recently-passed omnibus spending plan at he last minute before a possible government shutdown. Kerpen believes the plan is too big, too expensive, and wasn't available to lawmakers early enough to allow them to review it properly. This conversation is from NewsTalk STL in St.Louis, MO.
As Americans hear news of a “fiscal cliff,” we see COVID news take over headlines once again. In what has always been described as “the most wonderful time of year,” the noise of the news reflects anything but. This week on CURE America, Jonathan Alexandre is back in the guest host seat. Baker Spring from Compact for America brings his decades of federal budget experience to the show to help us sort through the decisions before Congress, what's likely to happen, and the potential impact for all Americans. We also have Phil Kerpen back on the show, from American Commitment and the Committee to Unleash Prosperity. Is the news we're hearing about COVID more of the reality we've been told to expect or is it more geared towards the usual scare tactics and methods of government control? Kerpen takes us through his research and what we've learned after well over two years. Richard Manning is back on the panel, along with CURE's policy analyst Raheem Williams, as we dive into the messages and issues being uncovered, and seek the truth amongst the never ending cycle of news and government.

How I Built A Multi-Million Dollar Business By 25 | Divij's Den | Ep 37 Follow Divij: https://www.instagram.com/divijvaswani/ Division Media: http://www.divisionmedia.co Business Inquiries: divij@divisionmedia.co 1. FIND TRUSTWORTHY PARTNERS Whether it's a close friend or family member, partner with people you know you can trust as you begin researching how to build a business. Kerpen himself has partnered with both his spouse and one of his good friends of over 30 years. Most of the time, we focus on the character and virtues of those we are legally partnered with. But vetting other people and entities that you are associated with – including your vendors and advisors – is equally critical. You have the freedom to select whom you want to work with, so take the time to do your research. Check references, talk to others who have worked with them and perform background checks if your partnership will involve the handling of private information or large amounts of money. Remember, you eventually become like those you spend the most time with, so make sure you surround yourself with good people when building a business. 2. CREATE A STRATEGY AND FOCUS One of the biggest mistakes young businesses make is over-committing. In their pursuit of building a business, they end up saying yes to almost everything because they're excited to get the word out about their company, but they often hurt their chances of success by lacking a clear focus and not being selective enough. If you try to be all things to all people, chances are you will fail. Start with making a one-page strategic plan that forces you to focus on creating and doing one thing for one target audience. What do you want to do that will add value to the lives of your customers? Verne Harnish's one-pager provides an ideal framework to help structure this thought process. As Tony often says, where focus goes, energy flows. With a singular focus, you can harness all of your energy and effort and direct it toward the specific outcome of building a business that succeeds. 3. SAY NO TO WHAT'S OFF FOCUS Saying no to anything that isn't in your direct line of fire may be difficult to do at first when learning how to build a business, but can actually be one of the smartest decisions you make in the long run – even if it means firing your own customers. Why? Because it frees you up to focus on your target, it allows for more space and bandwidth to grow and it makes you available for the yesses. How does learning to set limits help you excel in building a business? The answer is twofold, hinging on the equation of time management coupled with the emotional toll of over-committing yourself (and your team) in the pursuit of business success. The former needs little explanation; there are only 24 hours in a day, and you and your team can only accomplish so much during the eight or so hours in the workday. If you overload your team, they are forced to multitask. It's a myth that multitasking is productive – it's actually overwhelming and leads to mistakes and lower quality work in the long run.

Nichts geschenkt In seiner Motorsportkarriere musste Mick Schumacher schon so einige Hürden überspringen. Alles Schumi, oder was?
