Discover how Lewis Crompton scaled STARTrading from $10K to $100K months by aligning business with purpose and reducing reliance on social media. In this compelling episode of Talking with the Experts, host Rose Davidson engages with Lewis Crompton, founder of STARTrading, to explore his extraordinary journey of scaling his business from $10K to $100K monthly revenues. Lewis shares invaluable insights into the strategies he employed to achieve this remarkable growth, emphasizing the importance of aligning business operations with a clear purpose and mitigating over-reliance on social media platforms. Lewis begins by discussing the inherent risks associated with building a brand solely on social media. He recounts a pivotal moment when he lost access to his social media audience, which could have been detrimental to his business. This experience underscored the necessity of diversifying marketing channels and cultivating direct relationships with clients. By focusing on delivering exceptional value and fostering a strong community, Lewis was able to sustain and even accelerate business growth despite the setback. A cornerstone of STARTrading's success is the proprietary STARTrading Method, which Lewis developed to enable individuals to trade profitably with just 30 minutes of daily commitment. This systematic and efficient approach has not only attracted a loyal client base but also facilitated scalable growth. Lewis emphasizes that understanding and articulating the unique value proposition of one's services is crucial in differentiating from competitors and commanding premium pricing. ⚙️ THREE KEY POINTS FROM THE VIDEO: 1. Diversify Beyond Social Media: Relying solely on social media platforms can be precarious; it's essential to develop multiple marketing channels and build direct client relationships to safeguard against potential disruptions. 2. Develop a Unique Value Proposition: Creating and clearly communicating a distinctive method or service, such as the STARTrading Method, can set a business apart in a crowded market and attract a dedicated clientele. 3. Align Business with Personal Purpose: Ensuring that business operations reflect personal values and purpose fosters authenticity, builds trust with clients, and contributes to sustainable growth. ✨ CONNECT WITH LEWIS: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/startradingnow LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/lewiscrompton/ Website: https://startradingnow.com/ Podcast: https://startradingnow.com/podcast/ YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@withlewiscrompton Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/startrading_community/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/withlewiscrompton/

Lewis explains why he chose to help 1 million people and why his goal includes helping people enjoy life more by reducing the stress they feel. He explains how he uses social media to maximise his reach and, why he teaches a trading system he developed. As well as talking about the role mindset plays in being a successful trader. David helps owners and leaders to build their business without having to do it all themselves, so that they have a business that is ready to sell when they are ready. To build your business, so it is ready to sell, without the frustration and overwhelm, Download David's Free Guide '3 reasons you will never sell your business and how to fix it FAST! https://businessbreakthrough.live/3reasons/3-reasons KEY TAKEAWAYS Living under chronic stress, sucks the joy out of life and breaks down relationships, friendships and families. Improving your finances takes the pressure off of family life and enables you to make better decisions and do the right thing for yourself and others. Knowing how to budget and invest is just as important as knowing how to earn money. The trading and Forex education industry has a bad reputation, which is not entirely undeserved. Lewis explains how he cuts through this perception issue so he can still have a positive impact. Money is not everything, but it gives you freedom of choice which makes things easier. Most people can learn how to successfully trade for 30 minutes a day, enabling them to keep their jobs while they hone their skills. Mindset matters, if you believe you are blessed and good with money, that is the life experience you will have. Understanding your personality type will help you to understand your tendencies including those that can get in your way when trading. Using Lewis´s Star Trading method can legally be done in the UK without paying tax. How is explained in the episode. BEST MOMENTS “We're just chronically stressed, chronically worried. That stops us having fun, that breaks down relationships.” “Families are such an important dynamic for how society operates and works. If we can change that for more people, then we change the whole of society .” “It's not get-rich-quick, you do have to learn a skill set.” EPISODE RESOURCES https://www.youtube.com/@withlewiscrompton https://startradingnow.com/events/forex-in-five https://startradingnow.com https://startradingnow.com/podcast ABOUT THE HOST David Roberts is a highly regarded CEO, mentor, and investor with 30 years of experience across multiple sectors. Please take our listener survey: https://bit.ly/3YxfDm2 THANK YOU! In today's episode, we explore the social cognition found within our own species, and what the benefit to every person might be if we deepen our understanding of the wide variety of intelligences of human beings. We hear from two researchers at the University of Edinburgh, Dr. Sue Fletcher-Watson, and her colleague, Dr. Catherine Crompton, about their study examining the social cognition of autism, which shines new light on the comfort and confidence that autistic people can experience in communication and community with other neurodivergent people, and how everyone benefits when autistic people's needs are supported. We'll also hear from three participants in the doctors' research, who discuss their own experiences as autistic people in a world designed for and by the non-autistic. Gregor Mendel was the father of modern genetics. He wrote his most important papers on the topic just a few years after Darwin published the Origin of Species. What people don't realize is that Mendel's papers did not only describe how traits are passed down. He also explained how his ideas of genetics lead directly to an explanation of the origin of species. Was Mendel directly and purposefully contradicting Darwin? Doug is joined by Lewis Crompton, a 35-year-old trading expert striving to help a million families achieve financial freedom. Lewis is on a mission to help 1 million families live with less stress and more fun through financial education and empowerment. He became financially free by trading financial markets, starting over 10 years ago, taught by Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Poor Dad, and then headhunted to teach for them. Lewis is a leading voice in the industry, championing safe, systematic and profitable trading techniques. KEY TAKEAWAYS Lewis's accidental entry into trading led to a life-changing career! He became financially free through trading in just seven months, demonstrating the power of focused goal setting and skill acquisition. Financial stress is a major factor in family breakdowns, financial education is something that can help with this and what Lewis tries to empower others to do. Start Trading Now focuses on teaching people how to trade safely, using only 1% of their account per trade while still aiming for 5% monthly growth. Setting clear goals and focusing on the process rather than the end result can lead to more enjoyable and successful goal achievement. Diversification is key: Lewis expanded from trading into property investment to build a well rounded financial portfolio. Creating clarity in all aspects of life, from personal relationships to business, leads to reduced stress and better outcomes too. Visualisation techniques, such as vision boards and daily affirmations, can help reinforce goals and shape behaviour patterns, making long term success more likely. Balancing work and personal life is crucial, even when you love your job, you have to learn to maintain overall well being to avoid burnout. BEST MOMENTS "I always say, very honestly, it was easier for me to leave my job in seven months to generate that income, but then I decided to continue obviously growing from there and then invest in property." "We take the pressure off the goal and we put the pressure onto the process. Because sometimes what happens is we see how far away that goal is, and with it being so far away, we focus ourselves on the gap between those two things." "Trust in God, but tie up your camel, it's such a true one. So I relate that to over the past 10 plus years or so in business, in life, I've trusted people. I've not tied up my camel." "Hard decisions now make an easier tomorrow. Easy decisions now make a harder tomorrow. So if you want an easier, better, happier life, it's going to take some hard choices right now." "I printed off an A4 piece of paper with as big text as possible saying I am now a trader. Obviously, I wasn't at that point. I was in the process of becoming one and I put it somewhere that I knew I was going to see every single day." This week's poddy-pod-podchat is part two of my conversation with the brilliant actor Ben Crompton, who came round to the studio back in the Summer. Find out how shredded paper ended up in Ben's underwear after shooting the wintery scenes in Game of Thrones and why the more successful you are, the more free swag you get. We try to decide whether or not a comedian should adjust their set depending on the audience, and why it's important not to jump to conclusions when meeting your heroes. Ben also brings up music and TV snobbery and why it's always worth rethinking your likes and dislikes, while I explain why David Essex still owes me a tenner and how I found myself in a room with One Direction and Boris Johnson. Please Follow us on Social Media (links below):All music written and performed in this podcast by Steve Otis Gunn. Please buy my book 'You Shot My Dog and I Love You' available in all good book shops, online and directly.Podcast Socials:Tik Tok: https://www.tiktok.com/@tvtimespodInsta: https://www.instagram.com/tvtimespodYoutube: https://www.youtube.com/@tvtimespodTwitter: https://twitter.com/tvtimespodSteve's Socials:Insta: https://www.instagram.com/steveotisgunnTwitter: https://www.twitter.com/steveotisgunnFacebook: https://www.facebook.com/steveotisgunn.antisocialBen's Links:Insta: https://www.instagram.com/admiralackbar74IMDb: https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0174005/Produced by Steve Otis Gunn for Jilted Maggotwww.jiltedmaggot.com Hosted on Acast.
