Dumb Ass News turned into more of a warning about tomorrow's SantaCon event in Fairfield. Chaz and AJ talked about last year's debacle with Jim Wiltsie, who was the shift commander during the 2024 event. (0:00) A deer story that you have to hear to believe. Comedian Paul Virzi pitched it as, "A deer story for the ages," and since it just happened this week, all the details are fresh and emotions are still raw. (5:58) With a pair of Guns N Roses tickets on the line, Chaz and AJ opened the phone lines to the Tribe to share their most incredible stories. From painted bats, to surprise gunshots, and a bathroom visit to be proud of. (22:59) Joey was hanging on hold for about 45 minutes, just to share some of his Make Us Say Wow stories. He certainly lived up to expectations. (35:37)

This week we continue our coverage of the historic Frost & Fire V Festival held in Ventura, California in October 2025. We begin by exploring why Bombay Bar & Grill is the perfect - the only - venue for this festival. It's not only Night Demon's history with the place, but also the physical layout and the relationships with ownership. Then the band and crew talk about logistics, gear, and issues / challenges to devise suitable lighting solutions. The lineup for Day 1 was meant to commence with Saber; however, the band broke up shortly before the festival, so San Diego's Wally World came on to replace them, to decidedly inauspicious results.LinksBombay Bar and Grill - Bombay Bar and Grill Restaurant Outdoor downtown VenturaProgPower USA - Private: ProgPower USA XXV – September 9-12, 2026 | ProgPower USAWally World "Raise Some Kaine" - Wally World Encinitas. Today's comedy show fires up with a foggy-brain Monday and only gets weirder from there. The crew dives straight into Invisalign pain, classic rock childhoods, and one of the most uncomfortable “man-to-man” confrontations ever witnessed at a rock concert—yes, complete with a territorial son, a shoulder-rubbed mom, and a threatened fistfight over absolutely nothing. Welcome to the holidays.Rafe recounts in disturbing detail how a grown man threatened to throw hands at him because he called someone's mother beautiful—apparently a crime in some households. Lern talks epic velvet-pants rock-god energy at her Clapton Chronicles gig. Moon shares how he spent childhood listening to exactly zero music because his parents apparently believed in silence as a lifestyle. And Rizz? He just wants people to leave his house on time and stop pretending gift-giving is fun. Then we roll into dead-body calls to radio stations, airline rankings, holiday travel chaos, dumbed-down TV, Code Red data breaches, lost luggage stories, and an extended philosophical meltdown about whether adults should opt out of Christmas gifts entirely.Comedian Greg Warren stops by to talk about the best snack cakes, his upcoming stand up comedy shows at The Funny Bone, an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on December 15, and his comedy podcast, The Consumers.Plus a massive concert announcement: Guns N' Roses coming to Busch Stadium on August 16—and yes, Rizz is already requesting the day off. This episode is chaos, comedy, and a surprising level of group therapy all wrapped up in a funny podcast. From that moment, his life was changed and was always curious about the music coming from the rooms of his older siblings. He'd wanted to see the 1984 tour but he was too young and his older brother told him because he'd just seen the Diver Down Tour, he would sit out 1984 and then take Ilan to the next one. The only problem there is the band broke up. David Lee Roth went solo and Van Halen famously replaced him with former Montrose singer Sammy Hagar. Hear how Ilan looked forward to finally seeing his guitar hero Eddie Van Halen perform his immortal solo live in Pittsburgh in August of 1986. We dissect the setlist (so few Dave era songs), discuss what Sammy was up to while the other guys did their solos, and where it ranked among all the Van Halen and David Lee Roth live shows. And as a bonus, he tells a story of intrigue with Guns N Roses as they returned to Montreal for the first time after the Axl Rose meltdown that led to a riot. A tale of strip clubs, drug dealers, and snowball fights that you'll definitely enjoy! It's time for one of those huge episodes. Well, it's a 3 parter anyways. The 90s was a stinker of a decade for horror. That's what history tells us, well, let's investigate our selves because the old saying goes that history is written by the victors and horror always wins. So what do I think was the very greatest horror movie that came out during 1994? Well, here we have the top 5. The worst 10. A slew of also rans. Plus some bangin' mates, a few J&B whiskey's and a 4+ hour running time. This is 1994, A Year In Horror. 0.33 - Natural Born Killers (w/ Stephen Hill)1.13.06 - Interview with a Vampire (w/ Ric Rawlins)1.54.10 - Outro

This week, we continue our coverage of the tenth anniversary of Night Demon's iconic debut album, Curse of the Damned. We turn our attention to the song "Heavy Metal Heat," perhaps Night Demon's ultimate party anthem. We hear from the guys how the song came into existence, how that riff is fundamental to the band's identity, how it progressed from demos to final version, and why it works so well as a singalong moment in the live set. Night Demon explain how the song is a cry for freedom, a statement that metal is life, and a party anthem all in one. Listen at nightdemon.net/podcast or anywhere you listen to podcasts! “There were some heroes and there were some zeroes…” BACK TO THE BEGINNING, the final concert performance by the O.G. lineup of BLACK SABBATH featuring Bill Ward, Geezer Butler, Tony Iommi, and Ozzy Osbourne (along with an all-star roster of top shelf rock & metal artists) was held at Villa Park in Aston, Birmingham, England on 05/07/2025 (that's July 5th, 2025 for people in the United States) and raised nearly $200 Million for charity. While BACK TO THE BEGINNING will go down in heavy metal history as “The Live Aid of Metal”, it also represents a significant turning point and an emotional marker for metal fans from all over the world who came to pay homage and bid a celebratory yet poignant farewell to the Founding Fathers of Heavy Metal and The Prince Of Darkness. Ladies, prepare to comprehend why Pantera playing Sabbath songs at a Zeppelin tribute is as much a faux pas as “showing up to a funeral wearing a bridal gown”, gentlemen, understand how Slipknot's Sid Wilson is an absolute genius when it comes to remembering landmark dates with that special someone, and as for everybody else, break out your assortment of relaxers and various modalities of twanglification and JOIN US as we celebrate Sabbath, Ozzy, and all things metal with our take on BACK TO THE BEGINNING.
