The following article is a guest post written by Alexandra Yaverbaum (aka Sasha) and Dina Ramse from Dina Said So Studio and originally published on LinkedIn. In light of the recent announcement that CMON have acquired some of Mythic Games' projects, it brought into clear contrast just how well, (or indeed how poorly) these can be handled. I have been involved in previous mergers and acquisitions and most recently worked with Naylor Games to help consider their communication during their acquisition of ITB's assets, which parallels the situation very closely. Comic writer and artist Jeremy Haun joins me again, this time for his exciting new project, Haunthology. It's a 144-page collection of more than 20 black-and-white horror stories, all written, drawn, and lettered by Haun. Currently there's a Kickstater page for the comic with some amazing rewards, including digital and print copies, an enamel pin, T-shirt, and much more. When the pandemic hit last March, Jeremy's life went from over-full to a complete stop. It was a tough time as all the projects he was working on paused, some for good. He said that storytelling makes him happy, and what began with a three-page tale has grown over the last year into this amazing collection. In this interview, we talk about the concept and how it helped him through a very difficult year. Jeremy also talks about how horror can comment on the world around us, and what Haunthology has to say about the events of 2020. We look at how the experience has influenced his plans for the future and what it'll mean once the world of conventions comes back. Jeremy takes us through the world of Haunthology and some of the different monsters, nightmares, and apocalypses he wrote about. We also look at the different story elements and how they're also found in his other works, such as “The Red Mother” and “The Realm.”

Today's guest is a disability designer and advocate who launched her own brand, Unhidden Clothing, in 2017. Besides being an ex-student of mine, she is someone I am really proud of. She has been a disability advocate due to her own gastrointestinal disabilities, and her career as a garment technologist in fashion lead her to start Unhidden when she encountered so many issues with her fellow hospital patients not being able to cover up or be comfortable in their own clothing, and the lack of stylish adaptive clothing available. Join me today as we discuss more about adaptive fashion, how the world is slowly waking up to ableism, understanding the true worth of spending power of those with disabilities, and how Unhidden can help people with disabilities enjoy fashion. I’m really happy to welcome today's guest, Victoria Jenkins. Enjoy the Episode! "Wagner has a lot to answer for!"Also find out the name of the best hat shop in Copenhagen. Cheers!

We also read off YOUR answers from Twitter about the use of doppelgangers, and ask if we should see this continue in the series. This, PLUS we talk about the latest Retro Studios hires, a new Metroidvania on Kickstater, and more!

A few notes At the time I recorded this the Kickstater was up and running, hence way I reference it during the course of the interview, it has since been canceled and will be relaunched with added content The brothers had some issue with there microphones, I tried to clean it up as best I could, sorry about that!
Back in the saddle for episode 11 of Radd's Basement! I took a break over the past few weeks, because my video game repro shop was looking like a ghost town. So if you take a look over there, a lot of titles are back for sale and more are on the way over the next couple weeks! . I've enjoyed a number of television shows over the years, but there's a few in particular that are very near and dear to my heart. One of those is Mystery Science Theater 3000. There's never been another like it, and for sheer comedy value it can't be beat. More laughs per hour (or two hours) than any show you'll ever see. A simple premise, a mad scientist forces some poor dope to watch bad movies. Said dope survives the ordeal by heckling the movies with the help of two robots. Simple right? The charming low-budget look and loveable characters made this one a cult hit in nerd circles, and it ran for 10 years, first on Comedy Central, then moving to Syfy. More recently, the original creator, Joel Hodgson brought it to Kickstater for a revival and achieved success beyond wildest expectations. The result is Mystery Science Theater 3000 is back, with new episodes currently airing on Netflix. So today I get together with some of the biggest MST3K fans I know of, and we talk about this wonderful series, it's history, and the current series.I'm joined by returning guests Mike Vallas & Danyon Carpenter, and the three of us are joined by a new voice, former EGM editor and co-founder of Gaming FM with Danyon and me, Mark (Duckhead) Sarnecki! We talk MST3K, I argue with them about the correct pronunciation of the word "gif", and then the conversation degenerates into old EGM stories as it inevitably does whenever we get together. Sit back, shut up, and enjoy! Also Like on Facebook, and Follow on Twitter.

On this episode of AGP, I am pleased to welcome video game designer Rob Buchheit to the show. Rob Buchheit (Boo-kite) is co-founder and CEO of Nectar Game Studios, a new videogame studio based out of Cincinnati, Ohio. He has been passionate about videogames since he could hold a controller, and that interest has only increased over time. Rob's passion for game design eventually lead to a Masterâ??s in Game Design and Production from Full Sail University. It was a difficult and exhausting trial-by-fire education, but the friendships and experience he gained there were invaluable. At Full Sail, he worked on three student games and was also chosen for an internship at their User Experience Lab. After graduation, he returned home to Ohio and struggled for months seeking game dev jobs to no avail. It was tempting to give up and find any normal (boring) work then, but fate intervened and he met his co-founder Ben Cassell (aka CohhCarnage on Twitch) and they started collaborating on Project Resurgence together. Over the next three years, they built up a team from friends, coworkers, and kindly internet strangers. Rob's background in graphic design and creative writing has also served him well for Resurgence. His favorite genre is RPGs, but he also loves artsy indie games and anything with a good story. His other interests include board games, beer, and binge watching TV series. Rob will be joining us tonight to tell us about his latest video game, Project Resurgence, a single-player narrative-driven roleplaying game focusing on player choice and freedom, released in five episodes, and about the Kickstater they are hosting to fund the projcet. So please join us Tuesday night at 7 pm EST to learn more about Rob Buchheit and Project Resurgence.

Atreyu has returned to the airwaves with its latest new album, Long Live, after a taking time off. Plus in Reality Check, fans keep interfering and enter the ring, but WWE is laying the smack down on intruders. Sting battled WWE Champion Seth Rollins for the title, but was injured in the long run. Is it time to hand up the boots for the Icon? Undertaker and Brock Lesnar in a Hell in a Cell. In MMA Showdown, Fedor Emellanenko will return to battle on New Year's eve event in Japan.
