Aquest dilluns s’ha fet efectiu un desnonament d’un habitatge situat al carrer Almatà de Balaguer. La persona afectada és una dona d’edat avançada amb dificultats econòmiques que residia al mateix habitatge des de feia anys. We're continuing our Recruit Reflection series with incoming Michigan State freshman Izzy Biro. Biro was a Level 10 gymnast for four years and trained at Queen City Gymnastics. She recently wrapped up her Level 10 career with a sixth-place finish on bars at the 2025 Developmental Program National Championships. She ends her club career as a four-time Level 10 national qualifier and a 2022 Nastia Liukin Cup qualifier. Biro took visits to Kentucky, Denver and Michigan State but suffered an injury during her junior year of high school, delaying her college decision until the start of her senior year. She ultimately chose to become a Spartan and will join the team this season. Els Mossos sospiten que el detingut va fer pujar la víctima al vehicle en contra de la seva voluntat S’obre la convocatòria del matchfunding de la 3a edició de Reeixim L’OESST per finançar projectes cooperatius a Ponent. This intro requires few words. We have a friend with a huge podcast and radio audience. 170 stations strong and he gave us the courtesy of interviewing me to help us get our stories told and raise the awareness for the MB condition. We're back with another Recruit Reflection, and we're especially excited about this one because it's the first time we're featuring someone who went through the recruiting process but ultimately decided to step away from gymnastics to focus on academics. This week, we're joined by Leah Fontaine, a member of the Class of 2025 from Capital Gymnastics. Fontaine was a Level 10 gymnast for six years and spent time on the elite track during her younger years. She had dreamed of competing in college gymnastics for as long as she could remember and took six official visits when the recruiting period began. However, around that time, she began dealing with an ankle injury and faced the challenge of recovering while maintaining the interest of college coaches. After much reflection, she made the difficult decision to walk away from the sport to focus on her future. Georgetown University was one of the schools Fontaine had been interested in, although it doesn't have a gymnastics program. She was only able to consider it seriously after stepping away from gymnastics. Since leaving club gymnastics, she has embraced new opportunities — including starting a nonprofit organization and participating in high school gymnastics during her senior year. Welcome to season 3, episode 21 of The Fuel Run Recover podcast, where I'm so excited to share with you this conversation with recent Fuel Train Recover program 'graduate' Diane Wing, who shares her inspiring story of overcoming immense personal challenges to unlocking a BQ performance at this year's Fargo marathon. But, as if that isn't enough of an accomplishment for one season, Diane is currently planning a run across Manitoba this summer to raise money for mental health and suicide prevention. Here's a little more about Diane!Diane Wing is a 1st grade teacher, mother of 2 and a grandmother of 2 (her 4 greatest accomplishments) from Portage la Prairie, Manitoba. She started her running journey after her husband passed away in 2012 for her mental wellness. In 2014, she ran her first 1/2 marathon at the MB Marathon as part of a relay team with her cousins (as a tribute to her late husband, Kelly). She really enjoyed this experience and was hooked. A couple years ago, she decided to start a running group in Portage la Prairie and met some amazing like minded people. Some of them have even done some travel fun races together (Vegas and Phoenix Rock and Roll 1/2 Marathons). Last year she decided to run a 1/2 marathon in each province. This year she decided to try to qualify for Boston at the Fargo Marathon and to do a run across Manitoba for her 50th birthday (50km a day for 10 days). To accomplish these last two goals, she needed some help getting her guts under control. This is where Steph came in (she was perfect because could help Diane achieve her running and dietary needs goals). Recently, Diane got her BQ time and now she is focused on her run across MB. In this in-depth conversation, Dr. Mike Belkowski reunites with Chris Burres, co-founder of SES Research and the original supplier of the carbon 60 (C60) used in the historic 2012 French longevity study where Wistar rats lived 90% longer than the control group. We're continuing Season 3 of our Recruit Reflection series with Anika Most, a rising sophomore and member of Kent State's 2025 regular season MAC championship team. Anika always dreamed of becoming a Division I gymnast, but her recruiting journey wasn't easy. She faced a lot of rejection early on because she was a bit behind skill-wise at the time. Still, she never gave up. She kept working hard in the gym, held down two jobs to pay for training, and stayed persistent with coaches — eventually finding her home at Kent State. Anika is living proof that hard work and determination really do pay off.
