Austrian economics recognizes change as a constant and provides guidance for adapting to it and managing it. Change is changing for business — it's faster and more fundamental in the digital age. Austrian economics can help even more as a result of its practical and realist approach to adaptation and continuous adjustment. Knowledge Capsule Change is changing. Change is a constant. You can think of the market in constant flux, as Mises did, You can think in terms of VUCA — volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. You can think of it in terms of complexity or of absolute uncertainty. However you tune your mind and your business processes, there are always going to be more things that can happen than you can predict or prepare for. There are some ways to think better about ceaseless change, however. One is to bucket the major themes or corridors of change, to organize your thinking and make some judgments about where and how to act and adapt. By recognizing these multiple types of change, businesses will be better prepared for adaptive action. Our E4B guest Phil Simon has studied change in the workplace and recently published a new book titled The Nine — about nine tectonic forces that are reshaping business and the workplace where we conduct business. He advises businesses to be alert to the changing nature of change in the digital age. People are changing. The people you hire today and the people already working at your firm are not the same people as they were just a couple of years ago. They've been through a new, different and challenging experience of working through the Covid-19 pandemic, and they've been working with new technologies, in new places (i.e., working remotely) and they've been questioning how they relate to work, to their colleagues, and to the firm. Don't expect them to be unchanged in their mindsets, attitudes, and work practices. The nature of the employment relationship is different today — less formal, less rigid, less standardized. Phil Simon uses the term “empowered employees” — employers must be empathic in understanding their new mental model as it relates to work. The workplace is changing. The workplace is no longer a physical space where people congregate to collaborate on work tasks, but a digital space of networked people, machines and software. New software and new machines are evolving all the time in this space, changing our relationship to it and to work. People are not going to go back to the office as the standard method of getting business done. If you want to have a physical space for people to meet in person, it must be reconfigured to support those business activities that can only be done in person, and not just as a standard structure of cubicles, offices and wiring. People must feel that there is more or better productivity to be enjoyed in the physical shared space than can be realized elsewhere. The structure of work is changing. Phil's book includes a section on fractions: the idea that firms no longer need full-time access to a necessary business skill — like finance and accounting — via contracting with individuals for 100% of their worktime. New organizational models are emerging that utilize fractional access to these skills as needed. There are fractional CFOs and CMOs and CTOs. There are highly qualified experts available via sharing platforms; they can be both the best at what they do and the best fit for your firm's need, available for a percentage of their time, not all of it. This thinking about fractional talent and skill utilization is becoming a more integral part of organizational thinking. Automation is universally available. Some level of automation is coming to every workplace. It's approaching with greater speed and intensity today. It's best to think of automation in terms of outcomes: what needs to get done and can it be done in a more automated fashion? What needs to be produced (Phil cites automated pizza making machines)? What processes are taking up people's time (Phil cites automation in payment systems)? What jobs can be totally automated (e.g., driving trucks)? What departmental functions can be fully automated (like content moderation at Twitter)? All businesses should be reviewing all their activities at all these levels and asking where automation can eliminate waste, save time and release resources for greater productivity. Whether it's as simple as calendaring software or as complex as robotic process automation, it's right to examine every opportunity and find an automated solution. A.I. Is going to help. The rapid adoption of ChatGPT has opened many eyes to the possibilities of getting smart assistance to change and improve the way work is done. ChatGPT can help develop content, make plans, find data, write code, make summaries of libraries of documents, and assist in many many more tasks — as exhibited by the many ChatGPT threads on twitter that are full of new ideas. The great breakthrough of ChatGPT lies in making available the vast majority of available knowledge on virtually all topics in a convenient, conversational way. Businesses are the results of their accumulated, shared and applied knowledge. ChatGPT and similar AI's amplify knowledge and accelerate learning. Businesses that don't utilize this availability will fall behind their competitors. There will be new software environments. Software and platforms are two parts of the work environment that are changing fast. Whether we work on Zoom or Slack or Teams or Github or Salesforce, we continuously encounter new upgrades and functions as well as new alternatives. There is no alternative to earning the skills to utilize these tools to their greatest productive effect, and to keep our learning updated. One economic function that is not improving amidst content change is trust. We can't be sure, sometimes, about the other party we're talking to or collaborating with, we can't be sure of trusting data, we can't be sure that our privacy and property rights are protected. Phil made the prediction that blockchain, as a secure record of all transactions and un-hackable repository of data and information, will play a bigger role in our business future as an arbiter of trust. For example, this may be where our individual health records might reside, which individuals would own, and which they could share and use for their own benefit in navigating the regulated opacity of the healthcare system. Subjectivism and empathy will always play important roles. Phil made a reference to “unhealthy analytics”. His point was that we are now in a position to measure more and more human action and human behavior, but that measurement does not necessarily provide insight, and may even give rise to perverse incentives. For example, it's possible to measure when employees checked in to the office and when they left, but it's not equally possible to monitor their productivity or motivation. Austrian economics recognizes change as a constant and provides guidance for adapting to it and managing it. Change is changing for business — it's faster and more fundamental in the digital age. Austrian economics can help even more as a result of its practical and realist approach to adaptation and continuous adjustment. Knowledge Capsule Change is changing. Change is a constant. You can think of the market in constant flux, as Mises did, You can think in terms of VUCA — volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity. You can think of it in terms of complexity or of absolute uncertainty. However you tune your mind and your business processes, there are always going to be more things that can happen than you can predict or prepare for. There are some ways to think better about ceaseless change, however. One is to bucket the major themes or corridors of change, to organize your thinking and make some judgments about where and how to act and adapt. By recognizing these multiple types of change, businesses will be better prepared for adaptive action. Our E4B guest Phil Simon has studied change in the workplace and recently published a new book titled The Nine — about nine tectonic forces that are reshaping business and the workplace where we conduct business. He advises businesses to be alert to the changing nature of change in the digital age. People are changing. The people you hire today and the people already working at your firm are not the same people as they were just a couple of years ago. They've been through a new, different and challenging experience of working through the Covid-19 pandemic, and they've been working with new technologies, in new places (i.e., working remotely) and they've been questioning how they relate to work, to their colleagues, and to the firm. Don't expect them to be unchanged in their mindsets, attitudes, and work practices. The nature of the employment relationship is different today — less formal, less rigid, less standardized. Phil Simon uses the term “empowered employees” — employers must be empathic in understanding their new mental model as it relates to work. The workplace is changing. The workplace is no longer a physical space where people congregate to collaborate on work tasks, but a digital space of networked people, machines and software. New software and new machines are evolving all the time in this space, changing our relationship to it and to work. People are not going to go back to the office as the standard method of getting business done. If you want to have a physical space for people to meet in person, it must be reconfigured to support those business activities that can only be done in person, and not just as a standard structure of cubicles, offices and wiring. People must feel that there is more or better productivity to be enjoyed in the physical shared space than can be realized elsewhere. The structure of work is changing. Phil's book includes a section on fractions: the idea that firms no longer need full-time access to a necessary business skill — like finance and accounting — via contracting with individuals for 100% of their worktime. New organizational models are emerging that utilize fractional access to these skills as needed. There are fractional CFOs and CMOs and CTOs. There are highly qualified experts available via sharing platforms; they can be both the best at what they do and the best fit for your firm's need, available for a percentage of their time, not all of it. This thinking about fractional talent and skill utilization is becoming a more integral part of organizational thinking. Automation is universally available. Some level of automation is coming to every workplace. It's approaching with greater speed and intensity today. It's best to think of automation in terms of outcomes: what needs to get done and can it be done in a more automated fashion? What needs to be produced (Phil cites automated pizza making machines)? What processes are taking up people's time (Phil cites automation in payment systems)? What jobs can be totally automated (e.g., driving trucks)? What departmental functions can be fully automated (like content moderation at Twitter)? All businesses should be reviewing all their activities at all these levels and asking where automation can eliminate waste, save time and release resources for greater productivity. Whether it's as simple as calendaring software or as complex as robotic process automation, it's right to examine every opportunity and find an automated solution. A.I. Is going to help. The rapid adoption of ChatGPT has opened many eyes to the possibilities of getting smart assistance to change and improve the way work is done. ChatGPT can help develop content, make plans, find data, write code, make summaries of libraries of documents, and assist in many many more tasks — as exhibited by the many ChatGPT threads on twitter that are full of new ideas. The great breakthrough of ChatGPT lies in making available the vast majority of available knowledge on virtually all topics in a convenient, conversational way. Businesses are the results of their accumulated, shared and applied knowledge. ChatGPT and similar AI's amplify knowledge and accelerate learning. Businesses that don't utilize this availability will fall behind their competitors. There will be new software environments. Software and platforms are two parts of the work environment that are changing fast. Whether we work on Zoom or Slack or Teams or Github or Salesforce, we continuously encounter new upgrades and functions as well as new alternatives. There is no alternative to earning the skills to utilize these tools to their greatest productive effect, and to keep our learning updated. One economic function that is not improving amidst content change is trust. We can't be sure, sometimes, about the other party we're talking to or collaborating with, we can't be sure of trusting data, we can't be sure that our privacy and property rights are protected. Phil made the prediction that blockchain, as a secure record of all transactions and un-hackable repository of data and information, will play a bigger role in our business future as an arbiter of trust. For example, this may be where our individual health records might reside, which individuals would own, and which they could share and use for their own benefit in navigating the regulated opacity of the healthcare system. Subjectivism and empathy will always play important roles. Phil made a reference to “unhealthy analytics”. His point was that we are now in a position to measure more and more human action and human behavior, but that measurement does not necessarily provide insight, and may even give rise to perverse incentives. For example, it's possible to measure when employees checked in to the office and when they left, but it's not equally possible to monitor their productivity or motivation. Wild carrots are indigenous to Europe and known as Queen Anne's Lace, as well as Devil's Plague, and Fool's Parsley, this wild carrot variety was known primarily for its use as an herb and in medicinal recipes. The formal, cultivated carrot arrived in England by the 15th century, and right up until Shakespeare's lifetime, carrots were mostly purple. According to the Wild Carrot Museum in the UK, orange colored carrots arrived in Europe right in the middle of Shakespeare's lifetime, making the orange carrot a new thing for Shakespeare. In fact, one reason orange carrots are thought to have caught on so quickly in popularity is because cooking the orange carrots didn't stain the pots nearly as bad as cooking with purple ones. The new carrot took a firm hold in the cultivation of this root vegetable and by the time British settlers arrived in North America, the carrots they brought with them were primarily orange and sometimes white. When it comes to finding carrots in Shakespeare's plays, the word “carrot” isn't in there. We can only partially fault Shakespeare for not giving us a nice reference to carrots for this week's episode because the word “carrot” was just getting started in the English language. “Carrot” arrived in English around 1530, but in popular vernacular, there was a great deal of overlap between the names for root vegetables. Carrots, parsnips, and parsley were often referred to interchangeably by the same names. In fact, in Old English, there's not a good way to distinguish between carrots and parsnips, since they were both called “moru” coming from the, fittingly, root word for “edible root.”    Our guest this week is an expert in historical horticulture and he joins us today to help us understand what Shakespeare would have called this orange root vegetable, whether or not it was a regular at the dinner table, and to explain the history of what kind of carrots Shakespeare would have enjoyed.

Changes in technical breakthroughs and evolving skill needs are shaping the nature of the workplace of the future. While the pandemic did not fundamentally alter the way people cooperated, it did speed up the pace of change. This resulted in a faster adoption of the concept of remote work.   With the world adjusting to a new life after the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, how do we best utilize the tools that we have so that we can continue our levels of productivity even in remote working situations?   In this episode, Alexander McCaig discusses this issue with Phil Simon, a keynote speaker, adviser, and Zoom and Slack educator. He is also the author of eleven non-fiction works, the most recent of which is Reimagining Collaboration: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and the Post-Covid World of Work.   Adjustments in the Workplace   According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the number of Americans working remotely more than doubled from around 30 percent to 60 percent in March 2020, and organizations began embracing new collaboration platforms such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom as part of the adjustment process as a result of this increase.    At the start of 2020, few people would be familiar with the names of even one of these tools, much alone all of them. Several of us are now working remotely as a consequence of COVID-19, and Zoom has been so widely used that it has become a verb: to "Zoom" means to communicate using video conferencing technology.   When businesses were forced to close and employees were required to wear masks, just a few businesses were allowed to continue operations as usual. The vast majority of people were entirely unprepared for the enormous changes that were about to take place in their lives. When it came to internal communication, they continued to rely on email as well as on typical corporate processes and attitudes.   A New Age of Productivity   To cope with COVID-19's repercussions on corporate organizations, employers, human resource managers, and consultants were obliged to think creatively about how they might implement a remote work strategy. Businesses had an urgent need to alter these barriers in dealing with the international economic instability caused by the virus.   If a shift to a new system is the path moving forward, what possible methods can businesses use to better utilize the tools that we currently have in this day and age?   Phil Simon suggests that companies should start embracing the Hub-Spoke model of collaboration. This model is a technique of distribution wherein a centralized "hub" operates. From the hub, products are sent outward to smaller groups known as spokes for further storage and delivery.   With this model, it aims to help firms significantly increase staff productivity, simplify current business procedures, and provide the basis for subsequent machine-learning and artificial intelligence advances.   The hub may be thought of as a meta-organization that functions in parallel to established innovation laboratories. Employees at the innovation-hub can connect informally over the web and work freely on innovation to bolster the firm's performance.   Out with the Old, In the New?   Efficiency should not be dependent on one factor alone. While the hub-spokes model creates a more systematic approach in revamping business models to fit the current situation, it is best to have it hand-in-hand with tried and tested organizational techniques.   By adopting particular initiatives and establishing a culture that supports their virtual workforce, executives may boost their teams' performance output and engagement. They must build and sustain a culture of trust, as well as modernize leadership communication methods and procedures in order to properly educate virtual personnel.    Additionally, team members must be encouraged to share leadership. Finally, executives must establish and conduct frequent alignment checks to ensure that virtual workers adhere to the organization's cultural values, including their commitment to its goals.   All of these procedures begin with the realization that team formation will be significantly different with remote members, demanding the creation of new leadership strategies, communication routines, and tools.   Final Thoughts   In a world where social distancing and remote work has become the new normal, it is now more important than ever to make good use of the current technologies we have to be just as productive as before the pandemic hit the globe.In Simon's concluding statements, he deems it important that for a collaborative system to work, employees must be willing to commit to the shift fully. Problems will surely arise when employees refuse to use certain technologies because they either find it too complicated or too time-consuming to actually learn new things instead of going the more traditional route of working.   The willingness to change is always the first step towards growth. Just as the world has changed, we must also be willing to adapt to this change. Leaders will focus on culture and priorities first, and then choose their collaboration tools to design the best ways of working. The winners in the future will build engagement and grow profits through maximizing collaboration to Team Anywhere.What is Hybrid collaboration?Success begins with a common understanding of terms. What do we mean by collaborating on a hybrid team? Is it the same as productivity? Having these kinds of conversations with your teams is going to open up opportunities to see new perspectives and expectations as to collaboration.Collaboration vs. ProductivityCollaboration and productivity are not the same. An independent team member can work alone and be very productive. Alternatively, several team members can collaborate poorly and thus hinder productivity. Consequently, it is important to clearly define both concepts--what does collaboration look like for us? What does productivity look like? Let's make both happen. In terms of Collaboration, We're Never Going BackBefore the COVID pandemic, collaboration was different. There was much more synchronous and in-person collaboration. The pandemic taught leaders and teams that remote work and collaboration was possible. Many employees have liked the ability to work from home and they want to continue their remote work. After a year and a half of learning to collaborate remotely - many teams and companies have realized that there really won't be going back to the way collaboration was before the pandemic. Create Curiosity when there's a Resistance To ChangeWhen it comes to making changes to how you collaborate, there's bound to be resistance to change. Sometimes it's a team or team member, and sometimes it's the leader. It can be hard for team members to speak up and encourage their leaders to leverage, purchase, and actively learn collaboration tools. Fortunately, when most leaders realize the benefits of company-wide collaboration tools, they can't believe they didn't embrace the change earlier. We Need to Reimagine Collaboration and Teamwork in a Different WayMuch thought is needed to re-imagine collaboration and teamwork as we move into an increased hybrid environment. Leaders are asking questions, such as, “How do you evaluate employees?” “How do you look at workflow in terms of collaboration?” “What part of the performance review measures collaboration?” If collaboration is important, it should be connected to performance check-ins and used to support an entire high performance culture Collaboration isn't just about tools; rather, it should be the infrastructure of our emerging work world. Packed with nutrients and flavor, many of its wild relatives also carry important traits such as resistance to abiotic stresses like drought, heat, or salinity. These traits can be crucial as we look at how to feed our growing population; however, without growing these carrot wild relatives under these stressful conditions, it can be difficult to pinpoint which varieties carry which traits. Partnering with scientists in Bangladesh and Pakistan, Dr. Phil Simon and his team are working to identify valuable traits in carrots from all over the world in the hopes of improving future carrot breeding efforts. 欢迎收听丽莎老师讲机器人,想要孩子参加机器人竞赛、创意编程、创客竞赛的辅导,找丽莎老师!欢迎添加微信号:153 5359 2068,或搜索微信公众号:我最爱机器人。丽莎老师讲机器人之比新手司机更难接受的是机器人司机吗?随着自动驾驶技术的发展,道路的参与者,可能要加上机器人司机了。对于人类老司机,或者是道路原有的参与者而言,面临着一个问题:接纳机器人司机,是否比接纳人类新手司机更难?对于这个问题,自动驾驶测试最频繁的美国人最有发言权,特别是加利福利亚州和亚利桑那州的居民。虽然在政策面这两个州对自动驾驶测试很友好,但部分居民却不那么的友好,甚至可以说是围攻无人车及安全员。01 围攻无人车根据亚利桑那州的警方数据,在短短两年内已经记录了至少21起骚扰自动驾驶车辆及安全员的事件,这些事件包括了人肉堵路、开车跟踪、扔石头、扎轮胎,甚至是拿枪瞄准安全员。人肉堵路是一个醉酒男的行为,因为讨厌Waymo无人车,希望通过这种方式赶走,至于开车跟踪甚至是碰瓷的行为,也是屡有发生。最严重的就是拿枪瞄准安全员了。被枪瞄准的安全员Michael正在正常工作,路过一栋房子时,被一个老人举枪瞄准,该老人被捕后辩解称只是讨厌Waymo无人车,因为无人车撞死过人(指的是Uber在3月份发生的致命事故),但并没有开枪的意思,只是想吓唬安全员。但老人的老伴表示,老人有老年痴呆。不过,其余事件就没有这个说法了,包括了开车跟踪、试图碰瓷、扔石头和扎轮胎,这样的事件在警方的记录中就有超过20起,没有记录在案的可能就更多了。对此,亚利桑那州大学的讲师Phil Simon表示,居民的反应并不是担心安全,而是担心技术发展导致失业。至于是否会失业,这个只能说是会重构就业结构,新的岗位会出现。在过往,技术的进步,就是不断的消灭旧岗位的同时,也在产生更多的新岗位,这个反而不是值得担心的事情。至于自动驾驶测试的安全性真的是值得信赖吗?要知道被广泛报道的Uber自动驾驶技术致命事故,正是发生在亚利桑那州。实际上,就现阶段而言,安全问题还是重中之重,是所有参与者都无比重视的问题。这个时候,问题来了,对于机器人司机,我们是否比接纳人类新手司机更为严苛了呢?本文试图从司机的培养方式、技术进步和保险方式等来进行阐述。在阐述这三大方面后,还应该对比肉身和机器在感知、判断和疲劳性的对比。02 培养方式相信大家就算不是司机,也知道人类司机的培养方式。要想拿到驾驶证,就需要接受培训并通过相应的考试,最后拿到驾驶证,之后才能合法的上路。人类司机的培养方式,包括了理论开始和操作考试,所谓的理论考试主要是考察新手司机对交规的熟悉程度,操作考试就是考察新手司机的动手能力,也就是是否能够在遵守交规的情况下熟悉、安全地驾驶汽车。在通过了理论测试和操作测试后,人类新手司机就会拿到合法上路的证件。也就是说,与道路上其他的司机一样了。机器人司机的培养,是硬件工程师+软件工程师等各种技术人员努力的成功,要培养机器人使用各类传感器去识别周围的世界,然后根据人类制定的规则,包括但不限于交通规则,做出合理的判定,并对车辆进行控制。要训练一个机器人司机,真的是很难。不包括训练基地CarCastle的内部训练里程,以你虚拟环境Carcraft超过70亿英里的里程,即便是公开道路训练都超过1000万英里,Waymo的技术可以说是最先进,但还远不到最完善。这样的训练强度,远远要比训练一个人类新手司机要高得多。虽然还没达到最完善,但是,在相关政策下,Waymo的机器人司机,当然还包括其他自动驾驶公司的机器人司机,在有安全员保持监管和随时接管的情况下,机器人司机可以上路了。甚至,Waymo也拿到了第一张完全无人驾驶的测试牌照。即便如此,Waymo还是不敢掉以轻心,重新让安全员回到车上。03 技术进步驾驶员的技术水平,在于不断的练习,尤其是对人类新手司机而言,甚至包括人类老司机,在长时间不驾驶的情况下,技术水平也是会有所下降。在这里,应该详细阐述人类新手司机的技术进步过程。在拿到驾驶证后,并不意味着是一个“老司机”了。这需要不断的练习,包括了城市道路、乡村道路、高速公路等等。同时,还要在不同的气候条件、道路状况下进行训练,包括了晴天、雨雪天气、雾霾天气等等,还有就是各种道路状况,如湿滑、积雪、结冰、碎石、坑洼等等。人类新手司机要成为老司机,其实也不是一件容易的事情。但是,上述的情况对于很多人类司机来说,可能一辈子都不会遇到一次,但是,遇到一次有可能就会造成致命的事故。如此繁杂的情况,在获取驾照的操作过程,实际上也不会有的,即便是模拟的场景,都不会有,因为成本太高了。因为,需要对每一个司机都要有这样的培训。对于机器人司机来说,这个问题就好解决多了,机器人司机在人类提供了足够多的条件和环境下,可以学习到上述各种场景、环境、路况的驾驶行为,并且可以规模化复制。当然了,也需要更为细致的场景。才能真正培养出机器人的老司机。04 保险方式现在,还没有针对机器人司机的专门险种。保险,可以说是最后一道守护了,预防一旦发生事故,可以做相应的安抚和保障。由于监管和政策问题,现在保险公司提供给自动驾驶测试公司的保险,都是组合险,总保险金额则高达500万元,这指的是乘用车的自动驾驶测试。至于卡车、乃至重卡的公开道路测试,已经被叫停。美国对于自动驾驶测试公司的保险,目前还没有过多的报道。这可能与美国的国情有关,Uber的致命事故,让Uber的自动驾驶测试彻底停摆,这就是巨大的代价,让所有自动驾驶测试公司,都必须加倍小心。作为新事物,只能用远高于一般人类司机的赔付方式,来尽可能的降低影响。同时,也采用了更为严格的方式来惩罚。Uber要重启自动驾驶测试,提出了极为苛刻的条件,还是没有得到监管部门的允许。值得一提的是,Uber的自动驾驶致命事故,目前的证据从最先的安全员分神到现在实锤的禁止紧急刹车功能的设置,让系统可能避免事故发生的功能无法启用。或许,没有禁止紧急刹车功能的话,事故可以避免。Uber的事故原因,暴露的是产品逻辑的重大缺陷,这是最不可原谅的地方。随着自动驾驶技术的发展,适应智能网联汽车的新险种,肯定会应运而生。05 肉身与机器人类新手司机,与机器人司机对比,或者是人类司机与机器人司机对比,肉身和机器的对比必不可少。从感知、判断和操作,乃至可复制性,进行全方位的对比。但,对比的不是个例,而是标准化和耐久性。人类司机的感知能力,基本上依靠视觉和经验,通过视觉可以感知周边环境,并对距离进行预判。然后通过大脑决策并做出反应,从而驾驶车辆。对于机器人司机来说,感知能力依靠更多的传感器,包括了摄像头(视觉)、毫米波雷达、激光雷达等等,这些传感器都是为了提高机器人司机对周围环境的感知能力。从标准化程度来看,机器的标准化程度一定要比人类的要高,毕竟不同的人有着不同的感知能力,而机器设备可以做到同一个标准,这是机器优势所在。同时,机器是不知道疲劳的,在达到设计寿命后,换一批设备就可以继续保持最佳的工作状态,这也是人类所不能比拟的。人类还会受到情绪的影响,造成驾驶安全隐患,例如路怒症。可复制性而言,机器和系统在训练后,即可大规模的复制使用,也就是说,所有的机器人司机的驾驶水平都是一致的,并且会不断提高了,人类司机是没有办法做到这点的。从上述几个角度来看,机器人司机和人类司机,哪个在将来会更安全呢?

I have to tell you: I love running a small company. Two years ago I was interviewed by Coach Ian Scott, my friend and colleague from the UK, for his very popular podcast on iTunes. After the interview I decided, "Hey, I could do that!" And within days, the People and Projects Podcast was birthed, with this being our 44th episode. Being the owner of a small company, it was easy to make that decision.
