Dr. Erwin Lutzer is pastor emeritus of The Moody Church where he served as the senior pastor for 36 years. He's the speaker on the Running to Win radio broadcast. Dr. Lutzer is also an award-winning author. Some of his titles include, We Will Not Be Silenced, The Eclipse of God, When a Nation Forgets God, One Minute After You Die and numerous other titles. He returned to Crosstalk to discuss his new book, Why Doesn't God Answer My Prayers? Perhaps you've been in life situations in which you've prayed again and again over days, weeks, months or even years. You've claimed all the right Bible verses, yet it seems like your prayers are just hitting the ceiling or that God's simply not there, indifferent or does not care. If you've ever been in that situation, this Crosstalk is for you. Listen in as Dr. Lutzer explains how his latest book will point you back to Scripture so you can see how the heart of the reader can be turned from despair and despondency to hope and to trust. Points of discussion include: Does prayer really make a difference? What does Dr. Lutzer mean when he says that sometimes we claim promises that God did not make? Are we sometimes deceitful by offering prayers to avoid having to make changes in our lives concerning things that got us into our mess in the first place? What can we learn from Habakkuk, Abraham and Lot regarding prayer? Is an unanswered prayer an unheard prayer? How should we deal with the disappointment of unanswered prayer? Why does God give us so many needs and challenges?
"Timlar Kovalchuk" (Koh-vul-chook) (A pseudonym used to protect him and others.) has been actively involved as a missionary in evangelism for many years to Muslims in Central Asia. Jim began by mentioning a sobering text he recently received from Timlar. It began with Hebrews 13:3: "Remember them that are in bonds, as bound with them; and them which suffer adversity, as being yourselves also in the body." The text also talked about a contact in Central Asia and how 11 brothers in Christ had been martyred. Government forces are raping women and children, especially targeting Christians. Additionally, the main market in Iran was torched to teach a lesson to the merchants whom the Ayatollah blames the uprising on. Timlar brought more details for listeners, noting that believers are always target number one due to the fact that with faith in Christ also comes a love for God's people and Israel. Many are killed, with most being men. The women are violated and their bodies burned to dispose of the evidence. What's going on appears to be at Stalin, Hitler or Mao levels, or as Timlar indicated, it's at least at the beginning stages. So listen to this program and get the on-the-ground information you won't get elsewhere, including Timlar's update on Ukraine.
When something bizarre occurs, it's not unusual to hear someone say, "What in the world?" This is another program in this series that looks at "head scratcher" news stories that may make you say the same thing. Here's a brief selection of examples from the broadcast, some of which also include audio. --Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey said that the recent violent confrontations taking place against federal ICE agents are not just resistance, but they're actually about love! --Former CNN host Don Lemon walked free (no bond required) after a judge ordered his release. Keep in mind, as Jim noted, he entered the church, disrupted the service and took issue with the pastor and different worshipers. --On a recent podcast, Don Lemon mentioned that Jesus Christ (admittedly) was not perfect when he was on earth. --Leaked signal chats suggest that American ICE agents may be targeted for assassination with bullseyes appearing on images as Target stores are accused of cooperating with federal immigration officials. --Staff at the Portland Montessori School led very young children in an anti-ICE protest triggering widespread calls for the revocation of any licenses that the school holds. --Chloe Day School, a progressive public pre-school in New York City, staged an anti-ICE protest and held anti-Trump signs in the classroom. --An Islamic scholar in California had a message for Americans. He claimed that no one can stop Islam in America; that this is not your country, this is our country.
Martin Mawyer is president of Christian Action Network. Martin began his career as a journalist for the Religion Today news syndicate and the Washington news correspondent for Moody Monthly magazine. Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly advancing. In fact, this is happening so quickly that in some respects, it's taking control. For example, we're already seeing how it's controlling information provided to the public and therefore informing your thinking. It's also having influence over education, medicine, business and even religion. Review this edition of Crosstalk and hear Mawyer as he comments on the many facets of this phenomenon that, while it can be of great benefit to mankind, in the wrong hands could also be deadly. For example, here's a brief list of points he discussed: Moltbook—A social media platform strictly for AI agents to discuss topics with one another. AI bio attacks. How great is the risk? Will AI robots and devices have a universal "brain" whereby they can not only do the service they're designed for, but also harm you? AI generated pornography and the ensnarement of children. The rogue agents involved in the quest for AI. Data centers (gigafactories)--They're being built in many places but will they end up in space as well? Do some AI chatbox models affirm what people want to do, even if what they want to do is harmful to themselves or perhaps others?
Smart Agency Masterclass with Jason Swenk: Podcast for Digital Marketing Agencies
Would you like access to our advanced agency training for FREE? https://www.agencymastery360.com/training Do you feel you're giving everything to your agency and only getting exhaustion as a result? Agencies grow best when they're built around clarity, empathy, and self-awareness. Whether it's pricing, boundaries, team management, or AI, the common thread is intention. Today's featured guest understands that you don't need to hustle harder. You need to design smarter, around who you are, how you work best, and what kind of business you actually want to run. She'll share her perspective on agency growth, self-awareness, leadership, and how AI should actually be used inside a modern agency and provide a real look at what it takes to build an agency that's profitable, human, and sustainable without losing yourself in the process. Ingrid Schneider is the CEO and founder of Stay in Your Lane, a fractional CMO and franchise development agency, and Train in Your Lane, an AI education company helping teams build real AI intuition. What started as fractional work after being laid off during the pandemic has grown into a 16-person team running full marketing departments, launching brands, building LMS platforms, and training companies like Ben & Jerry's and Ace Hardware on how to actually use AI to solve problems. In this episode, we'll discuss: Going from survival mode to self-worth: pricing and confidence. How to set boundaries and protect your brain. Design an agency that energizes you, not drains you. Managing people, not just performance with a human-first approach. Subscribe Apple | Spotify | iHeart Radio Sponsors and Resources This episode is brought to you by Wix Studio: If you're leveling up your team and your client experience, your site builder should keep up too. That's why successful agencies use Wix Studio — built to adapt the way your agency does: AI-powered site mapping, responsive design, flexible workflows, and scalable CMS tools so you spend less on plugins and more on growth. Ready to design faster and smarter? Go to wix.com/studio to get started. Building an Agency on Trust and Integrity Ingrid doesn't come from a tidy, linear career path. After being laid off as a CMO during the pandemic, she made the decision to not work for anyone else again. She started doing fractional CMO work to replace her salary, focusing on trust, authenticity, and doing the work well. What began as a solo operation three and a half years ago is now a full team serving a wide range of clients. Some rely on Ingrid's team to run their entire marketing department. Others bring them in for focused, fractional engagements. The growth didn't come from aggressive sales tactics—it came from being reliable, human, and honest about what they were good at. Learning Your Worth and Unlearning Survival Mode When Ingrid landed her first client, she charged $3,000 a month for two brands. And that client still complained about pricing. Like many agency owners, she was focused on replacing her salary, not building a business. Survival mode has a way of shrinking your sense of value. Learning her worth didn't come from a pricing spreadsheet. It came from personal work deconstructing old beliefs, recognizing her own capabilities, and understanding the impact she could have on others. Ingrid talks openly about how her upbringing and past experiences shaped her tendency to underprice herself and overextend. As her confidence grew, so did her standards. She began collecting people with grit, sometimes hiring for attitude over experience, and building a team she trusted deeply. The biggest lesson for her was: if you don't believe in your value, your pricing, and your agency, will reflect that. Preventing Agency Burnout: How to Set Boundaries Running a business can be incredibly stressful, which is why many owners can relate to being in fight or fly mode all the time. However, this is the worst thing for both your health and your business because chronic stress will affect your brain and get you to a point known as "flipping your lid." According to Ingrid, this term, which she learned from Dr. Daniel Siegel, describes what happens when stress pushes you into fight, flight, or freeze. Logic goes offline. Creativity disappears and everything feels harder. For agency owners, this shows up as exhaustion, impatience, and bad decisions, and healing will mean confronting the reality that you can't run a business well if your body and brain are in survival mode. In her case, Ingrid found healing by emphasizing boundaries as a leadership responsibility. Knowing where your value is best served, trusting your team, and recognizing when their lids are flipped allows you to lead with empathy instead of pressure. The agency doesn't need a burned-out hero. It needs a regulated, self-aware leader. Designing an Agency That Energizes You, Not Drains You This is a lesson that agency owners that currently feel miserable with their business and wanting to give up should learn. Drawing your boundaries will look different to everyone, but you can start by asking yourself what you want to do every day and what you never want to do again. Just draw a circle on a piece of paper and start writing. Inside: the work that gives you energy. Outside: everything that drains you. You'll see that most likely what you need is to redesign your agency around this. You can't be all things to all people. Agency that try usually end up miserable and unprofitable. Wins and losses both matter, but only if you're paying attention to what they're teaching you. Topline revenue means nothing if you hate how you're earning it. Sustainable growth comes from aligning what's good for the business with what actually fills your cup. That alignment is what keeps agencies alive long-term. Managing People, Not Just Performance with a Human-First Approach As an empath, Ingrid leads with a people-first approach rooted in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI). When something goes wrong, she looks at three things in order: herself, the system, and then the person. Are expectations clear? Do they have the resources they need? Is she showing up with patience? Perfectionism isn't the goal in her agency because perfection is stressful, unrealistic, and unnecessary. Instead, the focus is on doing really good work while protecting the team's mental energy. This is where AI comes in, not as a shortcut for thinking, but as a way to remove the minutia that burns people out. This has been the case for Ingrid, who enjoys managing people. If this is not your case, then focus on hiring people who can manage themselves. But remember you have to learn to let go if you want a self-managing team. There are countless ways to reach the same outcome and speed isn't always the metric that matters most. Sometimes the "slow" work produces the best results. Using AI to Empower Teams, Not Create More Noise Ingrid's approach focuses on education and the fact that everyone should be training their AI intuition to be able to understand how an AI tool works and how it could help them. She trained her own intuition by changing her social media algorithms to feed her AI micro-learnings. From there, it became about application: looking at every agency task and asking, Can AI help solve this better? Her team runs weekly "show and tell" sessions where they demo how they used AI to solve real problems. There's also an AI policy but it's framed as a permission slip, not a rulebook. Team members can experiment with tools on a company card, and if they prove value, the agency commits. The bigger point is this: if you're not empowering your team to use AI thoughtfully, you're holding them back. This isn't about pumping out more content—it's about freeing up human brains to do the work that actually matters. Do You Want to Transform Your Agency from a Liability to an Asset? The Berlin Wall showed that true freedom is reflected in a society's barriers: walls built to keep people in reveal control, not protection, exposing the gap between claims of democracy and reality.
Activity and rhetoric over immigration action and policy highlighted the headlines on this edition of the Round-Up. Here are some examples from the broadcast: --Scientists are saying the ominous, symbolic "Doomsday Clock" is at 85 seconds before "midnight." This is the closest it's been to "midnight" since its introduction in 1947. --An Iowa man was given the opportunity to pray for President Trump outside an Iowa restaurant. --Kirk Bangstad, the Wisconsin owner of Minoqua Brewing Company, offers free beer all day long for everyone the day President Donald Trump dies. --Ohio Democratic attorney general candidate Elliot Forhan is facing backlash for saying in a campaign video that he would "kill" President Trump by successfully prosecuting him for crimes and then winning a capital punishment sentence. --A Florida labor and delivery nurse was banned Wednesday from practicing in Florida after posting her online wish that White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt would suffer severe bodily harm when giving birth to her baby. --A health care worker appeared to encourage people to intentionally drug ICE agents in a series of recent videos posted online. --During the chaos and violence in the Minneapolis area, a protester bit off the finger of a federal officer. --Governor Tim Walz was at the gate of his mansion urging protesters to keep causing trouble and fighting ICE. Jim provided audio from the governor. --A self described Antifa member in Minneapolis called for armed men to get their boots on the ground to stop immigration officials who he calls mass murderers and fascist occupiers.

Robert Knight is a former Los Angeles Times news editor and columnist for the Washington Times as well as other publications. Robert has had senior positions in a number of pro-family organizations. He's written several books including, The Coming Communist Wave: What Happens if the Left Captures All Three Branches of Government, Liberty on the Brink, Crooked: What Really Happened in the 2020 Election and How to Stop the Fraud and The Battle for America's Soul in which he provides 10 Steps to restore Freedom. In this critical election year, Crosstalk reminds you that elections have consequences. The state of Virginia is one notable example because it was on January 17th that Abigail Spanberger was sworn in as the state's 75th governor. Not only did the voters elect this Democrat governor, but they also voted in the lieutenant governor and attorney general. This was in addition to the Democrat controlled general assembly and senate. Combined, this group wasted no time in introducing a hard left agenda that includes: Gerrymandering future elections. Bombarding the citizens with new taxes. Attack life in the womb. Eliminate mandatory minimum sentences. Codify the LGBTQ+ agenda into state statutes. Limiting the periods when officials can check voter registration lists for accuracy. This is some of what was discussed in just the first quarter hour alone. There's much more on this litany of legislation as the program unfolds, and you can hear it all, on this edition of Crosstalk.
On this episode of the FreightWaves Morning Minute for January 29, 2026, we look at how logistics providers are adapting to market volatility with creative new trade lanes. DHL Global Forwarding has introduced a hybrid truck-air service that relays goods from China through Uzbekistan to Istanbul, offering a faster alternative to ocean freight for bulky shipments. In carrier news, a trucking giant is preparing for a major change at the top as Schneider announces a leadership transition scheduled for this July. Longtime executive and Marine Corps veteran Jim Filter will succeed Mark Rourke as CEO to guide the company through the evolving freight landscape. Finally, Tesla is highlighting progress on its Semi truck even as the company faces a sharp decline in overall profitability for the year. Executives confirmed that tooling is now in place in Nevada to begin the mass production ramp of the electric class 8 vehicle in early 2026. A severe bomb cyclone is targeting the East Coast, threatening to freeze supply chains just days after a similar crisis left trucks stranded in Louisiana. Drivers and fleets are urged to prioritize safety and understand their rights regarding coercion as winter weather intensifies along critical corridors like I-95. While the physical world battles ice, Wall Street celebrates C.H. Robinson's surging stock price following reports of impressive profit margins. The company credits its "lean AI" strategy for decoupling volume growth from headcount, signaling a fundamental shift in how brokerages manage efficiency. The autonomous sector also sees massive investment as Waabi secures $750 million to expand its "physical AI" technology for both trucking and robotaxis. This funding round supports a major partnership with Uber to deploy thousands of autonomous vehicles, aiming for commercialization by 2027. In the courts, major business groups are backing freight brokers in a Supreme Court case that could redefine liability for trucking accidents. Proponents argue that federal law should shield brokers from state-level negligent hiring claims to prevent a costly patchwork of regulations. On the legislative front, a new bill offers a lifeline for heavy-duty towing operators by addressing restrictive length regulations during recovery operations. The proposed Towing Safety Act aims to clear accident scenes faster and improve roadside safety for first responders. Legal troubles continue for the R&R Family of Companies as new lawsuits allege the firm continued operations and accumulated debt while insolvent. Meanwhile, legacy carrier Schneider prepares for a leadership transition with Jim Filter set to take the helm as CEO this summer. William J. Federer is a nationally known speaker, historian, author, and president of Amerisearch, Inc. He's the speaker on The American Minute daily broadcast. He's authored numerous books including, America's God and Country Encyclopedia of Quotations, Who is the King in America? Socialism: The Real History From Plato to the Present and How the Deep State Capitalizes on Crises to Consolidate Control. If you've been following the news you've seen the riots, the vandalism and the overall, insurrection-type atmosphere that's taken shape in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is in response to Operation Metro Surge, where Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials have been focusing on the apprehension of those who've entered the U.S. illegally, while also committing further criminal acts. The shooting of a protester this past weekend is under investigation. At the same time, the "temperature" of the situation might be changing for the better as President Trump indicated he had a very good call with Governor Walz; that the governor called him with a request to work together with respect to Minnesota. However, let's not forget what happened on Sunday, January 18th, when Cities Church in St. Paul had its worship service interrupted by protesters who brought the service to a halt. What ensued were shouts, screams and intimidation brought to the pastor, the congregation and the children. Don't miss this edition of Crosstalk as William walks listeners through history as he explains the individuals and philosophies that identify with this tactic of invading churches, and therefore where the incident in St. Paul may be taking us, and why.
In this episode, Robin Merttens is joined by Tobi Schneider, Sector Engagement Lead for Financial Services & FinTech at the Edinburgh Futures Institute, to unpack one of the most ambitious research initiatives currently shaping the future of AI risk in insurance. Backed by UKRI and developed in collaboration with AXA Group and three leading universities, the project aims to build a foundational blueprint for how insurers can understand, audit and underwrite emerging AI risks. Tobi shares why the shift from traditional to generative and agentic AI has outpaced current risk frameworks, leaving insurers exposed to risks that are poorly defined, difficult to monitor and impossible to price using historic loss data. He explains how his team is exploring dynamic underwriting models, parametric solutions and novel assurance techniques like LLM-based judges and automated red teaming, all with the goal of enabling safer, more accountable AI adoption. Ahead of the Agentic AI Half Day event, hosted in collaboration with AI Risk, Tobi Schneider and Lukasz Szpruch wrote an article The New Frontier: Managing and insuring generative and agentic AI risks, further exploring this topic. In this conversation, Tobi shares: Why AI systems that function “correctly” can still produce harmful or costly outcomes How traditional insurance models fail in the face of opacity, model drift and dynamic learning What makes AI risk so difficult to price and how parametric triggers can help bridge the gap Why better assurance leads to better insurance, and how incentives can drive safer AI deployment How continuous monitoring tools are being developed to audit AI models in real time What today's early AI insurance offerings (from the likes of Munich Re and Relm) are actually covering The role of non-profit research in supporting commercial innovation without commercial bias What insurers can do now to prepare for an AI-driven future even without historical data If you like what you're hearing, please leave us a review on whichever platform you use or contact Robin Merttens on LinkedIn. Today's guest is Dr. Meghan Schneider, OTD, MS OTR/L, a neurological occupational therapist, brain injury specialist, and concussion recovery expert. As both a clinician and a TBI survivor, Meghan brings a powerful dual perspective to her work. She is a certified brain injury specialist, a certified functional vision rehabilitation specialist, and co-owner of Neuro OT Consulting. In 2024, she was honored with the Dan Keating Pioneer in Brain Injury Award for her groundbreaking work integrating interoception —our eighth sensory system of internal body awareness—into brain injury rehabilitation. She is the co-creator of the first and only course dedicated to interoception in concussion and brain injury recovery.Episode Summary: What if the missing piece in your concussion recovery isn't just about treating symptoms, but learning how to listen to your body again? In this deeply insightful conversation, Bethany welcomes Dr. Meghan Schneider to explore the critical, yet often overlooked, role of interoception—our sense of internal body awareness—in healing from a brain injury.Meghan shares her personal journey through concussion and post-concussion syndrome, explaining how a disconnect from her body's signals led to emotional dysregulation and delayed recovery. She breaks down the science simply: why trauma like a concussion can “turn off” this internal sense, and how rebuilding it is the foundation for managing symptoms, implementing pacing strategies, and regaining emotional balance.Listeners will learn:What interoception is and why it's considered the cornerstone of self-regulation.How a lack of body awareness can sabotage standard recovery protocols. The practical framework Meghan uses to help clients reconnect with their body's signals, identify emotions, and discover personalized calming tools. Why strategies like “just breathe” don't work for everyone, and how to find what truly helps your nervous system.Inspiration for turning the frustration of recovery into advocacy and hope. This episode is essential for anyone who feels stuck, emotionally volatile, or disconnected from their body after a concussion, and is looking for a nervous-system-based, holistic path forward.Resources Mentioned by Meghan Schneider:1. From the state of Minnesota to Mayor Mamdani of New York City, this edition of Crosstalk takes listeners around the nation and the world to bring you up-to-date on what's happening. Here's a selection of stories from the past week: --America has officially withdrawn itself from the World Health Organization. --The Department of Homeland Security joined the Department of Justice in arresting 3 individuals in connection with the planned riot at a church in St. Paul, Minnesota, on Sunday. --A Minnesota federal magistrate judge has refused to sign a criminal complaint connected to former CNN host Don Lemon for his role in the church riot incident in St. Paul. --There's a disturbing report coming out of Minnesota that dogs belonging to an immigration officer are being targeted. --In a chilling series of social media posts on Saturday evening, Minnesota state senator and former Minneapolis mayoral candidate Omar Fateh pledged to make the Cedar Riverside neighborhood a "no-go zone" for "white supremacists." --A Biden appointed judge issued a whack ruling last week, essentially hamstringing how federal law enforcement deals with peaceful protesters in Minnesota. --Minnesota parents Destiny and Shawn Jackson claimed that their truck was lifted off the ground by a teargas canister as they were peacefully driving home with six kids from a basketball game. The problem? The couple was allegedly filmed participating in the mob that was harassing federal officers. --Federal officials on Monday announced the seizure of more than $14,000 in undeclared cash from a pair of Somali-born American citizens heading out of Minneapolis St. Paul International Airport on Sunday.
Victor Nieves joined Jim for this edition of Crosstalk. He's the new president of Life Issues Institute which was founded in 1991 to serve the educational needs of the pro-life movement. It was 53 years ago today that the U.S. Supreme Court announced their decision in a case known as Roe v. Wade. 49 and one-half years later, the nation's highest court overturned Roe v. Wade with the Dobbs decision which has turned this matter back to the states. According to NumberofAbortions.com nearly 67.5 million abortions have taken place in the United States since Roe and sadly, the carnage continues. In spite of the Dobbs decision, and although a number of states have taken legislative action in opposition to abortion and even though Planned Parenthood has closed many abortion centers around the country, abortions are increasing as the abortion pill is flourishing. The abortion pill has proven to be dangerous for both moms and babies. While those promoting this pill insist that it's safe, researchers with the Ethics and Public Policy Center report the abortion pill is 22 times more dangerous than Planned Parenthood says. Why is this? The abortion pill is a two-part protocol. The first one starves the baby by cutting off progesterone. The second part then forces premature delivery to what is now a dead child. Victor indicated this process is often occurring with no medical oversight. The result is that one in ten women who take this pill will have serious adverse complications. Get informed and become part of the solution when you review this edition of Crosstalk.

The Reichstag fire shows how crises can erode freedoms. Faced with hardship, people may trade liberty for security, enabling dictatorships. Vigilance is essential to protect both moral and civil principles.
Michael Germi is a former Muslim that was born in Iran into a Shia Muslim family. In this setting he learned to practice Islam by praying 5 times a day toward Mecca. He fasted during Ramadan. He practiced self-mutilation for the cause of Allah. He migrated to Australia in 2006 and in 2009 placed his trust in Jesus Christ. He later moved to the States where he now proclaims the Gospel to Islamic nations. He has written several Farsi Christian books and desires to plant churches around the world where Persians are scattered. Iran is in upheaval. Since December 28th millions of people have been protesting against the regime. Merchants have taken to the streets, and the elderly who have been going with no salary are joining them as well as nurses, teachers, women, teenagers and many others. They have called out for the return of the Crown Prince of Iran, Reza Pavlavi. They have shouted, "This is the final battle; Pahlavi will return." and "This year is the year of blood; Ayatollah will fall." The Ayatollah has gone to great efforts to keep the rest of the world from knowing what has taken place. There are reports that the leadership of Iran has used snipers, the revolutionary guard and even chemical weapons to quell the unrest. News accounts have reported the massacre of many. There have been calls for new leadership in Iran as clerics demand executions. Recently Ayatollah Ali Khamenei declared, "We broke the back of the rioters. The day of the successful crackdown will be remembered as a day of celebration for years to come." Our guest today is from Iran and knows all too well the authoritarian power of the Ayatollah and the threat of this Islamic regime.

Usama Dakdok is founder of the Straight Way of Grace Ministry. He's the speaker on Revealing the Truth About Islam. Born and raised in Egypt, Usama learned about Islam just as every other student does in a Muslim country. He studied for a university degree in Egypt which included the study of Sharia. He came to America in 1992. With his knowledge of Islam, he founded The Straight Way of Grace Ministry. Usama speaks fluent Arabic and has translated the Qur'an into English. The Council on American/Islamic Relations (CAIR) has just released a comprehensive how-to guide titled: "Unlocking Muslim Political Power: Toolkit on Promoting Muslim Civil Engagement in Local and State Governments." This program brings with it an important warning. In order to understand the urgency of the matter, one must recognize the history of the Council on American/Islamic Relations (CAIR). Usama delves into this as he explains the CAIR connection to Hamas, which clearly shows why claiming to be American and Muslim, as CAIR does, is contradictory. This is just part of why Usama believes that, "CAIR is a Muslim jihadi organization dressed in suits and ties." Become informed as Jim and Usama look into this how-to guide to see exactly what it is that Muslims are being instructed to do, not with the goal of assimilation, but rather infiltration, in order to radically change the political, governmental, educational and social/cultural landscape of America.

This broadcast began with a break in the usual format as Jim interviewed Congressman Tom Tiffany of Wisconsin who represents the state's 7th congressional district. He discussed the possibility of another government shutdown, a move afoot by Democrats in the House to defund ICE and Customs and Border Protection (CBP), the Minneapolis debacle, and more. As the program continued, Jim presented the following news stories: --Iran has issued a sickening threat against President Trump, broadcasting a picture from the attempted assassination at the 2024 Butler, Pennsylvania, rally with the words, "This time it will not miss the target." --In a public address yesterday, a senior Iranian general issued a direct threat against President Trump saying they will cut off his hand and his finger. This came after President Trump's warning of U.S. military action against the Iranian regime. -The U.S. has designated three branches of the Muslim Brotherhood as terrorist organizations in a move that could impact Washington's relationships with Qatar and Turkey. --President Trump's administration announced sanctions against more than 20 Iranian individuals and entities responsible for the Islamic republic's deadly crackdown on protesters and skirting of international sanctions on Iran's oil output. --After weeks of escalating tensions, U.S. and Iranian officials faced each other Thursday at the U.N. Security Council, where America's envoy renewed threats against the Islamic republic, despite President Trump's efforts to lower the temperature. --The Pentagon moved a carrier strike group from the South China Sea to the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility.

Mat Staver is founder & Chairman of Liberty Counsel. Mat is a constitutional attorney with three landmark cases before the U.S. Supreme Court. He's an author and the host of the radio broadcasts Faith & Freedom and Freedom's Call and the TV broadcast, Freedom Alive. On Tuesday, the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral arguments in two consolidated landmark cases: Little v. Hecox and West Virginia v. B.P.J. These cases determine whether Idaho and West Virginia can ban gender confused males from participating in female sports. The decision will likely have significant implications across America since at least 27 states have similar laws protecting women and girls. Little v. Hecox involves an Idaho law from 2020 called the Fairness in Women's Sports Act. West Virginia v. B.P.J. involves West Virginia's 2021 Save Women's Sports Act. As Mat noted, both of these, "...protect the safety and opportunities of female athletes by barring biological males from female competitive sport teams at public schools and universities." A common thread in these cases is Title IX, which Mat said was, "...to protect and provide opportunities for women in sports." However, when Title IX was established as federal law in 1972, was it based on sex or gender identity? This question is fundamental to the debate as you'll see as Jim provided audio from Justices Samuel Alito, Katanji Brown Jackson and Amy Coney Barrett, along with a tense exchange between Senator Josh Hawley and Dr. Nisha Verma who is an OB/GYN.
