The MoU could pave the way for Saudi company, RASI, to become a major stakeholder in the project. This agreement not only signifies a strong partnership but also opens up the possibility for future offtake agreements. Burton looks at how this collaboration aligns with the Saudi Government's Vision 2030 ambitions, an initiative that aims to diversify the Saudi economy and reduce its dependence on oil by developing other sectors, including mining and metals. The Victory Bore project, particularly with its focus on vanadium, fits well into this vision, offering potential for significant contributions to the country's strategic goals. Furthermore, Burton highlights the company's advancements in vanadium recovery, noting improvements in the second phase of laboratory test work. These enhancements are timely, considering the company's positive preliminary feasibility study, which Burton briefly revisited to underscore the project's strong fundamentals and promising outlook. #ProactiveInvestors #SurefireResources #ASX #Vanadium #BatteryMetals #VictoryBoreVanadiumProject #SaudiArabia #invest #investing #investment #investor #stockmarket #stocks #stock #stockmarketnews

It played in New Zealand at the Doc Edge Film Festival last year and Smaker will attend a special one-off screening in Auckland in late April to launch this year's festival. The film follows four former Guantánamo Bay detainees who had been transferred and now detained by the Saudi Government in a 'rehab center,' to 'de-radicalize' them. Smaker says the participants gave consent to be filmed and were able to speak freely. But other film-makers, led mostly by Muslim women, argue it is an unethical project that does a disservice to its main characters.

Hello Everyone,In this episode I have talked about :Hajj 2022 news update today english -June 30 2022.The Hajj (/hɑːdʒ/;[1] Arabic: حَجّ Ḥajj; sometimes also spelled Hadj, Hadji or Haj in English) is an annual Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca, Saudi Arabia,[2] the holiest city for Muslims. Hajj is a mandatory religious duty for Muslims that must be carried out at least once in their lifetime by all adult Muslims who are physically and financially capable of undertaking the journey, and of supporting their family during their absence from home.[3][4][5]In Islamic terminology, Hajj is a pilgrimage made to the Kaaba, the "House of God", in the sacred city of Mecca in Saudi Arabia. It is one of the Five Pillars of Islam, alongside Shahadah (oath to God), Salat (prayer), Zakat (almsgiving) and Sawm (fasting of Ramadan). The Hajj is a demonstration of the solidarity of the Muslim people, and their submission to God (Allah).[6][7] The word Hajj means "to attend a journey", which connotes both the outward act of a journey and the inward act of intentions.[8]The rites of pilgrimage are performed over five to six days, extending from the 8th to the 12th or 13th[9] of Dhu al-Hijjah, the last month of the Islamic calendar.[10] Because the Islamic calendar is lunar and the Islamic year is about eleven days shorter than the Gregorian year, the Gregorian date of Hajj changes from year to year. In 2022 AD (1443 AH), Dhu al-Hijjah extends from 30 June to 29 July. The Hajj is associated with the life of Islamic prophet Muhammad from the 7th century AD, but the ritual of pilgrimage to Mecca is considered by Muslims to stretch back thousands of years to the time of Abraham. During Hajj, pilgrims join processions of millions of people, who simultaneously converge on Mecca for the week of the Hajj, and perform a series of rituals: each person walks counter-clockwise seven times around the Kaaba (a cube-shaped building and the direction of prayer for Muslims), walks briskly back and forth between the hills of Safa and Marwah seven times, then drinks from the Zamzam Well, goes to the plains of Mount Arafat to stand in vigil, spends a night in the plain of Muzdalifa, and performs symbolic Stoning of the Devil by throwing stones at three pillars. After the sacrifice of an animal (which can be accomplished by using a voucher), the Pilgrims then are required to either shave or trim their heads (if male) or trim the ends of their hair (if female). A celebration of the four-day global festival of Eid al-Adha proceeds afterwards.[11][12][13]Muslims may also undertake an Umrah (Arabic: عُمرَة), or "lesser pilgrimage" to Mecca at other times of the year. However, the Umrah is not a substitute for the Hajj and Muslims are still obligated to perform the Hajj at some other point in their lifetime if they have the means to do so.[14]According to the official published statistics between 2000 and 2019,[15][16][17] the average number of attendees is 2,269,145 per year, of which 1,564,710 come from outside Saudi Arabia and 671,983 are local. The year 2012 marks the highest number of participants with 3,161,573.[18]In June 2020, while not cancelling the Hajj outright, the Saudi Government announced that they would only welcome "very limited numbers" of pilgrims who are residents of Saudi Arabia due to the global COVID-19 pandemic.[19] Similar restrictions applied in 2021, but women were permitted to attend without a male guardian (mehrem) provided they went in a trustworthy group.Dr. Afshan Hashmi's Radio & TV Show is broadcast live Wednesdays at 7PM ET.Dr. Afshan Hashmi's TV Show is viewed on Talk 4 TV (www.talk4tv.com).Dr. Afshan Hashmi's Radio Show is broadcast on W4WN Radio - Women 4 Women Network (www.w4wn.com) part of Talk 4 Radio (www.talk4radio.com) on the Talk 4 Media Network (www.talk4media.com). Who is on the chopping block in both scenarios? Will the Utah Jazz trade Donovan Mitchell? Rudy Gobert? Bojan Bogdanovic? Is Utah Jazz owner Ryan Smith fixated on having multiple Utah Jazz players in the 2023 NBA All Star Game in Slat Lake City? What does that mean for the plans the Utah Jazz have this offseason? Does that goal impact who stays and who goes? The Memphis Grizzlies blasted the Golden State Warriors in Game 5 of their NBA Western Conference Semifinal series. Can the Memphis Grizzlies win the series without Ja Morant? Can the Golden State Warriors go home and close out the Memphis Grizzlies in 6 games? Is Kyrie Irving available from the Brooklyn Nets? The Saudi Golf League had yet another bad day as Golf Legend Greg Norman described the killing of a journalist by the Saudi Government "a mistake". That is the final straw for Monty and he says it's high time to start calling the Saudi Golf Tour what it is, a cash grab. 1:31 - A significant number of entertainment and other events in Riyadh this winter has transformed the Saudi capital. The hosts discuss the significant changes ongoing in Riyadh as the city hosts "Riyadh Season." The grouping of events as part of a massive season-long entertainment push has Saudis traveling from all over the country to visit the capital, as guest co-host Fahad Almaliki attested. Saudi Arabia's Riyadh Season has welcomed more than 4.5 million visits in a month, according to the Saudi Press Agency. The season also generated more than 122,000 jobs.7:50 - A rundown of all the Saudi-related golf news this week. Saudi Arabia's annual golf tournament got some big names to commit this week. The Saudi International, which is hosted at the really beautiful Royal Greens golf club in Saudi Arabia, got commitments from Dustin Johnson, Bryson DeChambeau, Phil Mickelson, Tommy Fleetwood, Abraham Ancer, Paul Casey, Sergio, Kokrak...This is a who's who of golf. This is interest that can be fairly described as "overwhelming" from some of the top names in the sport. The PGA has 30 days before to not allow the players to play...or face a fine. Saudi Arabia's moves in this sport are generating widespread interest. 10:55 - Saudi Arabia's Tadawul is set to IPO. It's just the latest in a hot streak for the Saudi bourse. Earlier this month Tadawul got approval for the IPO in what could be one of the biggest in the exchange sector since Euronext NV's $1.2 billion listing. This has been in the works for years, since at least 2016. Tadawul at that time hired HSBC to help with the listing, and has since replaced HSBC with Citigroup Inc., JPMorgan Chase & Co., and SNB Capital as financial advisers and global coordinators for the IPO. The hosts get Fahad Almaliki's valuable take on this space.27:25 - Shale gas in...Saudi Arabia? We've talked a lot about Shale so far on this podcast, but mostly we've discussed U.S. shale. Saudi Arabia is making a shale gas play within the Kingdom's borders, on the Eastern province, The Jafurah shale field, according to several reports including one in SPGlobal.com. Saudi Aramco expects its Jafurah shale play to yield up to 2 Bcf/d of gas and contribute a significant amount of 418 MMcf/d of ethane and 630,000 boe/d of gas liquids and condensates by 2030.Aramco is really beginning to accelerate the company's development of unconventional resources.Just this week, Aramco awarded $10 billion dollars in EPC contracts for work at the field.35:15 - Saudi Arabia's growing economy and a year of optimism in 2022Economic forecasts are starting to congeal around the fact that the Saudi economy is set for a big year in 2022. The Saudi Government is forecasting growth at 7.5% in 2022. The World Bank says 4.9 percent. Jadwa Investment predicts 7 percent year-on-year growth. The consensus is not in the number but in the sentiment: the Kingdom is set for a pretty strong year economically, Omicron and other externalities notwithstanding...

The September 11, 2001, plane attacks on the World Trade Centre Twin Towers and the Pentagon changed the world for the worse. The War on Terror has left us less free, not any safer and cost countless innocent lives. Even 20 Years on we still don't know the whole truth about how the attacks happened. A special WilmsFront 9/11 20 Years On. Joining me in reflecting on this historic anniversary is Andy Nolch the Space Cowboy who like me came of age in the post 9/11 world. Andy and I share where we were when the attacks occurred, we were both in primary school where it was the talk of the class. In 2001 the internet was not widespread, the mainstream media set the post 9/11 news narrative. As the war on terror dragged on and the state's power increased as we entered adulthood Andy and I began to look at other aspects and theories of what occurred on 9/11. We look at how the owner of the World Trade Centre Larry Silverstein was not at work that day and hence avoided death due to a scheduled dermatologist appointment that morning. We analyze the collapse of WTC Building 7 on the evening of September 11 and how its collapse looked more like a controlled demolition than a structural failure. Also, we look at 9/11's most high profile casualty Barbara Olson who was on the plane that crashed into the pentagon, she called her husband Solicitor-General of the United States and told him the hijackers had knives and boxcutters, except phone records show that Barbara's call to her husband never connected. The attacks were attributed to al-Qaeda and its leader Osama bin Laden who had been hiding in Taliban-controlled Afghanistan. However, given that 15 of the 19 hijackers were Saudi citizens the complicity of members of the Saudi Government in assisting the hijackers has been covered up for many years with the 28 pages of the official 9/11 Commission Report proving this redacted until 2016. Families of the 9/11 victims who are suing the Saudi Government are also attempting to have an FBI report on the Saudi role declassified. Anti-war libertarian writer Justin Raimondo wrote a book that argued that Israeli intelligence knew that an attack against the US was being planned but didn't inform their allies. Andy and I believe that the covid pandemic and lockdowns which began in March 2020 has become the next generation's 9/11. The national security and surveillance state created by governments post 9/11 has not gone away and is now being turned inwards against its own citizens who are allegedly white supremacists and far-right extremists. The pandemic health surveillance state of QR code check-ins and vaccine passports will also never go away in the years following the pandemic. Red Flag - Saudi Government Suspects Protected at Every Turn

Visibility 9-11

Soon after the September 11th attacks, the US government actively tried to minimize and oppress information relating to a possible role in the attacks by Saudi Arabia. Ultimately, the 9-11 Commission cleared Saudi Arabia of any role in the terrorist attacks despite many anomalies including the fact that 15 of the 19 high jackers were actually from Saudi Arabia. In December 2002 Congress released its’ Joint Intelligence Committee Inquiry into the 9-11 terrorist attacks. When released, this document contained 28 pages of redacted information that allegedly pointed to foreign state-sponsorship of the attacks, specifically Saudi Arabia. The 9/11 Commission Report failed to ascertain the contents of the censored 28-pages of the report.Victims family members asked President Bush why he refused to release this information and got no answer.Years earlier, in August 2002, victim family members publically announced a $1 trillion lawsuit against alleged Saudi bank rollers of Osama Bin Laden. This lawsuit has been stalled and defeated at every turn. In November 2002, the lawsuit became even bigger and costlier at $15 trillion dollars as more than three-dozen new defendants were added, including members of the Saudi Royal Family.  Interestingly, three members of the Saudi royal family have since been given legal immunity from prosecution.  Attorneys for the victims' families told the Staten Island Advance in 2006, that it could be "another several years before the lawsuit goes to trial. "In July of 2003 9/11 Commissioner Max Cleland was interviewed by Frank Sesno of PBS. In that interview, he stated: "You can read between the lines and see that there were foreign governments that were much more involved in the 9/11 attack than just supporting Islamic fundamentalist teachings and schools. Now, that has been redacted. A whole 28 page section." The 2008 book “The Commission”, by New York Times reporter Philip Shennon revealed that 9/11 Commission Executive Director, Phillip Zelikow blocked other 9/11 commissioners who were working on the Saudi connections from accessing the 28-page redacted section. In August 2003, an anonymous official told New Republic magazine that the 28-page redacted section outlines “connections between the hijacking plot and the very top levels of the Saudi royal family.” In September of 2004, a month after the official close of the 9/11 Commission, Senator Bob Graham accused the White House of covering-up the involvement of Saudi government officials in the 9/11 plot. Despite attempts by family members to get this information made public and promises from the Obama administration to do so, the redacted 28 pages of the Joint Intelligence Committee Inquiry into 9-11 remain secret and are likely to remain so. In May of 2010, Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan refused to give the victims' families’ lawsuit a hearing. Her argument was that US foreign policy would be interfered with if the lawsuit was allowed to go ahead. Secrecy continues to cloud the possible role of Saudi Arabia in the events of September 11th. Despite calls from members of Congress, victims family members, and even one of the 9-11 Commissioners to dig deeper into the role of Saudi Arabia, no such inquiry has yet to take place. Why would the US government and the 9-11 Commission protect Saudi Arabia?
