I'm back with my special guest, Dr Jack Kunkel, to discuss the TOP 5 ARSONISTS THAT ARE MAKING YOU SICK. And, how to free yourself from these blocking factors and finally step into your God-given beauty, energy and vitality. Dr. Jack and I are talking ABC - ALWAYS BE CLEANSING. If you're not taking some kind of binder every day you're screwed. So what's a binder? Well, it's the 4th stool of the ‘Using Food as Medicine' first, followed by supplements to expedite, deepen and improve your healing journey and get rid of the Arsonists…permanently. And just who are these Arsonists? They are a multitude of toxins that create fires of inflammation in the body and must be effectively excreted by the body. We are living in the most toxic time in human history, so if you want to see REAL results, you must be on at least one binder daily. And it's important to learn about the different binder types, what they bind to and and how they excrete differently. That's why in Module 5 of The Warrior Cleanse, I score these binders on their effectiveness. For example, you. may have heard that Activated Charcoal is the gold standard, or all you need to detox, and simply put, it's not. This is why I highly recommend you work with me and my team to run the best labs to get to the bottom of WHY you're still suffering with symptoms and sickness. Are you finally ready to truly transform and transcend your health roadblocks that no other doctors have been able to pin down? The time is now to book a call. Removing the ‘arsonists' that have been setting fire to your body as long as you've had them in...without doing a detox after to clean up the mess they made is like driving your car in it's wrecked state after an accident. These arsonists - breast implants, silver fillings, IUD's, mesh material, Botox, fillers and more are leaving a trail of toxins that damage your tissues, and need some serious TLC after you remove them. So tune in and get the insider scoop that the mainstream and conventional systems do not want you to know. Why? Because the system is designed to keep you sick and disempowered. And, that's exactly what we are shifting here at CHI Holistic Health Ministry. We're helping our patients to free themselves and reclaim their divine health, beauty, energy and vitality. This week, we are diving into the best approach for your horse regarding Equine Metabolic Syndrome (EMS).As April and May approach, many horse owners start thinking about insulin resistance, equine metabolic syndrome, PPID, and PSSM due to the rise in pasture sugars. Common strategies include reducing sugar intake, moving horses to dry lots, checking hay quality, and increasing exercise, but some horses remain sensitive despite those changes. Even after a long time remaining off the grass, they still react strongly, which indicates a need for a more comprehensive approach. Stay tuned to learn how a holistic approach can help you find solutions beyond conventional recommendations and band-aid quick-fixes.Holistic Approach vs. Band-Aid ApproachThe holistic approach recognizes that health issues like insulin resistance and laminitis are complex and require a broader understanding than surface-level solutions. It involves looking at the horse's overall well-being, including diet, exercise, stress levels, and environment, to address underlying imbalances. The band-aid approach generally involves removing sugar from the horse's diet, supplements that have been labeled beneficial for metabolic issues, and focusing on temporary symptom management. Why Your Current Approach Might Not WorkDespite implementing common strategies like restricting sugar intake, providing ample exercise, and using supplements, some horses continue to struggle with metabolic issues. That could be due to the differences in how horses metabolize food, undetected nutrient deficiencies, ongoing stressors, or other underlying health conditions contributing to metabolic dysfunction.Factors Affecting HealthMany factors could influence a horse's susceptibility to metabolic issues. Breed predisposition plays a role, with some breeds being more prone to metabolic imbalances than others. Health history, including past illnesses or injuries, can impact a horse's metabolic health, and genetic factors and past traumas may also contribute to ongoing health challenges. Stress levels, diet composition, lifestyle factors, nutritional status, and food intolerances are all interconnected aspects that can affect a horse's metabolic function and overall well-being.Addressing Underlying CausesTo effectively address metabolic issues, it is essential to identify and target the underlying causes directly. That involves understanding how the condition developed- either a gradual progression or sudden onset due to specific stressors. Stress management also plays a significant role, as chronic stress can disrupt metabolic processes and contribute to health issues. Nutrient deficiencies, especially in essential minerals like selenium, can hinder metabolic function and must be addressed through targeted supplementation or dietary adjustments. To support the metabolic health of a horse, you must avoid unnecessary toxicity in the diet and ingredients that could cause inflammation or allergic reactions.Using Food as a Primary ToolFood plays a crucial role in supporting metabolic health. A clean and balanced diet, tailored to the needs of the horse, is essential to provide essential nutrients and support optimal metabolic function. That includes ensuring adequate fiber intake, managing sugar and carbohydrate levels appropriately, and addressing any specific food intolerances or sensitivities that could contribute to metabolic issues. By focusing on nutrition as a primary tool for health, horse owners can lay a solid foundation for metabolic wellness and the overall well-being of their horses.Links and resources:Connect with Elisha Edwards on her

Today, we're diving into the world of sustainable, mouthwatering cuisine with none other than the culinary visionary herself, Carleigh Bodrug.   Carleigh's journey is nothing short of inspiring. Growing up on a farm where meat reigned supreme, she later discovered the alarming truth about red and processed meats being classified as carcinogens by the World Health Organization. This revelation, coupled with her personal experience of her father's battle with colon cancer, propelled her toward a transformative shift in her diet. Fast forward to today, and Carleigh has become a household name, captivating millions with her blog, Plant You, and her latest cookbook, "PlantYou: Scrappy Cooking: 140+ Plant-Based Zero-Waste Recipes That Are Good for You, Your Wallet, and the Planet."   Now, what sets Carleigh's cookbook apart? Well, it's all about scrappy cooking—making delicious, nutritious meals while minimizing food waste. Ever wondered how to turn those food scraps into culinary gold? Carleigh's got you covered!   So join us as we explore plant-based recipes that not only tantalize your taste buds but also make a positive impact on your wallet and the planet!   “Food waste creates more emissions than the airline industry. So that gives you a scale of how much impact this has. And then sort of your mind goes to, okay, where is this waste coming from? Is it restaurants? Is it grocery stores? Is it happening on farms? And shockingly, the largest percentage is in consumer's homes. So I felt really, as a plant-based food vlogger, that I needed to talk about this. So, one day, I threw up a candied orange peel recipe, and it was really funny because whenever I put up a video, I kind of walk away from it because I don't want to know what the first reaction is. I get very nervous. So I walked away from my phone, and I came back to it about a couple hours later, and it had a non-exaggerated million views.” - Carleigh Bodrug   What we discuss in this episode: - How food waste contributes to global warming.  - The destructive power of methane vs. carbon dioxide. - Carleigh's tips to reduce food waste and save money. - Aquafaba and its uses. - How to make an amazing broth. - Making use of seeds. - How to make delicious vegan bacon. - Growing food from food scraps.   Resources: - PlantYou: https://plantyou.com/ - https://plantyou.com/ - Instagram: Carleigh Bodrug (@plantyou) • Instagram photos and videos - https://www.instagram.com/plantyou/?hl=en - YouTube: Carleigh Bodrug - YouTube - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCiE57zg8KxrZpV_eWMjluVA - Twitter/X: Plant You (@carleighbodrug) / X - https://twitter.com/carleighbodrug?lang=en - Facebook: PlantYou - https://www.facebook.com/PlantYouBlog/ - Carleigh's new cookbook: Scrappy Cookbook - https://scrappycookbook.com/ - BiOptimizers Magnesium Breakthrough: bioptimizers.com/switch4good - http://bioptimizers.com/switch4good   ★☆★ Click the link below to support the ADD SOY Act! ★☆★ https://switch4good.org/add-soy-act/ ★☆★ Share the website and get your resources here ★☆★ https://kidsandmilk.org/ ★☆★ Send us a voice message and ask a question. There are already food waste collections around New Zealand. In Auckland, council charges an annual fee of $77.20 for the bin, even if they don't use it. First Up producer Mahvash Ikram checked in with some Auckland residents who received their bin last year.

OUTWEIGH: I've been on diets and weight loss programs since the age of 7.   I got really good at outsmarting whatever plan or program I was on.   I got really good at “fake it till you make it” and motivational pump-me-ups.   I got really good at tricking the scale, tricking my stomach, and tricking my mind.   I got really good at living my life hungry, tired, miserable and restricted.   Yup I mastered them alright, but there was a major cost.   Food was the boss of me.   And...   I was a slave to my brutal workout routine to ensure that I didn't gain anything back.   Because no matter how motivated or disciplined I got myself to be on a day to day basis, food and exercise still ruled my every move.   So how can YOU tell if you're using food and exercise as a tool to get yourself healthy? Or...   ...if you're using it as a weapon: a weapon of punishment, control, restriction, or shame.   In this episode of Outweigh we talk about four tell-tale signs to help you discover if you too are using food & exercise as a weapon AND if so, how you can change that! Link Mentioned:    Watch the Stressless Eating Webinar where Leanne walks you through her exact 5 Step Game Plan her clients use to heal themselves from the all-or-nothing diet mentality for good....but WITHOUT restricting themselves, punishing their bodies, (and definitely WITHOUT ever having to use words like macros, low-carb, or calorie burn)
