Whatever format it's found in, teamwork has always played an essential role in getting anything done. It's so important in fact that much of contemporary literature around leadership focuses on a leader's ability to generate and maintain healthy teams. But isn't the notion of a team something that is essential to the Christian religion? And if so shouldn't Christianity offer a special advantage to a Christian leader? In this tenth episode of our series on the Christian advantage in leadership I take a look at this question. Register for the Fit Women's Hike: https://saintjohninstitute.org/event/fit-womens-hike-2/
Most Christians charged with positions of leadership tend to separate what they have to do every day in a practical sphere from there growth as Christians. Spirituality and practicality are often looked at as opposites. When this happens though, two things occur: firstly, the world of practicality is left bereft of spiritual guidance and, simultaneously, our spirituality loses the strength that comes from our practical endeavors. By uniting the two the Christian has the advantage. Register for the Fit Women's Hike: https://saintjohninstitute.org/event/fit-womens-hike-2/

Welcome to Fearlessly Authentic where I talk about my journey of self-acceptance, empowerment, and living authentically, and how you absolutely can, too! And I will help you get there. In this episode, I share my personal exploration of seeking acceptance and permission throughout different phases of my life, and the transformative leaps of faith that ensued when I stopped seeking external validation. As I stopped searching for permission to prioritize my needs, I discovered a newfound happiness and alignment in living my most authentic life. Through embracing my true self, I've found a sense of vitality and radiance that I want to share with other women who have asked me how to feel the same. No more hiding in the shadows; life is too precious to remain unseen. It's time to let your light shine! But why was I hiding? What led me to shut down my perfectly wholesome and empowering OnlyFans account? Despite facing criticism from friends and even my own daughters, I realized that I was simply reclaiming my agency and embracing my hotness without apology. My account featured tasteful images reminiscent of those found in mainstream publications like Sports Illustrated Swim or Cosmopolitan, celebrating women's beauty, confidence, and vitality at any age. Join me as I discuss the journey of this 63-year-old woman unapologetically reclaiming her space and visibility, and the empowering message behind maybe bringing back my OnlyFans account. It's time to challenge societal norms and embrace our individual expressions of self-love and empowerment.

The only diet that will work for you is the one you will actually follow. She found a sustainable way to optimize her health. Actionable Steps: Eliminate sugar and flours. Any crushed grain wreaks havoc on blood sugars. Move your body. Find a daily pattern, even small things like taking stairs and parking further away. Start exercising where you are sweaty, exerting effort, and increasing heart rate. Look into your family health history and educate yourself in what you can do now to prevent or reduce your risk of these diseases.
