Auf der PS5 Pro wirkt Capcoms Sci-Fi-Abenteuer nicht nur technisch stark, sondern vor allem spielerisch frisch. Das Besondere ist die Mischung aus klassischem Third-Person-Actiongefühl und einem cleveren Hack-System, bei dem man in Echtzeit denkt, zielt und reagiert. So wird jeder Gegner nicht einfach nur zur Bedrohung, sondern zu einer kleinen taktischen Aufgabe. Spannend ist auch die Dynamik zwischen Hugh und Diana. Während Hugh sich mit Waffen und Jetpack durch die Station bewegt, übernimmt Diana das Hacken und öffnet damit die Schwachstellen der Roboter. Genau dieser Ansatz gibt den Kämpfen eine neue Idee: nicht nur schießen, sondern gleichzeitig lösen, ausweichen und planen. Das sorgt für Tempo, Spannung und einen spielerischen Dreh, der sich angenehm anders anfühlt als bei vielen anderen Shootern. Auf der PS5 Pro kommt das zusätzlich sehr sauber rüber. Die Technik unterstützt die Mischung aus Action und Übersicht, mit flüssiger Darstellung und starkem Bild, was die futurische Mondstation noch eindrucksvoller macht. Gerade bei einem Spiel, das so stark von Timing und Reaktion lebt, passt diese klare Performance gut zum Design. Unterm Strich wirkt Pragmata wie ein mutiger Neustart für das Genre: eigenständig, taktisch und mit einer Idee, die sofort hängen bleibt. Genau das macht es so spannend. Matze ist nach Skepsis nun sehr begeistert. Steam Machine hängt Xbox ab – obwohl sie noch nicht auf dem Markt ist. Laut dem Artikel wirkt es gerade so, als würde die PC-/Steam-Welt (bis hin zur „Steam Machine“-Idee) für Entwickler wieder attraktiver werden, während die Xbox an Relevanz verliert – und das merkt man auch ganz praktisch an Spielen wie Dune: Awakening, das bisher auf dem PC stattfindet und auf Konsolen (zumindest auf der Xbox) noch nicht angekommen ist. Der Cameron macht es wieder Avatar: Fire & Ash wirkt trotz aller technischen Wucht vor allem wie ein Film, der bekannte Muster sehr groß, sehr laut und sehr aufwendig neu verpackt. Die Bilder sind beeindruckend, die Welt ist detailreich und die Inszenierung bleibt visuell auf hohem Niveau, aber die Handlung selbst fühlt sich oft erstaunlich vertraut, schwer glaubwürdig und bewusst überladen an. Genau darin liegt das Problem: Statt echte Überraschungen zu liefern, setzt der Film auf Konflikte, die man in ähnlicher Form längst aus anderen Blockbustern kennt. Figuren handeln häufig nach sehr klaren Dramaregeln, nicht nach einem Verhalten, das sich natürlich oder überraschend anfühlt. Dadurch entsteht der Eindruck, dass die Geschichte mehr auf Effekt als auf innere Logik ausgelegt ist. Auch die Emotionalität wird stark ausgestellt. Viele Momente wollen groß, dramatisch und bedeutsam wirken, doch gerade dadurch verlieren sie etwas von ihrer Wirkung. Wenn jede Wendung maximal wichtig inszeniert ist, bleibt am Ende wenig Raum für Nuancen oder echte Spannung. Das Ergebnis ist ein Film, der permanent auf Großgefühl schaltet, aber selten wirklich lebendig wirkt. Matze war not amused und eher gelangweilt. Trotzdem muss man die technische Seite klar anerkennen. Avatar: Fire & Ash dürfte wieder mit präziser Bildgestaltung, starkem Produktionsdesign und einem enormen Maß an visueller Kontrolle beeindrucken. Die Kinowelt wirkt so ausgearbeitet, dass man sich ihr kaum entziehen kann. Gerade deshalb fällt die generische und überzogene Handlung umso stärker auf: Die Technik zieht hinein, die Geschichte zieht wieder heraus. Unterm Strich bleibt ein typischer Großfilm mit enormer Oberfläche, aber wenig erzählerischem Risiko. Beeindruckend anzusehen, aber inhaltlich deutlich konventioneller, als es der Aufwand vermuten lässt. WhatsApp als Telefonbuch nutzen? Der taz-Bericht zeigt ziemlich drastisch, wie angreifbar große Plattformen bei Kontakt-/Adressbuchdaten sein können: Forschern ist es offenbar gelungen, praktisch das komplette WhatsApp-Verzeichnis bzw. riesige Mengen an zuordenbaren Handynummern automatisiert abzugreifen – ein Reminder, dass schon die bloße Existenz und Auffindbarkeit von Nummern (auch ohne Chat-Inhalte) ein massives Datenschutz- und Missbrauchsrisiko ist. Zum Glück in die Zukunft III Das neue Marteria-Album ist für Matze, richtig gut geworden, weil es genau die Mischung trifft, die man sich von ihm wünscht: eingängige Beats, klare Bilder und genug Gefühl, ohne sich dabei zu verkünsteln. Es wirkt aufgeräumt, selbstbewusst und trotzdem nahbar, also genau so, dass man beim Hören direkt drin ist. Besonders „9 Leben“ sticht heraus. Der Track hat diese Mischung aus Energie und Melancholie, die sofort hängen bleibt, und er passt perfekt in unseren Podcast, weil er Gesprächsstoff liefert, ohne sich aufzudrängen. Der Song klingt nicht nach Zufallstreffer, sondern nach einem Titel, der bewusst so gebaut ist, dass er lange nachwirkt. Für Matze macht das Album vor allem aus, dass es nicht nur solide ist, sondern wirklich Charakter hat. Die Songs wirken so, als hätten sie eine klare Haltung, und genau dadurch fühlt sich das Ganze persönlicher an. Man merkt, dass hier nicht einfach nur ein weiteres Rap-Album abgeliefert wurde, sondern eines, das man sich mehrmals anhört und bei dem einzelne Tracks mit der Zeit noch besser werden. Man kann über die Produktion sprechen, über die Stimmung, über die Texte und über die Art, wie Marteria hier zwischen Popzugang und eigener Handschrift balanciert. „9 Leben“ ist dabei für Matze der Track, der das am besten auf den Punkt bringt. Es gibt doch noch gute Kinofilme Project Hail Mary ist eine der seltenen Science-Fiction-Verfilmungen, die das Gefühl des Buches sehr gut einfängt: klug, zugänglich und mit einer echten Freude am Entdecken. Der Film setzt nicht auf düstere Härte oder reine Katastrophenstimmung, sondern zeigt, dass Sci-Fi auch optimistisch, menschlich und sogar warmherzig sein kann. Gerade das macht die Geschichte so stark: Sie bleibt spannend, aber sie verliert nie diesen positiven Grundton. Statt nur Bedrohung und Hoffnungslosigkeit zu inszenieren, erzählt Project Hail Mary von Zusammenarbeit, Einfallsreichtum und dem Willen, Probleme Schritt für Schritt zu lösen. Genau dadurch wirkt die Umsetzung nah am Geist des Buches und gleichzeitig eigenständig genug für das Kino. Die Science-Fiction-Elemente dienen nicht nur dem Spektakel, sondern tragen die Geschichte wirklich, und das ist bei einer Buchverfilmung ein großer Gewinn. Für Matze ist der Film dabei besonders gelungen, weil er genau die richtige Mischung aus Intelligenz, Emotion und guter Stimmung trifft. Project Hail Mary ist kein kühles Zukunftsszenario, sondern ein Film, der Mut macht und Spaß am Denken weckt. Das passt gut zu einem Publikum, das Sci-Fi nicht nur wegen der Technik mag, sondern wegen der Ideen dahinter. She also puppeteered in the hit film Men in Black. In recent years, Lisa has dedicated her craft to humanitarian aid through her work with No Strings International, using puppetry to help educate and empower children and adults around the globe. She then started writing books based on a number of Henson projects, including Fraggle Rock, Muppet Babies, Labyrinth and many others. She also wrote music and lyrics for the Sing Along with Kermit and Friends book-and-tape sets and wrote the Sesame Street 40th anniversary book. As a television writer, Louise is best known for her work on series such as Between the Lions, Peep and the Big Wide World, Cyberchase and Space Racers. John Tartaglia has been working as a professional puppeteer since the age of 16, as one of the youngest performers ever to be in the cast of "Sesame Street." He earned a Tony award nomination for his Broadway debut in AVENUE Q, with additional stage credits in Disney's BEAUTY AND THE BEAST and SHREK THE MUSICAL. John's producing debut came with his Emmy-nominated preschool series, "Johnny and the Sprites" for Disney Junior, followed by creating the acclaimed musical IMAGINOCEAN that was re-imagined for PBS Kids as "Jim Henson's Splash and Bubbles." He talks about the influence of Jim Henson in his career, how devastated he was when Jim died, and how one earnest letter he sent Jim when he was eight years old led to working for “Sesame Street” as a puppeteer at the age of 16. He reflects on the profound impact of puppetry on audiences, recalling heartwarming moments from doing shows. He also talks about the process of creating characters for shows like “Fraggle Rock: Back to the Rock”, and finding the balance between practical puppetry and CGI. John offers advice to young puppeteers and performers, encouraging them to trust their passion, ignore naysayers, and being as certain in your dreams as possible. John Tartaglia is an Emmy and Tony award nominated actor who began his professional career at age 16 as a puppeteer for “Sesame Street”.
