I'm reminded of the profound words from Melody Beattie, who wrote: "Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity." These words capture the transformative power we're about to experience together. Gratitude is not merely a pleasant emotion but the very frequency that determines what manifests in your life? What if the difference between struggle and abundance is not circumstance but perception? Science now confirms what mystics have known for centuries – that gratitude physically rewires neural pathways, transforms brain chemistry, and fundamentally alters your energetic signature. The universe responds not to what you want, but to the vibration you consistently hold. And nothing elevates your energetic signature more powerfully than the state of genuine thankfulness. This activation is the essential foundation for those who seek to consciously create their reality. It is the primary key that unlocks dimensions where your desires naturally align with your experience.

Welcome to the first week of our Gratitude Experiment. We are gently unlocking the door of happiness this week by opening our hearts to gratitude in the simplest, most beautiful ways. When we pause and take notice, we start to see that happiness is not a destination, but it's present with us, waiting for us to notice it in tiny, precious moments. I'm excited to embark on our seven weeks of gratitude journey with you. I invite you to play full-on and have a fun experience. Before we start, ground yourself and take seven deep breaths in and out. So you breathe in deeply and breathe out slowly seven times. Gently close your eyes, if it's safe for you to do so, and imagine the positive impact focusing on gratitude will have on your life. The purpose of this experiment is to guide you gently towards a long-term gratitude practice you do daily. Longitudinal studies suggest that regular gratitude practice over time has enduring positive effects. Let us now review why gratitude increases your happiness: An attitude of gratitude uplifts our spirits and increases our mental and physical well-being. How do you feel when you are thankful to someone else? When we focus on the negative, “what does not work,” the doom and gloom, gratitude brings us back to our aliveness and positivity. Expressing gratitude extends our love as we recognize the goodness in our lives, even through the ups and downs. It also helps us cope with stress and buffers the impact of life's challenges. Therefore, gratitude helps us activate and optimize positive emotions like joy, happiness, satisfaction, optimism and contentment. Focusing on the positive aspects of life with a regular gratitude practice is linked to greater life satisfaction and fosters a more positive outlook. Indeed, neuroscientific research indicates that a grateful mind has measurable positive effects on brain regions related to social bonding, empathy, and emotional processing. Another benefit worth noting is the link between gratitude and higher levels of self-esteem: recognizing and appreciating our strengths contributes to a positive self-image. So let's do it! Let's increase our gratitude this week by deepening our love, hope and faith. Gratitude is the starting point of happiness. Let's return to Love. Love is our salvation, and it is essential to intensify that energy in times of doubt, disappointment, frustration, anger, stress and despair. Take a deep breath into your heart centre, in the middle of your chest, and your physical heart, and align your thinking with abundance as you say thank you from the depth of your heart. This week, we will practise gratitude by gently opening ourselves to life's wonders, little by little. Every day, take a moment to identify three things you are grateful for. These can be small, ordinary, or even unexpected. It could include things that lift your spirit, and bring a little spark of joy into your day. Like the comforting warmth of your favourite drink, a stroll in the park, the song of a bird, or a moment of stillness when you just breathe. By being grateful for life's simple pleasures, you raise your energy to a state of appreciation and positivity, viewing life with warmth. Here is your daily reflection: Write these moments down, letting yourself linger with each one and feeling the happiness they bring. Even a few words are enough to capture the feeling. Each reflection becomes a key, unlocking happiness and lighting up your heart. Remember: “When you say yes! to love, you say yes! to life.” Gratitude is a notable well-being enhancer. The more grateful you are, the more blessings you attract when you align with the energy of appreciation. To make it fun this week, take photos or draw the simple things in life you are most grateful for. As you progress through this week, notice how gratitude can transform your perspective on each day. Feel how these moments of happiness expand in your heart. This is the beginning of our journey, one gentle, graceful step at a time. Until next time, I'm sending you lots of love and light.

By integrating these practices, listeners can enhance their overall well-being, develop resilience, and live a more joyful life. Table of Contents The Importance of Cultivating Gratitude Benefits of Practicing Gratitude Overcoming Barriers to Gratitude Five Steps to a Daily Gratitude Practice Transforming Challenges with Gratitude Conclusion The Importance of Cultivating Gratitude Gratitude is a powerful emotional trait that extends beyond a simple "thank you." It involves recognizing the positive aspects of our lives and appreciating the efforts of others that contribute to our well-being. Developing an attitude of gratitude shifts our focus from what we lack to the abundance that surrounds us, fostering a more positive and satisfying life experience. Benefits of Practicing Gratitude Scientific studies highlight numerous benefits of practising gratitude regularly. These include improved sleep quality, enhanced immune function, self-confidence, and stronger interpersonal relationships. Regular gratitude practice also promotes emotional stability and can lead to long-term happiness and contentment. Overcoming Barriers to Gratitude Practising gratitude can be challenging in a society with a negative bias. Media often amplify negative news, making it harder to maintain a positive outlook. Additionally, comparing ourselves to others can hinder gratitude, as it diverts our focus to what we lack rather than appreciating our unique journey and accomplishments. Five Steps to a Daily Gratitude Practice Gratitude Journal: Jot down ten things you're grateful for every day. Consistency is key to ingraining this habit. Verbal Gratitude: Express what you're thankful for out loud in the form of prayer or affirmation, acknowledging the love and goodness you receive daily. Share Your Gratitude: Communicate your gratitude to those who matter most in your life, either through letters or face-to-face conversations. Gratitude Meditation: During meditation, focus on the people and events you're grateful for and send them positive thoughts. Reframe Challenges: When faced with difficulties, find the lessons within and express gratitude for the growth and awareness these experiences bring. Transforming Challenges with Gratitude Gratitude offers a powerful framework for reframing negative situations. By identifying and appreciating the lessons within challenges, we can transform adversity into opportunities for personal growth and greater wisdom. This shift in perspective empowers us to embrace life's complexities with an open heart. Conclusion Cultivating an attitude of gratitude requires intentionality and practice, but the rewards are immeasurable. You open the door to a more positive, resilient, and joyful life when you integrate gratitude into your daily routine. Take action on the practices shared in this episode and observe the transformative effects on your overall well-being. Pascale --------------------- FULL TRANSCRIPT --------------------- Episode 350: Unlock True Happiness - 5 Steps To A Daily Gratitude Practice Hello, beautiful souls. I am Pascale Gibon, your host, welcoming you to episode 350 of The Everyday Life Balance Show. Since we are halfway through the year, let us dive into the importance of cultivating gratitude. All this means is that gratitude must become a customary practice in your everyday life and not just an occasional acknowledgement. The mindset you develop with appreciation is that life happens for and through you daily. When you are grateful every day, you acknowledge the daily blessings and remain in a positive energy and mindset. The more positivity you attract into your life through your attitude of mind and heart, the more blissful your life becomes. Robert Emmons, who is a proponent of gratitude research, defines gratitude as follows: An affirmation of goodness. A way for us to acknowledge that the sources of this goodness are outside of ourselves. We are usually grateful to someone for something. Are there benefits to gratefulness? Recent mental health research found 35 benefits of practising gratitude regularly. According to current scientific studies, cultivating gratitude contributes to an individual's character development and overall well-being. There are many health and mental benefits to gratitude, to name a few: better quality sleep, boosted immunity, relieved depression, self-confidence, patience, optimism, resiliency as well as enhanced relationships. A regular practice of gratitude can lead to long-term emotional stability and contentment. Just imagine the effects of a grateful heart versus an ungrateful one. The former is loving and open, and the latter is contracted and resentful. Practising gratitude daily improves our well-being and makes us stronger. Gratitude leads to true happiness, and let me encourage you to make it a habit. As we go through our day-to-day lives, we usually take things for granted, and whenever things go wrong, we immediately fall into the trap that life is happening to us. Moreover, there is another trap: a mind drawn to negativity instead of positivity. It can be challenging to be grateful in a negativity-bias society. The media knows that sensational negative headlines sell more than positive ones. Since individuals are more attracted to negative news than positive ones, this reality prompts us to reinforce positivity in our lives with the gratitude practice. Another barrier to gratitude is comparing ourselves to others. When we compare ourselves to others, we fail to be grateful for what we have and our accomplishments. A comparison mindset leads to discontent, jealousy and a negative self-image. So, how can we incorporate gratitude into our daily lives to enhance our character and well-being? Here are five ways to cultivate gratitude daily: 1. Gratitude Journal: Hold a gratitude journal and write down ten things you are most grateful for every day. Since this is a daily routine, it requires discipline and consistency. For this reason, I like the next practice if you fall out of the journal practice. 2. Verbal Gratitude: Make it a daily habit to say out loud what you are most grateful for in your life. It could be in the form of prayer. Additionally, make it a routine to acknowledge all the love you receive throughout the day. 3. Share your gratitude: Share your love with the people you are most grateful for in your life. You can write them a letter or tell them face to face. 4. Gratitude Meditation: Practise a gratitude meditation. As you meditate, reflect on the things you are most grateful for in your life. For example, bring the people to mind you appreciate the most in your life and send them gratitude. 5. Reframe Challenges: Reframe negative situations into positive lessons: Life happens, and we encounter challenging situations. However, you can take a deep breath and reframe the negative situation into a positive one. We express gratitude when we understand the lessons behind challenging situations that enable us to grow in wisdom and awareness. Those lessons are priceless. As a practitioner of gratitude through daily prayer, I now also use gratitude throughout the day. Whenever I am aware of the expression of love, I appreciate that love and say “thank you” to the invisible and visible help I receive with appreciation. It is proven that the attitude of gratitude has many psychological and physiological benefits. How could you incorporate more gratitude into your life? Would a gratitude journal or meditation work for you? Is expressing words of appreciation to others something you need to do more often? Do you need to send a letter to someone to let them know how much they helped you and how much you love them? Take a moment to reflect on gratitude and examine whether you have adopted an attitude of gratitude in your life to experience more positivity. If so, let me congratulate you. If not, it is time to act on the content I have just shared. Every year In November, I run the Gratitude Experiment 7-week Challenge, keep an eye out on my website pascalegibon.com for the forthcoming dates. It would be great to have you as a participant. I look forward to connecting with you next Monday and wish you a fantastic week of gratitude. I am sending you lots of love and light.

How many of you take the time to intentionally be grateful for something every single day? Gratitude is about so much more than just giving thanks, and I'm showing you why this week. A holiday like Thanksgiving should be a refreshing experience. But often we wake up the day after feeling sick or tired, and often it's because we didn't eat well on that particular day. Has family caregiving changed you? Your personality? Your outlook? The way you view yourself or others? I recently asked this question to a room full of family caregivers, and the response was overwhelmingly affirmative. Caregiving for someone with a chronic illness, extended sickness, or disability is life-changing, and not necessarily in a good way. I suggest we have a choice around the way in which we are changed. The daily challenges of caregiving may make us more pessimistic, anxious, or angry. Or, they may gradually transform us into someone who is more optimistic, flexible, and confident. I believe we have a choice, and the daily practice of gratitude is more powerful than previously understood. Join me as I pick up where I left off in Episode 32 and introduce the concept of neuroplasticity. That's a big word that captures our brain's God-giving capacity to change. Neuroplasticity gives us hope around the potential for positive changes in brain structure and response, even in the face of tough days (or weeks or years) as a family caregiver. I touch on the work of Dr. Andrew Huberman (Huberman Lab Podcast), a neuroscientist who has researched the connection between a daily practice of gratitude and a wide range of positive changes in the brain. I encourage you to a SHARED daily practice of gratitude, which may include your care receiver. It's a win-win! Consistency is key. What have you got to lose? Even the most cherished gifts in our lives can begin to lose significance if we do not work to keep our appreciation for them alive. In this summer mini-episode of Spiritually Hungry, we talk about the connection between appreciation and love and how we can awaken them every day.“Our biggest blinder is that when we lose appreciation, we tend to feel like we don't love—what we once valued is no longer valuable. When we lose appreciation, we can't access that love.” – Monica Berg
I am beyond excited to share today's guest with you as she is someone I've looked up to in the online coaching space for years and someone who can talk the talk because she's walked the walk... Erin Dimond AKA “The OG Online Trainer”, started Online Fitness Coaching in 2013. Around that same time, she opened a gym and started her journey as a bodybuilder and eventually evolved into coaching women who just wanted to look good, feel good, and wear a bikini any time of the year without dieting. She personally coached over 2000 women before learning how to scale her company. After scaling the company and coaching around 4500 women total, she sold her company T4E Systems this past year and now is solely focused on IFCA. IFCA is a fitness business mentorship for online coaches. We've helped 2500+ coaches start and scale their fitness businesses (me included). I started working with Erin and her husband Jordan back in 2020 and since then, they have not only changed my life in helping me build VGFN, but Erin has really been a mentor for me in every sense of the word. Not only is she a badass high performing CEO, she's been through her own hormonal health journey, she's a mom of an adorable baby boy Jaxson, and a really incredible friend. In today's episode, we discuss Erin's past hormonal issues, how she manages being a mom and 8 figure CEO, the importance of gratitude, and so much more! All day long our family and children are pointed to something. Some thought, some moral, some way to spend their time. How about a plan that takes control of always pointing ourselves and our family to the God who created us? How would this daily practice shape who you want them to become? Anyone can practice gratitude, but without Jesus and His goodness at the center, what worldly and selfish things could take that focus? Are you feeling stressed? Are you feeling like you just can't achieve that work-life balance? May tends to be a tough time for many providers, educators, and even parents. Today I talk with Marie Muratalla, SLP, Podcaster, Mindset Coach, and creator of the Say Thanks More Gratitude Journal.Like many of us, in 2020 when the COVID shutdown began, Marie struggled to bear the weight of her job. In a time when her job was no longer what it was, she battled her personal identity and where that separated from her work identity. This began her business, grounded in the practice of gratitude which she was always passionate about, Marie created Thanks More Gratitude Journals and advocated for the use of mindful habits to set boundaries and create joy.Marie's Mindful Habits1. Daily Gratitude Practice: Try journaling or starting small by writing down one thing you're thankful for. It can be at any part of your day and can be as simple as a dedicated 5 minutes during your morning coffee or before bed. 2. Morning Meditation: Marie practices 3 minutes of meditation each morning, it doesn't have to be the same amount of time. It can be whatever works for you. But locking that time in to ground yourself and let go of all other thoughts for just a moment is so important.3. Bring Presence into your Routine: Whether it's even yoga, affirmations, journaling, meditation….Set intentions and a time to be present for yourself. Marie shared some great apps that she uses to build these routines into her day. Something so many struggle with is work-life balance. Marie's number one solution to this is setting boundaries. It can be hard but try to focus on where you are at the moment, and not bring thoughts about work home or into your weekend. For Marie, this means removing her work email from her phone and being firm with colleagues when they ask her questions outside of work. Mindfulness and gratitude practices are research-based and are proven to reduce stress and increase joy and productivity. Studies have shown that by participating in a gratitude practice, like journaling, you are increasing serotonin levels and decreasing cortisol levels. This practice reduces stress because you are able to take ownership of your emotions and feelings and you are putting it into a safe place. The more you practice these, the more you bring yourself to that balance present place.Try these tips yourself by introducing these positive habits one small step at a time. If you'd like to learn more about Marie Muratalla or the Say Thanks More Community, you can find her on her website or on social media.#autism #speechtheraphyWhat's Inside:How can a daily gratitude practice benefit your mindset? How can you shift your mindset to create balance with work?Tips for creating mindful habits in your daily life. How burnout can create stress in work and life. How a mind-shift set can effectively reduce burnout and benefit mental health. Why it is important to set boundaries to create a work-life balance.Mentioned In This Episode: Thanks MorrisMarie on (@thanksmorris) • Instagram photos and videosMarie on (@thanksmorris) TikTokDown DogI am - Daily Affirmations on the App StoreAtomic Habits: An Easy & Proven Way to Build Good Habits & Break Bad OnesABA Speech: HomeStart Communicating Today

I'm sharing my daily gratitude practice with you - the one that has helped me heal through heartaches and traumas. And the one that helps me sleep better each night. I'm also including my favorite daily journal prompts for free (links below!).But, really quick, I want to give a trigger warning for some of the content in this article. My past abuse is mentioned. And so is the story of someone who had been disabled from a gunshot wound. There are no details given beyond mentioning just that. The focus is on the experience of healing after the fact. I try to be very transparent with others, knowing some people are not in the right place to hear about subjects like these. If you do find yourself triggered by anything brought up in this article, you might find relief in either my Journal Prompts for Triggers or my detailed article on How to Deal with Triggers. As always, I'm here for you.In this episode, we will discuss:The benefits of a daily gratitude practiceDaily journal prompts for gratitudeUsing gratitude to improve mental health, relationships, and overall view of lifePromoting self-love and body image through gratitudeFinding the silver liningHealing after traumaHealing after heartbreakFinding gratitude after pain, suffering, trauma, or heartbreakTrue mental and emotional resiliencyEpisodes and Articles Mentioned:Journal Prompts to Start Your DayJournal Prompts to Reflect at the End of Your DayThe Beginning of Root and RiseJournal Prompts for TriggersHow to Deal with TriggersSelf-Care Ideas and ActivitiesYou can find today's show notes on Root and Rise Blog or by clicking here. Last week on the Small Scale Life Podcast, I discussed my Daily Gratitude Practice and gave four tips to establishing your own daily gratitude practice. As a recap, the four tips were the following: Take some time and think about what you are truly grateful about. Make a list of people and things and challenges you are grateful for. Keep those lists in a journal (brief bullet points only; don't write a book – it isn't sustainable). Let someone on that list know you are grateful. This week, I am revisiting gratitude and putting it into action. I completed Number 4 on that list. I let two people on my list know that I was very grateful for them: Theresa and Dale. I also had a chance to talk to a member of the Small Scale Life Community that is in a tough place and is finding it hard to find gratitude for that member's situation. #31 11 Tips to De-Stress and Simplify this December Here is a link to the blog: https://www.micultivatebalance.com/blog 1) Continue to work out! Working out helps keep you sane, keeps any anxiety at bay, plus you won't gain that dreaded holiday weight. 2) Have a plan. You need a plan for gifts and a plan for food and a plan for shopping for all of it. It helps to get my shopping done as early as possible. Now, I am not an October shopper, however getting my shopping done by the 10th of Dec. makes me feel like I have a head start; plus, if I forget something, I can always go get it. A good rule of thumb is to have your shopping done at least 4 days ahead of time. For food shoot for 2 days. Perhaps the most stressful thing about the holidays is expecting you can just go out and buy something only to find out they don't have it, the lines are too long, or everyone is moving at a glacial pace. * Bonus: Have a mapped-out plan, including all props for your Elf on the Shelf ideas! This is a huge stressor for parents! A little planning will save you literally hours of panic throughout the month. 3) Have a staging Area. This is extremely important if you are a forgetful person. Each day or each party should have a staging area. We have a counter-top in our laundry Room that works great! I put all of the gifts and food that need to go to a holiday party in one place and grab it on the way out the door. This way I don't forget half of the gifts under the tree or my potato skins in the oven. 4) When you order gifts and groceries keep in mind shipping times. Seeing the delivery date of Dec 24 makes even the most stone-cold stomachs queasy. Speaking of gifts, you can always have activity gifts where instead of getting a physical item you take them axe throwing or to play laser tag or another fun activity. We are all missing out on those things still and doing fun activities or going places is a great way to spend quality time together. 5) Have extra gifts on hand. I am terrible at remembering things. I always make sure to have extra gifts in case I have forgotten someone or I receive an unexpected gift. Something like homemade cookies is a great gift for those unexpected neighbors that drop by with something for you. 6) Be generous. We need to remember the reason for the season and it's easy to be grateful in November and then think to yourself “screw that I've got presents to buy”. You will feel better about your holidays knowing that you have helped someone less fortunate. If giving money or gifts isn't your thing, you can always help out by giving your time or talent. 7) Ditch the traditions you hate. I learned this the hard way. As it turns out, other people may dislike them too, don't waste your holiday season repeating traditions that you resent. 8) Do something fun! You don't need to go to every show, or every tree lighting, choose one and enjoy it. Find a way to bring a little joy into your December. Holiday cheer helps you take a step back and enjoy what it's really all about. REMEMBER the thought that “I want to make memories is so overrated, your kids will remember the simplest things, the easy things and doing one special thing over the course of the month is really all you need. 9) Remember that there is a shift after harvest going into the holidays and weather you still have crops in the field or not, you may have to shift some of those mindsets. So, forgive your brother, make peace with your spouse and remember what Christmas is all about. 10) If there is ever a time to set boundaries to protect your peace, it's now. Remember how last year was the most peaceful holiday ever because most things were canceled, everything was simple and you didn't have huge holiday expectations? Think back, and even ask your family, what parts do we want to “go back to” and what parts to be want to keep 2020 style? Here is the two-part blog post about how to set boundaries with difficult family members and how to prepare yourself and your family for a toxic holiday party: https://www.micultivatebalance.com/single-post/3-steps-to-set-boundaries-for-the-holiday-season-with-difficult-family-members https://www.micultivatebalance.com/single-post/how-to-reduce-anxiety-before-christmas-and-keep-calm-during-the-holiday-madness 11) Decrease screen time and be present. The quickest way to stress and being discontent is comparing yourself to others. You can't do it all. Someone will always have a better Elf the Shelf idea, and your family needs you to be present with them because someone else's life does not matter. Create the life that you love! Struggling with feeling content, present or joyful this time of year? Begin a Daily Gratitude Practice, it's a 30 second per day activity that can change the way you look at your life. Happy Thanksgiving, everyone! Tis the season for having a Daily Gratitude Practice and giving thanks. After all, how many of us had this conversation during Thanksgiving dinner last week: What are you thankful for? “What are you thankful for” is the usual question that people have and expect a response after grace. How often were we caught of-guard by such a simple question when the piping hot feast is right in front of us? We typically mumble something about “family and friends,” stop paying attention to other answers once we are done mumbling and dive into the turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy and stuffing! Am I right? But did we really think about that question? Did you pause for a minute and really think about your answer? Seriously. In this episode of the Small Scale Life Podcast, I am going to talk about starting my gratitude practice a year after writing Practicing Gratitude for the Good, the Bad and the Ugly in October 2020. I'll finish this episode by discussing How I am going adjust (improve) my daily gratitude practice Describe a small gratitude offering that I recently did in a special place near our Driftless Oaks Farm Giving you 4 Tips for Starting Your own Daily Gratitude Practice REMEMBER: Snow, ice and subzereo temperatures can hurt you (ie, frostbite). People tend to think of Thanksgiving as Gratitude Season. And while I love that aspect of the holiday, for me, gratitude is so much more than something to show for a mere day, week, or even a month. The most successful people practice gratitude with intention. It's not just a season, but a daily habit that countless studies prove creates more abundance in our lives. In today's post, I'm sharing a peek into my own daily gratitude practice and giving you some tips on how you can manifest more success in your life by simply becoming more deliberately grateful. I'm also starting a 30-Day Gratitude Challenge and would love for you to join me on social media - more details on that at the end! The Intentional Daily Practice of Gratitude Gratitude is something that should be practiced every day. And I say the word “practice” very intentionally. Think about a yoga practice, for example. Imagine you've never done yoga before. Perhaps you say to yourself, I'm going to practice yoga every day for the next 60 days. Do you think that on the 60th day, you'll be more flexible than you were on the very first? Of course you will. It doesn't matter where you started on that first day, what matters is that on the 60th day you'll have made so much progress. This is because practice creates progress. Whether it's yoga, playing a musical instrument, or some other skill, by committing to a daily practice, you will inevitably create transformation in your life. The same is true with gratitude. Gratitude is great when spoken occasionally, but when you make a daily commitment to gratitude? That's when you'll really see the positive changes take effect in your life. How does gratitude currently transpire in your life? What is your gratitude habit? Do you have one in place that you participate in regularly? There are two different ways we typically express gratitude: towards others and towards ourselves. How you demonstrate gratitude to yourself is actually the most powerful way to create change in your life. Think about everything your body, your mind, your efforts, and your dedication do for you. A big part of the self care you show yourself demonstrates your gratitude. You can then take that gratitude and share it with others. The more we practice gratitude, the more it becomes a natural way of being. Take, for example, all of the things in your daily life that typically bring out frustration and stress. Smaller irritations like traffic on your commute can help you train your brain to more easily shift into a grateful mindset. The next time you find yourself stuck in traffic, use it as an opportunity to think about all the things you have to be grateful for. You can even use your imagination here. Perhaps you've avoided an accident up ahead because the traffic slowed you down. Or, perhaps the traffic is giving you the extra time you'd been wishing you had to finally listen to that podcast on the subject that will help you grow in your business knowledge. When you begin to shift your energy from negative (upset) to positive (grateful), you're making space for more abundance in your life and business. Study after study irrefutably proves that the most successful people in this world tend to be the most grateful. Gratitude creates an energetic openness making you more receptive to the opportunities in front of you. An attitude of gratitude is an underrated secret to success. 3 ways to make space for more gratitude in your daily life Here are a couple of ways I incorporate gratitude into my life. Feel free to try one, or try them all. The most important part is to select something you can do consistently. To truly reap the rewards of an attitude of gratitude, it must be practiced every single day. Start your day with gratitude When I wake up each morning, the first song I listen to is a song called, “Thank You for the Blessings.” It's a prayerful kind of song. In fact, I'm almost certain it's sung in churches, though I don't remember how I came upon it. But what I've done is create a playlist that begins with this song and sets the right tone - the right energetic frequency - for my day. This grounds me, and reminds me of all I have to be grateful for. And that's a great lens to view the world through as you embark upon your day. You're welcome to snag this song, or find something of your own that serves as a gratitude “wake up call” to begin your day with. Choose something that both excites you and brings you peace whether it be a song you listen to, a video you watch, or a meditation you do. Write in a gratitude journal This doesn't have to be any formally designed gratitude journal; anything with blank pages will do. Journaling doesn't have to be intimidating, either. Simply make it your habit to write down three things each day that you're grateful for. This can be done at any time of the day, though picking a time that generally works each day can help you stick to the habit. There's so much power in the written word. Scientific studies have shown how much more we actually retain by writing things down. By searching for things to write down that you're grateful for each day, your brain will begin to seek them out throughout the day. Begin to notice how things that normally bring you anxiety or annoyance become more opportunities for gratitude. This will happen more and more naturally with time and practice! Share your gratitude Start by telling one person each day that you're grateful for them. It can be a different person, or there can be repeats. You can send a card, make a phone call, or pop out a simple text. Just share that you're grateful for them (including why is a bonus!). Then, I'd like to encourage you to share your gratitude publicly. For the next 30 days, we're hosting a gratitude challenge to help you kickstart your new daily habit. Wherever you enjoy participating on social media - Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. - use #BBAttitudeofGratitudeChallenge to start chronicling what you're grateful for. Some ideas include: photos of your walk, photos of your family, photos of your pets, or perhaps even photos of something you used to find annoying but have now shifted your mindset into something you're grateful for (see the traffic example above!). I promise you that if you begin to show up every single day, gratitude will transform your life. When you create an attitude of gratitude in your mind and body, that gratitude will expand into your actions. When you feel good on the inside, the outside becomes good too. Thank you for reading. I look forward to seeing your gratitude posts. I am SO grateful for YOU.

You hear about gratitude practices all the time, right? And if you haven't started one yet, you're about to! In this episode, we're going to talk about the benefits of a daily gratitude practice and how to start one today - in as little as 15 seconds.
Transformation Tuesday: 3 Habits to Build a Daily Gratitude Practice
Gratitude is one of the most powerful emotional signatures, and when you radiate gratitude into the quantum field - miracles always occur. In the Gratitude Prescription, Will Pye states, "Consider for a moment the possibility, however ludicrous it may seem, that everything that has ever happened, is happening, or will ever happen is but a lovingly designed part of a process with this realization as its purpose. Consider the possibility that the purpose of your life is to realize what you are, to awaken, to grow and evolve, and that everything can be alchemized for this purpose through gratitude. In Neville Goddard's the feeling is the secret he explains the secret in creating a reality from your vision is the feeling. If you can create a feeling in your body similar to the feeling of that thing you want to manifest, it the secret to reality creation. Often times people I meet do not have a goal but wish to create a better life. The best way to do it is gratitude. If you feel grateful the world will reflect back things to be grateful about. People have overcome cancers and major obstacles by practicing gratitude. Radical gratitude is the key. On this meditation, the intention is to create a feeling of gratitude and amplify X100 and allow you to hold onto that signature of gratitude as long as possible. Try this in the morning and set up your day perfectly. I am so grateful that you get to take this journey as well Alternate Universe Reality Activation get full access to new meditations, new lectures, recordings from the reality con and the 90 day AURA meditation schedulehttps://realityrevolutionlive.com/aura45338118 Listen my book on audible https://www.audible.com/pd/The-Reality-Revolution-Audiobook/B087LV1R5V BUY MY BOOK! https://www.amazon.com/Reality-Revolution-Mind-Blowing-Movement-Hack/dp/154450618X/ Music By Mettaverse768hz throat chakra528hz frequency of love396hz root chakra liberation from guilt and fear111hz the holy frequency ➤ Listen on Soundcloud: http://bit.ly/2KjGlLI➤ Follow them on Instagram: http://bit.ly/2JW8BU2➤ Join them on Facebook: http://bit.ly/2G1j7G➤ Subscribe to their channel here: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCyvjffON2NoUvX5q_TgvVkw All My Neville Goddard Videos In One Playlist - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLKv1KCSKwOo8kBZsJpp3xvkRwhbXuhg0M All my videos about Dr. Joseph Murphy - https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLKv1KCSKwOo_OtBhXg2s85UuZBT-OihF_ For all episodes of the Reality Revolution – https://www.therealityrevolution.com Like us on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/The-Reality-Revolution-Podcast-Hosted-By-Brian-Scott-102555575116999 Join our facebook group The Reality Revolution https://www.facebook.com/groups/523814491927119 Subscribe to my Youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOgXHr5S3oF0qetPfqxJfSw Contact us at media@advancedsuccessinsitute.com#lawofattraction #guidedmeditation #gratitude #thanky
