Today's show opens a little differently. I have had several unconnected threads of subjects that have been stuck in my head and decided to bring them to you before diving into the full news stack. The first subject deals with inflation and today's CPI numbers, which leads me to discuss energy, abiotic energy creation, 3rd and 4th generation nuclear reactors and my thoughts on a clean environment. Next I dive into the language of the 14th Amendment and discuss the phrase most of the Legacy/mainstream media eliminates. The phase “...under the jurisdiction thereof…” when it comes to citizenship. If someone is not under the jurisdiction of the US Constitution, how can their children, if born here, become immediate citizens? I've not really jumped into the drone topic that keeps happening in our country, mostly in the state of New Jersey. However, sometime Congressman Jeff Van Drew (R-NJ) provided a wild comment to Harris Faulkner of Fox News. He said they are Iranian drones from a ship parked off our east coast. This reminded me of a story I read almost two years ago about Iran modifying a tanker to become a drone carrier. I'm not saying I am 100% on board with it, but I was interested enough to discuss it. Pro Publica put out a hit-piece on Pete Hegseth, stating West Point told them he had never gone to the service academy. Pete released his acceptance letter and relevant records to prove he did attend. The story here isn't how Pro Publica was fooled; the story is why are they not interested in finding out why they were lied to by West Point? A new bombshell on the Democrat money-laundering service, ActBlue, was released late yesterday. It looks like they processed foreign cards as a means of donating to candidates and campaigns in the United States. We then dive into a series of stories I call Dumb, Dumber and Dumberer. Each story gets successively worse. We look at Senator Patty Murray (D-WA), Rep. Susan Wild (D-PA), Postmaster General Louis DeJoy, ex-Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY), Senator Mitch “The Turtle” McConnell and WNBA star Caitlin Clark. We end on a positive note from the Sheriff of San Diego County in California. While their board of supervisors have voted to make themselves a “super sanctuary” to defy Trump's deportation plan, Sheriff Kelly Martinez says she will not recognize that status in favor of following the law and her Constitutional duty. The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (06/26/2024): 3:05pm- On Wednesday, the United States Supreme Court issued a ruling in Murthy v. Missouri—a case centered around government-coerced censorship on social media. In a 6 to 3 decision, the court ultimately determined that the plaintiffs lacked standing to bring the suit—consequently, the case will be returned to a lower court. But if states don't have standing, then who does? In his scathing dissent, Justice Samuel Alito argues, “high-ranking government officials placed unrelenting pressure on Facebook to suppress Americans' free speech. Because the court unjustifiably refuses to address this serious threat to the First Amendment, I respectfully dissent.” Justices Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch also dissented. 3:30pm- Kimberly Guilfoyle—Host of The Kimberly Guilfoyle Show on Rumble—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to talk about her new children's book, “The Princess and Her Pup.” Could the Democrat Party replace Joe Biden if he flops spectacularly during Thursday's presidential debate? Guilfoyle explains that it doesn't matter who Donald Trump ultimately faces in the general election, because Trump has all of the momentum on his side. You can learn more about the book here: https://bravebooks.us/products/the-princess-her-pup?_atid=4z02HnQW7x5kRZNbBqPyOHj82FtndD 3:40pm- During an interview with Right Side Broadcasting Network, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump called into an Atlanta barbershop. 4:05pm- In an opinion piece for The New York Times, former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton previewed Thursday's presidential debate—seemingly lowering expectations for President Joe Biden. She writes: “Unfortunately, Mr. Biden starts from a disadvantage because there's no way he can spend as much time preparing as I did eight years ago. Being president isn't just a day job; it's an everything-everywhere-all-at-once job. Historically, that has led to weaker first debate performances for the incumbent.” You can read the full editorial here: https://www.nytimes.com/2024/06/25/opinion/hillary-clinton-trump-biden-debate.html 4:10pm- Another Supreme Court leak? Ann E. Marimow of The Washington Post writes: “The Supreme Court would allow emergency abortion care in Idaho for now despite the state's restrictions on the procedure, according to Bloomberg Law, which viewed a copy of a not-yet-released opinion that was briefly posted on the court's website Wednesday.” You can read more here: https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2024/06/26/supreme-court-emergency-abortions-idaho-decision/ 4:20pm- Holman W. Jenkins, of The Wall Street Journal, writes: “‘Double haters' are a bumper crop in 2024, one Biden achievement he won't be bragging about. In 2016 and 2020, these nose-holders broke decisively for Mr. Trump; in 2016 there just happened to be more of them. Now they've doubled in four years. Moreover, says Yanna Krupnikov of the University of Michigan, typically low-engagement, low-information voters are increasingly joined by others best described as ‘anti-establishment.' In my own experience, many are especially alert to the international situation. They see two unsuitable commanders in chief. If anything, they lean toward Mr. Trump as their worries deepen.” Similarly, Matt notes that according to recent polling from The New York Times, disengaged voters—voters who didn't vote in 2020 or 2022—are now favoring Trump by double digit points. In a 6 to 3 decision, the court ultimately determined that the plaintiffs lacked standing to bring the suit—consequently, the case will be returned to a lower court. The NY-16 primary. On Tuesday, Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) lost to Democratic challenger George Latimer in the primary election for New York's 16th Congressional District. The race was one of the most closely watched primaries in the country and the most expensive House primary ever, with around $24 million spent on advertising alone. Latimer led Bowman 58%-42% with 88% of the vote counted as of this morning. Latimer will now face Republican Miriam Flisser in the district's congressional election on Nov. 5, a race he is likely to win as Cook Political Report rates NY-16 as “solid Democrat.”You can read today's podcast here, our “Under the Radar” story here and today's “Have a nice day” story here. You can catch our latest YouTube video on Juneteenth here.We were previously publishing these episodes on our Tangle podcast page, but we just re-launched the series — and released a brand new episode — on a unique podcast channel for The Undecideds. In a last-ditch effort to get out the vote for incumbent U.S. Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) and avoid an upset in the hotly contested Democratic primary in New York's 16th Congressional District on Tuesday, June 25, leftist political heavyweights U.S. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) came out in support of Bowman at a rally in New York on Saturday. Unfortunately for them, their “star power” has waned to the point where turnout was embarrassingly low. Jimmy and Americans' Comedian Kurt Metzger discuss how the rally turnout would have been even worse if not for the pro-Palestinian protesters who came to express their displeasure with Bernie, Bowman and AOC over Biden's Israel support. Plus segments on Massachusetts distributing migrant arrivals around the state to various motels in small towns and Trump prosecutor Nathan Wade's DISASTROUS interview on Comedy Central. Also featuring Stef Zamorano and Mike MacRae. And a phone call from “Hillary Supporter!”

On today's show, I open with a reminder that last last year, the FBI refused to give an update on the status of voter fraud from Muskegon, Michigan. That leads to a story today from Michigan State Senator Jim Runestad about a bill the democrats in the state just voted through to the House that would make cheating even easier. Rep. Adam Morgan (R-SC) is fighting something similar in his state. It seems illegals are being given forms to fill out to get them registered to vote. In a hearing today, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said the 1,000 troops that will guard the giant floating dock we are building to get aid into Gaza can fire back if Palestinians shoot at our people. This leads to a discussion about what does the phrase, “Boots on the ground,” really mean? A reminder, polls from the Middle East reveal Palestinians are still okay with what happened on October 7. Yet, Joe Biden wants to bring those “refugees” here. I point out again why the other Muslim countries around them refuse to take them in ever again. The Biden regime has flown over 200,000 illegals into our country and that is all at taxpayer expense. Why wouldn't they consider importing people who are part of the culture of death? What could possibly go wrong? It's funny to watch the toddlers on the campus of Columbia University discuss concerns about food and water. These empty skulls are really just LARP'ing as pretend terrorists in a game of make-believe. Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) put out a tweet admonishing police for cracking down on the violent protests only to get magnificently trolled. While we are distracted with these junior terrorist, Commie sympathizers, there is really bad economic news being under-reported. I dive into a list of business closings, reductions and layoffs all set to land by the end of the year, with a few expected to stretch out into 2026. In the meantime, another hearing is trying to figure out how much the government is circumventing the first amendment. It calls to mind how they will silence anything, even truth, if it goes against the approved state narrative. We close on a moment of positivity from Mayor Eric Adams (D-NYC). He was appalled to see Columbia University allow the US flag to be taken down and a Palestinian flag put up in its place. Perhaps even he is starting to realize how for the Left has tried to push our nation. Take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (04/16/2024): 3:05pm- While leaving a New York City court on Monday, former President Donald Trump told reporters it is a “scam trial” and the politicized charges amount to “election interference.” He also revealed that the judge will not allow him to skip part of the trial to attend his son's high school graduation ceremony. Trump has been indicted for attempting to conceal payments made to adult film actress Stormy Daniels. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg alleges that the payment concealment amounted to falsified business records which influenced the 2016 election. 3:10pm- On Tuesday, Congressman Thomas Massie (R-KY) requested that Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA) resign—after Speaker Johnson announced he plans to hold a vote on Ukraine aid funding later this week. Massie joins Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) as Republican members of Congress now vocally opposed to Johnson remaining in power. Working with a slim Republican majority in the House (218-213 with 4 vacancies), is Johnson now in serious jeopardy of being removed as Speaker? 3:15pm- According to Ryan Saavedra of The Daily Wire, Saudi Arabia publicly acknowledged that they assisted Israel, the United States, the U.K., Jordan, and the United Arab Emirates in “repelling a combination of more than 300 missiles and drones” launched from Iran and directed at Israel. You can read the full report here: https://www.dailywire.com/news/saudi-arabia-publicly-acknowledges-defending-israel-from-iranian-attacks-reports 3:30pm- While entering court on Tuesday, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump said he should be on the campaign trail visiting swing states instead of defending himself in court against politicized charges. 3:40pm- James Lynch of National Review writes: “House Republicans delivered articles of impeachment against Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to the Senate, citing his refusal to combat record levels of illegal immigration. A group of GOP impeachment managers walked over to the Senate Tuesday afternoon to officially deliver the articles and initiate an impeachment trial as Democrats seek to expedite the process or dismiss the charges altogether. Senators will be sworn-in as jurors on Wednesday to begin trial proceedings.” You can read the full article here: https://www.nationalreview.com/news/house-republicans-deliver-mayorkas-impeachment-articles-to-senate/ 3:50pm- While appearing on CNN, New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman ridiculously accused Donald Trump of glaring at her in court after she reported that Trump may have fallen asleep during legal proceedings. 4:05pm- Bruce LeVell—Senior Advisor to President Donald Trump & Former Small Business Advisory Advocate for the White House—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss the 2024 campaign, Trump's New York City trial over “hush money” payments, and President Joe Biden's recent trip to Scranton. 4:25pm- While appearing on CNN, New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman ridiculously accused Donald Trump of glaring at her in court after she reported that Trump may have fallen asleep during legal proceedings. 4:30pm- Andrew C. Trump was indicted for attempting to conceal payments made to adult film actress Stormy Daniels. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg alleges that the payment concealment amounted to falsified business records which influenced the 2016 election. United States—a case which will determine whether obstruction laws can be used to charge January 6th defendants. While questioning U.S. Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar, Justice Neil Gorsuch asked if “pulling a fire alarm before a [Congressional] vote” would qualify as obstruction, potentially resulting in up to 20-years of federal imprisonment. Notably, Congressman Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) pulled a fire alarm in the Cannon House Office Building just prior to the House holding its vote on a stopgap spending measure—allegedly to delay the vote. 5:05pm- Dr. Victoria Coates—Former Deputy National Security Advisor & the Vice President of the Davis Institute for National Security and Foreign Policy at The Heritage Foundation—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss the recent op-ed she co-authored with Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX) for Fox News, “Biden's Moral Equivalency Between Israel and the Palestinians Will Result in Failure—Again.” Coates and Roy write that President Joe “Biden still claims to ‘stand with Israel.' But he doesn't want to stand with Israel too much because he risks losing the votes of those who support the Palestinians—including, apparently, his own wife. So now he's encouraging Israel to stand down instead of standing up to the Iranians.” You can read the full editorial here: https://www.foxnews.com/opinion/bidens-moral-equivalency-between-israel-palestinians-will-result-failure-again. The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 3: Christopher Tremoglie of The Washington Examiner writes: “It is 2023, and the phrase ‘Christmas tree' is still too offensive and triggering for the Democrats in Philadelphia's government. While we live in an era with Democratic political leaders expressing a cultlike devotion and rampant commitment to ‘inclusion,' the left-wing government officials who control the city purposely excluded the name Christmas from its annual tree lighting ceremony last week. Instead, the city referred to it as a ‘holiday tree' in press releases and advertising that promoted the event. But there's no such thing as a ‘holiday tree.'” You can read the full article here: https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/opinion/philadelphia-refuses-christmas-tree-annual-lighting-ceremony Raphael Satter of Reuter writes: “Unidentified governments are surveilling smartphone users via their apps' push notifications…In a letter to the Department of Justice, Senator Ron Wyden said foreign officials were demanding the data from Alphabet's Google and Apple. Although details were sparse, the letter lays out yet another path by which governments can track smartphones. Apps of all kinds rely on push notifications to alert smartphone users to incoming messages, breaking news, and other updates…What users often do not realize is that almost all such notifications travel over Google and Apple's servers…That gives the two companies unique insight into the traffic flowing from those apps to their users, and in turn puts them ‘in a unique position to facilitate government surveillance of how users are using particular apps,' Wyden said.” You can read the full article here: https://www.reuters.com/technology/cybersecurity/governments-spying-apple-google-users-through-push-notifications-us-senator-2023-12-06/ The Daily Wire's new movie, “Lady Ballers,” which is streaming exclusively on their website, is now the number one streamed film in America according to Rotten Tomatoes. On Tuesday, Harvard University President Claudine Gay testified before the House Education and Workforce Committee. During one noteworthy exchange with Rep. She responded: “If the speech becomes conduct, it can be harassment.” Congresswoman Elise Stefanik (R-NY) noted, “conduct meaning committing the act of genocide?” According to CNN, the University of Pennsylvania board of trustees held an emergency meeting on Thursday to address Magill's disastrous testimony. If Donald Trump loses the case, he could be fined up to $250 million and be prohibited from doing business in New York moving forward. Notably, in 2018, while campaigning to become Attorney General, James vowed to “sue” Trump—providing evidence to the defense's argument that this civil suit is entirely political. 3:40pm- While appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live, comedian Bill Burr said that by prosecuting former President Donald Trump “idiot liberals” have turned him into a “martyr.” 4:05pm- On Wednesday night, the Republican Party held its fourth Presidential Primary debate—featuring Gov. Ron DeSantis, former Gov. Chris Christie, former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley, and businessman Vivek Ramaswamy. During one notable exchange, Ramaswamy attacked Haley on her foreign policy positions explaining, “you can put lipstick on a Dick Cheney, it's still a fascist neocon.” 4:20pm- While appearing on CBS News, Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley said that she believes the government should avoid interceding in gender reassignment procedures for children. Should the government protect children against irreversible procedures even in the event the child's parent endorses the decision? During Wednesday night's Republican Presidential Primary debate Gov. Ron DeSantis attacked Haley for her response—exclaiming that the government should be protecting children from what ostensibly amounts to a form of child abuse. 4:30pm- During last night's debate, moderator Megyn Kelly hilariously asked Chris Christie why he remains in the presidential race when he seemingly has no pathway to victory according to all polling. 4:45pm- Following Wednesday's Republican Presidential Debate, an NBC News Meet the Press special featured a group of voters in Atlanta—18 of the 27 voters said they believed Donald Trump won the debate despite not even participating. 4:50- Could Chris Christie be on the verge of endorsing Nikki Haley for president? 5:05pm- Christopher Tremoglie of The Washington Examiner writes: “It is 2023, and the phrase ‘Christmas tree' is still too offensive and triggering for the Democrats in Philadelphia's government. The leading approach is sure to fail: doubling down on the ideologies and practices that led to the pro-Hamas fever in the first place… The real issue on campuses isn't antisemitism but the anti-Western ethos that has colonized large swaths of the curriculum. Elite schools once disdained Jews because they were seen as outsiders to Western civilization. Now they are reviled as that civilization's very embodiment. Students explain that their hatreds come from what they learn in class—that the West is built on white supremacism and oppression. Israel is cast as the Western settler-colonialist oppressor par excellence.” You can read the full editorial here: https://www.wsj.com/articles/dei-drives-campus-antisemitism-harvard-ivy-ackman-israel-bds-b19ebd12?mod=opinion_lead_pos5 6:15pm- During Tuesday's House Education and Workforce Committee hearing, University of Pennsylvania President Elizabeth Magill was asked if calls for Jewish genocide on campus would violate the school's code of conduct. Yuan writes that “[t]he most harrowing part of their journey was trekking through the brutal jungle in Panama known as the Darién Gap.” Chinese citizens are willing to endure the strenuous migration in order to flee a totalitarian regime willing to torment its citizens. According to RealClearPolitics polling averages, Gov. Burgum had only garnered 0.6% support from Republican voters. The Daily Beast reports that Burgum is considered a potential cabinet member, if Donald Trump were to win a second term as president. 3:25pm- While appearing on Fox News with Maria Bartiromo, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) revealed that there is now enough internal support from House Republicans to open a formal impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden regarding money his family received from overseas business associates while serving as Vice President in the Obama Administration. 3:35pm- In a video posted to the Republican Caucus House Oversight Committee's X account, Chairman James Comer (R-KY) alleges that Owasco P.C., a Hunter Biden business, made direct monthly payments to then-Vice President Joe Biden, according to newly discovered bank records. Comer added: “Hunter Biden is under an investigation by the Department of Justice for using Owasco P.C. for tax evasion and other serious crimes.” You can read more here: https://www.nationalreview.com/news/bank-records-show-direct-monthly-payment-from-hunter-bidens-corporation-to-joe-biden/ 3:50pm- While appearing on ABC's This Week with George Stephanopoulos, former RNC Chairman Reince Priebus noted that if Democrats truly believed democracy is on the ballot in 2024, they would run a presidential candidate much stronger than Joe Biden. 3:55pm- While speaking with CBS News' John Dickerson, former Congresswoman Liz Cheney claimed Mike Johnson serving as Speaker of the House during the 2024 presidential election creates an “existential crisis.” She continued, “we have to ensure that we don't have a situation where an election that might be thrown into the House of Representatives is overseen by a Republican majority.” 4:05pm- On Friday, George Santos became the sixth congressman in U.S. history to be expelled from the House of Representatives. As Rich notes, Bowman's only punishment was a modest fine and a written letter of apology. 4:10pm- While appearing on The View, Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) reacted to George Santos' expulsion from the House by stating that Senator Bob Menendez (D-NJ) should also be removed from office. Fetterman explained, “Menendez, I think is really a senator for Egypt. You know, not New Jersey. So, I really think he needs to go.” Menendez has been charged with acting as a foreign agent for Egypt, and with accepting bribes in exchange for influence. 4:15pm- Brandon Drey of The Daily Wire writes, “A subpoena request filed in Congress to grant lawmakers access to the flight logs connected to deceased financier and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein was allegedly blocked last week by Sen. Dick Durbin (D-IL). Durbin, who leads the Senate Judiciary Committee, reportedly rejected the request brought forward by Tennessee Republican Sen. Marsha Blackburn in early November. Shortly before 11 a.m., a 30-year-old man—identified by law enforcement sources as Tyrone Tunnell—attempted to steal some hats from the store at 13th and Market Streets. When security guards confronted Tunnell and retrieved the stolen items, he initially left without incident, said Interim Police Commissioner John Stanford. But about 10 minutes later, Tunnell returned, then approached one of the guards and started stabbing him, Stanford said. When a second security guard attempted to intervene, Stanford said, Tunnell slashed and stabbed that guard as well. One of the men, a 30-year-old who had been stabbed in the neck, died from his injuries at Jefferson Hospital a short time later.” You can read the full article here: https://www.inquirer.com/news/philadelphia/macys-stabbing-philadelphia-center-city-20231204.html 5:50pm- On Monday, North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum announced he will suspend his long-shot presidential campaign. Today's show opens with a sound bite from Trump lawyer Alina Habba following his testimony on the stand yesterday. The emotional unhinged, and unstable, judge kept telling her to sit down and that he wasn't there to hear anything Donald Trump had to say. Sounds like a fair trial to me. I then comment further on the three pages of the Nashville shooter's manifesto we discussed yesterday. While the authorities have wanted to sit on the information for the last 8 months, hoping it would go away, they moved very fast to find who leaked those three pages. Facebook instantly censored images. Google and Meta banned it as well. Even YouTube took down Steven Crowder's show yesterday where he discussed the possible motivations of the shooter. They said it was against their policies. Yet, YouTube is still allowing pro-Palestinian protests to air all over the internet without interruption. Remember how I explained how mail-in ballot harvesting is accomplished. I find it worthwhile to remind you of an undercover report James O'Keefe did while he was still with Project Veritas. He looks at Rep. Illhan Omar's (D-MN) district and they interviewed several players. Listeners to this show will not be surprised to hear how the Left has perfected the process of harvesting ballots. Next, Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) put out a thread on X indicating DHS, CISA, Stanford University and Big Tech (to include social media) colluded to remove truthful information that was damaging to the Left or to existing government narratives. Once again, long-time listeners to my show knew that a year ago! An unhinged, emotionally unstable Virginia voter went on a profanity laced tirade against a Republican poll watcher. It goes to show how the Left is based in raw emotion. They know their voters are easier to control when they don't stop to apply a modicum of logic and reason. Think of all of the recent “media hoaxes” the Left has tried to pass off as truth in just the last few years. Scott Adams, the creator of the Dilbert comic strip, has been collecting them and I go through a partial list – just 37 examples! Rep. Rashida Tlaib tried to justify her “from the the river to the sea” spin by pretending a poll proves 71% of Democrats in Michigan want a cease fire. The problem here is she didn't site the poll or provide a link, just a picture. What are the chances it's all make-believe? In the meantime, IDF soldiers found a rocket launch site and 50 rockets secured in a mosque in Northern Gaza. At the same time, Israeli soldiers have captured enough of Northern Gaza to guard over a safety corridor where they protected retreating Gazans from being killed by Hamas. It's easy to see who is doing all they can to prevent civilian casualties versus those who want genocide. When we look at the Biden regime, their foreign policy is wrapped up in just one word – Don't. They think by telling our enemies “don't” attack us and “don't” get involved that they will cower in fear. It's pathetic. And, while they've been pretending to talk tough, since October 17, there have been 38 attacks on US bases and personnel in both Iraq and Syria. Getting back to Joe Biden's abysmal polling, Rep. Jared Moskowitz (D-FL) says it's a “messaging issue.” However, Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) says the reason things are unaffordable is because of Republican policies. Yet, Joe Biden is telling us everything is great because of Bidenomics. These guys better figure out how to get on the same page. We start to close by looking at how propagandized the Legacy/mainstream media is with their own headlines. We first look at an elderly Jewish man who was bludgeoned by a pro-Hamas thug and died from his injuries. Then we look at the Virginian woman running for office who was found to sell sex acts online for money. Lastly, we look at a third story about Speaker Johnson and his son on how they use pornography filters on their phones. It's a case study in why you should never trust anything the media tells you, especially if there is a political side to it. Finally, we discuss the FBI having to admit they made massive errors in their calculation of how often a bad guy with a gun has been stopped by a good guy. Contrary to what they wanted you to believe, it happens a lot. Take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 1: Jersey Freedom, a political organization, has spent tens-of-thousands of dollars backing third party candidates in hopes of diluting the Republican vote in New Jersey's November 7th election. The ad campaign even included endorsements for candidates that have withdrawn from their races. In response, New Jersey Republican Party sued—alleging that the organization has violated campaign finance reporting laws by shielding donor information. On Friday, “Superior Court Judge Michael Blee said that Jersey Freedom may make no further expenditures in New Jersey, but acknowledged that with Election Day just five days away, his decision might be too late to matter,” according to a report from David Wildstein of The New Jersey Globe. The decision comes after surveillance videos showed a woman stuffing what appeared to be absentee ballots into an outdoor ballot box days before the original primary. Superior Court Judge William Clark determined the allegations of possible malfeasance warrant throwing out the results of the Sept. 12 primary, which incumbent Bridgeport Mayor Joe Ganim won by 251 votes out of 8,173 cast. Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics argues that former President Donald Trump is disqualified from holding office under the Fourteenth Amendment's insurrection clause—alleging that Trump incited an insurrection on January 6th, 2021. Could the case ultimately end up before the Supreme Court of the United States? According to a new Quinnipiac University poll, in a hypothetical three-way 2024 presidential race between Democrat Joe Biden, Republican Donald Trump, and Independent Robert F. Kennedy—Kennedy would win an astonishing 22% of the vote. The poll shows Trump would earn 36%, while President Biden would net 39%. CNN's Manu Raju asked Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) why he pleaded guilty to pulling a fire alarm in the Cannon House Office Building last month if it was simply an accident—as Bowman has continually claimed. In pleading guilty to falsely pulling a fire alarm at a congressional office building, Rep. Bowman will have to pay a $1,000 fine, serve a three-month probation, and write a letter of apology.

After four decades, an Iranian official has admitted that the theocratic Iranian regime aided murderous attacks in which hundreds of Americans were killed. Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) ripped down two signs warning a second floor door in the Cannon House Office Building was for emergency use only before pulling the fire alarm and running out through a different door on a different floor, Breitbart News has learned exclusively. Former President Bill Clinton has publicly agreed that New York City's “Right to Shelter” law needs to be changed in light of the ongoing migrant crisis. California Governor Gavin Newsom will reportedly appoint Laphonza Butler, the president of far-left EMILY's List, to replace Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) in the U.S. Senate after Feinstein passed away last week.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
Today we open with Donald Trump arriving in a NY Court to face a civil suit for fraud. Considering there are no victims, no missing money, no broken contracts and no unpaid interest. Yet, the racist AG from NY, Letitia James, who ran on “vote for me and I'll go after Trump,” is bringing that very suit on the Trump business. Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) doesn't know how emergency doors work or that pulling a fire alarm will cause the fire alarm to go off inside a building. From his spokesperson, to MSNBC, to Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez doing their utmost to provide cover, there is no real good way to explain such stupidity and/or criminality. Falsely pulling a fire alarm is a felony as is “interrupting Capitol business” as many J6'ers have been made aware. Let's see if he gets charged similarly. Speaking of our two-tiered system of justice, can we break out the Emmy's for the latest television performance by AG Merrick Garland. His fake tears and hitch in his voice is only surpassed by the utter hypocrisy of his statements. Joe Biden locked up almost as badly as Mitch McConnell when addressing some questions by the press. He really is suffering significant lapses in cognitive function, yet the press pretends there is nothing to see. He even told a news outlet how he had convinced Strom Thurmond to vote for the Voting Rights Act when he left the Senate. Three problems with that. Joe left the senate in 2009, but Thurmond died in 2003. The Voting Rights Act passed in 1965. And, Joe Biden wasn't even in the senate until 1973. GWU professor Johnathan Turley put out a short blog detailing 10 of the items worthy of ongoing inquiry for possible Article of Impeachment. After listing the 10, he adds, there are many more, but that list is more than sufficient if even ONE of them is tied to Joe Biden. We have a new “caretaker” to fill the remaining Senate term left by the passing of Dianne Feinstein. Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-CA) had to go all the way to Maryland to find the black woman he said he needed to find to fill the position. And, in our current age of demographic check-boxes, he found a militant, socialist, lesbian, black woman who is pro-abortion. He hit the jackpot! Meet Laphonza Butler, the only woman right for California because she doesn't live there. Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) wants to tie more Ukraine money to a promise that this administration will enforce border security. It's a laughable joke to watch our representatives play like little children with their pinky-swears and spending money we don't have. Finally, AB2098, California's COVID medical censorship law has been quietly repealed by the very same people who had ridiculously wanted it in place. And we know this is a positive news story because the Legacy/mainstream media is not covering it. Take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. Chaos erupted in D.C. over the weekend. A false alarm emptied the Capitol when Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) pulled a fire alarm activator in an effort to stop a vote in the House on a continuing resolution. Bowman then lied and said he didn't do it even though pictures prove otherwise! However, the House DID pass the CR, and the Senate passed it as well. Biden signed it into law late Saturday night. Florida Rep. Matt Gaetz promises to remove House Speaker McCarthy through a "motion to vacate." At the same time, members of the House are looking to expel Gaetz from Congress! As flu and COVID season begin, a poll shows that half of U.S. adults will refuse to take the new COVID vaccination. A sad story about one black young man who was beaten on Jan. 6, 2021, at the U.S. Capitol. He hurt no one, did not enter the Capitol, and was personally assaulted by police, and is facing multiple federal charges. Case after case like this is coming to light. California's reparations task force wants state lawmakers to ban the arrest and prosecution of people who violate laws against public urination and other "public disorder offenses," the task force said in its final report released last week. Conservatives Go to Red States and Liberals Go to Blue as the Country Grows More Polarized. Reps. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) and Cori Bush (D-MO) used the occasion of America's independence to "demand reparations now" and push messages about "stolen land" and slavery. President Joe Biden vowed last week that his Department of Education was primed to attack unfair college admissions practices that favored “legacy” students and those who came from wealthy or powerful families — but he personally helped at least one member of his own family benefit from those practices. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) has struggled to win over Republican primary voters since he officially launched his presidential campaign in a glitchy, brutally mocked Twitter event, and it's gotten so bad that people betting on a popular political gambling site are ranking his chances of actually getting elected president worse than California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) — who isn't even running. The Titan submersible that imploded en route to explore the Titanic was using an electrical system designed by college interns, according to a report. Rep. One of President Joe Biden's top humanitarian assistance administrators has reportedly met with several Left-leaning groups multiple times throughout her tenure. Documents uncovered by the Media Research Center (MRC) revealed the Biden Administration used a $40 million grant program of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), ostensibly earmarked for anti-terrorism purposes, to target conservative organizations and media, including Breitbart News. Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) criticized President Joe Biden for working with congressional Republican leaders on the debt ceiling talks, saying he is "frustrated" at the president's choice of avenue to address the crisis. Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) officially entered the 2024 presidential race on Wednesday, kicking off his campaign in an unusual and rather uninspiring fashion. The governor's Twitter Spaces chat with Elon Musk and David Sacks was plagued by technological glitches and "very online" questions about cryptocurrency and central banking, leaving much to be desired. Two-thirds of California voters say Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., is no longer fit to serve in her role, according to a Thursday poll. The Biden Administration is on the hot seat for a multitude of reasons. Today's horror show starts with the FBI attacks against FBI Whistleblowers who voluntarily declared as "official" Whistleblowers and testified about egregious activities by the DOJ and FBI against private citizens. Meanwhile, the President is on his way back from the site of the G7 Summit in Tokyo. Sadly, Biden refuses to negotiate with House Speaker McCarthy (R-CA) about the necessary debt ceiling increase. House and Senate Republicans have presented and passed a bill giving Biden the debt increase but with spending cuts attached. Biden demands a blank check! Rep. Marjorie Taylor Green (R-GA) and Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) "shared" a public confrontation on the Capitol steps. In an interview (we carry today), Bowman made light of the fact that he screamed loudly at Green and dismissed the fact that He--a large and loud black man -- got in the face of a small white woman. Of course, he plays the "Race" card in the conversation!

The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 2: In the hallway of the U.S. Capitol, Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) screamed in the face of Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) over the need for new gun control legislation. Bowman referred to Republicans as “freaking cowards” and “gutless.” Rep. Massie attempted to engage civilly, suggesting that teachers and schools should be armed to dissuade would-be mass shooters. Massie noted that no school allowing teachers to carry a firearm has ever had a school shooting. Bowman dismissed the counter argument. Secretary of State Antony Blinken condemned the unwarranted arrest and stated that the Kremlin was attempting to intimidate and repress all forms of free press. 3:15- Congressmen Eric Swalwell (D-CA) and Brain Fitzpatrick (R-PA), alongside Senator Jack Reed (D-RI), reintroduced the Protection from Abusive Passengers Act. The proposed legislation would ban any air passenger convicted of unruly behavior during a flight from ever flying again. Would this extend to passengers that opposed in-flight mask mandates? 3:35pm- According to a report from The Post Millennial, the National Hockey League (NHL) may discontinue “Pride Night” as a growing number of players are reluctant to participate. 3:50pm- According to a new study published in The Journal of Sleep Medicine, it's recommended you get between seven to eight hours of sleep per night in order to decrease the accumulation of dangerous, visceral fat. 4:05pm- In the hallway of the U.S. Capitol, Rep. Antoni—Research Fellow for Regional Economics in the Center for Data Analysis at The Heritage Foundation—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss his most recent article for The Daily Caller, “This Could Be the Final Nail in the Dollar's Coffin.” Dr. Antoni writes: “Joe Biden is dethroning King Dollar in real time. The US dollar's financial dominance is under siege from a uniquely bad combination of foreign and domestic policies, and Americans should be deeply concerned by the fallout if the dollar loses its 80-year reign as the world's reserve currency… If foreigners no longer want [dollars] for trade, central bank reserves, private wealth funds, and the official currency of about a dozen countries, all those dollars have nowhere to go but back to us in a flood like our country has never seen. This flood will compete for goods and services in the US against the dollars already here as decades of accumulated trade deficits come flooding back all at once. At that point, hyperinflation will not be hyperbole.” You can read Dr. Antoni's full article here: https://dailycaller.com/2023/03/30/opinion-the-ukraine-war-could-be-the-final-nail-in-the-dollars-coffin-ej-antoni-peter-st-onge/ 5:30pm- Billionaire Elon Musk, along with University of Montreal's Yoshoua Bengio, are requesting a six-month pause on advancements to Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) technology—citing the need for established safety standards as the technology becomes more and more intelligent. 5:35pm- BREAKING NEWS: Former President Donald Trump has been indicted for his role in allegedly providing hush money payments to adult film actress Stormy Daniels in 2016. On Thursday, a Manhattan grand jury voted in favor of the indictment. According to The New York Times, “[a]n indictment will likely be announced in the coming days. By then, prosecutors working for the district attorney, Alvin L. Bragg, will have asked Mr. Trump to surrender and to face arraignment on charges that remain unknown for now.” You can read more about the story here: https://www.nytimes.com/live/2023/03/30/nyregion/trump-indictment-news 6:05pm- Does the state of New York have jurisdiction? While appearing on The Rich Zeoli Show earlier this week, John Yoo— the Emanuel S. Heller Professor of Law at the University of California at Berkeley & a visiting fellow at the Hoover Institution at Stanford University—argued that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg does not have the authority to enforce federal criminal law. Yoo writes: “It is not even clear that Bragg could prove that the payment had anything to do with the campaign, as Trump could claim that he would have paid the hush money anyway to spare his wife and family from humiliation… Building Trump's prosecution on federal campaign law would breach a central principle of the Constitution's separation of powers… In the Trump case, Bragg would be interpreting and prosecuting a violation of federal campaign laws. In this, he would be acting contrary to the settled view of the U.S. Justice Department, which conducted its own probe and chose not to bring a prosecution.” You can read Yoo's full editorial, “Bragg's Case against Trump Has a U.S. Constitution Problem”, here: https://www.nationalreview.com/2023/03/braggs-case-against-trump-has-a-u-s-constitution-problem/ 6:20pm- Speaking with Sean Hannity on Fox News last week, Robert J. Costello, a former legal adviser for Michael Cohen, called his former client a “serial liar” and insisted that Cohen paid hush money to adult film star Stormy Daniels without former President Donald Trump's knowledge. 6:25pm- While appearing on Newsmax, Harvard law professor Alan Dershowitz said of the Manhattan District Attorney's office bring charges against former President Donald Trump: “They've made a foolish decision…the case [will be] thrown out on statute of limitations grounds.” 6:45pm- In response to news that he will be indictment, former President Donald Trump said on Truth Social: “These Thugs and Radical Left Monsters have just INDICATED the 45th President of the United States of America, and the leading Republican Candidate, by far, for the 2024 Nomination for President. THIS IS AN ATTACK ON OUR COUNTRY THE LIKES OF WHICH HAS NEVER BEEN SEEN BEFORE. IT IS LIKEWISE A CONTINUING ATTACK ON OUR ONCE FREE AND FAIR ELECTIONS. THE USA IS NOW A THIRD WORLD NATION, A NATION IN SERIOUS DECLINE. SO SAD!”
The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (02/13/2023): 3:05pm- On February 3rd, a freight train consisting of roughly fifty rail cars—ten of which were carrying hazardous materials—derailed in East Palestine near the Ohio-Pennsylvania border. According to reports, emergency crews purposefully ignited the contents of several rail cars, attempting to burn-off toxic chemicals. According to The Hill, three more hazardous chemicals have been discovered at the scene of the derailment. Meanwhile, Tom Perkins of The Guardian reports one of the chemicals released is phosgene, which “is a highly toxic gas that can cause vomiting and breathing trouble, and was used as a weapon in the first world war.” Should residents be concerned about health consequences? 3:20pm- On Sunday afternoon, United States fighter jets shot down a fourth mysterious flying object—this time flying 20,000 feet above Lake Huron, Michigan. In a news conference following the shootdown, Air Force General Glen VanHerck suggested the objects did not pose a military threat—though, he would not speculate on the origins of the objects. Why won't the Biden Administration be more forthcoming with information? 3:40pm- In a statement released on Monday, Senator JD Vance (R-OH) wrote of the Ohio train derailment, “[t]he local fire department has borne the brunt of this catastrophe, and they need resources from FEMA to decontaminate equipment and ensure they continue to operate.” 4:00pm- Assistant to the Secretary of Defense for Public Affairs John Kirby held a press conference on Monday to address the three flying objects that U.S. fighter jets shot down between Friday evening and Sunday afternoon. Despite speaking with the press for an extended period of time, Kirby offered no hints as to what the objects were or from where they may have originated. 4:10pm- While speaking with George Stephanopoulos on “This Week,” Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) seemed to suggest that the objects most recently shot down, according to intelligence meetings he has been a part of, are likely Chinese reconnaissance instruments. Contradicting Sen. Schumer, Rep. Jim Himes (D-CT) of the House Intel Committee told Chuck Todd that he would be surprised if the most recent flying objects were of Chinese origin. 4:30pm- While appearing at the National Association of Counties Conference, Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg did not address the massive train derailment in Ohio—but, bizarrely, did have time to discuss how too many white construction workers are employed in non-white neighborhoods. 4:35pm- Henry continues to insist that the mysterious flying objects are actually extraterrestrials… 4:40pm- Speaking from Brussels, Belgium on Monday, U.S. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin stated, “the three objects taken down this weekend are very different from what we were talking about last week.” Sec. Austin also noted that debris has not yet been recovered and he's uncertain if the flying objects were meant to gather intelligence. 4:55pm- Chris Stapleton performed an incredible rendition of the National Anthem at Super Bowl LVII between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles. 5:00pm- Super Bowl Commercial Review: Everyone loves Ben Affleck (except Rich) following his appearance in a Dunkin Donuts commercial and, in a world where everyone gets cancelled, how on earth is Ezra Miller still starring in D.C. 's “The Flash”? 5:25pm- Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper has accused Politico of misrepresenting a letter he signed declaring that the Hunter Biden “laptop story” was merely Russian disinformation being used to manipulate American voters prior to the 2020 presidential election. 5:45pm- Earlier this month, Governor Ron DeSantis petitioned the College Board to alter its AP African American Studies (APAAS) course for public high schools. DeSantis explained the proposed course included things like “queer theory” and “abolishing prisons”—topics not relevant to African American history. After initially appearing to remove progressive propaganda from the course, the College Board has now indicated it will not make the alterations being requested. According to Stanley Krutz of National Review, Gov. DeSantis “has not formally accepted APAAS as a for-credit course in Florida.” 6:05pm- In response to the Ohio train derailment, Congressman Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) tweeted: “Nearly 1 million pounds of vinyl chloride were on this train. Now, the EPA has confirmed it's entered the Ohio River basin…This is one of the deadliest environmental emergencies in decades and no one is talking about it.” 6:35pm- Why is no one talking about the Ohio train derailment? CBS News, ABC News, and NBC News don't have the story prominently featured on their webpages. Congresswoman Ilhan Omar (D-MN) is imploring Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg to address the derailment and offer information about the dangerous chemicals that have subsequently been released. 6:50pm- Mystery Movie Clip!

We also talk about the huge backlog of cases in immigration courts that leave immigrants in a legal limbo, and how the Supreme Court recently dealt a blow to the rights of TPS holders. Tina Landis, environmental and social activist and the author of the book “Climate Solutions Beyond Capitalism,” joins us to talk about a public electric power resolution recently introduced by Representatives Cori Bush (D-MO) and Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) and what a socialized system could mean for citizens of this country. We also talk about how Congress has continued to privatize resources that are basic human rights and what it would take to change this.Daniel Lazare, journalist and author, talks to us about the latest Senate report on the January 6th Capital attack, and how our collective memory is already confused on what took place that day. Rep. Pramila Jayapal re-introduced the Medicare for All bill last week with a record 112 original cosponsors - up now to 114. We talk about surprise sign-ons, powerful stories from the cosponsoring Reps, the first national endorsement of a hospital CEO, and the epic organizing effort that got us to this stage! Show Notes Representative Pramila Jayapal introduced H.R.1976 on March 17th, with a record number of original co-sponsors on the bill: 112. That represents a majority of the Democratic members of the House. Ben and Stephanie discuss how far our movement has come in just a few years, evidenced by the largest ever co-sponsor list. Thanks to the hard work of advocates, we have gained two committee chairs as co-sponsors: Rep. Frank Pallone (D-NJ-6), the chair of Energy and Commerce, and Rep. Ted Deutch (D-FL-22), chair of the Ethics Committee. Other new sign-ons include Rep. Mike Quigley (D-IL-5), Del. Gregorio Sablan (non-voting member, D-North Mariana Islands), and Rep. Tony Cardenas (D-CA-29). A number of freshman members of Congress also signed on: Rep. Jamaal Bowman (D-NY-16), Rep. Mondaire Jones (D-NY-17), Rep. Ritchie Torres (D-NY-15), Rep. Cori Bush (D-MO-1), Rep. Teresa Leger Fernandez (D-NM-3), Rep. Nikema Williams (D-GA-5), Rep. Marie Newman (D-IL-3), and Rep. Sara Jacobs (D-CA-53). The bill launch event, held virtually, wasn't business as usual. Some representatives spoke about their own experiences living without health insurance. A business owner from Pennsylvania spoke about how hard it was to run a business and administer health insurance for his employees. The bill received its first endorsement from a hospital system CEO, Dr. Eric Dixon of UMass Memorial Hospital System. Also, for the first time, a leader for racial justice, Patrice Cullors, co-founder of Black Lives Matter, addressed healthcare as a racial justice issue. Thanks to the work of constituents on the ground and allied organizations across the country, there has been extensive organizing in every district represented by those 112 co-sponsors. Dr. Yolandra Hancock, board-certified pediatrician and obesity medicine specialist, returns to The Critical Hour to update us on the latest coronavirus news. The US patient who has contracted the new virus variant, a Colorado man in his 20s, is now in isolation in the state's Elbert County. While the variant is believed to spread more easily, experts say there's no evidence that it causes more severe sickness. Scientists familiar with the case argue that the man's lack of a recent travel history indicates that this is likely not an isolated case. John Burris, civil rights attorney, joins us to discuss the recent Nashville, Tennessee, bombing. Pamela Perry, the girlfriend of deceased bombing suspect Anthony Warner, reported to authorities over a year ago that Warner was making bombs in his RV, according to a recent report from the Associated Press. However, police never managed to speak with Warner, nor did they inspect his RV. Also, the Louisville Metro Police Department has begun the process of firing two more of the officers who were involved in the infamous raid that resulted in the killing of Breonna Taylor.Ariel Gold, national director for antiwar organization Code Pink, joins us to discuss US arms sales. The Trump administration is apparently ending its term with massive arms sales to the Middle East. The US State Department has approved a potential sale of $4.2 billion worth of weapons to Kuwait and another potential deal for $290 million in bombs to Saudi Arabia, according to the Pentagon. The Saudi deal follows another deal for $478 million in arms for which the State Department intends to issue a license, Bloomberg reported last week. International security experts argue that the massive influx of arms into the region will contribute to instability and continued conflict.Medea Benjamin, co-founder Code Pink, returns to The Critical Hour to discuss her recent MintPress News article on Avril Haines, US President-elect Joe Biden's nominee for director of national intelligence. Benjamin argues, "This unassuming spy may look and sound like your favorite college professor, but that facade masks a ruthless wolf in sheep's clothing who enabled murder by remote control and wielded a thick black pen to cover up CIA torture." The article is written on behalf of a number of progressive activist groups who are calling on the US Senate to reject Haines' nomination. Dr. Gerald Horne, professor of history at the University of Houston, author, historian and researcher, returns to discuss convicted spy Jonathan Pollard. He was allowed to travel to Israel and was greeted Wednesday as a hero by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, weeks after the Trump administration lifted parole restrictions that kept Pollard from going abroad. In the 1980s, Pollard stole and sold top-secret US government documents to Israel while he was working as a US Navy intelligence analyst.Scott Ritter, former UN weapons inspector in Iraq, returns to discuss his latest article about the recent hack of US government websites, which many media outlets have blamed on Russia without concrete evidence. He gives a simplified yet highly technical overview of the cyberattack and then goes on to explain the current environment, including some history of cyber confrontations between the US and Russia. Ritter argues that, regardless of where the hack originated, it was pure intelligence-gathering and did not seem to include any offensive or destructive actions. He maintains that the claims of a Pearl Harbor level-attack are hyperbolic and designed for domestic consumption. James Carey, editor and co-owner of Geopolitics Alert, joins us to discuss Iran. A spokesperson for Netanyahu's office has announced that Israel is unequivocally opposed to the US returning to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) nuclear agreement with Iran. The official claimed that the “deal gave Iran a highway paved with gold to build the critical infrastructure for an entire arsenal of nuclear bombs" but provided no details or facts to support the claim.
