The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 2: 4:05pm- During a press conference on Friday, Attorney General Pam Bondi announced that Kilmar Abrego Garcia has been returned to the United States from El Salvador and will now face federal criminal charges: conspiracy to unlawfully transport illegal aliens for financial gain and unlawful transportation of illegal aliens for financial gain. 4:15pm- In recently released audio, Kilmar Abrego Garcia's wife can be heard providing an explanation for the second protective order she filed against him in 2020. In the one-minute clip, Jennifer Vasquez claims that Abrego Garcia physically abused her on several occasions and even threatened to kill her. Video of a traffic stop has also been made public which may show Abrego Garcia involved in human trafficking. According to Fox News, the Biden Administration's FBI decided not to investigate—and he was immediately released by police. Abrego Garcia, a citizen of El Salvador, had been residing in the United States illegally before being deported by the Trump Administration. 4:30pm- Dr. Victoria Coates— Former Deputy National Security Advisor & the Vice President of the Davis Institute for National Security and Foreign Policy at The Heritage Foundation—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss news of the day and commemorate the 81st anniversary of D-Day. Earlier today, Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX) remembered U.S. Army Captain Howard Allan Downey, Dr. Coates's grandfather, on the floor of the U.S. Capitol by reading a letter he wrote describing his experience during the Normandy invasion. The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Show (06/06/2025): 3:05pm- On Thursday, President Donald Trump welcomed German Chancellor Friedrich Merz to the White House. While taking questions from the press, Trump was asked about Elon Musk's public criticisms of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. Trump accused Musk of suffering from “Trump derangement syndrome”—explaining: “He's not the first. People leave my administration and they love us and then, at some point, they miss it so badly. Some of them embrace it and some of them actually become hostile.” Musk responded in a series of vitriolic social media posts which included suggestions of impeachment, the threat of creating a new political party, and accusing Trump of being in the Epstein files. 3:20pm- While publicly feuding with President Trump over the proposed Republican tax and budget bill, Elon Musk posted to X: “Time to drop the really big bomb: Donald Trump is in the Epstein files. That is the real reason they have not been made public. Have a nice day, DJT!” Rich notes that prior to this specific post, reconciliation between the two billionaires was still possible. But with these explosive allegations, any chance of friendship is now likely off the table. 3:40pm- Remembering D-Day, June 6th, 1944: On Friday, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth commemorated the 81st anniversary of the Allied invasion of Nazi-occupied Normandy, France. While speaking from the Normandy American Cemetery in Colleville-sur-Mer, Hegseth proclaimed: “Hitler thought his Atlantic wall was impenetrable. He clearly had not met enough Americans.” 4:05pm- During a press conference on Friday, Attorney General Pam Bondi announced that Kilmar Abrego Garcia has been returned to the United States from El Salvador and will now face federal criminal charges: conspiracy to unlawfully transport illegal aliens for financial gain and unlawful transportation of illegal aliens for financial gain. 4:15pm- In recently released audio, Kilmar Abrego Garcia's wife can be heard providing an explanation for the second protective order she filed against him in 2020. We open with breaking news that both National Security Advisor Mike Waltz and Deputy Advisor Alex Wong have resigned. I remind the audience about what I said when Signalgate first happened. We then dive into more topics related to immigration, deportation, conflicts of interest with judges and more. Then we show how the WSJ ran with a rumor piece, even after they were told it wasn't true. Next up, we dissect Rep. Shri Thanedar (D-MI) who has filed seven articles of impeachment against President Trump. After making a mockery of each of them, I tell you what the real purpose is his stunt. Even members of his own party are distancing themselves from it. Data Republican found emails showing Hunter Biden was using USAID funds to channel into Burisma. Seems he was earning that monthly board salary after all. Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) explains the DOGE cuts are not being codified by Congress because no one want to stop spending money. Gretchen Carlson has a hissy-fit over DOGE getting credit for IT improvements. A story of a Tesla terrorist member of the Transmafia caught my attention. I use it to illustrate the duplicity of liberal activist judges who reveal their woke ideology. In positive news, the CEO of Ford says they are in-line with Trump's tariffs and his strategy. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent announces the execution of the mineral deal with Ukraine. And, finally, we get a moment of ironic joy from the Village Idiot of the House of Representatives, Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX). Please take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. Today's podcast begins with our capable host, Mike Slater, talking about the first 100 days of "Trump 2.0". How much of that came true? Slater investigates!Following the opener, U.S. Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX-21) joins the program to talk about what he and his colleagues are doing in the House of Representatives and what MAGA can expect from the ongoing federal budget process!
Story #1: Did Trump administration officials leak secret war plans on an unsecured Signal group chat that accidentally included a reporter from 'The Atlantic?' What really happened? Why does it matter? What does it mean going forward? Story #2: Will sits down with Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX) to continue the discussion on the leaked group chat, plus Roy's new bill that makes sure everyone voting is a U.S. citizen and if Federal District judges should be limited to only covering issues that affect their geographic region. Things are changing by THE SECOND around here, so trust us when we say that you'll want to listen to today's show ASAP to keep on top of it all!Following the opener, U.S. Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX-21) joins the show to talk in-depth about how he and his colleagues in the House of Representatives are also trying very, very hard to reduce federal waste and corruption!
State Reps. David Spiller (R-Jacksboro), A.J. Louderback (R-Victoria), and Eddie Morales (D-Eagle Pass) joined Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX-21) and The Texan's reporter Cameron Abrams for a discussion on Texas' border policies and how the new Trump administration's plans will intersect with the state.Listen to more interviews from our 89th Session Kickoff wherever you get your podcasts. Today opens with a return of Tara's Top 10 news stories the Legacy/mainstream media likely didn't tell you about this week. We then dive into two ex-Politico's who admit any Hunter Biden laptop stories were to be spiked and never discussed. Gov. Gavin Newsome is truly living in la-la-land when it comes to his views of water in California ahead of Donald Trump's visit. Ding Dong, DEI is dead! The word is out and contractors, agencies and entities in the Federal government are getting the wake-up call. Some are still going to try to hide their DEI programs, rebranding or relabeling them. Senator Elizabeth “Fauxcahontas” Warren goes on another insipid rant against Pete Hegseth. Border Czar Tom Homan appears on Chris Cuomo's Show and goes through the illegal arrests thus far. A NY Times correspondent can't figure out why Trump's ICE raids are hitting blue states and cities more than red. President Trump, in his first interview since being inaugurated, says he is putting an end to windfarms and solar farms. When he describes the cost and the carnage, it's a wonder we started down that path to begin with. We also know Trump wants to correct the view on “birthright citizenship.” While the Left is losing it's mind, Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) and Rep. Brian Babin (R-TX) are introducing legislation to codify it's meaning. We then give you more examples why you cannot despise the Legacy/mainstream media enough. From using words to evoke emotions, to hyper-exaggeration and fear porn, to feigning ignorance for the why 51 spies would have chosen to lie, they continue to show us why they need to be ignored. The controversy over the Elon Musk wave that has turned into a Hitler salute was discussed by Joe Rogan. He said CNN used to do the same thing to him during Covid. Father Frank Pavone praised the pardon of those arrested for simply praying outside abortion clinics. This begs the question, why do we need the FACE Act if Roe v Wade was returned to the states? John Ratcliffe has been approved as the new Director of the CIA and to honor that, we remind you of how we questioned disgraced FBI Agent Peter Stroczk. We also put a spotlight on Ron DeSantis who schools a reporter that illegal aliens is not the same thing as “undocumented” immigrant. Today's podcast begins with our host, Mike Slater, reviewing the Senate confirmation hearings for the would-be next Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and commenting on his strongly held belief that women shouldn't be in combat roles in the American military. Hermann Center for the Federal Budget—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss the Federal Reserve cutting interest rates by a quarter point on Wednesday. Plus, will Congress pass a continuing resolution before Friday night's deadline? 6:30pm- Battle Within the Republican Party. In a post on Truth Social, Donald Trump threatened to back a primary challenger to Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) after he declared he would not support the newest continuing resolution bill crafted by Speaker of the House Mike Johnson and the Trump team. Roy called the bill an improvement but still fiscally irresponsible. Meanwhile, Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) accused Elon Musk of being the 4th branch of government—suggesting he is personally responsible for derailing the bipartisan stopgap spending bill which had been proposed yesterday. 6:40pm- Speaker of the House Mike Johnson spoke with the press—outlining why the latest stopgap spending proposal needs to pass. 6:50pm- Are we heading for a government shutdown?
Andrew Walworth, Tom Bevan and Carl Cannon discuss whether Trump will force federal workers to end remote work, and a new Emerson Poll shows that 41 percent of Americans under 30 think the murder of healthcare executive Brian Thompson was “acceptable. They also talk about CNN reporter Clarissa Ward's blockbuster video report from a Syrian jail - a report that turned out to be false. The man she helped “free” from the prison has since been identified as a first lieutenant in Syrian air force intelligence with a long history of alleged war crimes. Next, RCP White House correspondent Phil Wegmann and Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) discuss Congress' last minute efforts to pass a continuing budget resolution, an end of the year spending bill that Roy condemns as "a blank check." Roy also provides a behind-the-scenes look at a recent meeting with Elon Musk and members of Congress. And finally, Andrew Walworth talks to Fox News Senior Political Analyst Juan Williams about Trump's agenda and the challenges he will face from Republicans and Democrats during his first 100 days. Also a preview of Williams' latest book, "New Prize for These Eyes: The Rise of America's Second Civil Rights Movement".
On today's podcast, our fearless host, Mike Slater, weaves an intricate story about the American involvement with the "Barbary Wars" and how it led to the modern American policy of "impoundment". It might sound boring, but this could save Americans like YOU some MONEY so you'll want to hear about it!Following that, Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX-21) joins the program to comment on the sorry state of healthcare in this great nation and how it could be properly fixed in a second Trump administration!

This week, NATO leaders celebrated the alliance's 75th anniversary in Washington D.C., with Russia's war on Ukraine and China's role as a “decisive enabler” being the main focus of the conversation, though much of the conversation surrounded President Biden's political future at a press conference at the end of the summit. White House National Security Communications Advisor Admiral John Kirby discusses the alliance's milestone anniversary, the possibility of Ukraine joining NATO, and whether or not Hungary remains in good standing after its Prime Minister visited Russia and China. Among the many calls for President Biden to drop out of the 2024 Election is a growing faction of House Democrats who are worried about his electability in the Fall, as well as their own. Meanwhile, House Republicans are concerned about President Biden's current ability to govern, with Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX) even invoking the 25th Amendment to remove the President from office. FOX News Senior Congressional Correspondent Chad Pergram explains Congress' role in replacing President Biden and discusses why it's unlikely to occur. Learn more about your ad choices. Today's show opens with the most recent hoax created by the Left and is being repeated by the Legacy/mainstream media and their paid stooges on social media. The hoax is called, Trump's Project 2025. It is nothing more than fearporn and a complete fabrication. Even the website is registered to the Joe Biden campaign. Marc Elias is nothing by a bed-wetting operative for the Marxist/socialists in the Democrat party, pushing that narrative. While we are distracted with the incompetence of Joe Biden, we may have missed a few things in the news. The House GOP revealed they have an email showing a connection between the office of New York Attorney General Lettia James and Mattew Colangelo as he moved into Alvin Bragg's NYC DA's office. Colangelo also listed two high-level White House operatives as professional references. Another item relates to California state senate bill 1414 which would make the selling of a child for the purposes of sex a felony. A group of LGBTQ activists testified that such a law would disproportionately attack their community. Now, why would they think that? The floating dock is going to be permanently dismantled after only operating for 21 days. Once again, that one story is a perfect microcosm for the Joe Biden presidency. Getting back to Joe Biden's problems, Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) was on MSNBC and was asked if she wanted Biden to still be the nominee. She had a politician's response. She said, “I want to him to do whatever he decides to do.” Senator Roger Marshall (R-KS), who is a practicing physician says he and the other doctors in the Legislature have talked about Joe's symptoms. They agree with the Parkinson's specialist who spoke on NBC NOW yesterday. Senator Michael Bennet (D-CO) told CNN he doesn't want Biden to run. He said, “Donald Trump is on track, I think, to win the election – and maybe win it by a landslide – and take with him the Senate and the House.” National Security Communications Adviser John Kirby went on with Brett Baier on Fox News to try to calm the reactions over dementia Joe. Unfortunately, Kirby tried using a story from two years ago as an example of how well he could handle a “middle of the night” emergency phone call. What's worse, the story was horrible even then. George Clooney just penned an Op-Ed in the NYT saying the Biden of the Thursday debate was the same Biden during the big fund-raiser her through three weeks earlier. Funny, no one mentioned Joe's cognitive issues then! George Stephanopoulos got caught on a TMZ hit saying he didn't think Biden can serve another four years. He has been made to apologize for telling the truth. Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) is daring Democrats to vote no on the SAVE Act. I also think the vote will be great campaign material and will provide a list of those who need to be primaried if any Republicans do not support the legislation. Finally, even on CNN, they are stating what many of us have said since she was selected as the VP. Donald Trump has been saying this on the campaign as well, that Kamala Harris was selected by Joe and an insurance policy to make sure he wasn't removed from the Presidency. The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 2: 4:05pm- In his latest opinion article for The Wall Street Journal, former Counsel to the Chairman of the Federal Election Commission Charlie Spies writes: “If [President Joe] Biden drops out before the Democratic Party formally makes him its nominee, then Federal Election Commission rules dictate that no more than $2,000 of any campaign funds that he raised may be transferred to any other candidate, including [Vice President Kamala] Harris.” You can read the full op-ed here: https://www.wsj.com/articles/biden-has-100-million-reasons-to-stay-in-election-finance-d8a2dfdf?mod=opinion_lead_pos5 4:20pm- While speaking with Sean Hannity on Fox News, presumptive Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump suggested that if Democrats remove Joe Biden at the top of their ticket it'll be Kamala Harris that takes his place. 4:30pm- Daniel Chaitlin of The Daily Wire reports: “President Joe Biden formally rejected on Monday a bill in Congress that would require individuals to show proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote in elections for federal office. A policy statement from the Biden administration said it ‘strongly opposes' the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act, which was introduced by Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) earlier this year and is expected to get a vote in the Republican-led House as early as this week, but did not mention the prospect of a veto.” You can read the full article here: https://www.dailywire.com/news/biden-formally-opposes-bill-requiring-voters-prove-citizenship?topStoryPosition=3 4:50pm- Who will Donald Trump pick to be his running mate? The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (07/09/2024): 3:05pm- During a chaotic White House press briefing on Monday, reporters grilled Press Secretary Karine Jean Pierre over a report that a Parkinson's disease specialist has visited the White House multiple times in recent months. Tuesday's presser didn't go much better. Jean Pierre blamed Biden's poor debate performance on a cold and emphasized it was not the result of a neurological disorder. She went on to explain that the president immediately visited North Carolina, Georgia, New York, and New Jersey—illustrating his strength. So, was he just spreading his germs to potential voters? Despite spending a considerable amount of time attempting to claim President Biden is in perfect health, Jean Pierre was unable to provide a reasonable explanation as to why a Parkinson's doctor has visited the White House so frequently. Is the White House participating in a massive cover-up? 3:25pm- In a new piece documenting White House aides hiding President Joe Biden's diminishing health from the public, the Wall Street Journal writes of one previously undocumented incident: “German officials, aware of Biden's fatigue at night, sought to accommodate the president by planning a June 2022 event with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz in the early evening. The informal event, a soiree at the Alpine resort Schloss Elmau during the Group of Seven summit, was arranged as a confidential meeting on Ukraine in a relaxed setting. Biden didn't show, surprising the chancellor and his aides, officials said. Instead, Secretary of State Antony Blinken arrived and announced that Biden had to go to bed, according to two people who were there.” You can read the full article here: https://www.wsj.com/politics/policy/joe-biden-age-public-election-campaign-343a47bf?mod=hp_lead_pos7 3:30pm- During Tuesday's press briefing, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean Pierre claimed that “if I have said, or misled in something that I have said—or I haven't had the full information, I actually own up to it.” But as Rich notes, she has participated in weeks and weeks of gaslighting—amounting to a cover-up. 3:45pm- At one point during Tuesday's White House press conference, Fox News reporter Peter Doocy asked: “Say the Pentagon, at some point, picks up an incoming nuke—it's 11pm. Who do you call? The First Lady?” 4:05pm- In his latest opinion article for The Wall Street Journal, former Counsel to the Chairman of the Federal Election Commission Charlie Spies writes: “If [President Joe] Biden drops out before the Democratic Party formally makes him its nominee, then Federal Election Commission rules dictate that no more than $2,000 of any campaign funds that he raised may be transferred to any other candidate, including [Vice President Kamala] Harris.” You can read the full op-ed here: https://www.wsj.com/articles/biden-has-100-million-reasons-to-stay-in-election-finance-d8a2dfdf?mod=opinion_lead_pos5 4:20pm- While speaking with Sean Hannity on Fox News, presumptive Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump suggested that if Democrats remove Joe Biden at the top of their ticket it'll be Kamala Harris that takes his place. 4:30pm- Daniel Chaitlin of The Daily Wire reports: “President Joe Biden formally rejected on Monday a bill in Congress that would require individuals to show proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote in elections for federal office. Doug Burgum? Marco Rubio? J.D. Vance? Plus, why is Matt not invited to the White House Easter Egg Roll? 5:05pm- House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries, former Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, and Congresswoman Veronica Escobar reiterated their support for President Joe Biden's reelection campaign when asked by the press. Notably, Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal said “she's not here to give advice” to her colleagues and that discussions about Biden's ability to serve as president for another four-years should be made in “private.” 5:15pm- J.D. Tuccille of Reason.com writes that “the New York State government agreed to subsidize news media.” He continues: “With audiences declining for news reports, many very concerned people have called on governments to do something to prop up outlets failing to win enough public support to keep the lights on. That something comes in the form of money unlikely to win back an indifferent public but that stabilizes employment prospects for reporters. The result may be that journalists will cater to state officials rather than woo readers and viewers.” You can read the full article here: https://reason.com/2024/07/08/if-you-dont-trust-media-now-wait-until-its-government-funded/ 5:35pm- Former Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy said that it was not uncommon for First Lady Jill Biden to attend meetings with President Joe Biden. 5:40pm- At one point during Tuesday's White House press conference, Fox News reporter Peter Doocy asked: “Say the Pentagon, at some point, picks up an incoming nuke—it's 11pm. Who do you call? The First Lady?” 5:55pm- A New York Times article suggests that Kamala Harris' team is already looking into potential running mates should Joe Biden step aside, making her the nominee. The Harris team's shortlist includes Governors Josh Shapiro (PA), Andy Beshear (KY), and Roy Cooper (NC). 6:05pm- Things go off the rails quickly in the six o'clock hour: Matt says pizza from Italy is overrated, a man collected every single Wawa sandwich receipt numbered 0 to 999, and Rep. Cori Bush is still crazy. 6:15pm- While appearing on The View, Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer confirmed that she would support Kamala Harris were she to become the Democrat party's presidential nominee. 6:20pm- CNN Political Director David Chalian examined polling data post-presidential debate, revealing: “Pre-debate, Donald Trump had a two-point edge in a poll...49% to 47%. That's a pretty close race. You see post-debate Donald Trump has stayed the same. He didn't grow his support with the debate, but Joe Biden took on some water. He is down to 44%. And that's a five-point lead in the poll for Donald Trump…But we are now talking about the light blue states, perhaps Minnesota, Virginia, New Mexico that are leaning Democratic.” He also explained that Trump now has a 10% advantage with independent voters. 6:35pm- First Lady Jill Biden now has her own entrance music…and it's just as terrible as you're imagining. One caller suggests it sounds like something Oompa Loompas would dance to. Hey look! There is Augustus Gloop! 6:40pm- While speaking before the House Financial Services Committee, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen denied that Joe Biden's cabinet members have ever considered invoking the 25th Amendment to replace him.

The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (04/16/2024): 3:05pm- While leaving a New York City court on Monday, former President Donald Trump told reporters it is a “scam trial” and the politicized charges amount to “election interference.” He also revealed that the judge will not allow him to skip part of the trial to attend his son's high school graduation ceremony. Trump has been indicted for attempting to conceal payments made to adult film actress Stormy Daniels. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg alleges that the payment concealment amounted to falsified business records which influenced the 2016 election. 3:10pm- On Tuesday, Congressman Thomas Massie (R-KY) requested that Speaker of the House Mike Johnson (R-LA) resign—after Speaker Johnson announced he plans to hold a vote on Ukraine aid funding later this week. Massie joins Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) as Republican members of Congress now vocally opposed to Johnson remaining in power. Working with a slim Republican majority in the House (218-213 with 4 vacancies), is Johnson now in serious jeopardy of being removed as Speaker? 3:15pm- According to Ryan Saavedra of The Daily Wire, Saudi Arabia publicly acknowledged that they assisted Israel, the United States, the U.K., Jordan, and the United Arab Emirates in “repelling a combination of more than 300 missiles and drones” launched from Iran and directed at Israel. You can read the full report here: https://www.dailywire.com/news/saudi-arabia-publicly-acknowledges-defending-israel-from-iranian-attacks-reports 3:30pm- While entering court on Tuesday, Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump said he should be on the campaign trail visiting swing states instead of defending himself in court against politicized charges. 3:40pm- James Lynch of National Review writes: “House Republicans delivered articles of impeachment against Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to the Senate, citing his refusal to combat record levels of illegal immigration. A group of GOP impeachment managers walked over to the Senate Tuesday afternoon to officially deliver the articles and initiate an impeachment trial as Democrats seek to expedite the process or dismiss the charges altogether. Senators will be sworn-in as jurors on Wednesday to begin trial proceedings.” You can read the full article here: https://www.nationalreview.com/news/house-republicans-deliver-mayorkas-impeachment-articles-to-senate/ 3:50pm- While appearing on CNN, New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman ridiculously accused Donald Trump of glaring at her in court after she reported that Trump may have fallen asleep during legal proceedings. 4:05pm- Bruce LeVell—Senior Advisor to President Donald Trump & Former Small Business Advisory Advocate for the White House—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss the 2024 campaign, Trump's New York City trial over “hush money” payments, and President Joe Biden's recent trip to Scranton. 4:25pm- While appearing on CNN, New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman ridiculously accused Donald Trump of glaring at her in court after she reported that Trump may have fallen asleep during legal proceedings. 4:30pm- Andrew C. McCarthy—Senior Fellow at National Review Institute & Author of “Ball of Collusion: The Plot to Rig an Election and Destroy a Presidency”—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss Donald Trump's ongoing “hush money” trial. Trump was indicted for attempting to conceal payments made to adult film actress Stormy Daniels. Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg alleges that the payment concealment amounted to falsified business records which influenced the 2016 election. McCarthy hilariously notes that Bragg's legal argument seems to imply that it's acceptable for a politician to pay-off adult film actresses with campaign funds provided the transactions are properly documented! You can learn more about his book here: https://www.encounterbooks.com/books/ball-of-collusion/. 4:50pm- On Tuesday, the U.S. Supreme Court heard oral argument in Fischer v. United States—a case which will determine whether obstruction laws can be used to charge January 6th defendants. While questioning U.S. Solicitor General Elizabeth Prelogar, Justice Neil Gorsuch asked if “pulling a fire alarm before a [Congressional] vote” would qualify as obstruction, potentially resulting in up to 20-years of federal imprisonment. Notably, Congressman Jamaal Bowman (D-NY) pulled a fire alarm in the Cannon House Office Building just prior to the House holding its vote on a stopgap spending measure—allegedly to delay the vote. 5:05pm- Dr. Victoria Coates—Former Deputy National Security Advisor & the Vice President of the Davis Institute for National Security and Foreign Policy at The Heritage Foundation—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss the recent op-ed she co-authored with Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX) for Fox News, “Biden's Moral Equivalency Between Israel and the Palestinians Will Result in Failure—Again.” Coates and Roy write that President Joe “Biden still claims to ‘stand with Israel.' Over the recent weekend, Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) vehemently criticized New York Attorney General Letitia James as she is gearing up to apprehend properties affiliated with ex-president Donald Trump. The impending action is linked to a possible inability of Trump to furnish close to half a billion dollar bond while appealing against the judgement of his civil fraud trial. Roy's disgruntlement poured out in a Sunday interview with CNN's Jake Tapper on the program 'State of the Union.' Roy highlighted a problematic perspective in recent events, coining an intriguing term, 'lawfare'. The notion of 'lawfare', he explained, related to the on-going legal battles faced by the former president. The increased judicial attention wrapped around Trump seems to be an unforeseen repercussion of the recent and high profile impeachment. Break it down to common man's parlance, and numerous working Americans couldn't grasp the intent and extent of these actions. It became a political spectacle hard to ignore, leaving many wondering about the purpose of this intense legal scrutiny. Nevertheless, Roy cautioned against the perceived enjoyment from what he termed as lawfare games. In his own words, playing such games only serves to earn you 'stupid prizes'. On a close contemplation, the consequences do not seem worth the effort, or in this case, the complications and the resentment brewing among a considerable section of the general public. Notwithstanding these consequences, this ceaseless attention seems to be unexpectedly favoring the ex-president. At this point, Roy was referring to the Trump's conceivable ascend in popularity. In comparison to the present leadership, whose actions are perceived by many as undermining our nation to a disturbing level, the former president's stature is conceivably being reasserted. In terms of foreign policies, Trump is also finding favor. The current administration has allegedly received disillusioned messages over their handling of relations with Israel. And the intelligent public is not failing to compare Trump's supportive stance for the Middle Eastern ally. From the perspective of homeland security and immigration, the current administration's open borders policy seems to be a prime concern. Here, Roy notes that Trump was reputed to handle this situation with greater resolve and concept clarity. Such discernible comparison is aiding to uplift the former president's public image. The avalanche of lawsuits and the incessant political attacks instead of tarnishing Trump's image appear to be amplifying it. Unintentionally, the obsessively punitive approach of these processes seems to allow Trump to win public sympathy and favor. The increased popularity could be seen as a byproduct of focusing on political and judicial battles rather than substantial national issues. Roy pressed upon the necessity of focusing on problems that resonate with the American public. He argued that the incessant legal confrontations should give way to addressing key issues that the American public is worried about. This, he stresses, will better serve the national interest. Priority, Roy suggests, should be given to secure the country's borders. Profligate spending and misuse of financial resources are matters of grave concern and should also take center stage. Fixing these issues is paramount to ensuring the country's welfare, rather than getting wrapped up in constant legal wrangling. In conclusion, what Roy seems to be trying to convey is a need for reprioritization. The focus should not be on incessant political battles or unwarranted attention on past issues. The need of the hour is to address the American public's problems and deliver solutions beneficial to the nation. To sum it up, through his striking critique of the ongoing political scenario, Roy throws light on what could possibly be the feelings of a significant proportion of the public. Understandably, there seems to be an agitation over the current position of things. Roy firmly expresses the view that exerting relentless judicial pressure against the former president may not be an efficacious strategy. He perceives the actions as possibly invigorating Trump's public image rather than accomplishing their purpose. Finally, this underscores the need for a more focused approach where judicious utilization of resources and time is vital. It's time to return the spotlight to profound issues such as border security and fiscal responsibility, instead of dwelling on past events. An exigent need for national unity and addressing public concerns forms the backbone of Roy's critique. On a recent weekday, well-known commentator Tucker Carlson revealed a new installment of his series, 'Tucker Carlson Uncensored,' wherein he tackled the high-profile TikTok divestment bill. The legislation had significantly flew through the House of Representatives, a relevant topic of discussion on the show. Accompanied by Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY), a distinguished voice of skepticism regarding the bill, the episode promised a deep dive into the legislative details. Initial reports from the DC Enquirer had indicated that the House of Representatives had voted in a torrent of agreement to advance the TikTok divestment bill, ushering it from the lower chamber towards the Senate's doors, where its future remains currently undetermined. A close examination of the voting tally revealed a notably lopsided count. A whopping 352 members had expressed their endorsement of the bill through their votes, while a smaller contingent of 65 maintained their opposition. Peering into the specifics of the voting alliances rendered some curious observations. Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) was seen casting his vote in a unified front with former Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), while an unlikely alliance was forged between Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) and Rep. Maxwell Frost (D-FL). Such unconventional political partnership brought to light the intricate nature of legislative debate. In defense of the bill, the advocates leaned heavily on the potential security concern that TikTok, with its ties to the Chinese Communist Party, presents. It remains no secret that this popular platform is accessed by millions of youngsters on a day-to-day basis, shedding light on how penetrative and influential this app can be in the minds of these young users.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

On Thursday's Mark Levin Show, there are impeachable offenses that have been committed by President Biden that every American can understand and are affected by, like the obliteration of our immigration laws and giving aid and financial support to a regime in Iran that is attacking American soldiers. The mayhem and humanity taking place on the southern border will not be covered by the Democrat media, which is leaving tens of thousands of people dead. If we cannot control our sovereignty we cannot control our country, and this is being done intentionally to drive an ideological agenda. The Biden Crime family selling the office is definitely a reason to impeach as well, but other important impeachable offenses are not being discussed by the media or the Republicans. Meanwhile, Jack Smith is constantly pushing the envelope and looking for ways to twist laws and apply them in a way that was never meant to be applied, like with the Klansman Act. Judge Chutkan is setting a dangerous precedent by charging Trump, and we cannot allow a prosecutor or a judge that does something that violates the Framers' intention of separation of government. Also, Biden is demanding that Israel conclude its ground war with Hamas within the next three weeks and telling the Israeli people that they must give up their ancestral homes to the Palestinians. Biden is undermining the state of Israel by blocking armaments and also calling for Netanyahu to be removed as Prime Minister while sabotaging him. Later, Mark is joined by Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX) to discuss the impeachable immigration offenses committed by Joe Biden, his violation of the separation of powers and his funding of Iran. The horrific Hamas terrorist attacks of October 7th have placed our scheduled event on the U.S.-Israel alliance into a wholly new and more urgent context. The geostrategic importance of this relationship remains the same, but the need to discuss both antisemitism, which is obviously a grim problem not only in the Middle East but also here at home, and the security partnership between our two countries, particularly in terms of the savage and growing threat to us both from the Islamic Republic of Iran, and to chart a new path into the next quarter century is now an imperative.AgendaIntroductory RemarksVictoria Coates, Ph.D., Vice President, Davis Institute for National Security and Foreign Policy, The Heritage FoundationEliav Benjamin, Deputy Chief of Mission, Embassy of IsraelSession I: The U.S.-Israel Security Partnership at 75Robert Greenway, Director, Center for National Defense, The Heritage Foundation (Moderator)The Hon. Direct primary care (DPC) gets rave reviews from patients and doctors. So why aren't more people gravitating to this affordable, no-hassle care that provides care outside that of the health insurance maze? Dr. Lee Gross, a direct primary care physician in southwest Florida, discusses how the Personalized Care Act can open the market for more choice, including better access to DPC. Dr. Gross describes how small business were the ones who encouraged him into opening a DPC practice for their employees, and he has not looked back. The Personalized Care Act, reintroduced in Congress by Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX), and the U.S. Senate by Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) will address one of the biggest obstacles to DPC: freedom. The government restricts health savings accounts to high deductible health insurance plans, which removes options for people who don't have employer health care and don't want government plans or be confined to Medicaid. The bills also give workers without employer health insurance the same tax advantages to pay for health care that are now only given to employers. Today I decide to open with the Debt Ceiling discussion that I have been avoiding for the last few days. Part of my avoidance is in wanting to see where it would go and not get swayed by rhetoric from the loud voices on the Left or the Right. However, after doing some research and some introspective analysis, I think Speaker McCarthy (R-CA) is living out his own version of Star Trek's Kobayashi Maru. It really is the no-win scenario. A large part of this is due to the Legislative Branch abdicating their Constitutional role for so long, it's hard for the Left to expect them to do it now. McCarthy has to find the middle ground that really doesn't even exist. That's the real problem. Unfortunately for him, I think he is putting way too much faith in the idea that come 2025, there will be a fiscally conservative president elected and that both sides of Congress will have strong Republican majorities. That's a really big pill to swallow, given all we know about FBI and Intelligence Community election interference in both 2016 and 2020. Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) is a strong Constitutionalist and makes a strong case why the current bill is a disaster. Senator Rand Paul agrees, as well. At the very least, we should be using the 2020 fiscal year as the starting point, not 2022. We cannot possibly justify the ridiculous spending during COVID as a reason to keep the spending where it is. And, to top it off, Speaker McCarthy disclosed to Harris Faulkner on her show that he was only able to see 11% of the overall budget. President Biden wouldn't even let the Speaker see the whole thing. How can anyone make an informed decision with 90% of the information withheld? I then move to more of what Russia presented to the UN from one or more of the biolabs in Ukraine. It seems they have documentation showing the United States has been funding research into Avian Flu, the spread of it and the migratory patterns of birds in Europe and Eastern Europe. It doesn't look good IF those accusations are correct. It's hard to know, but my gut, sadly, tells me they are. It's impossible not to believe it given all we have learned about how our government funding gain-of-function research and wanted to mass inoculate the world. Speaking of the vaxx, The Cleveland Clinic just released a study, which found “the higher the number of vaccines previously received, the higher the risk of contracting COVID-19.” We know they know the “vaccine” wouldn't really stop you from getting it or from transmitting it, yet they were adamant everyone had to take it multiple times. Why? If they knew it wouldn't work on SARS-Cov-2, what was the real reason to get everyone to take it? And, while we are on that subject, we are just now learning that vast stockpiles of HCQ and Ivermectin were available to give as early treatment and the governments of the world prevented that from happening. It's almost as if, in their grab for power and money, they also needed a lot of people to get sick and die to reinforce the hype they were manufacturing. Dr. Peter McCullough recently testified to an intergovernmental panel about this very subject. So, let's close with a little levity. Our VP was back behind a lectern with a captured audience, which always makes it ripe for a tasty sound bite or two. I close today with another installment of Deep Thoughts with VP Kamala Harris. It's amazing to think she is just a heartbeat away from taking such profound knowledge and taking the reins in the Oval Office. Happy Insurrection Day! I have no choice but to open today with a bit of snark and sarcasm over those who have still convinced themselves the January 6 riots were the worst day in America. While it was disappointing to see people pushed toward doing damage and behaving like a mob, it was not an insurrection. Remember, not one person prosecuted since that day two years ago, out of over 800 convictions, was ever charged with the crime of insurrection. While being a little snarky, there is one serious item remember. There was in fact one person murdered on that day and it was not a member of the Capitol police or any politicians. Ashley Babbitt, a former Air Force veteran and a supporter of Donald Trump, was murdered by Michael Byrd of the Capitol Police. There is no getting around this fact the J6 Committee and Democrats keep hoping will stay swept under the rug. On top of that, we must also remind you of the report released around December 21 of 2022 that Nancy Pelosi was directly responsible for both the security and intelligence failures on January 6. Let's also add to that how the J6 Committee decided to put a seal on all of their work for the next 50 years and refuse to release all of the video footage, interview all of the people involved and want you to forget Ray Epps ever existed. With all we've learned from the release of the Twitter Files plus all of the malfeasance and lying from many of the alphabet agencies, why isn't it reasonable to assume there were forces at work on January 6 that came from inside the government and not Donald Trump? The discussion of the mob mentality leads me to continue our discussion over the debates happening around Kevin McCarthy. We are not a pure democracy, which is also known as "mob rule." We are not a Democracy. We are a Republic. The massive difference is the majority rules, except with respect to the rights of the minority. The minority does not have to "cave" to the pressure of the majority, so long as they are not breaking laws or infringing on the rights of others. So, when 20+ lawmakers have strong concerns over how the Speaker's role has been altered over the last few decades, making it far too powerful and no longer as defined by the Constitution, are they not expected to stand up and make their argument? While it seems frustrating that the 118th Congress has yet to convene, this is not unusual. This is how it should have been happening for years. The items being discussed are a means of getting back to where we were in the House of Representatives before the last couple of decades where power was coalesced to a degree never intended by our Founding Fathers. I specifically get into some quotes from Chip Roy (R-TX) who is one of the conservatives pushing for a return to our Constitutional Republic as drafted. The question should not be, "Why are these 20 people holding up the election of Kevin McCarthy as Speaker?" Instead, the question ought to be be, "Why aren't all of the other other Republicans getting behind them?" Thanks to a piece by Josh Hammer in Newsweek, I spend the last few minutes of the show reframing the debate taking place and why the Legacy/mainstream media isn't telling you the truth about the process taking place. Finally, we have to deal with two ridiculous items for the week. The first, a monstrously stupid headline from the LA Times. Here it is: White supremacy comes in all colors. Welcome to 2023 where everyone is a white supremacist, regardless of what color you are. Second, Joe Biden believes the 20,000 pounds of fentanyl confiscated at our border could kill 1,000 Americans. He's just a little off. That much fentanyl is enough to kill closer to more than 4 billion people. But, what do you expect from our current Commander-in-Chief?
Matt Kibbe gives his analysis of the current election for Speaker of the House taking place in the U.S. Capitol, then is joined by Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) for an inside look at the proceedings. For the first time in a hundred years, Congress has been unable to decide on a Speaker after multiple ballots. While insiders assumed that Rep. Kevin McCarthy would be the obvious choice for Speaker, he is having trouble securing the votes for the job, with members of the House Freedom Caucus demanding concessions in exchange for their support. There's a lot at stake here, including how Congress goes about budgeting and spending taxpayer funding, transparency, and the ability of all Members to make their voices heard.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott and other Republicans leading southern states have arranged the transport of thousands of migrants to liberal enclaves such as Chicago, New York City, Martha's Vineyard, and Washington, D.C., in recent months to draw attention to the U.S.-Mexico border crisis. With the temperature dipping into the teens, buses with approximately 50 migrants were expected to arrive late Saturday in front of the U.S. Naval Observatory, a source told CNN. A reporter with 7News, a local ABC affiliate, caught what he said was the third and final bus of the night, noting it came from Texas. Video posted to social media by the reporter, Christian Flores, showed what he said were migrants picking up their belongings and boarding another bus destined for a local church. They included women and children. Furthermore, Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX) rips the process by which the omnibus was created and passed. The House of Representatives, led by Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), passed a $1.7 trillion spending package on Friday with nine Republicans joining Democrats to send the massive omnibus to the White House in a 225-201 vote. Lawmakers are rushing to get the bill to President Joe Biden's desk before the federal government hits its Friday deadline, running out of funding and initiating a government shutdown. Congress passed a stopgap funding measure, known as a continuing resolution, last week to fund the government up until the day before Christmas Eve. Senior lawmakers unveiled the text of the 4,155-page omnibus bill in the early morning hours on Tuesday. The Senate voted 70-25 on Tuesday to initiate debate and begin moving the bill through Congress over the cries of critics who said they were not given reasonable time to view the proposed legislation. The Senate passed the omnibus Thursday in a 68-29 vote, with 18 Republicans voting with Democrats on the package.
On this episode, Ben sits down with Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX) to discuss his frustrations with the direction of the current Republican leadership in Congress, as well as why he believes the Republicans had a disappointing midterm election. Congressman Roy explains what should be learned from them and why he thinks some establishment Republicans are taking the wrong lessons from them. Plus, they look at how the 2024 Republican primary could play out. Later, Ben gives his thoughts on RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel's plans to conduct an 'autopsy' of the 2022 Midterm Election results and compares it to some of the shortfalls of the autopsy done after now Senator Mitt Romney's 2012 Presidential Election loss. Did you miss any of The Rich Zeoli Show this week? It's ok. We forgive you. But now is your chance to catch-up on all of the action: On Friday, Attorney General Merrick Garland announced the appointment of a Special Counsel to oversee an investigation into former President Donald Trump. Jack Smith will lead a probe into Trump's handling of classified documents found at his Mar-a-Lago home in Florida and other federal crimes stemming from his conduct following his 2020 election defeat. Garland explained that his decision to appoint a Special Counsel was driven by Trump's recent announcement to run for the President in 2024 and the Justice Department's subsequent fear of appearing politicized. Will this irreparably damage Trump's presidential hopes or only serve to rally his base? During a recent earnings call, Target CFO Michael Fiddelke estimated that the big-box store has lost over $400 million in profits due to retail theft over the past year. Last year, Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio Cortez referred to rising thefts in progressive cities a “myth.” While speaking with Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX) at a Congressional hearing, Stanford Professor Dr. Jay Bhattacharya described medical censorship during the COVID-19 pandemic as a “disaster” and suggested that it may have led to people being killed. Dr. Bhattacharya also noted that one of the primary sources of “misinformation” has been the federal government. Dakota Wood—Senior Research Fellow for Defense Programs at The Heritage Foundation—joins the show to discuss President Joe Biden's meeting with Chinese leader Xi Jinping. Wood explains that, despite the 3-hour meeting, Biden ignored topics like the origins of COVID-19, the enslavement of Uyghur Muslims in the Xinjiang region of northwest China, and intellectual property theft. Meanwhile, President Xi reiterated that Taiwanese independence is a red line for Beijing. What will it take to deter China from seizing Taiwan?
Today I open with a prepared speech President Joe Biden delivered regarding all of the wonderful tax credits we will be able to get if we renovate our homes. With a gleam in his eye and drool from the corner of his mouth, Biden sang the praises of the start of the Inflation Reduction Act. As part of it's incentives, you can qualify for a $600 tax credit for installing new, energy efficient windows. You can get $500 credit for new doors. If you install a brand new heat pump, you could qualify for up to $2000 in tax credits. Replacing your electric panel could be worth $600 in credits. And, to top it all off, you can get 30% credit off the total cost of installation, up to $7500, for installing solar panels. On top of that, Biden asks you to think about all of the energy savings you'll have when you get rid of all those drafty windows and doors. Yes, folks, savings of a few hundred dollars a year. It will only cost $20,000 in renovation costs for just the windows, doors and heat pump, but you'll qualify for up to $3100 in tax credits that you won't even be able to claim until you file you 2023 taxes, which is before April 15 of 2024! These people in Washington, D.C. live in an insulated bubble, which seems devoid of any semblance of reality. Joe...can I call you Joe? Joe, if I had $20,000+ lying around, don't you think I wouldn't be worrying about how to pay the monthly energy bill in the first place? Now, let's add a solar panel project that would likely run north of $25,000 just to qualify for the full 30% tax credit, worth $7500 the following year. The utter stupidity on display is astounding. Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX) has had it with the Biden Administration who has 'weaponized the federal government against the American people.' He's right. It's no longer just against the right or political opposition. If this is allowed to continue, it is going to affect all Americans. Senator Josh Hawley (R-MO) demonstrates just how weaponized the FBI and the Department of Homeland Security have become with just a few comments to FBI Director Wray and Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas. It's almost like he's reading from a dystopian novel, not describing the current Standard Operating Procedures for the federal government. Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX) also added to the conversation, reminding us of the blatant corruption of the Biden Crime Family. I had also wanted to go into the Elon Musk story and how so many Twitter employees were leaving, but I ran out of time. I wanted to give a shout out to my buddy, Sam Janney who is an editor with Twitchy. I promise I'll get into that next week as we lead up to Thanksgiving. The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 4: While speaking with Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX) at a Congressional hearing, Stanford Professor Dr. Jay Bhattacharya described medical censorship during the COVID-19 pandemic as a “disaster” and suggested that it may have led to people being killed. Dr. Bhattacharya also noted that one of the primary sources of “misinformation” has been the federal government. While speaking with Piers Morgan, Dr. Jordan Peterson condemned social media trolls for “polluting” the public discourse—suggesting that anonymous posters should be given their own section of platforms like Twitter, allowing for “real human beings” to have civilized discussions with one another. Michael Donohue—former New Jersey Superior Court Judge & the Attorney representing Cape May County—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss enormous ocean windmill farms, consisting of hundreds of windmills, that may soon be built off the coast of New Jersey. Donahue notes that anyone who has objected to these farms is being labeled as “climate change deniers”—which just isn't true. In fact, the environmental impact of windmill farms this large is still largely unknown. And why haven't Cape May County voters been allowed to weigh-in on such an enormously consequential project? The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Show (11/16/2022): 3:05pm- The Pennsylvania House of Representatives has voted to impeach Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner—the vote was 107 to 85. According to the Philadelphia Inquirer, it's the first time in “nearly 30 years” the PA legislature has voted to remove an official from public office. 3:10pm- Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) was re-elected to serve as Senate Minority Leader despite Sen. Rick Scott's (R-FL) expressed interest in the position. The internal Republican vote was 37 to 10, according to the New York Times. 3:25pm- Is Michelle Obama planning a run for the presidency? 3:40pm- On Tuesday night, Donald Trump announced his intention to run for president in 2024—surprisingly, many television networks declined to carry coverage of the event. The announcement is unlikely to clear the Republican field and candidates like Gov. Ron DeSantis, former Vice President Mike Pence, and former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo are all still expected to challenge Trump for the Republican nomination. 3:45pm- During his 60-minute speech announcing his run for president, former President Donald Trump condemned the Biden Administration for being more worried about climate change than a potential escalation of war between Ukraine-Russia that could lead to the use of nuclear weapons. 4:05pm- Michael Torres—Deputy Editor of RealClearPennsylvania—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss his latest article, “PA GOP Leaders Point to Trump for Midterm Losses.” Torres spoke with multiple Republican officials throughout Pennsylvania following last week's midterm elections—many suggested that former President Donald Trump's fixation on the 2020 election led him to endorsing flawed Republican primary candidates that were unable to win general elections. 4:25pm- The Rich Zeoli Show has an abbreviated Friday broadcast due to sports. Rich has developed a reputation for not working on Fridays—but, by the end of November, Matt will have avoided working a full Friday for the entirety of the month! Rich shames him. 4:45pm- According to The Post Millennial, guidance from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) suggests that irreversible “gender affirming” procedures on children under 18 are acceptable—though, tattooing a child is an offense that is punishable by law. 5:05pm- In response to verbal barbs being hurled by Donald Trump, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis implored fellow Republicans to “chill out” and work together to ensure Hershel Walker (R) defeats incumbent Senator Raphael Warnock (D) in their U.S. Senate race in Georgia on December 6th. 5:15pm- Virtually reality expert and Oculus Founder Palmer Luckey has designed a new video game with the potential to kill its users. 5:30pm- State Representative Martina White joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss the Pennsylvania House of Representatives successfully voting to impeach Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner. The Articles of Impeachment will now be brought to the Pennsylvania State Senate. Krasner has denied that his prosecutorial strategies have resulted in unmitigated violence throughout Philadelphia—but, as White suggests, statistics and the personal experiences of Philadelphians contrast with his denial. Will Krasner's impeachment serve as a warning to other soft-on-crime, progressive district attorneys across the country? 6:05pm- While speaking with Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX) at a Congressional hearing, Stanford Professor Dr. Jay Bhattacharya described medical censorship during the COVID-19 pandemic as a “disaster” and suggested that it may have led to people being killed. Dr. Bhattacharya also noted that one of the primary sources of “misinformation” has been the federal government. 6:15pm- While speaking with Piers Morgan, Dr. Jordan Peterson condemned social media trolls for “polluting” the public discourse—suggesting that anonymous posters should be given their own section of platforms like Twitter, allowing for “real human beings” to have civilized discussions with one another. 6:35pm- Michael Donohue—former New Jersey Superior Court Judge & the Attorney representing Cape May County—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss enormous ocean windmill farms, consisting of hundreds of windmills, that may soon be built off the coast of New Jersey. 6:55pm- Who Won Social Media?
The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 3: Democrat Katie Hobbs has defeated Republican Kari Lake to become the next governor of Arizona. With 98% of the total vote reported, Hobbs leads Lake 50.4% to 49.6%. On Tuesday, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy won the Republican Party's internal vote to decide the next Speaker of the House—188 to 31. Emily Books of The Hill writes, “[t]he 31 votes opposing McCarthy easily” meets the threshold necessary to prevent McCarthy from seizing "the gavel when the full House meets to choose the Speaker early next year.” The Daily Wire reports that despite overall disappointing results for Republicans in Tuesday's midterm elections, conservatives did manage to flip several school boards across the country—including in blue states like New Jersey and Michigan. While speaking with Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX) at a Congressional hearing, Stanford Professor Dr. Jay Bhattacharya described medical censorship during the COVID-19 pandemic as a “disaster” and suggested that it may have led to people being killed during the pandemic. The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Show (11/15/2022): 3:05pm- According to Polish media reports, two people were killed in an explosion at a grain processing facility in Poland along the Ukraine-Poland border. Speaking to the press, Defense Department Spokesman Brigadier General Pat Ryder said the Pentagon does not have confirmation that the explosion was part of a Russian missile barrage. Though, he did reiterate statements made by President Joe Biden in the past—the United States will defend every inch of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) territory. Poland is a NATO member. 3:20pm- In a recent Wall Street Journal opinion editorial, former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson argued that “any compromise” with Russian President Vladimir Putin, regarding his country's continued attack on Ukraine, “would be unjust.” 3:45pm- In a new opinion editorial featured in The American Conservative, Senator-elect J.D. Vance (R-OH) contended that former President Donald Trump is not to blame for a "red wave" never materializing in last week's midterm elections. Vance, instead, believes the problem was as simplistic as fundraising—specifically Republican failure to attract “small-dollar” donations. 4:05pm- During a press briefing on Tuesday afternoon, State Department Principal Deputy Spokesperson Vedant Patel offered few additional details on the reported Russian missile strike in Poland along the Ukraine-Poland border. U.S. officials have not confirmed reports. 4:15pm- According to a study from NewsBusters, in the lead-up to the November 8th midterm elections, late-night television hosts Jimmy Kimmel, Seth Meyers, Jimmy Fallon, Stephen Colbert, James Corden, and Trevor Noah had 47 liberal guests on their programs and 0 conservatives. 4:40pm- John Hook—President of The Hook Group, a management consulting firm—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss his recent editorial, “The Philadelphia Effect.” Hook writes, “Philadelphia –a small chunk of land along the Delaware River across from New Jersey – can have an outsize influence on the entire rest of the commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Basically, whatever Philadelphia wants is sometimes what the entire state gets, whether the rest of the state wants it or not.” Read the article at: https://www.statecollege.com/opinion-the-philadelphia-effect/ 4:50pm- According to a report from The Post Millennial, Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney has suggested that the city will “expand its use of civilians in some roles within the Philadelphia Police Department” so that police officers can better focus on violent crime. Isn't that the plot of Police Academy 4? 5:00pm- Democrat Katie Hobbs has defeated Republican Kari Lake to become the next governor of Arizona. With 98% of the total vote reported, Hobbs leads Lake 50.4% to 49.6%. 5:10pm- On Tuesday, House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy won the Republican Party's internal vote to decide the next Speaker of the House—188 to 31. U.S. officials are still attempting to discover the origins of the deadly blast. 6:15pm- Will Donald Trump announce he's running for President tonight?
00:00 – Sam's introduction for TUESDAY NOVEMBER 8, 2022. 00:49 – Ret. Lt. Col. James J. Carafano – Heritage – 9 min – JJ says he has been in the country of Georgia. He pointed out two lies told by the Democrats. First, the record minority turnout in the South proves that voter suppression is either not being done, of is an abysmal failure. Second, the fact that there are so many hotly contested races proves that there is no threat to democracy. JJ said the greatest threat to democracy was HR1, a House bill designed to steal the authority to run elections from the states and give it to the party in charge at the time so that instead of the variety of local idea coalescing into an election result, the result would be determined by the people already in power. The other thing HR1 would have done was make it easy for illegals to vote with no ID. 09:59 — Congressman Chip Roy – R. TX -21st District – 9 min – Chip said it is the job of Congress to check the Executive branch when it fails in its responsibilities. He said the money should stop going to the various executive department until they start doing the jobs they are supposed to do. Chip said before the Speaker is chosen in January, there are fights that need to be taken up this year. If they are not taken up, then we need to reconsider who will lead the party next year. 19:22 – Jessica Colon – Republican Strategist – 11 min – Jessica is excited about Election Day. She said that there is no reason why the election cannot be determined tonight, but this is the story the Democrats have been pushing because it apparently takes more time to hide the vote tampering than to just count ballots like we used to do. As far as Lina hidalgo's claim that she cares most about Harris county families, Jessica asks, “With the high crime rate on her watch, where is the evidence: 30:43 – Close.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

In 2012, President Barack Obama signed into law the Stop Trading on Congressional Knowledge Act, otherwise known as the STOCK Act. Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX), explains that democrats are going after Second Amendment Rights, saying “they want to have all the information on our guns so they can take them, limit them.” The Congressman goes on to explain that this is an effort for Democrats to “bow down to a sort of World Order”, which they achieve by “saying that we need to have a weaponless society, because that's how tyranny reigns.” The Congressman asserts that this will not happen in America on his watch, and it will have to be carried out over his “dead damn body”.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.

Trump loves Hitler, wat? Trump is back and as they say with a vengeance. Did he ever go away? And that's just where we begin this week on The Halli Casser-Jayne Show podcast, when joining me at my table for the full hour to discuss the latest revelation that Trump actually said “Hitler did a lot of good” and so much more is my partner in politics, former White House correspondent and Newsweek and Time alum, Matthew Cooper. According to excerpts of an upcoming book from Wall Street Journal reporter Michael Bender, then-President Donald Trump allegedly praised Adolf Hitler during a discussion with his White House chief of staff John Kelly in 2018 while on a trip to Paris to commemorate the armistice after World War I. "Well, Hitler did a lot of good things," Trump reportedly told Kelly, who was explaining to the 45th President who the allies and adversaries were in both World Wars, according to Bender. Bender also writes in the book that Trump was "undeterred" and persisted in his defense of the German dictator by claiming the country made economic gains under Hitler's leadership. You can't make this stuff up folks. But that's not all. Covid-19 infections are rising throughout the country. We look at the alarming increase in cases and wonder why so many aren't alarmed. Should vaccines be mandated to save us all? Joe Manchin remains on our radar as he continues to be in control of the American government. Should we be losing patience with President Joe Biden's failure to get inline with his party? According to a leaked video of Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX), obstruction is the playbook for Republicans. Is that why Roy or anyone was sent to Congress -- to obstruct?” Majorie Taylor Greene invokes the Holocaust again. Why hasn't she been expelled from Congress? And is Elvis Presley Jewish?
