For most spiritual schools are important to grow your spirituality, be it the Kundalini or that you open your heart, third eye, and crone chakra…And for that we need energy! Our whole body needs his energy to stay healthy and for sexuality…. If we use our sexual energy for our spirituality then everything would be easy. Because our body uses 1/3 of his energy just only for sex…We can even use our sexual energy to heal our spine or growing our brain… We hear from our spiritual gurus that sex is bad…And I absolutely agree to a certain level, so it would be much better if the guru's parents had avoided making sex to create such a creature (Guru) that is denying sex!!! If you deny, abuse, or think negatively about sex or afraid of sex, then your first chakra or the chakra that is responsible for the sex is blocked… So that you can't use your sexual energy for your spirituality or even worse you will attract diseases that are related to sex. Monks and Nuns have 2 times more prostate cancer or breast cancer than normal beings!!!!!!Let look at how sex energy is causing a Samadhi! When a baby sucks the mother milk, it goes in a Samadhi when the mother is loving and gives the baby the time that it needs to suck the milk in a calm way… How does the baby make that? The Taoist found out: When the baby sucks the milk, it squeezes the vagina muscles or it pulls up the testicles without squeezing the anus… At the same time, it pulls up the energy from the lowest chakra to the crone chakra. And then it needs to breathe out and breathe in and breath out… In this time it squeezes the tongue against the roof of the mouth and it relaxes the muscles of the vagina or testicles… Maybe, we have done it before… Today, the Taoists are doing the same thing … They just imagine to suck milk and when breathing in they contract these muscles and by breathing out they put the tongue against roof of the mouth and relax these muscles… After the Qigong and the Yoga system, we have a gate of death/hell, where the spirit/soul leaves our body when the body dies… And this gate of death is located at the lowest point of our body this means the vagina or the bone-cave between the testicles and the anus… And this Gate (related to the huh sound) has energetically a direct connection to the crone chakra… The next important Energy-point (related to the Ohm sound) is at the end of the vagina (uterus mouth)… Both points are crucial for the Kundalini or for spiritual energy… If we do have an energy-block in this area, the energy can not be used for healing, spirituality and even will cause severe diseases… For the females is sex in any case good! Because a normal woman feels love when she has intercourse with her darling… this means she pulls up the energy from her lowest chakra to her heart chakra… And she gets the male energy for free! Even better if the clitoris is stimulated all of her organs will be energized … Never the less, the females lose all of their sexual energy, during their periods. For the males is a certain amount of sex good. The males lose their energy when they ejaculate… And too many ejaculations leads to severe diseases (aids, immune weakness) and premature aging. Never the less the males can learn Tao-love or the sexual Tantra to even enjoy more the sex without too many ejaculations…If the males reduce the number of ejaculations to 50% everything will work out good. How we can get the energy upwards…1.) Make the Kundalini meditation from Osho15 minutes shake the body from the pelvic on… this means the pelvic should go forward and backward (similar to intercourse). 15 minutes dance in ecstasy.15 minutes sit relaxed with the spine straight without moving.15 minutes sit or lay down on the back without moving… With sounds Huh, ohm, ha, iStart with the ‘Huh' sound (like school) (from the lowest point of the body) then the Ohm sound below the navel in the middle of the body (uterus mouth) then the ‘Ha' or ‘A' sound (like Allah) in your heart chakra and the I sound (like India) for the crone and third eye chakra… If you would sing gospels like the Africans you will gain the same… You sing always from the area of the vagina and if you long for God then your energy will raise from the lowest chakra to the crone chakra… My Video: How can gurus be an obstacle? https://youtu.be/Pkn7hnVTAJoMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast1/how-can-gurus-be-an-obstacle.mp3

It's Rivalry Week…kind of.Two of the West Coast's fiercest rivalries take center stage: Washington–Washington State in the Apple Cup, and Oregon–Oregon State to kick off this Saturday in college football. So this week at Y-Option, we welcome Oregon State Athletics Director Scott Barnes, on behalf of our presenting sponsor, 76®, keeping you on the GO GO GO so you never miss a beat.I've known Scott for over a decade. He's present, connected, and deeply committed to student-athletes. And what he's navigated the past few years around the near collapse and rebuild of the Pac-12 is a masterclass in leadership.A few things that stood out from our conversation were:* The Obstacle is the Way: In April 2023, Scott was supposed to receive an award in Fresno. Instead, he found himself in the ER with a blood clot. Months later, the Pac-12 as we knew it dramatically changed shape. Two obstacles that could have stopped him in his tracks instead became catalysts. He leaned on a favorite book of both of ours, The Obstacle is the Way by Ryan Holiday, and reframed both challenges. Health brought perspective. Conference realignment brought energy. “How do we turn this into a positive?” became his mantra.* Leadership as a Conductor: This was a brilliant analogy as he referenced that leaders can be soloists or conductors. Scott chooses being a conductor to empower his team while balancing urgency with patience, and making sure everyone's playing the same sheet music.* Rebuilding the Pac-12: Alongside commissioner Teresa Gould, Barnes helped stabilize the Pac-12. The result: a challenger brand closer to the ACC/Big 12 than any “Group of Five.” Fans responded. Instead of revenue decline, OSU set attendance records. Beaver Nation leaned in.* Rivalries Matter: Scott was clear: rivalries like Oregon–Oregon State matter. They've built the soul of college football, and they must be preserved. * “There's another move or two” - We spoke about July 1, 2026 and the formal launch of the reimagined Pac-12 and that quote stuck with me.Overall, what Scott Barnes and Oregon State have had to navigate over the past few years is nothing anyone could have predicted when he took the job but as he referenced many times: while the obstacles are clear, going through them with thoughtful and intentional leadership is the way.Thank you for all of the support and enjoy the weekend!Much love and stay steady,YogiY-Option: College Football with Yogi Roth is a reader-supported publication. The Unstoppable Power of Resilience: How to Rise Above Every Obstacle What does it really take to keep moving forward when life feels impossible? In this mashup episode, I bring you the raw, unfiltered stories of Nick Vujicic, Colin O'Brady, Danny Lee Clark, and James Lawrence—four individuals who have redefined what it means to push past pain, doubt, and impossibility. These are men who didn't just talk about perseverance—they lived it, they bled for it, and they came out the other side with lessons that will inspire you to never back down. Nick Vujicic, born without arms or legs, shares how faith, gratitude, and service transformed his life from despair to impacting millions across the globe. Colin O'Brady takes us inside the mindset that allowed him to cross Antarctica solo, proving that the limits we face are often the ones we place on ourselves. Danny Lee Clark—best known as “Nitro” from American Gladiators—opens up about his battles both in the arena and in life, showing how purpose and passion can keep you fighting long after most would quit. And James Lawrence, the “Iron Cowboy,” reveals what it took to complete 100 triathlons in 100 consecutive days, teaching us all the power of adaptation, grit, and unshakable belief in what's possible. Each of these stories is a reminder that adversity doesn't disqualify you—it equips you. These men show us that struggle isn't a sign of weakness, but the very soil where strength, character, and resilience are grown. They prove that pain can become purpose, and setbacks can become the setup for the greatest comeback of your life. I want you to walk away from this episode with the conviction that no matter where you are, no matter what you're facing, you already have what it takes to rise. It's not about avoiding obstacles—it's about facing them head-on, learning, adapting, and choosing to keep going when everything in you wants to stop. Key Takeaways: Nick Vujicic on choosing gratitude and faith over despair, even when life feels impossible Colin O'Brady's mental strategies for pushing through isolation, fear, and physical limits Danny Lee Clark's powerful reminder that passion and purpose fuel perseverance James Lawrence's lesson on adaptation: why the mind can carry you when the body wants to quit How to turn pain into purpose and setbacks into fuel for growth Why resilience is not about never falling—but about always getting back up This episode is a masterclass in grit, faith, and the unstoppable spirit of the human heart.

Slowing down doesn't mean giving up. It means realigning. This episode offers a new pace for high-capacity humans — one grounded in identity, not adrenaline. Gentle isn't passive. It's powerful. If slowing down feels risky — like you'll lose your edge, your momentum, or your reputation — this episode is for you. You're not stuck. You're just due for a reset. But not the kind that requires quitting it all or taking a sabbatical.Today, Julie Holly explores the slow reset — a powerful recalibration for high-capacity humans who have learned to move fast, lead boldly, and perform under pressure… but who long for peace without losing their purpose. You'll hear why intentional slowness, when chosen from identity (not burnout), restores clarity, sharpens your decisions, and recalibrates your nervous system. In this episode, you'll learn:Why “gentle” doesn't mean “passive”What happens when we climb without ever descendingHow your nervous system interprets pace as safety or threatWhy rest should be treated with as much precision as performanceHow ILR reframes slowing down as leadership, not failureJulie shares a recent story about returning from an intensive Private Recalibration Session — and how, instead of pushing through, she chose to reset. She reminds us: recalibration isn't a one-time event. It's a way of life. You'll also hear about Ryan Holiday's powerful evolution from The Obstacle Is the Way to Stillness Is the Key — and how that shift mirrors what many high-capacity humans are experiencing now. (Julie will link the book in the show notes.)

What do launching into orbit and starting a grueling mountain ultra have in common? More than you might think. In this episode, we draw from Ryan Holiday's The Obstacle Is the Way and NASA's astronaut training to explore how familiarity—not bravado—builds confidence on the trail. Just as astronauts rehearsed every scenario to make the unknown feel routine, trail runners can train for the unexpected: long stretches without aid, bad weather, gear failures, or the mental fog of mile 90. We discuss how to simulate race conditions, build mental protocols for problem-solving, and control the factors within your grasp. By exposing yourself to stress in training—whether it's night running, solo efforts, or challenging terrain—you build emotional muscle to stay calm when it matters most. The obstacle isn't the mountain ahead—it's the panic in your chest, and with the right preparation, you can take its power away. FAN MAIL--We would love YOUR feedback--Send us a Text Message"Whatever we face, we have a choice. Will we be blocked by obstacles or will we advance through and over them?" This powerful question, posed by Ryan Holiday in his bestselling book "The Obstacle Is the Way," frames our exploration of ancient Stoic wisdom and its remarkable relevance to modern challenges. We dive deep into the philosophical foundation that transformed emperors into legends, examining Marcus Aurelius—the Roman emperor who ruled during plague and war yet maintained unwavering wisdom and integrity. His personal journal, "Meditations," continues to inspire millions with its practical guidance on resilience and virtue. As the last of Rome's "Five Good Emperors," Aurelius embodied the Stoic principles that teach us to focus on what we can control while accepting what we cannot. This Mojo Minute unpacks the profound yet simple truth that what stands in our way often becomes the way forward. We distinguish between mere action and "directed action"—the thoughtful, purposeful steps that truly move us toward our goals. "Action is commonplace. Right action is not," Holiday reminds us, highlighting that persistence without deliberation misses the mark. True progress comes from approaching obstacles with courage, creativity, and a clear mind.Whether you're facing personal challenges, professional setbacks, or simply seeking a more resilient mindset, these timeless Stoic principles offer practical wisdom for transforming obstacles into opportunities. Join us as we explore how to take directed action with "deliberation, boldness and persistence" to create a flourishing life. Visit teammojoacademy.com for additional resources and continue your journey toward meaningful growth through adversity.Key Points from the Episode:• Marcus Aurelius (121-180 AD) was a Roman emperor and Stoic philosopher who wrote "Meditations"• He was the last of Rome's "Five Good Emperors" known for wisdom despite facing plague and wars• Stoicism teaches virtue, self-control, emotional resilience, and focusing only on what you can control• Ryan Holiday's "The Obstacle Is the Way" brought these ancient teachings to modern audiences• The key distinction between common action and "directed action" with deliberation and persistence• We must take action with boldness and persistence, but also with careful deliberationKeep fighting the good fight on the road to a flourishing life. In Today's Episode of You Can Call Me Goddess:Your obstacles… are the upgrades you've been waiting for.Let that sink in for a moment.Yes… every time you want to accelerate your life, every time you ask the universe for more, or you're ready to take your life (and yourself) to the next level — and the universe feels you're ready — it will give you exactly what you asked for.The universe will give you the chance to achieve that upgrade. It will prepare you to be able to hold the relationship you desire, the money you desire, the body you desire. You're just not seeing it…Obstacles are literally your chance to shift your energy and step into a stronger, upgraded version of yourself. So when you think you're not manifesting what you desire…you're not realizing that the obstacle is part of that manifestation. But why!?Well… when you ask for something you desire, but you don't yet have the energy, capacity, or emotional balance to maintain, sustain, or hold what you're calling in — it will ultimately slip through your fingers.Obstacles allow you to grow. Without them, you stay the same — stuck in the same spot.Without a challenge, you don't expand. So try seeing your obstacles as a sign of an upgrade…A sign that you're being prepared to hold what you truly desire.Press play and I'll explain.P.S. Thank you, Marvel, for a live demonstration — hahaha.Dive deeper inside the Free Goddess Academy Membership:https://portal.nouksgoddessacademy.com/MembershipWant to explore more of our programs?Visit: www.nouksgoddessacademy.comOr Email: info@nouksgoddessacademy.comCome hang out with me!Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/manoukvinkYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@manoukvink

8.3.25 | "When Your Obstacle Becomes Your Opportunity" | Youth Pastor John Sferlazza by The Rock Church of Fort Myers
If you have ever felt your support dwindling, it may be God's way of telling you it's time to move on. Then again, it may just be an obstacle that He wants you to push through and persevere. So, how do you know?
The Center for Medical Simulation Presents: DJ Simulationistas... 'Sup?
In decades of faculty and clinician training at the Center for Medical Simulation, we've identified one element of our approach to Good Judgment learning conversations that people have the most difficulty with. This obstacle can take what should be an insightful, curious inquiry and leave it with a defensive or confused learner. Similar effects happen in negotiations at point of care and feedback conversations. The greatest obstacle is this: clearly and transparently sharing what you think about the situation. There are many reasons why we struggle with this, from thinking that if we share what we believe, it will be too harsh or too threatening for the other person, to believing that sharing our point of view will be used against us and that it would be safer to try to unilaterally steer the discussion without it. In this week's workout, you'll be challenged to try sharing your underlying point of view in a situation where that feels vulnerable to you. Hi, I'm John Sorensen, President of Evangelism Explosion International, and you're listening to Share Life Today. God has given every believer a clear calling—to share the Gospel. And that call doesn't change based on where we live, what challenges we face, or even how we communicate. In Bolivia, a group of Christians recently came together for an evangelism discipleship workshop—where they were trained and equipped to share their faith within the Deaf community. For many, it was their first time learning how to communicate through sign language. But they said yes to God's call, and they're now stepping out in faith to reach people who may never have had the chance to understand the Gospel before. You see, when we step out in obedience—no matter the obstacles—God provides what we need. And these believers in Bolivia showed they are willing to learn opens doors for the Gospel that might otherwise stay closed. So wherever you are, whatever you're up against, remember—God wants to use you to share the Gospel. For more, visit sharelife.today.

The thing about power is not so much that it changes you but that it changes the people around you. It changes what they're willing to say to you…and how they say it.
We will be wronged—by friends, by colleagues, by life itself. When that happens, we have a choice: to be consumed by bitterness or to rise above it. Marcus showed us the way. The question is, will we follow?
