Today's episode of The Rizzuto Show starts with Moon casually announcing he's selling HALF HIS LIFE on Reverb like it's no big deal. Guitars, pedals, touring memorabilia, signed band merch — basically, if you've ever wanted to own a piece of pop-punk history (or just something Moon once accidentally stepped on), today's your lucky day. The man partnered with Reverb for an official artist shop launch, and yes, it's legit. Chicago-based. Fancy. Organized. Unlike this show. Then we pivot — violently — into the debut of The Riz Quiz, a rapid-fire trivia showdown that proved two things:People absolutely panic when asked simple questions.Kevin might secretly be a robot programmed for suburban dad knowledge.Contestants battled it out in a 60-second gauntlet of questions covering everything from St. Louis landmarks and sports teams to pop culture chaos like Wakanda, SpongeBob, and the boiling point of water (which, by the way, is apparently controversial now). We had ties. We had confusion. We had people muting their phones with their cheeks. It was beautiful.Kevin threw down a 12-point performance that had the studio stunned. Then Matt matched it. THEN Andrew matched it. The tension was real. The chat was furious. Moon questioned science center technicalities. King Scott started auditing answers like he works for the Department of Trivia Accuracy. And when given the opportunity to risk it all and win every prize — Finger Eleven tickets, Young the Giant tickets, and Point Fest passes — Kevin… took the safe route. A bold strategy for a daily comedy show built on questionable decisions. We roasted him appropriately. You'll also hear debate about St. Louis City SC naming semantics, mild outrage over freezing points, and the realization that pressure makes even smart people forget Jupiter exists. If you love competitive chaos, local pride, pop culture trivia, and watching grown adults argue over area codes, this daily comedy show delivers. It's fast, it's sarcastic, and it's proudly unhinged in the most lovable way.Missed it live on 105.7 The Point in St. Louis? Good news. This daily comedy show travels with you. March is not a month for the faint of heart. We are moving through a massive energetic corridor where the internal shifts we’ve been making finally begin to manifest in the physical world. From Mercury Retrograde in Pisces to the powerhouse Eclipse Season, the energy is asking one thing of you: Who is leading your life? From Eclipse Season to the Universal 4 Month in numerology, the invitation is clear: Clear the physical and mental debris so you can hear your own "inner-net" again. We are moving from deep internal evolution into external unfolding—and it’s time to take the lead. In this episode, we discuss: Relinquishing Control: Identifying where fear-based gripping is blocking your abundance and joy. The "Bracing" Trap: Why clenching your jaw and body blocks the very abundance you’re looking for. Psychological Sovereignty: How to unplug from collective narratives and "doomscrolling" to reclaim your inner antenna. Organizing the Material World: Using the "4" energy to signal to your internal field that you are ready for order. Psychic Acceleration: Navigating multidimensional time, deja vu, and the thinning of the veil during the 3I/ATLAS transit. Rapid Manifestation: How Jupiter stationing direct in Cancer will act as a "green light" for your intentions. Grounding Through the Heart: Navigating the "psychosis" of the Matrix and shifting timelines. Key Astrological Dates to Watch: March 3rd: Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Virgo (12°) – The Great Shedding. March 10th: Jupiter Stations Direct in Cancer – The Exhale. March 16th: 3I/ATLAS closest to Jupiter – Re-writing your destiny. March 20th: Mercury Retrograde ends in Pisces. Stop giving away your agency. It’s time to ground through the heart, clear the clutter, and lay the foundation for the next decade. Dedicated to your spiritual path & want to go deeper? From the beginning of Galileo's career, well before the publication of the Sidereus Nuncius, his contemporaries took pains to shape his reputation and fame. They were fully aware that their efforts would shape the course of his career; they also knew that they would profit from helping him. With Galileo's Fame: Science, Credibility, and Memory in the Seventeenth Century (U Pittsburgh Press, 2025), Anna-Luna Post offers a welcome new perspective on the volatile dynamic between early modern fame and science in Italy, shifting the focus from the recipient of fame to its brokers. Galileo's contemporaries knew his rise to fame was not a matter of course. Not only were his discoveries highly contested, he also was not the first to observe Jupiter's four largest moons. Yet, of the three men who did so between the summer of 1609 and the winter of 1610, Galileo is the only one who achieved both widespread fame and posthumous glory. Post convincingly argues that fame is, rather than the direct result of merit or extraordinary achievements, shaped through human intervention. Freddy Domínguez is a Historian or early modern European history at the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville. He is the author of Radicals in Exile (2020), Bob Dylan in the Attic (2022), and Luisa de Carvajal y Mendoza (2025).

To get an idea of the energy involved in a rocket launch, the NASA Saturn V, moon rocket, fully fueled on the launch pad contained the chemical energy of 2,000 pounds of TNT. This old technology could carry us to Mars and back on missions that would last years. To cut the mission time, the risks, and the mass of supplies required for such a prolonged space mission NASA is looking at alternative means of rocket propulsion. Back in the 1950s NASA's project Orion was a study to investigate propelling a rocket by a series of atomic bomb explosions behind the vehicle. Now a safer and more gentle way of propelling a space craft with nuclear fission is being studied as the result of a NASA grant to BWX Technologies. The concept is to heat liquid hydrogen using a high temperature fission reactor furnace which would expel the gas at a high velocity producing the rocket's thrust. The process would be about twice as efficient in terms of thrust per pound of fuel when compared to burning a hydrogen and oxygen mixture. Since it is unacceptable to release trace amounts of radioactivity in the rocket's exhaust, engineers are investigating a technique developed by NASA in which the hydrogen exhaust is burned with oxygen to produce water which can be caught and decontaminated. Don't expect to buy a round trip ticket on a high speed fission powered rocket any time soon. However, in the long run nuclear technology could revolutionize the exploration and colonization of our solar system.

We're in the soupy middle of eclipse season, Mercury is about to retrograde in Pisces, and nothing — literally nothing — in your life is settled right now. Cool. Great. Love that for us.But actually, kind of, yeah. Because this week has this really specific arc that's genuinely useful if you work with it instead of white-knuckling through it. We start Sunday in this pocket of sweetness that feels almost suspiciously good — like the universe handing you a warm drink before it tells you something you need to hear. The middle of the week is quiet on the surface but rearranging underneath, like furniture being moved in the apartment above you at 2 AM. Thursday, Mercury stations retrograde and we officially stop pretending we've been communicating clearly. And by Friday, something electric and kind of feral kicks in — this restless, "I am so fucking done tolerating the thing that doesn't work" energy that might be the most productive thing to happen to us all month.Key moments of the week:Sunday, Feb. 22: Mars in Aquarius sextile Chiron in Aries (11:12AM)Sunday, Feb, 22: Venus in Pisces trine Jupiter in Cancer (3:01PM)Thursday, Feb. 26: Mercury stations retrograde in Pisces (1:48AM)Friday, Feb. 27: Mars in Aquarius square Uranus in Taurus (11:20AM)Friday, Feb. 27: Sun conjoins North node in Pisces (12:08PM)Saturday, Feb 28: Mercury conjoins Venus in Pisces (12:34AM)To read your, your kids', and your co-parents' daily horoscopes for this week, along with the detailed daily insights throughout the week, and personalized insights for every transit going on right now (plus deep dive parenting guides based on your specific chart and your kids' charts), pop over to the website or either app store:Get started on the websiteiPhone and iPad appsAndroid app

Stars aren’t always nice to their offspring – especially at the end. As a star dies, it expands. It can get big enough to engulf some of its planets. The Sun, for example, is likely to swallow Mercury and Venus, and might get Earth as well. A star in Cygnus might have engulfed one of its planets fairly recently. Two others might be doomed as well. Kepler-56 isa red giant – a dying star that’s much bigger than the Sun. It has three known giant planets. Two of them are quite close in, so they may not survive the star’s final act. Kepler-56 is rotating much faster than most red giants. And vibrations at the surface reveal that its core and its outer layers are spinning at different rates and angles. There are several possible reasons for this odd behavior. One is the gravitational influence of the close-in planets. Another is that the star might have swallowed a planet early on. A recent study suggested something else: The star might have swallowed a planet fairly recently. The planet would have been about as massive as Jupiter, the giant of our own solar system. As it plunged in, its orbital momentum spun the star up. So Kepler-56 isn’t being kind to its offspring as its own life comes to an end. Kepler-56 is in the east-northeast at dawn. It’s half way between Deneb, Cygnus’s brightest star, and even brighter Vega. But Kepler-56 is too faint to see without a telescope. Script by Damond Benningfield
