Feeling exhausted on your growth journey? You're not alone. In this revealing episode, Reed and Jake unpack the counterintuitive truth that sustainable personal development requires strategic pauses, not just relentless pushing forward. We introduce "The Three R's" framework—a powerful diagnostic tool for anyone experiencing growth fatigue. First, we examine how Rest functions as legitimate self-leadership, not laziness. Physical sleep, emotional downtime, and mental disconnection aren't optional luxuries—they're essential practices that prevent burnout from choosing rest for you. As we explain, "If you feel like you have to work seven days a week to get everything done, working five or six days with intentional unplugging will actually help you accomplish more."Next, we explore Recreation (literally "re-creation") as a necessary component of sustained growth. We distinguish between activities that truly refresh you versus those that merely numb you—a critical difference that determines whether you're rebuilding your resources or simply escaping. What makes you feel alive again? Is it adventure, deep conversation, artistic expression, or something entirely different? The answer is highly individual and worth discovering. Finally, we discuss Retooling—the intentional sharpening of skills through courses, mentorships, and deliberate practice. "If you're too busy to improve, you're too busy to succeed," as Stephen Covey wisely noted. We share practical approaches to retooling in the real estate world, including the surprisingly generous culture of knowledge-sharing among competitors. Our challenge to you: Schedule 24 guilt-free hours of rest, do one thing that makes you feel truly alive, and invest in retooling this week. Your sustainable growth depends on it.Here's a tool to help you improve your professionalism NOW: go to https://areapro.com/rmg/ to get started with AreaPro and get ready for your business to boom! https://www.rmgagentpodcast.com/https://www.youtube.com/@RMGAgentPodcast/featured

My guest today is Brad Chandler, Chief Transformative Officer for LimitlessYou. LimitlessYou helps high achievers rewrite their stories and create a life of freedom, connection, and joy. I'm Krista Crawford, your host for today's episode. Brad, thank you so much for carving out your busy schedule. Welcome, welcome. Thanks for having me. We're going to cover quite a few topics today, so let's just go right ahead and dig in. One of the first that I like to ask is, what's your personal “Why,” and what are you doing to manifest it? Oh, I love it. My personal “Why” is something I figured out three and a half years ago. It took me 47 years of living, and that is to help people unlock these hidden beliefs in their subconscious mind that is driving the behavior that's not serving them, whether it's their businesses failing or struggling or cash flow issues or relationship issues or addiction, anxiety, depression, anything like that. Almost always those things are being driven by this subconscious beliefs that were formed decades ago. So my “Why” is to impact as many, I want to help a million people erase these limiting beliefs so they can live the life and have the relationships that they deserve. I'm going to go ahead and follow up with that one. What's a good example, obviously not giving the person's name, but what's an example of where you helped someone discover something from the past that was keeping them from moving forward? Yeah, I mean, a text I got about 8 months ago was from a client that said, thank you for changing my life and my family's life. And he came to me, his relationship with his wife was on the brink of divorce. And after doing the work with him, he realized some things from childhood that was affecting his relationship with his wife and that he really couldn't recall. We always remember everything. Remembering it means it's in your subconscious. Everything is stored in your subconscious, but we often can't recall it because it's painful. Fast forward a year and a half after working with him and his marriage is amazing, and I never met with his wife. I never had a marriage counseling session because relationship problems aren't ever the actual relationship. It's a relationship each individual has with themselves. So he's a good example of one of the hundred people that we've helped over the years. I'm glad you mentioned issues that take place earlier. One of the questions I also like to ask is, think back to your, let's say 13, 14, 15 year old self. What did you think you would be doing at this stage in your life now? What I did for most of my life, and that is real estate and making lots of money because as a child, love was shown to me through money. And then we had so many money problems in our house that I figured, well, at 10 years old, my mom and dad got divorced and my dad stopped paying. And so at one point in time, my mom said, we may lose the house that I lived in since I was born,

“ How to deal with re-injury? I tore my ACL last winter and it almost broke me, but I fought my way back into skiing at almost my previous level this year. Now I just tore it again and I feel absolutely shattered. I wasn't out of control or falling - the turn was just too much for my knee to handle and it snapped. I have no idea how I'll ever feel confident enough to take up skiing in the future now this happened. Also, I'm feeling completely demotivated for my recovery this time around.” —Marion In the seventh season of The Injured Athletes Club podcast, mental skills coach Carrie Jackson answers a question every other week about the mental side of overcoming injuries. In response to Marion's question, Coach Carrie first acknowledges the emotional impact of re-injury. She explains the devastation and fear associated with experiencing the same injury again and how it affects an athlete's confidence. She then shares strategies for rebuilding trust in your body, emphasizing the importance of small, daily progress and positive self-talk. Coach Carrie then introduces the Three R's: Regroup, Reset, Recommit. Regroup involves staying in the present moment and avoiding past regrets and future anxieties. Reset means grounding yourself and accepting the current situation. Recommit encourages choosing determination over despair and moving forward with intention. Today is indeed Hump Day, but in Brie's house, Hump Day is all about Buddy's obsession with Humpty Dumpty. Spring is officially here, and The Garcia Twins are ready for new beginnings after a long winter of hibernating and recharging. Nikki & Brie are ready to bloom! Nikki's ahead of the curve when it comes to Spring Cleaning, a process she's been ready for since she started dating Artem. This is also a great time to learn about the Three R's when it comes to sustainability, or maybe the Four R's now. Brie's also dealing with some incredibly growing kids, and it's tough to keep up with them. Brie also had a unique approach to Birdie and Buddy's attempt to catch a Leprechaun on St. Patrick's Day. Brie also ponders why we feel good after some holidays and bad after others. Lately Nikki & Brie's power walks have motivated Nikki to revisit some unfulfilled dreams, reassessing priorities and Brie is all about Spring Cleaning her mind and exploring some new business opportunities. Nikki also has a BIG update about Artem's family, and it's pretty thrilling for everyone, and that energy has her brain working overtime with ideas. Then Nikki & Brie also check in on some audience responses about their Spring Cleaning. To close out the episode, Brie shares a concise but powerful Inspiration & Affirmation! In his new book, “Racism Revenge and Ruin,” Scott McKay explains how the current crisis is, as he says, “All Obama.” Is there any HOPE? The post “Obama and the Three R's” appeared first on ColemanNation.
Pastor Greg Laurie gives us wisdom from Joshua 3–4, where we see the Israelites cross the Jordan River. Notes: The Christian life is not a playground but a battleground, and there's not really a choice of fighting or not fighting; it's a choice of victory or defeat. Deuteronomy 6:23 “He brought us out, that He might bring us in.” The people of Canaan were wicked. When people repent, God relents! Read: Joshua 3:4–8 If we want to enter the land of promises, we must be bold and strong! Joshua 3:4 Habakkuk 3:2 “Lord, I have heard of Your fame; I stand in awe of Your deeds. Repeat them in our day, in our time make them known; in wrath, remember mercy.” The Three R's of Revival: Remember, repent, and repeat. If you want to live in the land of promises, you must keep your eyes on God. Joshua 3:4 When we are looking to Jesus, it will change the way we see our circumstances! If you want to live in the land of promises, you must take risks! If you are called to lead, you must go first and set the pace. Joshua 3:7 If you want to be a good leader, first be a good follower. Joshua and the people of Israel moved in faith! Faith is like a muscle; it gets stronger through use, but if you don't use it, it will atrophy! If you are called to be a leader, then lead! Romans 12:7–8 Sometimes a step of faith will not necessarily make much sense! Remember to give thanks with as much passion as you prayed for help! Read: Joshua 4:21–24 Judges 2:8–10 Children will remember the time you made for them. Children will remember the way you interacted with your spouse. Your kids will remember your words of affirmation and criticism. To train up means, “to create a thirst in.” It's never too late for a new beginning! --- Learn more about Greg Laurie and Harvest Ministries at harvest.org.
