Bob stays behind in order to steal a butterfly bracelet and as a result he gets shot in his right hand. Roger Salas, SLS' CEO, suspects that someone on the inside has compromised company security. Hannah plants evidence on an innocent worker, getting him fired, before telling Ray she's in on the heist."Green" (7 Years Before the Heist)Ray, still in prison, writes a letter to Hannah. Judy brings laced lollipops and SIM cards into prison. After Ray shows symptoms of Parkinson's disease, he and Stan hatch a plan to escape from prison. Ray escapes and steals the prison doctor's car, although Stan surrenders himself to the police for Ray to escape. Ray meets with Ava, who helps him fake his death and gives him the fake identity of Leo Pap, and Hannah, who rejects him due to him leaving his family ages ago. FBI agent Nazan Abbasi investigates the prison break, and interrogates Ava. Hannah reads her father's letter, where he warns her that Roger is not who she thinks he is."Blue" (5 Days Before the Heist)Ray breaks the heist down into seven steps, including getting and using a fake SLS security truck to drive into the SLS building. RJ acquires the RF signal from an SLS security truck. Ray breaks into Roger's home office, secures his fingerprint, and adds suspicious drops into the case for Roger's contact lenses. "The triplets" tell Roger they want to move the bonds out of his vault. Roger receives a threatening email and telephone call from someone called Graham Davies, who requires more than four million dollars. A problem with the security software is found. Hannah reassures Roger that it must be just a glitch and not a back door, as the system was installed seven years ago. Roger has problems with his eyes, Stan poses as his eye doctor and scans his eyes. Roger suspects Andrew is behind the extortion attempt and confronts him. Later Carlos kills Andrew in his store. Ray resists an urge to kill Roger in a sauna. Ray finds a way around the missing back door by using the looming storm. The heist is set in motion as the episode ends."Orange" (3 Weeks Before the Heist)Nazan attends the meetings of a drug addiction group and investigates the jewellery heist, while worrying that she might not be able to get custody of her son. Ava Mercer's fingerprints is found on a shell casing. Ava and Bob sell the jewellery to a fence. Ava has a brief encounter with Roger and rents a floor in the same office building as SLS. The heist crew try to figure out a way to the vault. The FBI interrogates Ava, who later tricks a suspicious Nazan. Nazan later gets Ava's old nanny, Teresa, arrested by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and recruits Ava to be a mole in exchange for Teresa's freedom - Ava is implied to have accepted the offer, and Teresa is freed."Violet" (24 Years Before the Heist)With the help of Graham (Roger Salas), Ray breaks into a home safe belonging to a wealthy banker but is trapped inside. Ray spends some time at home with his wife Lily and daughter Hannah, and opens an auto parts store. Ray meets with his fence, Ava. Roger "Graham" and Courtney eat dinner at the home of Ray and Lily. Graham and Ray steal some diamonds from a Christmas charity auction. Graham starts a fire which leads to Ray's arrest and Lily ends up in the hospital."Red" (The Morning After the Heist)This episode's plot summary may be too long or excessively detailed. Episode starts with the morning after the heist. In a voice-over, Ray says that he doesn't know when the plan fell apart. In a flashback, Ray is in the flooded vault, and then leaves the SLS building. Judy states that FBI arrived before the alarms went out, so there must be a rat among the heist crew. Stan then arrives in a Lyft. Roger and Hannah arrive at the SLS building; the last six hours have been wiped. FBI agents Abbas and Toby show up at the SLS building but Roger won't let them in without a search warrant. A diver finds Stan's glasses by an empty safe. Roger recognizes Stan as the man who gave him his eye exam. Carlos visits Stan's mother and wife posing as a detective in an attempt to find Stan. After Stan's mother inadvertently mentions a way to find Stan, Stan's mother and wife are shot. Carlos traces Stan's location using “find my phone". Ava shows up at the warehouse in a stolen truck containing the bonds. Most of the bonds turn out to have been replaced with colored paper. Judy, Ray, Stan and Ava face off in the warehouse, which is interrupted by Carlos and crew storming the building. Judy tells Carlos the location of the rest of the bonds. But the key is in the warehouse office, in a safe behind a pull-down bed. Ray is hiding in the bed and shoots Carlos. The FBI storms the warehouse, finding several dead bodies. Agents Abbasi and Toby present Roger with a search warrant. The vault has now been drained of water. With the FBI agents present, Roger opens his personal safe and is shocked to find the stolen necklace in the safe; placed there by Ray. Roger then states that he wants to speak to his attorney."Pink" (6 Months After the Heist)This episode's plot summary may be too long or excessively detailed. FBI agent Abbasi presents the facts of the case. Roger Salas is serving 20 years in prison for grand larceny, identity theft, and murder. Ray is living in Ohio with Ava and coping with Parkinson's disease. Using Macaw, a speech synthesis app, Bob visits Roger in prison and plans a revenge. Bob recruits two men to help him. They kill Zanetti, Ava's fence. Stan and Judy are living in South Carolina and trying to get out of the country. Stan tries to sell a piece of butterfly jewelry, but fears the buyer might know its origin. Agent Abbasi receives a tip from the buyer and heads to South Carolina. Bob and his crew show up at Ray and Ava's house in Ohio. Ray gives Bob the rest of his money and ties up Ava, Ray and her nanny before driving to South Carolina, where he is shot by the FBI on the beach. Meanwhile, Ava gets killed by one of Bob's crew, who also shoots her nanny. Ray is back in New York, where he calls Hannah who shows him his granddaughter, Lily. Ray visits Salas in prison. Abbasi is poisoned and collapses on the street. Her partner clears out her office. In the final scene, Ray is walking through an underpass, pulling a suitcase and is followed by an unknown man. We hear a gunshot; it's Roger's son."White" (The Heist)This episode's plot summary may be too long or excessively detailed. During the heist, the gait detection chamber is filled with bees. Ray wears a face mask and the face recognition machine accepts him as Roger Salas. Judy drills hole in the floor of a water tunnel. Ava misdirects the FBI agents to the 59th floor of the SLS building. The agents then discover a surveillance system feeding a false surveillance feed of SLS. Judy loads all the bonds into an elevator. However, Hannah moves the bonds into the mailroom below, where she and her sister remove a few bonds and replace them with colored paper. A confrontation occurs between Bob and RJ, resulting in RJ getting killed by Judy after he shoots Bob on the butt. Stan witnesses Bob and Judy dumping RJ's body. Bob chases Stan, where Judy eventually strangles and seemingly kills Bob. Ava drives away with the truck, but is stopped by the two FBI agents. Bob performs an emergency tracheotomy on himself. Hannah saves Ray from Carlos. Liz calls Hannah, and Ray hears Liz talking about the bonds. Hannah explains that "the triplets" let her use the bonds and that they would be even richer because of the insurance on them; in return the triplets would let her father live. When people ask you, why do you believe in an ancient God, or accuse you of being anachronistic for a religiously held belief, it is best to flip the question onto them. The short answer to this question is that if it is true, it is timeless, but you need not start with that as the question presupposes the authority questioner's worldview. Most who ask this question in this way are so-called “Progressives”. These folks are living a Neo-Paganistic lifestyle without even realizing it. As the author of Ecclesiastes wrote, there is nothing new under the sun. What do we mean by that? Well, let's look at some of the old gods from the Old Testament and how pagans explained reality back then. Monotheism often would devolve into rationalism and then pantheistic paganism. I'll make the argument here that Jonathan Cahn got it right when he wrote the book “Return of the Gods”: modern secularists are turning into modern pagans after rejecting God. Let's look at some of the agendas of the modern progressive left. To do this, we'll go review some of the material we've covered this last year.Climate change: The ancients used to put to death people like Elijah to honor Ba'al and his ilk for rain. How is modern adherence to climate hysteria any different? Josh: “The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, or IPCC, makes no reference to billions of deaths, or any other claim of imminent crisis. In fact, the IPCC and other organizations data actually point in the opposite direction of total destruction: Mr. Steve: Claims of mass displacement and migration: IPCC found “There is robust evidence of disasters displacing people worldwide, but limited evidence that climate change or sea level rise is the direct cause” and “The majority of resultant Population movements tend to occur within the borders of affected countries.” JA: Claims of climate change causing wars/conflicts: Researchers published in Nature magazine found that “climate has affected organized armed conflict within countries. None of these happened, yet the priests of the “rational” scientism are never to be discredited… lest you deny the god of science. How about the issue of sexuality and gender? JA: Some insight into the goddess Ishtar can be gleaned from “Gender and Aging in Mesopotamia: The Gilgamesh Epic and Other Ancient Literature” by Rivkah Harris (2000). Ishtar, Harris explains, “is androgynous, marginal, ambiguous . . . She is betwixt and between . . . Central to the goddess as paradox is her well-attested psychological and physiological androgyny. Inanna-Ishtar is both female and male . . . [in one place stating] ‘Though I am a woman I am a noble young man'” (pp. 160, 163). Mr. Steve She shattered all gender and socioeconomic distinctions—being both a royal queen and “the harlot of heaven . . . set out for the alehouse” (p. 166). And in all this she was the role model for her followers. Among her powers was this from a Sumerian poem: “To turn a man into a woman and a woman into a man are yours, Inanna” (p. 160). Josh: In the Descent of Ishtar we are told of some participants in her cult: “The male prostitutes comb their hair before her . . . They decorate the napes of their necks with colored bands . . . They gird themselves with the sword belt . . . Their right side they adorn with women's clothing . . . Their left side they cover with men's clothing . . .” (p. 170). The revel and competition ended in a bloody spectacle of self-cutting (compare 1 Kings 18:28). JA: Harris states: “Their transvestitism simulated the androgyny of Inanna-Ishtar. It was perhaps the inversion of the male/female binary opposition that thereby neutralized this opposition. By emulating their goddess who was both female and male, they shattered the boundary between the sexes” (pp. 170-171). This was seen as a way of rising above the prison of the flesh. JA: “The story of David Reimer should provide some insight into the modern gender theory and the reality of sexuality. But before we get to David's story, we should deal with the man behind David Reimer's suffering and Modern Gender Theory: John Money. Those who know that name know that Aflfred Kinsey was a sex “researcher” who collablorated with the ilk of Nazi officer Dr. Fritz von Balluseck who would rape his victims and record data. Fritz and other pedophiles and rapists were not only documented by Kinsey, but encouraged to continue their research. With this information Kinsey published ghoulish charts that documented the “Speed of Pre-Adolecent Orgasm” with numerous data points down to 5 month olds in Kinsey's book Sexual Behaviour and the Human Male. John Money was not only a colleague of Kinsey, but also a defender of pedophilia as seen in his work. “If I were to see the case of a boy aged ten or eleven who's intensely erotically attracted toward a man in his twenties or thirties, if the relationship is totally mutual, and the bonding is genuinely totally mutual [...] then I would not call it pathological in any way.” Said John Money in a 1991 interview with the Journal of Paedophilia. Reimer was one of the many victims of John Money and his idea that Gender was performative and constructed by societal expectations. David was one of two twins, born Bruce. Bruce as an infant was castrated by an experimental circumcision. His brother Brian remained whole. Mr. and Mrs. Reimer were directed to John Money for their injured son's treatment, unaware of Money's character or exploitative nature. Money recommended that Bruce be completely sex reassigned to female and treated as such. By two years old, the deed had been done and Bruce was renamed Brenda. Brenda loathed his life and all of the toys and affects of girlhood, longing to act as a boy. Also, John Money had recurring sessions with Brenda and Brian where Money forced the children to commit sex acts upon eachother, for Money's and his Colleage's benefit. In Brenda's teen years, he was on the verge of suicide when his parents finally broke down and told Brenda the truth of his biology. Brenda immediately opted to transition and become known as David. He went through reconstructive surgery, undergoing mastectomies and surgery to simulate what had been surgically removed as a child. Alas, all of the damage done to both Brian and David/Bruce was too much for them to handle and they both committed suicide within two years of each other. Note that these “modern” progressive views are little different than the ancient views of these gods. First question of the day is, what is Climate Change? Because it was Global Warming, until the recent cooling cycle (closely related to the Sun getting cooler, as it does in cycles). Now it's Climate Change. From Wikipedia: “Climate change threatens people with food and water scarcity, increased flooding, extreme heat, more disease, and economic loss. Human migration and conflict can be a result. The World Health Organization (WHO) calls climate change the greatest threat to global health in the 21st century.” So, let's look at the claims that have been made concerning this impending disaster and what has actually happened. Claims like Greta Thunberg's: “Around 2030 we will be in a position to set off an irreversible chain reaction beyond human control that will lead to the end of our civilization as we know it.” or AOC's: “The world is going to end in 12 years if we don't address climate change.” are not new. We have been facing these for the last several decades of climate alarmism. However, do not let the facts get in the way of the agenda. It's not like climate change is 13,260% less responsible for Human death since 1920. That's right, Climate related deaths have only DECREASED with the technological trappings of modernity, like electricity, central heating and cooling, and transportation for critical supplies. However, not everyone is so fortunate. According to the WHO, roughly 2.6 billion people are still forced to cook with solid fuels (biomass, dung, and other wastes.) This results in an estimated 3.8 million deaths per year, about the same as what the WHO attributes to “outdoor air pollution”. These are the same people who can barely get enough food to eat, food that we often use for “Biofuel” projects. Dr. Indur M. Goklany in his 2010 paper on the subject linked 192,000 excess deaths to the growth of “Biofuel”. He compared the deaths to the 141,000 estimated excess deaths that year attributed to Global Warming by the WHO. These people need energy, food, and working logistics more than they need virtue signals. While trillions are being poured into solar and wind to make them cheaper (and they are becoming cheaper), these sources are not reliable nor usable in all environments. In the Texas freeze of 2021, there were many factors in play. One of which was a lack of proper grid management, noted, but at least the non-winterized natural gas and coal produced some energy, while the frozen windmills were still. I have no qualms with clean energy. I've worked in this sector and have patents in solar. I want clean energy as much as the next person. However, the Paris Climate Accords and Kyoto Protocol will only stifle development if enforced by organizations like the UN. The Kyoto Protocol was certainly not enforced upon nations like China or India, even though they are grossly more to blame for pollutants than the United States of America. The US of A actually decreased emissions while deregulating under Trump's Era. The other issue is that we have seen these same claims made over and over again with conflicting claims of warming vs cooling depending upon what decade we are speaking of. Also, the “97% of climate scientists concede that man-made climate change is real and will kill us all” is not only misleading, it is flatly false. Many of those scientists protest Climate Alarmism. This does not mean that they believe that we should leave those who cannot afford solar and wind infrastructure behind by demanding that they do not use fossil fuels. All of us want human flourishing. If you look at the evidence that they present in the article above, you will see that man made emissions directly coincide with increased lifespan and longevity. On a more Biblical note, the World will not end in anything other than the events of Revelation. Is Climate Change a part of that? Maybe, but maybe in a more insidious way than some would imagine. With all of the shifting goal posts we have seen to this point, we must realize that there is an ulterior motive at play here. There obviously is and we know that those lawmakers who push the climate agenda want a one world system. This is the system that the Beast will use to persecute the Church and attempt an unsuccessful coup against God Himself. With the facts in mind and at hand, let us move forward with knowledge and in the Spirit to relieve those who are in fear on this topic. We should be able to do this in love and in a manner that is winsome so that others may come to know the Truth.

Good question, because just a couple months ago, I had no idea myself. I was listening to a podcast a friend recommended about this guy who also did a Darkroom Retreat. Basically, it is 7-days in complete darkness and isolation designed for deep reflection, meditation, visualization, visioning, and diving into the depths of our mind! Monks and native tribes all around the world have been using this type of practice for thousands of years and it is uniformly considered to be a technique that can help people overcome trauma, psychosis, understand vision quests, challenge themselves, deepen their spiritual practice, and understand the inner workings of their psyche, and universe better. It was no small feet, and all of us that went met challenges that we didn't expect. We did, however, want to do this Darkroom Retreat a little differently than others of the past. We brought along a top-of-the-line brain scanner that reports a direct measurement of our brain functioning including the EEG brainwave patterns, our brain reactiveness, coherence, cognitive processing & abilities, our visual control, heart rate variability, & the functioning of our autonomic nervous system. This also includes the different frequencies of our alpha, beta, theta, & delta brainwaves, & the synchronization of your brain and heart frequencies. This machine read the health of our brains before we went into the darkness, and how the darkness affected our brains through the process. What were the results you ask. After nearly all the theaters, cinemas, and stages in Aden were either shut down or destroyed following Yemen's civil war that ended in 1994, Amr Gamal went on to become an independent Yemeni film and theatre director. He wrote and directed 10 theatre productions between 2005 and 2014 and his play Maak Nazel became the first Yemeni production to be performed in Europe. In 2018, Amr produced his first feature film, 10 Days Before the Wedding. The film premiered in Aden during the summer of 2018 and was screened there for over eight months. For competitive functional fitness athletes, competition is a skill. It takes practice. An athlete competing in the sport of fitness needs more than just training. They need to play their sport. SHOW NOTES: Episode Transcript: For competitive functional fitness athletes, competition is a skill. It takes practice. Just like someone playing team sports needs more than training for 'match fitness', an athlete competing in the sport of fitness needs more than training. They need to play their sport. Competing is a skill and an art. And these are the top reasons to compete more: Competition will teach you things you may not otherwise learn. There are lessons in a competition setting that just cant be learned in the comfort and familiarity of your usual training ground. Competition will expose your weaknesses. There's no room for cherry picking and avoidance on the competition floor. It can be a great tool to bring a weakness to your attention, as long as after the competition you Respond, Don't React, to Competition Failure. Competition pits you against your competitors. It can be a great test of you progress, the result of which will be the confirmation that you're on the right track, or an indication you need to make some changes. Competition is a craft, a skill. It will allow you to hone your tapering plan, your pre- day plan (read What to do in the Days Before a Competition), your game-day nutrition, your pre- and post- event routines, your mental approach. Competition is stressful, and to get better at dealing with stress, you need to practice... dealing with stress! Undergoing these challenges builds willpower, resilience, grit and positive self talkwhich will serve you well when things go wrong in the future. Competition forces you to self-modulate your arousal levels, to fire yourself up when you need firing up, and to calm yourself down when you need calming down. The perceived enormity of the event can play havoc with an otherwise focused athlete, and putting yourself in a stressful environment can make you better at controlling your emotions. It allows you to show everyone (and most importantly yourself) how hard you've been working. And playing sport is fun - if you let it be! So don't shy away from competition. It's an opportunity to grow as an athlete - and the benefits are much more than the sum of its parts.
