We open with an attempt by the Left to trot the cognitively impaired cosplaying former President, Joe Biden, in front of cameras to tell us how terrible President Trump is. Watch for the arson story regarding Gov. Josh Shapiro (D-PA) to disappear now that we know the perpetrator is a rabid pro-Palestine supporter. The Left cannot get enough of trying to publicize the removal of the MS-13 gang member. Let them! But, make sure we keep the truth alive so we don't lose some people who are easily fooled by the Legacy/mainstream media. And, for good measure, I share the details of his arrest and how he was also charged in 2021 by his wife with domestic abuse. Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) was asked about public monies going to Harvard and other schools. She reminds the audience that public money comes with strings like obeying the law. AG Pam Bondi is not going to allow confused men to invade women's spaces. She is going to fight for women at all levels. This is taking place just as US Fencing has decided to put Stephanie Turner on probation after refusing to fight a male. More leakers have been found and removed in the DoD. I then share an interesting tech story about moving the “login” button on the IRS website. I think we can safely say who should be trusted and who are the thieves. Finally, if you think Trump voters are regretting their vote, you would be mistaken. A CNN poll conducted this month shows his support is rock solid, regardless of the propaganda being spun by the Left. The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 4: 6:00pm- From the Oval Office, President Donald Trump signed an executive order preventing “exploitive ticket scalping” as Kid Rock stood next to him. While answering questions from the press, Trump said has been allowing White House staff to use the Tesla he bought earlier this month. He was also asked about a potential third term—and whether he could win a hypothetical election against Barack Obama. Trump said he would love to run against Obama but seemed to dismiss the idea of challenging the 22nd Amendment. He also revealed that he is considering several candidates to serve as his Ambassador to the United Nations—including David Friedman and Rick Grenell. Last week, Trump announced Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) will no longer be the administration's nominee to serve as U.N. Ambassador. In a post to Truth Social, Trump said that he asked Stefanik to remain in Congress—citing the Republican Party's narrow majority in the House of Representatives and the need for her critical vote to pass conservative policies. Though New York's 21st Congressional District is reliably red, reports indicate that Governor Kathy Hochul (D-NY) was planning to delay filling the vacancy—despite NY law mandating an election within 90 days.

Despite needing to earn a reported $600 million to cover production and marketing costs, the film only grossed $43 million in its opening weekend. Part of the problem, according to reports, is Disney's unwillingness to put the film's star, Rachel Zegler, on an extended promotional tour due to her past controversial comments which have included criticisms of the original Snow White story, nasty comments about castmates, and profane remarks about President Donald Trump and his supporters. We then jump into the Brett Baier interview with both Elon Musk and then the senior leadership of the DOGE team. While this administration is trying to remove fraud, waste, corruption, abuse and bureaucracy, Jon Stewart found himself aghast at the sheer number of hoops Democrats created in their bill to put broadband into every rural area of our country.  Sen. Chris Coons (D-DE) got schooled when joining CNBC's Squawk Box today. Seems Democrats don't like being called out for a lack of consistency.  Radical domestic terrorists on the Left believe destroying property is an acceptable form of protest. According to one woman, they are just cars. Well, AG Pam Bondi wants everyone to know, there will be no plea deals. The DOJ is going to push for 20 year sentences.  Gov. Tim Walz (D-MN) is still on his comedy tour and we hope he keeps it up. He wants his party to know the reason they lost is they did not go WOKE enough. He also says we need a shadow government to push everything through without having to deal with opposition.  Finally, to show another difference between Trump 45 and Trump 47, we learn Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) is going to have her name withdrawn to be the UN Ambassador. She not only understands it, she supports it. Today's show opens with confirmation about what I said yesterday, that the one woman who was fired at FEMA was not a rogue employee. I told you that she represents the culture within and today we get a sound bite from her confirming that very subject. She is not going to be the patsy. She is planning to bring as many others down with her as she can. When we look back at how Harris managed the fiscal side of her campaign, we all dodged a HUGE bullet. She spent nearly three times as much money as Trump and is $20 million in debt. She spent money like how political elites spend money, without any thought, care or understanding. After a week, the Left still hasn't figured out the reality of why she (and they) lost. A young community oriented man tried an experiment. He decided to put out two videos, one saying he was going to vote for Harris and the other saying he was going to vote for Trump. The reactions were exactly as we might expect. The self-delusion, the mental illness, the superiority and condescension are impossible to miss from Leftist progressives. They are so filled with their own hatred, they see the world through that very lens. They loathe so much in the world that it colors everything they see and do. Victor Davis Hanson reminds Democrats that the fault lies in themselves. They won't admit that. They won't believe that. But, the truth is, they refused to live in the real world and ran the campaign based on their own distorted views. Yet so many continue to post unhinged videos, revealing the depths to which the hoaxes, lies, PsyOps and propaganda have had on those who are unable to see the real world. They mock those who voted to better our lives while demanding we not mock their childish temper-tantrums. Ratings for traditional media continue to fall and fall they should. We must all stop watching, reading or listening to Legacy/mainstream media outlets and the pundits who appear there. We also need full transparency if we are to every trust any government institutions ever again. In closing, we have three positive items. Donald Trump has announced his plans to return our colleges and universities into the best learning places in the world. He has asked Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL) to be the Secretary of State, Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) to be the UN Ambassador and Gov. Kristi Noem (R-SD) to lead the Department of Homeland Security. On today's show, we open with something to help more easily recognize how bad inflation still is for the average American. We look at the typical food prices from 2020 versus 2024. Most are paying around 46% more for food than they were four years ago. Yet, Joe Biden has twice lied about the inflation rate being at 9% when he took office. WH Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre tried to explain it away, but the internet has a long memory. Seems the reason we lost Niger is due to Biden's Assistant Secretary for African Affairs, Molly Phee. The Nigerian Prime Minister said she threatened them and to say who they can have relationships with as a nation. He said she did that with a condescending tone and a lack of respect. Let's hear it for the Biden Touch! We now have Afghanistan 2.0. We then spend a good amount of time with a Congressional hearing into collusion between the DOJ, the White House and the Alvin Bragg case. One of the key witnesses was Michael Cohen's former lawyer, Bob Costello. From Lawfare, to weaponizing the DOJ, to colluding, Costello's testimony is both riveting and disheartening. We hear from Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL), Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) and Rep. Harriett Hagemon (R-WO). While we are breaking that down, the cross of Michael Cohen resumed today and we got word that Judge Merchan is doing all he can to block the defense and aid the flailing prosecution. But, as CNN had to admit, things are not looking good for the Bragg prosecution. Apparently, Cohen went on an unhinged rant, calling the judge corrupt, the proceedings corrupt and, in fact, that he was the only there who wasn't politically motivated. Finally, on the topic of unhinged rants, we got to a professor from UC Irvine in California who was being led away from a protest. Just like other Ivory Tower campus elites, her pro-Hamas, pro-terrorist, anti-Semitic behavior finally got her arrested. But, it's her shrill screaming that tells you all you need to know about how far academic institutions have fallen. On today's show, we spend time reviewing the Alvin Bragg case against Donald Trump and the dumpster fire testimony that was Stormy Daniels. The testimony was so bad, even biased Judge Merchan told the jury to discount most of it. You know it's bad when Jonathan Turley, Alan Dershowitz and CNN all agree it is a nightmare for the prosecution. Things are not looking good for Special Counsel Jack Smith. After all the revelations from the last week or two, Judge Aileen Canon has vacated the May 20 start date for the documents trial and has pushed it back indefinitely. Instead, she is going to hold several pre-trial hearings on several motions, most related to the quality of the case and possible prosecutorial missteps. Another state agency in South Carolina says the Federal government is making them give voter registration forms to foreign nationals. This is yet another story reinforcing my analysis that the current Democrat leadership wants this permanent underclass to control the vote moving forward. Governor Greg Abbott (R-TX) has just revealed a Biden plan to take over the national guard in Texas. Tell me again which person running for office behaves more like an actual dictator? Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) catches us up on the work his committee is doing and his thoughts on the most recent testimony from whistleblowers within the D.C. National Guard. Once again, we see just how much the original J6 Committee hid from the country in an effort to go after Donald Trump. It looks like the Georgia Court of Appeals is going to hear the disqualification case against Fulton County DA Fani Willis. This is going to be a huge setback for this case, especially if they vote to remove her. Either way, they cannot move forward on the RICO case until this is heard and a ruling issued. Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) is going after those schools who receive Federal funds and who allowed all of the anti-Semitic protests to take place on their campuses. This is the best possible move forward! If we want to clean up the culture and get back to educating students, you need to hit them where it hurts the most – their pocketbook. For a bit of laughter, we listen to the son of a Hamas co-founder, Mosab Hasan Yousef on the Piers Morgan Show. It is nothing short of a verbal tongue-lashing and comedy gold. Finally, we look at President Javier Milei in Argentina. He has managed to turn his country around in months! How? By slashing the size, bloat and reach of the national government. It is the blueprint for how we need to get our own fiscal house in order. Take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. On today's show, I ask the question if it really is being polite or showing kindness to willfully lie to someone and play into their own self-delusions? How do we expect people to embrace reality if they are allowed to exist in a world of make-believe? At the start of today's excursion through the news, we start with the empty skulls on college campuses who are siding with terrorism and the culture of death. When confronted with facts, they choose to deny them in an effort to make them go away. But, how do we blame them entirely? There are plenty of adults they say who both exhibit the same self-delusions and then encourage more of it. We come to the story of Sandra Doorley, and District Attorney in Monroe County, NY. She refused to pull over after speeding. Instead of cooperating, she threw a massive adult-sized tantrum, revealing her truer nature. She believes she is above the law. But, she is not an outlier. She is emblematic of the whole of governance today. Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) actually invoked her Constitutional authority to file an official complaint against Special Counsel Jack Smith. The complaint, filed with the Department of Justice Office of Professional Responsibility, relates to his clear and illegal efforts of election interference. Onto Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) who lost her mind when a friendly reporter accidentally performed a random act of journalism. MSNBC's Katy Tur should know better than to insert truth, which derails a state approved narrative. DA Fani Willis chose to skip out on a debate for her own re-election coming up in Fulton County, GA. So, The Atlanta Press Club allowed her challenger to address the empty podium. Remember when I said the disgraced and disbanded Disinformation Governance Board wasn't going to just disappear? Looks like the singing propagandist is back! Nina Jankowicz is heading a private disinformation group called the American Sunlight Project. In week two of the Alvin Bragg “hush money” case, it seems the witness is telling us all about Michael Cohen. Of interest, we have yet to hear Donald Trump's name. On a positive, both Oklahoma and Texas have joined Florida in saying they reject the Biden regime's re-writing of Title IX. Middle school girls in West Virginia are now being represented by the WV Attorney General because they chose to forfeit, rather than compete against a boy who thinks he is a girl. And, in a moment of clarity, the NHS in the UK has decided that one's sex is a biological fact. Take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. Pro-terrorists at Columbia and the Marxist rot of the Ivory Tower, plus NYC trial and Kamala trolled over pot

On today's show, I first open with a shout-out for today being the birthday of William Shakespeare. Because of that, I spend a few minutes discussing how I came to love and admire his work and how it led to choosing (in part) the theme I use for my show – Limelight, by RUSH. Today's show is almost entirely focused on the issues continuing to blow up on campuses around our country, specifically Columbia University in New York. The hate and anti-American, anti-Semite vitriol is as shocking to hear as is the pro-Hamas/pro-terrorism chants from these students and faculty. Once again, they represent the Creature and the professors and faculty represent Dr. Frankenstein. They can't admit their ideology is horribly flawed, so when called to denounce the actions and chants of the students, they find themselves trying to equivocate. Even the president of Columbia, President Shafik had to be dragged kicking and screaming to the truth by Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY). But we should not conflate the ethnicity or country of origin of President Shafik with the woke ideology all Leftists espouse. Remember, Egypt wants nothing to do with Palestinians, including refugees. They do not trust fundamentalist Islamists who want to implement a pre-civilization form of butchery and barbarism. The fault is in allowing these campuses to be radicalized by Marxists who want to indoctrinate our college students into their radical philosophies. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) had the gall to say the protests on campus were peacefully led student protests. She is literally gas-lighting us in real-time, given we see these protests are anything but peaceful. The narrative and the propaganda must always come before truth. I also took time today to look at how the NYC “hush money” trial of Donald Trump is proceeding. You know it's bad when left-of-center Jonathan Turley, Constitutional Law Professor at George Washington University sees Day One as a complete mockery of our legal system. He admits being astounded that Alvin Bragg had Michael Colangelo, former US Associate Attorney General under Joe Biden and Merrick Garland, who left that position to go work for Bragg, to be a part of opening arguments. If they wanted to avoid the appearance of White House collusion and direction, that isn't how you would do it. But, maybe they don't care because they feel a New York City jury will hate Trump enough to convict him, regardless. I wanted to add an addendum to my comments over Speaker Mike Johnson from yesterday. When it comes to the $60 billion allocated for Ukraine, let's remember what Donald Trump said about that. Standing with Johnson at Mar-a-Lago, he told the press that he was thinking of it in terms of a loan, not a gift. And, it seems, that's how the wording made it in the bill. Does this completely absolve Johnson? Not entirely, but it does add a new wrinkle, one worth pondering. Finally, as a reminder of how dump our Vice President is, she decided to comment on a Joe Biden tweet wanting to decriminalize marijuana. We allow Tulsi Gabbard to take Kamala Harris apart on this issue by reminding you of what happened on the 2019 Democrat Primary debate stage on CNN. Gabbard reminded the audience that Harris made a career of locking people up for marijuana, while joking about smoking it herself while campaigning. Elon Musk: TikTok Bill Is ‘About Censorship And Government Control'

Real News Now Podcast

High-profile tech mogul Elon Musk recently expressed apprehension regarding a bill currently circulating in Congress. This legislative proposal aims to restrict U.S. access to social media platforms like the globally popular, Chinese-originated TikTok, unless these platforms sever connections with foreign entities classified as national security threats. Musk, known for his pronounced belief in unfettered expression and the originator of the 'Twitter Files,' resonated with a comment by Representative Thomas Massie. In his statement, Massie pointed out crucial elements of the bill, which concern both businesses and websites rendering services to such social media platforms found guilty of violating the draft law. Massie articulated his worries on an unknown platform, stating that the impending TikTok prohibition could be a cover for additional control and censorship. The power would then lie with the President to bar not just apps, but entire websites, with the defaulters being U.S. or offshore internet hosting services and application stores, rather than the so-called 'foreign adversaries'. Reacting to Massie's comment, Musk proclaimed that the potential law is not solely about TikTok, but instead an issue about overarching governmental control and stifling free speech. Musk stressed that if foreign control were the sole concern of the legislation, it would have been explicitly addressed, which it was not in the proposal. Identified as the 'Protecting Americans from Foreign Adversary Controlled Applications Act,' the bill could potentially transform legislation thanks to bipartisan cooperation that brought Congress members from across the aisle together, including Elise Stefanik (R-NY) and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA). The Select Committee on the Chinese Communist Party, in a press statement, delineated the proposed law's implications: prohibition of app store access and web hosting services in the U.S. for applications, including TikTok, controlled by ByteDance, unless all ties to entities designated as foreign adversaries under Congress' Title 10 criteria are severed. Additionally, the proposed law seeks to initiate a method by which the President could categorize certain social media applications as posing a national security risk if they fall under foreign adversary control, again referring to the definitions laid out in Title 10. These designated applications would face similar restrictions unless they take steps to severe ties with foreign adversaries through divestment. After an overwhelming endorsement from the House Energy and Commerce Committee, numbering 50-0 votes in favor, the proposed law looks set for a House floor vote. President Joe Biden has indicated his eagerness to sign the legislation if passed by both houses of Congress. In response, TikTok cautioned that the implementation of the bill would infringe upon the First Amendment rights of hundreds of millions of American users and obstruct the growth of a vast number of small businesses that use the platform for their operations. TikTok urged its community to voice their opinion against the legislation which reportedly led to a flood of calls to Congressional offices. Representative Mike Gallagher, chairman of the House Select Committee on Strategic Competition Between the United States and China, along with ranking panel member Raja Krishnamoorthi, were instrumental in introducing this potentially transformative legislation. Gallagher responded to Musk and Massie's posts by standing by the proposed legislation. According to him, the bill is designed to primarily target foreign adversary-controlled social media and not websites as a whole. He outlined the very specific circumstances under which an entity could be considered a national security threat. The legislator further argued that the bill is not against internet websites at large, but specifically targets those integral to the operation of a social media application controlled by an adversary, like TikTok. He countered that the Communist Party in China does not enjoy First Amendment rights to leverage malintent operations within the United States, and it is essential to compel Chinese-owned ByteDance to sell TikTok. Gallagher concluded with a stark choice for TikTok: choose its users' right to free expression and continue its American operation free from fear of propaganda and censorship, or align with the Chinese Communist Party. The decision, he highlighted, rests firmly on TikTok's shoulders. During one noteworthy exchange with Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY), Gay refused to say anti-Semitic speech was violative of the school's code of conduct—arguing that Harvard is an ardent supporter of free speech. In 2020, Rep. Stefanik was appointed to a Senior Advisory position with the Harvard Institute of Politics—however, because she was a vocal supporter of Donald Trump during the 2020 election, the student body protested the appointment and Harvard ultimately fired her. So, the notion that Harvard is an ardent supporter of free speech is flawed—they seem to only support speech provided it gels with the popular progressive opinions of the moment. Caleb Howe of Mediaite writes that “the Harvard Corporation, one of the two boards governing the Ivy League school, will meet Monday” to determine whether Gay should retain her position as university president.” You can read more here: https://www.mediaite.com/news/harvard-boards-reportedly-weighing-claudine-gays-mishandling-against-letting-elise-stefanik-win/ 4:15pm- On this weekend's episode of Real Time, host Bill Maher grilled university administrators for their selective support of freedom of speech. For example, Penny Pritzker is the leader of the Harvard Corporation—she also served as the Secretary of Commerce in the Obama Administration. 4:40pm- In his latest piece at The Free Press, Stanford University Senior Fellow Niall Ferguson writes, “In 1927 the French philosopher Julien Benda published La trahison des clercs—'The Treason of the Intellectuals'—which condemned the descent of European intellectuals into extreme nationalism and racism. By that point, although Benito Mussolini had been in power in Italy for five years, Adolf Hitler was still six years away from power in Germany and 13 years away from victory over France. But already Benda could see the pernicious role that many European academics were playing in politics. Those who were meant to pursue the life of the mind, he wrote, had ushered in “the age of the intellectual organization of political hatreds.” And those hatreds were already moving from the realm of the ideas into the realm of violence—with results that would be catastrophic for all of Europe. A century later, American academia has gone in the opposite political direction—leftward instead of rightward—but has ended up in much the same place. The question is whether we—unlike the Germans—can do something about it.” You can read the full article here: https://www.thefp.com/p/niall-ferguson-treason-intellectuals-third-reich 5:05pm- Dr. E.J. The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 2: Last week, Harvard University President Claudine Gay testified before the House Education and Workforce Committee. Caleb Howe of Mediaite writes that “the Harvard Corporation, one of the two boards governing the Ivy League school, will meet Monday” to determine whether Gay should retain her position as university president.” You can read more here: https://www.mediaite.com/news/harvard-boards-reportedly-weighing-claudine-gays-mishandling-against-letting-elise-stefanik-win/ On this weekend's episode of Real Time, host Bill Maher grilled university administrators for their selective support of freedom of speech. Has the creation of a revolving door between government and education impacted free thought and expression on college campuses? Has it generated a dangerous form of “group think” in which government officials leave the private sector, attain professorships, and push their agenda on the malleable minds of college students? For example, Penny Pritzker is the leader of the Harvard Corporation—she also served as the Secretary of Commerce in the Obama Administration. In his latest piece at The Free Press, Stanford University Senior Fellow Niall Ferguson writes, “In 1927 the French philosopher Julien Benda published La trahison des clercs—'The Treason of the Intellectuals'—which condemned the descent of European intellectuals into extreme nationalism and racism. The question is whether we—unlike the Germans—can do something about it.” You can read the full article here: https://www.thefp.com/p/niall-ferguson-treason-intellectuals-third-reich

The woke liberalism of CRT and DEI pretends hatred can only exist if against an individual

Today's show opens with a reminder of what the ideology of CRT and DEI was meant to correct in our past and that, by now, by no objective measure, can we say it's working. In fact, I would argue we have made life worse, pitting more people against one another based on group identity, rather than embracing our uniqueness and individuality. To illustrate this, we analyze a 3 ½ minute exchange between Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) and the president's of MIT, the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard. The question is simple: Does calling for the genocide of Jews violate your university's code of conduct or rules regarding bullying or harassment? What follows is a jaw-droppingly painful tap dance and word salad from all three of them. This helps to illustrate all that is wrong with Wokism. For the last few decades, they have wanted to erase the individual in favor of the group; now they say that unless an individual is being harassed, it's not harassment. They have turned their entire philosophy on it's head because they cannot bring themselves to admit they were wrong. Dr. Sally Korbluth (MIT), Liz Magill (University of Pennsylvania) and Dr. Claudine Gay (Harvard) want to pretend that no individual has been targeted with pervasive and severe language, so they absolve themselves of fomenting a hate-fueled, anti-Semitic campus. However, we did hear from individual students sharing their individual experiences. MIT student Talia Khan, Upenn student Eyal Yakoby and NYU student Bella Ingber shared very specific and terrifying examples of harassment and bullying. Moving to another hearing from yesterday, one involving the discussion of safety, fairness and equality in female sports, we watched the democrat ranking member Rep. Summer Lee (D-PA) call Riley Gaines and others who advocate for women, nothing but bigoted transphobes. In her opening statement, Gaines shot back and said Lee must be misogynistic. This led the butt-hurt Lee to demand the record be edited to remove that line. Too bad for her, the rules didn't allow her to edit the testimony. Seems the Left is all about dishing it out, but unable to take it. The President and CEO of the National Women's Law Center made a point of the benefits of playing sports in school, completely leaving out the 800 pound pink gorilla in the middle of the room. No one was saying sports aren't beneficial. The argument is whether women should tolerate confused men playing alongside them! Either they need to play with the biologically identical athletes or a new “trans” category needs to be created. Men should not be playing in women's sports. The chair of the committee, Rep. Lisa McClain (R-MI) stated what everyone should be saying – women have rights too! Yes, they do and I am tired of seeing the Wokism trying to erase that as well. Today's I continue to look at some of the work being done by the House Oversight Subcommittee, looking into the weaponization of the agencies under the Executive Branch to go after political opponents and silence Americans. While Democrats scoff and think the Committee is a waste of time, the good work being done should be listened to by all Americans. After listening to today's show, if you honestly believe there is not a culture of rot in our government, then you are unreachable and part of the problem. We open with a back and forth between Representative Kat Cammack (R-FL) and the current head of the National Institute of Health, Dr. Tabak. This one instance is a perfect microcosm to illustrate why this Committee is critical in restoring a fair and non-oppressive government. Next we hit other topic discussed including the FBI labeling parents “domestic terrorists” and the sheer number of whistle-blowers from within the Bureau who cannot believe the corruption that has taken root within. Just hearing a “sample” of the many issue brought to the Committee is overwhelming. Jim Jordan (R-OH) and Elise Stefanik (R-NY) layout cases for just how deep and wide the cultural rot is inside the FBI. I close on the hearing with a short sound bite from Representative Jim Jordan who appeared on a radio show discussing the First Amendment. In that bite, he explains that in the last few years, the Left, who used to revere speech, have change to no longer respecting it whatsoever. Their “cancel culture” is all about controlling everyone, silencing dissenters and those who oppose their agenda. Finally, I wanted to end with a topic I hold dearly. For the last few years, the Left and the woke ideologues have been waging a war against men and masculinity. To try to win, they do what they always have done, redefine the meaning of the word. So, to help, I need everyone to understand what true masculinity is. What we are currently seeing in our society is an example of what happens when men are NOT taught what is means to be masculine. It's not about physical strength or intimidation. In fact, it is the polar opposite. It takes two halves of humanity to make a whole. Children need both the masculine and the feminine in their lives and to deny one is to ruin the whole. Take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. And, of course, remind the nation's anti-Trump forces that Orange Man Bad. Our guest today is Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) who reacts to the hearings and shares what she believes are the real problems in Joe Biden's America. Then, she offers up what she believes will be the fight-back playbook Republicans will use if they take the Congress in November. The interviews got a lot of coverage throughout the media, which is exciting, of course. Then, we report on an impressive slate of wokeness from the likes of former First Lady Michelle Obama, Sports Illustrated, Starbucks, and many more. Tolerance-via-authoritarianism might not be working for the Left, but they never will admit it. So, expect a lot of doubling down in the days (and years) to come. We then give the latest on the baby formula crisis and more. Our guest today is Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY), a rising star in the GOP, and who you'll find to be quite sharp and articulate. She says she's been warning about the baby formula shortage for months and yet nothing was done about it. We also press her a bit on what should actually be done to try to stop racist monsters from shooting up grocery stores and whether we can afford another $40 billion for Ukraine. We can't, but you'll want to hear her response.

This week’s Rantcast comes from an undisclosed location in the Tar Heel State, aka North Carolina, where Lewis has traveled to hit the links and visit supermarkets. Did you know that the 12th state’s motto is esse quam videri, Latin for “to be, rather than to seem”? It’s advice that many of our lawmakers have never learned, as from coast to coast “seem” has taken on a higher value than “be”. There’s no need for a resume anymore, BS alone can see you through to the highest reaches of government. In Arizona, a hitherto unheard-of cabal called the Cyber Ninjas was hired to help count the votes that have already been successfully counted and verified. In Florida, Gov. Ron DeSantis signed a bill that eviscerates the state’s voting rights and only invited Fox News to the ceremonial signing. This was appropriately evocative of coverage by the Soviet-era TASS News Agency. And in the hallowed halls of Congress, Liz “waterboarding isn’t torture” Cheney (R-WY) may be replaced in the house leadership by noted acolyte of the former leader Elise Stefanik (R-NY), because she dared to question the Big Lie. Back in the real world, Lewis appeared on the PBS show “Finding Your Roots”, where host Henry Louis Gates, Jr. revealed that he has a cousin who is also a podcast host. Must be in the genes. More importantly, Lewis celebrated Mother’s Day with his mom Jeannette who, in a moment of centenarian clarity, remarked that we shouldn’t celebrate Mother’s Day, because every day is Mother’s Day. Indeed. The rants this week take on a bit of a British whinge with submissions from the UK praising the NHS and decrying the deterioration of manners. From this side of the pond we have rants about how to make a proper cup of coffee, being whiter than white, the lack of a minority presence at Lewis’ shows, getting dental insurance, (un)equal pay, the changing definition of the American dream, and not one but two rants about dog poop.
