Some truths hit differently. These four will change your life. Get you unstuck. Help you bring closure to scenarios that have been eating at you. And get you out of your own head once and for all. How do you break out of that? Make a choice. Do something different. Instead of blaming that person, choose to change whatever you have power over. Take back that power. When you take action. When you change behaviors. You are no longer a victim. These truths should hit hard because they will change your life. Listen to this again and again. At least three more times. Watch the amazing weight be lifted off you. This conversation hit different. JR Butler went from Division I hockey at Holy Cross to building a company that got acquired by IBM for $2 billion. But the path wasn't straight. And it definitely wasn't easy. JR's story starts in a bar after a men's league hockey game. He was planning to go to law school. Study for the LSAT. Take the traditional route. Then he met a guy who owned a VAR who told him technology was the future. Guaranteed him he could make a quarter million in three years. JR said screw it. Decided to try tech sales instead of studying for the LSAT. By his third day he knew this was what he wanted to do for the rest of his life. But here's where it gets real. JR grew up as the oldest of three boys. All three played Division I hockey. One of his brothers was an Olympic athlete who played in the NHL. When JR asked his dad when he knew his brother Bobby would make the NHL his dad said he knew when Bobby was seven. That creates a dynamic. The naturally gifted kid gets the attention. The oldest learns to fend for himself. JR had to find his own lane. He wasn't the most talented hockey player. But he was accountable. Self-reliant. He learned to bet on himself. That translated perfectly to sales where you eat what you kill and it's 100% on you. Extreme ownership became his foundation. This episode is about finding your lane when you're not the most naturally gifted. About learning from failure. About transferring skills from one arena to another. And about building something meaningful from your own struggle. We Meet:Connect:Connect with Rick: https://linktr.ee/mrrickjordanConnect with JR: https://www.shiftgroup.io/ Subscribe & Review to ALL IN with Rick Jordan on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/RickJordanALLINAbout JR: JR Butler is the Founder and CEO of Shift Group, a sales recruiting and training firm that specializes in helping college, professional, and Olympic athletes transition into the world of Technology Sales. Prior to starting Shift Group, JR was Chief Revenue Officer at Pillir, a fast growth low code software company out of Arizona. Prior to becoming a CRO, JR built and ran multiple sales teams at Turbonomic, helping the company go from a Series A start up to a $2B acquisition by IBM. JR grew up playing multiple sports but went on to play Division 1 hockey at Holy Cross in central Massachusetts where he grew up. He was a sophomore on the 2006 team that beat Minnesota in the biggest upset in College hockey history. JR comes from a hockey family, with two brothers that played at the college level, with one going on to play in the NHL and the Olympics and a father whose in the Massachusetts Hockey coaches hall of fame.

Today's Conversation is with the amazing and lovable Gil HedleySince 1995, Gil Hedley, Ph.D., has been teaching “integral anatomy” in the dissection laboratory, via keynotes and speaking tours, online via his extensive website and membership portal, www.gilhedley.com and via his YouTube channel, "Somanaut." He is the producer of The Integral Anatomy Series, the Anatomy from A to Z Project, and The Nerve Project, as well as being the author of several books. He is based at the Institute for Anatomical Research in Colorado Springs, CO, where he teaches, films, and serves as Board President. In today's conversation, we explored how Gil's decades of dissection and inquiry into the human form have led him toward a deeply relational, perceptual approach to embodiment. We spoke about the evolution of his work, the ethics of language in somatics, and the importance of curiosity over certainty—especially when teaching or touching the living body.Gil reflected on the metaphorical nature of fascia, the seduction of technique, and the spaces in between structures where life often reveals itself most honestly. We also touched on his recent nerve tour—a unique journey through the often-overlooked pathways of the nervous system—and how it invited both reverence and humility.Together, we explored the interplay between anatomy and awareness, the practitioner as witness rather than fixer, and how real transformation requires not control, but presence. Gil's work reminds us that what we touch isn't just tissue—it's mystery, history, and life unfolding. You can find out more about Gil at https://www.gilhedley.com/If you are enjoying and getting something out of these talks, we'd appreciate it if you would leave a positive review of the podcast and subscribe to it through the platform of your choice. Are you ALL IN for God right now? Not just when it's easy. Not when it's popular. But when it costs something. When it's quiet, when no one else sees it, God is looking for Daniels. For people who don't chase power or attention, but chase His presence. People who would rather stand alone with God than blend in without Him.
This isn't business as usual. It's time to rethink what it means to be the Church. Over the next three weeks, we're challenging every person at MPCC to go All-In, not just with your time, but with your heart, your purpose, and your life. Because God's not looking for spectators. He's calling us to move. We'll wrestle with questions like: * What kind of church are we becoming? * Where is your heart really planted? * And what part are you called to play? This series is bold. It's honest. And it's personal. If you've been waiting for the right time to take your next step… this is it. You know that sick feeling in your gut when you're talking to someone and nothing you do feels right. You feel boxed in. Cornered. Like you're walking on eggshells constantly. That's emotional manipulation. And it's happening to you more than you think. I've been studying psychology because it ties directly into my work with insider threats and cyber security. Human behavior plays pivotal roles in everything we do. And some people use these psychological tactics to control others. Today I'm calling out four major signs of emotional manipulation so you can recognize them and fight back. Here's the reality. Once you recognize these patterns it becomes your responsibility to change them. Don't expect the manipulator to change. You have to set the boundaries. You have to say "I'm not okay with this. I prefer to talk through this. Don't hold me in my past. I'm living in the present now." And sometimes you might have to change that person completely if they won't respect your boundaries. Stop accepting emotional manipulation. You deserve better than that sick feeling in your gut. You deserve relationships where trust is given freely. Where communication happens openly. Where your past stays in the past where it belongs.Connect:Connect with Rick: https://linktr.ee/mrrickjordanSubscribe & Review to ALL IN with Rick Jordan on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/RickJordanALLIN

This conversation blew me away. Daniel Tolson is a three-time Australian wakeboarding champion who started his coaching business in his grandmother's spare bedroom. And here's the kicker. The dude doesn't even own a car. Takes yellow taxis everywhere because he'd rather spend quality time with his family than lose hours driving. We went deep on authenticity versus fake flexing. You know those coaches posting selfies in front of Lamborghinis they don't own? Daniel's the complete opposite. When he started coaching he could only afford to catch the bus. All his money went into educating himself. Retooling like any good builder would. And he was honest about it with his clients. Drove his mom's car and didn't hide it. This episode is about authenticity. Real success versus fake success. Building something meaningful instead of just looking successful. Daniel's living proof that you can impact million-dollar businesses without owning a single luxury item. Because real leaders don't need props to prove their worth. We Meet:Connect:Connect with Rick: https://linktr.ee/mrrickjordanConnect with Daniel: https://danieltolson.com/ Subscribe & Review to ALL IN with Rick Jordan on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/RickJordanALLINAbout Daniel: As a child, I had Linear sequential learning disability. I was a slow learner. I had a curved spine. My hips were out of alignment. I couldn't run. My knees would collapse when I was running. This physical defect created pressure in my head, I was losing my vision. I couldn't think properly. I was in so much pain physically. In the end, my body collapsed under this tremendous stress, I developed chronic fatigue syndrome and contracted Epstein Barr virus and I had to drop out of school. When I recovered my uncle took me under his wing and showed me the blueprint of how to become the top 10% in real estate. I took that blueprint, overcompensated with actions, became the top 1% performer, and bought my first home at the age of 19. But I dreamt of becoming an Australian champion wakeboarder. So, I gave up the real estate career to pursue my dream. I had a lot of challenges. To overcome the fear and achieve my goal, I spent a lot of time and energy on personal development, learning how to systematically and methodically break barriers to achieve goals. Eventually, I became the Australian Wakeboarder Champion, not once, but three times. That experience of creating my breakthrough and sustaining it set me up for a series of career highs, such as co-leading 17000 cabin crews, launching my own business, and building a global business that impacts more than 15,000 business people 100X their life and income. I'm sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way? In 2010, at the peak of my career, my wife was involved in an aircraft accident. It left her with some disabilities requiring multiple surgeries over the next 2.5 years. Eventually, she lost her job and was forced to leave the country. I left the job to join her back home to take care of her. But 10 months and 500 job applications later, I was jobless. We were living with my grandmother, depending on Australian social security payments. It was the lowest point of my life. I was desperate. And I knew if I want to be a man who provides for my family, things must change. I pulled myself together, used every tool and technology I have in my toolbox, got clarity on life, and launched my coaching business from my grandmother's spare bedroom. I wish I could say life was happy ever after. But no, success never comes on the first attempt. Richard Branson launched 400 companies before founding Virgin galactic. Steven Spielberg was rejected by Film School 3 times. I was betrayed by a business partner. I had to move countries several times. I was broke three times in 3 different countries and had to start all over again. These experiences have become the foundation of my 100XDNA. It has 100X-ed my life.

Jade Cargill and Naomi showed out in their Falls Count Anywhere match; Iyo Sky and Rhea Ripley absolutely delivered in the main event before Naomi set the world on fire with her Money in the Bank cash-in. They break down how Michigan mentally broke Ohio State, why Georgia still owns Texas, and whether Clemson's resurrection is real or fake. JT calls out the chaos that could be coming from Oklahoma and if Mario Cristobal can actually stop Miami from winning. Sam doesn't hold back on Alabama's playoff future under Kalen DeBoer, and JT questions if Marcus Freeman has Notre Dame's future on steroids.

Leadership isn't about being the one on stage. It's not about the spotlight or having people look at you all the time. Real leadership is about carrying the emotional weight of everyone around you. And bringing value to their lives because you genuinely want to see them light up. I've been drawn to leadership since I was 10 years old. Asked to teach Sunday school in sixth grade because I had something to say. Something that could help people. That's the right motivation. Not to be in charge. But to bring value. To see someone's potential shift because of the awareness you helped them gain. But here's what they don't tell you about leadership. You carry everyone else's emotions. The difficult people. The resistant ones. The emotionally distraught. The ones who don't have the same depth of awareness you have. And it's your job to show them the way out. Not shove them. Guide them. Today I'm breaking down three ways to lead difficult people that actually work. First way. Lead according to their dream. Not your vision. Their dream. Ask what they're looking for. Where they want to go. Then show them how supporting your vision gets them there. How being more engaged makes them more money. How being more accessible builds their network. Connect their dream to your vision. Leadership is about seeing people's potential. Helping them connect their dreams to your vision. And guiding them through their weaknesses. Not because you want to be the leader. But because you want to see their lives change for the better.Connect:Connect with Rick: https://linktr.ee/mrrickjordanSubscribe & Review to ALL IN with Rick Jordan on YouTube: https://www.youtube.com/c/RickJordanALLIN
