In this episode of Success Unlocked, Dr. Adrienne Shnier sits down with Erika Wardle, an AYG client and Western University student, to talk about how much can change in one year when you stop guessing and start using the right strategy. When Erika first connected with Adrienne through an AYG masterclass for Alpha Omicron Pi at Western, she was struggling with the transition from high school to university. She felt overwhelmed by readings, midterms, projects, exams, and the pressure of trying to figure it all out on her own.Through AYG's Limitless program, Erika learned how to organize her semester, study with intention, use readings as a real tool, and build systems that actually worked for her. Her grades started to turn around, but so did her confidence, friendships, self-trust, and standards for herself.Erika shares how she went from feeling like she barely had a chance in first year to entering second year with structure, clarity, and excitement. She also opens up about learning resilience, choosing integrity, and recognizing when something in her life was no longer aligned. If you are a student who feels behind, overwhelmed, or unsure how to succeed in university, this episode is a reminder that you do not have to figure it out alone. With the right support and strategy, things can change faster than you think. What You'll Learn ✔ How Erika adjusted from high school to university ✔ Why “studying hard” is not always the same as studying well ✔ How organization changed her academic results ✔ Why readings became a tool instead of a task ✔ How small strategy shifts helped turn her grades around ✔ Why honesty is key when asking for support ✔ How integrity shaped Erika's confidence and decision-making ✔ Why resilience matters when one grade or setback feels overwhelming ✔ How AYG helped Erika build higher standards for school, friendships, and herselfMastering Academic Applications: From Scratch to Submission is now open for you to complete your applications in 12-weeks! The gap between an idea and action is often smaller than we think. Jim Kwik believes one question can help close it: "What's the tiniest action you can take today to move closer to your goal?" In this episode of Why Not Now?, Amy Jo Martin sits down with brain coach, entrepreneur, founder of Kwik Learning, and New York Times bestselling author Jim Kwik to explore motivation, identity, memory, focus, and how to stay mentally sharp in an AI-driven world. The conversation draws from the ideas behind Jim's upcoming book, Limitless Daily, which offers 366 bite-sized practices to help readers train their brains, sharpen their focus, and create lasting change through small, consistent actions. Jim shares the deeply personal story of a near-fatal car accident that forced him to reevaluate what he wanted to leave behind - and ultimately led him to write the book that millions of readers now know as Limitless. From there, Amy and Jim unpack the hidden beliefs that keep people stuck, why knowledge alone isn't power, and what it takes to bridge the gap between knowing and doing. Together, they explore Jim's framework for lasting change, including the roles of mindset, motivation, and methods, as well as the power of purpose, energy, and small, simple steps. They also discuss the growing challenge of protecting human intelligence in a world increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence, algorithms, distraction, and information overload. In this conversation, you'll learn: How to overcome limiting beliefs and identity gaps Why purpose, energy, and small steps drive sustainable motivation The difference between inspiration, ideation, and implementation How AI can enhance—not replace—human intelligence Why "mind before media" may be one of the most important habits for focus, learning, and performance If you've ever struggled to move an idea into action, this episode offers practical wisdom for building momentum, strengthening your mindset, and taking the next step. In this Monday Moments episode, Michael Chernow explains why problems, especially the unexpected ones, are a sign of growth, and how your mindset determines whether you get stuck or overcome them. He urges listeners to pause when the first “doomsday” reaction hits, take a breath, and reframe challenges as opportunities to grow, “flex your muscles,” and prove what you're made of. Michael emphasizes that belief is the catalyst for success, sharing a story from fundraising for Kreatures of Habit where a potential investor challenged him for limiting the company's vision to $200 million instead of believing it could become a billion-dollar brand. He closes by encouraging the community to control their response, sustain a positive mindset, and embrace problems rather than letting reactionary thoughts take over.

In the technocratic dystopia of modernity, things are undeniably grim, and they are getting worse at an accelerating rate. This is not merely an observation for the hopelessly naive normie who still believes the evening news; it is a reality that even the most savvy lifehacker must confront daily. We find ourselves trapped in a pincer movement of economic instability and biological decline. If you are a Millennial or a member of Gen Z (I shall dub thee: Gen Zer), looking at the sordid state of affairs and deliberating between the career options of selling your body on OnlyFans, becoming some specie of online scammer/grifter, or signing up to die in some utterly pointless foreign war, I have a contrarian option for you...For every mentioned here, read: A personal pragmatic solution to the "everything crisis"
Welcome, gorgeous souls, to Episode 434 of Aligned Abundance! ✨In this episode, I'm diving into something I feel so passionate about: authenticity. Not just as a concept, but as a vibration and why being truly, unapologetically yourself is the only energy that will manifest your deepest desires. After a powerful download at the Chalice Well in Glastonbury, I realised how much of modern life has become performative. We view sacred moments through our phones, outsource our power to comparison and AI, and chase goals that aren't even ours. And all of it slowly disconnects us from the very vibration that attracts abundance. In this episode, I'm sharing:Why authenticity is the root of manifestation (and why you can't fake it to the Universe)How comparison and the need for external validation keeps you out of alignmentThe link between ego, value and why we perform our lives rather than live themHow to give yourself permission to express your authentic self, starting right now This is your invitation to slow down, come back to yourself and trust that your authentic energy is more than enough

Sometimes you can be tempted to make things harder than they need to be. You might not do it consciously, but if you look at the patterns of your life, you'll see that you do it. And, often this happens because we feel we need to struggle or suffer in order to be worthy of abundance, success, or rewards. If it's too easy, you must not deserve it, right? NO! You deserve every great thing, and you don't need to exhaust yourself to be worthy of great things. You are worthy of great things right now. C.S. Lewis said reading the Sermon on the Mount is like getting smashed in the face with a sledge hammer. But this final command hits more powerfully than the rest in that it is the most challenging command of them all and it also exemplifies perhaps more than any of the other commands the supernatural nature of the citizens of Christ's kingdom. In other words, what Christ called us to here is not natural for any of us; the thing expected of us is not only incomprehensible, it is humanly impossible. And yet it is the premier thing that sets Christians apart from everyone else in this world; namely the way we love others is radically different from the way the rest of humankind normally loves others. Jesus' instruction in this passage on how His followers are to love others can be divided into THREE SECTIONS.

Mastering Global Equities: Risk Management and Capital Preservation with Justin RoopnarineIn a recent episode of The Thoughtful Entrepreneur Podcast, host Josh Elledge sat down with Justin Roopnarine, Managing Partner of Limitless Capital, to explore the sophisticated world of hedge funds and global equity markets. Justin, an Air Force veteran turned finance leader, brings a disciplined, mission-first approach to wealth management, emphasizing that true financial success is built on the foundation of capital preservation. This conversation provides a strategic deep dive into how alternative investments can serve as a powerful vehicle for generational wealth, provided they are managed with a rigorous focus on risk and a clear, thesis-driven investment strategy. The Hedge Fund Framework: Navigating Risk in Global MarketsWhile many investors chase the highest possible returns, Justin Roopnarine argues that the cornerstone of sustainable investing is actually the mitigation of downside risk. At Limitless Capital, the strategy centers on global equities, which allows the fund to find value in diverse markets while hedging against domestic volatility. Unlike traditional mutual funds, a hedge fund utilizes sophisticated tools—such as leverage and derivatives—to protect the principal even during market downturns. This disciplined approach ensures that the pursuit of 20%+ returns never compromises the long-term safety of the capital. For the accredited investor, this means moving beyond passive index tracking and into a space where active, professional management monitors global shifts in real-time to safeguard and grow wealth simultaneously.Successful alternative investing requires a high degree of alignment between the fund's objectives and the investor's personal financial roadmap. Justin emphasizes that Limitless Capital typically works with individuals who have already maximized their traditional retirement vehicles, such as 401(k)s or IRAs, and are now seeking to accelerate their path toward retirement or legacy goals. The onboarding process is intentionally thorough, involving a deep dive into an investor's risk tolerance, liquidity needs, and long-term time horizon. By establishing this baseline of transparency, the fund can ensure that its global strategy remains in sync with the investor's comfort level, preventing emotional decision-making when markets inevitably fluctuate. The transition from a military background to managing a global hedge fund has instilled in Justin a unique perspective on leadership and balance. He advocates for "intentional downtime" as a means to maintain the mental clarity required for high-stakes financial analysis. Whether it is exploring international cuisines or practicing mindfulness, these rituals recharge a leader's resilience and foster the emotional intelligence necessary to manage complex client relationships. In an industry often defined by high pressure and rapid movement, this commitment to balance allows a fund manager to maintain the steady hand needed to navigate global market noise and stick to a proven investment thesis.About Justin RoopnarineJustin Roopnarine is the Managing Partner of Limitless Capital and a seasoned investment strategist with a background in the United States Air Force. His military experience provides the foundation for the discipline, precision, and risk-averse mindset he brings to the financial sector. Justin specializes in scaling fund operations and refining investment strategies to help accredited investors achieve superior returns through global market exposure.About Limitless CapitalLimitless Capital is a boutique hedge fund that focuses on global equities and alternative investment strategies. The fund is designed for accredited investors who are looking to diversify their portfolios beyond traditional assets and accelerate wealth accumulation. By combining a rigorous investment thesis with advanced risk management protocols, Limitless Capital aims to provide consistent, high-tier growth while prioritizing the preservation of investor capital.Links Mentioned in This EpisodeLimitless Capital Official Website: limitlesslp.comJustin Roopnarine on LinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/justin-roopnarine/Key Episode HighlightsCapital Preservation First: Why the most successful investors prioritize not losing money before they chase high-percentage returns. The Global Equities Advantage: How investing across international markets provides a natural hedge against domestic economic shifts.Accredited Investor Onboarding: A look at the critical questions regarding risk tolerance and time horizons that ensure alignment between fund and partner.Military-Grade Discipline: How Justin's Air Force background informs the fund's approach to consistency and emotional control in the markets.Intentional Downtime: The role of work-life balance in maintaining the mental acuity necessary for high-stakes financial leadership.ConclusionThe conversation with Justin Roopnarine highlights that sophisticated wealth building is a byproduct of discipline and risk management. IN THIS EPISODE WE DISCUSS: [03.27] Why Mark is still so passionate about supply chain after over 30 years in the industry. "I was in the industry before Amazon made it cool!... I'm driven by this idea of inspiration, it feeds me when folks come to us with ideas and notions… there's nothing better." [04.20] An introduction to Mark, his background, and how he came to join IFS Softeon. [05.17] Softeon's recent acquisition by IFS. [09.37] Why being nimble is critical in the current climate. "A lot of people don't think about that as a core competency of a system. But it should be! Speed is life in our world." [11.18] The importance of flow, recognizing that every business and warehouse is different, and why IFS Softeon's approach to solution design is a key differentiator for them. "I tend not to believe in industry practices, we should just eliminate bad practices and adopt good ones… I don't want to force some industry standard… We orient our systems to be micro-tuned to your business." We have a circular approach to define what the digital worker does, validate the results, tune it – and create a feedback loop." [20.20] How to determine which technology ROI measurement is right for your warehouse. [22.39] IFS Softeon's unique philosophy of being limitless, and what that means for technology, competitive advantage and positioning for the future. Why Isn't Everyone Receiving Limitless Abundance? with David Ghiyam What if the wealth, love, and fulfillment you've been working toward already exists, held in a kind of spiritual escrow, waiting for the moment your vessel is ready to receive it? In this episode of Why Isn't Everyone Doing This?, Emily Fletcher sits down with David Ghiyam, spiritual teacher, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Mary Ruth Organics, one of the leading wellness brands in the world. David spent 25 years teaching the universal laws of manifestation through the Kabbalah Center before applying those same spiritual principles to build a multimillion-dollar company. He now teaches people around the world how to identify and clear the hidden belief systems quietly capping their abundance. This conversation covers the Kabbalistic framework for prayer and manifestation, the two types of beliefs that block receiving, and why spiritual people are often the most unknowing at blocking what they desire. And midway through, David coaches Emily live, in real time, on her own relationship patterns. What unfolds is worth listening to more than once. In this episode, they explore: Why abundance is your soul's destiny, not something you earn or luck into, and what holds it in a spiritual escrow account The two types of beliefs quietly capping your wealth and love life: limited beliefs and competing beliefs How to identify your competing belief, the hidden internal conflict making you pray in two directions at once Why certainty is the first frequency of the creator, and how to choose it before the evidence arrives What prayer actually is according to Kabbalah, and why it has nothing to do with asking for things The vessel framework: why inner expansion must match outer ambition, or more success just means more pressure Live coaching on the "men are disappointing" belief pattern and the "spiritual man bun" concept that may be the most practical advice in the episode Why your soulmate and your wealth are being held in safekeeping until you're ready to receive them The one transmission David would install in the entire human nervous system Key Moments: 00:00 — Why isn't everyone receiving limitless abundance? 02:24 — David's origin story: 25 years of Kabbalah, a vow of poverty, and building Mary Ruth Organics 04:54 — Abundance as your soul's original design 09:00 — How to build the vessel that holds what you're calling in 13:50 — The spiritual escrow account: your wealth exists, waiting for you 21:14 — Certainty, happiness, and the third thing: the three frequencies of the creator 25:43 — Limited beliefs vs. competing beliefs, the real reason growth stalls 27:09 — Live coaching: Emily's "men are disappointing" pattern 36:00 — The morning practice David uses to reprogram limiting beliefs in 10 minutes 49:00 — Why being too spiritual can actually repel love 55:00 — The spiritual man bun: what you're holding onto that's pushing people away 01:10:00 — Why the creator's first language is simplicity 01:22:00 — Your wealth follows your soul, lifetime to lifetime 01:26:58 — The one download David would install in the whole species About David Ghiyam David Ghiyam is a spiritual teacher, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Mary Ruth Organics.
