Luca Poldemengo"Indagine apparente"Gallucci Editorewww.galluccieditore.comRoma sembra averlo inghiottito.

A quest'ora sarebbero salvi. Io resto qualche secondo in silenzio. «Ci arriviamo a terra?», chiedo.
Sacred Window Podcast: Nurturing Awareness in Postpartum Care
In a thought-provoking conversation, Christine Eck, the director of the Center for Sacred Window Studies, sat down with Gal Gallucci, a seasoned sexological body worker and postpartum caregiver. Their discussion centered on the critical importance of integrating sexological body work into postpartum care. Gal emphasized the holistic approach of this modality, which encompasses not only reproductive health and pelvic floor therapy, but also the vital realm of arousal and sexual well-being. Gal explained that sexological body work goes beyond traditional pelvic floor therapy by addressing the entire network of tissues and nerves in the body. This comprehensive approach allows for the enhancement of sexual health alongside reproductive health, providing a more complete path to healing and wholeness. One particularly powerful tool highlighted was the practice of vulva mapping, which empowers individuals to understand and address their unique experiences of pleasure potential, numbness, and pain within their intimate areas. The conversation underscored the pressing need for better postpartum sexual health education and care. Too often, the sexual and intimate aspects of the postpartum journey are overlooked or minimized, leaving many individuals feeling isolated and unsupported in their journey to reclaim their embodied sense of sexuality. By bringing sexological body work into the forefront of postpartum care, Gal and Christine aim to shed light on this vital aspect of the human experience, empowering individuals to navigate the complexities of intimacy with greater awareness, compassion, and self-acceptance.

Immobile, elegante, fermo all'incrocio che fumava. Copyright Archivio Domenico Gnoli. Fun fact. When Maura Gallucci joined our radio show, the ratings took off and made us #1 with adults in Seattle. If you were listening to the Bob Rivers Show in the 90's and early 2000's, you heard all the stories as our children became toddlers and teenagers. Back then the internet was a place where scientists texted each other using modems, and a naked picture might take a full minute to load on your desktop computer. We all had flip phones. Bob, Spike and Maura spend this episode talking about our families in the present day! Bonus. It took almost half the show before Spike mentioned politics. We manage to almost stay politics-free. Welcome to The Freshman Foundation®, a podcast that explores the human side of athletes and the real stories behind the glory and the grind. Our mission is to help young athletes BE READY for every next step in the game of life through mental performance coaching. How is John Gallucci helping injured athletes to get back on the field faster?Ever wondered about the crucial role physical therapy plays in an athlete's journey? Today, we're privileged to host John Gallucci, a renowned physical therapist and entrepreneur who's transforming lives in the athletic world. From the significance of preconditioning to the art of choosing the right therapist, John takes us behind the scenes of physical therapy and shares his entrepreneurial journey. So, what was your biggest takeaway from my conversation with John Gallucci? My biggest takeaway is the undeniable importance of an athlete's preconditioning. The right preconditioning program, as emphasized by John, can make a significant difference in an athlete's performance, health, and career longevity. However, it's not a one-size-fits-all strategy. The duration and intensity of preconditioning should be tailored to the individual athlete's needs and the demands of their particular sport.I encourage all athletes, whether at the early stage or professional level, to embrace preconditioning as a vital part of their training regimen. By investing time and effort into this often-overlooked aspect of preparation, you can significantly reduce your risk of injuries and enhance your performance on the field.I want to thank John for his kind generosity and the wisdom he shared with The Freshman Foundation Community. You can learn more about John's work and his contributions to the field of physical therapy by visiting his website at https://www.jagonept.com/To learn how you can BE READY for your next step in the game of life through mental performance coaching, visit https://michaelvhuber.com.Thank you for listening. We'll see you back soon for Episode 63!
