İşçiler yürüyüşe hazırlanırken Manisa Valiliği İl Umumi Hıfzıssıhha Kurulu, koronavirüs tedbirleri kapsamında 6 Ekim 2020 tarihinden 20 Ekim 2020 günü saat: 23.59'a kadar 15 gün süreyle her türlü toplantı ve gösteri yürüyüşü, açlık grevi, oturma eylemi, çelenk koyma, stant açma, çadır kurma, anma toplantısı ve toplanma gibi her türlü etkinlik ve eylemlerin yapılmasının yasaklandığını duyurdu.

R., Smith, G., Hu, Y., Jin, Y., Thomas, G. Abstract: After optic nerve crush (ONC), the cell bodies and distal axons of most retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) degenerate. RGC somal and distal axon degeneration were previously thought to be controlled by two distinct pathways, involving activation of the kinase DLK and loss of the axon survival factor NMNAT2, respectively. However, we found that mutual palmitoylation by the palmitoyl acyltransferase ZDHHC17 couples the DLK and NMNAT2 signals, which together form a 'trust, but verify system'. In healthy optic nerves, ZDHHC17-dependent palmitoylation ensures NMNAT-dependent distal axon integrity, while following ONC, ZDHHC17-dependent palmitoylation is critical for DLK-dependent somal degeneration. We found that ZDHHC17 also controls survival-versus-degeneration decisions in sensory neurons and identified motifs in NMNAT2 and DLK that govern their ZDHHC17-dependent regulation. These findings suggest that the control of somal and distal axon integrity should be considered as a single, holistic process, involving two palmitoylation-dependent pathways acting in concert. ¡Hola a todos y todas! Bienvenidos a un nuevo episodio del podcast del Emprendedor Amazónico. Un podcast destinado a proporcionarte las herramientas y conocimientos que necesitas para crear tu propia marca de productos online, aprovechando el poder de Amazon, y con ello poder vivir tu vida tal y como tú desees. ¿Te gustaría decidir un día antes que el día de Nochebuena no vas a trabajar y que te paguen por ello? Pues con un negocio online lo puedes hacer. ¿Quieres aprender cómo? No dejes de escuchar los episodios del podcast del Emprendedor Amazónico. En el episodio 31 te voy a contar los requisitos que tienes que tener en cuenta al elegir el nombre de tu marca, y qué puede pasar si no los cumples. Así que, ¡empezamos!     Hace unos días estuve hablando con un primo mío acerca de una marca de camisetas que vamos a crear juntos. La idea del modelo de negocio la teníamos bastante clara. Estuvimos definiendo cómo vamos a llegar a la gente y tal. Y entonces llegó el momento de decidir el nombre de la marca. Al ser una marca de camisetas queríamos que llevase la palabra tee ya que significa camiseta en inglés, de forma coloquial y abreviada. De forma que el nombre de la marca quedase como algo como “mi marca de tees”, por ejemplo. La otra parte del nombre, la que he llamado “mi marca de” en el ejemplo anterior, queríamos que fuese una palabra que defina nuestra marca, y el tipo de camisetas que vamos a hacer. Pues bien elegimos el más obvio, porque era corto, pegadizo y definía perfectamente nuestra esencia de marca. Ahora podrías pensar que el siguiente paso sería ir del tiri a crear el logo, las cuentas en redes sociales, empezar a publicar contenido, etc etc… Pues eso sería una muestra de gran entusiasmo pero también de poca planificación. Ahora te explico por qué. Las camisetas las queremos vender a través de nuestra web y a través de Amazon. Ya sabes que si solo vendes a través de Amazon tu empresa es Amazon-dependiente y eso es muy peligroso. Por lo tanto con esta marca queremos empezar en dos plataformas para “protegernos” desde el principio. Va a ser más trabajo, pero el tráfico de Amazon hace que merezca la pena. Aunque también es importante tener claro que si el trabajo adicional por proteger tu negocio desde el principio va a implicar que no avances o que simplemente te quedes paralizado por la cantidad de trabajo, no te compliques la vida. Olvídate de la protección. Monta el negocio para que canalice ventas a través de Amazon, y después preocúpate de crear tu plataforma propia para proteger tu negocio. Bien volviendo a la marca de camisetas, entonces en lugar de ir a lo loco, lo siguiente que hice fue irme a namecheap.com a comprobar la disponibilidad del domino web con el nombre de nuestra marca. Es decir, quería comprobar si, por ejemplo, mimarcadecamisetas.com estaba disponible. [Sonido grillos] No lo estaba. Cuál habría sido mi careto si mi primo y yo nos ponemos a crear el logo, las cuentas en redes sociales, a publicar contenido y cuando vamos a crear la web vemos que el dominio con nuestro nombre no está disponible… A ver sinceramente no es el fin del mundo, puedes seguir vendiendo a través de de otras plataformas, pero hoy en día, un negocio sin página web tiene que hacer un trabajo adicional para generar confianza. Y ya sabes lo que siempre digo, no te compliques la vida más de lo necesario. Por otro lado, también podría haber comprado alguno de los dominios que me ofrece la web, como por ejemplo mimarcadecamisetas.shop La verdad, es que prefiero ir con una .com y te recomiendo que tú también lo hagas por una sencilla razón: es mucho más fácil de recordar. De hecho es que es lo automático. Piensa en cualquier ejemplo. Si alguien te dice una web automáticamente piensas en que será loquesea.com Amazon.com Netflix.com Elemprendedoramazonico.com Seguro que también estás pensando en muchos ejemplos que usan el .es o el .org Por supuesto, pero el primero son casos claros en los que el público es de habla hispana. Por ejemplo, podría haber elegido .es para la web del Emprendedor Amazónico. No lo hice por el mismo motivo que te he dado antes, .com es lo automático y más fácil de recordar. Y bueno las .org normalmente son organizaciones sin ánimo de lucro, y creo que no es tu caso… Y así pues con muchos otros dominios. Hay veces en las que se genera mucha confusión con esto de .com vs dominios específicos del país. Por ejemplo, la página de renfe en España. Es la página de la que hasta ahora era la única empresa de trenes en España. Por fin han liberalizado el sector y en 2020 habrá competencia. Pero bueno respecto a su web, una de las más odiadas por los usuarios ya que es taaaan fácil de usar, intuitiva y user-friendly…El caso es que como era la única empresa de trenes hasta ahora pues la gente, yo el primero, buscaba renfe.es, en lugar de renfe.com Podrían haber comprado los dos dominios y haber puesto un redireccionador, pero se ve que eso era demasiada sofisticación… Salvo que buscases renfe en Google seguramente te irías a renfe.es porque es lo automático al ser la única empresa de trenes en España. Por este motivo del funcionamiento automático del cerebro en algunas ocasiones, mi primo y yo seguimos dándole vueltas al nombre de la marca y siempre que dábamos con uno que nos gustaba y cumplía los requisitos comprobábamos su disponibilidad. Ahora te voy a contar un truquillo que facilita bastante esta labor, en caso de que todos los nombres que elijas estén pillados. Y no es más que buscar el nombre de tu marca, es decir esa palabra que define tu marca, en otros idiomas. Y eso fue lo que nosotros hicimos. Te recomiendo encarecidamente que hagas este pequeño truco. Déjame explicártelo paso a paso. Imagínate que la palabra que mejor define tu marca es dulce porque vas a vender utensilios para hacer tartas, pasteles, dulces, etc. Y quieres que tu marca se llame sweet tools. Es un nombre corto, es fácil de recordar, es pegadizo y define la esencia de tu marca. Guay hasta aquí. Ahora resulta que el dominio web sweettools.com está pillado. Pues bien lo que tienes que hacer es ir a San Google y buscar “sweet en otros idiomas” o lo puedes poner en inglés si no te salen resultados, que sería “sweet in other languages”. Y si no hablas inglés puedes usar el traductor de Google. Entonces después vas a cualquiera de los resultados que te salgan y que te muestren la palabra que buscas en otros idiomas y eliges la que creas que mejor suena. Nosotros terminamos por elegir la versión Somalí de nuestra marca. Para ponerte más fácil este paso, te he dejado un enlace a una web en la que puedes buscar cualquier palabra en muchos idiomas. El enlace lo tienes al final de la página del episodio 31 en la web del Emprendedor Amazónico. El último paso que dimos fue comprobar si la marca ya estaba registrada, simplemente porque si usas una marca ya registrada puedes tener problemas legales, además de crear confusión a tus seguidores. La forma más sencilla es usar la web de marcas registradas de la Unión Europea y/o de Estados Unidos, o la del país donde quieras vender tus productos. En la página del episodio 31 en la web del Emprendedor Amazónico te dejo el enlace a las webs de la Unión Europea y de Estados Unidos en las que puedes comprobar si una marca está registrada.     En resumen estos son los requisitos que todo buen nombre de marca debe cumplir 1.- lo más corto posible Ya sabes, los nombres cortos son más fáciles de recordar que los largos. 2.- que contenga la esencia de la marca Por qué eres diferente, de qué va tu marca, qué problemas solucionas. Se supone que cuando llegue el momento de elegir el nombre de tu marca debes de haber llevado a cabo una investigación de tu mercado y de tu público objetivo y por lo tanto sabrás cómo te puedes diferenciar o qué problemas quieres solucionar, el estilo de tu marca o cómo quieres enfocarla. 3.- que tenga un dominio web disponible Las .com son las más fáciles de recordar. Dominios específicos de país, como .es funcionan si solo quieres centrarte en el público objetivo de un país en concreto. Piensa en el caso de elmundo.es Es un periódico destinado a un público de habla hispana únicamente, por lo que .es tiene mucho sentido en este caso. Además evita el uso de guiones, y en general asegúrate de que el domino web sea fácil de recordar y escribir. Como siempre, ponte en el lugar de tus clientes y visitantes y piensa que es la primera vez que buscan tu marca online. 4.- que no sea una marca ya registrada No queremos ni problemas legales ni tener que cambiar el nombre de tu marca porque resulta que ya está registrada. Créeme te digo esto por experiencia. Hace unos años empecé a usar un nombre en una de mis empresas online y no compré el domino web ni comprobé si la marca estaba registrada. Gran cagada de novato…Cuando llegó el momento de registrar el dominio descubrí que no estaba disponible y que el nombre comercial estaba registrado. Ya era un poco tarde para cambiar el nombre comercial del negocio por completo así que decidí añadir una palabra que cuadraba bien y hacía que el nombre de la marca estuviera disponible como dominio y como marca a registrar. No te recomiendo que hagas cambios en el nombre de tu marca cuando ya tienes clientes y te estás haciendo un nombre. Piénsalo, de cara a tus clientes cambiar de repente el nombre de la marca es algo un poco extraño, y además si tus clientes han recomendado tus servicios a otra gente con un nombre y ahora vas tú y lo cambias, pues dificultas que te encuentren…y eso pues simplemente no es bueno. Eso crea confusión, además de una imagen poco profesional. Además cuando empiezas a tener éxito es probable que algún listo llegue y registre el domino web con el nombre de tu marca con la esperanza de que algún día llegues llamando a su puerta con una oferta de compra del dominio. Ahora estás posición de evitar todas esas situaciones. Con esto terminamos el episodio 31. Muchas gracias por estar ahí un día más.
