Send us a textKenzie Leon Perry, the Creative Director at Ze Haus Design Studio, curates unique and personalized designs that transform spaces into expressions of individuality and soul. His work as a licensed interior designer spans hospitality, commercial, and residential spaces, but his passion extends beyond the physical environment. As a visual artist and product designer, Kenzie crafts distinctive wallpaper and fabric collections, all deeply influenced by his love of nature and the lush tropical landscapes that surround his Miami, Florida roots. Mr. Perry's design philosophy, Tropic Art Nuvo, blends vibrant colors, prints, and patterns, liberating spaces from monotony and infusing them with depth and character.Kenzie's journey is not just one of design; it's one of spiritual discovery. Raised in a traditional missionary Baptist church founded by Bahamian migrants in Opa Locka, Florida, his early life was steeped in faith. Singing, acting, and design became his avenues of expression as he learned about the word of God. Kenzie initially went to school for gospel music, but later changed majors to focus on interior design, completing a degree that his mother had once pursued but left behind after giving birth to him.Kenzi 's spiritual journey led him away from traditional ministries and toward a deeper, more personal exploration of his faith. It wasn't until 2003, when a friend introduced him to Unity on the Bay, that he found a spiritual home that resonated with his true self. Though he hesitated at first, he eventually embraced Unity's teachings, and by 2011, he became an official member. This community helped him heal from past traumas and reignited his passion for music, leading him to join the music ministry and begin writing and recording his own songs. His favorite spiritual practices include walking, mirror work, yoga, and painting, all of which help him connect with his inner self and the world around him.In addition to his design and spiritual endeavors, Kenzie is deeply committed to education and diversity in the design industry. He is the illustrator for the Design Your World book (published in 2022) and has been the facilitator for this program for three consecutive years. This education pathway program is driven by the mission to build equity and diversity in the design industry, providing high school students with exposure to the possibilities of a career in design. By advocating for the value of design, their members and the industry give agency and access to underrepresented people through the built environment and the power of place, while sharing what careers are available and possible in the industry.Today, Kenzie's elife is a blend of creative and spiritual pursuits. He is writing a book titled *Affirmative Reading for the Present Day at-hand*, a compilation of personal and affirmative journey writings aimed at cultivating a healthy mindset. He continues to design residential and commercial spaces through Ze Haus Design Studio, while teaching and raising scholarships at Florida International University. His journey is one of continuous exploration—of spirit, of design, and of self—guided by a deep sense of oneness and the belief that our true selves are waiting to be awakened.Support the showDonate – CelesteFrazier.com

Her greatest joy is teaching others how to do the same as we navigate “The Great Shift” into 5th dimension consciousness.  As a person who has lived her life with one foot in the 3D world daily life and the other in the world of metaphysics, Susan Zummo has a unique perspective on merging both to live a soul-directed successful life.  As a result, she's used her knowledge of higher consciousness and spirituality in every arena of her life.  Her purpose is to share practical application of a Soul Directed Life to help others accomplish their unique purpose on Earth.  As a visionary for humanity's evolution, she originated Soul Patterning Harmonics®, an ascension energy technique in the early '90s.  After teaching Soul Patterning for two years, she was guided to put it aside as the world was not ready for its frequency. Then in 2019, her guides gave me the go-ahead to bring it forward in its current evolved form. During this waiting time, she continued to learn about the Soul, made contact with her own soul, and worked on releasing her fears while evolving spiritually. Her online and in-person workshops focus on a deeper connection to the Soul and Creator/Source along with quick and easy techniques to be used in daily life.  As we move into higher frequencies with joy and greater awareness of the universe around us, we create a life filled with love, joy, and prosperity for all.She believes the practicalities of everyday life must be guided by spiritual principles or our existence is flat.  Spiritual practice must have practical application in daily life in order to be truly valuable. Birgitta Visser is a Light Empowerment Coach, Divine channel and Light Language Healer, delivering messages from the many master teachers across the multiverse to aid humanity. She has been through many traumatic life experiences, some utterly sour and distasteful, having to sweat these created experiences, while others were sweeter - bringing immense joy.  She says she must have been off her rocker when signing her soul contract prior to incarnating, having checked all the tick boxes for every experience you can think of - from the abuse as a child, to the loss of my father, my stepfather, the bullying in high school including the workplace, to being assaulted in the superficial modeling industry, to a short stint with drugs, and having rolled into several dysfunctional relationships, all the whilst starving herself, battling  many inner demons.  Yet she soldiered on, holding down many different jobs wherever she planted her feet in the world. She was like SpongeBob, soaking up the vibes of everyone around her as she drifted along on her journey of self-discovery. But this sponge knew it was time for some boundaries and truth. The long and winding road to finding her true self was not always easy. There were twists and turns, ups and downs, but she absorbed the lessons, good and bad. Even when progress felt slower than a snail, she kept moving forward. She inserted boundaries and lived in a far more authentic version of who she was to who she is now and ultimately is still becoming.  It took many years, and truth be told she is still learning. She studied and taught many healing modalities, still making many of the same mistakes because she was a bit of a turtle. Life is a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. We must take responsibility for who we are and who we want to become. Within each of us shines a radiant light - our true essence - that has often been dimmed by painful experiences. It is time to reclaim that inner glow and unleash our power to heal. When we come to that place of acceptance and embrace accountability, we can transform hardship into wisdom. We can shed the unnecessary baggage that weighs us down and step into a life of abundance and joy. Our light still shines, ready to illuminate the path ahead. We only need to take back the reins and steer our lives toward truth. By owning our power, we can recover the wholeness within and shine brilliantly once more. The journey begins when we choose to walk forward with courage and hope.Support the showDonate – CelesteFrazier.com

Liza Swedarsky, MD currently practices as a gynecologist and minimally invasive surgeon, and is dedicated to eliminating gynecologic and surgical option disparities for women of all races and socioeconomic backgrounds.  She is an Associate Gynecologist at Brigham and Women's Hospital and the Founder and CEO of Heath Vows. She is also a clinical instructor at Harvard Medical School. Liza has been named as one of Boston's Top Doctors for the past five years. As a teenager, she thought deeply about how women can live healthily. Her mother was her greatest teacher about faith and taught Liza that God is real, and faith is foundational. She saw her parents' light and love, but also the dark side and the challenges that then penetrated Liza's own being, and her own body. She had an inner knowing at a young age about this internal power. Things would show up in her physical body when there was discord in the home. She started writing letters to God at the age of five. In her first year of medical school, she became educated about the relationship between the environment and the body. She had her own health challenges at age 23, and she realized - after a mystical experience - that the experiences and energy that we navigate directly affects our health.Liza is also a licensed practitioner through the Centers for Spiritual Living and is a seeker and mystic who affirms her consciousness as one with God/Spirit informs her assignment as a medical doctor. She believes in the art of spiritual healing as well as conventional modalities and bridges both worlds to facilitate healing. One of Liza's mystical moments that she shared is when her father was big into corporal punishment.  At six years old, she had a very tough day. That night, an energy woke her up. The Presence told her (without words) that her life is so much bigger than this. She looked for that Energy. She worked on her spiral graph in the middle of the night. Energy was the way she first experienced God.Another mystical moment Liza shared was when she was a third-year medical student. She started having stomach pain. She tried to convince the doctors there was an issue. Her father was of Ashkenazi Jewish descent, and she had an inner knowing that she had an inflammatory bowel disease. No one would take her seriously. She was having a pity party, asking God why she is experiencing this colitis. She got a message in the middle of the night to go to Jubilee Church on Sunday. The service was about healing and sickness. The pastor talked about how disease shows up in the body to teach us something. A Buddhist friend and she talked about intuition. He invited her to ask it what it is showing her. She had an insight. She went into clinical remission and has been for 20 years. She learned to listen to the voice. The voice told her diet is everything. She became conscious about how her body felt around certain people and in certain environments. The process of birthing a baby and the expectations on the doctor when so much happens in the womb, and the team dynamics was hard for her. So, she stopped doing obstetrics. She is internally guided. She also studies ayurveda and is currently a student at the University of Metaphysics pursuing a degree in the Art of Spiritual Healing and Metaphysical Sciences. She has presented workshops bridging understanding of how to apply medical knowledge and spiritual practice to set goals in optimizing health. Her true passion is to care for the whole woman: mind, body, and spirit. She facilitates weekly workshops and presents activities to inspire behavioral changes to help women navigate the social determinants of health. She empowers women to recognize and harness their internal power. Find her on healthvows.orgSupport the showDonate – CelesteFrazier.com

Seph Deitlin (http://www.talktomyangels.com) is a human potential activator and a new thought leader.  He is a conscious filmmaker, content creator, certified hypnotherapist, an intuitive teacher, an angel psychic medium, an author and an energy healer.  Seph lived the good life as a successful realtor. He had a huge breakdown regarding a relationship and a couple of business matters. He felt deflated and depleted. In his upheaval, he wanted to leave the planet. While he had been a normally positive person, he asked God if he could leave. He had enough. Since he got no response, he asked for angels and proof that angels were there. Instantly, he felt peace. He had a knowing (and heard): "Seph, everything is going to be better than okay." It unlocked the angels' voices. They communicated through thoughts. They told him they had an agreement to work with him. Miracles began to occur. They would send him places where he could help people and help create miracles. He felt and feels like an ambassador on Earth. They let him know that God had bigger plans for this world than what it would become. He was told that through a collective spiritual awakening, we would move into a more powerful state of being. The existing structures will fall away. Awakening to his higher self, he has been downloading insights, energy signatures and codes to help humans become aware of the New Earth. He wants to help people have smooth transitions so they can be heavenly guided. Seph turned his back on a life about making money to a life that is about working with the Light and assisting humanity with an important transition.Seph is a human potential activator who assists people in living new paradigms where they are living from their highest self. He is the author of the “Ascension with the Angels Tarot,” he facilitates courses and events designed to empower others to access higher levels of conscious awareness through communication with their angels and the quantum field of intelligence.  As an angel communicator himself, Seph's message focuses on their revelations and guidance for humanity in heralding the new earth (a collective conscious revolution) and the transformational process that humanity is currently experiencing. By awakening to your higher self and are aware that the New Earth is coming, we become heavenly guided. When you are connected, you will be at the right place at the right time, so you have everything you need. For those who do not wake up, it may not be as gentle for them. He works with the Light, the Divine Creator and the angels to help people through the transition. There is the spiritual (right brain) that is more infinite than the ego. When uniting through the divine marriage - we are uniting our Highest Self with our body. In this linear civilization, humanity has taken a long trip into darkness. When we illuminate Who We Truly Are and unite with the part of us here on Earth, we live powerfully and serve the Light very powerfully. Storytelling was an art given to shaman to illuminate others. Through creating content to help people find their Higher Self, he created a production company to uplift humanity. He also does hypnotherapy as a deep dive into the Higher Self. He uses it to access the Higher Mind. It silences the human mind so we can hear and know things that are otherwise eclipsed. From there, miraculous things happen. This helps us get to the quantum field - the source of all miracles. We can get to the part of our mind that is very powerful. We have multiple paths, but it takes spiritual awakening to access our good.Support the showDonate – CelesteFrazier.com

Martin Theis is a spiritual teacher who focuses on the art of shamanic journeys and the application of the Medicine Wheel, a holistic approach to finding well-being, balance and inner peace in life. His coaching practice Light Trails Co.'s mission is to assist others on their journey from suffering to joy. He helps people with seeing life itself as the greatest teacher. He is a facilitator in a high vibration. In his own life, that doesn't come as easily.Martin has learned from his encounters. He sees himself as a student. He asks how he may serve and how can he be more loving. As a spiritual teacher, he finds inspiration and growth in his personal life. He has been studying with Eckhart Tolle about Presence. Over the last year, he has been in many conversations about shamanic journeys. These shamanic journeys are not always plant medicine-induced. Martin does shamanic journeys that are not plant medicine-induced. His teaching is from the Great Plains Lakota. They use the drum to facilitate their journey into non-ordinary reality. In North American shamanic journeys, there is less plant medicine usage for approaching the shamanic journey.  The non-ordinary reality is similar to dreaming - the context of reality is not ruled by the physical laws. They can communicate with plants or animals, and they can shape shift into animals and beings, and learn from different aspects that they are meeting in this journey. They can do this astral travel while their bodies are still in the physical reality. Depending on the journey, they may or may not be noticed. He has gone through this life before and desires to help others find empowerment. He is in the process of building a decentralized network of non-profit organizations that aim at building low entrance barrier refuges for people to find healing and regeneration all around the world.  People can go to ayurvedic clinics, but they are expensive. The vision was to build a sanctuary in Hawaii. Others may be interested in building similar spaces. There can be different locations that people can learn different tools. There are different approaches. Martin uses coffee as an income to set up the sanctuary - as opposed to raising donations. The network can support each other in building these spaces without the need to follow certain rules. We carry wounds and we need more places to heal. This network can help change that paradigm. As a spiritual coach, he helps his clients and the people around him through Presence in combination with shamanic education.  He lives with purpose and incorporates a strong set of values that are the result of his journey and experiences. His life is a statement of love and being of service.  His heart feels most alive when he is in Hawaii and near the Pacific Ocean.  The feeling, the energy feels like home. The Aloha spirit is the core of the community - making sure everyone has enough. There is a high frequency, a lot of energy there. Surrender to it or leave.Martin used to try to run from the pain and to find remedies, peace or happiness elsewhere. The opportunity to reinvent himself was appealing. A new environment and exploration helped him to let go and find peace. He used to hate Germany (where he came from), but now when he returns to Germany, he sees the beauty of it. Martin can find compassion there now. Coming back helped him to find more peace with himself. Martin values animals. He does not consume animal products where animal exploitation is involved. It breaks his heart to see the state that a lot of plants and animals have been in. He chooses to stand up for the things he believes in because he sees something that is not right. He does his best to not add to that.Support the showDonate – CelesteFrazier.com

Rev. Celeste's guest is Corrine Zupko. Her specialties are mindfulness-based stress reduction classes, mindfulness meditation training, "A Course in Miracles" mentoring, stress reduction, and wellness enhancement.Corinne chose to be a coach because she feels drawn to helping people.  She chose to major in psychology and went on to get a counseling degree. She now supports people through spiritual teaching. She still has a stress hormone, and is a human who goes through challenging times, but now she has tools that work. She comes from a growth expectation. She knows there is something to learn through every challenge.Corinne was diagnosed with her first anxiety disorder at a very young age and struggled with debilitating anxiety for nearly two decades. Her mother kept encouraging her to look at the spiritual text, "A Course in Miracles ". (ACIM). The ACIM phrase: "Nothing real can be threatened, nothing unreal exists" caught her  attention on her journey.  Because her anxieties have been existential, ACIM has taken her to the depth of her anxieties in meeting the questions of why we are here. The Course internally resonated with her. ACIM encouraged her to look at what is coming up for her. She refers to the Holy Spirit as her inner therapist. She no longer needs to read ACIM every day.  She approaches her life with defenselessness. She gets radically honest and is willing to look at her ego, be shown by Spirit how to make a shift, and open up to Love. Cultivating the relationship by dialoging with Spirit has been the antidote to her fear and anxiety. When she recognizes she is not alone, a sense of purpose comes and a deep fulfillment comes from that that is enormously nourishing. When she is in her inner peace, she feels absolute love and connection with everything. It's a feeling of pure acceptance, of oneness with God and every other living thing. She feels a radiance that cannot be contained. She started to write down what was helpful to her and it took seven years to write her book. It contains the foundational tools that helped her heal. As a mindfulness teacher, she has found that multitasking is a myth and is not efficient. Paying attention on purpose moment-to-moment, using our senses, using our breath, and doing a body scan helps us tune in. Being mindful even brushing our teeth can help us stay focused. Coupling mindfulness with a spiritual journey helps her watch her mind, and be honest when the ego-self pops up.Corinne is the author of the award-winning book, "From Anxiety to Love" (https://www.amazon.com/Anxiety-Love-Radical-Approach-Letting/dp/1608685055). Rev. Celeste (CelesteFrazier.com) mentions “The Essene Jesus”. She refers to the Our Father prayer where it says: “For thine is the kingdom, and the power and the glory forever.”Thine means thee. What makes up the kingdom – the higher forces, the spiritual world, the material world, the cosmic oceans of life and thought, is humankind, life, cosmos, Creator – all of It. We are part of that kingdom. Thine is the power. The power is ours. Jesus was referring to all of humankind. The Power of God exists in every single nucleus of every one of the trillions of cells that are within us. Glory means delightful, wonderful. We are full of Glory! We are able to receive great praise. great honor. We have resplendent beauty, magnificence, and are in a state of great splendor! We are brilliant and excellent. We prosper. We live in happiness. We are miracles, marvels, phenomena. We are awesome and gratified. We get to celebrate our glory! We are dimensions of the Cosmos, expressions of the Creator. The kingdom lives in us. The Power of the Father-Mother God is our Power – to use, to embody, to explore, to express, and to accept.Perhaps the story of Adam and Eve that caused us to think of ourselves as simply physical beings. We live in and are paradise. They became aware of limitations. Once humans bought into limitations, the kingdom appeared to be outer. Powers are maintaining, and spiritual powers, natural forces, wisdom, love and life are in us.We were born amid the animal forces, but do not have to be attached to our anima aspect. We have a spiritual dimension too. This whole idea of proprietary creates an illusion of separation. It creates mine and yours. It's all ours! We don't have to be confined mentally or emotionally or spiritually. We don't need a group of politicians threatening us with what will be taken away. emotionally or spiritually. We don't need a group of politicians threatening us with what will be taken away. Do not assume defeat. Expect victory. It seems that's what winners do. Assuming defeat comes after an accumulation of losses. You are a spiritual being. You are an expression of the Divine. You have within you the molecules of Majestic Magic. The Presence of Spirit lives, moves and has Its beingness in you.Disappointments can compile and convince you into thinking that you can expect more of the same. But every moment of our lives is not defeat. Disappointment comes to give us an opportunity to grow, to be more – to learn tenacity, to overcome the difficulties – to gain new perspectives. There is always a possibility for more. Or else we would stop trying. And maybe you have stopped trying. The former US president refused to concede – knowing that he didn't want to categorize himself as he had categorized so many others – as losers. Sometimes we do lose. But it doesn't mean that we will lose every time. That's important to know. Just at the moment when we give up and assume that we will lose, we have put ourselves further behind. Doing your best – well, that's why we were made. We were made in the image of our Creator. But the Creator hasn't stopped creating.  And we get to be co-creators!Because our minds are one with the Mind of God, we never stop creating! Support the showDonate - CelesteFrazier.com

She notes how the venom of that un-forgiveness will cause dis-ease.Celeste mentions the police officers in her life and the humanity of us all. Referencing Jesus' crucifixion, she invites us to let our Higher Self inform our lower-level thinking self. She recognizes what happens when you give someone the power to affect your happiness, and the imprisonment. She invites us to choose Freedom. Rev. What is necessary is that we get a lesson with every experience. She invites us to release judgment and use the archetypes to recognize polarities and embody dynamic equilibrium as a deep, inner guiding factor. Rev. The Spirit in me acknowledges the Spirit in you as we push through fear and embrace the magnificent possibilities for our lives. We radiate what we are vibrationally. The car went into a body of water. The police said when they get called to the scene, people are dead on arrival or taking their last breath. The cars usually land on the roof of the vehicle. They had missed a massive rock boulder by 2 millimeters. After her first near death experience, she chose not to limit herself to helping only those who crossed her physical path, but to serve at a global level. The people and her crystal amulet were the only things that didn't break. As a celestial guide, she guides others to their angelic purpose.  We all come from Source. She extracts that sacred purpose and brings it to the forefront. She helps them release what no longer serves them. She assists them at the soulular level, connecting at the energy level, in realizing Who They Truly Are, the soul design they have and fulfilling their celestial contract/mission.She has successfully guided thousands of beautiful Souls to connect with their most Divine Essence by teaching them to alchemize and harmonize their internal medicines and experiences so that they can create everything they desire in their life while experiencing sensations of enlightened knowingness, unconditional Love and unwavering inner peace throughout their journey. She is helping them understand why they are here - what internal medicine they have to serve life.Roxanne - a generational earth shaman - comes from Canadian healers - the Metis Tribal Community. Her maternal great grandmother called her by dream state for four months straight. She chanted a melancholy song. Roxanne felt the love and radiance and it calmed her. Roxanne had never physically met her. Roxanne connected with an elder (a shaman) who told her that she is calling her to the land to be a healer. She chanted the song to the elder who hadn't heard it for many years. He told her the meaning would come to her in vision.Roxanne went to see her spiritual mentor shortly after. She also told Roxanne she is a shaman. She had to be patient and be attentive to the dreams. Then, she knew exactly where she needed to go. Her partner asked her to bring something for protection for his sanity. She drove in the rain to the land. She felt the healing properties of the land. She found a rock and did a smudging ceremony. When she arrived, she cried uncontrollably. She hadn't cried for years and had suppressed her feelings. She reconnected with her emotions, to her ancestors and to her essence. Roxanne chanted the song of her grandmother. She was able to access her emotional body. It rained but Roxanne didn't get wet. Because she healed herself, she needed to heal someone else to confirm herself as a healer. And she did.Roxanne worked at a cancer center for over 13 years before she discovered herself as a shaman. The patients always turned to her for guidance. She invites you to her retreat in Italy from November 4-11, 2023. Support the showDonate - CelesteFrazier.com

Jay Rooney is Game & Word's publisher and lead author, is a lifelong, passionate gamer. For Jay, launching Game & Word: the newsletter is where virtual worlds and the "real" world collide! Jay fell in love with games at the age of four, when he received his first Nintendo entertainment system.  Jay states the game world influences the real world and the real world influences the game world. He compares games to movies: visual media, highly immersive, lots of moving parts, big teams of people with specific roles - each one essential to the success. Video games are not quite seen as an art. That's why Jay started his newsletter.Game & Word's content dives as deep as possible into the hobby he loves, highlighting individual games' connections to humanity and the world. History, culture, psychology, literature, and even philosophy can all shape the games we play and fondly remember. The title, Game & Word is a pun on Game & Watch (a line of gaming handheld games from the 80's). The newsletter explores the game world. He aims to demonstrate that—far from being a childish time-waster—a good game can be as creative, powerful, and worthy of recognition as a good book, song, or movie. In learning more, we enrich ourselves while also elevating the medium. He approaches a variety of topics from destiny to free will and time travel. He wants people to stop blaming the game for kids staying on the games all day and/or all night. His view is that there is a need being satisfied by the game that are not being fulfilled in other areas of the person's life.Jay is convinced that video games as a storytelling vehicle are unprecedented in their power because they are the only mass medium where the audience is the direct participant in the story. They are not absorbing the material like other media, they are in it. It is more immersive. When you are in the game, you are the protagonist. Video games can instill empathy and communicate people's stories and perspectives. He thinks the world needs more empathy now. There are games that encourage mindfulness and others that tell stories about loss and relationships and existentialism - deeper, fundamental topics. There are games that make people feel cozier. Through his publication and podcast, he is revealing the surprising links between video games and art, history, literature, psychology, economics, and philosophy. This has given him a unique perspective on how games and the wider world influence each other, which he brings to every post and episode.A month ago, his first successful angelic invocation was a real eye opener in many ways. He hasn't looked at the world the same way since. He now knows there is more to the world. There are things we are not aware of and sound fantastical, but his experience is that these things are real. He got a glimpse of it. It opened the doors to his perception, and he can't go back - nor does he want to shut the door. He is more relaxed, less anxious. He worries less. There's a certain zen-ness to his inner voice and thoughts. He is more at peace. His audience and peers, gamers and non-gamers alike, praise Game & Word for presenting deep and complex subjects in an accessible, friendly, and thought-provoking manner. He aims to show people things they've never heard of, or thought about, before.Stay tuned for Jay's upcoming series on Mysticism and Magic. If you have any questions, feel free to drop him a line at gameandword@gmail.comThe companion podcast for Game & Word, the curious gaming publication is Game and Word. Amrit Singh (CoachingNOW with Amrit Singh) is a Life Coach.  After smoking weed for years since the age of 14, he realized nothing manifested in his life. He found kundalini yoga and felt a high and a spiritual connection. He practiced and partied for four years until he decided to commit. He moved to India and things changed. He deepened his meditation and did more yoga. He learned more about meditation in India, where there are centuries of practice. The vibration was perfect for him to do so.He didn't do yoga for hyper flexibility and a tight butt. He was attracted to kundalini yoga because of the deep spiritual depth. He saw others who made a deep spiritual connection through kundalini yoga.He put on a turban 20 years ago and loved it. Wearing it is a lifestyle choice - not due to religion. It helped him to focus and he felt great wearing it. He feels religion has become a hollow thing based on the faith of your family of origin. But, he was attracted to the Sikh way of life because he likes uplifting others and serving those in need.  He sees religion as how to become a better version of one's self by helping people.  The meditation practice and prayers allowed him to go deep and live a very righteous life.  He wanted to be kinder to his environment. He wanted to stand up to injustice. Sikhs carry a kirpan (a sword/knife). It is a reminder to Sikhs to fight injustice and oppression, but is not to be used as an instrument of violence.Amrit sees prosperity not simply as money in the bank but as health, his family's health, living in beauty and warmth. He can order what he wants on a menu without worry or give to charitable organizations. More importantly, prosperity is about going into deep trust in the Infinite (God). Serving others, he knows he will be taken care of and that is living a prosperous life. With that mindset, he can make more money. As his income doubles, he can do more good in the world.Amrit has experimented with all kinds of diets. He understands not to overeat, don't overdo it with sugar, white breads, gluten, fat, etc. He is a vegetarian because he does not enjoy eating meat. Eating vegetables keeps you light, keeps you connected to your higher chakras, to your lightness and doesn't hold you so much to your body. Diet is an important tool but needs to be used right. The Miri (temporal) Piri (spiritual) Academy founded by Yogi Bhajan was cult-y. He liked that it was a place for teenagers to become leaders. It is like a boarding school. Amrit learned a lot in his 20 years there. Amrit saw a lot of strong human beings emerging from the Sikh Dharma of the Western Hemisphere. Amrit's most profound experience of "mystic" was during a meditation course. On day 4 or 5, something happened. He sat and did not move a finger for over an hour. Time and space disappeared. When coming out of it, he did not know if it was real. He did some stretching afterwards. Suddenly, his body was so flexible that he put his head between his legs effortlessly. He touched enlightenment. He realized it is daily work. It is about showing up, doing your work, serving others, sitting in internal reflection and it is something all of us are capable of being. In India, when COVID hit and everything stopped, he questioned what to do next. He realized that he loved to listen to people and guide them, and decided to do it professionally. He did the marketing and now is being paid for what he loves to do!He makes a video daily on TikTok. https://www.tiktok.com/@amritsinghreinschSupport the showDonate - CelesteFrazier.com

    D. Neil Elliott (https://www.dneilelliott.com) is highly educated, owned a profitable consulting firm, and had a successful career and an amazing wife and family. Neil was facing a lot of challenges. He was in a dark place. He saw no hope, regardless of how much money he had or what he owned. Through lessons of suffering, his journeying soul gained self knowledge, and he  discovered a higher road by discarding his ego. As he traveled that road, he asked questions about his life purpose, and he became curious as to why and how he had created this misery, and how he could turn his life around. He had to learn science as a bridge to spirituality. Neil realized that his judgments were based on beliefs that are hard to dissolve. His process was beyond willpower. He had to break up the erroneous beliefs about life and himself and rebuild them in alignment with where we come from and where we return after death. His book: "The Higher Road" (https://www.dneilelliott.com/the-book) is about coming back to Who We Truly Are. We are Unconditional Love. We are meant to be open and purified channels of the Divine, to express unconditional love. We are to completely accept and understand that everyone is here through the evolution of our soul. It is not our place to judge or condemn. We are to accept people for who they are and their process and their journey.  We are to support them and love them so they can awaken to who they are meant to be.He grew up agnostic. His rudimentary knowledge was if you are good, you go to Heaven and if you are bad, you go to hell. He learned about hidden things. He learned that we create our experience through the law of cause and effect. We must understand these mechanisms. Beliefs in separation are not in alignment with Who We Really Are. We know that at a subatomic level, we are energy. We identify with the body and follow egoic mechanisms. We are co-creators and use our thoughts and emotions to create everything in our life.  When you come back into an awareness of unity with the Divine, you create things in your life that bring love, peace and Joy. We are burdened by our past and project our past events into the future. We are living in our past or what we think will happen. We need to live in the present moment and be guided by spiritual energy. Then, we can live in Peace and Presence. The intention is to bridge this mental gap between body and soul - our Reality. You begin to live from your soul as the master of your life. In his book, "A Higher Road", he describes seven steps: 1) understanding consciousness, 2) unveil truths, 3) reflection (writing yourself a letter being truthful with yourself and seal it), 4) cleanse your consciousness of false beliefs, 5) rebuild your consciousness in alignment with Unconditional Love, 6) learn meditation (to enter the silence so you can connect to Source), do inner cleansing, raise your vibrational level and feel spiritual energy, 7) rinse and repeat. He shares the material for free. He wants people to live the way they are meant to live - in an utter state of peace, love and joy - and help bring this world into a new era of love and peace where we no longer have hate, racism, judgmentalism, denigration of others, and wars. We should be caring our planet (Gaia) with Love. She will, in turn, treat us with love and respect - as she does. But we get in the way of that. When you go through this process, your Presence around other people - when you hold them in Love - Who They Really Are, you help heal them.  Neil's goal is to share the knowledge. Another book is coming!Support the showDonate - CelesteFrazier.com

Eight months pregnant, Agape found some remnants of another female's things in her things. She questioned him about it. He threw her down and held her down by her neck while punching her head. She heard her daughter's scared voice and her feet slammed on the floor. She thrusted him off of her to protect her daughter. She has no idea how she had the strength to do so, jump up, grab her daughter and run out with her child in pajamas and barefoot. She had left everything she knew, used a neighbor's phone to call the police for help. Her father checked out - he worked a full night shift and slept all day. Her mother left a toxic relationship. Agape believes she received trauma gestionally. It took a while for Agape to develop emotional intelligence.Agape navigated through various self-help centers, state, city, local programs, systems and assistance to create a stable foundation for her family while providing the ability to assist others. She also volunteers and collaborates with local legislators in support of bills under Public Safety. She worked with Internal Affairs reviewing complaints. She received hands-on training from the Sheriff's department, Department of Homeland Security, and FEMA which also led to the Infrastructure Liaison Officer designation (ILO), through the local Law Enforcement Center. She has developed programs with leadership responsible for security and emergency management. Jennifer Moore came from a family who had the ability to imagine how horrible things could be. She was exhausted, overwhelmed, feeling stressed, and hurting all the time. As she learned to calm her nervous system down, she started to develop the tools for herself that she would later share with other people. She was born an intuitive and had her first prophetic dream when she was 9 years old. She was already on the path to recovery when she went to grad school. She worked as a psychic and an artist, running ceremonies and workshops. She studied breathwork and reiki modalities, worked with intuition and tarot cards and worked with self-help groups. She considered becoming a Unitarian Universalist minister. She taught alternative healing but lacked confidence. She was on a path to a Master of Divinity degree to become a minister, but she changed her course to Master of Psychology and Religion. She realized she was not cut-out for the politics of the church – to be the parent where everyone is working out their family of origin issues, or the mean girl politics that organized religion brings. She didn't always recognize what was hers and what was not. She felt responsible for the struggles her clients were having. She receives guidance and information well, but it substantially improved when she stopped eating sugar. What she puts in her body effects the guidance. The cleanliness of the food effects the ability to receive intuitive information. Sugar gives a boost in the short term, but long-term, it compromises your filters and shields, and contributes to depression, anxiety and despair. After giving up sugar, her filter was clean. At 23, she quit smoking, gained 40 pounds in four months, and found herself in a raging eating disorder. After doing the personal work, she found a psychotherapist who helped Jennifer realize that the stress she was picking up was not just hers, but also others' stress. Jennifer's book, “Empathic Mastery” explains a five-step system: Recognize, release, protect, connect, and act. When she learned about metaphysics and magic, she was taught to build up her filters and shields. However, she recognized that she was feeling out of sorts. She asked, "what's not mine?" She picked up energy. She learned to take a deep breath and place her hand on her heart. Then, she would send the energy to where it belongs. She protects herself by setting boundaries. She decides when she should get involved by determining if it is an aligned place to be. She ran into a telephone pole and totaled her car by not trusting her intuition. She's been doing readings (including Akashic records) for people for decades. Jennifer teaches at the Empathic Mastery Academy. She developed her tools for 30 years. She came up in a time where psychics were like the red-headed stepchildren. It was usually considered weird. Now, it is common, and safer to do the work. Back then, there wasn't the kind of information that there is now. She teaches how to get in touch with self, get calm and regulate our nervous systems. We need to self-soothe, develop tools, do breathwork, and do the Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping). This way, we won't pick up the distressed energies in the world around us and we can start to become beacons for calm, love, and healing. Her "Even Though" tattoo on her hand reminds her to relax. Empaths also can tune into ecstasy, beauty and joy. Her podcast is “The Empathic Mastery Show” (Empathicmasteryshow.com).In “The Wellness Universe Guide to Self Help - 25 Tools for Stress Relief”, Jennifer wrote about using EFT to let go of stress. In the fourth book, “The Wellness Universe Guide to Complete Self Care” – 25 Tools for Goddesses, Jennifer wrote about using tapping to eliminate cravings. Her newest contribution is in a book entitled "Co-Creating with the Divine".Support the show

Kathleen Donnelly Israel met her husband Ron at San Diego City College. They raised their children in San Diego. At one of the worldwide marriage encounters they attended in the 70's and 80's, she learned that Love is a decision.  Knowing that helped her through the years to come. In 1999, she learned about transformational breathing and expressive arts therapy. Since breathing cured her from bronchitis and pneumonia as a child, she was drawn toward learning transformational breathing. She learned the breathing technique and was never sick again. After volunteering to be a guinea pig, she discovered she was only using 20% of her breathing.Kathleen and Ron both became certified transformational breathing facilitators.  Kathleen is both religious and spiritual. A friend gave her some books on theta healing, and she took a class to become a theta healer. Kathleen found it to be an effective medium for healing. She has done marathons and uses breathing exercises when she walks, runs and hikes. She spent 17 years taking care of her disabled husband who had Parkinsons disease. During that time, she studied online with many enlightened thought leaders and healers.  He was taking lots of medications. In 2010, Ron developed spinal stenosis and was in great pain. She tried to encourage him to try cures but he would not. She reminded him that it was affecting her as well.Ron agreed to go off his medications and was in so much pain. A retired doctor gave him a coffee enema and the pain stopped. The routine was to do three of these per day for six months. However, he was paralyzed. The doctor gave up and stopped coming.Ron was fine with it. They found out about a deep brain stimulator. The one side worked, but when they did the second side of the brain, he was paralyzed again. She did the novena in hopes of getting a miracle. She got the healing instead of Ron. She wasn't angry anymore. She would take him to the theater. One night after the play, he started singing. They joined a singing group and sang at luncheons, took singing lessons and enjoyed life.A friend walked the Camino and Kathleen decided that when Ron is done with his disease, she would walk the Camino.  Ron died in 2018. There was both grief and relief.During the time she cared for Ron, Kathleen developed some spiritual philosophies and shared them with those she met on the Camino Frances from St. Jean Pied de Port, France to Santiago, Spain. She had great adventures and shared this all in a book, "Wisdom on the Camino." The 72-year-old walked the Camino Portugese from Lisbon to Santiago and on to Fisterra. She was on the Camino for 66 days. She would take the weekends off so that she would be able to go to church on Sundays. It was beautiful. She enjoyed the flowers and the people she met and with whom she shared philosophies. She had post traumatic stress since childhood. Energetically, he was bringing in more sadness. She thought everyone but her was getting the good stuff. Once walking the Camino, she learned that she does get the good stuff. She took a coaching course and learned about Ho opono pono. Ho opono pono showed her her pain. She added “I forgive me" and "I forgive it up” and this giant refrigerator size pain went out of her and “up to God”. She released her accumulated sadness of 50 years. By the time she went on the Camino, she had gotten rid of the sadness. She was ready to have good things coming to her.Every time thoughts would come up, she would do Ho opono pono. Her mental, emotional and physical pain left also.  If it didn't leave, she would let angels do it.Her book is on Amazon: “Wisdom on the Camino” (Wisdom on the Camino).Listen to Rev. Timothy Stuetz (www.timothystuetz.com) spent three days in bed, crying - not eating or drinking in his early 30's.  He had graduated top of his class, got a job at an international CPA firm right out of college, got married, had a child and a house. And it all fell apart. He found himself yelling out to God: If you exist, I need to find you!As a child, he saw angels and chariots when he sang “Swing Low Sweet Chariot”. He shared it with his classmates on the playground but didn't get the reception he expected. He felt it was not safe to share the innermost aspects of his being.  He shut down.  The birth of his daughter, Melanie Dawn started his reawakening. She has been his guru. Golden energy was rising up from her to the ceiling when she was separated from her mother's body. When she was 1½, he had a pain in his back, she walked by him and put her finger right in the most painful spot. The pain disappeared and never came back. Once she was in the back seat of the car and described where they were going. She had never been there except when she was in the womb. It made him contemplate when do we first become aware. His daughter was on a bike and was hit by a car going 40 mph. A police helicopter was flying overhead at the time. The minister of the Huntington Beach Church of Religious Science saw the accident and started a prayer circle immediately. Melanie was healthy but had after-effects. He spent every night in the hospital with her for months. He walked around the block and heard a voice saying "Look Daddy, I'm the little girl coming toward you. I am the trees. I am the sky." He knew he had to expand his consciousness to relate to his daughter. He was divorced. His wife used the accident as a reason for not allowing him to see her again. He heard and felt Christ saying: I will remake you in my image. A friend gave him a book that touched things deep inside him that his daughter had been sharing ever since she was born. He had an out of body experience. He called a psychologist who asked him to chant and meditate with her. She brought him a book by Ram Dass. He had powerful experiences meditating and felt much calmer and peaceful. After a couple of years, he felt really sick. He got reiki treatments that allowed him to see the emotional and mental blockage that was creating his physical problems. He felt more connected with God. He started giving his relatives and students blessings as they left their body which opened his eyes to new dimensions and new ways of looking at life. Writing children's books allows him to see inner child things and expand his creativity. He discovered that children creating images in their head when they are young is the foundation for their entire life. His stories blend fantasy and reality, myth and mystery, child development, values, and exercises that parents and children use for breathing, getting calm, learning to talk to each other lovingly, and using non-violent communication principles. Timothy created a book club. He offers a live monthly reading of the stories. Children get to submit their illustrations of what they imagine happening on the pages. It also includes two live monthly Zooms with parents. He provides a space for parents to get answers to challenges, and be in community where they can get support, and takes them to a peaceful place that they might not get to by themselves. The mystical moment that changed his life was the beautiful light streaming up out of his daughter when she was born. He's had many powerful experiences with Christ. He saw and experienced the total bliss we can live in, and he saw the torture and problems we can live in - if we are not loving and caring and focused on our path and in our heart. Check out Rev. They collaborate, working together with different factions of New Thought organizations. INTA's goal is to be a vehicle for disseminating timeless universal Truths to spiritually awaken, empower, transform, and connect individuals globally.  Rev. The CUT choir and band will perform. and Dale Worley is the choir director. There will be panel discussions and wonderful speakers, leaders from various organizations, like Michael Beckwith and Edward Viljoen. INTA will be making a vibrational footprint. At past congresses, there have been as many as 5,000 people. But this year, they are getting people there that haven't been there for a while.INTA is an event sponsor for "Celebrating Our Soul": A New Thought Conference by People of African Descent (newthoughtevents.org) because it supports and proves what INTA says. Tim has seen first hand the inequities while being with Black people. He believes in the mission of PADNTG and wants to recognize tremendous people of New Thought who are of African descent.New Thought is not religiosity but spirituality. The premise is that Consciousness creates our reality. It responds by corresponding to our consciousness. If we understand oneness, Who we truly are, then we know the Divine Essence is all there is – in, through and as us. If you are still hung up on isms, you haven't let this teaching get to your heartRev. Jackie goes to the prisons and also works to eliminate homelessness. She loves working with women who had loved ones in prison. Having been a prosecutor, she now knows that there is nothing in the prison but a piece of you. New Thought is a faith but also a philosophy and a way of life. It is natural spirituality. That natural spirituality is inherent in everyone – if it is not taught out of them.Dr. Tim remembers meeting Della Reese. He had been in a car wreck, spent 89 days in a wheelchair and 1½ years recuperating. He told her of his injuries. Instead of reciting a doctor's report, Della told him: "Honey, if anybody asks me how I am. I say I'm blessed and so are you." He adopted that attitude.Soul is the aspect we all share. It is where the Divine meets us and where we all come from.Jackie came into clarity hearing God and trusting that she could say no when everybody said to say yes. "There was such perfection in my being – me and that spirit were dancing across the floor. She advises: "Keep up with your communion. If you follow It, there is such peace that adoration cannot give you."Tim would be outdoors and have the thought was God is Love. Everything is Love. Suddenly it was everywhere he could see. Bukeka Blakemore (https://bukekastyle.com) was born Gretchen Elizabeth. She changed her name to Bukeka Bosede when she was 6 years old with her parents' blessing! Her mother was a colatura soprano and taught Bukeka everything she knows about singing. She would teach Bukeka harmony as they drove around. She taught her how to hold a note and helped to strengthen her voice. Once she started writing music, she got downloads from Spirit that compelled her. She heard every instrument and every note. She caught the calling to help heal and elevate people's consciousness through her singing. Her music is usually fun and funky. For 10 years, Bukeka was self-employed doing training in Diversity and Customer Service. She saw how people of color are treated in terms of employment. She worked with a company that helped her develop ideas around diversity. She also learned how to communicate it to governments and youth programs to help people understand equity and inclusion. That led her to work with YMU (the youth of the Unity movement).  She traveled the US singing and selling "cd's" and became known for inspirational speaking and singing to audiences all around the world. She is the treasurer of Cities of Music - Kansas City (a UNESCO designated project). In 1983, Michele Synegal  co-founded Management Dynamics, Inc. (MDI) (www.managementdynamicsinc.com). Michele wanted to be in charge of her destiny and realize her full potential. You can only do this, she says, when you work for yourself. There are no barriers that limit your opportunities, and you don't have to break through glass ceilings. She majored in Human Relations and Organizational Behavior in college to fulfill her desire to effect change for people of color within organizations. Being in corporate America, she built her confidence and learned the inner workings of industry and institutionalized isms. She wanted to guide them so they could realize their potential as organizations. When the Hudson Institute Workforce 2000 Study was published, the focus of businesses shifted from Leadership Development to leading and managing a diverse workforce. Progressive, innovative companies knew they had to change their marketing and service. The priority was to manage the diversity that was unfolding. She became an expert in the changing demographics and was cited in several publications projecting the implications of the data on every aspect of business. As a diversity and Inclusion strategist, she conducts cultural audits, designs training solutions and advises diversity councils on their Diversity and Inclusion Framework.Working for an insurance company, she was not selected to be an underwriter. Michele asked why. The selection chair said Michele would leave when she graduated, and they would not get a return on their investment. Michele told them this was unacceptable. She is qualified, capable and desirous and they could use a little diversity. Darlene Cole called Michele after she heard about her advocating for herself. She wanted Michele to work for her because she has balls, and she is smart!Rev. Michele is attending "Celebrating Our Soul": A New Thought Conference by People of African Descent to be with her beloved brothers and sisters who can empathize with her journey and experience. She can be encouraging, supportive and share resources with them. She has pulled back from her involvement with the organization that ordained her. For four years, she chaired the Diversity Commission, and realized that diversity was espoused as a value but not demonstrated. She felt it. She was subject to micro behaviors, exclusions and micro aggressions. Knowing her value and strong self-efficacy, she decided to do what brings her joy. She is presenting "Courageous Conversations" at "Celebrating Our Soul".  Communication is so critical to empathy. We have to understand root causes of behavior. When someone is emotionally triggered, the offender may be clueless as to why. When they value the relationship and have the courage, they will ask questions to drill down to the issue. One must own what they evoked and be quick to ask for forgiveness. Listen, learn, go into the situation prayed up, so you move forward with wisdom. When people do this work, the relationship deepens, and a greater intimacy emerges.Michele was called into ministry to actualize her potential and effect change. She brings her knowledge, skills and abilities to spiritual communities.Rev. Michele finds service essential because it serves us. When she is in service to a cause that she believes in, she is blessed. If she didn't serve, she would not be living full out and she would not be in integrity with her divine Self if she did not serve. Her book, "Inspiration in Small Doses" filled with essays to inspire you. Her book: "Widows Speak", unique stories of Black women's healing, wisdom and courage, will be out later in 2022.Michele is pleased to say that she is a grandmother. There's nothing like it. John Stringer (John Stringer - Limitless Love & Light from Moment to Moment (johnstringerinc.com)) was usually singing while doing chores or at a family gathering. Music was the norm. The only thing he could take to entertain himself when going to West Point Military Academy was his guitar. But it became a portal for prayer. He would sneak away to a shed to pray, sing and emote. He developed his spiritual practice by himself. He needed this because - as he said - he was rough around the edges. He welcomed getting discipline down. He found balance in mind, body and spirit. West Point gave him tools like performance enhancement, slowing his heartrate, journaling, setting goals and having a backwards plan. John's passion for community was ignited when he and his family joined a commune when he was three years old. His mother took the children from there when he was 4. Over time,, he came to realize that community is part of the network of the Mind of God. Like a molecule, the Divine design is that we can do more when with community than we can do on our own. John joined mastermind circles, accountability circles later in his life. He made daily commitments while gaining wisdom from the community - learning to serve and be served. We get to help each other step into fully who we are here to be. It is a re-membering, receiving the medicine from that journey.John and Kathy reconnected after her divorce and they formed Healing Arts Management to manage events, promote artists and create healing music. They produced a successful concert called Atlantis.  John toured the world with a rock band and started a label. It was clear that their attraction was more than chemical - it was spiritual. These souls were to work together. John hired Kathy to manage the band and the label. They entertained the armed forces. Kathy was a catalyst for his growth. They did transformative and healing retreats around the world. John did songwriting retreats and enlisted Posi-award winning artists into The Alignment Method. They did licensing and writing for film. John left his C Suite job and created Banding Together for teaching collaboration skills, how to be present, behavioral sciences, understanding your needs, communicating your needs, and measuring performance. John wanted to hear direct from Spirit to heal and release guilt and shame. Miserable and out of control emotionally, he asked show me what works, God! I can't go on this way. He learned breathing, mediation, sought direct contact with God, sought his genius and learned how to tap into his own intuition. He started receiving symbols and interpreting them in color, visuals, and audibles intertwining. Synchronicities occurred. There was kundalini rising, stream of consciousness writing. The Source that fuels creativity is the same Source with answers he'd been seeking all his life. He received the teachings and applied them to his life.John and Kathy asked how Ester and Jerry Hicks did it. One word emerged "Align". John continues to align himself with Spirit and does important work. Discovering how genius and intition work, he asked "What's mine to know, to do. All his solo projects come from this listening. Catching the ancestral energy of many who had been oppressed, John created the pivotal work, "We Matter". He is committed to bringing a message of Love to this planet. John is on the music team with Ester Nicholson, Michelle Jordan, Lee Langston and Bukeka Blakemore along with the James Ward Band for the groundbreaking event: "Celebrating Our Soul": A New Thought Conference by People of African Descent. During the tour, she felt so moved. She heard a voice say you will be teaching spirituality classes here. When the doors opened, Shirley started. She was invited by Reverend Dr. Helen Carey. Rev Helen called her into her office and asked her if she would start to teach and she said, wow, yes.Later, Rev. Lawson founded the Great Lakes Transformational Empowerment Ministries -which provides spiritual support classes for women and men in recovery in 2003. This ministry has been empowering people so that their lives can be transformed. Her message has helped them break free from addictions and realize their divine potential. Once the person leading meditations at CUT stepped down, Rev. Johnnie Colemon asked Shirley to lead that ministry. She said yes. This was after Shirley's first husband died from an overdose years before. Rev. Celeste uses John 20: 11 to 17 as a springboard for the backdrop of Mary Magdalene's visit to the tomb where Jesus was laid to rest. She is weeping, heartbroken - because Jesus' body was absent. The angels asked why she cries. She said because I don't know where he is. No sooner than she turned around, Jesus was there. But she did not recognize him. There are many scenarios in which we may not be able to assist our loved ones. The reasons could be that they have an addiction, or a mental challenge, a suicide or a disappearance. Our roles with each other change. We can help facilitate each other's growth or we may become transformed because of their absence. Our expectations change about others when our relationships change, but more importantly, our expectations of ourselves change. An absence of a partner may facilitate our growth. All of life is a strengthening and evolution. Justice Jackson's confirmation hearings made her stronger. Grace allows us to be more, see more and know more about Who We Are.We're not always able to see that which we are seeking. Perhaps we cannot recognize a loved one when they change because our perspective is limited. We must either adjust to who they have become or create a new relationship with them. We need to be okay with the change. There is grief when a loved one dies or when our relationship changes from what it was to something we're not sure about. That does not change our love for them. Weeping indicates a longing for what was. Our relationship with our loved one does not have to end because their time on the planet has ended. We bless everyone in Ukraine or in any war - a war with disease, a war with vitality, a war with a virus or a weapon of any kind.Once I am without the need of a body, I'm out of here. My Spirit gets to be wherever it needs to be. I'm not gone.Relationships are for our transformation. The positions of the angels in the sepulcher show us there is a message for our minds (head) and there is an understanding to be acquired (feet). The head represents the crown. The crown is our connection with Spirit. I get to be present with the Spirit and the understanding. Angels (messengers) remind us of our Christhood.Beyond religiosity, the Substance of Spirit is eternal. We are eternal beings. Whatever we gather from this journey on Earth, we get to take with us, without the baggage. Releasing expectations and understanding our Christhood free us to have a direct connection with Spirit. Let's use the occasion of Easter to remember Who We Are.Listen to Rev. Celeste's poem: "Come to Be"Support the show (http://paypal.me/rev107)Support the show (http://paypal.me/rev107)

In this solo episode, Rev. Celeste A. Frazier (celestefrazier.com) explores her Lenten season. There are new discoveries that can only occur in a new mindset. We learn from discomfort. Habits tend to become mechanical and less natural. That's the point where they become unappealing. And we don't know what the effect is of not doing them until we start to stink. When we lose our connection with the Love, the Peace, the Freedom that a spiritual practice gives us, we are left to our own devices. And that's not good. To be resurrected is to be raised from the dead. There are dead things that need to fall away in order for new life to come to be. Here we are in the spring season expecting new growth and thinking that new growth can come without letting go of the old.Rev. Celeste recounted March 2nd, when the dutiful Catholics stood in front of the train station offering ashes. She saw their masks and put her mask on and moved quickly toward the train. It had been many years since she received ashes. As a child, it was her duty to get ashes. Now she thought: what's the point of that symbolism? She later thought how dare I dismiss an opportunity to connect with ritual in order to remember who I Am. As a human being, I need breadcrumbs to find my way Home.Home is Spirit. When we are in the wilderness, we forget who we are. Jesus the Christ went through his 40 days of trials, seemingly tempted to trivialize miracles by obeying earthly demands, but instead of succumbing to this mockery of divine providence, he kept his eye on the prize. The prize of course is the Word of God that he awaited and accepted. Divine thoughts comforted him and supported him in returning to Peace. We in the 21st century do not rely on fairy tales and morality plays as we make life choices. And given the thousands of years of historical conflicts, theological concepts and liturgical guidance, we are mightily armed with the tools to discern truth. Yet we are influenced by social media, news clips and popular mindsets that bring contagious separation vibrations with energy to untether a commitment to oneness with God. Several bouts with ants distracted her, pulling her attention away from her intentions. She recalled her capability to focus. With the goal of divine connection, there were too many times that interrupted her commitment to Spirit. Her angels came by way of insight. The discovery of her missing "DONATE" button was a time of reckoning. Rather than listening to the Presence of God, she had been co-dependent on social media and outer recognition. She realized that her podcast even focused on other's gifts and knowledge and not that of her own. With the end of Unity Online Radio approaching, she chose to make the next two episodes on UOR be in her voice alone. She began to question what she can know about her own value. In the last two months, she had been robbed, hacked and had her phone was displaced by a seeming helper. Connections were being compromised. Trust was being threatened by the confidence schemes of a hacker pretending to be her. She realized that she had not been representing herself! In her wilderness, on the road of deception and treacherous distractions, Something was rising. The value of her unique contributions and the benefits to humankind do not lie outside, but within. She was broadcasting external attention. All the while, Spirit was transmitting what her intrinsic value is. She remembered why she continues to facilitate A Course in Miracles (acim.org) sessions. Her upcoming book includes many principles from the Course. There can be no Love without forgiveness. It is time she forgives herself. She recommitted to connecting with her Essence and intently listening to Its Guidance.Listen to Rev. Celeste's poem: ListeningSupport the show (http://paypal.me/rev107)

Margaret Agard is a former executive in the high-tech industry, an author, speaker, Christian mystic and reiki healer.  Margaret focuses on helping others change their lives and finding true purpose by turning their to-do lists over to God (higher power/spirit/inner voice). She cleared things out of her life that didn't matter. The more time, energy, money she was willing to give in spite of what she thought were burdens, the more God freed up her time, energy and money to give. When she was six years old, she met God. She felt Love, Intelligence and a being that she was meeting. Since then, she has spent her life seeking that kind of connection again. Her definition of a mystic is someone who spends their time and is committed to being in God's Presence and having God's Presence in his or her life. She spends each evening in contemplative prayer as God speaks to her. Throughout the day, she asks herself if she is feeling love toward everyone around her. If she is, she knows that God is present. Her story appeals to many who have more to do than time to do it in and want to live their best life. At the time she started this practice, she was a single mother of eight, working full time as the sole financial support for her family. She had returned to university full time to finish the last few credits for her bachelor's degree in mathematics. She slept less than four hours a night and often woke in a panic worrying about what wasn't getting done. Her previous practice of prioritizing and focusing on the "most important" tasks wasn't working. After turning her to-do list over to God, she "got more done, got more sleep, and had less stress."   Her story inspires others to do the same. She spends time writing, helping other people and is prompted to make herself available to do what she loves to do. Her service opportunities have included teaching in Arizona jails and visiting Alaskan native villages, by giving God all day every day. When she met her second husband, she realized that there was some healing to do for them and their children from previous marriages.  She asked God for inspiration. The thought came: All will be made whole as the result of this marriage. They committed to support each other in helping other people.  Her series of books is entitled "In His Footsteps" includes 1) "I Gave My To Do List Over to God and Got More Done, More Sleep and Less Stress", 2) We Sold All We Had and Followed as God Created Miracles and New Hearts, and coming soon: " Love: Becoming One with Parker". Sumter sees Unity of Washington, DC as a beacon of light and she sees her church serving by keeping the high watch in the nation's capital. She learned from Eric Butterworth to stand on principles and use them. She knows that we need audacious faith to handle uncertainty. She invites us to move with deep trust and embrace the uncertainty. She lets her congregation see her walk, so she can share her story of surrendering to what she knows. She shows them how she lets the Divine guide her because she is subject to have any experience. She demonstrates what it looks like to get back on that horse using principles. By doing so, she eliminates the thought that there is a mythical bar to reach. She shows that she too can forget the truth, but she knows how to get back to It. She wants them to know that all of this is a spiritual experience. And we can do this.Rev. Sylvia has had many mystical moments including several time warps. She's aware that the spiritual dimension is not qualified by simply time, space and matter. We cannot put confines on how Spirit shows up. God cannot be limited. We must shed the old paradigm of being a physical being but embrace being a spiritual being. The next evolution is a spiritual one. Everything breaks down, including the physical barriers. The veil is being lifted. The curtain has been rent. There is another dimension. Let's own these powers. Being a spiritual being is not lip service. We are to step into the Christ. Miracles are the working of higher spiritual laws. It's an exciting time. We are showing the way, being light bearers. Chris Plourde is a coach, a businessman, a father, and husband. He has worked with top athletes and well-known companies, celebrities, and military special ops. He has mentored many to find their authentic self and create leadership qualities which they can bring to their families, communities and businesses. Chris encourages his clients to speak the truth, to say what's on their mind. He works with people on how to let those things out that they've been holding in for so long. For him, it's not just about how we speak to others, but how we speak to ourselves, and understanding that from an emotional intelligence. As a teenager, Chris put on masks to become this idea of what a masculine man should be, burying his emotions, not feeling. He helps kids understand their emotions, so they know that it's okay to own your feelings. One of the things Chris does is get people into a deep breathwork session that that allows the layers to get peeled off immediately. It's building trust. It's compassion. There's a non-judgment that comes with it. Everyone is going through something, and we just have to understand. One of his main workshops is creating loving boundaries for success and happiness. He asks his clients how fulfilled are you in your life? They might have millions but not living their truth. One needs to put up this loving boundary to know it's about your goals, dreams and happiness. Then you are going to be the best version of yourself and be able to give more to your company, family, community, to loved ones, to all of the people around you so that you can be in service.  He thinks that all humans crave to be in service to a greater good. He gives people the space and opportunity to make the decisions on their own. The best form of enrolling is talking about the results that you're getting. That lights people up. It's about doing the inner work on ourselves first and foremost. When he was growing up, he had this idea of what he should be based upon what was around him growing up. When he got into these places, he realized pretty quickly that there was something missing. He was drained, exhausted and he wasn't excited and passionate about what he was doing. The idea of working with people, serving people, training people, and coaching people made him happy. When he got his first paycheck to work with and train somebody in the fitness industry, he couldn't believe they were paying him that much money to do something he loved to do. This was happiness. This is what he wanted to do, follow his joy. When his wife got pregnant, there was an old voice in his head that said go back to corporate America. But he quickly realized that it wasn't what he was meant to do. That wasn't in a space of his power. He made the decision to remove himself from that environment and get back into coaching. And when he did, he was tested. He chose to be deliberate with his intention. Then everything lined up beautifully. The lesson was he let fear and money be his motivators. It was the big lesson to follow his heart and do what he needs to do to contribute to the world, to humans, the earth. There's a joy he gets when he sees somebody get that light bulb or find something with their life that they're supposed to do. He believes all souls are here for a specific reason. He gets to help them see that for themselves. There's just a fulfillment that he can't explain. Our soul has a contract. His website is chrisplourde.com. His programs, retreats and workshops are there. You can also reach him on Instagram at Coach Chris Plourde. You can get it a breathwork class on his website. Ann Hince had a childhood with plenty of trauma and dysfunction, and she had PTSD well into her 30s as a result of being a child of two alcoholic parents. She became a software engineer, and her unhealed trauma was creating a chaotic life. Years later, she became calm. Now she wants to reach those who want to make inner changes. There was verbal abuse and emotional trauma when she was growing up. She walked on eggshells. Her Dad had anger issues. She enjoyed being an engineer because it was logical. She felt comfortable knowing what was going to happen - unlike her life growing up.At the age of 19, she found her mother deceased in the bathroom. She didn't cry at the time because she was taught not to cry. She wasn't aware of all this stuff that she had suppressed. She travelled a lot because of her dad's job in the cable and wireless industry. When she was nine, she was sent to an all-boy boarding school where she was the first girl border. She was ridiculed and further emotionally traumatized.Later a mother of two boys, her encounters with other parents had her head literally spinning. She sought help from a doctor who used the emotional freedom technique (EFT), also known as tapping. She finally processed the death of her mother from two decades before. She walked away from that appointment, being able to tell the story of her mother's death without the tears. It felt amazing to actually have something that seemed to make a difference so quickly. She realized that she'd stored all this energy in her body. She wanted to know that tapping healing wasn't a fluke. Her 17-year-old cat needed a daily shot. When she first gave him a shot, her hand was just shaking because she was so scared. She tapped about her fear of hurting her cat. Then she tapped about her history, memories and the many injections she had many because she lived around the world. The next day, she gave him another shot and her hands did not shake. And she started using tapping daily. Whenever she noticed feeling emotional, she would tap - letting that energy out by using the same points of the meridian systems. There is a specific set of points. The first one is the karate chop point on the edge of the hand. The next point is a crown point on the top of the head. Then the beginning of the eyebrows, under the eyes, the chest and finally, about four inches under the arm. Tapping through them while talking about what we're feeling or exactly what we went through is releasing the energy stored in our body. The words just bring that energy into our bodies. And from that memory, the tapping releases the energy. Details of the story will come as we let go of those demons. All the energy around the story is going away. At that point, the energy has lost its charge. As this was going on, she felt her mind becoming quieter and more peaceful. She felt like she was living in a different reality. Through years of allowing her emotions/feelings to be acknowledged and pass through her body, she has developed the ability to sense inside her body. This is what she believes is the original meaning of the word insight - inside-sight.She has had gamma rays done of her brain. Through this process, the deep release of inner tension has resulted in physical changes - her skull has changed shape and her body is more aligned. She has a sense for how the soul is tied into the body, and how we can release the soul, be more comfortable inside the body, allowing us to tune into Spirit more easily.Find out more about Ann at annhince.com. Ele' de Posson is an intuitive business mentor, healer, speaker and author who helps women, entrepreneurs, leaders and wayshowers run their business and life from their feminine energy so that they can magnetize more wealth while impacting humanity in their unique way. She leads her clients to have a soul-led business and life. Her newest book is called “The Path of Femininity: The Six Gifts of your Sovereignty”. It reveals how to lead your life and your business in a way that is fulfilling, intuitive, creative, and easier, especially for women. An intuitive business mentor, she invites her clients to run their business from their intuition - to be connected to what feels good to their body, what feels open, what feels warm. She invites them to have a lot of down time to hear their intuition and understand the soul's language. She went through a dark night of the soul because she was not in alignment. She moved to Montreal to study energy healing.  She heals with her hands, her mind, her words, her heart and her smile. Money is love made visible. When you move into your body more, you are receiving energy. Feminine energy is creative, desire, and sexual energy. Sexual energy and money energy coexist in your root chakra of your spine.  Ele' has a podcast called Sacred Roots where she teaches spiritual ideas like  how to be in your feminine for your business. She bridges the spiritual world and the business world. Ele' went to Israel for spiritual travel, reconnecting with Jesus, Mother Mary, and Mary Magdalene.  She went to the cathedral that is built a under cave where Jesus was born. She stood for hours in the heat waiting to  touch the stone where he was born. She became dizzy. Her lower back was painful. She lost her balance and felt sick. A guard took a chair and asked her to wait there. When her friends returned, her teacher said that she was receiving. She was reborn at the place where Jesus was born. She stayed there for a very long time. Her legs were shaking. She couldn't get up because her nervous system was completely fired up with all the energy she received in her energy channels, meridians, nadis. When you receive a lot of energy, your body is overwhelmed.  She slept for two days to recover. It was profound and she energetically received an upgrade. She remembered saying to her teacher: I know that you're there. I can see you, but I'm not here. Her teacher said: I know. But you have to come back. Ele' wanted to close her eyes and faint. The teacher asked her to keep her eyes open. Your soul is asking you if you're ready for the journey. Ele' said "I choose to come back". It was scary but beautiful. She was surrendering, but also trying to ground herself. She saw roots coming down from her feet and her root chakra. Three years later, she understands what happened. She is the embodying the feminine of receiving, and giving. She has trust in Spirit, and a willingness to allow. She thinks it's important for fulfillment and joy. We're highly qualified to succeed in our life, and she believes it's by allowing and trusting. We can start to see our purposes, what our gifts are and how we can use them to serve humanity. Ele' has a 21-day online course called Embody Your Divine Feminine with daily spiritual practices and exercises to embody the feminine. There are meditations, third eye activations, Reiki for abundance, video teachings about surrendering, connecting with your intuition, being in your authenticity. There are exercises and teachings to activate the six gifts of your feminine, which are authenticity, intuition, magnetism, surrender, receiving and grounding. Enlightened Leadership

Rev. James Trapp (JamesTrapp.com) is currently the senior minister of the Spiritual Life Center (www.slcworld.org) in Sacramento, CA.  An advisor on the topic of enlightened leadership, Rev. James sees that oftentimes the ones who have the best perspective are the not the people at the top, but people who are actually on the front lines in an organization. Enlightened leadership is the idea that the answer to any challenge or difficulty or problem that an organization is going through is already in the room. Giving a voice to those who are inherently involved in the organization and recognizing that those are the people that probably have the best solutions to the challenges that you're facing is key.  If you listen and allow people to share, even if you can't resolve everything they bring up, they walk away feeling better about their experience.   The founders of Spiritual Life Center ("SLC") had an emphasis on interfaith ministries in the greater Sacramento area. SLC increases a sense of understanding, cooperation, and harmony. Rev. James believes in first going in with a beginner's mind, and then you could move to some common ground for greater benefits for everybody.   As the President of Star Human Capital, James runs a consulting firm. He applies spiritual principles to what appears to be a non-spiritual environment. James came up with a way to incorporate some of the principles, like integrated decision making and the ideals of enlightened leadership in business settings to create more effective teams. If people can integrate their energies, they are far more powerful. Calling in folks that were hardcore business people, he put spiritual principle in a way that they would understand.Because of his success at Unity in the Bay in Miami with diversity and young people, Rev. James was invited to be the CEO and President of Unity Worldwide Ministries.  He served in that role for seven years before returning to the field and going to Sacramento. He was inducted into the Morehouse Hall of Preachers in the early 2000's, and he is one of the keynote speakers at "Celebrating Our Soul". He wants to share lessons from Dr. King about our interconnectedness because we are all part of one human family. He had a modicum of success in life, going to Princeton, going to law school, practicing law.  But he was in a state of dissatisfaction because he was trying to fill a void within based on a belief that he was abandoned by his mother when he was very young. He sought to do well in the external world seeking to make himself feel better. He ended up doing drugs and alcohol and his life collapsed. He went to a rehab center to get his life together. He engaged in a lot of self forgiveness for things he thought he had done to mess up his life. He did quite a bit of self transformation. He had two mystical moments. The first one was, after going through a process of self forgiveness, he woke up one day and all that guilt disappearred. That was a miracle. Subsequently, he was heading back to his apartment and everything around him collapsed into a sea of oneness. There was no separation between him and other people, him and the trees. He was able to see the vibration coming down from the trees, and was able to see Reality for the first time. He began to see that there was only one energy, One Reality. This informs his spiritual message. That is part of every message that he has in some way. He began to see less of the "us and them". He realizes when he's engaging in an illusion. His book is entitled "Take Back Your Future." See him August 11th at "Celebrating Our Soul": A New Thought Conference by People of African Descent (www.padntg.org). Listen to Rev. The Ground of All Being

Rev. Celeste's guest is Dr. Amit Goswami (https://www.amitgoswami.org), quantum physicist. He was featured in "What the Bleep Do We Know", "The Dalai Lama Renaissance", "Bigger Questions" and other films. Rev. Celeste studied with him as part of her training at Holmes Institute. He is a scholar in high demand. His primary point is that consciousness is the ground of all being. The current view of many scientists is that matter makes up everything and humans are material and mechanical. Consciousness is not about the brain. The brain is an object. Consciousness means we are experiencing ourselves as separate from material. Quantum physics shows us that objects are not objects until we observe them. They are waves of possibility. Dr. Goswami was dissatisfied with the way we did science.  Science cannot be devoid of our experiences of love, beauty and justice.  Life is more than what can be predicted or controlled. Science can help create technology, but we don't live in technology. Physics is the fundamental science of everything. Since consciousness is the ground of both science and religion, people from all religions say that consciousness is where we must begin. Quantum science must support this because there are unsolved paradoxes and measurement paradoxes that do not occur in the brain.  Science has lost credibility because of this material dogma. We as observers have an impact on everything (the observer effect).Consciousness exists in both the head and heart. Due to the non-locality of consciousness, people can directly connect with each other without a signal because of feelings. Reincarnation is an important phenomenon in our development. It is important for older people to know they need not be afraid because a part of them will survive. They will be reborn. Death is not the end. Reincarnation happens because of a modification of the quantum mechanics of the person. It is not part of the brain memory. What we learn is not in the brain. Learning is non-local memory. We don't forget how to ride a bicycle because our capacity to learn is not part of the brain. The innate parts of us will survive. This reincarnation theory has been verified. Dr. Goswami and his colleague are holding an event this month to review death and reincarnation.Death can be very peaceful and joyful. In dying, one can pray and intend to be conscious at the moment of death and peacefully participate in the quantum non-locality. Dr. Goswami wrote many books. His more recent books include "Quantum Economics" and "Quantum Spirituality". His book: "Quantum Integrative Medicine" will change the healing profession forever. They have proven integrative medicine can be used to stay healthy. One can have an ageless body. We have to renew the software as we live. Cells die but you can be fully active until you die.Dr. Goswami has had four moments of mystic magic. One of them was in 1973 at a conference when he was a nuclear physicist. He was a speaker and he was not happy with his speech. He became jealous of the other speakers. Others got the attention and he did not. It did him good because at 1 am he asked himself why do I live this way? I can change. I can make my life congruent. He worked many hours. He desired to find happy physics that took him years to find.Meditation led him to samadhi. He felt oneness. His view of spirituality underwent a radical change. This led to other discoveries. You can have the experience of a quantum leap of insight, but you have to implement the insight into your life.  This was the most fruitful insight he ever had.  Listen to Rev. Celeste's poem: "The Ground of All Being".Support the show (http://paypal.me/rev107)
